Pleasant sales experience, no issues at all with their salespeople. After the sale, the company will change your scheduled delivery date without telling you and you won't find out until you call the customer service number to resolve the issue. Unacceptable.

I like the store and the gentleman that assisted me, he was nice. However, I was only looking for a sofa and next thing you know, he brings in the bed expert even though I did not inquire about a bed and did not need one; then included the manager to try to close the deal. Way too much!

Do not buy anything.They will not honor warranties and defective products. I am out $4,200 dollars with no help from them. Choose a different store and company. I wish I had!

The sofa quality is very good, but if you are in a hurry to get it don’t fall for the salesman promises of delivery… they will not even pick up your calls when there is a delay. Ok a couple of days of delay is understandable but 4 weeks? Plus the delivery window are all over the place if they say is 3:00 to 6:30 wait for it at 8-9 if you get lucky. The reply states that is a miscommunication? It is a straight up lie in your face… 1 star less.

We went in looking for a very specific item. Derrick greeted us first and asked us what we were looking for. We told him and he found it! He was very friendly, professional and informative on the furniture. Derrick made the shopping experience so easy and pleasant! We will definitely go back when we are looking for something else!

Awful. Delivery service is abysmal and customer service is just as bad. I had to reschedule my bed set three times because straight up nobody coordinated delivery time with me the first two times. Then when it finally did show up (after I had to elevate the issue) it showed up missing pieces that are supposedly not available until next month. Now I’m sitting here with a bed frame that can’t support a mattress wondering if the person who brought it is going to show up today? Tomorrow? Eventually? Who knows? Because these people don’t communicate with you. I’m so close to demanding a refund because this has been almost two months of just trying to get three pieces of furniture to my house. Ridiculous. Also tell them you don’t want their $400 warranty, they’ll take it off the price and just give it to you anyways. Editing to further express my dissatisfaction with Ashley: 2 1/2 months after my purchase I finally have my bedroom set. It didn’t come without multiple calls to customer service and speaking to many, many different people. I was offered a $250 refund for the white glove delivery charge about a month ago and have yet to receive it. This is by far the worst buying and customer service experience I’ve ever had. Review for Ashley Furniture – A Story of Second Chances Today’s experience at Ashley Furniture was excellent. The sales associate, Beau, was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. He took the time to clearly explain the delivery process, which helped ease some of my concerns based on a prior experience. The manager was also involved and, although he couldn’t honor a past promise made by a former manager, he still made me a very good deal and worked hard to make the overall experience positive. To be transparent, I walked into the store today with a lot of hesitation. When we purchased our home in 2022, we furnished nearly the entire place with items from Ashley. While the in-store experience back then was great, the delivery process was a disaster. Almost all of the furniture arrived damaged, and the third-party delivery team lied to us, saying they were Ashley employees. They refused to take the damaged furniture back, and we later learned they were only paid once the delivery was accepted. That started a long and stressful ordeal. Ashley’s customer service after delivery was extremely difficult to deal with. I had to visit the store nearly 20 times before the situation was finally resolved – and only after the then-manager, Charles, stepped in and demanded the warehouse make things right. Thanks to him, the damaged furniture was eventually replaced, but the experience left a lasting negative impression. I swore I’d never shop at Ashley again. Today, I came back because my wife still loves Ashley’s furniture and asked me to give them a second chance. Charles no longer works there, and while the new manager couldn’t honor the lifetime “at-cost” pricing Charles had promised due to that past issue, he did everything he could to accommodate me and make the purchase worthwhile. Beau’s transparency about the delivery process — including steps to take if something arrives damaged — gave me confidence that things will be different this time. They also mentioned they now use a new delivery company. So here we are, giving Ashley a second chance. Everything has gone well so far, and we’ll wait to see how the delivery goes. If things are handled properly, this might be the start of a renewed relationship with the brand. But we’re clear: there won’t be a third chance. We’re hopeful — and watching closely.

Purchased a sectional for $3K and Jeff/manager promised delivery within 10 days. Been three weeks and nothing. Customer service just reads a script and makes up dates.

What a great experience at the Frisco store. Derrick Mason helped us and he was a jewel! Went above and beyond to help us find the right chair (because I had quite a few requests because of certain limitations), and he was knowledgeable about the inventory! Got my chair today & I love it and he was right about every detail. Delivery guys were awesome too. And the manager at the Frisco location is very kind also.

No issues with the Ashley store. Online reps always provide excellent service. Horrible/ terrible/ awful customer received by store manager and the other salesperson was on the clock at this location. They were unhelpful and rude. Couldn't solve my issues in the store or over the phone. Choosing to go elsewhere for my home shopping.

First and Last time to shop with Ashley. We came in to buy a bedroom set and the experience in the store was phenomenal. The next day my husband drove close to two hours to retrieve our furniture at the distribution site in Fort Worth, only to be told in a very rude manner that he would not be permitted to pick up the furniture! After having rented a truck, waiting an hour, going back and forth, having taken time off of work - he left with no furniture due to “systems issues”. Something that should have been so simple, now impossible. This happened on Monday. It’s Friday and we still have no furniture. Basically, steer clear unless you want to donate hundreds of dollars to them while they play games with your furniture. Good luck. Who knows where this will end and how.

