I have purchased all of my furniture from Ashley and have had a wide variety of sales people. Some were very pushy and make you feel like you are being stalked. Angelica was the exact opposite. She was available for any questions, gave her opinions but also gave space. She was super friendly and knowledgeable. She related to me on a familial level, she made me feel like a friend instead of a customer. Once I decided on furniture, the purchase process was quick and painless. I’d recommend Angelica to anyone when buying furniture. As far as Ashley Furniture is concerned, I have never had an issue with the furniture. I have purchased multiple bedroom sets, a sectional and a dining room set over the past 15 years and nothing is wrong with any of them.

My experience at Ashley was excellent The two ladies I dealt with, Patricia and Nora, were very personable, efficient and knowledgeable. Couldn’t ask for better service.

I urgently needed living room and dining room furniture so I went with full confidence of paying a higher price for good quality furniture, fast service and the avoidance of headaches as you can see by this review I didn’t have any of those things. From botching the initial contract, being told my furniture would arrive on certain days and then getting the dates pushed back because I had to go and sign a new contract. Thinking the headaches were over, I get told three the before the supposedly last shipment of my furniture that I wouldn’t get it until a month later instead. I had to go in person three separate times to fix or find out what the issue was.

Great experience! They showed us multiple sleeper sofas and we found one not only queen-sized, but in a color and style I liked!

If you want GREAT customer service, ask for Angelica. I was talking on the phone while walking around looking at furniture. I didn't appreciate a couple of the associates who were just following me around the store looking at thungs while talking on the phone. I was dealing with a personal issue that day. Angelica was very understanding and patient when it came to what I wanted. Angelica listened to what I was looking for and assisted me from their. It was not about what she thought I should get but what I was looking for and wanted. I really appreciate Angelica because it was a few bumps when it came to my order, yet she was able to adjust and correct things right away because I wanted to cancel an order to get something different. I explained the budget that I wanted to stay in, and she worked with me to stay in the budget. Beware if you decide to pick up items. The workers there are rude, and due to the very minimum when it comes to there job. Thank you again, Angelica, for making my purchase an awesome experience you get 5 stars from me.

My wife and I had such a great time shopping for a dining set! Ruben was incredibly helpful and helped us pick out the perfect dining table for our needs.

The sales person scheduled my delivery for Wednesday, but entered the wrong information on my account. I was not notified to confirm the delivery 24 to 48 hours in advance and missed the date. I went to the Ashley store and ultimately was resolved by Ruben (sales lead) through a third-party delivery service After a 45 minute discussion. The third-party delivered my furniture, but it was the wrong color sofa. Luis A., sales person, ordered the wrong color couch, which is now discontinued and not available. I went back to the Ashley store where the store manager Joe was respectful and compassionate towards the situation that snowballed throughout the day, but could not offer anything except for a full return which was not gonna help the situation because there was not another couch that was comparable to the Original order. Long story, short, the information on my account was entered wrong, telephone And address, the wrong couch was Ordered and delivered to me. I’m stuck with a sofa that I did not want in that color.

We stopped today to check out mattresses for our kids beds. The salesman Guillermo did an excellent job showing us around and describing the difference between the mattresses. After a short period of time we made our decision and walked out with two mattresses. We extremely satisfied with our purchase and the customer service we received. I purchased some furniture and got home. I just find out they charged me $799 for mattress base and mattress $1099. I’m thinking what is this? My salesperson told me it would be $1499 king mattress with base. And delivery fee got much more because of price too. I can’t believe the trick people. I went next day ..I had canceled my orders right away with Chris Serra but they keep calling me to schedule the delivery? I didn’t get any confirmation number .. I literally had to begged for cancellation.. omg..because i have been keep receiving automated delivery calls.for delivery schedule…i literally had to call my credit card company. It’s really bad experience for me. I have purchased furniture everywhere else before and never had this kind of experiences!! Ashley store customers service is really terrible. These people are very very demanding and lack of customer service. When i went to store to cancel my order and he said it is canceled but people called me to set up the delivery date and i told him i canceled it and he said it’s not. Attention buyers.. please shop somewhere !! Ashley furniture store was worse place and people ever !!!

