I was greeted by Perry right when I walked in the door. He was very good at getting all the info I needed even with him being new. He was later helped by Dalton to complete the process and they explained everything and got me taken care of. The store is freshly remolded so is was nice and clean inside and looked very nice.

i was greeted as soon as i walked in very nice had a short conversation with the gentleman the problem was that he walked with me as i was looking at sofas only leaving for a very short time before returning making it very uncomfortable i wanted to shop in peace with out the pressure of a quick sale he also went and had another gentleman come up to me asking about mattress when he knew i was only there for a sofa i left without purchasing anything due to the pressure of the floor salesman.

We walked into Ashley not knowing what to expect. Let me tell you the absolutely amazing experience we had. Ryan Oneal made our experience so great! Great customer service, very good explanation of furniture, cost, and delivery. Ryan is a rockstar. Also the atmosphere in the store is gorgeous, welcoming and set up nicely to show what their furniture can transform your space into.

Do not purchase here. I am a widow and. Purchased a new king mattress with moving base. They only delivered the mattress after 10 days and said the base will be an other 20 days for a total of 30 days to delivery after I paid cash. They will not refund delivery or unopened mattress pad either. I was very disappointed and did NOT experience white glove service as stated on the receipt. Now they are taking 7-10 business days to refund. Wow! Terrible.

What really stood out was how Dalton made the entire process stress-free. He never rushed us, never pressured us into a decision, and genuinely cared about finding the perfect sofa sleeper for the guest room and surprisingly we got a recliner for our living also too. His professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly personality made the experience feel personal rather than just another sales interaction. We’ve shopped at many furniture stores, but this level of customer service is rare. Dalton went above and beyond to make sure we left happy — and we did! I was having issues with my order, the pickup date being rescheduled wasn’t communicated to me by the warehouse. At the store Edward was attentive and helpful in finding a solution. They offered the display but after packing it up they realized it was damage and didn’t hesitate to find another option for me. It may have taken longer than expected but I’m happy with the outcome and service provided with those obstacles!

The ABSOLUTE WORST experience. We spent $7,000 for a King bedroom set and mattress and we have been having issues for over a month and a half. There is no way this company is Americas #1 Furniture store. We ordered June 28th - it’s August 10th and I’m currently sitting in a bed that is caving in due to a broken frame that was not installed correctly waiting on a call from a retention supervisor that was suppose to happen 2 days ago. I wish they would just pick up this junk and let me go to someone more reputable, but once you get it your stuck no matter if it’s broken or not you just have to wait until they can “fix” the issue. I wouldn't want their furniture if it was completely free. Do NOT waste your time.

He was so amazing professional and not Pushy at all let me walk around and would give input on whatever couch I was trying and looking at, also he went way above and beyond I had an issue qualifying for the 0 interest but he was able to help get me approved with another finance and I walked away really happy. My family and I came into Ashley Furniture completely undecided on the perfect couch for our home. My husband and I were leaning in completely opposite directions, but Liz was so patient, informative, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Even with the store going through a remodel, she took the time to plug in and test every electronic feature for us—seriously above and beyond! Thanks to her help, we finally landed on the Larce 5-piece Next-Gen Nuvella in Dune, and we couldn’t be happier. Purchased a new mattress, headboard, & footboard almost three weeks before I needed them delivered. Was told there was no problem with stock or my delivery date. Three days before they were supposed to be delivered I received confirmation that my delivery date was set. The next day I get a notification that my order needs to be delayed 2 weeks because my mattress is no longer in stock. I called the store and spoke to a manager whose same began with an “E” I’m sorry I do not remember his actual name because he is the only helpful person in this story. E listened to my concern and understood that this delay wasn’t my fault and didn’t want my wife and I sleeping on the floor so he found us a comparable mattress and rescheduled my delivery for the same day it originally was scheduled for (today). Last night I received a confirmation that my furniture was scheduled for this morning between 9-12. This morning at 9:15 I got a text saying it had to be rescheduled again for 2 days out. I called the store and a man answered the phone. He did not identify himself but told me E was not working today but that he was also a manager. I explained what happened and this new manager said “let me log into my system her and call you back” not only did he not call me back he ignored MULTIPLE calls from me just trying to get an update I am currently writing this review while sleeping on the floor of my new house because Ashley Furniture cannot handle deliveries. Would give 1 star if it wasn’t for E. Edit: The response from the company below provided the general customer service number I have already been in contact with. They 1) put in an escalation ticket to find out why my order was cancelled and would call me back in a couple of house. They did not call me back & 2) rescheduled delivery for two days out (tomorrow) we will see if i get my furniture then.