Do not buy the five years of protection or any years protection，sales just want to sales，they dont even know what is that includes，that just happen to me，call 2hours ，this phone number ，that phone number，but later says not includes cleaning the sofa，or can not give a cleaning kit，so what is $400 protection fee paid about，they dont even have my file in their register system ，I am glad I have-invoice, don’t buy protection ,is use less! Won’t to go back again

I bought a bed on the advice of the seller with interest-free monthly installments, but unfortunately, when I paid the installments, I realized that my installments were calculated with interest. The seller lied and said the installments were interest-free.

Loved the entire experience. Way easier NFM, better quality for less.

If I could do a zero I would. I have left many many positive feedback and reviews to other businesses. This one by far is the worst. Nick Robles and Joseph Mills horrible customer service. Avoiding to get on the phone with me to speak about how there associate did not know the return policies. The issue is I bought a dresser and mirror both came damaged. I was told verbatim by the sales associate that we can return within a 24-72 hour window if we wanted. Turns out you can not return at all. I said ok I’ll keep the dresser and send a claim but the mirror I don’t want. If I didn’t know that I couldn’t return then I would have not bought the items!! I am beyond irate and will be reaching out to corporate because I will not let this go also will be posting on all social media to get the word out. This is now not about the money it’s about the cowardly behaviour avoiding a customer to not speak about and issue that your sales associate made. I personally would never ever shop at Ashley’s again, do your research all the deals and all the gimmicks are just for show. Frisco Ashely I gave you a chance to fix this many times. I guarantee corporate is not going to condone this type of behavior.

Some are deceptive. They manipulate their own price match policy and when we show them their price match policies on their website, they would give other excuses to not match the price. If you don’t want to follow your own price match policy, why did you even create one? Hope someone sue them for their unethical practices. And their products are highly overpriced. You will get same or better quality at lower rates in other stores. Never going back. And no, I am not going to call you to discuss once you reply to this comment. You figure out on your own.

So we have recently been to Ashley at Frisco, They definitely do have a great quality stuff!! But add on is they also have great staff!!! We worked with Nick Semons who is so thoughtful and understanding.. While I have no issues with Ashley Furniture as a whole, I have issues with one specific salesman at the Frisco, Texas location. He literally lied to me to get the sale. Plus he stole the sale from the online sales person who had already started a cart for me. It is being handled internally so I will not mention his name here. However I would like to take a moment to mention the excellent customer service that I received from the online sales team. Kimberly and the regional sales manager, Christi are fantastic.

Found the living room furniture we wanted online, measured our living room using the measurements provided online and everything was going to line up perfectly. Went to the store to make sure that the couches were comfortable and liked them so decided to order from in the store. Couches get delivered and don’t fit in our space, we remeasure them only to find that the dimensions provided online are different than the actual dimensions. Both the couch and love seat were larger in width and depth. I called customer service and they informed me they would do absolutely nothing for this. “All sales are final” is all they kept saying. I understand that concept but when your website is that far off you really should take care of your customers. I will NEVER buy from Ashley again and I advise anyone else to consider another store. $3000 worth of living room furniture and my wife and I hate it. UPDATE: Called the number provided in the reply and got absolutely no where. Ashley is completely unwilling to help their customer. The one saving grace to this MODMAX stuff was supposed to be that it was washable and stain resistant. Got our first spot on the couch today, washed it and it’s still there so that was also a LIE if I could give Ashley negative stars I would.

Paris offered to help me immediately when I walked in the door. I later took her up on her offer. She was most helpful even though I did not make a purchase.

Not happy with a recent purchase I made. Bought a bed, side tables and mattress. The bed was supposed to be delivered on a separate day from the mattress. I paid almost $300 for them to set up my furniture but since the side tables were delivered separately from the bed the guys that delivered the bed said they could not set up the side tables. To make matters worse I got a call that they are unable to deliver my mattress on the day we selected. Very unhappy customer. Please do better!

I was trying to run money up for a deal by adding the comforters not because I don’t have money lmao even people with money like to keep their money you trying to embarrass me shows more about you than it does me babe.

Beware of their delivery service and staff. They are not professional and will damage your home. I had two couches delivered—not only was the delivery late and outside the quoted window, but my home was left bruised and battered. The supposedly “professional” delivery crew I was promised in-store turned out to be anything but. Apparently, they can’t navigate stairs without scraping walls, damaging ceilings, and snapping stair spindles. Worse, they only informed me after the damage was done—then made me sign a “we’ll fix it” disclosure before continuing the delivery. If you don’t sign, they refuse to complete the job you’ve already paid for. Communication from their customer support is evasive and unhelpful. Frankly, it feels like they just don’t care.

The team delivered or new bedroom sure with incredible care are we're very through in the assembly and clean up. Great job and thanks for the hard work!

