Defective Vietnamese imported furniture and the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced. They have cancelled TWO service calls to come fix it without any communications or notice. When I called they tell me I have to wait another month. The reps are cold and uncaring.

Came in store to buy some reclining sofas and Jesse who helped us was great understood what we were looking for and made it great in-store experience.

Giving 1 star for customer Service. The store manager Austin personally told me a refund would be issued towards some pillows I had purchased. The manufacturer had a much lower price and he said he’d match versus me making a return. He never came though. And this is after spending 10g there. So suggest if you like Ashley furniture, use a different store because customer service matters.

We needed a couple of recliners and have done business with Ashley's in the past. We have always had a pleasant experience. Ashley's was the business we chose to stop first. We were not mobbed with sales personnel as we arrived. We were free to look around and when found what could work we were approached by a great salesman who answered all questions, priced the recliners and we purchased them at Ashley's without having to go elsewhere. Perfect experience all the way around.

My wife and I purchased a new sofa along with two end tables on a Monday in May. During the negotiations, our salesman, named Alex, sold us on a discounted three (3) year warranty plan, stating that he couldn't actually show the reduced price for the warranty on the paperwork but would reduce the amount towards the sofa. We agreed to purchase it, signed the paperwork (on an iPad), then went home, waiting for our new purchase to arrive in a few days. My wife realized one week later, after this was delivered, that the 3 year warranty was not listed on the agreement and immediately called the store to discuss this with Alex. Low and behold, Alex was no longer working for them, so she asked for a manager who informed her to call their Guest Relations. Unfortunately they told her that the ticket was closed out and that they could not help us and to contact the store. The next day, she called the manager on duty and was told the same thing, which is that once the ticket was closed, they could not add the warranty back on for us but would talk to the IT department and get back with her. After six (6) days (never hearing back from this wonderful manager), my wife had to call the store again and was told yet again that they could not add it to a closed ticket. Obviously we were going around in circles with this, so my wife asked them to 'come pick it up then', and was told that once it's delivered, they cannot do this and referred her back to Guest Services, who of course told us that they couldn't help either. This is a horrible way to treat a customer, much less a brand new one who had never purchased from Ashley's before. I would highly suggest to all to avoid this place like the plague, all they want to do is sell you something and get you out the door. We are now stuck with either contacting a local TV investigative team or contacting an attorney in hope that they can resolve this - pretty sad if you ask me but that's what they have left us with so that's what we'll do!

If you need anything at all, go see Donna! She worked her magic and got us an incredible deal for a sectional for our new house. We were well taken care of and are so excited for movie nights at home!

Do NOT shop here. They told us that the bar stools were $149 each in the store, but when we looked them up online it said $100 each. They made it seem like they were giving us a deal by coming down the normal price. Don’t even get me started on trying to pick it up at the warehouse. The store took over 30 minutes to resolve a paperwork issue on their end while we waited at the warehouse. I would recommend shopping elsewhere.

Not happy that the delivery guys shoved my couch through the doorway causing damage to the door and frame. I opened a case on this issue and have not heard anything in almost 2 months. Every time I call it’s oh it’s still being researched. Well it doesn’t take rocket science to see the damage. I will reconsider shopping here in the future. UPDATE - Called the number provided below and they submitted a claim to HomeDeliveryLink which denied the claim saying it was over 72 hours. I reported the issue the day of delivery, 4/22. Every time I called into the support line they said it was "in review" but after 2 months they closed the ticket. Then upon issuing a new ticket, HomeDeliverLink says the issue wasn't reported within 72 hours. This is unbelievable. Ashley furniture says it's not their problem because it was HomeDeliveryLink that delivered it and HomeDeliveryLink won't accept responsibility. Changing review to 1 star. Ashley HomeStore won't stand behind their delivery.

Normally, I never write reviews, so this is a rare and upsetting occasion. I purchased a large couch in-store with some reservations about sizing. I provided measurements, but I was assured that if the sizing did not work out for me, I could return the item within 72 hours. Come drop-off day, my fears were realized, and it was far too large. The movers clearly did not want to take the sectional back to the truck, so they rearranged it so that it would barely fit. Remembering our conversation at the store, we tried to reject 1 armless chair from our sectional. We had tried contacting the store for our salesperson, left messages, and were recommended to contact the Customer Service line. We were promptly told that no returns are accepted from customer service, even though online it states that it only applies to online purchases. We contacted the store again to inform them of our situation, but were met by a busy rep and "we will leave a message for a callback" If you take away anything from this review: -Deceptive business practices -Not accredited by the BBB -Once you sign you waive all right to any form of litigation -Corporate is uncooperative -Movers they hire are not professional(come from a third-party) -Will avoid taking accountability

Great store with great prices you can not miss this store!

The couches are excellent quality, but the delivery experience was disappointing. We were told we'd receive a one-hour notice before arrival, but instead got a call while we were out, with the team already at our door. They spoke rudely and insisted on a tip to wait, despite being within the 4–6 PM window. When we arrived, the couches were left on the ground outside with them waiting. One of the team members dragged them inside, leaving black marks on the fabric. He attempted to clean them with our laundry detergent but was unsuccessful. This was meant to be a special day, and the unprofessional behavior was disheartening.

The service was great!! They were professional and and patient with our requests.

A Nightmare Experience—112 Days of Frustration at Ashley Furniture HomeStore Alliance I wish there was an option for zero stars because this has been the worst buying experience my wife and I have ever endured. Writing reviews isn’t something I typically do, but I feel compelled to share this to prevent others from facing the same frustration. As a retired Warrant Officer and Veteran of three deployments, I take pride in the years my wife and I dedicated to serving our country through the Texas Army National Guard. We worked hard, built strong credit, and for the first time, we were excited to finally purchase brand-new furniture—a milestone we had never experienced. Sadly, what should have been a joyful purchase turned into a 112-day nightmare, riddled with miscommunication, incompetence, delays, and hidden fees. A Constant Battle to Correct Mistakes January 11, 2025 we purchased a living room set, bedroom set, and two TEMPUR-Pedic LUXE Breeze Hybrid Medium Split California King Mattresses at Ashley Furniture HomeStore Alliance. Concerned about mattress firmness, my wife opted to exchange one for the soft model—but despite assurances, the salesman never corrected the order. Days later, the wrong mattress protectors arrived, followed by billing issues, incorrect rails, order cancellations, and an inexcusable failure to deliver the correct mattress. When trying to fix these errors, I was given the runaround, forced to call Guest Relations more than 14 times, endure dropped calls, and deal with an automated BOT-TEXT system—only to realize the store staff hadn’t updated any of my records according to GRT. A Disappearing Salesman & Zero Accountability Each visit introduced a new point of contact, as if the original salesperson vanished. The salesmen pushed blame to Guest Relations and advised me not to speak with them. Meanwhile, GRT assured me they had no records of store staff reaching out. Even when they finally scheduled a delivery, the order was wrong AGAIN—instead of a mattress, the delivery team arrived with an adjustable base. Hidden Fees & A Broken System Before our furniture was delivered, we were unexpectedly charged a $313 promotional fee—on a “no interest for 60 months” financing plan that was advertised as no interest. Still trying to figure out that. At no point was I informed this promotion would come at a cost. Additionally, the billing statement included $714 in unexplained new purchases, which no one could clarify. Edit: turns out anything picked up from the store is billed separately, this was for the mattress protectors. Doing this causes additional promotion fees. Throughout this process, Ashley Furniture’s system failures, poor staff training, and disastrous communication turned a milestone purchase into a nightmare. Final Thoughts—Buyer Beware We finally received our mattress on May 3, 2025—112 days after our purchase. But by then, the 90-day exchange window had expired, meaning we never had the opportunity to try out the mattress before committing. Ashley Furniture’s recorded calls mean nothing if they don’t improve their service. If this review helps even one family avoid the wasted time and stress we endured, it will be worth it. It didn’t have to be this hard and why was it. What happened to customer service? What happened to doing the right thing? I strongly urge customers to take their business elsewhere—unless you’re ready to fight a four-month battle just to receive what you paid for. We were expecting the furniture to be delivered after waiting more than 2 weeks, but they brought it out unassembled. They then tried to get my wife to pay $200 to assemble the furniture. Totally unacceptable.

