Delivery was late the drivers were rude first Delivery rushed in and drop the chair in and left with no instructions on how it works ask if they would take the old chair to the porch on way out and they put it in yard and left. Two weeks later another Delivery for the bed they where very late 9:15 pm, and was same thing. The driver announced I'm Brown , rushed to get the old beds, threw the new ones on the frame and demanded a signature from me and I told him I wanted to inspect first, he said take it up with Ashley and got my husband to sign.Obviously they just do not care about customer service. And very poor representation for Ashley Furniture. We were told different times from 3pm and to 8:30 pm they did came between 9:00pm and 9:15 pm. Makes me second guess another purchase from Ashley.

When we walked in we were greeted by a nice friendly sales professional LailtaFields. She was kind and happy to show us exactly what my 88 year old mother needed for a stylish sofa. Never waste your money on their extended. Their third party (extend) was absolutely horrible to deal with. After eight months of dealing with them I got a piece of fabric sent to my home. They told me they were going replace the whole piece of sectional. I guess I’m supposed to reupholster the piece myself. Trash warranty!

The staff suffocate you. Literally every 5 minutes I was being introduced to another staff member. We were trying to look at furniture not meet all employees on shift. I had to snap at the worker to leave us alone. I wouldn't go back.

I went to this location today with my mother in law. The store was clean and had a wonderful setup. We were greeted by a lovely young lady named Liz. She was amazing! Very knowledgeable and patient. She was there to help us with any questions we had with out being pressing. She also introduced us to her manager who was also great, we had a good conversation about something we doing on our off time (fishing)! I don't remember the managers name unfortunately but he is wonderful! When my husband and I are ready to get furniture we will definitely be going here! I could go on forever on how great this place is. Liz! If you see this thank you for your time! And when my family is ready to buy, we will be requesting you personally. Salesman, Mr Pacheco was very knowledgeable about his products and provided excellent service. Delivery team led by Erick was prompt and efficiently set up bed left space clean and free of all packaging.
Buyer Beware!!!! Purchased a recliner on 1/4/25. It came in on 1/20/25 so we picked it up. When we un-boxed it, it was the wrong chair, wrong material. We went back to the store to find out how we can return only to find out there are no returns allowed at the store and even the Manager cannot authorize a return. Even if the merchandise is incorrect. Jenny our salesperson advised us to find the same chair at another store because this location had sold the floor model, take pictures, and plead our case to the escalation toll free number that she gave us. What? What happened to customer service? We shouldn't have to prove our case!!!! I will call the number and try to see if they will authorized the return, which I highly doubt they will. We are NOT going to find a chair at another store to take pics. This is rediculous! We will NEVER by another piece of furniture from Ashley's. EVER. 01/23/25 update. So the number that the supposed owner told me to call to seek resolution is the original toll free number I called where you can't speak to a person. LOL they more than likely have AI responding to reviews. So I called the escalation number. They told me the same thing....WE DON'T ACCEPT RETURNS!!! THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING!!! I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY STAY IN BUSINESS!
We purchased multiple pieces of bedroom, kitchen, and living room furniture with Jen in November 2024. Our primary reason was my career military husband had past experience volunteering to assemble Ashley furniture for unhoused veterans in Tampa FL and he was under the impression the company valued community and customers. Jen was helpful and shared her contact information, but when our problem became too large she gracefully bowed out. Although the store manager is not in charge of delivery it is not unreasonable to expect them to assist on a customer's behalf and to my knowledge they have not helped in any way. On December 28, 2024 we were delivered damaged/used furniture to our new home (leather worn, filthy, nails/staples coming out the the back of the couch, and the wood base disfigured). I REFUSED delivery of the total sectional order and told the movers to take it all, but they only took one piece. Then one worker started the truck while the other worker ran out saying their truck was full and they couldn't take the other pieces. Within a few minutes I received a text saying order complete and the furniture was signed for which was NOT true. I messaged Jen who gave me the number to call the Escalation Department. On Jan. 8, 2025 another delivery was scheduled. Upon arrival the driver's demeanor was unpleasant, he entered our home and said "I need to take pictures". I explained pictures had previously been sent to Ashley and his response was that if he didn't think pieces needed to be changed out he would not change them. At that point I told him no, all pictures had already been submitted and all pieces needed to be delivered he then said he just needed pictures for his service, so he took pictures. My husband explained our terrible prior delivery experience and how the damaged furniture was left. They both agreed it was a new day and proceeded with the delivery. We recorded the movement of furniture and what we saw was just one man dragging the large furniture pieces (no dolly used) from the front of the truck to the back then loading them onto a motorized lift to be lowered to the ground unsecured while the other mover watched from the sidelines. We then saw it fall off the lift and crash into the street. I shared the video with our salesperson and the driver's comments telling my retired disabled veteran husband that he could figure out how to inspect the sectional in the street. My husband told him he could not inspect them in the street since the pieces were standing on their side half wrapped and had just fallen into the street and that it was supposed to be "White Glove" delivery. The mover lost his patience knowing the event was recorded and said "he wasn't dealing with this" and he wasn't going to deliver. I called our salesperson and explained the awful experience and she said she would call the Escalation Department. Later that day I called her back; she apologized for the poor service and said I'd receive a call back in 24 hours, I did not receive a call. I called customer service the following day and was told the Escalation Department should call within 72 hours, I did not receive a call. Two days later, I sent a text to our salesperson, but unfortunately reached her on a day she wasn't feeling well. I briefly shared our current situation and apologized for bothering her. The next day she informed me that it was out of both her or her manager's hands and the ticket order was closed and it was up to the supervisors, however my our order is still Open. It has now been 14 days since the last delivery debacle and we've not received any communication from Ashley. We paid in full, we opened our home to strangers that were unprofessional and disrespectful and it is time Ashley/DSG and their employees take responsibility for their products and services. This has caused a great deal of stress and we're unable to make our new home a comfortable space with dirty damaged furniture taking up space. We want a full refund and for the pieces that were left in our home by the first delivery team removed.
I have been an Ashley customer for years purchasing living room furniture twice and bedroom furniture and now coffee table and two end tables. I purchased the coffee table and end tables in October 2024. Coffee table delivered about 5 weeks later. One end table delivered about 4 weeks later. Then when the other end table was scheduled for delivery last week ( 3 months after purchase) I received a call that the furniture has been discontinued. Finally reached an employee who found one in this area and we had to pick up. My son picked it up today and it is damaged. Has been repaired very poorly and one wooden leg is split. This table should have been thrown in the trash. I cannot believe they are expecting me to accept this but I guess I will or I will not have the table set I need. I will never purchase another thing from Ashley and encourage everyone to think twice doing so-because they really don’t care about their customers. I will be calling the store tomorrow but I know they will not do anything about it.

The place was like any other place with sales people trying to make money for their family. It wasn’t too bad though. The guy that helped us was great at his job. Gave us alot of space and didn’t feel too pressured. Found our bedroom set for 75% off due to remodeling of the store which was great! Bedroom sets are about $3-5k and shipping to your house is about $150. Overall really happy with our new set for years to come. Our 7 piece bedroom set out the door was $1500.

Nothing but empty promises. Bought a bedroom set in November. We were told it would be delivered in 2 weeks. After several cancellations because they don’t have the furniture, I was excited it is scheduled for tomorrow. I received a text message today confirming my appointment. I called to confirm and was told the text was in error that they would not make the appointment tomorrow either and in fact it would be at least another 2 weeks. I’m not sure how this place stays in business but buyer beware!!

It has been a really bad experience in furniture shopping with Ashley’s. Be sure and double check your information that sales person puts into system. Our last name was missing(used middle name as last name), phone number off by one and email was incorrect. This set off a chain reaction. A delivery was set for 28th. No one could confirm delivery, no one could call us. So no delivery. As told in store. I had to call back the sales person before anyone could help us because no one in customer service could pull us up and figure out what was wrong. Sales person did try and fix info for two transactions but only worked on one of the transactions. Second delivery got cancelled for unknown reason. When calling customer service again they didn’t get the second transaction info corrected and the second transaction information said incorrect phone number can’t contact customer. So delivery team didn’t try to deliver. Had to talk to her manager to get second transaction edited. We are now on third promised delivery. It showed up with only the mattress and not the bed set. We asked for a delivery refund and we’re told they couldn’t give a delivery refund only a transaction refund for a percentage which is only $167. That wasn’t even the amount of delivery fee. We are scheduled for Wednesday for our 4th attempt. We will see. I would not recommend Ashley’s.

I am a returning customer and was originally referred by a friend which purchased a leather recliner and loveseat dual recliner and massage feature. The worst place ever! Poor customer service. My husband & I when in super excited ready to buy our new living room furniture and kitchen table and we found what we loved but NOT once of their employees offer to help! Meanwhile most coworkers where just standing and talking while just staring. I'm guessing they didn't want their Commission for selling furniture. We ended up leaving after 20 mins of being in there! First & LAST time going in that store.
I bought a recliner and had it 3 weeks and the material started coming apart. I contacted them and they said they would get back with me. A mont later they contacted me and said send a picture of the area, I did and 2 weeks later they emailed me and said they didn't see anything. I told them I wanted a refund, they said someone would contact me about the return. Well, 3 weeks later they said I couldn't get a refund. So for the last 2 months they called me 4 times asking if its been repaired, and I keep saying no. The last call 2 weeks ago same song and dance. ANYWAYS, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS PLACE.

Terrible communication and customer service. I bought a bedroom set for my 8 yr old daughter for christmas present. I purchased this on November 30 and was told it was currently in stock and would be able to pick up anytime. The salesman offerred to schedule my pickup for Dec 23rd since it was a Christmas present. I confirmed pick up on the 22nd with the text I was sent. I also text when I was 30 minutes away as requested. When I arrived at the warehouse, I waited at the dock for over an hour and a half before anyone came out. I was told that they would be out in 5 minutes, 45 minutes later they came out and told me they couldnt find all my order. I went back to the office and the clerk told me it was there, but inventory was bad and short staffed. He offerred to have it delivered the day after Christmas free of charge. It is now the 2nd of Jan and this is the 3rd time Ive reached out. Only to be told they couldnt deliver until Jan 7 and that the bed was never in stock. Unwilling to do anything to correct these errors and acts like giving me free delivery is doing me a favor, when I wouldnt need it delivered if they had there stuff together to begin with. Theres still alot of disappointment left out. Thats my short ramble

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am completely and utterly disappointed, especially with this being my first time ever buying from Ashley. Disappointed is an understatement truly. Not only have I had to deal with poor customer service, but I never got what I wanted. I kept getting the runaround constantly in regards to the table that I ordered. They sent me to the warehouse to pick it up then come to find out the warehouse had no idea that I was even coming. I kept getting wrong delivery dates because I was never told that it was on back order until AFTER I had already purchased the table. I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER, WHO WAS NO HELP AT ALL. I had to spend this holiday season with an incomplete table set that I PAID EXTRA to have. I purchased this table November 26. It is now December 28 and they're telling me it's not going to be here until the new year because I keep getting pushed back dates. Then when I asked if I could have a credit towards my account, they suggested $30 coupon off a $2000 table, which is basically a slap in the face. Completely unprofessional was not empathetic towards my situation. Highly do not recommend ever going to purchase your furniture at Ashley's.
The delivery crew that brought all our furniture was great. They were thorough, cleaned up afterwards, and were very careful not to hit the walls and doors while bringing stuff in and out. We are very appreciative.
This store in citylake is amazing. Great environment, super friendly and helpful staff. The process of picking up the furniture, however, is a complete nightmare. Be prepared to wait hours for pick up. Then get told there is missing pieces. Then be prepared to do the run around of trying to get it reaolved. Days later and still not resolved. Then get home to open the boxes for the pieces that they did have and some were damaged. Oh boy. This is a whole other level of challenges that we face now. You will be redirected half a dozen times just to keep getting moved to the next "supervisor" that cant do anything for you.

