First off the sales person was clearly rushing me and made no secret about having two other customers waiting. However more importantly look at the attached photo. If you see a tag that has a price with a slash through it and above that it says "Take 35% off" would you expect to pay the price with the slash through it or do you expect to pay 35% off that price? Well according to this Ashley's location, I must pay $750. Not 35% off $750. $750 is the price with the discount. Plus they told me they don't ship clearance items, but if I paid that price plus $100 for shipping they would send it to Louisiana for me (this was a gift for my mom in La.). On top of that it was a floor model! (Which was not made clear to me until we were discussing the price discrepancy) I called another Ashley's location in Louisiana and got the exact same recliner, brand new, & shipped for less than the $750 this location was trying to charge me. What a joke!

ABSOLUTE CONS! Alan, Ed, and Ken….all of them are slimy salespeople that straight up lie to your face when you ask all of the right questions. Went into the store to purchase living room furniture. Ken made a sweet deal that has quickly gone sour and I have every confidence that he is just as terrible as Acima (plus he lied about the couch cushions being washable). I had the money to pay for the furniture in full then and there but asked about a plan that could positively affect my credit after paying off. Here enters trash company Acima. While setting up my account, my parents and I chatted over one hour with Ed and salesperson Ken to ask all the questions and make sure there were no fees or penalties for paying early through the company . They straight up said there was nothing, just to pay within the 90 days or interest would accumulate. I said sure, no problem as I had the money. Delivery day rolls around. Only AFTER the furniture is delivered so I get the Acima contract (which I’m seeing for the first time in full). I go to log in to the site to pay the balance to now find that my balance mentioned in the store is now nearly $300 MORE! What’s included? Not the $50 fee that I asked about in store, but now a $60 fee plus over $190 fee to pay the balance early. In addition, all of these fees have taxes associated with them. What has Alan, Ashley store manager done? Nothing, as according to him it’s not his problem. Acima? Nothing, though they have managed to rack up several lawsuits with federal bureaus for scamming consumers. Will they make it right or even return our calls? Probably not. However; To whatever Ashley person may or may not see this comment, do the right thing and give me the direct number to someone that will actually help. If not; happy to reach out to the federal bureaus myself.

Tammy was AMAZING! My fiancé and I stopped here to shop for a dining table and we left with a great affordable table plus a rug, and a new bed frame all for a great price! Outstanding customer service from Tammy!

I had the most wonderful experience when shopping at this furniture store. My sales person was Harston, and he really worked at helping me get a couch within my budget. His kindness persuaded my shopping companion to buy a Tempur-Pedic bed. I was a little impatient on the day my couch was to be delivered, but the delivery team was amazing as well and came within the expected time. I only discovered some of the couch's added features and its exceptional quality upon delivery. I must say that this couch is a tremendous blessing and a beautiful addition to my home. I have all good to say about this experience!

Getting the items I bought to be delivered has been a nightmare. I have taken off work twice, and both times the order was cancelled without notification. There is some kind of issue with their system, and each employee gives a different reason why, and none of them can fix it.

Worst customer service process in the world. Couch was supposed to be delivered today, hadn’t heard anything so reached out yesterday and there was some issue at the store with how the input the sales code. Called the store all day today and yesterday and got no answer. Went through million automated steps and finally made it through and confirmed they updated the code and delivery could be rescheduled . Again- they did not notify us of any of these important details that impacted our delivery…. Very disappointed in the way this was handled…