Will never shop at this location again. We came in payed in full and 3 weeks later we were FINALLY told that our order was in layaway with nothing payed on it. No one in the store answers the phone and the help line is useless except for maybe 2 out of 6 people we talked to.

Lady at Ashley furniture messed up our order, first she gave us a deal and then she said the warranty was “free” and once the order was submitted it was less then what we had agreed which was great but when we told her she said she had forgot to add the warranty… and we were confused because she said it was “free”. She got upset and left the lesser price to us. When we got our couches delivered the right side of the couch was a different color from the rest so we had to call the store again and tell them she messed up our order again. Don’t know if she did this on purpose but it was not professional. But delivery drivers were awesome and helpful. But everything else just seemed like no one knew what they were doing.

Please read my post before purchasing from this store. Yesterday I picked up a chair that I purchased from this store. The Ashley employee put chair in bed of my truck. I was holding straps and asked him if we should strap it down. He said, No it so heavy it will take a tornado to fly it. I got miles down the road and the chair flew out onto the middle of a busy 3 lane highway. I relied the expertise of their employee who loaded the chair. Ashley’s told me they will not repair or replace the chair that was damaged. Sadly Ashley’s doesn’t want to take responsibility for the actions of its employee. They informed me the minute the chair was placed on the bed of my truck it became my responsibility regardless of what their employee said. So, I am stuck with a damaged chair.

Donna and Austin are amazing!!! They spent several hours helping us with a very difficult issue, was extremely patient with all the questions and concerns and demonstrated excellent customer service!!!

The employees that were working on Sunday, April 13th were the best. They all were very friendly and asked us several times if we needed anything. Our salesman was so kind and attentive to what I wanted. I will definitely refer all my friends and family to visit the Ashley's Store in the Alliance Town Center.

Not acceptable that I have to give up my email address, phone number and street address just to purchase a simple lamp.

I purchased a set of stools and when I was making my purchase I specifically asked the salesperson if the price was for a set. She didn’t know and wanted to confirm. The ski number and picture clearly showed 2 stools for 1 qty. I purchased 2. My receipt showed 2 separate sku lines with 1 QTY each. When I received my delivery. I only received 1 box and included 2 stools. I was advised that even though the website showed the same sku number and description of set of 2. Ashley would NOT refund me for the additional set I purchased. AND they would not price match. I asked to return the product and requested a full refund. Supposedly there is a no return policy. There is no verbiage on the receipt stating no return policy or sales are all final. I am EXTREMELY disappointed that I paid for another set of stool and do NOT have the item or get a credit for the additional charge. NO ONE would assist in this correction. So buyer BEWARE when you purchase anything!!! The customer service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE and they will rip you off!!!!! I was advised that the sales people can charge you whatever they want. That is clearly shown here. Do not buy from there!!! I am still fighting to get my credit for the additional charge.

I have been looking for a new sofa in sandstone. I was so pleased to find it at Ashley Home Store. It was even on sale! 20 minutes and it was purchased and ready for delivery next week. I’ve purchased furniture from the Alliance location several times and I have not been disappointed. The sales person was equally great.

Anissa Hernandez was fantastic. She was so patient with my 94 yr old mother who was there to purchase a bed, a dresser, and a coffee table. My mom said the coffee table was the least important but we were able to purchase all three items and get the Ashley financing setup. Between Anissa & Bowen, We will definitely be back again.

We had a great experience at the store but not with the sectional we got. We are stuck with a sectional that has a strong chemical smell. We contacted the store to open a claim but still haven’t heard back from them. It’s hard to breathe in our home with the chemical smell all over the house now.

I picked some couches that are “typically in stock” and delivery was supposed to be 2-3 days. Once I was finalizing the purchase, delivery turned into 2-3 weeks. Finally got a confirmation for delivery and looks like it’s a 6 week wait. Whatever it takes to get that sale and commission I guess.

I went in just looking for a bed to show my sister. Well the bed has been discontinued but my sales person Bowen Parker offered to show me a replacement. He was so professional and friendly from the time I walked through the door until the end. I ended up buying the bed that he showed me and a new mattress! He extended great customer service and I absolutely appreciated it!!

Donna Mims has been so helpful! I was able to furnish my small new home in her store. She was so helpful. The home will not be complete for 6 mons and they were able to hold the furniture until my home is completed.

I worked with the sales people discussed what I wanted and needed, they complied. When I got the receipt it was the wrong furniture. Went back to the store it was corrected by sales staff. Second order when I recieved it was again some other wrong furniture. Went back again to cancel purchase , the store was unhelpful , I was told to call Ashley. Money should be refunded… I’m awaiting. I have done business with Ashley several times with great experiences but it has changed sadly.

The delivery guys were wonderful very quick placed exactly were needed and cleaned up beautifully. The only problem was the remote is not synchronized with the frame of the bed therefore, have to schedule a technician to come out should’ve been checked before delivery.

Nice selection of furniture. Did not like salesperson following us around lurking in the background

I asked for my old mattress to be taken when they delivered my new one and it apparently wasn’t in the paperwork. So,I contacted my salesman and he said he put a ticket in and that was on February 21st and I never heard back from him. It seems as if once they got the sale the customer service was gone. In turn I had to pay someone to come haul my old mattress off. I love my new bed though! I am updating my review as they reached out to me to rectify the situation. Although , it was still an inconvenience I appreciate them taking the time to reach out and fix the situation.

Ashley, my sales person, really listened to my need. She was in good spirits and really wanted to assist. I visited two of their competitors and was able to purchase a chair at Ashley’s for half the price! The store was set up very nice.