My wife and I were shopping for our first set of bedroom furniture as a married couple. We looked at several sets here both before and after the wedding, and each time worked with Jason Austin. He was absolutely great and made the process super smooth. Jason was patient and thorough with the back-and-forth about what exactly to get from the set we decided on, how that changed pricing, delivery, etc. He was also great to chat with - we spent probably as much time just chatting with him as we did finalizing everything on our last trip to the store. I'd highly recommend shopping here and working with Jason specifically.

Pretty good selection of inventory. A little disappointing to spend $20k and still be charged nearly $1000 for delivery. Also, prices on pieces are a bit deceptive.

I was with my mother in law helping her purchase living, dinning, and bedroom furniture. Ms Cruz was terrific. She was so kind and answered all of our questions. It took us a while to make a decision, she was very patient with us. That part was the easy part. They definitely need to reevaluate who they are using for delivering. The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. It was a joke from the get go. We were told one date, then received a call for an earlier day & time (Monday) come to find out they aren’t even open that day. Which my mother in law had to cancel prior commitments to be there for the delivery. We received several calls about confirming another day and time, which we confirmed. Again they called and texted trying to move the delivery. We kept the appointment as it was. They were very persistent in trying to move it. We were working on selling her house, having a garage sale, moving her to her new house, & getting her to her doctor’s appointment. The time schedule was 4:00pm. They showed up early that morning nobody was there. My mother in law had fallen prior to that day and was in ICU. I was planning on meeting them for the delivery that afternoon. They called and said that they were there to delivery and wouldn’t be able to come back. What about our scheduled time at 4:00. After being panicked stricken and dealing with the rude gentleman making the delivery. We called Ms Cruz she informed us that they would be there at our scheduled time. We continued with our original plan. I pulled through the gates at 2:45pm and to my surprise an unmarked delivery truck pulled up shortly behind me. We didn’t have the keys to move her vehicle out of the carpet yet. They weren’t nice at all and it’s obvious they don’t know how to tell time. Whatever happened to customer service. These two guys need to find different jobs, they don’t belong dealing with people. Be ware!

As I was discussing with the salesman about purchasing a sofa and loveseat, another customer came up complaining about needing someone to help with a purchase they were interested with. The salesman just got up from sitting next to me doing something with his tablet and left me to help them. I thought maybe he was going to find someone else, but instead he stayed with them. I should have asked someone else to help, but I think he was the only salesman in the store. I waited almost 20 minutes for his return. I should have left the store and went somewhere elsewhere else, but I liked the set we were discussing as he left me hanging.

Do NOT buy furniture, especially your beds here. All my furniture has been from Ashley and everything has been so cheap it ends up breaking. My daughter’s bed broke right away. My bed also broke and has a tear from moving it. My sectional also broke and when we sit down we sink into the couch. Terrible, cheap furniture. Will not EVER buy from here again.
I think ASHLEY has turned in to a sorry place with not much better people that work For them. Most of the people when you can get in touch With a real person Are sarcastic, I had one of them tell me I didn’t know what I was talking about when I was t one with the chair that was messed up. Bought a Very expensive bed that I could’ve gotten anywhere else for probably half of what I paid for it which bed and a chair and the chair is lousy. They replaced it to three times because they didn’t want to give me my money back. The bed was over $4000 itself which I could’ve gone most anywhere else And got the same bed for half of what I paid for. Our would never ever buy anything from ASHLEY again and I would tell anyone that they’re sorry don’t buy me anything Which I’m sure this will not get posted since It not in their favor. How are you supposed to sit a chair that your butt was in a hole and is not very comfortable.
This is my second purchase with Ashley furniture at this location over the last 4 years. Both experiences are parallel, despite the timeframe. I got to explore on my own with true input along the way. Nothing salesy about it! They’re working with you on what will truly work for you and it’s an individualized and personal experience. The manager, Edward, helped me the first time and Liz, an all-star human, the second. It’s not often I feel taken care of while making big purchases like these, but 10/10 would recommend this place. I’ve worked in sales and know that the best places put their customers first- so thank you for putting me first! I can’t wait to be on my new lounger :)

Jen was awesome. We only went to window shop. Ashley was first on the list because it was next to Costco. Very friendly, no stalking or lingering by us like other places. She let us wander and checked up on us.... very knowledgable about makers, products, alternatives, options. Post COVID paperwork is a headache in anything anywhere now - but Edward was just as attentive and friendly in getting all that done. Jen was very clear to watch our texts 2 days prior to delivery to confirm - or the delivery service keeps your fee and you have to pay again when you reschedule. Felt the delivery fee was steep - $269...BUT - we are in the POST COVID INFLATION REALM. And they are driving about 150 miles RT, gas is still high, and I don't have to do anything. Also clarified that I have 72 hours to inspect and report any flaws or expectations, so they can make it right. If you are rough on furniture and mechanisms - they have that covered too with an extra warranty coverage for a fee. I bought 2 very nice pieces. We take very good care of things, so these will join other quality pieces we have, that span 130 years. And are VERY comfortable.

Corey made the couch buying experience a breeze. Everyone was very helpful, informative, and patient. I was able to find the exact couch I was looking for and I loved the large selection they had to offer. I do wish they’d let you explore the store without a rep coming up to you every 2 minutes. One downfall to my purchase is I usually do my research before buying and this time I did not. I found the coffee table $200 cheaper online once I got home and did a little research on my purchase :( so definitely research before buying! I also just read all of the awful reviews from Ashley’s Customers and found a Facebook group letting people know not to buy from Ashley’s, so I’m now a little paranoid of what’s to come. I’m hoping my experience isn’t near as bad as so many others. I will update my review once my furniture is delivered. 🤞🏻
I recently ordered a couch over the phone from Ashley Furniture. Initially, the experience was positive—the associate was very nice and accommodating. However, things took a turn for the worse soon after. The order kept being delayed, and when I tried to follow up, the store became completely unresponsive. The sales associate stopped answering my calls, and every time I contacted the store, I was told that the manager would call me back. This never happened. After weeks of delays and no communication, I decided to cancel the order. The manager finally sent me a confirmation of the cancellation and assured me that I would receive a refund within 24-48 hours. That was a month ago, and I still haven’t received my money. To make matters worse, they’ve stopped answering my calls altogether. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I would caution others to think twice before making a purchase here. The delay in delivery is understandable, but the customer service is severely lacking, and getting a refund has been nearly impossible.

Staff at store was very nice and helpful and referred us to warehouse for pick up. She encouraged us to hurry to the warehouse to avoid getting to pick up our dresser as they would close promptly at 6 pm. We arrived to find other customers angry because they had already waited over an hour for their pick up. Ours took about 45 minutes of waiting after we checked in. I would recommend letting customers know that there may be a significant wait at the warehouse, especially since the customers going to the warehouse are making the extra effort to try to get the furniture they need on the date of purchase. The loading guy was nice, too, but it just took longer than anticipated.
The agent was helpful and instructive about types of fabric on various pieces of furniture.
Jason was very thorough in walking me through the benefits of the mattress and base I selected. He presented several option and allowed me to select what worked best for me. Excellent experience!
After shopping around at various places, we opted for Ashley's, they have good quality and fair prices. This is the best place to shop for furniture. Our salesman was Dacorious Williams, very professional, respectful and no pressure at all. He took the time to answer all of our questions and even gave us a really good deal, thank you my brother from another mother!
Wishing I could get negative stars at this point. Placed an order over the phone for a nursery chair with the in store staff. When Ashley called to say it arrived at their warehouse, I made sure myself and husband were listed as pickup personnel. My husband arrived to pick up the chair (He has a truck, and I'm 8 months pregnant). They then refused to release it to him, and want me to go in-store to add him to the account, which I'm not able to do. Then we asked for dimensions of the box to see if it would fit in our small SUV as my husband truck will be in the shop the rest of the week, and the warehouse staff refused. They told us to call customer service, even though my husband was there, in person. Never again will we purchase from ashley furniture. Stick to nebraska furniture mart, pottery barn, west elm, etc. Apparently you get what you pay for with Ashley and their (lack of) customer service.

We were almost overcharged for the items as compared to your online prices offered.The sale associate failed to tell us the customer pickup was not open today, especially since we specifically stated we needed to pick it up today. We were welcomed immediately upon entry with a friendly greeting and a nice inquiry as to what we were looking for. The sales person, Alex, was impressively knowledgeable and provided enough information on the store and its sales while respecting our interest to browse a bit first. They casually checked in with us regularly as we tried out and looked at different sofas. Once we had narrowed it down, they helped us discuss option and the pros and cons between the ones we liked. They walked us through the entire sale process and explained all the nuance and caveats to the purchase and delivery process as well as the ins and outs of the warranty. I really appreciate a low pressure sales approach and to have it paired with a solid depth of the product details and offerings made my day. Now just looking forward to delivery.

The staff was great. However, they neglected to tell us that what we ordered and they were scheduling for shipment was not in stock. So during the time we were there to purchase everything we were expecting to take the pillows and some other furniture home. And it's been almost 2 weeks now and we have not received our furniture.

I didn’t realize Ashley is a mail order store. I went to purchase 3 counter stools. They had some in the store I could see and use, but, if I wanted them they would have to be ordered and sent to my house. I was told that delivery would take about 4 weeks, but could possibly come earlier and Ashley doesn’t take returns. I decided to go ahead and order one stool. When I got home I looked at the paperwork I was given and there was a section highlighted in yellow that said delivery could take between 2 and 16 weeks. What?? I decided to cancel the order. The next day I found the same stools on Amazon and they were delivered the next day. I find it odd that the Ashley store didn’t have any stools, but Amazon had plenty Ashley stools. I think the Ashley sales people should tell their customers to check Amazon for their product availability.

