I received my replacement piece and it was missing the feet. This been a nightmare of a journey.

Went in to shop. and as always Ashley's did not disappoint. We were greeted by Ryan O'Neil a very personable and knowledgeable young man. Ryan has excellent instincts, knew when to let me browse and when to check in to offer assistance. We made several purchases and were very pleased with our experience.

Very nicely displayed products and the staff is nice the only reason not five stars is I had to go 15 minutes away to their wearhouse to get the mattress I purchased.

I had an amazing experience! Tim was great at explaining everything! He also has a great balance of giving me space to look and explore, but also being there if I needed assistance. Make sure you go and ask for Tim. I can’t wait for my furniture delivery!

He encouraged us to try several selections that met our guidelines and he was really patient as we kept trying to narrow down our selection. We went to several (other) stores to narrow down what we wanted. He worked with us on pricing and delivery. Even encouraged us in the process to get the best deal for us. Allen was great. He approached us when we first walked in and explained how he was there to help answer any questions.

Went looking for a sofa in a particular color. Salesperson Alex was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and sold me on the first one he showed me. The store was huge and I really didn't feel like walking and looking so he was totally in tune with my needs. I completely recommend this store.

The furniture is fine, but the extended warranty is a scam (especially ProtectAll). I submitted proof of what actually happened and they denied the claim based off what they think happened.

Terrible customer service and terrible experience. I should have know it would be with all the red flags. It’s like walking into a car dealership. Beware of the bait and switch.

1 Star — And that’s being generous This place doesn’t even deserve the one star I’m giving. I went in excited to shop for a new couch for my new place, but the experience was disappointing from the moment I walked in. I walked around the entire store looking for someone to help me and couldn’t find a single employee on the floor. When I finally did see staff, it was three workers standing together in a group just talking. I approached and asked if anyone could help me. Without even making eye contact with me or looking up from his Ipad, one of the gentlemen said he’d “be with me in a second.” When he finally came over, I explained what I was interested in purchasing. As he looked it up, I simply asked if they offered same‑day delivery. He literally gawked at the question and told me it was one of their busiest sales of the year besides Black Friday. Then he looked at his watch, visibly irritated, and said they wouldn’t have anyone available to deliver it—implying that it was unreasonable for me to even ask. I hadn’t even said I needed it today; I was just asking a general question. At that point, the customer service was so poor that I was completely turned off. As someone who works in customer service myself, I would never treat a customer that way or make them feel like they’re inconveniencing me for doing my job. After leaving, I called Nebraska Furniture Mart. They ordered my couch over the phone and had it delivered the very next day—no attitude, no frustration, just actual service. I won’t be returning to Ashley’s, and I definitely won’t be recommending them to anyone.

We had a great experience with Ashley Furniture in Ft Worth on Citylake Blvd. The store manager Edward was at the front of the store and greeted us. We were introduced to Leah whom was very helpful and non pressuring. We purchased an accent chair and a sectional sofa.

Tim did an amazing job helping me with financing. He was very respectful & not pushy. He also walked me through what to expect before and after furniture delivery.

Liz was very kind & helpful to my husband and I throughout the whole process of buying our new "Life-Proof" couch. We knew it was the one we wanted before we arrived, but also decided to make sure by testing others. Liz gave us all the time and space we needed to test out other couches before making our final decision. We also loved to discover that through their Purchase with a Purpose program Ashley donates a 20% portion of proceeds to foster children and those in need. The entire process went smoothly & we were able to pickup (personal choice) our new couch from the warehouse the following day. There was a slight roadbump at pickup though. When my husband asked to inspect the box before warehouse employees tried to load it into our truck. He noticed a whole side of the box was damaged and crushed so we requested to have a different one (one of the same) be brought. After a short wait the warehouse employees did so and brought us an undamaged one. Other than that the whole process was very pleasant. Thanks again Liz! You're so kind. She was absolutely fantastic in helping me select the perfect chair for my dad's needs and made the entire process so easy. She even gave me clear, precise directions on where to pick it up. The chair was incredibly easy to assemble (two pieces) and my father is in love with it! The lift mechanism is smooth and safe, making it much easier for him to get in and out of. It is comfortable, functional, and looks great. Five stars for the product quality and five stars for Jenny's customer service. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

I had the pleasure of working with Ryann this morning on some new outdoor patio furniture. He made the process super easy and was so helpful.

