I am frustrated with Ashley furniture as a whole. First off, we just found out the furniture warranty we bought for our indoor furniture is for outdoor furniture only policy. The warranty provider told me to call the store to correct the policy to be able to file a claim. I call my local store and I get routed to an foriegn call center. I've call on 3 seprate days because noone has reached out to resolve the issue and been told someone would call me back after having multiple escalation reports submitted. It is now Thursday with no resolution. I just hung up again with the customer care line and was told another ticket was filed, asked to speak with a supervisor and was told I could not be transfered because one wasn't available. Asked again to be transfered and was told the supervisor (Robert Watson) was not available because he just stepped into a meeting. This is not good customer service (localstore and call center) and doesn't make me feel like being repeat customer. There has been no resolution to me our issue

Horrible services. They’re all petty with their own warehouse and they can’t set up anything right. I went to pick up and it took them almost 2 hrs just because they would send over a fulfillment form NEXT DOOR. And they were supposed to deliver a week after we ordered and they still haven’t. They even have the wrong address set up after we clearly changed it to another one. Now I have to keep wasting my time going in store to change all that info… AGAIN They were supposed to deliver today! They delivered to the wrong address and lied about the location in the Workorder!

Had a negative experience in 2021 where I paid cash for my order and was told it would be ready only to be told that it was going to be delayed 8 months. All of this right before moving into our newly built home. We were offered 4 of the 6 chairs but no table (how does that make sense?!). We canceled our entire order and got a refund. You’d think getting your cash back would’ve been straight forward but we were told they couldn’t give us cash back because they needed to process a check. The check took over a week to get to us. Never doing business at Ashley’s.