Went in on a Saturday in June and bought a bedroom set for a master bedroom and kid’s room, as well as a dining room table. The store offered quality stuff, and they had different financing options available. My only complaint was being told about a 6 week delivery delay after they swiped the card.
The sleep specialist, Jason, was very knowledgable and was so helpful as I made my selection in a mattress and a recliner.
I knew what I was looking for when I came in and Jen was able to point me in the right direction quickly. It was quick, easy, and Jen was so kind and helpful!
The furniture came damaged after waiting 3 weeks and the beds are VERY cheaply made. I am beyond disappointed when I spent $7000.00 on my purchase. One nightstand could not even be delivered it was damaged so badly and not checked by the warehouse.

The store at City lake is nice, clean and people are helpful and friendly. But I am so disappointed with all the furniture from Ashley. They all have issues. My sofa has a hole, my chest has a broken slat, the dresser and night stand has issues on drawers. I have a hard time for them to change it. On the broken slat for the chest I was able to exchange. The sofa they repaired and after the repair it is not aligned properly. Finally they exchange it but after so many talks with customer service. So disappointed with everything.
The entire experience at Ashley was very pleasant. We were welcomed at the door by Liz. We spoke for a few minutes to identify our bedroom style and requirements. She spent time with us showing us the many styles and options that could match our needs. We left happy that we had found the bedroom furniture we were looking for. Highly recommend.

I bought a power recliner in 2021 and in 2 years it quit working. I called and got a power switch replacement which didn’t work. I just spent almost 2 hours on the phone to irder a motor for it. I had to go to a link to pay for the motor because they couldn’t accept cc over the phone. I thought the part would be sent to my home but on further investigation I have to pick up at store. I think the wrong part was ordered because it’s not he same number as on the motor. We will see and if it’s the wrong part I can’t get a refund. I will NEVER buy anything else from Ashley Furniture. Jenny was patient and very informative while helping us pick out furniture for the entire apartment. She realized my son was frugal and worked on finding really nice but affordable pieces and a comfortable mattress. The plan came together perfectly and an apartment full of furniture will be delivered by Ashley's in-house delivery and installation department. They were personally neat, polite, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Our couch was quickly brought in, set up, confirmed to be in working order and undamaged. They were also on the early side of out delivery time window, which was also a nice surprise. 10/10
Save your money and buy quality furniture elsewhere. Especially stay away from their warranties. Our couch has fallen apart in less than 2 years, and the warranty we bought won’t cover anything, and Ashley never returns calls. Our zipper on one of the cushions broke, but isn’t covered. The corner of our ottoman got a rip on it. Not warrantied. We were told it’s a kid-proof, pet-proof warranty.

She actually didn’t distract me with small talk but respected the mission I was on and trusted that if I needed her I would find her. I loved the no pressure feel and wasn’t annoyed with someone caring more about their sale than me! I did eventually find her and ask for help in which she showed me exactly what I had in mind. She even suggested things to go with the prices and gave me her honest opinion on how it fit in the space. left bc I had to catch a flight and I had a quote by the time I got to the airport. Worst place to buy furniture after spending 5000 and 400 for professional delivery they showed up a 7.30am and my appointment was at 8.am for delivery and they just rushed in didn't take their time to fix my sofas and scratch my new walls in my brand new house and tha door trim to in tha entrance messed up my paint 🎨 let's see if they respond for poor service and they gave me that wrong chairs to

City View Lake Mattress issues. Ryan was my salesperson. I bought the mattress but was not certain it was the right one. I went back in before my mattress was delivered i told Ryan I wanted to get the firm instead of soft as it was not delivered yet. Ryan coerced me to keep it. At that point I got the feeling from Ryan by his tone of voice and shortness with me it would be a hassle. So Ryan coerced me into not changing until after my 30 days. After a week I went back and wanted to exchange because it was hurting my back. They said I had to keep it for 30 days. They could not do anything for me until then. So I started sleeping in a different room for that 30 days so my back would calm down. I called the customer number they gave me but they could not put me in system yet for the exchange until the 30 days. I went back into Ashley’s several times to try out different ones so I could be ready to exchange when 30 day trial was up. I also noticed he seemed be be talking down to another employee. I thought that was unprofessional. At this point I did not want Ryan to help me anymore. He is rude and disrespectful also he stopped listening to what I was trying to express and became defensive and appeared as he did not have the time of day for me. But hey… he already had my money so I guess attitude changes when they got the green in their pockets already. He basically sent me away until 30 days cuz there was no point in talking about it right now. He keep interrupting me and telling me what I want and don’t want. So I went home and got on line to research some more about the mattresses. I sent pictures to them of some I was interested in and found out they were not eligible exchange AND I could only exchange the ones on the list that I signed. I questioned that because some of the brands were on that list. Well just because they offer that brand doesn’t mean they will sell or even order the model they don’t have on the floor even though they carry the brand. EXAMPLE: i asked about the Sealy Posture Pedic High Point Hybrid Firm and even though they carry the Sealy PP HYBRID FIRM they would not order it. I could not get a step up to the high point mattress because it was not on the floor. The High Point is simply the newer version of the other one and cost $400.00. The difference is the new one has another layer of foam or gel or something added to it. That is the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard from a store. By this visit I was irritated with responses I got regarding my exchange. Ryan started becoming a little short with me and had neglected a couple of details that would have made me think twice about buying a mattress from ASHLEYS. Ryan’s demeanor changed towards me because I kept questioning him about these little things and mattress they didn’t have on the floor but I wanted it ordered. NOPE. There were about 3 mattresses I picked which they carry the brand but did not have that model in store. They have in the warehouse but they would not order it. That was very deceiving. I am not very happy with this experience. PS. I have shopped at Ashley’s for years. But I’m done with them all because of the mattress dept. I was supposed to get a call back from the manager so I could discuss ordering the mattress but did not. On my 3rd call I was able to be connected with one. She verified with her manager I should be able to order the mattress unless it says OnLine only. FYI I was not asking for an online only. I called the store where I got my mattress and told them what was said but got the same answer that they cannot order it. So ridiculious! They carry the brand and they carry the model but that model is not on display so they won’t order it for. DONE with ASHLEYS.

The moment I walked through the door a kind lady was waiting to help and greeted me. I told her what I was looking for in regards to whether they have couches in a particular color and fabric. She told me she knew exactly where a couch that color was located and we walked to the place she had last seen it, however it was no longer there. After asking one of her coworkers, she was told the couch had been discontinued and the floor model was sold a few days earlier in the week. I was disappointed but we continued to look. After looking at various styles, colors and fabric, I found a color that suited my taste as well as the size and comfort of the couch. Lalita, the sales professional that was helping me, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Customer service in this day and time is a rare thing to find, but I feel I was fortunate enough to have found a "diamond in the rough". She is a very likeable person, and she made the entire experience extremely enjoyable. I'm so happy 😊 I decided to go to Ashley Furniture, because I found a couch I look forward to having in my home and an outstanding Sales ProfessionaI I'm sure I will see again the in the near future. My husband and I just bought our very first home and were very excited about furnishing four new bedrooms. While the first initial greeting was great, it took a shard decline towards the end of our visit. Here are some things that I learned about Ashley in hopes that someone reading will learn from my mistakes… 1. ALWAYS make sure before purchasing that you do research on the items. I fell in love with a TV stand that was online exclusive (from Ashley furniture App). When I bought it in the store, the price magically went from $712 to $899. I found an “Ashley” dining table on a different seller’s website and it was priced $1000 LESS than what Ashley was selling it for. Begs the question on whether these items are actually worth the cost. 2. NEVER buy anything without being 100% sure that you will love the item. I was informed that my delivery for the TV stand was delayed. Imagine the shock when it turned out NOT to be delayed. When I got home, I was dissatisfied with how short the stand was. When I asked if there was anything I could do to exchange, I was give 3 phone numbers to call. Each one telling me “all sales are final”. As someone that works in retail, I understand there are policies. However, when you are told that there IS a solution offered but no one is willing to offer it to me.. imagine the disappointment. I cannot justify returning to Ashley.

Saleswomen and salesmen were fantastic. They were knowledgeable and able to answer any questions quickly. The portion that could be improved upon is the payment end. It felt like buying a car or a house and seemed to be too much paperwork and takes way too long. Understandable if a customer is financing but for cash or credit payment I thought would be quicker.
Joseph assisted us with our purchase of 4 counter stools. He is always extremely helpful. We have worked with him multiple times and appreciate the assistance he provides each time. He’s a big reason we keep going back to Ashley.
Ryan was very nice until he notice our kid was playing with some squishy balls on one of the tables and he snapped at him and told him no sticky balls on the furniture. Our kid was just entertaining himself while we made the purchase. The balls were of no harm to any of the furniture if it was we would have never let him play with them. I understand if our kid was causing damage and we would have been ok if he would have just asked us to please ask our kid not to play on the table. But to snap directly to a 10 year old! We always buy our furniture at Ashley and we would return but there is no way we are going back to this sales rep.

Staff was excellent, explaining the differences among mattresses and spending time with us while we tried different mattresses with functions. They provided finance options and provided discounts for cash payments, not using the offered 0% financing.
Our salesperson was “Thomas.” He was cordial, polite and very helpful from the minute we walked into the store. We were looking fo several things and guided us well with information about everything we looked at without being pushy. We bought lots of things and will be returning to get more in the future. It really wasn’t a pleasant experience. I came in about a week ago and chose a set I liked. I was able to find a few pieces for a great deal on FB Marketplace. I came in to purchase just nightstand and dresser. I was surprised that the in store pricing is different than online. They honored but I felt rushed didn’t get to do 12 month financing. I didn’t like the sales person and how he handled us.

Salesman was great and the furniture is beautiful. I give them a 2 star because we purchased the furniture during a promotion to which they promise you the first 3 months are paid for by a prepaid credit card they will send you. We did everything they asked and followed up for 5 months straight and they still give us the run around and won’t give us the prepaid credit card.

Listened to our needs, gave us space to explore, didn't try to up-sale or scam, were nice and offered snacks to our feral toddler running around. Left with the exact couch we wanted and we are all very happy with the experience. Thanks guys!

The salesman lied when he said we could contact him with any issues. My texts and voicemails were never returned. The delivery driver was five hours late and had to be turned away as we were in bed. Since we couldn’t get a live person to help us reschedule for days, the new delivery date was way too far off. When we finally got a live person, we ended up canceling the order and buying a bed from Mattress Firm. They delivered on time. We will never buy here again.
This store was very clean and well maintained. When we first walked in we were welcomed and not pressured at all. The selection of furniture varies from room to room but what we were looking for was towards the back of the store. Another employee approached us and said she was a sales manager and just wanted to check in on us. We ended up talking for a while and she showed us some options we really liked. The employees offered us water and gave my family all the time we needed to discuss our options privately. They were very respectful and understanding in our situations. This store may not be for ever but we really enjoyed our experience. Monique and Deanna are fantastic!