It's been 2 months and I keep calling them multiple times and nothing is being resolved. Emails are being sent and managers are being called but no one seems to know what to do. Total scam by both companies. Ashley for selling an insurance and promising everything can be fixed or replace with this insurance. Promoting them falsely. By the way I just needed my sofas to be cleaned or steam and they refused because I had more than 2 stains. So people don't fall for these insurance they insist in selling you because it's worthless.

The initial salesman was helpful and demonstrated respect for us by giving us time to discuss the purchase on our own. Unfortunately the manager was a very different story. He was pushy and reminded me of all the best stereotypes about sales people. He tried to guess at what we were thinking (unsuccessfully) and tried to bait me by questioning my finances as if that was pulling my "Man-Card". The team offered us a better deal once we had already left. The problem with that is that once a potential customer leaves the floor, they have already gotten used to the idea of not buying. After that, there is no getting them back. If they had offered the same deal in the first place, we would have bought 7k in furniture that day without a second thought.

I am frustrated with Ashley furniture as a whole. First off, we just found out the furniture warranty we bought for our indoor furniture is for outdoor furniture only policy. The warranty provider told me to call the store to correct the policy to be able to file a claim. I call my local store and I get routed to an foriegn call center. I've call on 3 seprate days because noone has reached out to resolve the issue and been told someone would call me back after having multiple escalation reports submitted. It is now Thursday with no resolution. I just hung up again with the customer care line and was told another ticket was filed, asked to speak with a supervisor and was told I could not be transfered because one wasn't available. Asked again to be transfered and was told the supervisor (Robert Watson) was not available because he just stepped into a meeting. This is not good customer service (localstore and call center) and doesn't make me feel like being repeat customer. There has been no resolution to me our issue

The salesman messed up the order which delayed everything. Had to rec communicate numerous times deliveries. To boot the stuff doesn’t even work and their policy mandates no returns after 72 hours. For the price the service and warranty are a joke. You’re better off at least paying the cheap prices for this over manufactured copycat furniture elsewhere.

I’m currently having a very difficult time with warranty on a couch that I purchased six months ago. The seams have been splitting after only four months of use by one person, me. I’ve been trying to get warranty department to take care of this and it’s proving extremely difficult to make anything happen. I’ve Been on the phone with numerous people, numerous times, over the last two months. When I went into the store, they informed me that they have nothing to so with warranty and told me to call the number that I’ve been calling for the last two months. A warranty tech did come out today, tried to Fix the problem, but was unsuccessful. Replaced a cushion and cover on a tufted couch, leaving it untufted and it looks awful. Called again after the tech left and was told there’s nothing they can do until after he submits his report to call back tomorrow. This can keeps getting kicked down the street over and over again and it’s getting extremely frustrating.

Cynthia the sales person seemed to not care if she made a sale or didnt. She told us a price and would leave. The manager Chris is the one that vame and explained material how durable it was. The district manager gave us a great deal. But they are only nice when they are selling to you. after it id sold there rude. Not explaining tthe pick up process or warranty. Cynthia was more interested in talking to her co worker. District manager is the one who convinced us about warranty. We have purchased several furniture items from Ashleys. But for my future purchases i will go elsewhere, where i feel my business is appreciated and thanked at lesst.

Victor was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me pick out a great bedroom set and price matched it.

Financing process was as easy as pie! However, once the furniture was delivered already assembled I noticed that the quality of the craftsmanship isn’t as good as it used to. The glossy finish on the dresser that substituted my old one for is dull compared to the other though it is the same line and style. I wish they would go back to the same craftsmen they used to have 10yrs ago for better quality.

Bought a bed from this location Carlos was our sales guy picked up the bed brought it home but when we put it together it's missing major pieces that hold the bed up off the floor also has bolts with no ridges called multiple times with no help. It's been a week and still nothing but a bed with missing pieces. Once you pick up the furniture they do not care as there is a no refund policy. Before taking your furniture make sure there is nothing wrong with it because these guys don't care.

Lies lies lies! Placed order before Christmas for couches and replacement headboard. Paid over $7000 not including the freight! Order was not deliver before Christmas called store and spoke to manager. Was told best he could do would be January 9th. Today is the 16th and I received a partial order. Headboard does not work either! I have tow left armed sides but no right hand. This means I don’t even have 1 complete couch.

