Please tell your sales people not to tell, say, promise, anything they won't apply to the final sale that was offered. The gentalman, Mr. Olivares, told my father, James Hopkins and I, Teresa Haverty, that he would & could reduce $200.00 from the price as well as $100.00 for military discount. Neither were applied to the final sale. The recliner was already on sale at $799.99. The $ 200.00 was not off of the original price of $999.99. It was supposed to be from.the sale price of $ 799.99. Other than this discrepancy, we appreciate Ashley Furnitures service. Thank you. Teresa Haverty

We purchased a couch, two recliners, and a table on March 1, 2026. We paid cash. Each piece was verified to be in-stock and ready for delivery. We were told that delivery would call us the day before to confirm delivery. We received no call. Delivery was supposed to be today. We called Ashley's today and were told delivery was scheduled for April. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!! We canceled the order and will never shop there again.

Picking up furniture was not pleasant to say it nicely, we text that we were on the way, showed up and backed into spot was told there would be a small wait. Saw the vehicles next to us get loaded and new ones come in and get loaded and left. Asked for an update and was told the others next to us that just got there were next. Not the first time this happens. If you go to pick up furniture pack an lunch and patience.

Update an associate from Ashley contacted me today and issued my refund and set up a pick up date for the bunkie board. Thanks Ashley Went and bought a bed from Ashley furniture. The sales associate Santos did a great job helping us pick a bed. His manager came over and was pushing us to buy a mattress then when we kept saying no told us we need a box spring for the bed. He also said we could just use a bunkie board because that full bed we got needed it. We got the bed set up and the bunkie board was not needed because we got the wooden slates it just made the mattress sit higher than it needed to. I called Ashley to return it because I just got the order yesterday and they said I could not return it unless It has damages. Even after I also told them they sent me the wrong headboard and I was willing to keep the headboard they sent and just return the bunkie board they refused to help me.

We will always go back and work with Nick. he doesn't feel like a "used car" salesman, (no offense to that job) but you know what I mean. Because of Nick, we made our purchase from Ashley's furniture, not the other stores we had already looked at.

Purchased a sofa chaise from Willie who was very knowledgeable and he setup delivery for my home in Florida even though I made the purchase in El Paso. The entire staff were professional and polite during the entire process. I would recommend Ashley El Paso.

Loved the way they came un the house put the table together and was all done in record time will I use tou guys again yes. I am i need couch is next then a computer cabanit and then a table under my TV I will do business with them again.

My husband and I bought all of our furniture with Ashley's. The furniture is not the problem. The customer service is!! We had purchased a bed frame and paid for it, only to be told that it had been added to someone else's account. The salesperson was quick to "Cancel" and said we would be seeing it reflect on our accounts very soon. Fast forward almost 3 WEEKS and calling customer service every other day, we finally received our money back! (That was the first issue) The second was that we had ordered a dinning table at the end of October for our first Thanksgiving with our family. We ordered the normal height table 6 chairs and a bench. Well we were not there when they dropped it off as we both work during the week. We came home and the bench was too high. (2nd mistake) That they fixed within a week. The last and still ongoing problem is that we are missing a chair. Since before Thanksgiving I've been on the phone with CS EVERY WEEK and they are still giving me the run around. I finally asked for a refund knowing we were not going to get our chair and they put in the claim. We are now in February and nothing!! Mind you I have been calling every 3-5 business day only to be told that they will set up a "claim to financing". We love their furniture, but I just do not know if it is worth the hassle.

Buyers beware before leaving the store. Make sure that your name is listed correctly, you will have to then fax your id so they can change it if you buy with credit. If you are not 100% sure on the mattress you need or want, do not buy it from here. Use a place where you can return during the trial period. You cannot return mattresses here, only exchange, and if the new mattress is less than the first purchase, they keep the difference. I did an exchanged lost a few thousand, and never got a follow up on the replacement. Once you close, they are done.

I went to shop for furniture and was assigned Efram as our sales associate. Efram was set knowledgeable and helpful. We purchased over $16k worth of furniture.