Sleep expert Ryan was most knowledgable and helpful during my mattress purchase. BUT.... Addendum to above review... While testing different mattresses and articulating bedframes, salesman Ryan only demonstrated one bedframe in particular that had all the "bells and whistles" that I really liked. He even demonstrated with a movie on his cell phone how the bedframe would make the mattress vibrate to the movie. That said, he knew this was the mattress and bedframe that I wanted to purchase. I told him a price that I was wanting to pay and he said let me go see if "they" will accept that amount. He came back to me with a price a couple of hundred dollars more but I agreed to pay it. Here's where the "bait and switch" sales came into the picture. The price he quoted me was for a lesser bedframe without all the bells and whistles that he had demonstrated to me. He never once told me that the price was for the cheaper frame that was never demonstrated. Yes I did pay for the lesser frame but didn't realize that it was not the bedframe that I had been testing out for no less than 30 minutes. It wasn't until after it was delivered that I realized the switch had taken place. I immediately called salesman Ryan and he told me all sales are final and that was the bedframe that I agreed to buying. It wasn't, I was led to believe that their price was for the better frame. Again, bait and switch sales tactic. Ashley Furniture may have made a sale but lost a returning customer.

My hat goes off to Lea, Alex and Marty over at Ashley Furniture! They made every effort to and succeeded in getting us the items we wanted at the price we wanted. If you need furniture be sure to get with that crew at the City Lake Blvd location outstanding assistance!

I’ve arrived to the store having plans to purchase sectional sofa today and as soon as we walked in we got greeted and asked if we needed help. We said we don’t need help. We’re gonna look around and as soon as we find something that we need, we will come and find you . As we were walking around another salesman came towards us by name Alex and just started talking real fast about some promotional pricing and discounts and this and that and once again we said we were already helped by another salesman. A few minutes later, after walking around, we were attacked by general manager named Edward Johnson. He asked us if we were helped because they work on commission and once again we said yes, so please leave us alone so we can look around. He kept interrupting us as we were shopping around saying he will call the police on us and we need to leave the store because we asked him to leave us alone so we can look around . I can’t believe this person was hired by Ashley furniture to be treating customers like this We have been customers with this Ashley’s store for past 19 years and this is first time to be threatened by anyone especially someone like Edward Johnson , the so called General Manager, this person that disrespects customer, threatening them by calling the police on them, and asking them to leave the store. Why? Because we were just shopping around and didn’t want to be bothered every 2 minutes by one of the employees. You can’t even go to Ashley store anymore to shop in peace without being attacked and threatened by police. What kind of service is that , if I say I am shopping around it means I am shopping around so leave me alone This guy, Edward Johnson, needs to be fired from this store and never have any interaction with customers, he is too aggressive and argumentative towards customers

Extremely disappointed – Buyer beware of their insurance I am writing this review to warn future customers about the insurance sold by Ashley Furniture. After over two years, I tried to file a claim and the experience was a complete nightmare. To begin with, the salesperson Liz (mattress specialist) entered my information incorrectly when selling me the insurance. That mistake alone made it extremely difficult to even locate my policy when I tried to file the claim. This was not my error, yet I paid the consequences. Once the insurance company finally found my policy, they refused to help, claiming that more than 30 days had passed since the issue started — completely ignoring the fact that the delay was caused by the incorrect information entered by Ashley’s employee. I made multiple attempts to resolve this: Visiting the store in person Making phone calls Reaching out directly to the salesperson Eventually, Liz stopped answering and stopped helping altogether. No follow-up, no accountability, no support. The insurance they sell is extremely difficult to use, and when you actually need it, you are left on your own. Due to my health, I was forced to give up and walk away from something I paid for. My advice: ✔️ Double- and triple-check every detail if you buy anything with insurance ❌ Or better yet, don’t buy their insurance at all This experience was exhausting, stressful, and completely unfair. Learn from my mistake

Didn’t follow us and let us talk. Returned to the area and salesman came back over. Said nothing just waited. We came To the conclusion that The higher end mattress would work better for us. I hate when the sales people literally follow you around AFTER you've asked them politely to leave you alone. We were entirely uncomfortable. Not to mention they didn't even have good couches at reasonable prices. Go to Rooms to Go instead.