DONT BUY FROM HERE OR ANY ASHLEY'S. We had ordered some bar stools for our kitchen. We spoke with our sales person 3 times to confirm they had the right color. All three times he confirmed. They arrive all the wrong color. When we reached out to try to get it corrected his ignored us. Then we got an ottoman delivered to the wrong address. It was oversized and heavy so we had to figure out a way to bring it back to our home. Super inconvenient. Lastly, they came to set us an office chair and did it all wrong. We had to call, file a claim for the needed parts, then wait for them to get delivered, then set up a date and time for them to come out and fix it. You would think the service technician would have the parts needed instead of it being a two part process. Then we waited all day for the technician to come and he never showed up. No phone call or anything. The way Ashley's does business is terrible. I'm surprised they're still in business. We've had nothing but issues with them. We definitely won't be returning customers.

The store was great, the assistance at the alliance location was great! The issue was with pick up. Took over an hr and half and had to load it myself, luckily there was a few other customers who were there to help.

Please read. My wife and I purchased paid hard earned money for new furniture. Went to pick it up and was first there. Waited almost 2 hrs after checking in before they even acknowledged us at the loading docks. Upset I went to the store of purchase and the manager Austin Bennett didn’t want to even empathize with what had happened and only threatened to have me removed to the store. I was speaking loudly but not yelling because all this store wants to do is take your money. Beware and go somewhere else. Look at his posture and money. Terrible person

Needed new knobs on some older dresser drawers. Called customer service and Katelyn was able to swiftly find the manufacturer of my dresser and helped me order the right knobs.

Watch out for deceptive business practices! I had to wait almost two weeks from time of purchase to pick up my power recliner. It was fully discussed that I could only be available on Mondays to pick it up and that I would be picking it up at the store I bought it from. So it was set for Monday the 10th, confirmed in writing both on my receipt and my emailed confirmation. The 10th finally arrived and I’m contacted to set up a schedule for a day Tues - Fri, to pick up from their warehouse only, and offered concierge delivery for $99. They KNEW I couldn’t pick it up T-F. They deceptively tried to make me pay another $99 KNOWING I would have no choice. Then I was told they do not do ANY pickups or deliveries on Mondays. This was well known to the store long before they set me up for a Monday. The best alternative they would offer is to deliver it to my doorstep two days later while I’m not home, blocking access and egress to my door. They did me dirty. I’ll NEVER deal with this shady company after this!

The experience was much more pleasant Than I expected. The sales rep greeted me when I walked in and asked what I was looking for. He then pointed out where I could find it and then left me alone. I was expecting to be followed every step of the way. This was great. Next time I am looking for furniture I will come back to this store and hope for the same treatment in all future trips.

Shopping for a new living room suite so we went a few places @ then decided Ashley’s furniture was our next stop . We walked in & Donna introduced herself pointed us in the right direction & gave us space . She did check back with us a few times but she didn’t smoother us. Thanks to her help we found exactly what we wanted at a nice price and closed the deal. Very happy with our purchase and the experience.

Don’t buy anything from ashleys. They have a very bad customer service department. I bought 2 table lamps in which one came defected/damaged. It has been over a month and they still have not replaced it or refunded my money back. I have been on the phone at least 8 times in the past month to get this resolved.

Upon entering on Feb 1, 2025, I was greeted. The salesman immediately began talking about the sales signs and scanning the QR code. I said hi and kept walking toward the couch I had looked at a few weeks prior. He continued talking and I said Thank you. He took a few a quick steps toward me and in a loud aggressive tone he said “What did you say to me?”. I replied “thank you”. I repeated that I knew where I was going. He began an aggressive monologue about he’s only doing his job, and I need to let him do it. At his point, I would consider it yelling. I said “ok, we will be leaving”. He tried to get up in my face as I walked toward the door. He continued his monologue until I was gone. The worst part is there were other salesman watching and listening. They did not even get up off their seats to control this man. I know he did not know that my wife is 100% disabled retired veteran of 28 years, and she is limited with movement due to injuries.

Everyone was friendly and Donna was especially helpful without being pushy. Very pleasant experience in shopping.

Walked in and was greeted by David. He directed me to the bedroom sets I was looking for. The manager I think was Austin or Justin, sorry I can't remember, but he was very friendly and helpful. I found my bedroom set, but wasn't absolute sold on the price. The manager came over and assisted gave me price and I was very happy. I have purchased from Ashley before and will again. The process was fast and I walked out very happy. Thank you David and Austin (the manager on duty) . I very much appreciate it. Sylvia --- this is the bed plus night stand and dresser. LOVE IT!

Worst experience of our life. We regret ever walking into this Ashley store. We were essentially scammed when ordering the bed (it resulted in double the cost of what we expected to spend, we dealt with that, thats on us) but then the mattress which isn't even a year old till March is already failing. After contacting the phone number for help, no luck, went to the store, they were absolutely unwilling to help us and told us to GO TO THE MANUFACTURER FOR A LESS THAN YEAR OLD MATTRESS. After attempting that, we ended up BACK with Ashley making them assist us. We FINALLY after basically pulling all our hair out to get some help, had an appt set for someone just to "come look" at the bed nearly 2 weeks out (15th to the 28th). We get the confirmation and they never bothered to update that we moved, and were sending them to the wrong address....you'd think they could just update it....nope. They now are requiring us to drive into the store, provide our ID and THEN they will reschedule someone to come look at this bed. If i could drop this bed off at their door TODAY - IT WOULD BE DONE. STAY AWAY FROM ASHLEY. THE FURNITURE IS TERRIBLE QUALITY AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AT ALL. HEAD TO NFM IN THE COLONY IF YOU WANT TO BE TAKEN CARE OF oh and NOT scammed out of thousands of dollars.

UPDATE: ALL THEY DO IS LIE!!!! I SPOKE WITH A REP TODAY 02/11/25 THAT SAID MY MATTRESS WOULD BE EXHANGED THIS FRIDAY, HE THEN CALLED ME BACK AND SAID HE OVERSTEPPED HIS JOB AND I WILL NOT BE GETTING AN EXCHANGE. Do not EVER buy a mattress from here!!!!! We purchased a mattress 02/2024 and it was replaced 06/2024. Now the second mattress has a broken spring again. I went into the store 11/2024 and was rudely turned away at the front door saying they dont assist customer service in store. A tech was sent out 12/2024 and they told me in text on 12/31/24 the mattress would be exhanged. In January they called and said they were denying the claim stating the impression is under an inch and a half. Customer service was no help at all they said they can only do another inspection every 30 days. Which im sure they will again keep denying. No one will let me speak with who is denying these claims. Again do not ever ever ever buy anything from Ashley. Especially something you sleep on. Them replying to this review like they really want to help is a joke.