Easy peasy

Everyone in the store was very nice and helpful. The furniture I selected felt like a great value. The deliveries (plural) and ensuing dealings with their “customer service department” has been an absolute nightmare. I have had to dedicate four separate days for someone to come to my house to deliver or repair furniture that should have been checked/inspected before it ever made it onto the delivery truck. It’s still not fixed but I am absolutely done dealing with them. I’ve accepted my losses, but please be advised: the in store experience is nothing like the overall experience. Avoid this place like that ex that sends “you up?” texts.

I was sure about buying from Ashleys, however the salesman, listened to what I wanted. Did not try to sell me something just to sell me something.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased furniture from Ashley and was told if I purchased the home warranty, I would be able to use the value of warranty as store credit if I did not use the warranty. At the time of purchase, I was not told of any expiration date I had to use the credit. Now Ashley furniture is refusing to honor their agreement and commitment. They say its due to being old and change in ownership. This is disappointing and does not lead one to believe they are valued as a customer. From previous purchases, I was able to use the credit without incident long after the warranty expired. And to top it off, the sales manager still tried to get me to purchase the items I was going to use the credit for, this is beyond disrespectful and a slap in the face. Additionally, customer service was not able to help either when I discussed with them. This is a bait and switch and reflects badly on Ashley furniture. As I continue to purchase furniture for a house I recently purchased, I will no longer consider Ashley as an option now or for future purchases. I also would discourage anyone else from shopping at Ashley furniture. #Ashleyfurniture, #AshleyfurnitureFriscoTx Update: I attempted to resolve this issue and contacted customer service prior posting my review. I was told there was nothing could be done from their end. Now if something can be done, I welcome the opportunity to discuss further.

If I could give zero stars, I would! We bought this dining table in 2021 along with an extended warranty, thinking we were covered for the long haul. Big mistake. By year three, the color started fading noticeably, and by year four, it looked downright awful. When we tried to file a claim, we were hit with the classic bait-and-switch: the warranty doesn’t cover issues caused by poor material quality—only if the table literally breaks. Seriously? It’s frustrating that they market this warranty as peace of mind, when in reality, it’s worthless. Unless you want to be shopping for a new dining table every few years, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere. To make matters worse, customer service was beyond rude—defensive, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. No solutions, just attitude. We’re extremely disappointed and won’t be buying from this company again.

Complaint: Misleading Sales Practices and Denied Mattress Exchange at Ashley Furniture – Frisco, TX We purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress from Ashley Furniture (Frisco, TX location) for approximately $6,700. During the purchase, we were undecided between the firm and medium models. The sales representative MARWAL assured us that we could exchange the mattress within 90 days if we were not satisfied with firm one. Based on this assurance, we proceeded with the purchase. Unfortunately, the firm mattress caused significant back pain. We waited the required 30-day adjustment period and then contacted customer service to initiate the exchange as directed by the sales rep Marwan. To our surprise, our request was denied on the grounds that we did not purchase a $130 mattress protector from Ashley during the initial purchase. At no point during the sale were we told that buying the protector from Ashley was a condition for the exchange policy. In fact, we explicitly asked the sales representative about mattress protectors and exchange policy repeatedly, and we were told that if we had one at home, we wouldn’t need one. Had we been informed that this was a mandatory purchase to secure the exchange right, we would have gladly bought it—especially considering the large investment we were making. When the store supervisor asked Marwal Garadal—the sales associate who initially assisted us—why he sold us the mattress without informing us about the protector requirement, he falsely claimed that he should have had mention it. That is simply not true. If he had, we certainly wouldn’t have hesitated to pay $130 on top of a $7,000 purchase. Now, Ashley Furniture is refusing to assist us, and we are left with a $7,000 mattress that causes us physical discomfort. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch: we were promised a 90-day exchange with no mention of protector, and now that we need to use that option, we are being stonewalled over an undisclosed requirement. We request that Ashley Furniture honor the original promise made at the point of sale and allow us to exchange the mattress as agreed. PS: While we were calmly speaking with the supervisor, another associate named Bronte Funches approached us in an extremely disrespectful manner, interrupting our conversation to say, “I’m helping my customer here, can you talk somewhere else?”—even though we were calmly speaking to the supervisor and not disturbing anyone. Her tone and behavior were highly unprofessional. Ironically, the customer she was supposedly helping came up to us after we left the store to ask what had happened and apologized on behalf of the store for the way we were treated.

The store interaction was great, Sales lady was very helpful...the delivery was rocky though, it was s rainy day so we expected it to be a late delivery, no problem with that, upon arriving the guys staged the items outside the truck with a possibility of another down pour (luckily it didn't) they were single chairs so ideally I thought the would bring them from truck one a t a time and at least place them inside, nevertheless they got them inside and were unaware this was a white glove delivery , after we got that understood they begin unpacking them and 5 were ✂️ cut!! Fortunately customer service is getting us 5 new ones out this week. Please don't best the guys up, I use to be a delivery guy and I'm sure they had a 14 hr day with the down pours all morning, just make this a teachable moment!!

I have been trying to get someone out to repair a reclining sofa since mid march. I have spoken to 4 different people, even had it elevated to someone who would take care of lack of responses and have had no success in getting anyone to even contact me to set up a date to come out to repair my sofa. They don't give a crap about the customers that have already bought furniture. Their customer service is horrible. Promises promises promises!