Obviously a salesperson jumped at talking to us, they were very friendly and attentive. We made our selection on the couch we wanted and was told we would have it delivered in two weeks time which worked perfectly because we had just moved into an empty house with no furniture, and knowing two weeks to wait for a couch we really liked would be pretty sucky but we could wait it out. This was December 8th of 2025. Two weeks later, we decided to give them a call because we had no updates on the delivery. After talking with them we were told that our couches actually could not be delivered till January 28th of 2026 due to the couches being on back order. If we were told upfront about the back order issue then it wouldn’t have been so bad, at that point we could have decided to tough it out or select a couch that wouldn’t have made us wait so long. The issue was that the sales associate did not give us that info before ordering and failed to give us any updates throughout the process until we had called and messaged. So come January 28th and still no couch, still no update. We call again and turns out now the couches won’t be delivered until February 3rd 2026. It was really sucky and I hope we actually receive our couches tomorrow. I will definitely come and update or comment on what happens next. Please do not shop here, it’s really uncomfortable to not have a couch for so long. My kids and I usually do movie Friday where we cuddle in the couch and watch movies and babies miss having movie night together on a couch. I seriously will never shop Ashley Furniture again, the least they could have done in this situation was offer some sort of discount due to inconvenience. Sincerely a very angry and disappointed customer. Update for delivery day Feb 3rd 2026 and we go all the pieces except the middle section the couch. Apparently that is why the delivery date was postponed due to that part being on back order. If that’s the case why didn’t they just deliver the pieces that they had when they said my couch would be delivered??? Now I’m waiting to see what they say because apparently there is nothing they can do.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Ashley Furniture – Airway Blvd, El Paso, TX Our experience at this Ashley’s was extremely frustrating from start to finish. The salesperson was very pushy, slow, and didn’t even get our original order right. He kept trying to steer us toward options we clearly said we did not want. We also ordered a table, and when I picked it up from the warehouse, the box was already opened, had paint on it, and was missing the legs entirely. Despite this, they made me take the box back home and store it until a replacement could be brought, which was completely inconvenient and unacceptable. On top of that, we ordered couches that ended up being too big for our space. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare—we were given the runaround over and over. It wasn’t until I repeatedly demanded a refund that I was finally transferred to someone who actually listened. Even then, instead of processing the refund, they tried to push a 20% discount. All I wanted was my money back. Overall, the experience was disorganized, unprofessional, and exhausting. Between the pushy sales tactics, damaged and incomplete items, and poor customer service, I would not recommend this location.

We went in just looking and got exceptional help with choosing and buying our furniture. Delivery was quick and easy. Would definitely buy from them again.

The manager Mika was so so pushy actually forced me to give him my social security to check if I had an Ashley account when told him I already had a synchrony C.C. He was very condescending in our conversation. I had to be very stern when I left because he would not give me a price unless I committed to apply for credit with him. When I left the Ashley store he had the courage to give me a call to give me the price while I was already driving away. He could have given me a good price since the beginning and avoid all this BS. Will not return to Ashley.

Our salesman was great. Very helpful and attentive but not overbearing. The store is under remodel but they have done well keeping the shopping experience clean. All around a great furniture shopping experience I would highly recommend Ashley and Joe as a sales person!

Confirmed the date of delivery for our furniture and has followed up with us to ensure we will be satisfied with thier products. Some people who work here are horrible and rude. Specifically, certain “managers” who think it’s cute to talk to people as if they are animals. My family member and I were told lies and gaslighted about our order issue. Additionally, we were told we don’t understand how to use our simple product. I called this store multiple times about this disgusting behavior. I was hung on, transferred to another department that had no way of helping, or spoken to rudely. These managers will play mind games, talk to you as if you’re a nuisance, and treat you like feces on the bottom of their shoes for asking for help. They are cool when you buy things, but if you have a problem, good luck. They don’t care at all and will treat you worse than garbage. Now I am stuck with a product that malfunctions shortly after purchasing. I have purchased products from Ashley’s for years and I will not be coming back. Please stay away from this store.

This furniture store pulled my credit report without my authorization. Salesman offered to obtain "credit score" for better pricing and clearly stated "without credit report". After I had left the store I found out he actually did pull my credit report without my knowledge or authorization nor my ID. Blatantly illegal. I will followup accordingly.

That was the worst customer experience ever. They canceled my order without telling me, even though I'd already paid for it.

The furniture is good. Just be prepared to spend a ridiculous amount of time in the store talking prices. It's allot like a used car lot if you leave your number and the item you like they will call back with the honest price.