Run as fast as you can away from their 90 days" same as cash" option!!! It is a total scam They allow a 3rd company called Amica to rip customers off! I had a living room set for what I walked out of the door believing it was $2600. The sales person told me that someone from the other company will call me within 24 hours to discuss payment details. I didn't hear from them until two weeks later, once it was time for my first payment for me to be in that I have to pay an additional $600 for there fees! I was in tears. the furniture was only $2,000. So, now they want me to pay an additional $1200 for it. I understand Ashley's fees. I agreed to them, but not the additional $600 from the 3rd party. if you don't pay by your 90 days you'll be hit with all kinds of interest. Warning! Never ever do the 90 days because it's definitely not same as cash.

I went looking for a new loveseat as my sofa is causing back pain. Alex greeted me and asked what I was looking for. He showed me where to look. I found one I liked, but it was too expensive so he told me of some other ones in my price range. I liked that one he showed the colors it came in and we made a sale! He was helpful, polite and personable. It was a wonderful experience.

The Ashley experience has failed me this time. I’ve been purchasing from Ashley for many years and the service has been great. However, a couple of weeks ago I purchased bedroom furniture, and was delivered this week upon delivery and set up of the furniture it was scratched on the side of the bed, the corner of the bed, and the dresser. I’ve texted and called Ashley and no one has gotten back to me about repairing about furniture.

If I owned a business that could sell products at a high premium that do not even exist, I would open an Ashley Furniture myself. Consider this: it's 3 days before black Friday when I placed my order and it's now the middle of January and my order can't be fulfilled because several parts of the order do not exist. After multiple reschedules, items that were said to exist are now non-existent, but the previous missing items now somehow exist. This is awful business practice, and definitely sent any future purchases from Ashley Furniture out the window. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to my friends or family.

The furniture is fairly nice. The salesman was fairly pushy. But the problem is the warranty. If you have any problems with the furniture, good luck getting it fixed. I've been waiting for a response for a repairman to fix a problem from a month ago. I'll never buy anything from them again because of the warranty issues. Update: the warranty on the bed became null and void as soon as we paid. They refused to fix the problems with our bed. We'll never go back.

My family and I visited this store in search of new living room furniture. We located the pieces and figured the money part out, it was then clear we would need to wait a few months. As we we continued to look around thereafter, our sales rep came back to us and informed that his manager was able to discount the pieces. The discount was to the extent we were able to make the purchase right then. It saved us a nice chunk of money and we was able to get the furniture we really wanted. Cori was our sales rep and highly recommend dealing with him if/when you go.

The team at Ashley made it very easy to purchase our furniture. They were not too pushy or pressuring too hard for an upsell. The only complaint I have is the lack of transparency in pricing. They keep pushing financing like car salesmen, instead of just giving you the actual cost of the item. After we had chosen all of our furniture the quote was much higher than expected. That being said, they worked with us until we got to a price range we were all happy with. All that said, they were very helpful and I would go there again for my furniture purchases.

Received a vanity two days before it was scheduled for delivery which means it was dumped on the sidewalk in front of our house. When I started to assemble it I found it was busted by the rough handling. Called for a replacement and whew it is a hassle. And they still can't tell us when they'll bring it.

Purchase experience was excellent. I received notification a couple of days before delivery of my delivery window. However on the day of delivery I received a text TWO HOURS EARLY that the driver was en route….this caused some issues for me but I made it home in time. Pulling in my driveway the truck knocked a huge branch off one of my trees which I will have to pay to remove. Actual delivery process was smooth. Personnel were kind, professional, and efficient. Furniture was in perfect condition.

I have been a customer of Ashley Homestore since 2010. I have never had such a disorganized and infuriating experience as the one I have just gone through. My order was rescheduled automatically without me being notified, then when I called, I was told it would probably be changed again because one piece of the order was delayed. I had to split my delivery into 2 shipments, and the second shipment continued to be rescheduled and delayed another 4 times before it was finally delivered. The large dining room table had a piece fall off of it within 4 days. When the second shipment finally showed up today, it was NOT a platform bed like we had discussed and asked for verification in the store. This was a key detail of our purchase because the mattress does not have a boxspring. I was informed that I could order a boxspring from Ashley or go buy something from Wal-Mart if I wanted it quicker. My 7 year old daughter has been sleeping with her mattress on the ground this past month, and now she has to wait until I can figure out where to something to go on the bed frame and fix it myself. I will no longer be a customer of this Ashley Homestore from here on. I wish you luck if you decide to pursue purchases through here.
WILL NOT BE BACK Went in to find a hall tree or something similar, ended up finding a pc desk that they said was on clearance from $749 marked down to $449, spoke to a salesman about financing the desk which they were very helpful with and ended up buying the desk to return in 2 days for pickup. During the 2 days I found that exact desk on Ashley's website listed at $459 but not on clearance, so the $749 was either an insane mark up or a lie to pretend they dropped the price in order to sell the desk for "value". Called in to offer a chance to get the desks price discounted from the online price and was told no ( got hung up on during the first call) and that since the website was run by a different franchise they don't have to honor their pricing. Marking up a 459 dollar desk by 40% to pretend it's on sale is a scam tactic and I will not be back to any Ashley furniture as long as this practice continues.

They said I should have refused delivery. I didn’t have it delivered as I wasn’t going to pay $400 for delivery when I can pick it up. Because o picked it up they said there is nothing that they can do. Don’t shop here
All of the trash wasn’t removed and I found screws and bolts and some wooden pieces that I’m assuming go to the bed frame….so do I wait and see if the bed collapses or what?

I originally had a good experience at the location. My delivery date was only a wk later. When my chest was delivered and opened the whole bottom drawer support was damaged and gone! This was reported on the 28th of November. I had a deliver scheduled for a replacement on the 9th of December only to be called back and told that my chest wouldn't even arrive till the 22nd of December. On December 30th a replacement was delivered and when it was being wheeled into my house I noticed 2 small punctures that looked like drill marks. The first damaged chest had already been loaded onto the truck, so the delivery guy said that they would leave the new one here and put it through as if I had refused the delivery and customer service would be getting back to me about a replacement. I got emails soon after that my deliver had been successful and also pictures of the new damaged chest had been provided. I had to reach out to customer service myself about the new issue. So this past Tuesday, on January 9th, a whole new chest was delivered. It was placed in my home, fully wrapped. When unwrapped, a delivery man asked "is this what you wanted?". No. It was an entirely different chest! I knew the name too, because when I went in to the location to order the chest in question, I had ordered the narrow chest of the wrong one delivered at that moment! So for a 4th time a delivery date was scheduled for January 12th! On that morning, I got a txt that the driver had started the route and I was the 15th stop, and estimated delivery was 4pm. At 6:11pm I got a txt informing me that the team was 30mins away and @ 6:27 another that they have arrived. One of them enters my home to make sure I have the exchange, askes me what was the issue,I also let him know about the wrong item delivered early this week ,he even takes a picture of the damage, loaded it up and takes it out to the truck. Almost immediately he's back with an issue. He knows what they have on the truck is not what I'm expecting. Again Ashley sent the wrong chest. They let me talk to customer service on the spot. I can not explain to you the frustration this transaction has caused me. I have taken time out of my days to wait home for this item to be delivered and now I'm starting to realize this chest is literally costing me more than what I have paid! Do yous, at Ashley, realize the time I have had to set aside for this chest so far? I can not even speak with anyone at the location over the phone about this issue, enless I call the number and they send in a request for someone to call me back in 24 hours. So after 18yrs of buying Ashley I will shop elsewhere for future home furnishings.

Had a living room sofa, loveseat and end tables delivered Saturday. Love seat was missing parts and had to be returned as they could not return to the store for the missing parts. They could “accommodate” us the following Tuesday but we were leaving town for a month Sunday. We were told that “someone” would reach out to reschedule. Delivery was also very expensive.

I bought sofas here at Ashley's at the location at 4851 citylake blvd Fort worth. They sell a furniture protection plan for 500 dollars. I wanted my sofas clean after a couple of years and call them and they said it wasn't cover In plan, which in the brochure it said that it does stains and rips. I called Ashley's customer services to get an answer they send me back to the protection provider. The provider still said no on the cleaning. After that I have been trying to get that plan canceled and it has been more than 2 months and still nothing has been refunded or resolve. DO NOT BUY THE PROTECTION PLAN AS THEY WILL NO HELP AND THE SALE REP DID NOT EXPLAIN WHAT WAS GONNA GET COVER. I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS ON THE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ON BOTH ASHLEY'S AND THE PROTECTION PROVIDER

Listen to the other reviews and do not order from here!!!! We ordered a sectional through Ashley and decided to pick it up vs delivery. When we arrived at the distribution center they helped us load it into the truck and after explicitly asking if we should inspect it, the warehouse worker told us we had 72 hours to report any damage so inspection wasn't needed. After inspecting the pieces after getting home we realized one piece of the sectional was severely damaged with broken wood and an 8in tear in the fabric. We called Ashley to report this and see if we could trade it out at the distribution center and they will not allow us to do so. They told us we need to wait 7 days to open a claim and have a technician come out to repair it. There is clearly no repairing this piece and it's absolutely unacceptable that they are giving us the run around instead of replacing it. I will never order from Ashley again!
I felt like I had to “confirm” delivery too many times…. I got bumped for my first delivery date because I didn’t “confirm” in time. I don’t think their system is very user friendly. Instead of them telling me that I didn’t get it confirmed in time, they sent me a text saying my merchandise was delayed and had not made it to their warehouse! I immediately tried to call and I just kept getting a computer message. I called several different number and all were a computer! I finally got a human who told me what really had happened and set the delivery for the next day from the original date. The delivery guys were patient while we unboxed the merchandise.
Joseph was fantastic! We told him what we were looking for. He tossed out a couple suggestions. Showed us 2 options that fit our requirements and an hour later, we walked out with new furniture. This is how the shopping experience should be. When we have more shopping to do… Joseph will be our guy!
Liz did an amazing job! She understood that we have 4 children and wanted something that is durable and would last. She was patient with our crazy crew, did a great job explaining everything, answered all of our questions, and did it all with a bright smile! Thank you Liz! We are excited to move into our new home in a couple weeks and are excited about the new furniture we will be taking with us 🙌🏾

Only positive is furniture looks great in showroom, once you get it at home it has nicks and scratches. Ashley is like a used car dealer, as we we're told via a phone conversation "We are not responsible for the furniture out of the sales floor". So we tried the service we paid extra for and no better. They send a tech out he doesn't complete the job and says he only has 45 minutes to try and complete. Very disappointed with Ashley, definitely isn't the same company from 25 years ago. Save your time money and patience and go to Nebraska furniture instead. We paid a little more but they stood by their products without any issues.

we bought our livingroom set from fort worth store ....we bought the extra cleaning dont do it because they dont stand behind there word at all ...we called to have it cleaned just like they said they would... but when we called they said they only clean the are if there was is a stain. not at all what we where told ...Also bought a chair had torn stitch never came and made repairs been .a year and half ....never will purchase anything ever again or referrer any one again.