Came in looking for a piece of furniture with specific dimensions. The sales person wandered around looking with no clue. Never offered to help me find online. I even asked if she could and she acted like she didn’t know how. I was asked by her and 3 other employees if I wanted a mattress. I came in for a love seat! It was always by all the employees. The sales woman literally sat down and began to describe the couch that I told her I wasn’t interested in. I literally felt like I was in some sort of SNL skit! I found a comforter set I wanted. The sale took over 40 minutes!!! I almost walked out 3 separate times! Never again!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The experience started off well enough in the store. But then I had a concern about my receipt and you can’t call the store directly. The phone number on the receipt takes you to a phone tree that will not connect you to a live person. The only live person I could get was for online orders and when I told her what I needed she told me I would need to drive into the store which is an hour away from my house. Today our furniture was delivered… in boxes just inside our front door. I was told when I ordered it I had to inspect the furniture for damage before the delivery team left. HOW ? After unboxing the dresser there is a very large scratch on top but what am I going to do about that now? I have never in my life had to unbox and assemble furniture bought at a store that offered delivery. Also where I live doesn’t have bulk pick up so now I’m stuck with a ton of cardboard and styrofoam and it’s my problem to pay to get rid of it? I will never in my life order another thing from Ashley. Go anywhere else but here!!

It was the worst experience I have ever had in this Ashley store. They made me waste an hour of my time. I never want to buy from Ashley Formiture again. The saleswoman showed little knowledge of the system. I told her that I already had a credit opened twice and yet she opened a new application, running my credit and generating a new inquiry. I plan to pay everything I owe Ashley Forniture and buy from another store.

One this day I visited 1/2 a dozen furniture stores. All of them basically the same . A friendly staff member introduced themselves and I tell them what I'm looking for.. they'd show me what they had. Every one a pleasant experience. Until I got to Ashley furniture. This was the Twilight zone I was uncomfortable I wandered around for 15 min or so and started looking for exit . You all shop away all you want. I want nothing to do with this group

The easiest purchase ive made. I was in and out so fast, they handled everything i needed to a T, ask for Josh Beane, he was the absolute best customer service experience i have had in a long time.

I’ve went into Ashley furniture and I had a great experience with the greeting from Keo and Donna. We went in looking for a new mattress and we tried out different ones and we left with something with what we loved .

Walked in ready to furnish our new home and not one single salesperson bothered to even say hello. Not a peep from anyone and no one to be found for assistance. After 20 minutes we walked out and went elsewhere. Don't waste your time or money here.

Helped us find several pieces for our new home

Went to Ashley’s furniture at Alliance and the young man that waited on us was very pleasant. He helped us find the perfect recliner and arranged for us to pick it up the same day.

First off the sales person was clearly rushing me and made no secret about having two other customers waiting. However more importantly look at the attached photo. If you see a tag that has a price with a slash through it and above that it says "Take 35% off" would you expect to pay the price with the slash through it or do you expect to pay 35% off that price? Well according to this Ashley's location, I must pay $750. Not 35% off $750. $750 is the price with the discount. Plus they told me they don't ship clearance items, but if I paid that price plus $100 for shipping they would send it to Louisiana for me (this was a gift for my mom in La.). On top of that it was a floor model! (Which was not made clear to me until we were discussing the price discrepancy) I called another Ashley's location in Louisiana and got the exact same recliner, brand new, & shipped for less than the $750 this location was trying to charge me. What a joke!

Tammy was AMAZING! My fiancé and I stopped here to shop for a dining table and we left with a great affordable table plus a rug, and a new bed frame all for a great price! Outstanding customer service from Tammy!

I had the most wonderful experience when shopping at this furniture store. My sales person was Harston, and he really worked at helping me get a couch within my budget. His kindness persuaded my shopping companion to buy a Tempur-Pedic bed. I was a little impatient on the day my couch was to be delivered, but the delivery team was amazing as well and came within the expected time. I only discovered some of the couch's added features and its exceptional quality upon delivery. I must say that this couch is a tremendous blessing and a beautiful addition to my home. I have all good to say about this experience!

Getting the items I bought to be delivered has been a nightmare. I have taken off work twice, and both times the order was cancelled without notification. There is some kind of issue with their system, and each employee gives a different reason why, and none of them can fix it.

Worst customer service process in the world. Couch was supposed to be delivered today, hadn’t heard anything so reached out yesterday and there was some issue at the store with how the input the sales code. Called the store all day today and yesterday and got no answer. Went through million automated steps and finally made it through and confirmed they updated the code and delivery could be rescheduled . Again- they did not notify us of any of these important details that impacted our delivery…. Very disappointed in the way this was handled…

We worked with Asif who was courteous, explained everything well, answered all our questions and best of all we did not feel rushed to make a decision. Unfortunately things changed once everything was signed. Communication completely stopped issues arose. Wrong furniture was delivered. Charges were made. We were sent back-and-forth from customer service to the store. Nobody could answer our questions. And charges have not been dropped from our credit card, which we did not make. I have tried to contact this gentleman at no avail. My husband and I are extremely disappointed and no I would not shop at this store at all. There is no customer service whatsoever.

The pickup process is ridiculous. It took so long to pick up 1 item. It’s like they could care less about there customers

Only reason I gave this a 2 star is the store matched online prices. Delivery ended up being two weeks out but thanks to some routing issue it is pushed off another week. We had to handle getting rid of our own furniture which we did for most of it expecting delivery on a certain date. I will not buy from this store again. Living spaces handled our purchases for our son last year way better. Wish I would have gone back there.

I have never been so disrespected by any Manager or company in my life! Ashley delivered the wrong mirror on Saturday November 23rd 2024 ok stuff happens they were supposed to deliver the correct one on Wednesday November 27th 2024 never showed up. Called customer care and could not get anyone to answer. So I went up to the store at alliance town center today the 29th the store Manager told me to call customer care so I did that while in the store was on with them for a hour all I need was someone to do was fix the wrong sku on the open order the store Manager refused three times to help me! I asked if a sales rep could help me. He said nope they were busy with black friday he even told that to the girl at their customer care center. Get ready Ashley, this old Marine is just getting started!

I really should’ve read the reviews on yelp prior to making any purchase at this store. Customer service is horrendous. You cannot speak with the manager because they never answer their phone and if you stop in the store, there’s not a manager available. They do not stand behind their protection plan reimbursement, and they continue to give you the runaround when you wanna speak with someone. Followup: I did receive a response from the store, but the number that they gave me to call is the same number I’ve been calling and got the same runaround

Trying to cancel an order is nearly impossible without going back into the store and that is absolutely ridiculous. Online chat can’t help you and the auto answering only has options for order status, warranty or a new order. It should not be this difficult to cancel an order and I will likely not shop at Ashley in the future.

Bought a sofa and the delivery truck broke down multiple times so I haven’t received the sofa. They didn’t offer me a discount or free item for dealing with bad service.

Selection for kids bedroom furniture was low. We did end up purchasing sets online and it will take approx 4 weeks to receive. Other then that the experience was great, the young man that help me and my husband I believe his name was Adrian was awesome considering we came in 1 hour before close.

