11/12/2024 I picked up my sectional and ottoman today. Left arm sectional is missing, and I won’t be able to get it till the 19th. Nobody told me this. On top that the right arm sectional is broken! Worst experience ever, $2600 purchase smh and the customer service female Leigha was so rude, left me on hold for over 15 minutes and waited until it was past 6 to come back to the line to tell me they can’t help until tomorrow. Ashley’s, you guys are trash Update 11/13/2024: I called the next day in the morning, was told there was no date for when I could exchange the damaged piece, I had to request a supervisor, placed on hold for another 15 minutes, supervisor never came to the line, instead they told me I can take the damaged piece back to the store and pick up a new one in 3 days. Worst customer service ever, never again Final update 11/14/2024: After receiving a call from an escalation specialist named Angela Jones on the 13th I was told I could go exchange the broken piece and pick up the missing piece. Fortunately I didn’t have to wait over a week like the customer service reps had told me. So thank you to the managers for resolving everything expeditiously. It wasn’t a pleasant experience and it’s disappointing that I had to go through such difficult situations to get my sectional and ottoman, I was never rude or disrespectful to anyone I just wanted the issues to get fixed and no one would help until it was escalated. The furniture is brand new and has great quality. *updated review from one star to 3 stars

I’ve been going to Ashley’s for years for our families furniture. The selection of furniture fits everybody’s needs, along with their options to purchase. This time we had Esteban. His knowledge of the plans, deals, and the different types of choices were helpful in deciding what worked best for our needs. Ashley’s also has very reliable and careful delivery service. The reps always take good care of your property as they bring it to the rooms for set up. They always make sure you try it out and inspect it before they leave. The “seller” Manuel is a terrible seller, got really intense and raised his voice because i did not want to compromise, at the end i just ordered online to avoid dealing with that again and it was cheaper then any price he offered that he mentioned was a super sale price only available at the store and that day 🤣🤣🤣 sure budyy, not a seller really

Melchor was extremely helpful, but the company’s customer service is horrible. There is not one person you can call, you will need to go back to the store to find out what is going on with your order. I bought furniture on labor day and got it months later and in two deliveries weeks apart. I will not shop at this store again.

Ashley Furniture is a good brand name but their customer services is zero, I bought items from them two weeks now and til have not received anything from them. When they finally decided to deliver my items, that’s when they find out that their product was defect, all this while they had no knowledge that their product is defect. Ashley furniture customer service is not encouraging and this is why customers may think twice before going there for anything. I have been calling but no answer. This is bad for Ashley furniture. Ashley furniture brought my orders and stated that some of the items are not available for delivery. This is after how many weeks and still you're telling my orders are available for delivery? After they had collected their money and when it time to deliver the items, they start giving me stories. I guessed it better to this to the Better Business Bureau. This are items over Seven thousand dollars. My king size bed was supposed to be delivered today but they only delivered the box spring, no mattress, no bed itself and the stand. I called the customer service number and I was advised the items are going to be ready by December 2024. What sort of furniture store is this? This is terrible and I'm ashamed of of this store, their customers service are not on the same page, the salesman is confused and had no idea of what his saying regarding my items. I need my money back so that I can go to another store where customers are valued and appreciated. Never again will I patronize Ashley furniture store. Especially this store on Airway boulevard in El Paso. I regret going to this store after spending almost $7500 dollars. I'm disappointed.

Never ever ever buy anything from here. Customer service is horrible they lie about the delivery date they lie about everything. The manager is incompetent and shouldn’t be a manager anywhere.

I was stuck and could not place my order online so I went to the store location and they assisted me courteously and promptly until all the details were worked out.

In one day all transactions regarding my purchase was completed in an efficient and orderly manner. Even delivery date was scheduled. When delivery date ( with prior notice and set window) came the workers not only were there on time but the entire evolution was completed in less than 30 min. to maximum satisfaction. Do not buy from this place. Their return policy sucks!! Once you buy the furniture you can return them . I bought $5000 worth of furniture and the living room ate is to uncomfortable to sit. I called them and I had to call an 1800 number. Their policy is you can’t return unless they a defective. They steal your money please don’t go there you have been warned .