Out to take a look at up dating furniture in my home Ashley's was my first stop. I found every item I wanted at that location.
I purchased a dining table and 6 chairs. They were delivered to my apartment on September 22. The table leaf was defective, and the delivery person said they would fix it within 2 weeks, so I kept the table. More than 3 weeks later, they still have not even shipped the part! AND - they are shipping to the wrong address and say that can't be changed! I went to the store today to get help from someone who actually speaks English, but they didn't care. Just kept saying call the service number. DON'T BUY FROM ASHLEY.

I did not enjoy the experience. The sales person would speed through finance options. I wanted to know how the financing broke out. She was not patient with my questions and it was as though I was a burden to her through the experience. I could understand if it was busy, however we were the only customers in the store. I don't doubt she tried to give us the best option, however there were a few reasons why I ended up canceling my order. 1. When asking what models were wood, not wood veneer - she gave us incorrect info. I found out later, I unknowingly purchased a wood veneer model. 2. Pricing for both the delivery and the warrantees were cheaper when ordering through Ashley's website. Not happy with the overall experience.

I purchased a bedroom set with Ashley a couple weeks ago. The salesman told me the adjustable base would fit right in the bed no problem. Well it didn’t stand on the sturdy legs it comes with, it is just laying on the flimsy cross boards that are for the mattress. So he lied. I called and complained that same day and they offered me a bunky board for another 150.00. So now I would have to pay more for THEIR mistake. Then I asked to return the base, they told me the sale is final!!! The bed is so high off the ground that I have to roll into it, I can’t sit on the side of the bed, and I’m six foot tall. I saw another complaint about the same thing exactly. If two people have the same situation it is a business practice. They are very shady and don’t want to tell you the price of the piece of furniture. They want to tell you the monthly payment like a car dealer. By the way, the 60 month no interest is because they jack the price for the credit purchases. Mine came down 2400 bucks because I paid on a card of my own. They lie and cheat. They will respond to this review with apologies and a promise to make it right, but they will do nothing to fix the problem in reality. So they can take their apologies and put them someplace I can’t mention. DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICE AND FRAUD IN MY OPINION. Buyer beware!!!!

I was very disappointed with my service. I found a beautiful sofa that I was very interested in. It didn’t show the monthly payments so I asked a salesman if I would be able to make monthly payments because there wasn’t one showing. He said yes, you can finance everything here. I filled out an online application and was told by the salesman that I was approved for $8,000. We went to a table where I initialed and signed some papers. He then pulled up a picture of the sofa we looked at and it was not the 3 seater we looked at, it was a loveseat, a two seater. I told him that isn’t the sofa I saw it had 3 seats. He tried telling me that 2 seater was what we looked at. Well, something told me to take a picture of that 3 seater sofa. I showed him the picture I took and he then said, yea we don’t have that one. I was upset and was ready to leave! He asked if I’d like to see something else. I was willing to give it another try and went to look around. I saw another sofa I liked and called him over. He came and said this one is $1,400, to lower the price, I asked if I could just get the sofa. He said this set is discontinued and that I would have to buy the whole set. I told him to just cancel everything. He said he’d try to find me something to give him a few days and gave me his card. I said ok but I’m not sure I want to do business with him now. He made Ashley Furniture look bad, as far as I’m concerned and I love Ashley Furniture’s furniture 🙁
Went in to look around at a couple things. Rudy greeted me and was helpful but not pushy. But!! I found a couple of clearance decor items ($4.99 each) and it took 10 minutes and at least as many initials/signatures on about 10 pieces of paper - including showing my drivers license and waiting on a manager’s approval (twice!) to purchase them!! RIDICULOUS!!! If it’s that difficult to spend $10 imagine what a large purchase would take! NO THANKS!

Wonderful service. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. He helped me browse and told me about every single bed room set I looked at. I told him what I wanted and he took me straight to what I asked for. Some of the sets were pricey but they looked worth it. The quality of the furniture is great and I liked the set I chose. I wasn’t even planning on making a decision yet but they have multiple options to lease the furniture with no interest, so I went with it. Glad I chose Ashley’s.

I usually don't write a review but I has to for this company. This has been my worst experience with a furniture store. I wish I could give then 0 stars. We purchased a bedroom set last July and paid over $10000 cash and still do not have all of the parts to our bed. We have called many times and talked to a countless number of people but they all have sent the wrong parts. Finally two weeks ago we went back to the store in Fort Worth and showed them a picture of what we needed so we can finally have a complete bed. They contacted a member of management to have them message me. The next day I received a message from Ashley to complete the order for the missing items. The order was for 4 post necks and 4 post tops. When we received the order over the weekend we only received half of the order 2 necks and 2 tops. When I just tries to talk to someone they said they could not send a parts order because it's been over a year and the warranty has expired. When I ask for a corporate number or to speak to a manager I was told that they could not transfer me to a manager. This is by far the worst experience and customer service. You have lost a customer.
We walked in and Leah met us at the door, we told her what we were after and she took us straight there. She as very knowledgeable regarding the furniture and purchasing. She gave us a quote and we left to have lunch I called and said we would like to purchase the item and came back to the store asked for her and she came out took our info and did all the paperwork. It was such a nice experience there was no rushing or pushing. We may have to go back and visit with her another day for some other things we liked.

The individuals I've been dealing with have kept me waiting and dragging things along all this time. For a long time no one has called me or arrived here to fix the chair's damages;even though I mentioned it after delivery. I never expected this from a reputable company!!
So I had a great experience shopping with Ashley Homestore. Jordan was our salesman. The whole interaction was great, except for the fact that I tried to get in touch with him for a past credit, which he was supposed to be researching. He never responded and never called me back. The furniture is beautiful, a little pricey, but I love it nonetheless. They are happy to make money off of you but won't respond when you reach out to them. Update: Oct 2024 I went back to get a console for my living room in August. One door would not stay closed, and the shelving were missing the pegs to hold them up. They said they would return when the parts came in to repair it. It is nearing the end of October, and it's still not fixed. Update 2: They finally fixed the issue. If they had sent out a tech after the first time I called, it would have been fixed months ago. The tech was really professional.

And the you can get it today we can do in house financing. My hats off to Alex and the manager. There was no pressure and they LISTENED to what I was saying and they acted on it. I want to thank all of you for your time and assistance. Jen I still say ya ought to sell that tile with the rug you know what I mean.

Bought a table and a couch set a few years ago, and the furniture is great. Bought the warranty for both and tried to use it and the warranties have 1,000 terms and conditions and cover nothing. Furniture is good/great, the warranties are absolute trash and a waste of money.

This place is a scam. First off, I am a Quality Engineer by profession. I take products (Aerospace) and ensure they are what they’re supposed to be. Last month my wife and i go into Ashley Ft Worth, Hulen area, and find furniture we like. We sat in it, tested its functionality, liked it, bought it. Conveniently the “didnt have it in stock” and it would have to be delivered for free. We agreed. It came. Had the same color. Had the same stitching. Had the same name. But……the material and cushioning are different. Its stiff as a board, rigid, and not the same. Its as though what they sell from the showroom floor and what is manufactured and delivered are different. Completely different in fact. Yes, we realize what is on the showroom floor is worn in by customers, but its more than that. This material is different. My guess is that if we took a material sample from the two sets (one from the showroom, one from ours) and had a comparative analysis performed, theyd be completely different. Be very careful that you do not take delivery of what shows up at your door until you verify that it is actually the same in all aspects to what you seen and felt on the showroom floor. SCAM! Called the number they gave me and was told “we don’t handle issues with tue comfort of the furniture”……. First, its NOT just a comfort issue. What you delivered has different material, different cushioning, etc. Its built different!!

UPDATE: customer service sucks. That’s the only way to express our extreme dissatisfaction with the quality of service we have received to remedy a manufacturing defect on our dining table. The holes do not align, so the table’s supports are not secured. It’s now been 2 weeks, several phone calls later, they still haven’t scheduled a tech. They called me this afternoon to “get photos” which I had sent 10 days ago. They make you text them at some random phone number and no one ever knows what’s going on. If this isn’t remedied soon, I am going to have to dispute this off the card for services not rendered and have someone come pick this table up. So incredibly disappointing. —— Excellent excellent EXCELLENT selection! After searching high and low at many stores including Living Spaces, Pottery Barn, West Elm, Havertys, etc. we walked into Ashley and immediately found the perfect dining set. Our associate listened to our wants and we bought the second table she showed us.

Lesson learned. Should've read the reviews before purchasing anything from here. If you choose to buy anything from this place please read the fine print. They have a no return policy even if they make a mistake. Once you make a purchase and you are out the door they do not care about you. You are instructed to contact an 800 number customer service, whose system is always down, then they instruct you to send a text. Guess we can work it out in court. Was told the tempur-pedic base and mattress would work with our current bed. It does not. Couch was damaged during delivery, yet to be taken care off. They "white glove" delivery is a joke. They leave plastic and trash everywhere. Plenty of other furniture stores to do business with.
I was able to walk around the store and look for what I needed and Joseph would always come to check to see if I had any questions.
I will never shop at Ashley’s again. No communication at all. They took off two items that they had charged me for with no phone to why. Having contracting someone else, that person had told me that it was taking off and I needed to call the store. I called the store see real times then finally got a hold of someone when I said I wanted to order something new. They told me I was given store credit but still no one had called to tell me this. I finally got my money back.
STOP AND ASK FOR CHARLIE, very knowledgeable man. He knew exactly what I needed with a couple questions. I bought a mattress and wanted to look at other stores to make sure I was making the right choice but that was a waste of gas because Charlie had the best deal. He will take care of you.

Russel was great, he explained things thoroughly and was genuine in how he talked with us. A lot of times you get salesman who are like robots. We initially had another salesman helping us but when we decided to purchase a certain sectional, he lost interest in us as customers. He stated that he would be back in "2” minutes and we ended up waiting for 15. I had to go find him and that’s when he got russel to help us. I work in sales as well, and the way that the first salesman handled things was unprofessional as it didn’t take the customers time into consideration. Overall i wills go back to Ashley Furniture but would ask for Russel, he did a great job!

We have been scammed by this store! It’s been literally a year with an open service request for a living room set that they sent defective! It’s white yet it was delivered without packaging with many stains and a bulging nail that is so hazardous!! In top of everything we already bought a warranty which was totally useless, to end up with a note that the case is closed. We’ve paid tons of many for the worst service ever!! The nail is still pointing outwards and nobody fixed it yet if the store cares about its customers safety! This store deserves zero stars!! They want you to give up in their service and warranty until you ditch your furniture in the trash!