I purchased a couch in September and didnt receive it until December, this is the only reason I received complimentary delivery and installation. Its a sofa sleeper so I had to make other arragements for family in town. The delivery crew communicated well, arrived on time, and was very professional and friendly.

What a great experience. Normally when one arrives at most furniture stores, it is like a group of hawks waiting to attack. A sales person swoops in and then follows you around, constantly “checking on you”, leaving little room to look, think, plan and reflect. The process, for me, is painful and annoying at best. In going to Ashley, the same initial concerns greeted me at the the door, until Chuy Piedra made contact. Chuy immediately “read the room” recognizing my desire to look, take time without interference, yet being available for questions, all without any pressure to sell. He also recognized my “old school” ways, tayloring his interactions to my needs and wants. My wife and I did not purchase anything that first visit, but were so pleased we returned to look again. Chuy, once again, was right there, but gave us the space, time and respect we needed. We found a good candidate sectional but once again, did not buy, but took measurements and left to contemplate its appropriateness for our home. We returned the next day, still as impressed with Chuy and his super customer service, which continued right up to our decision to purchase. Chuy was the primary reason we chose to buy from Ashley. Of course, the furniture is beautiful and great quality. Good products with superior, customer oriented service, is the key. Thank you Chuy for being so considerate, thoughtful and kind. I hope Ashley recognizes the value they have in a sales representative like Chuy. We will return again soon as a result.

My recent experience at Ashley Store was extremely disappointing. The sales associate was noticeably rude throughout our interaction. When we asked about price matching, he didn’t even attempt to help. Instead, he told us we were “more than welcome to buy at the other place.” Considering the exact same couch ( mod max 2 5-pieces) was $1,200 less at the other store, his response was unprofessional and dismissive. We came in ready to purchase, but the lack of customer service made that impossible. Definitely not the experience you expect when you’re making a major furniture purchase. We ended up buying the Mod Max 2 five-piece sectional from Furniture Max for $3,100 including delivery. Same exact couch, same financing terms—just $1k less than Ashley’s. On top of that, the sales associate made it seem like he was only checking to see if I prequalified for credit, but he actually went ahead and applied for a credit card without clearly telling me.

Gabe was super nice and patient with the decision I had to make on furniture. Was very nice and not pushy on what to decide on. Will come back!

Setting up the virtual inspection was quick and easy, and I received credit for a replacement the very next day. At the Ashley store, Jose Ruiz assisted us with the in-person portion of the process. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the experience pleasant and completely stress-free. Highly recommend!

Terrible experience with Ashley furniture , I purchased a sectional on Aug 30,2025. A sectional that costed me including the warranty almost 6500$. During my visit and when I completed the purchase I was never told that it will take over 2 months to deliver. The first half of the couch was delivered on 10/11/2025 to be told the other recliner and other piece of furniture are not available. Now, in a month or so, one of the recliners stopped working. I did my due diligence; plugged and unplugged the adapter ,still no result. I emailed customer care so they can tell me (plug and unplug the adapter) via back and forth emails over a period of a couple of days.This was a waste of time. Then they emailed me stating they shipped that part ,which was delivered today 11/20/2025. And the technician will be here on 12/10/1025. This is absurd to happen during the holidays. Mind you, I’m expecting guests during Thanksgiving. I called and emailed customer care two days ago after I made a stop at the Ashley store and they said they can’t help with the compliant and gave me a phone # . They did offer me to deliver the two missing pieces on Nov 21 instead of Nov 25. I contacted customer care and requested for the recliner with the problem to be replaced and I have yet to get a response. This is a nightmare and not acceptable given the amount of money that this furniture cost. I need my furniture before Thanksgiving and this is the least they can do before I file a compliant through BBB. I ordered on 8/30/2025 and you are telling me I will have my whole sectional functioning in 12/10. This is not acceptable . *******New update 11/20/2025 , I called the number that the person who replied to my review provided, which is the same number I called earlier this week and asked for a replacement for the defaulted recliner, they said they will get back to me in 72 hours, I have yet to get a response. I called that number again and I asked to speak to a manager and they said “NO” . They will submit my request on Tuesday because they can’t replace the recliner without a technician ‘s input. If you knew that from the beginning , why the back and forth emails , why you didn’t send a technician. Are you expecting the customer to figure this out??? Again , technician won’t be out till 12/10. How my guests are supposed to sit on the coach as pictured. At this point , you guys can have the coach back and give me back my money if this is not resolved before Thanksgiving. I already filled a compliant with BBB today. Dalia Poole ***************** Ashley delivered the last two pieces on Nov 21/2025 of my sectional shown in the picture. Today is Nov 24/2025 The buttons on the side are only moving the foot part. Just bought a new bed set and I’m seriously impressed. The salesperson, Mikah, showed me one that had great quality and it looks amazing in my room. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. I’m grateful for the experience!! Will come back in the future for more.