We came here to look at furniture and possibly buy. The workers work off commissions and you can easily tell because they literally follow you throughout the store and don’t leave you alone. Jeffrey had a nasty attitude when he came up to me for the second time bothering me about promotions when I said I’m just looking. Then he proceeds to follow us around the entire store. We got so annoyed we just left and definitely won’t be coming back ever. We’ve bought a couch before with Ashley’s and don’t remember the workers being this forceful.

My salesman was named Derrick Mason and we are glad we got him. He took the time to find out about us and our needs not push anything on us.He not only found the way to get us all the discounts that after they did i ask for an extra 5% and we will swipe the card .... and he called my bluff and now thanks again for couch. Look for him you will be happy.

One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I purchased a sofa, and the delivery took over a month and a half. During that entire time, I received no updates from the store — I had to personally go there multiple times, make phone calls, and send messages just to get any information. On top of the unreasonable delay, the customer service was disrespectful and dismissive, especially the salesperson who sold me the sofa — he would mock me every time I showed up at the store asking about the delivery. I even missed work days trying to resolve something that should have been simple. After constantly insisting, the sofa finally arrived, but it was not worth the stress and lack of professionalism. I do not recommend this store to anyone. The experience was disappointing and full of disregard.

Absolutely Terrible Customer Service – Will Never Shop Here Again I am extremely disappointed with Ashley Furniture. We were sold a furniture warranty with the clear condition that if the warranty wasn’t used, we would receive a $200 refund. Guess what? We didn’t use the warranty. But now that it’s time to honor that promise, Ashley Furniture conveniently claims they were “bought out” and are refusing to honor the agreement. Not only is this completely unethical, but they’ve also made no attempt to resolve the issue or work with us. Just a flat-out refusal. It’s unacceptable for a company to push add-ons and guarantees at the time of sale, only to wash their hands of any responsibility when it comes time to deliver. This kind of behavior is exactly why customers lose trust. We will never be purchasing from them again, and I will make sure friends and family steer clear as well. Absolutely disgraceful experience. Buyer beware.

Terrible Customer Service – Extremely Disappointed with Ashley Furniture I had a horrible experience with Ashley Furniture and will never be shopping here again. I paid **$200 for a service** that they are now **refusing to honor** unless I spend **another $500** — which was *never* part of the original agreement. It feels like a complete scam. When I tried to speak to someone about it, the **manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional.** Instead of helping resolve the issue, they spoke down to me, showed no empathy, and basically told me to take it or leave it. I’ve never encountered such dismissive and arrogant behavior from a customer service representative, let alone a manager. I expected better from a national brand like Ashley, but clearly they don’t care once they have your money. Save yourself the headache — shop elsewhere.

Update: our couch was delivered today with several stains all over the cushions which was so frustrating. I know it wasn’t the delivery people’s fault as the couch came wrapped in full plastic. I called the salesman, Nick and was just told to refuse the delivery and Nick offered no apology about the fact that our furniture arrived damaged. After dealing with all of these headaches and unprofessionalism, I canceled our whole order because it’s simply not worth the headache. Please avoid this store and the unprofessional salesman and managers here. It’s not worth the time!!! Nick was a great salesman and made the process of finding out couch easy! Overall our experience with the salesman was good. However, on our way out of the store after purchasing our couch, there was a group of salesman all huddled together that seemed to be laughing at us and said “bye kids have a good day!” My fiancé and I are in our mid to late 20s (not that it matters), but I felt this comment along with the laughing from the other group of salesman was unnecessary and unprofessional. It left a bad taste in our mouth when we were leaving, and I almost decided to cancel our purchase if that’s how we were going to be treated on our way out of the store. I didn’t cancel because our salesman wasn’t involved in this and it wouldn’t be fair to him, but I’m not sure I would return in the future.

If I could leave a 0 star I would. Customer service rep lied to us telling us we could fully return and fully refund the $4k mattress we bought. It has been a struggle finding the perfect mattress and we made that very clear up front. He swore up and down we could return as long as we bought the mattress protector which we did. My husband has back issues and were unsatisfied with the mattress. Management and above would not work with us on this. To make matters worse they never gave me the signed copy of the paper work that "stated we could only trade or upgrade" They never gave me a copy of this. You would think as big of a company as Ashley is that they would work with their clients. Nope.... telling all my clients, friends and family to never buy from this store!

Nightmare of an experience post purchase. Do not buy in store. I ordered over $6700 worth of furniture from Ashley furniture in Frisco via sales person names Beau. While experience in store was good, the post purchase experience was horrific. Our 1st order of furniture arrived incomplete. We were told to accept the order and rest of it will be send the next day. Nothing came for couple days and then 2nd shipping came through which was not even the items we ordered. After numerous attempts(10 or more)to reach the salesperson (Beau) and store, we got no response. The online regular call line goes to distribution center. They blame sales person. The delivery guys blame sales and distribution manager. Everyone plays blame game with you while you the Customer suffers. I would highly suggest ordering from a retailer that has an online portal for self help and troubleshooting. Complete waste of your precious time.