I did not give five stars because the salespeople had some problems with the printer and the computer, so it took a long time to check out. Purchased a chair and when it was delivered it was SHATTERED all through the inside as if it was in an 18 wheeler rolling down a cliff accident. The customer service has been HORRIBLE since that delivery. Every time I call I get placed on hold or disconnected and never called back. The “text message service” doesn’t work either, they say an agent will be in touch and then NOTHING. The instructions are confusing and so far NOTHING has resolved I just have a severely broken chair and am out $400.

There’s nothing good about this place or the furniture. Don’t waste your money or your time. They’ll deliver the wrong furniture then the drivers will get annoyed that you’re making them take it out of the house. They won’t show up when scheduled. If you need a repair they won’t show up at all. Ashley’s is a horrible company.

After searching everywhere online (Amazon, Wayfair, PotteryBarn, Overstock, WestElm, CB2, Frontgate, Perigold etc), I found the perfect, patio furniture, with luxuriously plush (5” thick”!) cushions and MINIMAL assembly required when I got it home!! It was even priced lower than any other patio furniture I looked at that had paper-thin cushions and that were so low to the ground, that it looked like furniture built for kids. Thank you Ashley!

We got a bunkbed for our kids . It took weeks to get and they sent us broken parts and missing parts . We. contacted them and they sent the wrong parts again ! No one will contact me and the people you "text" are extremely rude . Don't buy anything from them

Computer system is down. Paid cash for a coffee table and two end tables (floor stock) on Sunday and, Wednesday, still have not been able to take them home yet. They keep telling me that they have no way to “check it out” of their inventory. Have not had any trouble with the other items (couch and chair) that I have bought, so far. They are supposed to be delivered on Friday for a delivery fee of $199.00. Could quite possibly be the last purchase from Ashley I ever make.
Salesman was nice and helpful but the systems were down and they couldn’t put in the order for a few days. Payment info came to me that weekend and I paid. I have not gotten a delivery date. I called the store and they didn’t answer the phone and the message said that I needed to text. I did text and they did answer and said that all systems were down and they would reschedule delivery. I told them that I never got an initial delivery date and why were the systems up to get my payment and not a delivery date. Still waiting.

Biggest complaint was the system being down therefore I was not able to use my Ashley Card. Would have been okay if there was an option to use my Ashley Card in the emailed link I received to complete my purchase. Unable to call the store during this time, which I assume was due to system being down. Now that I have paid my invoice, no telling how long I might have to wait to get delivery scheduled. Makes it very frustrating.

Don’t shop at Ashley’s furniture store. I had bought a recliner,the day it was delivered I called them to say the chair was defective and said I would like the chair replaced they sent two different guys out to look at it tinker with it and said it’s fixed. It is not fixed and I am angry that they put me off time and time again.I always bought from them but never again!!!😡🤬I really would not give them any stars!!

Store was not very busy. Sales person Leah greeted us at the door and let us meander through the store. Once we found what we wanted we asked her to come over. The price for the coffee table set we got was fair and the merchandise was nice. The check out process was quick and painless. We opted to pick up the tables at their local warehouse which was about 8 miles away. Checked in at the warehouse and it took them about 30 minutes to get our tables.

Paid $500 for delivery. Furniture was supposed to have gotten delivered Saturday 05/20, day of delivery I’m told it’s being sent to an incorrect address. Delivery gets reschedule for today, Wednesday, delivery guys show up with one wrong item, another item missing, and only one of 3 items purchased was delivered correctly, however, it’s stained and there’s marks on it everywhere. Delivery drivers were not at fault, I saw them install it and they were great, and were quick to get me on the phone with their delivery team about the issue however, there was nothing they could do seeing how the mess up was from the store. Still waiting on a call from the store’s delivery team in charge and manager.

Last time I got furniture from someplace else I regretted it. It was the same quality as Ashley's but much more expensive. I love how affordable Ashley Furniture is and it is great quality. We have purchased furniture many times from Ashley Furniture and this time did not disappount. Jen G was seriously the best. She was so helpful, not pushy at all, gave me space, but at the same time was available when I needed her. She was so patient with me as I moved stuff around to see it with other furniture. I had my husband and 4 kids with me. She gave my kids something to color and I Love everything I picked out.

I don’t see how they get very many sales having exorbitant prices like that.

I would give them no stars if possible. ordered unassembled loveseat end of Feb and it was delivered a few days later. the loveseat was incomplete-- missing the back, hardware and feet. After many hours/days on the phone, finally scheduled an exchange. Delivered March 30----exact incomplete order as before. I spoke to E-team rep I ordered from and he sent an email approving return and refund. He has sent 2x. Still do not have refund or item picked up. Spent more time with customer service and have been told by 2 different sources that a supervisor would call. the last time told this was 2weeks ago.
Jordan was so knowledgeable about the products here and he busted his butt to get me the best deal on a new Tempur-Pedic mattress. He never sugar coated anything and if he himself didn’t have the answer his team was helpful on getting him the information. Great overall staff. If you’re looking for any home furnishings, Jordan is your guy!
Sold me a mattress and mattress cover saying I would have 90 days to try it out. Upon trying to swap out the mattress they told me there is no 90 warranty and they there is nothing I can do. This is wrong.
We went in the store to get an idea of what we liked, “just looking and had no intention of buying today” and stated it very clearly. Multiple times. A sales associate hounded us and followed us around the store. It was very uncomfortable. We let him know several times we we’re just looking… he kept offering discounts for today and was trailing about 50 feet behind us the whole time. It was hard to look around being constantly followed. It was a poor experience.
I came in 20 minutes before closing with two simple questions. I was immediately told to leave and return tomorrow without a chance to speak. When I tried to respond, I was told, “It's been a long day.” My questions could have been answered in 5 minutes—weird experience. I recommend going to a different Ashlys or furniture store where they ask you how they can help. 🤷🏽♂️

I set up schedule pick up for my new recliner for Saturday but told my salesman that we were not sure if that would work…he said that was no problem we could pick up ANY DAY we just wouldn’t have priority. Saturday ended up not working out.On Monday we drove 40 miles, 50 mins, to the pick up site in Fort Worth Tx only to see “No pickup on Mondays!!!” To say we were upset was an understatement. We took a chance & explained our situation to the manager,Travis. He looked for it & Cam & Ruben got it loaded up for us. I am so grateful for them giving beyond great service & because of them my family will continue to do business w/ Ashley furniture. thank you so much 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Our salesman was Jordan. He was a professional throughout our purchase. He went above and beyond, while giving us our privacy at the same time. That is a big plus while you take your time to make the perfect choice, and decision without the salesperson breathing down your back. He fully explained the information we requested with the complete details, and information we needed to know in order to make a decisive choice. He was very patient with us, as we liked 3 pieces of furniture. We finally made our decision on which piece to purchase. We are extremely happy that he was the one who helped us with our final decision. Can’t wait for our furniture to arrive. We chose the White Glove Delivery. This is actually a "0" star experience! I purchased a dining set online as a gift. The recipients don't really like the quality of the item, AND it is defective - we are unable to fully assemble it. I am now on week 2 of trying to return the item. I keep being told that if i don't prove it's defective, I can't return it. Turns out, to no one's surprise, I can return it regardless, but they won't cover the shipping unless I document the defect, and I can't return it in the store. Shipping this back would cost more than the item! So, I tried to go through their "defective item" return process, and........ there has been no acknowledgment of receipt of the email with the pics and the return request, despite the fact that I have emailed the customer service agent and their general CS email addy multiple times. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

I purchased a few items from Ryan at this location on 1/29/23 and was asked to "sign" a few things. After returning home, I see a $400 extra charge for a "warranty". I filed a complaint and request for reimbursement immediately, I was told to file a claim with the refund company, but it has been 10 weeks and I still don't have my money back. Every week I am told it will be another week. I have reached out on Twitter with no response. Now they say there is a "new" refund claim # pending. Do NOT buy from this company at all!
Purchased a couple of items in January 2023 and the salesperson added a warranty. I have been working with the corporate store for 2.5 months now trying to get a refund. Ridiculous that a company this size would try to add a warranty charge of $400 then can't get their act together to refund MY money. Will never buy another thing from any Ashley store again. This has already been escalated to several management in the escalation department. Again- don't buy here! The escalation teamIs worthless!

Tried for 2 weeks to get help..they say someone will contact for appt..but NOT!!!..am disgusted and have given up on calling repeatedly!!! I am 80 yrs. old And this has caused my knee to be in constant pain...so 😞 disappointed.

So disappointed in this store. My daughter moved into her new apartment and her first big purchase was a couch from Ashley’s. Delivery came dropped off the couch and rushed out before she had a chance to look it over. One of the cushions has a big stain that looks like it had gotten wet. We called the store and they told us there is nothing they can do then she offered me a $34 gift card. I had to ask her to repeat herself because I thought I heard wrong. Stay away from Ashley’s Furniture they are a horrible company. Their customer service is nonexistent. Save yourself the agony please!
If I could put zero stars I would. My granddaughter purchased an expensive white couch for her first apartment. The drivers didn't give her an opportunity to inspect the couch prior to leaving. Poor customer service!!Upon arrival, it was dirty therefore my daughter contacted the store. The audacity of the female who offered a $34 gift card to compensate for a "DIRTY NEW COUCH"!!!! Appalling & insulting to say the least. I will be going in person to this location tomorrow. We expect the couch to be exchanged or professionally cleaned. I will take this issue as high up the ladder as I have to. I'm not the one!!Know this, we are reporting you to the Better Business Bureau & the local Attorney General's office to file a complaint. You should stand behind your product & ensure quality customer service as well as quality products!! Trust & believe I will be your worst F'n nightmare if this matter isn't resolved to our satisfaction. Nobody wants to spend over $800 for a new dirty couch. My elderly mother had an immediate need for a replacement motorized lift chair. I called on Sunday and talked to Craig, who was very helpful. We visited today and looked over Ashley’s selection. My mother bought the first lift chair she sat in. It met her requirements of not having a tufted headrest, small armrests and overall narrow width. Ashley will deliver it and set it up next week. Wish I could give ZERO stars. We have had the absolute worst experience with our nearly 7k bedroom set and mattress purchase. The company refuses to acknowledge that the mattress their sales rep sold us does NOT go with the bed set we selected. He steered us in the direction of an adjustable base and mattress (he owns it, it's amazing, etc..). We liked it and asked specifically how it would work with the bed frame we chose. "Oh the adjustable base will just drop in and sit flush." was Fred's response. Well, months later when the delivery driver finally delivered the bed and saw the mattress we had, he said, "they should have never sold these items together. They do not go together." We have been dealing with the run around ever since. Ashley's response is that bed height is not a manufacturer defect. We have photos that show what it looked like in the showroom vs our room. MAJOR difference. AND we have to hurdle into bed. NOT KIDDING, it is BEYOND ridiculous! I cannot even calculate the number of calls, emails, photos, I have wasted trying to just get someone to make it right. They won't give a full refund and just come pick it all up either. Photos show bed in our room vs in showroom. LIES. DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICES. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I was told that the mattress would come in a box only to show up at the warehouse with a mattress out of the box. It made it very difficult for me to take it home since I drive a sedan.