I bought 2 expensive recliners from Ashley furniture 3 days ago and they were just delivered yesterday. This morning I got an add from Canales furniture for the same exact recliners for $70 cheaper per chair. I went to the store where I bought my recliners and spoke to the store manager who just blew me off and said he can't price match anything and asked a sales associate to help me. She has no authority or knowledge as to how to get a refund approved for a price match. I then went home and got on Ashley's furniture website and spoke 2 someone there about this issue. I was told that they can't price match anything from any other site than Amazon. They also said once your items are delivered, your purchase is closed and can't even do a return unless it was damaged in delivery. They created a "wishlist" for me in my account to completely furnish 2 full rooms worth I've $5,000 that was going to be purchased next week and delivered. They are willing to give up over 5,000 in a sale to not match and refund $140!! This really shows that once they have ypur money, they don't care about any customer pr doing the right thing. I will never shop at Ashley's furniture again and had my wishlist account deleted. I don't recommend anyone shopping with this company due to horrible customer service and ridiculous policies they claim won't allow them to help at all. This place is just out to get your money!!!

They never delivered my couch and will not cancel the order or even help. What a shame. Do not buy from Ashley! Shame on them! They stole my refund too.

Our sales professional Liz was friendly, courteous and semi-efficient (too many Supervisor approvals). Merchandise Pick up was a nightmare they could not release our dresser to us at the warehouse because the store personnel was still in our file. We tried to call the store and got no answer for 20 minutes to release the ticket. So the sale side of the transaction was great, but the pick up was absolutely awful!

I feel that the sales manager along with the person who helped us. We’re really really pushy, and they were even getting things together without me. Really saying yes, I’ll take it. My experience. There was not pleasant at all whatsoever and be careful what you buy it. Ashley cause once you pick it up. It’s yours no returns. We have an open box that I wanted to return. And they said no. There’s no returns. Ridiculous. I will never shop at Ashley furniture store ever again. Good luck to all future. Shoppers there.

We found an amazing sofa within our price range. Jen was excellent she showed us sofas within our price range, gave us a lot of options to choose from, and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend Ashley Furniture. Ask for Jen when you go in.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE!!!! The manager is apparently always in a meeting when we go up there or when we call to discuss our issue. I’m assuming he’s a coward who hides behind his floor employees and expects them to do his dirty work. We refused a piece of furniture at delivery and it was not taken, that was three weeks ago!!!!!!! Since then, we have been to the store twice and called about four times with no success in getting this piece of furniture removed from our home. We have been reassured on every single occasion that we would be getting contacted for someone to come pick it up and that has not happened either. We have also let them know that at this point it does not matter how much we like the furniture we are ready to send the whole thing back because this whole experience has been a nightmare. Seems once they are done making a sale that they are pretty much done with you. We have even told them we would gladly deliver the piece of furniture ourselves to the showroom and we were advised that would be a very bad move on our part. So what are we supposed to do then? No one is helping us and no one is calling us back and the manager is a joke who hides in his office and collects his paycheck. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your next furniture purchase. The furniture is nice but it’s not worth the headache and the crappy treatment by the staff in the store or the so called “customer service” line you call.

Worse experience ever, as soon as we entered the story we were asked how much we were looking to spend. Really???we didn’t answer that question, we told him we are just looking around; then the seller said “ ok, I be back “ then he never did. Another seller approached to us and took care of us. We were desperate to get furniture for our home and decided to shop there. When all items arrived some were damaged, we were told that if that was the case we could chose to return them at the same time, but that was not the case we were told that we have to filed a claim with the insurance. I was like what????? It took for ever to get out furniture and still having issues with. Never again expending so much money ey with them.