An older gentleman named Jose and a younger man loaded the stand on the truck with out removing the shelves and had no regard for placing the stand on the blanket to avoid damaging it. It felt like they just wanted to get it over with and didn’t care about the condition it was left in. So just be careful when picking up appliances and if possible do net let them load your items. Overall, I left deeply frustrated and in disbelief at the quality of service.

Lack of Communication is my biggest complaint my order was changed 4 times all of which I only found out by calling the store myself. I came into the store spoke to Carlos he gave me a horrible attitude as if I was bothering him and texting on the phone as I’m speaking to him. I bought a mattress set and the foundation was too high for us , did not realize it would be so high till we got on bed that night . Absolutely horrible experience I ordered furniture with Omar in September and never got any kind of updates I constantly had to call a number and ask for myself and every time I called the dates were pushed back until now in November I called and they told me they no longer had my pieces available…. Once I was told that I was very upset and went back in store to just get refunded…. I never got refunded went in back again and was told that it wasn’t ever processed and then basically pushed to the side, they were pretty rude about it …. The only good thing I have to say about this store is their one salesman Jaime ! He was very helpful and understanding and was trying to find what we could possibly do to make this right and to see if I could get what I needed. So for that thank you Jaime ! Besides him I’m still two weeks out and still no refund and that now makes a total of a little over THREE MONTHS no furniture and no money back to me . Bought an adjustable desk 2 months ago and the motor stopped working. I called CS and they told me they would order replacement parts that would take 7-10 business days. I checked in on day 10 and the parts still had not even shipped. They then told me it would take 5-6 weeks for the parts. Very upsetting considering the desk is brand new. Also, the rep told me they couldn’t expedite process. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first bad customer experience we’ve had with them. We also bought an adjustable desk without a motor in 2020. It arrived damaged and when we reached out, they advised there was nothing they could do. Everyone at the store is wonderful, but the post purchase experience is horrible. Do not recommend purchasing from Ashley to anyone.

Our salesman was very nice but when he called the manager Chris over for help, he was the extremely rude. When we let him know we were going to go with a different we had earlier from Mattress Firm, he stood up crumpled up the paper he was writing on and just stormed off leaving my husband and I sitting at the table we were at. Never again. If that is how the manager acts, I can’t imagine what would happen if you need to return something or you try to call about the warranty.

Went in to buy a mattress. Initial salesman was pleasant and tried his best to help us but called his manager when we couldn't come to a deal. The manager Chris ended our conversation very rudely. He crumpled the paper we were working on and walked away visibly upset. Definitely don't recommend and won't be returning.

Manuel was a great representative. Matias the store manager was also accommodating to me and my mother on finding a solution on an issue that arose. Matias M. could work on better addressing his elders however, I don't really like the dryness and curtness he speaks with when his own associates ask him for assistance as if his own associates were a nuisance. I admire his knowledgeability but he could benefit from being more empathic to his employees. Overall, I had a great experience and will be looking forward to receiving my furniture. I will update my review should any issues arise during the delivery in the next two weeks.

Horrible customer service all around, the merchandise was damaged we made a claim to the customer service department they told us to wait for the rep to submit the claim they would "call us back" which they never did, we called for an update the following day and they told us our three day exchange had already expired and no claim had been filed now we're stuck with an incomplete dinning set for which we paid 3k+, don't make the same mistake we did go somewhere else for your furniture needs.

Best part of are visit was no pressure. Omar was there to greet us and checked in with us periodically. He answered all our questions without any pressure to purchase anything. We actually let him know would think about it and he gave us his card and said to call him with any questions if any . We came back the next day and purchased are couches with Omar and it went flawless. Thank you for everything Omar.