Miguel was pushy and rude from the start. He had an attitude when I said I didn’t want to enter the cruise giveaway. We went to look around the store and still decided to get our original option. We started the process to see which plan worked better for us then we remembered my husband had a fertility appointment 10 minute later. I told Miguel that we would have to come back because it was an important appointment. He didn’t care and thought we were using it as an excuse to leave. He kept asking “what don’t you like about the plans?” I repeated the reason why we had to leave and he got annoyed. He asked for my number to keep in touch and order with him when we were ready but ended the convo with “have courtesy and text him if I’m not coming back.” We went to another store to order and I highly DON’T recommend working with him. The other workers were so nice and welcoming. We felt like a burden from the beginning of working with him to the end.

Overall service was good but salesman tried to sneak warranty plan in that was $1100 without saying anything. If I had not reviewed all the added fees I would not have caught that. Feel he was trying to sneak it in, that should be an option that is added on once customer agrees to it not out in and covered up.

Salesperson Patricia was amazing THE Pickup sux beyond compare. They offer* $459 delivery fee huh in this economy.....or pick up that leaves you waiting in your vehicle in the El Paso heat for 45 minutes to an hour. Only to find cracks on the dressers and a scratch on the slate of the end table. After our experience, were we going to return it.....and go through this again? The thousands invested in your new furniture are not taken into consideration at all. Do yourself a favor DON'T Buy from here period!

The Ashley furniture is very good quality . Had a very bad experience with warehouse personal first time I purchased a bedroom set I didn’t open boxes they were damaged took them 2 weeks to get part in!! And yesterday I purchased a chest dresser I requested for them to open to check it out they said they can’t help they left it outside of warehouse and I had to load it my self “there was a worker that was on his break helped me load it which I’m grateful “warehouse personal picker was mad because I didn’t get it delivered I ordered it on line and the delivery was on Saturday I was going to be out of town but I had my reasons I don’t like the service gave me they need a check from corporate office

I have purchased all of my furniture from Ashley and have had a wide variety of sales people. Some were very pushy and make you feel like you are being stalked. Angelica was the exact opposite. She was available for any questions, gave her opinions but also gave space. She was super friendly and knowledgeable. She related to me on a familial level, she made me feel like a friend instead of a customer. Once I decided on furniture, the purchase process was quick and painless. I’d recommend Angelica to anyone when buying furniture. As far as Ashley Furniture is concerned, I have never had an issue with the furniture. I have purchased multiple bedroom sets, a sectional and a dining room set over the past 15 years and nothing is wrong with any of them.

I urgently needed living room and dining room furniture so I went with full confidence of paying a higher price for good quality furniture, fast service and the avoidance of headaches as you can see by this review I didn’t have any of those things. From botching the initial contract, being told my furniture would arrive on certain days and then getting the dates pushed back because I had to go and sign a new contract. Thinking the headaches were over, I get told three the before the supposedly last shipment of my furniture that I wouldn’t get it until a month later instead. I had to go in person three separate times to fix or find out what the issue was.

If you want GREAT customer service, ask for Angelica. I was talking on the phone while walking around looking at furniture. I didn't appreciate a couple of the associates who were just following me around the store looking at thungs while talking on the phone. I was dealing with a personal issue that day. Angelica was very understanding and patient when it came to what I wanted. Angelica listened to what I was looking for and assisted me from their. It was not about what she thought I should get but what I was looking for and wanted. I really appreciate Angelica because it was a few bumps when it came to my order, yet she was able to adjust and correct things right away because I wanted to cancel an order to get something different. I explained the budget that I wanted to stay in, and she worked with me to stay in the budget. Beware if you decide to pick up items. The sales person scheduled my delivery for Wednesday, but entered the wrong information on my account. I was not notified to confirm the delivery 24 to 48 hours in advance and missed the date. I went to the Ashley store and ultimately was resolved by Ruben (sales lead) through a third-party delivery service After a 45 minute discussion. The third-party delivered my furniture, but it was the wrong color sofa. Luis A., sales person, ordered the wrong color couch, which is now discontinued and not available. I went back to the Ashley store where the store manager Joe was respectful and compassionate towards the situation that snowballed throughout the day, but could not offer anything except for a full return which was not gonna help the situation because there was not another couch that was comparable to the Original order. Long story, short, the information on my account was entered wrong, telephone And address, the wrong couch was Ordered and delivered to me. I’m stuck with a sofa that I did not want in that color.

