I dont shop any where but Ashley's, it's unfortunate my account can't be found. But that doesn't change the greatest customer service, the friendly people, hell even on the phone making a purchase,, it's all round amazing service. It doesn't matter if your on the phone, or in a store, Ashley's sales reps, "They Gotchu"... just waiting on pillow sales now!!

We were able to find a piece of furniture to fit our needs. The transaction was fast and friendly.

DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY!!! One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had purchasing a retail product. My wife and I purchased a king-size mattress and adjustable power base and a bedframe and spent $8000. I was promised by Bowen Parker that upon delivery if the power base and bed frames did not fit or work together or even if we did not like how it looked in our room!!!… that we would be able to return it. Well, upon delivery, the power base did not fit properly in the bed frame and they are refusing to take the bed frame and the power base back. I want to point out we love the mattress and plan to keep it! Mattress alone was more than 4000! However everything else does not fit right. Called multiple times spoke with their corporate and we have just been left hanging high and dry with something that we don’t want. I suggest everybody steer clear of this store and steer clear of Bowen Parker because he does not know or he either lies to get the sale. On top of all that!!! The delivery drivers were rude to my wife when they were installing the bed and she told them that day that she did not want it because it didn’t fit right and they refused to take it back!!! Everyone steer clear of Ashley furniture!!!!!!!!!!

Donna Mills was so great! We told her exactly what we were looking for and it’s like she perfectly saw the vision. It’s going to be a beautiful new home with perfect furniture! We are so excited! Great store with a huge selection of furniture. The customer service was outstanding from the moment we walked in. Jesse helped us out and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient while answering all of our questions. You can tell he’s a hardworking guy who truly cares about helping customers and takes pride in what he does. Because of Jesse, the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for Jesse every time I need furniture.

I purchased a king size Temperpedic Adapt 2.0 mattress and adjustable base on Friday 02/27/26 totaling well over $5000 at the Alliance store in Keller. It was delivered on Wednesday 03/04/26. I called to let them know that I wasn't happy with it and it was hard and uncomfortable and felt nothing like the one in store I tested out. I informed them that I wanted to return the mattress in exchange for something softer or more plush. Now when I purchased the mattress I informed them that I just completed aggressive chemo and had a lumpectomy and was getting ready to have a bilateral mastectomy after battling stage 3 triple negative breast cancer and because I have Lupus as well I would have to have a diep flap which would have me down for about 8 weeks and I was needing a bed that was comfortable. This wasn't for any reason other than to let them know how important a comfortable mattress was to me. Even let them know I purchased my last mattress from them in 2015. I did test the bed on 2 separate occasions. The sales people were extremely nice. This is about Ashley furniture store in itself as a business and how they handle business. Each time was extensive testing. Because of the amount of money I would be spending I wanted for make sure that if for any reason I didn't like it would I be able to return/exchange it. Of course within 48 hours you can get a refund but after that you would have to exchange they even informed me that I would be able to exchange it within 30 days because they wanted you tst it out. Well I slept on it the first night and called them Thursday afternoon and told them I didn not like the mattress and it was much harder than the one in the store. Now the guy at the customer care center (I called the store directly and got the customer care center) tells me I have to keep the mattress for a full 30 days and then call back and they will open a ticket. This is ridiculous. I do not need a full 30 days to be able to tell I do not like the feel of the mattress. I have been purchasing furniture and a mattress from Ashley's since 2015 but will never again and DO NOT recommend purchasing mattresses from them. They are overpriced and because I needed something delivered quick I went with them. The mattress I purchased was $1000 higher than at mattress firm. I could just kick myself for even purchasing a mattress from them. I purchased one in 2015 and had zero issues which is why I went back. I don't even want my money back. I just simply want to exchange for a more comfortable mattress and for over $3200 (shouldn't matter if it was $300) I should be able to exchange it anytime within the 30 days. Then to add insult to injury, it's easier to return a mattress purchased by them online. DO NOT waste your time or money on a mattress at Ashley furniture. They do not care about you or anything going on in your life. They simply care about getting your money. Now I have to sleep in my chair I purchased from them in January that wasn't delivered until late February. I had to file a claim 2 days later because the massage was working properly. The technician came out and said he needed to order a part. I told them they needed to provide a new chair as I didn't want another part for a brand new chair. That's due to be delivered this Saturday. I wish I would have never walked foot in Ashley's last Friday and purchased the mattress. Should have know when the chair want working properly the night it was delivered. In the meantime, I have to wait an addition 23 days before they will even start a claim to exchange the mattress and don't know what I'm going to do when I come home from surgery as I already havey old mattress away.

