If you are not 100% sure on the mattress you need or want, do not buy it from here. Use a place where you can return during the trial period. You cannot return mattresses here, only exchange, and if the new mattress is less than the first purchase, they keep the difference. I did an exchanged lost a few thousand, and never got a follow up on the replacement. Once you close, they are done.

Waited 8 weeks to get half a couch! Still waiting for the rest of it. Dear Mr.Ashley, I am a white woman in America! -White Chicks reference iykyk Seriously I want to cry. I did cry. Seriously, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any furniture store. When we went in to the store, everything was fine. Obviously a salesperson jumped at talking to us, they were very friendly and attentive. We made our selection on the couch we wanted and was told we would have it delivered in two weeks time which worked perfectly because we had just moved into an empty house with no furniture, and knowing two weeks to wait for a couch we really liked would be pretty sucky but we could wait it out. This was December 8th of 2025. Two weeks later, we decided to give them a call because we had no updates on the delivery. After talking with them we were told that our couches actually could not be delivered till January 28th of 2026 due to the couches being on back order. If we were told upfront about the back order issue then it wouldn’t have been so bad, at that point we could have decided to tough it out or select a couch that wouldn’t have made us wait so long. The issue was that the sales associate did not give us that info before ordering and failed to give us any updates throughout the process until we had called and messaged. So come January 28th and still no couch, still no update. We call again and turns out now the couches won’t be delivered until February 3rd 2026. It was really sucky and I hope we actually receive our couches tomorrow. I will definitely come and update or comment on what happens next. Please do not shop here, it’s really uncomfortable to not have a couch for so long. My kids and I usually do movie Friday where we cuddle in the couch and watch movies and babies miss having movie night together on a couch. I seriously will never shop Ashley Furniture again, the least they could have done in this situation was offer some sort of discount due to inconvenience. Sincerely a very angry and disappointed customer. Update for delivery day Feb 3rd 2026 and we go all the pieces except the middle section the couch. Apparently that is why the delivery date was postponed due to that part being on back order. If that’s the case why didn’t they just deliver the pieces that they had when they said my couch would be delivered??? Now I’m waiting to see what they say because apparently there is nothing they can do.