I would give no stars for the Alliance store. It isn’t a Corporate owned store so they don’t give a crap about customer service. My order was to be delivered today. Got several text messages saying what time the should be showing up then all of a sudden my delivery was cancelled and there is no way to talk to a person at the store. You with get a chat bot or someone sitting at home taking their customer service calls and they can’t even reach the store. I had the sales person’s cell number and he ignored me several times until I left a voicemail stating he would lose the entire sale if I didn’t hear from the manager. Still haven’t heard from the manager. Apparently the manager doesn’t care about customers or employees. This is the same exact experience I had with RTG 7 years ago. You get what you pay for. I won’t be shopping discount furniture stores in the future. It’s hilarious how they have a chat bot tell you they are sorry for your inconvenience but yet the crappy manager is still there and the customer is not satisfied Ashley doesn’t care. Omg. I guess the like getting trashed due to their poor customer service. What a joke.

Best store in the DFW area. I was helped by both Donna M and Alan. Very professional and knowledgable. They have assisted me with numerous projects and it has been nothing but 10/10 experiences. I will be recommending this location to my colleagues as well as continuing to give them my own business.

I wish I could give zero stars, don't buy from Ashely, my mom bought a leather couch and less than 2 years later she can't recline her couch, when she called Ashley, they said that's been discontinued and nothing they can do. Sad they feel that way, my mom is elderly and can't even put her feet up on her leather couch. I will let everyone I know to not buy from Ashely Furniture!

Buyer Beware, purchased a couch and Loveseat from Ashley 2 years ago. The warranty was for 5 years on the recliners. It seems they discontinued this brand and will do nothing to honor the warranty. Now im stuck with a couch that won't recline and that's the only reason I bought it. The Corporate office is useless and when I spoke to Jessica the supervisor she made it clear they cannot do anything. She refused to give me her managers number, she said she already spoke to Patty, her manager, and she can't help me either. Stay away from Ashley Furniture unless you have over $3000 dollars to throw away. I now have a couch that won't recline and need the recliner to elevate my legs. I have also filed a complaint with BBB Texas. Wish I would have googled the reviews in the 1st place, I would have know what a rip off this company is.

Bad place to get your furniture took 5 weeks to deliver and was damaged when I got it waited two weeks to fix and tech messed it up even more and had to order more parts and still have to wait to get it fixed and make sure it's not noticable, also tech dropped all the staples in my driveway when he did the so called repair hopefully they didn't get in my tires if not I will file a claim tech said reviews didn't matter he hardly got called out when he had bad reviews so he didn't care.

Bowen was a professional representative of his trade. Good to work with and closed a great deal. Ashley product and their people are an awesome fit, for today's economy.

This store is filled with liars and will take your money without giving you the furniture. Between Alex the salesperson , Alan the manager, and the call center, nobody can resolve why my order hasn’t been delivered. We just want our furniture and nobody can get us our furniture we already paid for.

Salesman was great. However, we had an issue with delivery and we refused the ordered furniture due to black smudges on every piece of furniture. We have tried for over a month to get the issue resolved with no help from the store manager nor customer service. It’s a joke. At this point, we just want our money back and we will never order from them again. Buyer beware!!

Went in looking for a dining table. Was immediately greeted. I told the sales associate (SA) I was interested in three of their round tables, but that my favorite was discontinued. He explained to me that the online inventory was different than what was available through their warehouse. Sure enough there was one available at the warehouse. He price matched the website for it, set up the purchase and warehouse pick up and quick as you please I was on my way: the proud owner of the exact table I wanted!

Donna at Alliance Center was very helpful and patient. I would refer Donna to anyone!

Pleasant buying experience

I purchased a Starmore bedroom set from Ashley in March 2021. Yesterday one of the side rails of the bedframe ($799) broke when I, 5'11/190, sat on the foot of the bed. I lifted up the box spring and found that it was only being supported by 3 slats. This is a design flaw where Ashley "cheaped out" on support slats which I believe led to the failure. I'm now having to replace my bed 3 1/2 years into the 5 year protection plan that I paid an additional $499 for... only to find out that the "protection plan" doesn't cover breaks! I spoke to Ashley customer service who could only apologize for the inconvenience. If you want furniture that lasts, please shop elsewhere.

My husband and I decided to purchase new mattresses for the whole family during the Labor Day sales at the Alliance location and Donna Mims took spectacular care of us. She was fun, knowledgeable and great to work with. Not only did she take care of us during the sale but she followed through on every promise after the sale. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and had a great experience from start to finish. The level of customer service she provided is something that you rarely experience these days and it was definitely appreciated. We will definitely go back to Ashley for our next furniture purchase!

Young professionals stay away from this place. Me and my wifey (both 25) went in as we are looking for a new bedroom furniture set and a new couch, and we did a full lap around the store and were completely ignored by all of the employees. We saw as other people came in and were immediately greeted and offered assistance, so tired of being ignored we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. This was our 1st time in an Ashely’s and the actual furniture was nice, we even really liked a bed so had anyone bothered to approach us they would have made a good sale that day. Had great hopes so I was upset at our treatment.

My husband and I had a great experience at this location. They had a great selection to choose from. Our salesman, Adrian, was very knowledgeable and helped us with any questions and concerns we had regarding the furniture pieces. He didn’t rush us and also allowed us to have time to ourselves to discuss things over. Once we were happy with our couch selection, Adrian made the checkout process as smooth as possible. I highly recommend this location and I also highly recommend going to Adrian as your salesman. He also speaks spanish.

The young men that delivered the third time were great but getting to that point with the automated system was a nightmare. I was not told there were two levels of delivery. They tried to deliver to the doorstep. After three attempts with AI, I got a human who said I had to go to the store to fix the problem. I went to the store and Alan re-setup delivery. He showed me in the system it would be white glove. When they showed up the second time, they tried to deliver to the doorstep again. I called Alan again and after a lot of work with the distribution office, they finally got it correct in the system. They need to add a feature to speak with a customer service rep. Some concerns cannot be addressed by AI. If not for the caring wonderful service of Alan, I would have canceled the order and never shopped Ashley again. Thank you Alan! I love my new table!

From the moment i walked into the store, Donna was right there to greet me, take me to the sofa i was looking for and give me some well deserved information. I left for about 10 minutes and when i returned, unfortunately, Donna wasn't available, but she asked Wyzell, to assist and he carried it the rest of the way. The whole process was smooth, and Donna and Wyzell made it possible with the valuable information i received, and the service. Definitely recommended, thank you. And yes, i did purchase the Maggie Sofa.

We were pleasantly surprised that we found the perfect sofa for our home. Ordering was simple, and delivery tracking was very helpful. The only negative we experienced was trying to reach anyone via phone. The customer service rep was unprofessional and looped me into a frustrating series of automated “offers” that had nothing to do with our furniture purchase.