Great experience

First of all, they signed us up for payments when we could’ve paid all cash. They didn’t even bother to ask. They have us paying over $7,000 for a $2,000 couch. They told us interest free payments for 6 months and we don’t have it for even 1 week. Our order was to come on a Tuesday, called off work. Never came. WE had to call for them to say it wasn’t even coming and we had to go up to the store. So then we go up to the store and are there for THREE hours while they fix the application that they messed up. Telling my husband how he messed it up. I should’ve just canceled it then. Then they won’t let him walk out the front door so it doesn’t count against them. But yet yall can’t do your job right or truthfully. Will never buy from here again.

Me and my boyfriend were helped by Jesse Alston and we had an amazing first experience here because of him! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Jesse and he instantly was there to help us with the entire process, thank you again Jesse!! We cannot wait to enjoy our first big purchase😊🙌🏼!

Ken was an excellent sales person. He was able thru his manager to match the price from your competitor. The only thing I'm NOT happy about is your delivery cost. It's 3 times the competitors price of $99 @ $310! So, we really didn't save anything. We've been Ashley customers for over 12 years! I think the delivery charge should also been matched. If we could have picked up the furniture ourselves we would have done that. But at 72 years old that wasn't possible. So you get an A for sales service & a D for deliver cost.

The following is my experience with Ashley. I bought a sectional and have had it 1 year and 3 weeks. 2 of the pieces don't sit right and so cause the seating to be uneven. I'm beyond the one year store warranty so it's my fault but this is a second problem within the first year (I didn't remember the date of purchase). The quality of construction on the piece I purchased is in my opinion beyond cheap. My experience dealing with Ashley is quite frustrating. You can't talk to anyone and you can't go to the store where you bought it to get help. They simply don't handle warranty issues with a live person, either on the phone or in the store. Very frustrating.

Normally I have had good experience from Ashley. But my last experience has been very frustrating. I had bought a whole bunch of items from the store and all of them got delivered on time as promised. Only One item was supposed to ship directly to my home address. And that's where the frustration is. The item never got shipped and it has been over 2months already. I have made over 7 calls to the customer service team, and for the first few calls they assured me that the item was going to ship "next" week. That didn't happen. So I called them back after I lost confidence that the item would ever ship, and wanted my money back. And even in that case they have failed to fulfil that request. Right now my situation is that I have called Ashley over 7 times to get refund on an item that was never shipped and Ashley owes me $90 and it's been over 2months that I had initially placed the order.

Absolutely terrible experience - sold me a loveseat with a broken zipper on the armrest - took over a month to get the replacement - charged me a refundable deposit to hold it for a couple days - then didn't refund it - and now I'm unable to get through to talk to the salesman - due to their nightmare phone prompt system! Update: I called the number you provided in your response - same nightmare prompt system - no way to talk to anyone at the store - and they couldn't help me with the refund!

I went in the store to pick up a bedside stand and while they did not have it in stock it was available for me to pick it up in the same city. I was able to pick it up the same day and the very friendly guys put it in my car for me. It sits next to my bed and it's a perfect addition to my bedroom.

First time shopping with Ashley. Customer service is great, but the real nightmares came after purchase of a couple grand. A bed we purchased two weeks before scheduled delivery was missing a part. Then didn’t get notified till day of delivery. Weather did play a factor, but I’m still without a bed and a mattress for my newly furnished home. This makes me kind of skeptical of Ashley‘s moving forward. Two weeks after something we purchased you would think they would’ve checked what they had set up on the floor. Shopping a a new mattress and out of all the stores in Alliance Center they are the most helpful. My sales rep Bowen was extremely knowledgeable and a huge help.

Do not shop here or use the finance service here. I bought my furniture here and I was offered an incentive to finance. When the first payment was due with the finance company I paid it in full over the phone with Ed with the financial company Acima. It has been over a month of me trying to contact Ed to get my account closed with Acima. The account is still open and I have a remaining balance because the finance company is charging me a “mark up” which I was NEVER made aware of.

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a bed from Ashley Furniture over a month ago. When it was finally delivered, it came with the wrong bed slats, so the entire bed had to be broken down and taken back. I was then scheduled for a replacement delivery a week later—only for the exact same bed with the wrong slats to be delivered again. I mistakenly trusted the delivery driver when he told me he would go get the correct slats and bring them back later that day (my mistake). Of course, that never happened. Now I’m stuck calling guest services repeatedly, begging them to fix an issue that was 100% their fault. Customer service is a nightmare—endless phone calls, being put on hold forever, talking in circles, and being asked to prove they delivered the wrong item with photos. After all that, I’m told to wait 1–3 business days just to see if they’ll approve sending the correct slats. Empty promises every time. Do yourself a favor and never buy from Ashley Furniture. And absolutely do not buy the protection plan—it’s worthless. They will run you around, waste your time, and leave you without a solution. Worst furniture purchase experience I’ve ever had.