At this point, all my furniture is from Ashley. I had a wonderful experience with Alex while buying a couch last night. He asked questions to truly seek understanding and best options for me, not just to check a box. I didn’t feel pressured at all to purchase, and it truly felt like he listened to me. I loved that he took the time to show me some of his favorites, and helped me think of ways to maximize space in my apartment so I could get a larger seating option since that was my ultimate goal. I’m so excited for my new couch to arrive! Ask for Alex!

Sales person said she wasn't a serious buyer & manager will throw a fit.... So was told to go to Costco. I have an Ashley furniture card as does she.... They just lost two generations of customers with one comment.... Awful....

The associate that took care of us was the head department of the mattress department he received us nicely we went looking for a couch he showed us what we were looking for and wasnt pushy at all making us feel forced to buy furniture definitely recommend this store and his help.

I visited this location the Wednesday before Black Friday. I met with the store manager, Anthony and Tim. Everyone was absolutely AMAZING. I found my dream couch and I am so grateful. It wasn’t easy either. Tim was incredibly patient as I found a couch but asked my husband to come take a look after he got off work almost 2 hours later. Rudy was great. Really appreciated his no pressure sales. He was extremely helpful. Online payment process was tricky, not super easy to navigate. We got through it though and all is good.

They were very knowledgeable and understood our needs. We were looking at two different couches. The salesperson explained the differences and then left us alone to choose. She did not pressure us and let us make the decision ourselves. My only negative is their price for delivery seems high and I feel that after a certain amount you spend it should be free.

The store is nice, good selection and prices, salesperson we worked with, Rudy, was very helpful and efficient. 2 star rating is for the weird interaction with the mattress salesperson that was forced upon us when we were buying a dining set and the horrible service we received when we picked up our dining set at the distributions center. They were supposed to open at 9:00 am but the doors were locked until about 9:10 am, The employee started showing up as we were waiting outside for the doors to open. the man that works at the window inside was extremely rude.

Jordan is absolutely phenomenal. We will never go anywhere else as long as Jordan works there!!!

I honestly came in to rule these options out before going to Rooms To Go but we really ended up liking a set here. We shopped a few other places afterwards and ended up coming back. We feel like we got a fantastic deal and had top notch customer service from Alex. Would highly recommend!

My salesperson was great, knowledgable, sincere and made the whole process easy. However, I did feel a lot of pressure from a different salesman to buy a mattress when I was actually buying a recliner that day. I don't like sales pressure.

I walked into the store looking to buy a sleeper sofa with a chaise lounge. I walked around for 20 minutes and not one salesperson spoke nor asked if I needed help. There were at least 4 male associates on the floor. Only one other customer in the store. Terrible service. I guess I shall look elsewhere.

Jenny did an amazing jod she knew all the answers to our questions. No pressure to buy we went home did some mesurments she texted me all the information I needed . We went back the next day and made our purchase. Thanks for doing an amazing job Jenny.

I went to Ashley’s Furniture to pick out a new bedroom set, and I’d definitely recommend asking for Tim when you go. He’s super relatable, thoughtful, and genuinely kind. He never pushed anything on us or made us feel bad for passing on add-ons. He knows his stuff and helped us find exactly what we needed while sticking to our budget. He walked us through the price differences, especially with the mattresses, and helped us land on one that even came with a 10-year warranty. His manager was also very kind and they both helped to get us checked out and back to our day to day. Overall, a great experience! Our furniture has not been delivered just yet so I cannot post any pictures.

DO NOT do business with these people. I purchased and paid for $8500 worth of furniture from these people. 3 side tables were delivered broken… no big deal just send them back. They resent the same broken tables again. I returned them again and requested a refund for them and a bed that I was told was in stock, but wasn’t. I asked for a refund to my original form of payment which I was assured I would receive in the next day or 2. After 3 calls over a few weeks the store, I was eventually told I would have to call another 1800 number to have it done. When I finally got in touch with someone, they are now telling me it will be an additional 7-10 days before I get my money back. The customer service is unbelievably bad and they do everything possible to avoid refunding for crap furniture. Buyer beware.

