I’m very pleased with Ashley’s products and services. My dining table was damaged, and the entire process was incredibly smooth. Setting up the virtual inspection was quick and easy, and I received credit for a replacement the very next day. At the Ashley store, Jose Ruiz assisted us with the in-person portion of the process. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the experience pleasant and completely stress-free. Highly recommend!

Terrible experience with Ashley furniture , I purchased a sectional on Aug 30,2025. A sectional that costed me including the warranty almost 6500$. During my visit and when I completed the purchase I was never told that it will take over 2 months to deliver. The first half of the couch was delivered on 10/11/2025 to be told the other recliner and other piece of furniture are not available. Now, in a month or so, one of the recliners stopped working. I did my due diligence; plugged and unplugged the adapter ,still no result. I emailed customer care so they can tell me (plug and unplug the adapter) via back and forth emails over a period of a couple of days.This was a waste of time. Then they emailed me stating they shipped that part ,which was delivered today 11/20/2025. And the technician will be here on 12/10/1025. This is absurd to happen during the holidays. Mind you, I’m expecting guests during Thanksgiving. I called and emailed customer care two days ago after I made a stop at the Ashley store and they said they can’t help with the compliant and gave me a phone # . They did offer me to deliver the two missing pieces on Nov 21 instead of Nov 25. I contacted customer care and requested for the recliner with the problem to be replaced and I have yet to get a response. This is a nightmare and not acceptable given the amount of money that this furniture cost. I need my furniture before Thanksgiving and this is the least they can do before I file a compliant through BBB. I ordered on 8/30/2025 and you are telling me I will have my whole sectional functioning in 12/10. This is not acceptable . *******New update 11/20/2025 , I called the number that the person who replied to my review provided, which is the same number I called earlier this week and asked for a replacement for the defaulted recliner, they said they will get back to me in 72 hours, I have yet to get a response. I called that number again and I asked to speak to a manager and they said “NO” . They will submit my request on Tuesday because they can’t replace the recliner without a technician ‘s input. If you knew that from the beginning , why the back and forth emails , why you didn’t send a technician. Are you expecting the customer to figure this out??? Again , technician won’t be out till 12/10. How my guests are supposed to sit on the coach as pictured. At this point , you guys can have the coach back and give me back my money if this is not resolved before Thanksgiving. I already filled a compliant with BBB today. Dalia Poole

Just bought a new bed set and I’m seriously impressed. The salesperson, Mikah, showed me one that had great quality and it looks amazing in my room. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. I’m grateful for the experience!! Will come back in the future for more.