My salesperson told me it would be $1499 king mattress with base. And delivery fee got much more because of price too. I can’t believe the trick people. I went next day ..I had canceled my orders right away with Chris Serra but they keep calling me to schedule the delivery? I didn’t get any confirmation number .. I literally had to begged for cancellation.. omg..because i have been keep receiving automated delivery calls.for delivery schedule…i literally had to call my credit card company. I am frustrated with Ashley furniture as a whole. First off, we just found out the furniture warranty we bought for our indoor furniture is for outdoor furniture only policy. The warranty provider told me to call the store to correct the policy to be able to file a claim. I call my local store and I get routed to an foriegn call center. I've call on 3 seprate days because noone has reached out to resolve the issue and been told someone would call me back after having multiple escalation reports submitted. It is now Thursday with no resolution. I just hung up again with the customer care line and was told another ticket was filed, asked to speak with a supervisor and was told I could not be transfered because one wasn't available. Asked again to be transfered and was told the supervisor (Robert Watson) was not available because he just stepped into a meeting. This is not good customer service (localstore and call center) and doesn't make me feel like being repeat customer. There has been no resolution to me our issue

I’m currently having a very difficult time with warranty on a couch that I purchased six months ago. The seams have been splitting after only four months of use by one person, me. I’ve been trying to get warranty department to take care of this and it’s proving extremely difficult to make anything happen. I’ve Been on the phone with numerous people, numerous times, over the last two months. When I went into the store, they informed me that they have nothing to so with warranty and told me to call the number that I’ve been calling for the last two months. A warranty tech did come out today, tried to Fix the problem, but was unsuccessful. Replaced a cushion and cover on a tufted couch, leaving it untufted and it looks awful. Called again after the tech left and was told there’s nothing they can do until after he submits his report to call back tomorrow. This can keeps getting kicked down the street over and over again and it’s getting extremely frustrating.

The glossy finish on the dresser that substituted my old one for is dull compared to the other though it is the same line and style. I wish they would go back to the same craftsmen they used to have 10yrs ago for better quality.

The first sectional Patricia took us to was literally the exact type of sectional we wanted. She was super friendly and helpful. One thing I dislike about furniture stores is getting bombarded walking in the door and having really pushy sales people. Lies lies lies! Placed order before Christmas for couches and replacement headboard. Paid over $7000 not including the freight! Order was not deliver before Christmas called store and spoke to manager. Was told best he could do would be January 9th. Today is the 16th and I received a partial order. Headboard does not work either! I have tow left armed sides but no right hand. This means I don’t even have 1 complete couch.

The staff there were very friendly and helpful. They provided me with greats way to finance furniture and gave me excellent advice on different couches. Also, the discounts they had were amazing and saved me lots of money. Lots of options for furniture and I definitely would recommend to anyone looking for quality furniture. I am very disappointed with Ashley Furniture, especially since they Were my go to place when I needed to upgrade my furniture.

I went in looking for a tv stand and was helped by Guillermo. They had just the style I was looking for and was pleased with my purchase. The next day I went to pick it up and was shocked by how careless the loading crew was. An older gentleman named Jose and a younger man loaded the stand on the truck with out removing the shelves and had no regard for placing the stand on the blanket to avoid damaging it. It felt like they just wanted to get it over with and didn’t care about the condition it was left in. So just be careful when picking up appliances and if possible do net let them load your items. Overall, I left deeply frustrated and in disbelief at the quality of service.

