I have bought quite a bit of furniture from Ashley over the years but will not buy from them again. I have a problem with a reclining love seat the release mechanism is plastic and when it broke I put in a claim which I was told it was part of the frame so it was not covered on the 5 year warranty. Their warranty is outsourced. If you do buy something there don’t waste your money on the warranty.

We had a new living room furniture set delivered last Saturday, January 21st, and after the delivery crew left, my wife and I began setting up the furniture we began to found scratches and nicks in a variety of areas on the furniture - even 2.5 inches long! We immediately tried to reach out to customer service - no luck, our calls did not go through or no one picked up. My wife even called our sales agent and he did not return her call and even ducked from her when she arrived at the store. At the store, the manager was rude and not helpful at all. After almost two hours of phone frustration, we had to upload the images of the damaged furniture and were made to feel that this was OUR FAULT! We were told that a technician would be contacting us, well it is almost a week later and nothing has happened! We have never experienced customer service so poorly and would encourage anyone not to shop here! Highly disappointed and frustrated with this entire situation. Shop with another company if you want quality furniture and to be treated like a valued customer.

Absolutely great service went into look and came out purchasing the Aida was great as well as the supervisors. I will definitely recommend this location best service ever!!

My husband and I bought a leather sofa set, and we are HIGHLY disappointed. It was delivered on 1/21/23, and there are rips on the sofa, loveseat, and chair. We spent over an hour trying to get in touch with the store AND customer service, and our calls continued to get dropped. I even contacted our sales agent, Mason, and he never returned my call. In fact, I drove up to the store to speak with a manager who was no help, and Mason walked the other direction when he saw me storm in. We will NEVER purchase from Ashley again, and our whole experience was highly disappointing. Talking to customer service was a joke too - not helpful and very rude. We spent WAY TOO MUCH MONEY to get furniture that looks like the floor model. Now we have to wait for a call to schedule a technician to come out to "view" the damaged furniture to THEN DECIDE if it will be repaired or replaced. Absolutely unbelievable. We should get new furniture, along with some money back for all the trouble and how we were treated. Why would anyone want to purchase furniture from a store that is rude and doesn't help, along with getting furniture that is damaged?! DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY. ***Just contacted the number and email you provided me and they are NO HELP. Who is going to make this right? You want to argue that we should have not accepted the items if they were damaged, however, we didn’t know that we had to examine your product. We did not want to make the delivery men wait and everything seemed to be fine. However, as soon as they left, we saw the rips in the furniture. How can a company make the customer feel like it is OUR FAULT for this issue? This is ridiculous. I have contacted my lawyer to make this right since you cannot own up to this huge mistake. We are so sorry to do business with such a shady company.***