I’m so disappointed with Ashley furniture, I just received my new bedroom set and it was damaged and when I called they told me I would have too submit a claim, as if I didn’t have nothing else to do. Which I proceeded to do. I was also told that they will probably send someone to repairs the furniture. I paid for new furniture not for furniture that needs to be repaired. I’m so disappointed. 😔 I had plans to go back for my living room set and my dining table but that will not be happening.

They would not let me have the recliner without my wife being present. We live out of town and my wife had to come to the warehouse or the store where it was sold. They would not call the phone number on the invoice to ask if I could get the recliner. Will not buy from Ashley again

Our sales associate Marty (who indicated he was a manager) was very helpful, very accommodating and very understanding of our "wants". He got us set up in a timely manner and was very professional the entire visit. No pressure to upsell, no pressure to buy outside of our comfort and patient with our indecisiveness. The delivery process is horrible. When I left the store I was told that furniture would be delivered on TU. Next I heard that it would be delivered on TH. I wasn’t told that I had to confirm any text messages about delivery. I’m elderly and hate dealing with technology. I’ve dealt with your store for many years w/o this problem. I would not recommend you to any family or friends.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience with Ashley Furniture has been awful from start to finish. We spent over $10,000, were told repeatedly that everything was in stock, and then found ourselves sleeping on the floor for weeks due to a delay we were never informed about. When the order finally did arrive, it was wrong — because of course it was. The communication has been nonexistent, the customer service is scripted at best, and the entire process has felt like a complete joke. But don’t worry, I’m sure we’ll get the classic, “We’re so sorry for your inconvenience, please call or text us,” response — aka, we don’t actually care but here’s a generic message so it looks like we do. Save yourself the money, time, and headache. Shop literally anywhere else. & Rudy? Not cool, not cool- we feel pretty jaded.

Disappointed in the sales person, but happy with product.

The sales experience was great. My wife and I bought a house and went with Ashley to furnish the master bed room and one of the guest rooms. We were on a tight schedule so I elected to pick up the 11 items from their warehouse about 15 minutes away. I previously scheduled help to carry the items and as well as helping to assemble/pallets the items. We got everything together and set up, but them noticed that we were given a Tempur-pedic bed in lieu of the spring mattress we paid for. 10 out of 11 items isn't so bad I guess... but I aren't been able to get in touch with anyone and will have to wait until Monday to hopefully get it resolved.

What was so awesome about our experience is that this extremely sweet lady Lalita greeting us and then allowed us to look around without hovering. She was funny, attentive and knowledgeable about the furniture and made the experience very enjoyable. When we return to Ashley's, Lalita is who we ask for. My sales rep Rudy is absolutely amazing! If you need a solid sales rep who will be kind, listen, and honest with you- go to him in Fort Worth, Texas off of Hulen. I go to him for all furniture purchases. The delivery of my items was at first had a lot of challenges due to it being a third party that delivered my items, and the delivery driver was not equipt with the support and tools needed. However, I contacted Ashley’s delivery department who listened to the experience, sympathized, and gave great customer service to correct the mishap. Even though the delivery itself initially wasn’t the best experience, the delivery person did take careful time and effort to put everything together like I wanted even at 10 pm at night when everything finally got into my place. I sent him home with snacks, water and a cash tip as a thank you because the mishaps were not his fault. He was sent by himself to deliver items when it was a two-three man job. Just a disclaimer, I really think this was an isolated event, as Ashley’s usually always has a smooth delivery.

Shopped 4 stores today looking for a powered recliner combo. Ryan had just what we wanted at the right price and arrangement s.

Ryan is an excellent salesman. He was friendly, patient and thorough. He focused his efforts on helping us choose the most appropriate furnishings for our needs.

We had a wonderful experience with Jenny assisting us with our furniture shopping. She could not have been more helpful. We quickly found what we were looking for and made our purchase. The line of available furniture was very impressive.