We purchased a recliner and a sectional from Ashley Furniture and had a great experience. Dennis was our salesperson engaging, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He worked with us to put together a solid deal and made the whole process easy. We’re repeat customers and would absolutely recommend both Dennis and Ashley Furniture.

Worst experience ever! Had the best experience with Jordan new sales person but then Asif one of the managers tried to take over and commit an illegal processing of a sale and say it was the process to place a hold on the couch incase I decided to come back so I could get the sale price. If that was the case why did I get an email that said thanks for your order. Thank goodness I realized his SCAM just before the final signature. SHAME ON YOU ASHLEY'S FOR ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPEN!!

I just recently moved to Dallas. People are a bit different here. I walked in the store and not one person acknowledged me while I browsed the store not even the manager. I come from a place where people say hi and smile to welcome and acknowledge you. I browsed the store for a little bit longer to only greeted by a sales lady Keo who was not only friendly but had beautiful spirit. She was pleasant to work with and very helpful with my decision of furniture choice. After we completed our transaction she introduced me to her manager! I give Keo 10 stars individually.

***Definitely be aware, they will give a delivery date in store and will change it without notice*** I ordered a chair and was told it would be delivered Monday 12/29 and that I would get a call, email or text the day before with a window for the delivery time. I didn't receive a notification the day before the delivery so I ended up calling the day of the scheduled delivery date and was told the chair was delayed and the next available deilvery date would be almost a week later. I asked why I wasnt made aware of the delay ahead of time but the person on the phone didnt have an explanation. Really frustrating that I had made arrangements to be home from work and it ended up being a waste of a day off. Now I am wondering if the updated delivery date will even be correct or if I will be wasting yet another day off from work. Based on this experience I doubt I would purchase from them again. Had I known my order would have taken 3 weeks to deliver I definitely wouldnt have purchased it. The lack of communication and explanation for the delay and having to now waste 2 days off from work is really frustrating.

Do not shop here!!! You've been warned. I requested a layaway option and instead the assistant manager Asif signed me up for a store credit card without my knowledge. Now I have a cheesy low limit, revolving credit line from Ashley furniture on my credit profile and as a former credit lender this looks terrible!!! I could have just paid for this outright Unfair and deceptive business practices like this are what gives Synchony bank and other furniture stores a bad reputation.

Had to go back because wrong order was placed. When I went back I had my baby and a mattress protector and was clearly struggling to get out the door. A guy even made a comment about me needing a stroller and there were 5 associates at the front watching me struggle to get out the door. Not one offered to help or open a door for me. I guess their customer service stops after they finalize a sale.

0 STARS. Avoid this place at all costs. Truly so scammy. And they’re down right annoying because they stalk you while you shop because of commission. We had a warranty we bought 5 years ago that we were finally able to use the credit for. But mind you, there were 500 fine print things. So it made using the credit literally so difficult. Nearly impossible. Super unpleasant ordeal. We went to another Ashley’s in grapevine first and the lady told us COMPLETELY different things than the alliance location. Red flag. Someone’s gotta be lying here. The whole business is so shady. We picked up our ottoman today and it was dirty and even ripped because they wrapped it so poorly. It was the same ordeal with the couch we bought a few months ago. Poorly wrapped and dirty. With the warranty, it had to be “approved” by corporate first. And apparently they claimed we didn’t pay so we had to send proof we did pay. Such a mess and pain in the butt. Avoid at all costs. Go to living spaces or Nebraska furniture mart. We will never step foot in one of these again or purchase from here again.

You would think after spending thousands of dollars they could waive a delivery fee after being pushed back for so long! Having to sit on the floor during the Holidays is depressing as hell! I just bought a sectional sofa yesterday. The price I was given a price that I couldn't pass up. David was the salesman that helped me. He was very nice and answered all questions I had.

Although the furniture selection is decent and the salesman was nice, I bought a display set and was scheduled to have it delivered that next week. They couldn’t tell me why the delivery never came and when I asked for an update on the new delivery date, they never responded back. I’ve had to call three different times to get information on my own and they kept pushing back the delivery date. With a display, there should be no issue with getting it delivered. I’ve been waiting almost a month for my floor display furniture now.

The store is super nice. The prices seem okay for the quality . My only complaint is the sales lady following us around, joining into conversation several times, and consistently telling her we would come get her if we needed any help.

The sale at the office on November 20 appeared smooth, but the product delivered was broken on arrival the first time-Nov 24. The replacement (second delivery Nov 29) also was broken on arrival. All my efforts to get my refund is met with customer service that is refusing to give me my refund. The customer service phone number that they provide here leads to agents in the Philippines. My experience with them is not pleasant at all. And they are not picking up the broken item neither are they refunding my money. They tell me that they do not have an available slots for pickup until December 4. They will start the refund after that date. The pickup team even try to setup an obviously scratched dining table. I have pictures to post but this feature is giving errors So, one I do not have the dining set after payment Two, I do not have my money. This is Ashley furniture for you!

