I moved here from across the country and bought furniture (with cash) for my entire house over a month ago. I have had zero communication from this company and I still do not have my bed, and the “delivery” keeps getting pushed back without telling me anything! I am so utterly disappointed and disgusted that this is happening! Stay away from this Ashley furniture store! They are unethical and this has been the absolute worst experience! Enough is enough! Where is my bed?! Ridiculous!

It was a very pleasant experience shopping at the Ashley's store at Alliance Town Center. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The salesman, David Hardcastle, was friendly and let me explore without hovering. He did check with me a couple of times to ask if I had any questions and he directed me to more choices of sofas that I was shopping for. I did purchase a sofa and recliner and was pleased with the purchase process also.

I took my 88yo mom into this store on June 27 to buy a recliner and a bed for her new apartment at her assisted living place. We worked with Kendarryl who was very helpful and assisted us in finding the right pieces of furniture. Where everything fell apart? After the sale! This company has NO customer service. It's impossible to get a live human being on the phone. They use bots for everything, from scheduling delivery to dealing with customer issues. We scheduled furniture delivery and had everything set up, then they texted to change the date because they didn't have everything in the warehouse yet. OK fine. We finally get the furniture delivered on July 29 - a MONTH later. The recliner, the mattress and box spring are delivered. But no bed frame. They honestly expected my 88yo mom to sleep on a bed on the floor. Then I got another text THREE HOURS AFTER the delivery that the bed frame was not available and wouldn't be arriving with today's delivery. Thanks for the news flash. Then they texted and said they'd let me know when it would be delivered. I get delivery mess-ups; stuff happens. What I am FURIOUS about is the inability to TALK to a LIVE HUMAN about this and work out the details. I will NEVER do business with Ashley Homestore again. This appalling lack of customer service is too frustrating and time-consuming. We found an alternate solution for my mom and have cancelled the bed frame from our order. I refuse to spend anymore time with bots and AI generated text messages. Good-bye Ashley.

Horrible. They lied and misrepresented the item that was supposed to be delivered before I then canceled order. Now I decided to give them another chance. I ordered a console with a fireplace. They tried to deliver only the fireplace without the console. Delivery man said he did not know about the console. I called the store who said both were supposed to be delivered. I now had to cancel the order because I don’t want a fireplace and no where to put it. I will NEVER buy from them again.

I purchased my bedroom set in the first week of June, but it took five attempts to get everything delivered. We needed a bed frame in the meantime while waiting for our bed rails, so we bought one for $65. However, the salesperson sold us a used one that was missing parts. I returned it the next day, and it took almost two months to get a refund. I reached out to the local manager, Allan, but received no response. The sales rep at the Foster-Alliance location was really pushing us to accept their warranty, and we told him more than three times that we didn’t need it. He also mentioned that he wasn’t making much from us, which I couldn’t believe he said. I’ve never bought anything from Ashley Furniture before, and now I understand why. While the local manager tried to help, the only person who was truly helpful during this process was Maria, the manager in customer service. We won’t be returning to purchase anything from this store.

What a customer service! I’ve rarely seen this culture elsewhere. Ken was amazing with my family. He listened to our needs and gave us the best possible solution. He was also very patient with my toddlers. I will definitely recommend this store. Thank you Ken for such a great experience.
