Sales representative previously worked at a pawn store and brought dishonest and unethical business practices with him. Took me almost a full calendar year to resolve my issue. I'll be shopping at Nebraska Furniture Mart from now on.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Our experience with Ashley Furniture in Fort Worth has been nothing short of infuriating and heartbreaking. We trusted this store with a $5,000 purchase — a mattress and base — and made it absolutely clear to the associate that mattress removal was a must. We asked more than once, and each time we were assured, “Yes, we will take your old mattress.” Fast forward to delivery day, and the delivery crew casually drops the bomb: “We don’t remove old mattresses. It’s not included.” I immediately called the store, thinking there had to be some mistake. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, I was met with a dismissive, “Sorry, the associate gave you the wrong information.” No refund for the service we were promised. No effort to make things right. Just a shrug over the phone as if our $5,000 meant nothing to them. We weren’t just inconvenienced — we were lied to. We rearranged our home, made plans based on their promise, and then were left scrambling at the last minute. This is not just bad customer service, it’s a complete failure in honesty, integrity, and respect for the customer. Shame on Ashley Furniture Fort Worth for prioritizing a sale over truth. Shame for treating loyal customers as disposable once the transaction is complete. We will never spend another dime here, and I will make sure to share our story with everyone I know so they don’t end up in the same situation. If you value honesty, reliability, and being treated with respect — stay far away from this place.

Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had with a furniture store. We spent over $5,000 at Ashley Furniture in Fort Worth on a mattress and base. Before handing over our money, we clearly and repeatedly asked the associate if removal of our old mattress was included, and we were told YES, absolutely. Delivery day comes, and the crew informs us that mattress removal is NOT included. We called the store thinking it had to be a mistake, only to be told, “Sorry, the associate gave you wrong information.” That’s it. No solution. No offer to make it right. No respect for the fact that they misled us on a major purchase. This isn’t just poor customer service — it’s dishonest, careless, and shows zero integrity. For a store that claims to value customers, they clearly only care about making the sale and walking away. We feel betrayed, frustrated, and completely disappointed. Save yourself the heartache and shop somewhere that actually keeps their word.

I was pleasantly surprised with our sales person’s personality and knowledge of the bedroom furniture I was buying. Bowen was able to get his manager to approve furniture protection at no cost for us and delivery by our due date!

Bought a floor model bed they lost the screws be careful non refundable. They almost loaded up another customers order as well obviously bad at paying attention to detail