I had an exciting shopping experience. I was greeted at the entrance with smiles felt welcomed and than i looked around the whole place and the furniture was breath taking there wasnt one item I didnt want. I told the furniture representative what I was looking for and was showned a bunch of stuff and found what I was looking for. I was helped not rushed or forced to buy something all my question were listen to and then answered just had fun and enjoyed everything about ashleys shoppping experience. My new place to shop for any kind of home stuff. I will be back. Love you guys and thank for making my home better.

On November 14th, I ordered the Marleton Sofa with the left-facing chaise in Gray at the Alliance location. During the ordering process, my sales associate Adrian, told me he was having issues with his tablet. He apologized and said he was going to step away for a few minutes because his tablet was having errors. He was gone for about 5–10 minutes. When he returned, he apologized again and told me that he had already re-entered everything. He then proceeded to take my driver’s license information a second time and had me sign. Because he assured me he had re-entered the order correctly, I trusted that he put the correct color—Gray—back into the system, just as it had been before the tablet crashed. However, when the sofa was delivered on November 22nd, it was the correct model but the wrong color—Denim, which is the default color. This confirms that when Adrian re-entered the order after the tablet issues, he did not update the color back to Gray. I called the store immediately and spoke with Chuck, who said Adrian would call me the next day. He never did. I called again and was told Adrian would call by the end of the day. Again, no call. No one at the store has followed through on any promised communication. This is unacceptable, especially when the mistake originated entirely from the salesperson and malfunctioning equipment—not from anything I did.

Customer service was good but shop around for the best prices for the same or similar items.

Michael Kelly at the Ft Worth location was very helpful in selecting a stylish, affordable and comfortable couch. He was patient while I considered my options and was successful in finding me a couch that will accommodate lower back needs. His knowledge and pleasant personality made the experience all the better.

I was late getting home but the drivers stayed and waited for me for 20 minutes. They had a great attitude the whole time. A+ service.

The store in Fort Worth is great and I have no complaints! However, the company as a whole is the worst company to ever deal with. We submitted a ticket back in June to get our couch fixed under warranty. They keep telling us they will ship the parts and fix it but we have yet to get the parts or have a technician come out to fix it. We have asked to speak to a supervisor and they tell us the supervisor will call us back and we have not received a call back. We have been dealing with this issue for going on 5 months. I will NEVER buy from Ashley Furniture again and will advise others to NEVER buy from Ashley as well. Worst company ever!! They DO NOT honor their warranty!!!

We had a great experience shopping at Ashley for furniture. Our salesperson Keo was not too pushy and very helpful, patient. Quality of furniture was great for what we were looking for. We could not find on the floor the coffee table we wanted so they helped us find something online.

Somewhat disappointing experience. This started out fine on Oct 7th with a trip to the store where I found a power reclining loveseat that I liked and fit my needs. The sales associate, Donna, was helpful and they actually gave me a discount on the posted price. I was happy. Then it was delivered. All seemed to be going well... the guys unboxed the loveseat at our front doorstep, brought it in, assembled it and made sure the motors were working. As they were driving away, my husband said- "Hey, did you see these ink stains?" What? Sure enough there are two small stains- different colors on the seat and console. I wasn't worried as I had spent $300 on a protection plan, so I assumed they had actually treated the loveseat and I could sponge the stains off. Nope. So I called for service as ink stains are covered... and waited, and waited (5 working days)... then called again and was told, basically, to wait and someone would contact me. By the way, they also need the numbers on the bottom of the loveseat and pics to file a claim- these loveseats with motors are quite heavy- surely they have this info? On the 23 of October, I got an email asking for an address where the loveseat is. (If this was 6 months later I might understand this question- but who buys furniture then moves 2 weeks later?) Meanwhile I have a loveseat with ink stains and I don't even have an appointment for someone to come fix it. I don't recommend spending $300 on upholstery protection. I will update this post if they actually make good in a timely manner, but just the fact that they are slow to acknowledge a request for service is worrying. I understand waiting a couple of weeks for the actual service, but 18 days without even an appointment? Disappointing. Update: Oct 28 I was told someone would be here on the 30th. Update: Oct 30 No one showed up. Update: Oct 31 I have now been told that someone will come inspect (not fix) the item on Dec 10th. What a nightmare- don't buy from Ashley and don't buy "protection" for your upholstery. Update: Dec 10th Someone came out to clean the ink stains. One came out and the cleaner tried so hard he left a pale spot around the other ink stain. Today is the 13th and no one has called me to tell me how / when they are going to fix this debacle.