Lack of Communication is my biggest complaint my order was changed 4 times all of which I only found out by calling the store myself. I came into the store spoke to Carlos he gave me a horrible attitude as if I was bothering him and texting on the phone as I’m speaking to him. I bought a mattress set and the foundation was too high for us , did not realize it would be so high till we got on bed that night . Absolutely horrible experience I ordered furniture with Omar in September and never got any kind of updates I constantly had to call a number and ask for myself and every time I called the dates were pushed back until now in November I called and they told me they no longer had my pieces available…. Once I was told that I was very upset and went back in store to just get refunded…. I never got refunded went in back again and was told that it wasn’t ever processed and then basically pushed to the side, they were pretty rude about it …. The only good thing I have to say about this store is their one salesman Jaime ! He was very helpful and understanding and was trying to find what we could possibly do to make this right and to see if I could get what I needed. So for that thank you Jaime ! Besides him I’m still two weeks out and still no refund and that now makes a total of a little over THREE MONTHS no furniture and no money back to me . They delivered a mattress (M71721) that is different than what was in the showroom. You can feel the coils on your back. They refuse to do a refund or even an exchange even though they advertise a 10 year warranty on their website. BEWARE! They sell mystery mattresses.

Bought an adjustable desk 2 months ago and the motor stopped working. I called CS and they told me they would order replacement parts that would take 7-10 business days. I checked in on day 10 and the parts still had not even shipped. They then told me it would take 5-6 weeks for the parts. Very upsetting considering the desk is brand new. Also, the rep told me they couldn’t expedite process. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first bad customer experience we’ve had with them. We also bought an adjustable desk without a motor in 2020. It arrived damaged and when we reached out, they advised there was nothing they could do. Everyone at the store is wonderful, but the post purchase experience is horrible. Do not recommend purchasing from Ashley to anyone.

Manuel was a great representative. Matias the store manager was also accommodating to me and my mother on finding a solution on an issue that arose. Matias M. could work on better addressing his elders however, I don't really like the dryness and curtness he speaks with when his own associates ask him for assistance as if his own associates were a nuisance. I admire his knowledgeability but he could benefit from being more empathic to his employees. Overall, I had a great experience and will be looking forward to receiving my furniture. I will update my review should any issues arise during the delivery in the next two weeks.

Salesperson was helpful and not pushy. She worked with me through every option possible. I left with almost $8000 in merchandise, and I was totally satisfied with the deal.

Horrible customer service all around, the merchandise was damaged we made a claim to the customer service department they told us to wait for the rep to submit the claim they would "call us back" which they never did, we called for an update the following day and they told us our three day exchange had already expired and no claim had been filed now we're stuck with an incomplete dinning set for which we paid 3k+, don't make the same mistake we did go somewhere else for your furniture needs.

Best part of are visit was no pressure. Omar was there to greet us and checked in with us periodically. He answered all our questions without any pressure to purchase anything. We actually let him know would think about it and he gave us his card and said to call him with any questions if any . We came back the next day and purchased are couches with Omar and it went flawless. Thank you for everything Omar.

We have bought furniture from Ashley before and the experience was great, therefore when we recently purchased our second home, we decided to go with them again to furnish our new home. Well, the experience this time around has been the WORST. Yeah, they're extremely nice and helpful when you're there looking around and buying furniture. They even assure you they'll take care of you if there's anything wrong with the furniture. Well, let me tell you....that's far from true, because once you walk out that door, they don't even honor what they say. It's been a complete NIGHTMARE dealing with their customer service. I purchased an almost 8000.00 recliner set, with the "warranty/protection plan" that they offer, and now after only 8 months said recliner doesn't work. We've made several calls to the store and their customer service line over and over and have gotten nowhere. Customer service says they'll call back and they never do, they even seem to hang up on purpose just to not deal with the issue at hand. To be honest, none of the reps know what they're doing or know how to handle warranty requests when issues arise with their products. We've been waiting over 4 months now to get our recliner fixed or exchanged, but no call back from anyone at either the store or customer service. And when we try calling they just throw us around to different "departments" or give us different numbers to call with no positive outcome. We've made stops in person at the store as well and the employees there are no help either, they don't even try to help us out. They just give us a piece of paper with yet another 800 number for us to call that gets us nothing in return. This was my favorite furniture store until now. It's been a very bad and disappointing experience all around. And by the looks of it we're not the only customers having problems with their protection plan. This will be the last time we purchase anything from this place. From now on I'll definitely not recommend this place to anyone, and I will make sure to tell friends, family and our military community to take their business somewhere else when purchasing furniture. At this point we will also be filing a complaint with the BBB if nothing is done soon... this is just unprofessional and ridiculous on their part.