The sales woman wasnt very knowledgeable about product prices and delivery charges. We purchased a recliner, saw a couch table wanted to add to the delivery. We were charged $99 for the chair, $79 for the table??!! We asked the lady why, she lost it, took off walking fast around the store, we had to ask another salesperson the question, then was told we could get it delivered in the box for $0 but will get charged $79 with it being assembled. Then was told the charge was because of the price of the furniture. Well if you combine the two products is that enough to get what we wanted? Got no answer from either person. This was unacceptable. We didnt get mad, we werent loud, just wanted answers. The lady lost it. Doubt if we will ever go back to this store again.

Purchased a queen size bed. Salesperson was nice and the price was reasonable. Paid $99 for delivery and haul away of the box from the new bed. The delivery team left packing in the room and left a big box on our lawn. I told customer service and they said, they will come back for the box. They never did.

Avoid this place unless you want to get ripped off. Came and purchased a super over priced couch. I was pressured into purchasing the warranty even though I said no multiple times. Was told I could cancel if I decided I wanted to. A week and a half after getting my couch I tried to cancel and the store tells me I have to call corporate for that. I try to call corporate and they say the store has to do it. Store manager is a joke, pretends not to be there when you ask to speak with a manager.

Misleading prices

Employees are always super helpful and friendly.

The salesperson was fine, and the delivery was a nightmare. Took about ten days to get the bed we ordered delivered. They call the morning of delivery and say they don't have all the pieces. They deliver 3/5 of the bed and say the rest will come soon. Eight days later, the last two pieces are delivered, but they don't have the hardware to put it together. I have to reach out several times, but no one called me to get the hardware delivered to my house. Then they tell me it will be ten more days until someone can come out and assemble the bed. Nightmare. Go somewhere else! UPDATE TO THE RESPONSE. That number is not a real number. You text it and someone will respond several hours later. They ask for your information and then ask you to rate 1 if you're satisfied or 2 if you're not. They do not help at all.

I tried to be positive dealing with a very dry sales person, William. He was sarcastic and bothered when we would ask to compare some prices for us. We spent 3 1/2 hours there with the majority of it due to technical issues caused by carelessness and unapologetic mistakes. He even seemed bothered when I asked for water for my 5 yr old. He made mistakes in creating my account but would pass the laptop to another salesperson to correct. Currently, we are experiencing having to push back our delivery date (originally supposed to be delivered on Monday 8/26) because he entered the address incorrectly. This was probably due to the multiple attempts at creating our account. We had looked online and were very excited to update our bedrooms with new furniture but this experience is taking a toll. I don't like to bash but I feel if you are in a sales position, there are certain attributes you should posses. 1 week later: I have a partial delivery and it’s the wrong color from what was ordered. I’m missing items from the order that was originally created therefore the order that has had its delivery delayed 3 times is still going the be lacking. When you try to contact the sales people onsite, they’re too busy to take your call and flat out tell you they’re too busy to take your call and direct you to call the Customer Service phone number. It’s a big snow-balling mess. We just want to cancel our order and get our money back…. Oh but wait… you can’t. All sales are final. Update: 9/11/24 Alan saved the day!!!! We called the store after Labor Day and thought we were going to have to explain our situation again to only fall onto deaf ears but we were wrong! Alan B. answered the phone and took the bull by the horns and FIXED everything! We are happy campers. It took a lot of rearranging and sorting that no one else wanted to bother with. Alan is a SUPERSTAR!!! Thank you!

They lie I purchased a counter top table and picked out the chairs that I wanted they gave me a delivery date and now are telling me that they don’t have them they don’t return calls. The is the worst experience I have ever had I will be calling corporate office I don’t want the table without my chair I want them to come pick this up are get me my chairs

Started out to be a very good experience. The reclining sofa that we bought is the hardest piece of furniture I’ve ever sat in. Donna was the sales person at Ashley‘s in alliance. The reclining sofa we chose in the store was the most comfortable. Ours, is hard as a rock. We went back to change our furniture for something else and they had a no return policy. They told us to have a bunch of kids over to jump up and down on our furniture. I’ve had major neck surgery, and we are stuck with a couch that is so uncomfortable. You can go online and buy a piece of furniture, site unseen and you have 30 days to return the item. there’s something wrong with this picture. I would definitely do your research and make sure that you can have a piece of furniture that you’re gonna have for years and if it is not comfortable, turn it back in for something better. We followed up with Ashley’s a directed by (Owner) only to be approved for a re-selection and told by Jennifer to go to the store and pick out suitable sofa only to be told that that was not going to happen. They said they do not have a return policy. This head rest is so stiff and bulky that it pushes my head forward causing horrible pain and further damage above and below the rods in my neck.

Showroom was clean and staff was friendly. Alan greeted me as I first walk in the door. He took me to the bedroom set I saw advertised on Ashley sale email.

This is by far the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any large retailer. I ordered a mattress and box springs from the Alliance in Keller location and scheduled my delivery. The first scheduled date, they did not show up so I rescheduled. The second date they said their truck broke down and they would give me status updates. Without any updates, two men showed up at my house at 11pm to deliver my items. They delivered the box springs-no mattress. They said the mattress was on backorder which was news to me. I tried to contact my sales associate with absolutely zero follow through and out of frustration, cancelled my order which I had already paid for. Dealing with customer service was an absolute nightmare. It’s almost impossible to get an actual human on the phone. When I was finally able to get through, I was told twice that my order had been cancelled and I would get an email confirmation of the return. I never received any confirmation or credit. After much more back and forth with zero success in getting a credit back for an item that I do not have, my only choice was to dispute with my credit card company which is what I did. I say all this to hopefully save potential buyers the hassle and frustration that I’ve had over something so simple which still is unresolved Hope this helps.

We came in looking to buy a powered dual electric reclining loveseat. I found one on their websites, but they don't keep it in stock, and it would be over a week to arrive. I told her I needed to be able to sit in it to determine if it was comfortable before spending that much money. She tried to pressure me into going ahead and buying it and then just refusing delivery if I didn't like it. I told her I didn't want to wait that long for delivery only to possibly have to wait for a refund before buying something else. She then proceeded to show me more expensive ones that were on stock that were manual. Even after repeatedly telling her it had to be powered due to disability. She had the audacity to tell me that I didn't look disabled. They will never get my business.

We strongly recommend NOT buying from this Ashley’s store! All sales are final. We purchased a high end reclining sofa after sitting in their showroom sofa. We were delivered a sofa that was like sitting on a rock! We went back to the store after giving it a week to try to get used to it. They told us the floor model had been in the store for over a year and was VERY broken in and ours would soften up. They actually recommended we recruit some kids to jump on our new couch! We waited another 3 weeks, still painful to sit in. Offered to buy more furniture from them to equal or even go over the purchase price of the sofa. They would NOT do ANYTHING to help us. Researched further and found out that if you purchase from Ashley.com, they allow returns for 30 days. This store does no such thing. If you find something you like, purchase it online and NOT at this store!

