We purchased a recliner and a sectional from Ashley Furniture and had a great experience. Dennis was our salesperson engaging, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He worked with us to put together a solid deal and made the whole process easy. We’re repeat customers and would absolutely recommend both Dennis and Ashley Furniture.

Worst experience ever! Had the best experience with Jordan new sales person but then Asif one of the managers tried to take over and commit an illegal processing of a sale and say it was the process to place a hold on the couch incase I decided to come back so I could get the sale price. If that was the case why did I get an email that said thanks for your order. Thank goodness I realized his SCAM just before the final signature. SHAME ON YOU ASHLEY'S FOR ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPEN!!

My salesman Matt M. was amazing. I was looking dinning sets. They have abundance of sets. He was happy to move different chairs for me to try with the table that I chose. I will be getting my new dinning set next Friday.

I just recently moved to Dallas. People are a bit different here. I walked in the store and not one person acknowledged me while I browsed the store not even the manager. I come from a place where people say hi and smile to welcome and acknowledge you. I browsed the store for a little bit longer to only greeted by a sales lady Keo who was not only friendly but had beautiful spirit. She was pleasant to work with and very helpful with my decision of furniture choice. After we completed our transaction she introduced me to her manager! I give Keo 10 stars individually.

***Definitely be aware, they will give a delivery date in store and will change it without notice*** I ordered a chair and was told it would be delivered Monday 12/29 and that I would get a call, email or text the day before with a window for the delivery time. I didn't receive a notification the day before the delivery so I ended up calling the day of the scheduled delivery date and was told the chair was delayed and the next available deilvery date would be almost a week later. I asked why I wasnt made aware of the delay ahead of time but the person on the phone didnt have an explanation. Really frustrating that I had made arrangements to be home from work and it ended up being a waste of a day off. Now I am wondering if the updated delivery date will even be correct or if I will be wasting yet another day off from work. Based on this experience I doubt I would purchase from them again. Had I known my order would have taken 3 weeks to deliver I definitely wouldnt have purchased it. The lack of communication and explanation for the delay and having to now waste 2 days off from work is really frustrating.