My wife and I came in the store a week ago to just browse. A salesman approached us gave us his name and just let us know if we need any assistance to just let him know. I said ok cool thanks. He actually meant it! He didn’t bother us, follow us around or tell us anything we didn’t ask. So we left after browsing. Since he made us feel so comfortable and not rushed we decided to go back and purchase our son his first toddler bed. I would definitely go back. They seem to understand how irritating it is to have someone following your every move when you’re trying to shop in peace. I can appreciate that.

Today my wife and I walked in to Ashley furniture store on Airway, looking for a living room set. We were greeted by JR - salesperson & Loui - floor manager. We selected the set we liked and JR was able to expedite the paper work in less than 30 minutes. Literally we were there for about an hour. I love the fast service and selection they provided. We’ll definitely be back in the near future.

My family and I really love the style of furniture sold at Ashley, the customer service is great right up until you have an issue with something already bought and in your home. I spent over $18k last year when we bought our new home. We bought electric recliner couches for our living room and one of them stopped working and stayed in the up position 6 months after we got it. We even bought the extended warranty of all of our furniture to be on the safe side. Well, I went to the store and they gave me an 800 number to call because it was still within the manufactures warranty. I called and thought it was going to be fairly quick and was expecting a few weeks maybe a month or two, but we are going on one year since our purchase. Next month will be one year. I keep calling to get answers and one person actually told me that there is not a technician in my area that can service my couch and that I should call to have the couch replaced. I called and was told I would get a call within 72 hours. Two weeks later(today), I get a call and they hang up on me without a word. I call back and the person on the phone gives me his attitude after I kept telling him that I was not given any information that he was asking since they hung up before saying anything. I was getting no where with him except a ton of anger and frustration. I am still going to tryin calling Ashley furniture and hope I get results. I would not recommend Ashley furniture to anyone. I would advise against purchasing the "Extended warranty". Its a waste of money and a waste of time. I would have been better off buying from a local low end furniture store. Expensive furniture doesn't mean better. I just wish Best Buy sold furniture. At least they honor their warranties.

Very poor customer service. Bought a brand new table set with six chairs. One chair was really off set with a short leg and wobbles bad. They give a run around about being able to exchange an item. After paying 1700 for a table and chairs customers should be able to exchange a defective item. Without have to wait a week or constantly being told “we’ll give you a call back”. Another bad experience I had was buying a temperpudic mattress. Was never told to buy their mattress protecter from them. I had to buy my own protecter. In doing so I wanted to exchange my brand new mattress and was told since we didn’t buy the protecter from them it voided our warranty. No we’re stuck with a 3,000 mattress.

Just purchased a new reclining top grain leather sofa and loveseat from the Ashley Store on Airway in El Paso. The store has an amazing selection to choose from, and our sales person Victor Helbling was awesome. He was very patient while we chose the right sofas and answered all of our questions without hesitation. Couldn’t have had a better experience!!!

Juan my salesman was nice. My biggest issue was when you by in store and take merchandise out of store there are no returns. I bought an ottoman that looked great in showroom. When I got home and noticed the ottoman was huge and realized that I bought the smaller version of the sectional. Was never told there were no returns when you buy in store. Now I’m stuck with the big ottoman which is still in box. Buyer beware.

They were helpful when it came to buying the furniture but completely shut us out when we needed an exchange. The store will or cannot help you with the process and the customer service hangs up over and over. Once we were finally able to start the process they said they wouldn’t honor it because the bed we bought was a different version. At the store during purchase we were assured that we could easily return the mattress if we were unhappy with it. We paid around $4,500 for this mattress yet they’ve completely stopped honoring the exchange policy.

