The following is my experience with Ashley. I bought a sectional and have had it 1 year and 3 weeks. 2 of the pieces don't sit right and so cause the seating to be uneven. I'm beyond the one year store warranty so it's my fault but this is a second problem within the first year (I didn't remember the date of purchase). The quality of construction on the piece I purchased is in my opinion beyond cheap. My experience dealing with Ashley is quite frustrating. You can't talk to anyone and you can't go to the store where you bought it to get help. They simply don't handle warranty issues with a live person, either on the phone or in the store. Very frustrating.

Normally I have had good experience from Ashley. But my last experience has been very frustrating. I had bought a whole bunch of items from the store and all of them got delivered on time as promised. Only One item was supposed to ship directly to my home address. And that's where the frustration is. The item never got shipped and it has been over 2months already. I have made over 7 calls to the customer service team, and for the first few calls they assured me that the item was going to ship "next" week. That didn't happen. So I called them back after I lost confidence that the item would ever ship, and wanted my money back. And even in that case they have failed to fulfil that request. Right now my situation is that I have called Ashley over 7 times to get refund on an item that was never shipped and Ashley owes me $90 and it's been over 2months that I had initially placed the order.

Absolutely terrible experience - sold me a loveseat with a broken zipper on the armrest - took over a month to get the replacement - charged me a refundable deposit to hold it for a couple days - then didn't refund it - and now I'm unable to get through to talk to the salesman - due to their nightmare phone prompt system!

Bed was damaged at delivery they started a claim no one has called me on the claim left trash all over my yard the worst experience EVER!!! Will never use again run go to rooms togo or nebraska experience is 100 times better an so is customer service WAY BETTER