I have purchased from this store 3 separate times. Has typically been a easy process and my rating is not for the store itself. My 1 start goes to their cancelation and customer service. I call the store to cancel a direct ship item that was months out from being delivered. Called and was told they would call me to confirm cancelation in 3 days which doesn't make sense. I asked to elevate my call as I was trying to get this processed. They said the marked my call for elevation and someone would return my call same or next day. I call back 3 business days later to inquire on my cancelation as no one has reach out to either cancel or discuss speeding up the cancelation. Was told again that i would now need to wait 2 days for a call from the cancelation department. I mentioned i called previously to cancel asking why I have another wait for cancelation. I was told there was no notes of me calling previously and i would again just have to wait. This is all very frustrating as I have purchased from Ashley's several times and this is leaving a bad taste that when assistance needed beyond delivery is so convoluted and difficult. Edit - going on week three of trying to cancel this with me calling 6 times with getting told their cancelation team will reach out in 48hr to 72hr to confirm cancelation. This has been the longest 48hr to 72hr. Hoping this might get some resolution but feel that the only way for this to happen is to let them deal with the card company.

Problems from the start. Changed delivery date multiple times. When sectional was delivered they didn't put it together correctly and we spent an hour trying to get it right....after we had to pay for delivery and setup. Couch was damaged when it was delivered by their guys and could never get salesperson or manager to return calls. Had to go to the store and talk to manager in person. It's been 6 months and still no answers and now they are wanting to use our warranty on it. Would not recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone as this is not the first time we have had major issues with them. Just thought we would give them another chance, but never again.

Quickly greeted and given the opportunity to browse which was very much appreciated. Salesperson followed up and was able to answer my questions. Provided information that helped provide other options. Purchased and knowing that I will be getting my product within a week is very satisfying.

Bought a $2000 couch that started pilling in the first month of owning it. Their solution? Send one cushion cover (our couch has 4 cushions) that did the exact same thing a month later. Super low quality furniture and customer service experience. After reaching out to customer service, they consider major pilling "normal wear" after owning for 1 months. NEVER BUY FURNITURE FROM HERE!

This experience needs another review, not an edit to my initial post. 7:52pm — the delivery manager calls me about 20 minutes after my initial review and stated that someone was supposed to tell me this morning that the delivery route changed and they were overloaded. Said they were on the way to store to pick up couch now. (At this point, the delivery tracker was stuck on one location for quite some time.) 8:30pm — I called once more, and the same person told me that they were at the warehouse now loading then heading my way. 8:58pm — the delivery manager called me and said they’re on the way to me now. I live about 15 minutes from the store. It’s currently 10:30pm with nothing. I checked the delivery tracker and it showed a live location now in Itasca, Tx— 30 min away from me and it said 10:45pm is when they’d reach me. I refreshed my screen a moment later and it says “ouch it looks like we missed you!” WHAT!!!!!! How are you gonna tell me they picked up my furniture and are heading my way now and then pull this “we missed you” BS as if i wasn’t waiting all damn day. I understand it’s late but don’t tell me one thing and do another!!! Corporate will be hearing from me first thing in the morning.

Great experience in the store. However, delivery is another story. I was given a delivery window, 12-3. Tracker showed my delivery was for 2:30pm and that I was the 6th stop for the day. The delivery tracker showed that the driver completed 5 stops, and I’m the next one. However, it’s been hours and I’ve watched them drive to at least 5-6 other delivery locations. It’s currently 7:35 and the time keeps getting pushed back in 30 minute increments. I got ONE automated text at noon stating there was a delay and they would provide more information. I was not provided with any information for 6 1/2 hours, so I decided to reach out. I tried calling customer service and they stated that whatever department was not responding, also waited on hold for 25 minutes just for that rep to tell me NOTHING. There’s no phone number for the store directly so I asked to get transferred to the store, someone, anyone, and the automated system stated that they are closed, currently, my store is still open. Even the agent on the chat via website was not helpful and told me to call them. I paid for my order in full, even got the warranty and they charge what 3-400$ for delivery just to get the run around all day?! Do they think people can sit around and wait for a delivery all day? Seriously so ridiculous. If I knew this was going to happen, I would’ve rented a uhaul and picked it up myself to save me time and money! Not recommending to anyone.