I recently had a terrible experience with a purchase from them. Both the manager and the seller misled me during the financing process, claiming there would be no additional fees or interest if paid within 90 days. However, Acima and the store deceived me, and now I’m stuck paying nearly $1,000 in extra fees and taxes to cover the financing, even though I paid it off in full within a week. The customer service from both Acima and the store manager is awful. The manager provided totally conflicting information before and after the sale. Overall, the manager seems highly unprofessional, and Acima feels like a scam. I’m writing this review to share my experience and prevent such scam for the new buyer!

I have had zero communication from this company and I still do not have my bed, and the “delivery” keeps getting pushed back without telling me anything! I am so utterly disappointed and disgusted that this is happening! Stay away from this Ashley furniture store! They are unethical and this has been the absolute worst experience! Enough is enough! Where is my bed?! Ridiculous!

It was a very pleasant experience shopping at the Ashley's store at Alliance Town Center. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The salesman, David Hardcastle, was friendly and let me explore without hovering. He did check with me a couple of times to ask if I had any questions and he directed me to more choices of sofas that I was shopping for. I did purchase a sofa and recliner and was pleased with the purchase process also.

I took my 88yo mom into this store on June 27 to buy a recliner and a bed for her new apartment at her assisted living place. We worked with Kendarryl who was very helpful and assisted us in finding the right pieces of furniture. Where everything fell apart? After the sale! This company has NO customer service. It's impossible to get a live human being on the phone. They use bots for everything, from scheduling delivery to dealing with customer issues. We scheduled furniture delivery and had everything set up, then they texted to change the date because they didn't have everything in the warehouse yet. OK fine. We finally get the furniture delivered on July 29 - a MONTH later. The recliner, the mattress and box spring are delivered. But no bed frame. They honestly expected my 88yo mom to sleep on a bed on the floor. Then I got another text THREE HOURS AFTER the delivery that the bed frame was not available and wouldn't be arriving with today's delivery. Thanks for the news flash. Then they texted and said they'd let me know when it would be delivered. I get delivery mess-ups; stuff happens. What I am FURIOUS about is the inability to TALK to a LIVE HUMAN about this and work out the details. I will NEVER do business with Ashley Homestore again. This appalling lack of customer service is too frustrating and time-consuming. We found an alternate solution for my mom and have cancelled the bed frame from our order. I refuse to spend anymore time with bots and AI generated text messages. Good-bye Ashley.

Horrible. They lied and misrepresented the item that was supposed to be delivered before I then canceled order. Now I decided to give them another chance. I ordered a console with a fireplace. They tried to deliver only the fireplace without the console. Delivery man said he did not know about the console. I called the store who said both were supposed to be delivered. I now had to cancel the order because I don’t want a fireplace and no where to put it. I will NEVER buy from them again.

I purchased my bedroom set in the first week of June, but it took five attempts to get everything delivered. We needed a bed frame in the meantime while waiting for our bed rails, so we bought one for $65. However, the salesperson sold us a used one that was missing parts. I returned it the next day, and it took almost two months to get a refund. I reached out to the local manager, Allan, but received no response. The sales rep at the Foster-Alliance location was really pushing us to accept their warranty, and we told him more than three times that we didn’t need it. He also mentioned that he wasn’t making much from us, which I couldn’t believe he said. I’ve never bought anything from Ashley Furniture before, and now I understand why. While the local manager tried to help, the only person who was truly helpful during this process was Maria, the manager in customer service. We won’t be returning to purchase anything from this store.

Delivery was awful because I have a lakehouse and it was suppose to be delivered july 4th weekend. They brought the bedroom set without the base and mattress. Now the second time last weekend they just brought the base and once again no mattress. Now this Saturday once again they are suppose to deliver. What date will that be? And then they have the nerve to charge me delivery for a desk I bought but will be delivering the mattress anyway. Worse service I have ever had. No communication whatsoever.

I went in to look around with my friend as we both just built new homes . I had no intentions of purchasing anything but after Kendarryl Johnson took so much time taking care of me and helping me measure out different items I ended of purchasing a sectional and 12 pieces of art work. To the vice president that just left when we arrived I hope you take some time out of your busy day to recognize him as he goes above and beyond to help bring in sales. On June 13th I received no help from this store. My whole family was discriminated. We were standing and walking around the whole entire store and no one approached us to assist us. We were there for at least 30 minutes. A white older couple came in and they all ran to them to assist them. Left a really bad taste; poor customer service. One finally asked to help us. No thank you I took my business to Rooms to go down the street where they know how to treat all their customers with respect and curtesy as soon as you walk in the door, bought two bedroom sets and mattresses from them, I’m sure that would have helped your sales numbers. Do better! I will never recommend Ashley Stores to anyone. It was a bald man and younger man. Just because we are Hispanic doesn’t mean we don’t have money!

I am a regular customer for Ashley and purchased more than $40k worth of furniture. However I had a very bad experience with the manager and employee of this store. They can messed up with your paperwork and add up charge quickly. Hence, I would strongly suggest to avoid this store as there are very customer friendly store within 35 mins drive.

Summary: There is no trust in the manager and employee of this store, please avoid this store as there are alternatives within 30 mins drive. They can messed up with the paperwork to deceive customers. Moreover, the contact number they provide in the reviews seems to be just for show, as they don’t answer calls or respond to texts. I am a regular Ashley customer, however I got disappointed by this store. I purchased a couch, and due to technical problem in my credit card I need to go with Acima, the manager and the seller clearly mentioned I am not required to pay any additional fee for Acima if I paid the amount in 90 days. I am trying to pay the money within a week of purchase, However Acima combined with Ashley Alliance cheated on us, They entered money without deducting taxes on the total amount to Acima, hence now I am entitled to pay taxes twice one time with Acima and another with Ashley . Also, when I try to pay the money for Acima this is charging additional fees, not sure, how they can cheat people.. I am supposed to pay $4000(including taxes) for Ashley, however the Ashley seller made a mistake when entering the Acima, hence they made $4000 without taxes, that should ended up $4400 in Acima but Acima is charging an additional fee so when I call Acima I am entitled to pay $4800. Store manager is good and polite but he is not accepting the mistake of his employee, I showed written text from the employee who told the amount was including taxes, but he refused and said whatever is entered in the Acima is final. So, I am becoming a victim and need to pay $800 more because of the mistake of the employee and manager is not cooperating. One day they can resolve if there is written proof, other day they can’t do anything! It seems like Acima and Ashley are partnering to cheat customers!

After a terrifying day of shopping at a competitor the day before, I walked in at Ashley Furniture only to be greeted by Dayne. She wasn’t an overbearing salesperson just wanting to make her commission. She wasn’t afraid to ask me if she could pray with me about my situation. She gave me hope in a moment I was lost. She was kind and patient while paying close attention to my budget. Once my items were selected, Alex stepped in to assist with financing. After a total time of 4 hours, I am now the proud owner of a full house of furniture. I can’t thank these two people enough who showed me kindness, empathy and some good laughter throughout an unexpected experience. Customer service is very important to me and Ashley Furniture has the best team possible at the Fort Worth-Alliance location.