Shady advertisement. Will never buy from this place again. Bought a table and four chairs for advertised amount of 599. When I picked up my table and chairs the invoice I received from the warehouse showed the price of the set was really 479. So I go inside the store and ask about the discrepancy between the 599 on my invoice and the warehouse invoice of 479. The sales guy tells me that he was just about to call me to tell me I got a “free” protection plan. So apparently the free protection plan is baked into the price of the table and chairs. So if you’re paying for it unknowingly is it really free? When I was buying the furniture I declined all protection plans. The numbers don’t match and I’m not happy. In the end I ended up paying for a protection plan which I didn’t want. So they inflate the price of the table and chairs with the price of the “free” protection plan. The invoice I was given didn’t even have the protection plan listed. The one they gave me after I complained now had the “free” protection plan but it cost 119. This makes absolutely no sense. The manager offered to removed the protection plan but I would still end up paying the 649…lol what

I stopped at this place back on 6/30/25 and purchased 13k in furniture needed. Among my things, I got 2 pillows (STORM 1.0 and 2.0). I used the 1.0 and it was hard and uncomfortable. I went back and took the 2.0 brand new and in the box to see if I could return it. It was within the 90 days which I thought was the return time. The so called manager said no, that I couldn't return it. So then I asked, if I could least exchange it for the lower pillow. He said no again. A pillow that cost me 199.99 dollars and will not be able to use because it is very uncomfortable. It is just ridiculous!!! I called Ashley's and they said they couldn't do anything because the store did not leave a note on the account. Worthless company like all its employees... that when they are trying to sell, they will say everything that you want to hear but when the consumer needs something, no one is there to help. They hire incompetent people that are so called managers to run stores for business like this one.

The one thing I like about this store was I made my own decision, wasn't pressured to buy.

Terrible customer service. products are poor quality. With the no return policy you are stuck with whatever you buy. Limited stock on-site so had to order and the lamp delivered was damaged however discovered it had already been partially put together and returned. so instead of Ashley's sending a new lamp, they sent an already damaged and returned lamp. Buyer beware and steer clear of Ashley's.

Excellent quality products. This store distributes furniture to the other others so most furniture stores carry the same products. Is what they told me. The sales person was willing to beat any online price. The store is clean and employees were very helpful.

We waited six months for our headboard, footboard and side rails to arrive that was after all the other furniture was received. The staff at our local store to include the sales manager was very unprofessional and never called to keep me informed. It’s sad that once the commission has been paid the customer service disappears. I would NOT recommend Ashley to anyone.

Lousy communications, delivery of dinning set was incomplete , dinning table was missing , all six chairs that were delivered were defective and wobbled side to side with no way for adjustment, Spoke with Mr . Santos Rangel the salesman about canceling the sale of the dinning set, Mr. Rangel said he couldn't do the cancellation in store, contrary to what was said at the time of the sale ( If you have any kind of issues call me I will take care of them) now! I bought a Tempurpedic Mattress and the base as my husband had surgery on his back. They promised to deliver on four days. It didn’t happen. I called the store and they said they can deliver the mattress but the base will be delivered 10 days later. What? To sleep on a Tempurpedic mattress on the floor for 10 days and knowing my husband had surgery on his back? Ashley managers should instruct their employees to check the product availability before promising the customers just because they want to sell!

The extended warranty, will not except my claim. Bought approximately 10,000.00 of sofas and bedroom set. But sofas didn't even last a year, by the time the needed extra padding underneath cushions. They refused to even look at my claim. My extra firm mattress "almost 3,000.00" has a sink hole in the middle of mattress. They said text the number and say hello. They will respond and take the claim. They never responded. I sent an email and when they responded, they said I was emailing a branch in a different Country. 🤦🏻. After that experience, I wouldn't recommend anybody buy there. 😢 You can see the extra cushion under the main cushion on the sofa.