Worst experience I had. They delivered broken oversized accent chair. I paid $360 for delivery. The guys were not able to put on the sofa as well and left. I called the store right away. They don’t replace if the delivery guy leave. They put a lot of time trying to put together the sofa and unwrapped the accent chair in hurry in got me signed quickly . The technician came after a month to fix both accent chair and put together sofa but couldn’t . Pasting picture of broken furniture when cloth was removed . Now the technician is requesting to add more time as it is 5-6 hours job. He left without fixing anything. God knows how much more time will it take for the technician to come back. We have broken furniture in our living room now for more than a month. Worst customer service. Not coming back

Me and my husband then went to Ashley Furniture Mart because I had remembered they had nice couches I had liked when I was shopping for baby furniture a year ago. Immediately when we got there Beau offered his assistance. He helped us narrow it down to 2 choices we really like. And we ended up bying the one me and my husband agreed on. Got an upgraded bed. However I wish I didn’t have to wait this long and go through all the back and forth to get my delivery. Regardless, Thanks Ashley, I got my bed and mattress delivered today I wish there was something lower than a one star. Placed an order and after 2 months no delivery was made. The delivery date always got rescheduled without prior notice. I had to be the one calling to track the status of my order. I am so annoyed and frustrated. If you need your time wasted please go ahead and buy from this store.

Aseel was my salesperson and Beau assisted in the transaction! These two are amazing at what they do! Most of us miss the old days when you could walk into a furniture store and actually work out a deal, this is still alive today and was shown during my encounter with Aseel and Beau! Aseel told us, "Don't worry about the price right now, just pick what you want"! This statement made me and my wife feel like he truly cared about what we as the customer wanted, which soon proved to be genuine. We were able to purchase a beautiful king size sleigh bed with the fancy adjustable base for our new home! The entire staff actually assisted in the end of the transaction past closing time of 9PM! Everyone was so nice, polite, and made me, my wife, and three kids feel comfortable while the transaction was being processed. I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Ashley Furniture, one that has left me feeling misled and frustrated. As a long-time customer, I expected a certain level of professionalism and transparency, but my recent interaction with them has completely shattered that expectation. My ordeal began when I purchased a mattress from Ashley Furniture. During the sale, the salesperson assured me that there was a flexible return policy in place, allowing me to return the mattress if it did not meet my expectations. Taking their word for it, I proceeded with the purchase, confident that I could return the product if needed. To my dismay, after a few nights of discomfort and sleeplessness, I decided to return the mattress. That’s when the true nature of Ashley Furniture’s return policy was revealed. Contrary to what was assured at the time of purchase, I was informed that mattresses are non-returnable but can be exchanged. They do not have any mattresses that meet my needs to constitute an exchange. When I came back to the store to discuss the discrepancy, I was met with indifference and a lack of accountability. The salesperson who made the promise was suddenly unavailable, and the manager I spoke with showed no willingness to rectify the situation. They repeatedly referenced the fine print and to call the 800 provided, dismissing my concerns despite the clear misrepresentation during the sale. Calling Ashley Furniture’s 800# did not get any better. Their representative kept referring back to their policy and not accepting responsibility for what their store representative verbally said. To make matters worse their phone representative supervisor Alicia raised her voice and hung up on me. Throughout this experience, the customer service at Ashley Furniture has been woefully lacking. Not only was I MISLED and lied about an essential aspect of my purchase, but the response I received when trying to resolve the issue was dismissive and unhelpful. It was evident that they prioritize sales over customer satisfaction, and their unwillingness to address the problem has left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I am writing this review to strongly caution potential buyers about the misleading practices and poor customer service at Ashley Furniture. It is crucial to double-check the terms and policies, especially when dealing with high-value purchases. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone looking for a reliable and customer-oriented furniture retailer. Ashley Furniture responded to my review and asked for me to contact them in order to find resolution. It was very disappointing to hear Ashley Furniture state the same statement from our last conversation. To make matters worse, I spoke to a escalation manager and was told I will be getting a call back to find resolution to this matter. It has been 4 days and no call back. Business' are not defined by how much they sell. A company who truly cares for their customers show their character when their is something wrong. Selling is the easy part. Doug was amazing and helped every step of the way showing us everything and really narrowing down our choices for us. He got us Chris who was absolutely amazing at his job he asked our needs and everything about us and narrowed it down to three beds. We ended up loving the first one we tried it was perfect and him as well as Doug helped us every step of the way. We can’t wait to revive our mattress!

We recently visited the Ashley store in Frisco, TX . We were greeted by a very kind sales person who intently listened to what exactly we were looking for and what things we did not like. Doug was very courteous and helpful, directing us to various different sofa sectional groups that we might be interested in. He was very patient and didn’t appear that he was in a rush to get us to make a decision. He watched our expressions and comments and after trying a few out, he said, I think I have an idea that you might like. After explaining that we could select the pieces that would fit our your particular space, He showed us the exact perfect grouping. He also offered very good suggestions that would work well. When we left the store I felt really good about the purchase! I am so thankful that Doug was so gracious in helping us think through all aspects of our purchase. It was a very positive experience from start to finish.

