This location will definitely be my go-to Ashley’s moving forward. Tim and Edward were incredibly helpful during a very frustrating experience I had while trying to get my couches delivered through the Ashley’s Arlington location. While my initial visit there seemed fine, the issues that followed afterward left me feeling overwhelmed and disappointed with the level of service. It almost made me decide not to shop at Ashley’s again. However, my experience at the Fort Worth location completely changed that. From the moment I walked in, I received excellent service and clear, consistent communication regarding my order and delivery—something I did not experience after working with the Arlington team, as I struggled to get updates and even a return call. Not only did the Fort Worth team help resolve the issues caused by the Arlington location, but they also went above and beyond by offering a credit for the inconvenience. Their support truly meant a lot to me, and it turned a negative experience into a positive one.