My wife and I had the most amazing experience. The entire team was great, but the manager Nick and sales person Chris were awesome. The knowledge of every detail, the customer service and education was just above and beyond what we have ever received. Sales person was greatly appreciated, but things got mixed up on base, and not willing to pay more for something I was supposed to receive. Then I have 30 days before you can return the mattress if it's not the right one for you. I needed a softer mattress and called to exchange for another different one. I was approved to get another different one, and had 14 days to go and pick one out. Then 2 days later, I was getting ready to go. Then another texts and phone calls telling me what day I wanted delivery for the same mattress I already have. Why in the heck would I want the same one. This is s bunch of crap. I'm never returning to ashley furniture store again and this one is located on airway 👎👎👎👎 No point in calling again as they don't seem to communicate, and the customer is left in the cold

After perusing a variety of online stores for the best price on an Ashley sleeper sofa, I called my local Ashley store in El Paso. The very knowledgeable and courteous salesman was able to offer me an additional $100 off the current online sales price (which covered "white glove" delivery and set up to my home). He explained every step of the purchase, and answered all of my questions regarding warranties and additional coverages. I was only sorry we didn't meet in person. Everyone is aware of the quality of Ashley furniture, and this store is staffed by a very high quality crew as well -- plus l saved a total of $140 from the lowest price + shipping offered by 5 competing online stores l had researched!

I went to use the warranty for the door hinges and they the warranty company noted: The warranty does not cover these as they are wear and tear items. Then we told them then sell us the hinges. Nope they don't do that. False advertising big time. Again do not waste your money on a useless warranty. Now the store was willing to let us use the cost of the warranty before the warranty expires on something in the store. Rather of gotten my warranty then spend $800 or more on another item.

I need to add the after sale experience. Please be patient, their customer service after the sale is not very good. I still stand by what I said during the sale but they do not call back, we have left several massages and no call backs at the local level. We are now dealing with a horrible text message system they use and it’s not very efficient. They keep pushing the delivery date back and all the folks we have talked to at their call centers keep blaming each other. Now I understand you had a huge sale but I would think you would build up inventory to meet the needs of your customers. We are done calling cause its border line comical now. I have gone to Ashley for most of my furniture needs. The Labor Day Sale was so great I paid a dollar less than the actual price. While this might not be a big deal to you. The cabinet is going to be put together (golden glove delivery) and delivered. The fact that I don’t have to do a thing but just load it when it arrives if great. Mel helped me out. I did go in to Ashley’s knowing what I already wanted. I love their online site so that I can see ahead of time what I want.

Will never be buying anything from Ashley’s ever again, the only half decent experience we have had with them is when we picked our furniture up rather than having it delivered. As for delivery, we’re told different items will arrive different days which is perfectly fine however when it comes close to the day we’re supposed to get our second delivery we’re told it’ll be the day before we were originally told, then it’s the day after, then we wait around for our delivery with no communication whatsoever until we contact Ashley’s and are told that there was a miscommunication with the financing so we won’t be getting our furniture that day. They fix the issue which is great and tell us it’s now going to be delivered in two days and when that day comes we are again waiting around all day just for the delivery time to become more and more delayed and the only communication we are receiving is via their chat bot. All in all, don’t buy from Ashley’s but if you must then find a way to pick up the furniture yourself.

Bought furniture on 28 July. As of today, 22 August, one of the massagers is not working in the seats. Call for repairs and had to go through some kind of a text headache. And without a serial number and without showing them the park it’s broken they can’t do anything for me. Not happy. Still waiting to see if somebody follows up. I recommend not filling out a referral. This review was over 3 months ago! Still no resolved!!!My suggestion shop elsewhere the don’t have humans working the incoming calls. A WASTE OF TIME