Ashely’s have always been in my top 3 furniture stores. I was greeted immediately on the showroom floor by Alex. I already knew what I was coming for a sofa I had saw on line for weeks. Alex took me right to the sofa and I made the purchase. I have to wait 2 weeks for the sofa to be delivered, but that’s okay my 4 yr old grandson is coming in a few days so he will not to be able to climb over the new sofa. Thanks for the good vibes Alex. The people were very nice. But it took forever to make our simple purchase. The first guy had to get help, the girl who helped him seemed to be very experienced, but the computer system they were doing the transaction on sucked, bad. It was a $300 purchase of 4 chairs. That shouldn’t take 45 minutes, and yet it did.

We walked into Ashley not knowing what to expect. Let me tell you the absolutely amazing experience we had. Ryan Oneal made our experience so great! Great customer service, very good explanation of furniture, cost, and delivery. Ryan is a rockstar. Also the atmosphere in the store is gorgeous, welcoming and set up nicely to show what their furniture can transform your space into.

Do not purchase here. I am a widow and. Purchased a new king mattress with moving base. They only delivered the mattress after 10 days and said the base will be an other 20 days for a total of 30 days to delivery after I paid cash. They will not refund delivery or unopened mattress pad either. I was very disappointed and did NOT experience white glove service as stated on the receipt. Now they are taking 7-10 business days to refund. Wow! Terrible.

I was having issues with my order, the pickup date being rescheduled wasn’t communicated to me by the warehouse. At the store Edward was attentive and helpful in finding a solution. They offered the display but after packing it up they realized it was damage and didn’t hesitate to find another option for me. It may have taken longer than expected but I’m happy with the outcome and service provided with those obstacles!

The ABSOLUTE WORST experience. We spent $7,000 for a King bedroom set and mattress and we have been having issues for over a month and a half. There is no way this company is Americas #1 Furniture store. We ordered June 28th - it’s August 10th and I’m currently sitting in a bed that is caving in due to a broken frame that was not installed correctly waiting on a call from a retention supervisor that was suppose to happen 2 days ago. I wish they would just pick up this junk and let me go to someone more reputable, but once you get it your stuck no matter if it’s broken or not you just have to wait until they can “fix” the issue. I wouldn't want their furniture if it was completely free. Do NOT waste your time.

My family and I came into Ashley Furniture completely undecided on the perfect couch for our home. My husband and I were leaning in completely opposite directions, but Liz was so patient, informative, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Even with the store going through a remodel, she took the time to plug in and test every electronic feature for us—seriously above and beyond! Thanks to her help, we finally landed on the Larce 5-piece Next-Gen Nuvella in Dune, and we couldn’t be happier. Purchased a new mattress, headboard, & footboard almost three weeks before I needed them delivered. Was told there was no problem with stock or my delivery date. Three days before they were supposed to be delivered I received confirmation that my delivery date was set. The next day I get a notification that my order needs to be delayed 2 weeks because my mattress is no longer in stock. I called the store and spoke to a manager whose same began with an “E” I’m sorry I do not remember his actual name because he is the only helpful person in this story. E listened to my concern and understood that this delay wasn’t my fault and didn’t want my wife and I sleeping on the floor so he found us a comparable mattress and rescheduled my delivery for the same day it originally was scheduled for (today). Last night I received a confirmation that my furniture was scheduled for this morning between 9-12. This morning at 9:15 I got a text saying it had to be rescheduled again for 2 days out. I called the store and a man answered the phone. He did not identify himself but told me E was not working today but that he was also a manager. I explained what happened and this new manager said “let me log into my system her and call you back” not only did he not call me back he ignored MULTIPLE calls from me just trying to get an update I am currently writing this review while sleeping on the floor of my new house because Ashley Furniture cannot handle deliveries. Would give 1 star if it wasn’t for E. Edit: The response from the company below provided the general customer service number I have already been in contact with. They 1) put in an escalation ticket to find out why my order was cancelled and would call me back in a couple of house. They did not call me back & 2) rescheduled delivery for two days out (tomorrow) we will see if i get my furniture then.