The staff was courteous and helpful, especially Dalton.

My mom‘s favorite recliner finally gave out and she needed a new one. She’s very old and taking her to the store would be really problematic. She remembered that it had been at Ashley that she bought her previous recliner. I thought what the heck and called over there. Jennifer quickly found my mom in their records, and discovered that her previous recliner was out of production. She patiently worked with me to find a new suitable replacement, and get it delivered. It was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had with Jennifer.

I would like to share an experience with a recent purchase made with Ashley. I decided to buy 2 more chairs to add to my daughter’s kitchen table. The order was placed online and salesman was very helpful. The chairs were delivered using a drop off on porch service not assembled. One of the chairs was missing parts and a call was made to customer service. They said a claim was made and the part was on back order and can take weeks to receive. I begged them to please replace the chair and waiting weeks was unreasonable. They told me they will not replace and waiting was my only option. Of course I got angry because this was unacceptable. This was not a special order but a simple kitchen table chair in stock. I even said the chair could be brought back to the store or warehouse but was told if I did that it would be considered abandoned furniture. I did spend at least 3 days with multiple calls waiting probably a total of 3-4 hours only to have my last conversation with a woman representative who was a “higher up” say she would not accommodate my request either. Of course I was annoyed and voiced my opinion and she actually said she will no longer speak to me about this issue because the chairs weren’t delivered to me. Excuse me I PAID for them and that was my order placed. So please be aware Ashley furniture can deliver damaged products to your home and you can wait weeks for replacement parts because you have no other option. As for the table and chair delivery that was an experience as well. Delivery was scheduled for April 8th between 5-8. Delivery service showed up at 10 pm with the wrong chairs and correct table. We were told someone will reach out within 24 hours to correct order. We received no call and had to reach out to them and again no apology. Again I begged that since it was their mistake could it please be delivered within 2 days. They said no and communication then was done with a text to reschedule a delivery the following week. Extremely disappointed with how they treat their customers. I had to purchase 2 more chairs from another company because waiting weeks for a part that is on back order while this product is stocked and inexpensive is unacceptable. The response to me is a joke telling me to call or text the AI chat bot. I have already spent almost 4 hours with many different agents trying to resolve this issue. Every employee told me your policy is to have the customer wait for a part on back order. Clearly that option didn’t work so I needed to share my experience because although your AI generated post looks sincere it’s not truthful and just more wasted time on my end with no solution. At this point all I want is a refund and you can have the chair back. I would never trust that chair to be sat in if it was able to be assembled.

Purchased a sectional from the Fort Worth store. We weren’t totally happy with it and Ashley helped us find the right piece/s for our home. We’ll come back again.

If you want the #1 hassle in furniture shopping, go to Ashley’s. I placed my order in January for a mid-March move-in — plenty of time for a non-custom item. It’s now April, and after six failed delivery attempts, I still don’t have a complete, usable bed. Every delivery has been late, incomplete, or missing hardware, and each time I’ve been given different excuses with no resolution. Customer service is completely disorganized — no one takes ownership, I’ve received conflicting information every time I call, and I’ve wasted six separate evenings waiting for deliveries that show up late or not at all. Even after being promised an exchange and a quality check, they continued to deliver the wrong parts. Ashley’s has failed to fulfill their end of the agreement and made no real effort to make things right. I’ve never experienced such poor service and complete lack of accountability. I will never shop here again — and I strongly suggest others avoid the frustration.

My sales person was excellent and very patient and helpful

I bought an Ashley hybrid mattress with adjustable base. It would be OK if I didn't spend any time sitting in it with the back up. The places where I sit the dents on it are not visible when you're not sitting on the bed. I'm 76 years old and I have a very difficult time getting out of this bed because the places where I sit become very soft and dented in about 2 inches, and make it very hard to get out of the bed. I contacted the warranty department and they send a Man to my house. Since the dents are not visible when you're not sitting on the bed of course they denied it. The mattress also slides down so much on the adjustable base that it looks like the top part is coming apart from the bottom. Of course they said there was nothing wrong with the mattress. It must be the adjustable base and that there were no dents in it. This is absolutely the WORST Mattress I've ever had in my life. DO NOT buy an Ashley mattress. The base I received is also much taller than the ones in the store and I have to have a stepstool to get on the mattress.

