Delivery was awful because I have a lakehouse and it was suppose to be delivered july 4th weekend. They brought the bedroom set without the base and mattress. Now the second time last weekend they just brought the base and once again no mattress. Now this Saturday once again they are suppose to deliver. What date will that be? And then they have the nerve to charge me delivery for a desk I bought but will be delivering the mattress anyway. Worse service I have ever had. No communication whatsoever.

From the moment I walked in Bowen was right there to greet me and Was very informative. I told him what I was looking for and also the price range that I could deal with and if.he could get me out for that amount he would have a customer today. He worked very hard to make sure that all my needs were met and he was an excellent excellent sales representative.

Ordered a table then they cancelled my order via email no phone call! And for no reason and now it’s going to take 5-7 days for a refund and the rep suggest I go in store to purchase again. No thank you I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I went in to look around with my friend as we both just built new homes . I had no intentions of purchasing anything but after Kendarryl Johnson took so much time taking care of me and helping me measure out different items I ended of purchasing a sectional and 12 pieces of art work. To the vice president that just left when we arrived I hope you take some time out of your busy day to recognize him as he goes above and beyond to help bring in sales. We will tell everyone in our neighborhood that’s building homes to go see Kendarryl. Fantastic job Ashley!!

On June 13th I received no help from this store. My whole family was discriminated. We were standing and walking around the whole entire store and no one approached us to assist us. We were there for at least 30 minutes. A white older couple came in and they all ran to them to assist them. Left a really bad taste; poor customer service. One finally asked to help us. No thank you I took my business to Rooms to go down the street where they know how to treat all their customers with respect and curtesy as soon as you walk in the door, bought two bedroom sets and mattresses from them, I’m sure that would have helped your sales numbers. Do better! I will never recommend Ashley Stores to anyone. It was a bald man and younger man. Just because we are Hispanic doesn’t mean we don’t have money!

I am a regular customer for Ashley and purchased more than $40k worth of furniture. However I had a very bad experience with the manager and employee of this store. They can messed up with your paperwork and add up charge quickly. Hence, I would strongly suggest to avoid this store as there are very customer friendly store within 35 mins drive.

Summary: There is no trust in the manager and employee of this store, please avoid this store as there are alternatives within 30 mins drive. They can messed up with the paperwork to deceive customers. I am a regular Ashley customer, however I got disappointed by this store. I purchased a couch, and due to technical problem in my credit card I need to go with Acima, the manager and the seller clearly mentioned I am not required to pay any additional fee for Acima if I paid the amount in 90 days. I am trying to pay the money within a week of purchase, However Acima combined with Ashley Alliance cheated on us, They entered money without deducting taxes on the total amount to Acima, hence now I am entitled to pay taxes twice one time with Acima and another with Ashley . Also, when I try to pay the money for Acima this is charging additional fees, not sure, how they can cheat people.. I am supposed to pay $4000(including taxes) for Ashley, however the Ashley seller made a mistake when entering the Acima, hence they made $4000 without taxes, that should ended up $4400 in Acima but Acima is charging an additional fee so when I call Acima I am entitled to pay $4800. Store manager is good and polite but he is not accepting the mistake of his employee, I showed written text from the employee who told the amount was including taxes, but he refused and said whatever is entered in the Acima is final. So, I am becoming a victim and need to pay $800 more because of the mistake of the employee and manager is not cooperating. One day they can resolve if there is written proof, other day they can’t do anything! It seems like Acima and Ashley are partnering to cheat customers!