I bought 2 expensive recliners from Ashley furniture 3 days ago and they were just delivered yesterday. This morning I got an add from Canales furniture for the same exact recliners for $70 cheaper per chair. I went to the store where I bought my recliners and spoke to the store manager who just blew me off and said he can't price match anything and asked a sales associate to help me. She has no authority or knowledge as to how to get a refund approved for a price match. I then went home and got on Ashley's furniture website and spoke 2 someone there about this issue. I was told that they can't price match anything from any other site than Amazon. They also said once your items are delivered, your purchase is closed and can't even do a return unless it was damaged in delivery. They created a "wishlist" for me in my account to completely furnish 2 full rooms worth I've $5,000 that was going to be purchased next week and delivered. They are willing to give up over 5,000 in a sale to not match and refund $140!! This really shows that once they have ypur money, they don't care about any customer pr doing the right thing. I will never shop at Ashley's furniture again and had my wishlist account deleted. I don't recommend anyone shopping with this company due to horrible customer service and ridiculous policies they claim won't allow them to help at all. This place is just out to get your money!!!

They never delivered my couch and will not cancel the order or even help. What a shame. Do not buy from Ashley! Shame on them! They stole my refund too.

Our sales professional Liz was friendly, courteous and semi-efficient (too many Supervisor approvals). Merchandise Pick up was a nightmare they could not release our dresser to us at the warehouse because the store personnel was still in our file. We tried to call the store and got no answer for 20 minutes to release the ticket. So the sale side of the transaction was great, but the pick up was absolutely awful!

I feel that the sales manager along with the person who helped us. We’re really really pushy, and they were even getting things together without me. Really saying yes, I’ll take it. My experience. There was not pleasant at all whatsoever and be careful what you buy it. Ashley cause once you pick it up. It’s yours no returns. We have an open box that I wanted to return. And they said no. There’s no returns. Ridiculous. I will never shop at Ashley furniture store ever again. Good luck to all future. Shoppers there.

We found an amazing sofa within our price range. Jen was excellent she showed us sofas within our price range, gave us a lot of options to choose from, and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend Ashley Furniture. Ask for Jen when you go in.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE!!!! The manager is apparently always in a meeting when we go up there or when we call to discuss our issue. I’m assuming he’s a coward who hides behind his floor employees and expects them to do his dirty work. We refused a piece of furniture at delivery and it was not taken, that was three weeks ago!!!!!!! Since then, we have been to the store twice and called about four times with no success in getting this piece of furniture removed from our home. We have been reassured on every single occasion that we would be getting contacted for someone to come pick it up and that has not happened either. We have also let them know that at this point it does not matter how much we like the furniture we are ready to send the whole thing back because this whole experience has been a nightmare. Seems once they are done making a sale that they are pretty much done with you. We have even told them we would gladly deliver the piece of furniture ourselves to the showroom and we were advised that would be a very bad move on our part. So what are we supposed to do then? No one is helping us and no one is calling us back and the manager is a joke who hides in his office and collects his paycheck. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your next furniture purchase. The furniture is nice but it’s not worth the headache and the crappy treatment by the staff in the store or the so called “customer service” line you call.

Worse experience ever, as soon as we entered the story we were asked how much we were looking to spend. Really???we didn’t answer that question, we told him we are just looking around; then the seller said “ ok, I be back “ then he never did. Another seller approached to us and took care of us. We were desperate to get furniture for our home and decided to shop there. When all items arrived some were damaged, we were told that if that was the case we could chose to return them at the same time, but that was not the case we were told that we have to filed a claim with the insurance. I was like what????? It took for ever to get out furniture and still having issues with. Never again expending so much money ey with them.

I’m so disappointed with Ashley furniture, I just received my new bedroom set and it was damaged and when I called they told me I would have too submit a claim, as if I didn’t have nothing else to do. Which I proceeded to do. I was also told that they will probably send someone to repairs the furniture. I paid for new furniture not for furniture that needs to be repaired. I’m so disappointed. 😔 I had plans to go back for my living room set and my dining table but that will not be happening.