My delivery was supposed to be on 4/8/25 between 11:30-2:30 I received 2 texts confirming this. I donated my other couches bcuz of this confirmed delivery, only for Ashleys to tell me that i need to schedule another delivery! Now my family and i have nowhere to sit! I waited 2 months for these couches and still dont have them. Im a very dissatisfied customer and will not be making any future purchases with Ashleys. Do better Ashleys!

Today was my first buying furniture but it wasn’t my first time being at Ashley’s. The first time I went I wanted to look and the employee that day wasn’t very kind or helpful, she mostly seemed new to being in sales but today we got Dalton and he is a great sales person/ associate he helped us find the gist of what we were looking for and helped with pricing and instead of consistently trying to get me on a credit plan. He had already had a discount for us and understood when I said I would pay in full which the other associate couldn’t help but try to get me to do a credit plan. I understand the difference but Dalton is very commendable on his customer service and communication. I’m really satisfied with the help and support we got through our buying process he understood the prices we were looking for a really just helped all around. This will be the place we go to buy nice furniture.

When I picked up the chair at the warehouse the next day, the receptionist was friendly and efficient. She told me to park in front of one of 2 doors. The warehouse worker didn’t keep us waiting more than 20 minutes, He was friendly, told us the box wasn’t heavy, and informed us that the box had originally held 2 chairs.

EDIT: While the sales team at this store was wonderful, their delivery team was a nightmare. Two men came to “deliver” my couch right when they showed up one of the guys was yelling right off the bat (I’m not sure they were sober) he goes to my stairwell and immediately says he won’t be able to bring the couch up. They try to bring the couch in and he’s yelling the whole time and also seems in pain. The other guy, kept asking me for my phone number and hitting on me (not concerned about getting my couch in) they get the pillows and couch dirty because it was raining. Then the first guy just yells and yells and says he can’t deliver the couch. They put the couch back in the truck LEAVE ALL THE TRASH IN MY YARD and drive away. It was the most unprofessional odd experiences ever. Never shopping there again. OG review: Wonderful experience! Alex pin pointed what I was looking for and got me set up in a very efficient manner! I had a very pleasant experience and the customer service was above and beyond! Great prices too!

By far the worst service ever misrepresentation of delivery at the time of sale, it was indicated to be assembled when it arrived. The driver said that he would not assemble spent over 40 minutes on the telephone, trying to straighten things out still haven’t gotten a refund never do business with them again.

Mr. Austin exceeded all our expectations. He showed us all the recliners we were interested in. He helped us match colors to our own furniture we already owned. He informed us about interest free financing. Very pleased with the Ashley experience. Will buy again from Ashley. Thank you.

I went to pick up the furniture, backed up to the proper gate, and waited. After awhile a gate opened and then another guy parked next to me, climbed up into the bay and spoke to the delivery guy. I waited patiently for about 10 min thinking they were getting my furniture. I then see them loading this other guys stuff. I asked about it and the guy said that someone back in the warehouse approved that this guy could get his stuff before me. Not sure how this works, but I text when I was headed up there and still had to wait 45 min. When I finally got my furniture, the box was damaged so I had to open it up to make sure there wasn’t any damage to the piece. I was already there too long so I looked briefly and then loaded it up and left. I hope there isn’t actual damage when I get it out of the box. Not shopping here anymore.

Mattress shopping sucks. The mattress stores all try to send you to expensive brands they are pushing that sale. Our experience here was different. Alex did a great job of help g us find a comfortable mattress and one in our price range. He was helpful and no pressure. Will be buying there again.