Absolute trash. I bought a bed frame for $1200. The parts are damaged, instruction set is missing and screws are missing.when you call customer support no one is helping us. Never buy from this store. Edit: I tried calling the customer number a couple of times. Each time they are not helping us. I am put on hold for over 20 mins like 3 times and the call drops. I have spent over 4 hours on customer support with no help at all.

DOUG SHUMWAY He was the sales rep who assisted us. He gives us a final quote on a sectional and then offers us a free APR for 3 years. He said its the discounted price and that it was final. After doing a hard check on my account ( without my acknowledgement)his manager says se can't offer the price and increased it by $500. This was a shock. He didn't even take any approval from me to perform a hard check. Upon saying this is fraud, the sales rep agreed and apologized in person but the manager wouldn't accept it. He kept arguing that the price can't go down and sharing our SSN is same as a consent to do a hard check which is insane. The manager ANTONIO GONZALEZ was extremely rude and wouldn't accept their mistake. We walked out with nothing but a hard check on our SSN. Total disappointment and waste of time!

We went in with a plan and they executed it for us flawlessly. We were shopping on a budget and they did so much to help us stay within our means and I appreciate all the help from Angie and their store manager. Thank you guys for helping us make our new house feel like home!

Went to multiple furniture stores in the area, and ultimately ended up buying a couch from Ashley. Bronte F. was super helpful and kind - she helped me answer all my questions and made the process very easy! She was a big reason I ultimately chose my couch from Ashley at this location. Met a sales associate, she was a female and the store manager. They delegate everything outside of something they’d like to sell to the “corporate number”. They need more modesty and understand the brand/company they’re representing and how to deal with customers. Bunch of clowns in my opinion who need business schooling

The delivery men were horrible. They damaged our front door frame, which we notified Ashley customer service about immediately and still waiting for the compensation that was promised. The delivery men also left trash underneath the sofa from the packaging. They also told us the sofa we ordered came with only 3 pillows. And only when I stated that it should have been 6, they miraculously came back with 3 more pillows. Then, during delivery, we noticed there was a stain on one piece of the couch, a rip in fabric on another piece of the couch, and one section had different legs than the rest of the couch. Despite notifying the delivery men about this, we were forced to sign the receipt for delivery regardless. The sales associate told us, after the fact, that we should not have signed for it and then prompted us to call the customer service team. I have been back and forth with the customer service team to schedule a technician to come and fix the issues with our couch. Marlen was the initial customer service agent I spoke with who ordered the parts. Troyee was the second agent I spoke with after receiving the parts who “scheduled” a technician to come out on 1/28/25. On 1/28/25, no one came. We were not notified. Then I spoke with Dominique, the third customer service agent at this point, who stated that Troyee never put in the service ticket for 1/28/25 at all so that was why no one showed up. Dominique then scheduled a technician to come on 2/4/25. We received texts and emails that the technician would arrive between 1:45-4:45PM CST. Then at 6:10PM CST, we received a text stating the technician would be late. It is now 9:27PM CSTand no technician has showed up. I called the Guest care team at 9PM CST. And I sent a text, which stated the guest care team hours are 8AM-10PM CST, yet when I called and texted at 9PM CST, they are closed.

I purchased a kitchen table and chairs and two bar stools at the Frisco location. I paid a $130 delivery charge and an $80 white glove charge for assembly by the delivery man of bar stools at my home. Upon delivery, the stools were already assembled. I feel this is an unfair double charge. If I purchased a three piece sectional, would I have to pay to have it delivered and assembled?

I went to Ashley to check out their furniture because all other furniture stores were already closed. I appreciated that they stayed open until 9pm. I had a great experience from start to finish. I was promptly greeted upon arrival. After telling the salesman what i was looking for, he took me to each section and provided recommendations. I really appreciate that i was given some space and time to look on my own when trying to make my selection. When I finalized the pieces i wanted, the write up of the order and final arrangements went very smoothly. A huge thank you to the team that stayed past closing time to get me checked out. If I could give -stars I would. Over all the process is a joke. The delivery was almost 10 hours late. There is no communication from the call center to the warehouse to the driver. I don't know where they get these drivers these deliveries guys clearly they do not know how to use a GPS or understand they have to take the old mattress. The management in the warehouse absolute redundant on how any management is done. Their way of apologizing is asking if they can pick up a we soaked mattress that was left outside to be picked up a week later. Once a pickup schedule was rescheduled for them to finish doing their job I informed them to not call me do not bother me do not text me and what did they do call and text me all day non-stop. To sum up my experience. Ashley furniture product = good Customer service = horrible Distribution center = no management Drivers/delivery = insanity idiotic and clueless of their job Would I buy from Ashley furniture in the future = NO Would I recommend Ashley furniture = NO Am I satisfied with my purchase = YES Was it an easy delivery that is not stressful = NO

We were in and out with a friendly staff member; Jeff Ziti. He even helped with the door as my mom uses a walker. We will have her new dresser in 4 days; we have just moved here and have nowhere to unpack some clothing. Wonderful experience and a beautiful addition to our home to look foreword too.