We probably will never set foot in Ashley again… We tried Ashley furniture after “boycotting“ that company for about 10 years. We had a very bad experience and stayed away, however, we decided to give them a chance and while the furniture seemed like it was good quality and the environment was very clean and proper, the personnel really left us unimpressed. The biggest “take away” we have learned so far in dealing with Ashley furniture is that the sales people make the sale and then leave you flapping in the wind, the delivery people are Their own separate entity, and apparently no one talks to each other to ensure the client has a good experience from walking into the store to the final delivery at your home.…Apparently, each Ashley store is an independent licensed dealer. In other words, if you come across a problem with one aspect of your experience, that’s your problem. Here at the El Paso, Texas store, our sales person told us that if there was an issue with delivery or a damaged item, then we would have to deal with the warehouse as they are a completely separate and independent entity. And it simply wouldn’t be his problem anymore. I know this will probably be the end of this thread, however, to anybody that’s looking to buy at Ashley, before you drop 10 or 20 grand on some furniture, ask them what the return policy is… Or maybe what the policy is if you receive damaged furniture… I personally asked those questions and the sales person was “passing the buck”, telling me that the warehouse people are their own entity, and that I would have to deal with them. As a business owner, this attitude is really not what you would want to convey to your clients. Take ownership of your product and your services and if you make a mistake, again, take ownership of it and work with the customer.

Ashley Furniture’s product quality and customer transparency are seriously disappointing. We bought a large reclining sofa and added their “extended protection” plan, only to find out after the fact that it was handled by a third-party company, Ashley's was never upfront about this. The receipt just says “Extend Furniture Protection,” which I reasonably thought meant extra coverage through Ashley, not a separate provider. Our recliner failed in under a year. When we filed a claim, Extend denied it on a technicality, with zero investigation or good-faith effort. No technician, no photos, not even basic follow-up. Bottom line: I wouldn’t trust Ashley’s furniture quality, and I strongly advise against purchasing their extended warranty plan!

The furniture seemed good and they have some nice pieces, but our experience was a bit uncomfortable. We originally went in just to look around, but the salesperson who attended to us was extremely pushy. It felt almost impossible to leave the store without buying something, as if we were being pressured into making a purchase. While I appreciate good customer service, it would be nice if they gave customers more space to browse without feeling forced.

Would not recommend buying anything here or online. They adverts that the furniture will be expected within two weeks. I ordered 5 different pieces and they did not have a single one. It has now been one month and I just received a call stating that my furniture will not arrive for another 2 weeks. Believe there is some foul play going on.

Nothing more than awful customer service. I waited almost an hour for self pick up and the answer I got was that the guy who handled it was out to lunch. Well, don't say your open from 10 to 5pm. Especially when I got there at 10:45 and already out for lunch. Of course, no real help until you get loud (after an hour of waiting), then paid workers want to help. How about showing customer service prior to getting loud paid worker. Imagine that concept of customer service. Then, when I get my items home, a key component was missing, so I had to go back to the store because Ashley help line will not allow you to call the store directly, so the help line is helpless. The worst customer service I've received easily in the last five years of any business. So dissapointed in America's number one furniture brand.

Pretty good experience shopping here for a new sofa. I’ll be honest, they’re a bit pricey for my taste but Sebastian was able to give me a military discount which included free 5 year coverage of any accidental tears or stains in the fabric. My fiance and I shopped around for a week trying to find something affordable yet still comfortable and Ashley Furniture had the best fit for us.

We bought a new couch from Ashley. By the second day we noticed a piece of metal sticking out of the side. We contacted the store and they directed us to call their service line. Their service line was automated and we where sent vague emails as to how they where going to fix it and a month later we where sent a piece of fabric with no direction. We then went to the store and spoke to the manager Carlos, who basically told us we were supposed to call the company’s number, and provided no further assistance. The number than directed us that it would be another week before they would be able to send someone. They would not allow us to schedule a day convenient for us, we simply would have to be available all day. We were told if the technician couldn’t fix it that we would have to then call them again to file to get an exchange. We are very disappointed in the customer service that the company has provided, especially for the amount of money we have spent.

Absolute piece of junk! I decided to upgrade my bedroom and spent $6k for a new bedroom set. I purposely chose all wood so it would last. Within one month the entire bed frame broke apart. The engineering and design of this is not stable enough for my bed and 2 average size adults. Literally just played down to rest and the entire left side of the framing fell apart. The screws holding it together broke. They are thin and were only drilled in maybe half an inch into the frame but were broken. Am trying to exchange or return and the warrant process is a nightmare. My be gram before was cheap from Walmart and lasted more than 2 years, and this piece of junk can withstand a month. Absolutely ridiculous. Never buying from them again.