Delivery was late the drivers were rude first Delivery rushed in and drop the chair in and left with no instructions on how it works ask if they would take the old chair to the porch on way out and they put it in yard and left. Two weeks later another Delivery for the bed they where very late 9:15 pm, and was same thing. The driver announced I'm Brown , rushed to get the old beds, threw the new ones on the frame and demanded a signature from me and I told him I wanted to inspect first, he said take it up with Ashley and got my husband to sign.Obviously they just do not care about customer service. And very poor representation for Ashley Furniture. We were told different times from 3pm and to 8:30 pm they did came between 9:00pm and 9:15 pm. Makes me second guess another purchase from Ashley.

Never waste your money on their extended. Their third party (extend) was absolutely horrible to deal with. After eight months of dealing with them I got a piece of fabric sent to my home. They told me they were going replace the whole piece of sectional. I guess I’m supposed to reupholster the piece myself. Trash warranty!

I went to this location today with my mother in law. The store was clean and had a wonderful setup. We were greeted by a lovely young lady named Liz. She was amazing! Very knowledgeable and patient. She was there to help us with any questions we had with out being pressing. She also introduced us to her manager who was also great, we had a good conversation about something we doing on our off time (fishing)! I don't remember the managers name unfortunately but he is wonderful! When my husband and I are ready to get furniture we will definitely be going here! Salesman, Mr Pacheco was very knowledgeable about his products and provided excellent service. Delivery team led by Erick was prompt and efficiently set up bed left space clean and free of all packaging.

Buyer Beware!!!! Purchased a recliner on 1/4/25. It came in on 1/20/25 so we picked it up. When we un-boxed it, it was the wrong chair, wrong material. We went back to the store to find out how we can return only to find out there are no returns allowed at the store and even the Manager cannot authorize a return. Even if the merchandise is incorrect. Jenny our salesperson advised us to find the same chair at another store because this location had sold the floor model, take pictures, and plead our case to the escalation toll free number that she gave us. What? What happened to customer service? We shouldn't have to prove our case!!!! I will call the number and try to see if they will authorized the return, which I highly doubt they will. We are NOT going to find a chair at another store to take pics. This is rediculous! We will NEVER by another piece of furniture from Ashley's. EVER. 01/23/25 update. So the number that the supposed owner told me to call to seek resolution is the original toll free number I called where you can't speak to a person. LOL they more than likely have AI responding to reviews. So I called the escalation number. They told me the same thing....WE DON'T ACCEPT RETURNS!!! THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING!!! I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY STAY IN BUSINESS!

We purchased multiple pieces of bedroom, kitchen, and living room furniture with Jen in November 2024. Our primary reason was my career military husband had past experience volunteering to assemble Ashley furniture for unhoused veterans in Tampa FL and he was under the impression the company valued community and customers. Jen was helpful and shared her contact information, but when our problem became too large she gracefully bowed out. Although the store manager is not in charge of delivery it is not unreasonable to expect them to assist on a customer's behalf and to my knowledge they have not helped in any way. On December 28, 2024 we were delivered damaged/used furniture to our new home (leather worn, filthy, nails/staples coming out the the back of the couch, and the wood base disfigured). I REFUSED delivery of the total sectional order and told the movers to take it all, but they only took one piece. Then one worker started the truck while the other worker ran out saying their truck was full and they couldn't take the other pieces. Within a few minutes I received a text saying order complete and the furniture was signed for which was NOT true. I messaged Jen who gave me the number to call the Escalation Department. On Jan. 8, 2025 another delivery was scheduled. Upon arrival the driver's demeanor was unpleasant, he entered our home and said "I need to take pictures". I explained pictures had previously been sent to Ashley and his response was that if he didn't think pieces needed to be changed out he would not change them. At that point I told him no, all pictures had already been submitted and all pieces needed to be delivered he then said he just needed pictures for his service, so he took pictures. My husband explained our terrible prior delivery experience and how the damaged furniture was left. They both agreed it was a new day and proceeded with the delivery. We recorded the movement of furniture and what we saw was just one man dragging the large furniture pieces (no dolly used) from the front of the truck to the back then loading them onto a motorized lift to be lowered to the ground unsecured while the other mover watched from the sidelines. We then saw it fall off the lift and crash into the street. I shared the video with our salesperson and the driver's comments telling my retired disabled veteran husband that he could figure out how to inspect the sectional in the street. My husband told him he could not inspect them in the street since the pieces were standing on their side half wrapped and had just fallen into the street and that it was supposed to be "White Glove" delivery. The mover lost his patience knowing the event was recorded and said "he wasn't dealing with this" and he wasn't going to deliver. I called our salesperson and explained the awful experience and she said she would call the Escalation Department. Later that day I called her back; she apologized for the poor service and said I'd receive a call back in 24 hours, I did not receive a call. I called customer service the following day and was told the Escalation Department should call within 72 hours, I did not receive a call. Two days later, I sent a text to our salesperson, but unfortunately reached her on a day she wasn't feeling well. I briefly shared our current situation and apologized for bothering her. The next day she informed me that it was out of both her or her manager's hands and the ticket order was closed and it was up to the supervisors, however my our order is still Open. It has now been 14 days since the last delivery debacle and we've not received any communication from Ashley. We paid in full, we opened our home to strangers that were unprofessional and disrespectful and it is time Ashley/DSG and their employees take responsibility for their products and services. This has caused a great deal of stress and we're unable to make our new home a comfortable space with dirty damaged furniture taking up space. We want a full refund and for the pieces that were left in our home by the first delivery team removed.