We have bought furniture from Ashley before and the experience was great, therefore when we recently purchased our second home, we decided to go with them again to furnish our new home. Well, the experience this time around has been the WORST. Yeah, they're extremely nice and helpful when you're there looking around and buying furniture. They even assure you they'll take care of you if there's anything wrong with the furniture. Well, let me tell you....that's far from true, because once you walk out that door, they don't even honor what they say. It's been a complete NIGHTMARE dealing with their customer service. I purchased an almost 8000.00 recliner set, with the "warranty/protection plan" that they offer, and now after only 8 months said recliner doesn't work. We've made several calls to the store and their customer service line over and over and have gotten nowhere. Customer service says they'll call back and they never do, they even seem to hang up on purpose just to not deal with the issue at hand. To be honest, none of the reps know what they're doing or know how to handle warranty requests when issues arise with their products. We've been waiting over 4 months now to get our recliner fixed or exchanged, but no call back from anyone at either the store or customer service. And when we try calling they just throw us around to different "departments" or give us different numbers to call with no positive outcome. We've made stops in person at the store as well and the employees there are no help either, they don't even try to help us out. They just give us a piece of paper with yet another 800 number for us to call that gets us nothing in return. This was my favorite furniture store until now. It's been a very bad and disappointing experience all around. And by the looks of it we're not the only customers having problems with their protection plan. This will be the last time we purchase anything from this place. From now on I'll definitely not recommend this place to anyone, and I will make sure to tell friends, family and our military community to take their business somewhere else when purchasing furniture. At this point we will also be filing a complaint with the BBB if nothing is done soon... this is just unprofessional and ridiculous on their part.

My wife and I came in the store a week ago to just browse. A salesman approached us gave us his name and just let us know if we need any assistance to just let him know. I said ok cool thanks. He actually meant it! He didn’t bother us, follow us around or tell us anything we didn’t ask. So we left after browsing. Since he made us feel so comfortable and not rushed we decided to go back and purchase our son his first toddler bed. I would definitely go back. They seem to understand how irritating it is to have someone following your every move when you’re trying to shop in peace. I can appreciate that.

Today my wife and I walked in to Ashley furniture store on Airway, looking for a living room set. We were greeted by JR - salesperson & Loui - floor manager. We selected the set we liked and JR was able to expedite the paper work in less than 30 minutes. Literally we were there for about an hour. I love the fast service and selection they provided. We’ll definitely be back in the near future.

My family and I really love the style of furniture sold at Ashley, the customer service is great right up until you have an issue with something already bought and in your home. I spent over $18k last year when we bought our new home. We bought electric recliner couches for our living room and one of them stopped working and stayed in the up position 6 months after we got it. We even bought the extended warranty of all of our furniture to be on the safe side. Well, I went to the store and they gave me an 800 number to call because it was still within the manufactures warranty. I called and thought it was going to be fairly quick and was expecting a few weeks maybe a month or two, but we are going on one year since our purchase. Next month will be one year. I keep calling to get answers and one person actually told me that there is not a technician in my area that can service my couch and that I should call to have the couch replaced. I called and was told I would get a call within 72 hours. Two weeks later(today), I get a call and they hang up on me without a word. I call back and the person on the phone gives me his attitude after I kept telling him that I was not given any information that he was asking since they hung up before saying anything. I was getting no where with him except a ton of anger and frustration. I am still going to tryin calling Ashley furniture and hope I get results. I would not recommend Ashley furniture to anyone. I would advise against purchasing the "Extended warranty". Its a waste of money and a waste of time. I would have been better off buying from a local low end furniture store. Expensive furniture doesn't mean better. I just wish Best Buy sold furniture. At least they honor their warranties.

Very poor customer service. Bought a brand new table set with six chairs. One chair was really off set with a short leg and wobbles bad. They give a run around about being able to exchange an item. After paying 1700 for a table and chairs customers should be able to exchange a defective item. Without have to wait a week or constantly being told “we’ll give you a call back”. Another bad experience I had was buying a temperpudic mattress. Was never told to buy their mattress protecter from them. I had to buy my own protecter. In doing so I wanted to exchange my brand new mattress and was told since we didn’t buy the protecter from them it voided our warranty. No we’re stuck with a 3,000 mattress.

Just purchased a new reclining top grain leather sofa and loveseat from the Ashley Store on Airway in El Paso. The store has an amazing selection to choose from, and our sales person Victor Helbling was awesome. He was very patient while we chose the right sofas and answered all of our questions without hesitation. Couldn’t have had a better experience!!!