Buyer Beware. Awful company. Bought protection plan. Problems with both sofas we bought with normal use. Denied by protection plan because "structural damage". Was told that unused protection plan could be used as in-store credit. But tried to receive credit after expiration and told that they changed their system and credit now only works for purchases over $500 (this was not mentioned when purchased the plan or in the plan documentation at time of sale). Support keeps sending in different directions (e.g., 'we only cover first year, so now you need to contact X company and file a claim for credit). Wasted a lot of time. Still waiting for Ashley to address. Frankly, anything I could get with the credit would be cheap junk anyway.

I give One start because there is not possibility to rate it lower They deliver late and with incomplete pieces, take longer to send some more parts but not completed, there is no policy for return and for all the troubles we have been tricked and lied

I would like to start by saying that the team who helped purchase the bed were fantastic! They showed us many options and stayed with us until we found the right one. They made purchasing the bed easy, the store was clean and professional. My number one issue is with everything that happens after purchase. We scheduled the delivery to be on a day that you would be home, the on the delivery day itself we noticed that the marker indicating where the delivery spot was. Was that correct? It took us hours to get a hold of a person to make sure that the delivery address would be changed. The delivery address was not changed. The scheduled time for delivery was supposed to be there by 3:00 p.m. they did not arrive until 10:00 p.m. After they had finally delivered the mattress, they did not take the mattress the old mattress with them which causes an issue in my living room.

Our experience here was satisfactory! My husband and I just moved to Texas and after going to 3 different furniture stores and feeling defeated…We walked into Ashley furniture and was greeted by a nice gentlemen on the floor named Nick. He was able to find us everything we were looking for from a beautiful couch, bed frame and mattress! We were unsure what kind of mattress we needed so Chris the Tempur-pedic specialist was able point us in the right direction. He was very knowledgeable and broke down everything we needed to know when it comes to getting a great mattress! All in all Ashley furniture gave us a great experience!

I came into the store with a particular sofa in mind, although they did not have it in the store I was able to purchase it online in store. The sales associate and manager worked with me on the purchase price. I will be returning for future purchases.

Horrible!! The salesman will lie to you just to make a sale happen. I was promised the delivery next week … Three months later still no delivery …After constant inquiries delivery was scheduled for December 28th . One day before received the phone call that the order was pushed on back order for January 28th ! And suppose it’s a domestic made furniture! At least they would have a decency to tell you the truth about the delivery date before I would decide to buy it.

Beware don’t buy from Ashley. I bought a product online, thinking that it was sold through Ashley, come to find out after receiving the product and not wanting it anymore, I tried to return it and spoke to the customer service line online and they told me that I was not able to return in store. I asked them why is that, they respond Because online purchases cannot be returned within the store. You have to ship it back to us or have a return label. I didn’t understand why I couldn’t return it in person and I found out that they sell products online through third-party vendors. They’re not actually actually sold and manufactured products and this has been the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had. I will never trust or buy products from Ashlee furniture in store or online ever again and I hope This helps someone else who doesn’t know before buying a product.

We ordered a bedroom set costing $3400.00 for our son's new apartment. The salesman was great, delivery was on time. BUT, the bed was missing the slats for the bedframe in the box of hardware for supporting the mattress. That was Monday. So the bed can't be used. Customer service had slats delivered the next day(wrong Slats). Today is Friday and my son is sleeping on a air mattress. Every day customer service tells us someone will contact us by a certain time (we have to call them, ticket number for reference is a waste of time) Watch out! If everything is not to your liking DO NOT AGREE TO HAVE THEM SEND OUT MISSING PART THE NEXT DAY. DO NOT SIGN. I will be contacting Amex to dispute and get a resolution from their end. The unusable bed looks good, If it wasn't for in store service I would say they are a zero rating. Solving issues is NOT their forte!

I don’t even know from where to start about the dining set we purchased. We had the worst ever experience with the purchase we did in the Ashley furniture.This is just hopeless. I have received replacement of the table top which was damaged and complained about it countless times.None of them from Ashley team are bothered to neither call nor fix the issue even after I tried calling them many times.The funniest part about the table top is even the 4th time replaced got the scratch on it.least bothered about the cust satisfaction and the service they provide . But definitely close to a month I had constantly talking to the customer service to fix the issue.. After spending so much money on it this is what I’m getting from ASHLEY FURNITURE. Even MY PLANS FOR THANKSGIVING has JUST RUINED as your team hasn’t provided me proper support at the right time. I am writing to express my deep frustration with the ongoing issue related to my recent dining table purchase from Ashley Furniture. Despite having raised multiple complaints, the issue remains unresolved, and I have not received any follow-up on the promise of getting with brand new product. I am a new mom and, as you can imagine, my time and patience are extremely limited at this moment. However, I have spent a significant amount of money on this purchase, and I expected a much higher level of service and accountability from your company. Instead, I have been left without a functional dining table. This situation is caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience and it is unacceptable. No one is bothered in considering the feedback.As I’m in hopeless and frustrated with follow up on getting the brand new dining table the least thing I can do here is to write a review so no other customers suffer like me by purchasing in Ashley

Not a great experience I wouldn’t recommend Ashley’s. The quality isn’t great, especially for how expensive it is. It even took them four weeks just to send me a pillow, which felt ridiculous. Even though they called me from customer service and told me it’s ready. I went there 2 times and of course it wasn’t ready. To make things worse, they ended up charging me more than what I was told, and when I tried to get it sorted, the manager, Nick, was rude and unhelpful. It just felt like they didn’t care at all. Honestly, I’d say save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else.