What made the difference is that Chris made a deal with the pieces I was looking for and could not resist the offer he made. It took me for surprise what I received for what I paid. Everything was on 30 June 2025 during a 4th of July sale. Chris was able to get everything within or budget and get it schedule to be delivered the same week.

Terrible service. They sell the same item to multiple customers and give it to whoever picks it up first — even if someone else purchased it earlier. I bought a sofa that was in stock, but they gave it to someone who arrived just 15 minutes before me. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. To make it worse, I had already paid for the furniture.

We went on a Saturday evening. Salvador was very helpful, he triple checked with us for the correct living room configuration and he even called the Ashley credit card rep to help me sort out an address issue to help with the delivery process. Then on Sunday, Chris, a manager I believe, called me to iron out an issue with the credit card rep because the transaction wasn't linking on one end. I'm glad he acted right away so that the delivery date would not be affected. Thank you, guys! I forgot to mention, we declined the warranty to protect the furniture for 3 yrs, but after Salvador adjusted the price on each piece to cover the cost of the warranty, we accepted. Basically, if we don't use the warranty after 3 yrs, we have store credit! We will come back!

The delivery/assembly team is extremely lazy and do not cooperate with any requests. The manager is also very unprofessional and lack hygiene. The problem resolution is not appropriate. Save the money and hire someone on the side. They left everything in boxes! Update 5/15/25- I called the 1-800 number to resolve the problem. A ticket was created with NO resolution. At this point I will give a ZERO stars. DO NOT pay for installation, they will leave everything in boxes. I called the store no one cares!!! 5/20/25- called 1-800 number. Ashley created a ticket stating they will someone to finish the installation (white glove delivery and installation.) No one locally or from corporate ever called me back. Called the 1-800 number again to get reimbursed for a service I didn’t receive. Again they created a ticket and told me I would get reimbursed. I have not gotten reimbursed or received the service. Again, don’t pay for installation service You will NOT receive the service! 7/10/25- the issue never got resolved and no one ever cared.

He was very helpful, offered my daughter and i two bottled waters and let us walk around until i could decide. When I finally decided on the set that I found online. He was very helpful and informative on sizes of the pieces and said they would honor the price online since some stores do not do that. So even if I have to wait about 2 1/2 weeks to get the set delivered i am still very happy with the customer service and with the purchase we made with Ashley Store.

Having never been to this Ashley store, we were somewhat skeptical that we would find what we needed in bedroom furniture. In fact, we had to flip a coin between three beautiful bedroom sets and we are thrilled with our purchase! Great job, Ashley and Salvadore Hernandez! First class all the way!

I was very unhappy with my experience at Ashley's and will not be returning. It was very frustrating because it is practically impossible to get ahold of anyone over the phone to check on order updates. When you call it is just an auto message that always said the same thing, the order would not be ready for another 2 weeks. I had to go in person to get an update, when they then notified me that some of my order was in fact ready for pickup. They also said I would not be getting email updates because the email on file is not the correct one, and they are unable to change it. They suggested I go to pick up the available items but when the rest come in they can not hold them for customers picking up. After many trips to the distribution center I finally received my full order, and to my disappointment some of the furniture came with scratches.

Went to Ashley Store looking for a bedroom set. Liked the customer service Mikah provided. He was very helpful giving us recommendations of what our best options were on product, pricing and financing. which was very appreciated due to him going the extra mile to provide us all information for us to decide. I highly recommend if your looking for furniture go to Ashley Store and ask for Mikah!

They then tell us they had given us discounts on our items to cover the delivery which was also lies as i added it up and it was 130 not close to the 400!!! They make you think you need to get a mattress pad and you dont! Also when we went they had us there till 11pm!!! All because their system went down when trying to pay and we had to go again the next day! Adp they didn't even put our sofas together correctly they left all these out!!!!! Total rip off!

Was sold on items that ultimately wouldn't fit. Upon delivery the technicians installed defective wheels on my ottoman. Wheels fell off and asked if i can have store credit or refund. Was told I would as long as I submitted within 24hrs-72hrs. 4 days later was called about my issue and the claim apparently was never submitted. Employee Maria Peterson stated that she couldn't find my claim that she needed to resubmit that i will not receive store credit or refund that it doesn't work that way. So don't purchase from this store or trust sales reps on dimensions of items. Once Ashley furniture makes the sale and takes your money warranty or honesty from the customer go out the window because they don't care to make the customer happy just to not lose a sale