The original delivery date was scheduled for July 11th; when we let the sales person know we could take deliver a few days earlier, he informed us the delivery had been moved out to the following week with no explanation from the delivery service. Despite numerous follow ups we still do not have a delivery date and have no where to sit in our home until the furniture gets delivered. No updates from the sales person in 2 days and all he can share is he cannot get a response from the delivery team. Major fail in customer services.

Everything was good prices ,services, selection whole experience was good we had shopped at another store prior to going to Ashley and they just seemed more interested in making their commission money ( I know that is important and all ) But there is more to being a good salesperson I would recommend them

Great experience, our sales consultant David did an excellent job showing us the benefits of the Tempur- Pedic mattress compared to competitors. He provided all details accurately with promotions and delivery options. Highly recommend if you’re in the market for a mattress or bed.

Bowen was very professional. He was very knowledgeable with all the configurations of the furniture we had looked at. We had been to several furniture stores and he was , by far, the most helpful! I would highly recommend him.

We were very pleased at the deals we found. We left there with a sweet deal on a great hybrid mattress and free adjustable stand. Literally half the price as rooms to go. Also we liked a children’s bedroom suite but they didn’t have a queen listed. KD was able to find a queen sized set in the same pattern. We were 500 dollars under budget by shopping at Ashley’s. The only thing I would say is that the internet was slow and kept people waiting sometimes but hopefully they will get that figured out.

Had a good experience with the staff. I have bought many sets from Ashley furniture and all had great lasting quality. The stuff is flexible and always tries to give you the price that fits your comfort level. They even try to price match

Buyers be ware.. Sofa is painful and not what we sat in after spending hours picking out of sofa with Donna. They have no warranty!! We spent 2400.00 $ and can’t use sofa. As you can see I have had major surgery on my neck. This sofa pushes my head forward witch causes great pain for me. The model we sat in at the show room was the most comfortable sofa. We were very cautious to pick comfort. They have been reported to BBB on numerous occasions. We have contacted them on numerous occasions only to be told that they do not do returns.

Cancelled my delivery since my old furniture won’t be picked up on time. Got a little crazy in the AI system when trying to confirm a new date. Truly don’t like AI! But then I DID actually receive a real phone call to confirm my new delivery date, though AI told me I had not replied with an available response. Not true. Don’t have time for games communicating with a computer.

They convinced me to buy furniture, saying that it will arrive within a week. Before making a payment I asked more than 3 times about delivery dates, but call the customer service and came to know that it will arrive after 4 month. Very bad experience

The store and the sales team are great. But......... Home office is a joke and theives. I returned a table and chairs and after over a month I am still waiting for the refund. Not only am I still waiting for it. I'm given the run around. IF you buy from ashley's make sure it's what you want because they will steal your money if you change your mind.

The salesperson had no idea and gave us the wrong pricing which with so called discount was higher than the normal price. Then we ask for the manager who takes his own time to come over and with his sarcasm made our decision easy to walk out

Donna was great! Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We checked 2 other furniture stores in the area and none of the sales reps were as helpful as she was. She was also able to get me a great deal on a great sectional and ottoman! Would recommend.

I would give negative stars if I could. This whole location is full of liars and scammers. Went into the store on 5/5 and purchased a couch, loveseat, coffee table, side tables and recliner- advised delivery would be 6/6 when I completed my purchase. 5/6 I received over 20 text messages about the delivery. On 5/20 I contacted the store to confirm my delivery and they said although all the pieces are available they will not be able to deliver until 6/20. I was told they would contact the scheduled delivery team and call me back within 48 hours to confirm date and time. No call back, this went on for 2 weeks. Today 6/17 they call me to tell me they do not have my items available for 6/20 delivery. I called in, the guy lied to me telling me he can only cancel the order if I drive over an hour to the store. I told him that doesn’t sound right and I would like a refund as I do not wish to do business with their organization. Finally I was told order was canceled and I should receive an email with 30 minutes and red within 7-10 days. Advised he would also send an email advising he cancelled the order (Atish is what he said his name was). After 45 mon still no email and called back to speak with the general manager Austin who said they can’t do returns and would have to contact customer service, no email could be issued. Don’t waste your time or money with this fraudulent company

It was an extremely successful afternoon experience with Foster. I will be back.

I know people don’t write these unless something is wrong or they have a great experience. Unfortunately I have had the worst experience with this store and delivery service. I ordered two beds for my kids. I paid and ensured that they updated my phone number and address at the store. A week goes by and the day they promised delivery never happened. I call the delivery and they promised sat delivery. I also told them they needed to update my number. They tell me I had to call main store to do that. So here I go again and wasting time to get my number updated as they promised it was. After a week of not hearing anything, I call back up and guess what, they still have old number. I politely ask them to cancel the order. They promised it was cancelled. Delivery service calls me and I told them it was cancelled. I then have to call store again and the gentleman I spoke with promised me it’s cancelled. I just received a call today from delivery asking what day works. I politely explain this to the person over the phone. She then tells me they see a note but no cancellation was ever put in . I have spent a lot of money here in the past, but this is the worst service ever. No body will take accountability and make things right. I caution you before you shop here

I purchased a vanity mirror. Salesman was nice, they price matched the website. But after the sale, it has been extremely inconvenient. I was told it would be delivered Saturday, On Saturday I called and was told the order accidently did not get placed even though they had charged my credit card. We changed delivery to Weds ONLY because he told me I did not need to be home and they would drop it off at the door. On Sunday I received a text saying someone 18 years or older would need to be home to sign for the delivery. I said I wanted to just change the delivery address to my work. They told me I needed had to go into the store. So on Sunday I went to the store to update the delivery address. Now today on Weds, the expected delivery date, It shows out for delivery to my home. We called in to notify them we went in store to change the delivery address on Sunday. They told us the store only changed the billing address and not the delivery address. So after 2 store trips and a missed delivery date, my husband is now taking a day off work just to receive the delivery.

However, this promise quickly fell through. After agreeing to a delivery schedule for the available items, only the mattress arrived on the designated day. To my frustration, I was then informed that the complete sofa delivery would be inexplicably delayed by an astonishing 2-3 months, a drastic deviation from the initial timeline provided. This delay was not only inconvenient but completely altered our furnishing plans. Seeking resolution, I visited the store a few weeks later, only to be met with apathy from the manager. There was a stark lack of accountability as they dismissively cited the fine print on the receipt about "estimated delivery." However, it is misleading to suggest that an "estimate" could entail a quarter of a year's delay, as reasonable customer expectation set by initial sales discussions anticipated a far shorter timeframe. The situation escalated when we decided to cancel our order, only to discover that the delivery fee was non-refundable. This policy felt like a final slap in the face, penalizing us for Ashley’s logistical failings. I am utterly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer care demonstrated by Ashley Furniture. I advise potential customers to consider other furniture providers who value customer satisfaction and transparency. I, for one, will not patronize Ashley again and will ensure my friends and family are aware of their deplorable service practices.