There's some great quality pieces but it's way too expensive. I bought a leather sectional at Household Furniture that Ashley was selling for 1,400 more. Everything here is more expensive than elsewhere and for that reason I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Purchased a bed for $900 and drove it to my new home 600 miles from the store. When I installed it I found significant damage and Ashley told me to take it back to the original warehouse or they wouldn't honor the warranty. This was honestly the fastest we ever got out of there. The process use to be tiring just to buy furniture. This time we were in and out within 30 minutes and that included 20 minutes of looking for what we wanted. Our salesman Carlos was very helpful in making sure we got all the info about the warranties.

Everything went smooth

First issue was...The salesman followed me around the store. Then when I asked him questions about the difference in the mattresses the answer I received was to lay on them to try them out. If you're gonna follow someone around the store make sure you're able to answer questions or at least go find somebody who can.Second issue and my biggest issue... after finding the bedroom set that I wanted and filling out the paperwork we discussed the deals they had running. I asked several times was he able to do the deal we discussed and he said yes every time. AFTER my credit was ran the manager came up and basically said that they couldn't do the deal that his employee had promised me. If your employee doesn't know what they're doing then they shouldn't be on the floor and the manager should've accommodated me for the inconvenience AND for running my credit based on a lie.

Ok first of all salesman was helpful. However we went outside to pick up the mattress and waited for around an hour for the mattress. The other issue was when warehouse employees brought the mattress to our truck. One employee using a small dolly was dragging the mattress where the left hand side of mattress was scrapping the floor. Not a professional experience and other employees didn't seem to care. Four other employees were Around and did nothing. Again we had to wait before they put it in the bed of truck because warehouse guys said the salesman was suppose to do it, which took a while.

Ordered a bed that after a month I still didn’t have. I bought one elsewhere and when I went in to cancel my order they were refusing to cancel my order with no idea if or when I would get it and me telling them I had already bought one elsewhere. When I called to ask about my order the person who answered said they were extremely busy to call back later and just hung up. I understand if you’re busy but I don’t think that’s good customer service on your part.

I am so disappointed in Ashley I went in and bought a lift recliner for my brother who has difficulties with walking and I specially ask if my recliner was in stock and they assured me it was, I was able to go the next day for pick up and they could not give me my recliner even though I had my receipt and item # claiming their system to be down, it is going on 2 weeks now and I can’t get my recliner. Very disappointing, Is Ashley going out of business? Beware

Worst experience I have ever had at any furniture store. I would rate them a ZERO if I could. I went in and at first they were very helpful, they were so quick to charge me for the shipping and didn’t bother to tell me the mattress comes in a box that would easily fit in my vehicle. After several attempts to reach the sales person he said i could pick it up a couple of days later. I went in to pick it up and their system is down, no call or text from the sales person or the store. They were extremely rude as if I was bothering for trying to pick up the item that I paid for. Waited a couple days later to pick up my mattress again and same response, EXTREMELY RUDE and same answer they did not when I would be able to pick up. I canceled my order which seemed they were eager to do. This is my first and will be my LAST time I ever do any business at this place. 6/29/23 They won’t even give me my full refund back. After asking to speak to a supervisor and their employee number they stopped answering.

The selection at the store was good. The sales person Efren was professional and courteous. He helped up find something we liked. The sales process was good. The delivery was ok but item had marks and had to be reordered. White glove delivery wasn’t what I thought it should be. Delivery person Hector was friendly. The other delivery person was rushing to get in and out and just wanted to finish to go home. I think he could be more professional because of the fact that he told us that he needed to finish to go home. Being rushed to get furniture in, set up and leave in a matter of maybe 15 minutes does not add up to the high price we paid for the delivery. It’s not my fault that they had 13 deliveries today and that my furniture had marks. I don’t want excuses, I want solutions.

I bought a reclining loveseat and sofa from Ashley's. I received the furniture 4 days ago. I am very disappointed the loveseat frame was not straight one side was lower than the other. We started to inspect it closely to find tears covered with brown paint. I would have never expected this type of furniture from Ashley's. I have been a customer for many years. I will never buy from this store again. Inspect every detail you might think you are buying good quality furniture from a quality store but you never know what you will be receiving.