Though under construction at the time I was greatly impressed with how organized and clean the half of the store that was open was. Our sales associate Marty (who indicated he was a manager) was very helpful, very accommodating and very understanding of our "wants". He got us set up in a timely manner and was very professional the entire visit. No pressure to upsell, no pressure to buy outside of our comfort and patient with our indecisiveness. The delivery process is horrible. When I left the store I was told that furniture would be delivered on TU. Next I heard that it would be delivered on TH. I wasn’t told that I had to confirm any text messages about delivery. I’m elderly and hate dealing with technology. I’ve dealt with your store for many years w/o this problem. I would not recommend you to any family or friends.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience with Ashley Furniture has been awful from start to finish. We spent over $10,000, were told repeatedly that everything was in stock, and then found ourselves sleeping on the floor for weeks due to a delay we were never informed about. When the order finally did arrive, it was wrong — because of course it was. The communication has been nonexistent, the customer service is scripted at best, and the entire process has felt like a complete joke. But don’t worry, I’m sure we’ll get the classic, “We’re so sorry for your inconvenience, please call or text us,” response — aka, we don’t actually care but here’s a generic message so it looks like we do. Save yourself the money, time, and headache. Shop literally anywhere else. & Rudy? Not cool, not cool- we feel pretty jaded.

Disappointed in the sales person, but happy with product.

The sales experience was great. My wife and I bought a house and went with Ashley to furnish the master bed room and one of the guest rooms. We were on a tight schedule so I elected to pick up the 11 items from their warehouse about 15 minutes away. I previously scheduled help to carry the items and as well as helping to assemble/pallets the items. We got everything together and set up, but them noticed that we were given a Tempur-pedic bed in lieu of the spring mattress we paid for. 10 out of 11 items isn't so bad I guess... but I aren't been able to get in touch with anyone and will have to wait until Monday to hopefully get it resolved.

What was so awesome about our experience is that this extremely sweet lady Lalita greeting us and then allowed us to look around without hovering. She was funny, attentive and knowledgeable about the furniture and made the experience very enjoyable. When we return to Ashley's, Lalita is who we ask for. My sales rep Rudy is absolutely amazing! If you need a solid sales rep who will be kind, listen, and honest with you- go to him in Fort Worth, Texas off of Hulen. I go to him for all furniture purchases. The delivery of my items was at first had a lot of challenges due to it being a third party that delivered my items, and the delivery driver was not equipt with the support and tools needed. However, I contacted Ashley’s delivery department who listened to the experience, sympathized, and gave great customer service to correct the mishap. Even though the delivery itself initially wasn’t the best experience, the delivery person did take careful time and effort to put everything together like I wanted even at 10 pm at night when everything finally got into my place. I sent him home with snacks, water and a cash tip as a thank you because the mishaps were not his fault. He was sent by himself to deliver items when it was a two-three man job. Just a disclaimer, I really think this was an isolated event, as Ashley’s usually always has a smooth delivery.

Shopped 4 stores today looking for a powered recliner combo. Ryan had just what we wanted at the right price and arrangement s.

Ryan is an excellent salesman. He was friendly, patient and thorough. He focused his efforts on helping us choose the most appropriate furnishings for our needs.

We had a wonderful experience with Jenny assisting us with our furniture shopping. She could not have been more helpful. We quickly found what we were looking for and made our purchase. The line of available furniture was very impressive.

My mom‘s favorite recliner finally gave out and she needed a new one. She’s very old and taking her to the store would be really problematic. She remembered that it had been at Ashley that she bought her previous recliner. I thought what the heck and called over there. Jennifer quickly found my mom in their records, and discovered that her previous recliner was out of production. She patiently worked with me to find a new suitable replacement, and get it delivered. It was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had with Jennifer.