I have been an Ashley customer for years purchasing living room furniture twice and bedroom furniture and now coffee table and two end tables. I purchased the coffee table and end tables in October 2024. Coffee table delivered about 5 weeks later. One end table delivered about 4 weeks later. Then when the other end table was scheduled for delivery last week ( 3 months after purchase) I received a call that the furniture has been discontinued. Finally reached an employee who found one in this area and we had to pick up. My son picked it up today and it is damaged. Has been repaired very poorly and one wooden leg is split. This table should have been thrown in the trash. I cannot believe they are expecting me to accept this but I guess I will or I will not have the table set I need. I will never purchase another thing from Ashley and encourage everyone to think twice doing so-because they really don’t care about their customers. I will be calling the store tomorrow but I know they will not do anything about it.

The place was like any other place with sales people trying to make money for their family. It wasn’t too bad though. The guy that helped us was great at his job. Gave us alot of space and didn’t feel too pressured. Found our bedroom set for 75% off due to remodeling of the store which was great! Bedroom sets are about $3-5k and shipping to your house is about $150. Overall really happy with our new set for years to come. Our 7 piece bedroom set out the door was $1500.

Nothing but empty promises. Bought a bedroom set in November. We were told it would be delivered in 2 weeks. After several cancellations because they don’t have the furniture, I was excited it is scheduled for tomorrow. I received a text message today confirming my appointment. I called to confirm and was told the text was in error that they would not make the appointment tomorrow either and in fact it would be at least another 2 weeks. I’m not sure how this place stays in business but buyer beware!!

It has been a really bad experience in furniture shopping with Ashley’s. Be sure and double check your information that sales person puts into system. Our last name was missing(used middle name as last name), phone number off by one and email was incorrect. This set off a chain reaction. A delivery was set for 28th. No one could confirm delivery, no one could call us. So no delivery. As told in store. I had to call back the sales person before anyone could help us because no one in customer service could pull us up and figure out what was wrong. Sales person did try and fix info for two transactions but only worked on one of the transactions. Second delivery got cancelled for unknown reason. When calling customer service again they didn’t get the second transaction info corrected and the second transaction information said incorrect phone number can’t contact customer. So delivery team didn’t try to deliver. Had to talk to her manager to get second transaction edited. We are now on third promised delivery. It showed up with only the mattress and not the bed set. We asked for a delivery refund and we’re told they couldn’t give a delivery refund only a transaction refund for a percentage which is only $167. That wasn’t even the amount of delivery fee. We are scheduled for Wednesday for our 4th attempt. We will see. I would not recommend Ashley’s.

The worst place ever! Poor customer service. My husband & I when in super excited ready to buy our new living room furniture and kitchen table and we found what we loved but NOT once of their employees offer to help! Meanwhile most coworkers where just standing and talking while just staring. I'm guessing they didn't want their Commission for selling furniture. We ended up leaving after 20 mins of being in there! First & LAST time going in that store.