My experience with Ashley furniture has been limited to one (and believe me when I say last) purchase I made through the online website. Unfortunately, that was a nightmare as I received a heavily damaged item and had to go through their hellaciously frustrating return process which I might add greatly benefits the online company but most certainly not the customer. The customer service representative was rude and gave me the bare minimum information about details of the return policy until I had to pry it out of her with more questions. Thankfully my experience in store was a completely different story. I was promptly greeted by a store associate who proceeded to help me procure and arrange for the shipping of the same item that I had been sent damaged. I even received a price match for my damaged item. I'm very satisfied with the service I received and plan to just go into this store in person for all my future household needs Going forward.

Ashley‘s furniture has been the worst purchase of my life. I don’t recommend it to anyone, their customer service from the sales person to the delivery people, to the warehouse to the managers to supervisors. There is no words to express how bad, I have been ignored mess treated made to feel like an idiot talk down to like you were a 10-year-old and yet. I have almost $12,000 in furniture from Ashley‘s that is in my home for about 9 months. I’m still trying to get it delivered in good condition since June. They can’t get a delivery date right and when they do get a delivery day right, furniture is not in good condition. I have a table in my kitchen that I can’t use that slants down and wobbles chairs are damaged Table is damaged. The living room sofas are damaged, All the furniture looks like it has been used. It’s been repaired but fixed very poorly. Chairs have a few stains, sofas are damaged and where the crease and stitching are salt and crumbs in the stitching areas. The holidays came and I couldn’t even host my children and grandchildren because I have nowhere for them to sit. I have spent days,hours and weeks, months going back-and-forth to the store. To talk the sales person, customer service to managers and still have the same crappy furniture they delivered in June. I have requested a refund. I have been told that I’ve had the furniture in my home too long, that was not by choice that’s because they can’t seem to get it right. They offered me an exchange to make me happy, really I had no choice So I picked out a different table Even the exchange they can’t get it right. In the last couple of months I have had a total of three deliveries, not to mentioned the deliveries that never came. I have refused them for the same reason as the first delivery. I am so stressed out over this whole situation it has affected my health,my work my home life, I just don’t know what else to do. please if anyone can help me please contact me.
It was terrible! My furniture was supposed to be delivered January 18th and was promised at the time of purchase it would be! Paid cash up front and after multiple delays and issues was finally delivered February 9th. Original purchase was first of December!

We went in and Thomas immediately greeted us and gave us the run down on how to read the signs, find the prices, and explained the current deals they had. He was then very good about giving my husband and I space to look around and see what we liked. He checked in multiple times and finally when we think we found the one he answered every question I had. We got the couch we wanted and got a good deal. I will say I was NOT thrilled with the $300.00 white glove delivery fee since other places I went to were half of that price. And having them just drop off deliver was only a $50 difference so you might as well have them set it up for you for the $300. But all in all it was a good experience.
Monique was outstanding - so helpful, patient, encouraging- we spent 2 hours picking living room furniture for my nephew and his fiancé - their wedding gift for their new apartment. I have shopped many times at Ashley and have always had excellent experiences.
Paid in full for a sectional and received two totally different colors of furniture. Smh…I wouldn’t recommend.
Unfortunately, I had bought a sofa from them and now they will not stand by their products. I bought the couch during black Friday, and the sign on the couch said black Friday clearance sale. 2 months later the sofa frame has broken due to bad wood. Now they will not provide warranty because I apparently bought it "as is". I also purchased the extended "protection plan" for an extra 299.99 which was supposed to cover things such as this for 5 years but gbs has explained that they will not cover the couch either due to it being a manufacturer defect. My sales person never explained I was buying a couch "AS IS". After going in circles for 3 weeks with customer service all they said was all clearance items are bought as is. I was never told this! No where in the store does it say clearance items are as is. I bought the couch from a department store because I wanted the peace of mind knowing they would back their product. As I have found out, Ashley does not back their products.
We didn’t want the protection plan but it was added in at $400. Delivery was supposed to be today by 12:00 and we haven’t heard from anyone. The phone number given just gives a busy signal. The not text doesn’t reply. At this point, I just want to cancel the entire order and start over somewhere else.
We purchased bedroom furniture from here at the end of November. It was delivered in December and we immediately noticed a toxic smell from the drawers. A technician came out and agreed the furniture needed to be removed ASAP and said he had never smelled anything like it. The replacement comes, damaged, and with the same smell. Ashley is refusing a refund and will only replace the smelling items, not the whole set. So I am expected to have mismatching furniture. I feel completely robbed and disappointed in their customer service. We have not been able to sleep in our bedroom due to how bad the smell is. I will never purchase from here again and make sure this does not happen to my friends or family.

Way worse than a used car dealership. This lady today was relentless even after we walked away from her twice! Then the manager started in and had to tell him to go away! They had a sofa they said they were selling discounted because it was discontinued. Had a 4 inch scratch and tear that they just happened to not mention. The chair and loveseat were regular price and could get more why not reveal why you are discounting an item.

After telling the salesman I did not want the $200 protection plan, he offered to sell me the protection plan for $50. So I said sure.. just found out they were running an in store sale for 20% off. So it turns out he applied the sale price and then added the protection plan instead of telling me I could get the furniture for $150 less and without the plan I did not want.

Being a senior, I’ve purchased my share of furniture over the years. If you are serious about making the right purchase, ask for Alex. Even the manager took time to come by and introduce himself. The experience was impressive and I couldn’t be happier with my selection.

We ordered the correct couch. They brought us the wrong piece. They told us they would deliver the correct piece in two weeks. Two weeks went by and they did not deliver the correct piece. The informed us the correct piece is on back order and they would deliver it in two more weeks. Two weeks went by and they didn’t deliver the correct piece. We had to call to see when they would deliver the correct piece. They made us call the store to cancel our order and reorder the correct piece. We told them the original order was correct and that we shouldn’t have to take those steps since they messed up. We called the store and they canceled the order and reordered the correct piece that we had originally ordered. They eventually delivered the correct piece. Our original order was placed in early July and the correct piece was finally delivered in late October.
I give no stars for service. The items purchased were damaged. The delivery drivers I informed of the damage and stated to call the store and report it. Never again will I do business with this company. I would give stars if possible.

We purchased furniture and agreed on a delivery date that they did not honor. They changed the date to a day when we were unavailable. The store said the delivery company is in affiliated and said there was nothing they could do and would not honor the agreement. When I complained they hung up on me. This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

To the management at the Ft. Worth store. Do you know how good Alex is at “reading” his customers? He listened to me from the beginning about how I shop, accommodated my request to let me browse by myself without interruption, but was close by for my questions. I made a large purchase that first day. Alex met me on 2 different days since then when he was not scheduled to work. I told him both times what I would be looking for. Both times, he arrived prior to our appointment time because he wanted to have already looked and be ready with recommendations and have the answers to the questions he knew I would ask regarding cost, measurements and the real big one, availability. I made a 3rd purchase yesterday, without even going into the store because Alex accommodated me and made it happen. Thank you Alex. I am so glad to have met a young person that understands customer service! I am sure there will be a 4th purchase to tie up my loose ends.

Terrible customer service. Purchased 2 chairs 11/6/22 with promised delivery on11/18. I was told I would receive scheduling information the day before. Not only did I not receive the information, when I called I was told my order was scheduled for the 29th. When I called the store I was told that the chairs were not reserved. I paid cash . No explanation for the delay and doesn’t sound like I have anything reserved for me. Zero stars if that was an option

Still waiting for a refund after my couch was delivered in September with a misplaced bracket and the wrong legs. What couple of months I’ve been waiting, it’s already falling apart. I have resorted to disputing the bill with my credit card company. Will never shop Ashley’s again. That being said, Joseph is a great guy.

I have been a long time customer of Ashley's but this recent purchase will be my last. I had 3 different salesmen involved because the first two failed to place my order which added weeks to what turned out to be a 4 month wait for a simple coffee table. The salesman didn't even tell me the various delivery options. I was HORRIFIED yesterday when the delivery team dropped it on my door step and ran like a FedEx man doing a drive-by! They didn't even have the decency to ring the doorbell. AND THEN I find out that I have to assemble it! I'm a widow with a bad back and no family in the area. I was forced to figure out how to wrestle a 167 pound coffee table inside and assembled while dealing with a 3 pound weight limit!!!! I've probably spent $30 - $35,000 dollars at Ashley Furniture just in the last 20 years. NEVER AGAIN!

Customer service In store was excellent but Delivery was scheduled I took off work and I had to call because no one showed up. The first time I called they said it’s on the truck. 15 mins before the delivery window was closed. Then I called again at 1145 because no one showed and they said it was cancelled because 1 item was on back order! Why do you set up a delivery if the item is on back order!!! No one called to tell me anything

Warehouse staff dropped my items and now I am stuck with broken material. Definitely goes against what Ashely's hopes to achieve. How does my delivery get pushed back after confirmation and a 3-hour window being provided the day before delivery?

Ryan O'Neal was our salesman and did a great job. Very attentive to what we said and helped us pick out furniture that fit our request. The only issue we have, as well as everyone else right now, is some items are up to 16 weeks out on delivery.
Jen was amazing! I had multiple things to buy for my new house which can be a little overwhelming. She helped me find things I might have overlooked. I felt my whole experience was very productive and positive. Never high pressure but very helpful.
This store takes advantage of seniors. The sales associates were 'helpful' and 'patient' while my parents, ages 76 and 82, were deciding on two recliners and a sofa. They were very 'kind' when my parents paid over $10,000.00 for the chairs and sofa. This store has screwed up three separate deliveries and are denying a refund as it is against their "policy". It may not be stated in the fine print, but it is clear that Ashley Furniture's policy does include exploitation of the elderly! If $10,000.00 and more than three weeks later you still don't have the correct furniture, I would sure go somewhere else.

We went to the store on Bryant Irvin road and spent some time looking for a couch.. Once we filled out all the paperwork and they set a delivery date, they ended up delivering the wrong couch. We had purchased a warranty on a previous couch and and they credited us that amount towards this couch. But once the wrong couch was delivered and we refused the order they told us that we were unable to unable to get that credit issued back. We went back up to the store and worked with the store manager and the original salesperson and just seemed to get a run around about getting a little bit of discount off of multiple purchases.. I've never really had a good experience with them and ended up going to Home zone and got a much better deal & fast delivery.
Best experience ever, i had help from a matress specialist and ended up purchasing a queen tempur-pedic medium hybrid mattress. 10/10

Ashley furniture have a great selection of quality furniture. Thomas is a great sales man. Unfortunately I order a Matress from there didn’t realize once it’s delivered it would be rolled up like an oversized rug? I was told not to seat on mattress until a couple of hours so it could formed into its capacity. 5 hours passed by the mattress is still looking inflated. I call customer service they told me to give it 24 hours which I did. Called the next day to put in a ticket because the mattress has cushion only in the center and not at the head nor the foot mattress. Customer service said give them 48 to 72 hours for a tech to contact me. At this point I don’t want the Matress and I’m very unhappy. I was told there is no return policy keep in mind no one has never touch or laid in the bed. Customer service told me I could return it and let them know the situation but i have yet to have anyone to assist me with this manner!