We just purchased two couches and a recliner. Our salesman, Harston, was easy to work with and never pressured us in any way. He was knowledgeable of the products and worked with us on the pricing. We visited three other competitors and found our best option to be Ashley’s.

On August 29th I ordered a rug, I was told by the in store associate 2 weeks at the latest for delivery. The person talked to in store was professional and respectful. I have no complaints about them. On September 18th I called and was told that they don’t have access to the direct shipping information but they requested a call back and that I would receive that information within 48 hours. I still have not received that call back so I called Ashley’s again today. The unprofessional associate said the same thing after I told her my situation. She requested a call back for me again when that did not work that last time, I asked where the rug is shipping from, she didn’t have access to that or an order number. I’m unsure what the team handling packages and shipping is doing all day, you would think they could track it. My question is, where is my rug? Terrible customer service. If it’s lost in the mail- just say that so I can order a new one. Update: our rug was lost in the mail, they had a dirty used rug at the store and were refusing a refund or being able to choose a new rug with the same discount we originally received so we got the disgusting dirty rug. We are going to have to spend close to what it costs to get this rug cleaned. Never buying from Ashley’s again. Plenty of other options.

Great selection, great customer service and having the inventory in stock was a plus too, (too bad it was a lie to make the sale). Post sale customer service is absolutely terrible, I was advised that my furniture delivery would be October 1st 2025 then days later I was advised that this was not possible. Matt (assistant manager) provided a ER # for me to contact their DC rather than handling this himself. After many hours on hold and offering to drive to Houston to pick up the furniture myself. The date was required due to a gathering at my house days later.

I am never purchasing with you all again. You talk about Nebraska taking your hand me downs, and you just proved to me why they take your business led and right. I decide to purchase a cabinet with you all on 08/23. You make me wait until 09/13 for the delivery and no one bothers notify me and tell me that the order had been cancelled. I call the one number available in the order, spoke with Agent Gaby Q. bless her heart , even if she wanted to help me, she has no information on why it was cancelled. And the solution that she cab give me a callback for alliance location in 24 hrs. She mentioned something about the credit. I have a line of credit up to $9,000 and everything has been paid off. What upsets me is that no one bothered to call or email me and update me. People make plans around your deliveries. In a month I could have gone to Nebraska and had the furniture be delivered in a week. I went to you all because I live in Fort Worth and I thought it might be easier if I went closer to my home. This has been the wort service. In a time where people talk about recession you should be more careful how you about your services, not only at the store but until the product is actually delivered. You lost my business.

My daughter just moved into her first apartment and I, her mother sent her to Ashley’s furniture to furnish her first apartment. When I tell you this has been the most horrific experience for my daughter, I cannot put it into words how angry we both are and what we have been through. We purchased 4K worth of furniture to furnish my daughter’s apartment. We purchased a loveseat, chair, bedroom suite and mattresses. The loveseat, chair, mattresses, and nightstand were fine, but the entire bedroom set was used and damaged. We sent the bedroom suite back, and were told they would bring a new one out. My daughter who works as a nurse at night took off for the day they were suppose to deliver the bed. They never showed up. She was given the run around all day. The next day they showed up with more damaged furniture and slats that were too big. The drivers said someone would bring them the next day and the damaged drawers would be replaced. My daughter called customer service and they told her she needed to return the entire bed because the slats were assigned to a specific sku and in order to get that fixed she needed to return the bed, but the drivers would not come back upstairs to get the bed. They left and said they had to go to the next stop. Now we are here today, Day 3 and they were supposed to deliver first thing this morning to make it right. Guess what, she ended up taking off today to be given the run around and told this evening they had no record of her being on the schedule. They have now told us that we cannot speak to management for another 48 hours. We want to give it all back, but again they stand firm on there policy of not taking furniture back, yet you played child and forced damaged furniture on her knowing once the drivers left the apartment they would not come back, even though they were still in the complex. So, help me Ashley’s understand how she is forced to keep your horrible furniture, while you have operated in bad faith this entire process!! It goes without saying that we will never use your company again, but this has made my daughters first experience being on her own an entire nightmare. It has cost time, money and unsurmountable stress. We won’t stop until she gets what she paid for, but your bath faith efforts have been on display big time. We are kind and patience people, but this has been the most disappointing experience ever. Do better Ashley’s furniture and make this right for our daughter!!!!!!!

Utterly disappointed with the overall customer service. Despite multiple attempts to resolve a simple issue, I was met with long wait times, unhelpful representative s and a general attitude that can only be described as apathetic. I was promised calls from the store and salesman that sold me my furniture to receive nothing. Let me be clear, I would definitely not do business with this company again, and still do not have the correct items I purchased Buyers be aware of this before going to this store.

