The buying procedure was great, financing is great. Thats the best part. The bad part. Delivery was never received as promised. No communication between store and delivery. Trying to change a pillow is nearly impossible. No customer service after purchase. Once they got your money they want nothing to do with you. I dont recommend Ashley Furniture, these corporate furniture places are the worst.