Every thing seemed great until the delivery men didn’t deliver the low profile spring box. We was so excited since we waited awhile for the delivery. My mother had been sleeping on an air mattress since she didn’t want to sleep on my bed. We had spoken to our sales rep Santa about it for my mother since she can’t get off a tall bed. So we tried to call the place to speak to them and they only have a calling service that you can’t even get through to speak to some one or even a regional manager. So we had to drive across town to speak to someone in person. When we got there Matias Montes, was no help what so ever. No sympathy or kindness from him. He stated they would have to recharge for delivery and didn’t even care that it was their fault. When we asked to speak to a manager, one of the staff laughed at us and said Mr. Montes is the manager. Now I am looking at a different furniture store since this will be the last time I ever purchase anything from this place again. Since my husband buys furniture from them, they also lost another customer. I would not recommend this place. They are okay to take customers money but when issues arise best believe this place is No GOOD!! If I could leave No Stars I would after how we were treated. Shame on you Mr Montes and staff!!

Juan my salesman was nice. My biggest issue was when you by in store and take merchandise out of store there are no returns. I bought an ottoman that looked great in showroom. When I got home and noticed the ottoman was huge and realized that I bought the smaller version of the sectional. Was never told there were no returns when you buy in store. Now I’m stuck with the big ottoman which is still in box. Buyer beware.

They were helpful when it came to buying the furniture but completely shut us out when we needed an exchange. The store will or cannot help you with the process and the customer service hangs up over and over. Once we were finally able to start the process they said they wouldn’t honor it because the bed we bought was a different version. At the store during purchase we were assured that we could easily return the mattress if we were unhappy with it. We paid around $4,500 for this mattress yet they’ve completely stopped honoring the exchange policy.

There's some great quality pieces but it's way too expensive. I bought a leather sectional at Household Furniture that Ashley was selling for 1,400 more. Everything here is more expensive than elsewhere and for that reason I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Ok first of all salesman was helpful. However we went outside to pick up the mattress and waited for around an hour for the mattress. The other issue was when warehouse employees brought the mattress to our truck. One employee using a small dolly was dragging the mattress where the left hand side of mattress was scrapping the floor. Not a professional experience and other employees didn't seem to care. Four other employees were Around and did nothing. Again we had to wait before they put it in the bed of truck because warehouse guys said the salesman was suppose to do it, which took a while.

Worst experience I have ever had at any furniture store. I would rate them a ZERO if I could. I went in and at first they were very helpful, they were so quick to charge me for the shipping and didn’t bother to tell me the mattress comes in a box that would easily fit in my vehicle. After several attempts to reach the sales person he said i could pick it up a couple of days later. I went in to pick it up and their system is down, no call or text from the sales person or the store. They were extremely rude as if I was bothering for trying to pick up the item that I paid for. Waited a couple days later to pick up my mattress again and same response, EXTREMELY RUDE and same answer they did not when I would be able to pick up. I canceled my order which seemed they were eager to do. This is my first and will be my LAST time I ever do any business at this place. 6/29/23 They won’t even give me my full refund back. After asking to speak to a supervisor and their employee number they stopped answering.

The delivery was ok but item had marks and had to be reordered. White glove delivery wasn’t what I thought it should be. Delivery person Hector was friendly. The other delivery person was rushing to get in and out and just wanted to finish to go home. I think he could be more professional because of the fact that he told us that he needed to finish to go home. Being rushed to get furniture in, set up and leave in a matter of maybe 15 minutes does not add up to the high price we paid for the delivery. It’s not my fault that they had 13 deliveries today and that my furniture had marks. I don’t want excuses, I want solutions.

Had a wonderful shopping experience at the Ashley's store today. My sales lady Santa definitely knows her products. I was allowed to browse to my hearts content and never felt pressured. However, when the furniture was delivered, it was a totally different story. I was unhappy with the colors. My table was not the color I had seen in the store. I told the delivery people, but they told me not to worry because I had 72 hours to refuse and send it back. I immediately called the store and after much haggling they said they would come and pick it up. I’m still waiting. I saw some barstools on line that were a different color than the ones I bought and asked if I could exchange them. They refused. I have never had a company refuse an exchange within 72 or more hours. I have to purchase many more items, but Ashley home furnishings will never get my business and I’ll be spreading the horrible policy news. I’ve bought items from Wayfair and NEVER had a problem returning or exchanging. Reputable, good companies always do their best to help and please.