I would like to share an experience with a recent purchase made with Ashley. I decided to buy 2 more chairs to add to my daughter’s kitchen table. The order was placed online and salesman was very helpful. The chairs were delivered using a drop off on porch service not assembled. One of the chairs was missing parts and a call was made to customer service. They said a claim was made and the part was on back order and can take weeks to receive. I begged them to please replace the chair and waiting weeks was unreasonable. They told me they will not replace and waiting was my only option. Of course I got angry because this was unacceptable. This was not a special order but a simple kitchen table chair in stock. I even said the chair could be brought back to the store or warehouse but was told if I did that it would be considered abandoned furniture. I did spend at least 3 days with multiple calls waiting probably a total of 3-4 hours only to have my last conversation with a woman representative who was a “higher up” say she would not accommodate my request either. Of course I was annoyed and voiced my opinion and she actually said she will no longer speak to me about this issue because the chairs weren’t delivered to me. Excuse me I PAID for them and that was my order placed. So please be aware Ashley furniture can deliver damaged products to your home and you can wait weeks for replacement parts because you have no other option. As for the table and chair delivery that was an experience as well. Delivery was scheduled for April 8th between 5-8. Delivery service showed up at 10 pm with the wrong chairs and correct table. We were told someone will reach out within 24 hours to correct order. We received no call and had to reach out to them and again no apology. Again I begged that since it was their mistake could it please be delivered within 2 days. They said no and communication then was done with a text to reschedule a delivery the following week. Extremely disappointed with how they treat their customers. I had to purchase 2 more chairs from another company because waiting weeks for a part that is on back order while this product is stocked and inexpensive is unacceptable. The response to me is a joke telling me to call or text the AI chat bot. I have already spent almost 4 hours with many different agents trying to resolve this issue. Every employee told me your policy is to have the customer wait for a part on back order. Clearly that option didn’t work so I needed to share my experience because although your AI generated post looks sincere it’s not truthful and just more wasted time on my end with no solution. At this point all I want is a refund and you can have the chair back. I would never trust that chair to be sat in if it was able to be assembled.

I just ordered a sleeper sofa and dining room table with assistance from Alex! Literally, the BEST customer service! He made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and it didn’t feel like he was trying to “sell me on something” just to make a sale. He encouraged me to be informed, take pictures of everything, and tested out tables with me when I was concerned about seat spacing. LOVED MY EXPERIENCE! Now just waiting for my pieces to arrive!

Purchased a sectional from the Fort Worth store. We weren’t totally happy with it and Ashley helped us find the right piece/s for our home. We’ll come back again.

If you want the #1 hassle in furniture shopping, go to Ashley’s. I placed my order in January for a mid-March move-in — plenty of time for a non-custom item. It’s now April, and after six failed delivery attempts, I still don’t have a complete, usable bed. Every delivery has been late, incomplete, or missing hardware, and each time I’ve been given different excuses with no resolution. Customer service is completely disorganized — no one takes ownership, I’ve received conflicting information every time I call, and I’ve wasted six separate evenings waiting for deliveries that show up late or not at all. Even after being promised an exchange and a quality check, they continued to deliver the wrong parts. Ashley’s has failed to fulfill their end of the agreement and made no real effort to make things right. I’ve never experienced such poor service and complete lack of accountability. I will never shop here again — and I strongly suggest others avoid the frustration.

My sales person was excellent and very patient and helpful

I bought an Ashley hybrid mattress with adjustable base. It would be OK if I didn't spend any time sitting in it with the back up. The places where I sit the dents on it are not visible when you're not sitting on the bed. I'm 76 years old and I have a very difficult time getting out of this bed because the places where I sit become very soft and dented in about 2 inches, and make it very hard to get out of the bed. I contacted the warranty department and they send a Man to my house. Since the dents are not visible when you're not sitting on the bed of course they denied it. The mattress also slides down so much on the adjustable base that it looks like the top part is coming apart from the bottom. Of course they said there was nothing wrong with the mattress. It must be the adjustable base and that there were no dents in it. This is absolutely the WORST Mattress I've ever had in my life. DO NOT buy an Ashley mattress. The base I received is also much taller than the ones in the store and I have to have a stepstool to get on the mattress.

Great customer service

My delivery was supposed to be on 4/8/25 between 11:30-2:30 I received 2 texts confirming this. I donated my other couches bcuz of this confirmed delivery, only for Ashleys to tell me that i need to schedule another delivery! Now my family and i have nowhere to sit! I waited 2 months for these couches and still dont have them. Im a very dissatisfied customer and will not be making any future purchases with Ashleys. Do better Ashleys!

It is really this time I buy from Ashley so far coffee table when I go to the warehouse there was no any discipline. I waste a lot of time at the warehouse.
