I’m currently having a very difficult time with warranty on a couch that I purchased six months ago. The seems have been splitting after only four months of use by one person, me. I’ve been trying to get warranty department to take care of this and it’s proving extremely difficult to make anything happen. I’ve Been on the phone with numerous people, numerous times, over the last two months. When I went into the store, they informed me that they have nothing to so with warranty and told me to call the number that I’ve been calling for the last two months. A warranty tech did come out today, tried to Fix the problem, but was unsuccessful. Replaced a cushion and cover on a tufted couch, leaving it untufted and it looks awful. Called again after the tech left and was told there’s nothing they can do until after he submits his report to call back tomorrow. This can keeps getting kicked down the street over and over again and it’s getting extremely frustrating.