Delivery was awful. We were re given four different delivery dates in an hour and a half. 2 by email and 2 thru text. When i called they said email and text were two different departments and that they couldn't help with the emails were getting. The result was the worst, it was two days off from the date we had it scheduled for.

Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had with a furniture store. We spent over $5,000 at Ashley Furniture in Fort Worth on a mattress and base. Before handing over our money, we clearly and repeatedly asked the associate if removal of our old mattress was included, and we were told YES, absolutely. Delivery day comes, and the crew informs us that mattress removal is NOT included. We called the store thinking it had to be a mistake, only to be told, “Sorry, the associate gave you wrong information.” That’s it. No solution. No offer to make it right. No respect for the fact that they misled us on a major purchase. This isn’t just poor customer service — it’s dishonest, careless, and shows zero integrity. For a store that claims to value customers, they clearly only care about making the sale and walking away. We feel betrayed, frustrated, and completely disappointed. Save yourself the heartache and shop somewhere that actually keeps their word. Update: the number provided was as helpful as the store associate so nothing was resolved.. we won't be shopping here again and recommend that if you do don't work with Cooper as he is more interested in his commission than making sure the customer is happy.

BUYER BEWARE. !! The sales lady at Ashley Furniture was very pushy and made me feel rushed to make a decision. The delivery experience was also frustrating — they didn’t arrive until 9:44 PM, and not all the items were delivered. When I called customer service, they weren’t very helpful either. Overall, I’m not happy with the experience.

My experience was better than I expected. I went in looking for a sofa but ended up getting a bed. It was priced well for the quality of product that I’m receiving. Everyone from the manager to my sales representative, Dennis, were very kind and very knowledgeable. Dennis by the way has only been working there for a week. He knew his stuff. Very helpful and wasn’t pushy, he gave me space to shop, but he was right there when I had questions. Harston helped me find the best mattress for the bed I purchased. He knows more than enough about matching your sleep and body needs to the best mattress for you. He should really consider being the “sleep whisperer”. Overall my experience was better than I expected just to purchase furniture. The staff went over and beyond to meet my needs. Kindness and professionalism go a long way. Me and my wife bought a bedroom set from Ashley’s on June 19th 2025. The agent that helped us was Matt Mangram. I tried several times to get him to call me back because I realized he did not offer me any coverage on our furniture when we bought it. I even called a sells man that works in the mattress department to have Matt call me back. Well guess what he didn’t call me back. So I called customer service on the day of the delivery Wednesday June 25th 2025 to ask them If I could add insurance to my furniture and they told me because it was already delivered, I could not add insurance. So if you go to Ashleys store please be careful when you deal with Matt Mangram. I will make sure to tell all our military connections to please be careful when dealing with Ashley’s furniture. I got a reply from I want to believe from a computer to call a number and they could help. USELESS!! The lady said she could not help me. Once again my military brothers and sisters. Defective Vietnamese imported furniture and the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced. They have cancelled TWO service calls to come fix it without any communications or notice. When I called they tell me I have to wait another month. The reps are cold and uncaring.

Giving 1 star for customer Service. The store manager Austin personally told me a refund would be issued towards some pillows I had purchased. The manufacturer had a much lower price and he said he’d match versus me making a return. He never came though. And this is after spending 10g there. So suggest if you like Ashley furniture, use a different store because customer service matters.

We needed a couple of recliners and have done business with Ashley's in the past. We have always had a pleasant experience. Ashley's was the business we chose to stop first. We were not mobbed with sales personnel as we arrived. We were free to look around and when found what could work we were approached by a great salesman who answered all questions, priced the recliners and we purchased them at Ashley's without having to go elsewhere. Perfect experience all the way around.

My wife and I purchased a new sofa along with two end tables on a Monday in May. During the negotiations, our salesman, named Alex, sold us on a discounted three (3) year warranty plan, stating that he couldn't actually show the reduced price for the warranty on the paperwork but would reduce the amount towards the sofa. We agreed to purchase it, signed the paperwork (on an iPad), then went home, waiting for our new purchase to arrive in a few days. My wife realized one week later, after this was delivered, that the 3 year warranty was not listed on the agreement and immediately called the store to discuss this with Alex. Low and behold, Alex was no longer working for them, so she asked for a manager who informed her to call their Guest Relations. Unfortunately they told her that the ticket was closed out and that they could not help us and to contact the store. The next day, she called the manager on duty and was told the same thing, which is that once the ticket was closed, they could not add the warranty back on for us but would talk to the IT department and get back with her. After six (6) days (never hearing back from this wonderful manager), my wife had to call the store again and was told yet again that they could not add it to a closed ticket. Obviously we were going around in circles with this, so my wife asked them to 'come pick it up then', and was told that once it's delivered, they cannot do this and referred her back to Guest Services, who of course told us that they couldn't help either. This is a horrible way to treat a customer, much less a brand new one who had never purchased from Ashley's before. I would highly suggest to all to avoid this place like the plague, all they want to do is sell you something and get you out the door. We are now stuck with either contacting a local TV investigative team or contacting an attorney in hope that they can resolve this - pretty sad if you ask me but that's what they have left us with so that's what we'll do!