I bought a recliner and had it 3 weeks and the material started coming apart. I contacted them and they said they would get back with me. A mont later they contacted me and said send a picture of the area, I did and 2 weeks later they emailed me and said they didn't see anything. I told them I wanted a refund, they said someone would contact me about the return. Well, 3 weeks later they said I couldn't get a refund. So for the last 2 months they called me 4 times asking if its been repaired, and I keep saying no. The last call 2 weeks ago same song and dance. ANYWAYS, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS PLACE.

We had one of the best furniture buying experiences ever. We were greeted at the door then shown the area to look for what we were interested. She gave us space to look and discuss privately but was close enough to answer questions. She was very professional and helpful.

Terrible communication and customer service. I bought a bedroom set for my 8 yr old daughter for christmas present. I purchased this on November 30 and was told it was currently in stock and would be able to pick up anytime. The salesman offerred to schedule my pickup for Dec 23rd since it was a Christmas present. I confirmed pick up on the 22nd with the text I was sent. I also text when I was 30 minutes away as requested. When I arrived at the warehouse, I waited at the dock for over an hour and a half before anyone came out. I was told that they would be out in 5 minutes, 45 minutes later they came out and told me they couldnt find all my order. I went back to the office and the clerk told me it was there, but inventory was bad and short staffed. He offerred to have it delivered the day after Christmas free of charge. It is now the 2nd of Jan and this is the 3rd time Ive reached out. Only to be told they couldnt deliver until Jan 7 and that the bed was never in stock. Unwilling to do anything to correct these errors and acts like giving me free delivery is doing me a favor, when I wouldnt need it delivered if they had there stuff together to begin with. Rudy was our sales person. He went out of his way to make sure we will be happy with our new living room furniture. He even moved a chair half way across the store so my wife could match the colors of the furniture. Everyone was helpful. If anyone walked by they would ask if you need anything. Our best experience buying furniture in our life. Will be back to look for end tables lamps and a rug. Ashley Furniture will be my living room.

The store has a huge inventory, easy to work with and our sales person, Alex, is fantastic. We have done several shopping deals through him and I literally have him in my contacts. Highly recommend you seek him out if you need help with anything.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am completely and utterly disappointed, especially with this being my first time ever buying from Ashley. Disappointed is an understatement truly. Not only have I had to deal with poor customer service, but I never got what I wanted. I kept getting the runaround constantly in regards to the table that I ordered. They sent me to the warehouse to pick it up then come to find out the warehouse had no idea that I was even coming. I kept getting wrong delivery dates because I was never told that it was on back order until AFTER I had already purchased the table. I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER, WHO WAS NO HELP AT ALL. I had to spend this holiday season with an incomplete table set that I PAID EXTRA to have. I purchased this table November 26. It is now December 28 and they're telling me it's not going to be here until the new year because I keep getting pushed back dates. Then when I asked if I could have a credit towards my account, they suggested $30 coupon off a $2000 table, which is basically a slap in the face. Completely unprofessional was not empathetic towards my situation. Highly do not recommend ever going to purchase your furniture at Ashley's.

The delivery crew that brought all our furniture was great. They were thorough, cleaned up afterwards, and were very careful not to hit the walls and doors while bringing stuff in and out. We are very appreciative.

This store in citylake is amazing. Great environment, super friendly and helpful staff. The process of picking up the furniture, however, is a complete nightmare. Be prepared to wait hours for pick up. Then get told there is missing pieces. Then be prepared to do the run around of trying to get it reaolved. Days later and still not resolved. Then get home to open the boxes for the pieces that they did have and some were damaged. Oh boy. This is a whole other level of challenges that we face now. You will be redirected half a dozen times just to keep getting moved to the next "supervisor" that cant do anything for you.

She took us straight back to the exact item we were looking for and within a few moments had verified availability, explained delivery and the available protection plan. We made our purchase and were on our way with no fuss at all. Very pleasant experience all around. Looking forward to delivery of the recliner.
