If you have any order issues, you will immediately be regretting your purchase. This location is owned by a company focused on being the number one furniture business, but at what cost? The answer is their customer's dissatisfaction. We will NEVER purchase from this company again and have literally been completely ignored with our service issue since June. They're canned response from customer service is "we will provide a response within 24 hours" only to be told "the store has not yet responded". Really, 90 days later and a letter from our attorney and you still don't respond? Ridiculous! Absolutely regret not going across the parking lot to Haverty's. Now stuck with a useless $3,500 matress. Don't do it, you'll be sorry.

Another update as of 09/23/2022. I had a scheduled delivery for today that was confirmed on 09/14/22 called Ashley Home Furniture Customer Service and Ms. Ofelia tells me that I will not receive my furniture until after October 4, 2022. They decided to cancel their delivery order for today without a courtesy call or a message. Sorry but I have to change my review today. Furniture was delivered damaged, not new, floor model or returned funiture back in July of this year. Since then we have been back and forth with Ashley Home Furniture trying to get our purchased furniture delivered new. As of September 18, 2022 we are still waiting. Customer service is non existent, since I have emailed the local store and the corporate headquarters and as of today no response from either one! What a way to treat customers that place their trust in your company! I would give them a minus 5 Stars if I could. I give them a 1 Star because it's the only way that I could post my comments. Great prices and place to purchase any furniture for the home. The manager and Nallely Reyes went above and beyond to provide the best customer service. They treated us just as we were family. Delivery of furniture was terrible and furniture was damaged. Not happy waiting on new furniture and will update upon receiving the new un damaged furniture.

This company is an absolute joke! Update! Still lie after lie! Still do not have my furniture and now they have pushed the dates out further! These people are ignorant! After openly admitting that our salesman was fired for lying to customers, they are not doing anything to take care of the customers that were done wrong. We purchased $14,000 of furniture in one day being tall that everything would be delivered no later than May July. Now I have a dining table that I can’t return because they don’t except returns with no chairs and still have another 3 to 5 weeks to get the the chairs. I’m now being told my bedroom suit will not be delivered until October when it was supposed be delivered by end of June early July. I get since Covid products and materials are not readily available all the time, but some kind of consideration for your customers that would like to buy your employee would be nice. I called customer service and the gentleman named Chris that I spoke to was very rude, offered no help, refused to answer questions, and when I asked him how I file a complaint on his customer service he said I don’t know I said OK well can I get your name he said he Chris I said OK do you have an employee number or last name I’m not obligated to give you that was his response. So I asked so you’re the only Chris and all of Ashley Furniture company and he giggled and said yes. The conversation ended there. Although the store is acting like they want to help, they have truly not offered any help. We purchased at the Ashley in Alliance Fort Worth Texas. I can honestly say I will never buy another thing from this company, nor will I refer anyone to this company. Do your research, I should have!