If you need anything at all, go see Donna! She worked her magic and got us an incredible deal for a sectional for our new house. We were well taken care of and are so excited for movie nights at home!

Do NOT shop here. They told us that the bar stools were $149 each in the store, but when we looked them up online it said $100 each. They made it seem like they were giving us a deal by coming down the normal price. Don’t even get me started on trying to pick it up at the warehouse. The store took over 30 minutes to resolve a paperwork issue on their end while we waited at the warehouse. I would recommend shopping elsewhere.

I had the worse experience of my life at this location. It took me almost 1 month to get one recliner. I have never experienced anything like this from any furniture store. Lori Bennett was true to her word about getting my recliner delivered today. Thank you for that. The sales people and there customer service people needs a class on professional etiquette. Normally, I never write reviews, so this is a rare and upsetting occasion. I purchased a large couch in-store with some reservations about sizing. I provided measurements, but I was assured that if the sizing did not work out for me, I could return the item within 72 hours. Come drop-off day, my fears were realized, and it was far too large. The movers clearly did not want to take the sectional back to the truck, so they rearranged it so that it would barely fit. Remembering our conversation at the store, we tried to reject 1 armless chair from our sectional. We had tried contacting the store for our salesperson, left messages, and were recommended to contact the Customer Service line. We were promptly told that no returns are accepted from customer service, even though online it states that it only applies to online purchases. We contacted the store again to inform them of our situation, but were met by a busy rep and "we will leave a message for a callback" If you take away anything from this review: -Deceptive business practices -Not accredited by the BBB -Once you sign you waive all right to any form of litigation -Corporate is uncooperative -Movers they hire are not professional(come from a third-party) -Will avoid taking accountability

Great store with great prices you can not miss this store!

The couches are excellent quality, but the delivery experience was disappointing. We were told we'd receive a one-hour notice before arrival, but instead got a call while we were out, with the team already at our door. They spoke rudely and insisted on a tip to wait, despite being within the 4–6 PM window. When we arrived, the couches were left on the ground outside with them waiting. One of the team members dragged them inside, leaving black marks on the fabric. He attempted to clean them with our laundry detergent but was unsuccessful. This was meant to be a special day, and the unprofessional behavior was disheartening.

We were expecting the furniture to be delivered after waiting more than 2 weeks, but they brought it out unassembled. They then tried to get my wife to pay $200 to assemble the furniture. Totally unacceptable.

Lady at Ashley furniture messed up our order, first she gave us a deal and then she said the warranty was “free” and once the order was submitted it was less then what we had agreed which was great but when we told her she said she had forgot to add the warranty… and we were confused because she said it was “free”. When we got our couches delivered the right side of the couch was a different color from the rest so we had to call the store again and tell them she messed up our order again. Don’t know if she did this on purpose but it was not professional. But delivery drivers were awesome and helpful. But everything else just seemed like no one knew what they were doing.

Please read my post before purchasing from this store. Yesterday I picked up a chair that I purchased from this store. The Ashley employee put chair in bed of my truck. I was holding straps and asked him if we should strap it down. He said, No it so heavy it will take a tornado to fly it. I got miles down the road and the chair flew out onto the middle of a busy 3 lane highway. I relied the expertise of their employee who loaded the chair. Ashley’s told me they will not repair or replace the chair that was damaged. Sadly Ashley’s doesn’t want to take responsibility for the actions of its employee. They informed me the minute the chair was placed on the bed of my truck it became my responsibility regardless of what their employee said. So, I am stuck with a damaged chair.

Donna and Austin are amazing!!! They spent several hours helping us with a very difficult issue, was extremely patient with all the questions and concerns and demonstrated excellent customer service!!!

The employees that were working on Sunday, April 13th were the best. They all were very friendly and asked us several times if we needed anything. Our salesman was so kind and attentive to what I wanted. I will definitely refer all my friends and family to visit the Ashley's Store in the Alliance Town Center.

Not acceptable that I have to give up my email address, phone number and street address just to purchase a simple lamp.

