Just bought a new bed set and I’m seriously impressed. The salesperson, Mikah, showed me one that had great quality and it looks amazing in my room. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. I’m grateful for the experience!! Will come back in the future for more.

Shady advertisement. Will never buy from this place again. Bought a table and four chairs for advertised amount of 599. When I picked up my table and chairs the invoice I received from the warehouse showed the price of the set was really 479. So I go inside the store and ask about the discrepancy between the 599 on my invoice and the warehouse invoice of 479. The sales guy tells me that he was just about to call me to tell me I got a “free” protection plan. So apparently the free protection plan is baked into the price of the table and chairs. So if you’re paying for it unknowingly is it really free? When I was buying the furniture I declined all protection plans. The numbers don’t match and I’m not happy. In the end I ended up paying for a protection plan which I didn’t want. So they inflate the price of the table and chairs with the price of the “free” protection plan. The invoice I was given didn’t even have the protection plan listed. The one they gave me after I complained now had the “free” protection plan but it cost 119. This makes absolutely no sense. The manager offered to removed the protection plan but I would still end up paying the 649…lol what

Ashley. Recliner love seat is better than I expected, and the guys that delivered it got here an hour and a 1/2 early and a very respectful and very professional. I enjoyed the experience.

I stopped at this place back on 6/30/25 and purchased 13k in furniture needed. Among my things, I got 2 pillows (STORM 1.0 and 2.0). I used the 1.0 and it was hard and uncomfortable. I went back and took the 2.0 brand new and in the box to see if I could return it. It was within the 90 days which I thought was the return time. The so called manager said no, that I couldn't return it. So then I asked, if I could least exchange it for the lower pillow. He said no again. A pillow that cost me 199.99 dollars and will not be able to use because it is very uncomfortable. It is just ridiculous!!! I called Ashley's and they said they couldn't do anything because the store did not leave a note on the account. Worthless company like all its employees... that when they are trying to sell, they will say everything that you want to hear but when the consumer needs something, no one is there to help. They hire incompetent people that are so called managers to run stores for business like this one.