I came here with my sister and grandpa and we worked with Thomas H. He is absolutely wonderful to work with and really helped us get everything we needed. We got a couch, a rug, and a mattress from him and everything has been great, even when we had further questions after the sale he made himself available to us. Just bought a sectional one month ago and fabric is already, pilling and fraying. Even after buying there warranty program no one will stand behind there product. Looks like I’ve had the sofa for 10 years instead of a month. Very unhappy with customer service. Will never buy from them again.
They tried to deliver a desk to me 3 times now. Two of those times they never showed up. The desk is always damaged in transit. I'm beginning to wonder if the desk even exists.
Just wanted to say how great Elizabeth Cruz was. She was very pleasant and well informed. She answered all questions and never seemed rushed at all. Now if the delivery is just as good, we will be very satisfied.

My brother-in-law purchased furniture here from Joseph Miles on 08/10/22. It is 09/09/22 and still no delivery. I called to cancel the order. They said there would be a 10% cancelation fee. The Salesperson, Joseph Miles, who sold the furniture to my brother-in-law stated that the transaction could be canceled but the 10% fee would stand because the section of the agreement was initialed. When confronted upon how a legal contract could be upheld with customers who don't speak English (my in-laws), Mr. Miles stated, "if the don't speak the language then they shouldn't come in". Sounds pretty racist to me.
Not happy at all. Paid for my furniture in February with a written sales slip that said it would be delivered by June 3rd. The salesman’s didn’t think it would take that long. Finally got here today, September 6th, seven months later after having no bedroom furniture since July 4th weekend. I bought a server instead of a dresser (because it was too big for my bedroom) and the salesman guaranteed the mirror would be no problem attaching to it. Well guess what, the delivery guys couldn’t do it. It really wasn’t their issue. It was Ashley’s promise.still not happy and not sure what to do.

The product I received is great was missing an item. I wouldn’t shop at Ashley’s furniture again! Customer service is rude and will mislead you. Spoke with one representative he told me he was going to give me 15% off my order them hung up on me. Called back the next day spoke with another representative she was rude wouldn’t let me speak! She said they don’t do returns on items or discounts! Over all bad experience with Ashley’s furniture!!

Supply chain disruption is still a thing and all big stores are struggling.. Jenny took time to explain the whole process and keep the expectations close to reality. And all this at the closing time when everyone else were done for the day. collection was good and products were of good quality.

I immediately met Ryan at the entrance. I already knew what type of couch I wanted and he assisted me with locating it. I quickly found the couch I wanted and he was on the ball on getting the paperwork rolling with the labor day discount before it had even started. Ryan offered me water and was not pushy to make the sell. He did an excellent job and was very respectful. Not sure what he makes but I'd give him a raise!
This was my first time at this Ashley Homestore location, and My mom and I had a wonderful experience while there shopping for bedroom furniture! Upon entering the store we were graciously greeted by a sleep expert named Liz. She was very professional and personable! She asked us what we were looking for, and I showed her a photograph of a bed I had intended to purchase elsewhere, which didn't work out for multiple reasons. After, showing Liz the photo she quickly recognized that they had something similar, and escorted us over to that area. I really liked what I saw and decided that was the bedroom set I was going to purchase. I love how Liz explained ALL payment options to me abd how things would go for each option depending on what I decided to choose. She then helped with the full purchase process abd made sure I had all the information I needed down to my estimated delivery date. I had a wonderful experience here at this store and I plan to go back for future purchases!!

They do NOT care. I bought a couch and picked it up at the warehouse. At home, the leg was stripped and wouldn't fit. It's been a full month of promises but NO ONE has come to repair or pick this thing up. Made in China. I'll never shop at this place again.

Very upsetting when I wasn’t informed one item I brought was on back order. It took 3 months for me to get it and I received it July 22. The scheduling for delivery was really kind of hilarious I received a text that my item was in. Then a text to schedule delivery i picked a date and made sure I was home well no delivery the next week I got a text to again schedule a delivery time I picked a time and did receive it. When I called to check on the order I had to do so thru a text I did this 3 times. I didn’t have the option to talk to a real person . Very poor customer service all the way around. I don’t think I will be back
It took eight months to get all my order that I bought back in early January. Ashley made 4 trips to my house delivering a few pieces at a time. I finally got the two night stands today July 23rd which completes my order. And thank goodness I am through with Ashley. Never again.
Young professional man met us at the door with a friendly greeting introduced himself as Alex and offered to help. We stated our purpose and we were off to see the selection. Alex was very knowledgeable about their products and we bought a nice bedroom chair. Very nice experience.

We bought furniture that was delivered Jan 25.2022. Our dresser came defective with a mismatched drawer and scratched handle that was assembled by the company staff. Ashley furniture does NOT ALLOW RETURNS. We have been waiting for our repair of the defective dresser since January 2022. Today we asked for an update on when we would get our replacement parts to fix our defective dresser and we’re told there were no updates on this item. After 7 months of waiting, we still have not used our defective dresser, have no updates on service of this product and cannot return the item. This is the worst service we have ever encountered. We will never purchase from Ashley furniture again. Buyer beware.

Our living room set cushions feel like they are already broken in but yet one is still firm🤔 when our bedroom dresser was delivered it has a dent in corner that I took a picture of right away…

Currently very frustrated with Ashley’s Furniture. We ordered a table last October 2021 and we’re just notified that it still wouldn’t be here until October 2022. We are unable to get ahold of anyone to see what options we have because waiting a year for a table is ridiculous. We were originally told it would be here in March. I have talked to the store supervisor in May who sent an email and nothing was ever done.

It’s showrooms are set up beautifully. It makes it easy to see what furniture would look best in your own home. 3 month wait after purchasing furniture, which is the norm today. The delivery and associated customer service experience is the worst EVER. The link they send to track is inaccurate, it was a two hour variance. Delivery person wouldn’t wait ten minutes, despite the fact the tracking link changed. I had to wait over three months for the product but god forbid they wait ten minutes for the customer. Called to complain and the call appeared to be outsourced overseas. It would connect they would ask a couple of questions and the call would be conveniently disconnected, this happened three times. I was finally able to speak with a “local” customer service rep who was better, but was adamant Ashley would not waive the delivery fee. Rescheduled the second delivery, and they were an hour outside the three hour time from THEY provided. Prior to arrival the delivery driver called to say the headboard was not on the truck, and may not be in the warehouse. They knew this when they loaded the truck, my delivery window was 2-5. Did they call earlier in the morning to inform me of this, well no. This would have saved both of us time. The two items they did manage to bring were chipped. Needless to say, this has been the worst experience imaginable, everything that could go wrong, Ashley made certain it occurred. I will copy and post this to every ratings site I can find. This company has the worst customer service ever. I purchased two recliners from this store. I've had problems since day one. They replaced one recliner that had a cut on one of the arms when they delivered it. But the other recliner doesn't recline properly and all I get from them is we have created a service request for it and someone will call me back. This has been going on for weeks now and no one has called. I've called several times and get the same thing. Someone will call me and no one ever does. Buyer beware........ Well I sent that info to the number that you provided and still get the same thing. More of empty promises. This company cares not about it's customers. Buyer Beware!

Delivery was perfect. 2 days ago I found out my sheets were to be delivered a week later!! I was not told until I called them. That part is unacceptable
I called the day of the move and from the start of the conversation made me feel at ease that I called the right place for the job to be complete. Was quoted and said it should be about a 2 hour move and gave me a time and they running a little late but they text and called and gave me an updated eta. The guys were professional, very efficient and they took care of the move. Excellent customer service I recommend them anytime and they will be my first call when we move again.
Salvador, our salesman gave us 5 star treatment. I gave 4 stars only because it's going to take about 4 months or more, before some of the merchandise will be delivered. Times are tough for deliveries.
We had a really great experience either our salesman Alex V. The CityView store in Fort Worth is phenomenal. We looked and bought a sectional for our new house. We are repeat customers. Our last one lasted fifteen years.

Amazing customer service
I just bought a couch at Ashley and I'm extremely happy with the service. My salesperson, Thomas, was very patient with me and stuck with me as I considered different options. I don't have the sofa yet but I am sure I will love it. I looked at many stores and options before deciding on the one at Ashley.
Our salesperson, Nikole Franklin, not only lied to us to get the sale, she kept a line of credit open in our name without our consent for a month with charges pending for an order we cancelled. She admitted to blatantly lying to us in a recorded call, and then texted us that she would cancel the order on May 6th. We have never heard from her, no manager will call us back, a salesperson pretended to be a manager when we went up there and said he would have someone call us to cancel the order, and now (3 weeks later) we're getting billed for a cancelled order. I called corporate and was told to call the bank, I called the bank and they said we would have to dispute the charges because Ashley's had never cancelled the order. Which we are doing, but please stay far away from this store. I have never seen anything run this way, it's appalling. Nikole Franklin and the employee who impersonated the manager should be fired.

I have used Ashley Furniture for about 15 years now, and I really like the quality of furniture produced. I subtracted one star only because on my most recent order, I was told delivery would be within two weeks, but reading the fine print it says up to four months! 😳 I understand the global shipping crisis impacts businesses such as this, but I think more transparency on behalf of the salespeople would extend the good faith as the world collectively recovers from the COVID-19 pandemic. My first salesperson (Rich) on my most recent purchase was very helpful - at first! Then he seemed to rush the process to get us out the door once I told him I am rebuilding my credit while taking care of a couple of older, wealthier clientele; however, the salesman (Marty) today has been attentive and very professional! I will return again, in large part because Marty restored my faith in the company. Thank you!
I liked that our salesman Joseph wasn’t pushy and didn’t follow us around. He introduced himself then gave us some space while we shopped. But once we got serious about a piece of furniture he miraculously appeared out of nowhere to answer all of our questions. His supervisor was very friendly and generous with the discounts. And best of all we bought our furniture Tuesday and had the delivery scheduled for Friday. I couldn’t believe there wasn’t a long wait. I’ll definitely be shopping here again.

The customer service, at this location, is absolutely impeccable!!! My wife and I bought a sleeper sofa about a year ago. The sleeper sofa frame failed and they not only decided to exchange it, but allowed us to swap to a non-sleeper sofa (at our choice and asking), along with giving us credit for the difference. Today, I was greeted by Deanna’s smiling face and warm attitude. She was able to assist us with picking up a new bed frame, which came at no additional cost to us, due to the credit!!! Great service and we will continue ring our business to this location!!!