I purchased a set of stools and when I was making my purchase I specifically asked the salesperson if the price was for a set. She didn’t know and wanted to confirm. The ski number and picture clearly showed 2 stools for 1 qty. I purchased 2. My receipt showed 2 separate sku lines with 1 QTY each. When I received my delivery. I only received 1 box and included 2 stools. I was advised that even though the website showed the same sku number and description of set of 2. Ashley would NOT refund me for the additional set I purchased. AND they would not price match. I asked to return the product and requested a full refund. Supposedly there is a no return policy. There is no verbiage on the receipt stating no return policy or sales are all final. I am EXTREMELY disappointed that I paid for another set of stool and do NOT have the item or get a credit for the additional charge. NO ONE would assist in this correction. So buyer BEWARE when you purchase anything!!! The customer service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE and they will rip you off!!!!! I was advised that the sales people can charge you whatever they want. That is clearly shown here. Do not buy from there!!! I am still fighting to get my credit for the additional charge.

I have been looking for a new sofa in sandstone. I was so pleased to find it at Ashley Home Store. It was even on sale! 20 minutes and it was purchased and ready for delivery next week. I’ve purchased furniture from the Alliance location several times and I have not been disappointed. The sales person was equally great.

Anissa Hernandez was fantastic. She was so patient with my 94 yr old mother who was there to purchase a bed, a dresser, and a coffee table. My mom said the coffee table was the least important but we were able to purchase all three items and get the Ashley financing setup. Between Anissa & Bowen, We will definitely be back again.

Not going back again, just the entire experience from the purchasing the furniture and try to incorporate things that you didn’t ask for to the delivery experience and they had to do it on two separate occasions and when we purchased the delivery and the set up the driver comes and says i was not told to do the set up and was running behind!!! It was a mistake walking into Ashley. Never again.

We had a great experience at the store but not with the sectional we got. We are stuck with a sectional that has a strong chemical smell. We contacted the store to open a claim but still haven’t heard back from them. It’s hard to breathe in our home with the chemical smell all over the house now.

I picked some couches that are “typically in stock” and delivery was supposed to be 2-3 days. Once I was finalizing the purchase, delivery turned into 2-3 weeks. Finally got a confirmation for delivery and looks like it’s a 6 week wait. Whatever it takes to get that sale and commission I guess.

I went in just looking for a bed to show my sister. Well the bed has been discontinued but my sales person Bowen Parker offered to show me a replacement. He was so professional and friendly from the time I walked through the door until the end. I ended up buying the bed that he showed me and a new mattress! He extended great customer service and I absolutely appreciated it!!

Donna Mims has been so helpful! I was able to furnish my small new home in her store. She was so helpful. The home will not be complete for 6 mons and they were able to hold the furniture until my home is completed.

I worked with the sales people discussed what I wanted and needed, they complied. When I got the receipt it was the wrong furniture. Went back to the store it was corrected by sales staff. Second order when I recieved it was again some other wrong furniture. Went back again to cancel purchase , the store was unhelpful , I was told to call Ashley. Money should be refunded… I’m awaiting. I have done business with Ashley several times with great experiences but it has changed sadly.

The delivery guys were wonderful very quick placed exactly were needed and cleaned up beautifully. The only problem was the remote is not synchronized with the frame of the bed therefore, have to schedule a technician to come out should’ve been checked before delivery.

I asked for my old mattress to be taken when they delivered my new one and it apparently wasn’t in the paperwork. So,I contacted my salesman and he said he put a ticket in and that was on February 21st and I never heard back from him. It seems as if once they got the sale the customer service was gone. In turn I had to pay someone to come haul my old mattress off. I love my new bed though! I am updating my review as they reached out to me to rectify the situation. Although , it was still an inconvenience I appreciate them taking the time to reach out and fix the situation.

Found exactly what I was looking for in a very short period of time thanks to my salesman. He was very helpful and even though there was a mixup in the order (not his fault) it was all taken care of and I was on my way.

Ashley, my sales person, really listened to my need. She was in good spirits and really wanted to assist. I visited two of their competitors and was able to purchase a chair at Ashley’s for half the price! The store was set up very nice.

DONT BUY FROM HERE OR ANY ASHLEY'S. We had ordered some bar stools for our kitchen. We spoke with our sales person 3 times to confirm they had the right color. All three times he confirmed. They arrive all the wrong color. When we reached out to try to get it corrected his ignored us. Then we got an ottoman delivered to the wrong address. It was oversized and heavy so we had to figure out a way to bring it back to our home. Super inconvenient. Lastly, they came to set us an office chair and did it all wrong. We had to call, file a claim for the needed parts, then wait for them to get delivered, then set up a date and time for them to come out and fix it. You would think the service technician would have the parts needed instead of it being a two part process. Then we waited all day for the technician to come and he never showed up. No phone call or anything. The way Ashley's does business is terrible. I'm surprised they're still in business. We've had nothing but issues with them. We definitely won't be returning customers.