Great customer service and follow through!

Our delivery driver Edwin and his crew was very nice. They called when they were five minutes out and also when they arrived. Everything was brought up completely wrapped in blankets so no damage was done or could be done and they installed everything exactly where we wanted it and everything looked great.

Destiny was incredible! She was so knowledgeable about the various details and differences between mattresses. She was very patient as we tried out so many different ones. All the while be very conscientious about my comfort, as I was 2 weeks post surgery and on a knee scooter. While processing our order she set me up in a recliner so i could get my foot up. We have always had good experiences at Ashley, but this was a whole new level of exceptional customer service.

Took 5 iterations to make payment online. Delivery crew damaged the floor and walls. Salesman didn't tell us there was a 'no return' policy.

BEWARE - Absolutely no customer service and complete disregard for their customers! I purchased a bedroom set with a marble top from their clearance section. I willingly accepted the wear and tear visible in the store. My wife, my adult children, and I thoroughly inspected the marble in-store, and it was completely intact. However, when it was delivered, a closer inspection revealed the marble was cracked. Within just 15 minutes of delivery, I contacted the company, provided clear pictures of the damage, and explained the situation. Their response? They gave me the runaround and said, “It was sold as is, so we cannot do anything.” This is unacceptable! My response to them was simple: “Sure, it was sold as is, but you damaged it during delivery—so now what?” And yet, here I am, still without a resolution. I paid over $2,500 for this set. I could have bought a brand-new one elsewhere, but we chose this because we loved the color and trusted what we thought was the quality. This company’s unwillingness to take responsibility is beyond disappointing. Do not make the same mistake I did. If they can’t stand behind their products or their delivery service, they don’t deserve your business. BEWARE BEWARE I see that Ashley responded and asked me to call or text the 866 number and I did, that number does not accept text, so what is the deal. I will try to call tomorrow morning and see. By the way I did visit to store where I bought the set and both the manager and the salesperson confirmed that the set did not have the cracks when it left the store so obviously it was the delivery that caused them I am sure that the set was loaded without padding and the bumps. Update: 12/15/2024 Very disappointed with Ashley, they kept pushing me around from one to another and between the store and online. My receipt does not state that the sale is as is. Yet they keep pushing me away. The quality of the furniture is a big question and the delivery even more. I think I will have to take legal action like one of you suggested

AWESOME experience! The young man helping us (Erick) was absolutely wonderful. He really worked hard to get me exactly what worked with my price range and what I was looking for. There's was another gentleman whom was also helping and he was absolutely adorable! He made our visit fun, and gave us lots of knowledge at the same time. Always remember... I shopped around different stores and finally got in Ashley. They did a price match and able to get all items in same store. Negative: They charge for shipping. Which can be waived when compared with other stores. Salesperson needs to show more patience and respect towards customers and to answer their questions.

Where to begin. We recently purchased furniture at Ashley's in Frisco. We purchased a king bed, 2 nightstands, and a dresser. We were told that the bed was available and the rest was on backorder. We decided to go ahead and purchase, because we were really looking for the bed to come the soonest. I called the next day to confirm what I was told was accurate, with the bed coming soon. I was told I would be getting it in a few days and how to confirm the delivery. The day I was told it was going to be delivered comes, no text to confirm. I call and speak to someone and they said it won't come until December. Had I known, that no furniture was coming, I would of purchased something else. Susie in Frisco worked some magic, and I'm told that we would be getting the king bed and dresser on 11/2. We were super excited. I recieved emails and text about delivery times and windows. I take the day off to accept the delivery. Guess what, no delivery. We wasted the whole day waiting for the furniture. We got rid of furniture so the new furniture could fit in the room. We are being told now that it's not coming until the end of December. We have be lied to many times throughout this process. Our first time experience with Ashley's and it will be our last. BEWARE OF WHAT THEY TELL YOU. THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY AND KEEP YOU WAITING!!! Do better, at least don't lie to people, be honest with them, and let them make the decision based on the facts.

What a horrible place. They will sale items to you that’s not in stock. And you will wait for months to get the item. I bought a dining table set in May 2024 and after 12 phone calls, and reschedule from them due to unavailability finally the item got delivered in stages. Chairs first and then after 3 weeks the table came. (In October 2024). The table could not be opened to put the extended leaf by the delivery guys so best options was given to accept the table and open the service request. The service was created for the technician to arrive on Nov 1st 2024. (No show and no calls or communication) No calls or confirmation from service department which is worse than sales. Seems like they decided to reschedule as and technician will be available on Dec 7th 2024. Since we accepted the item, we can not refund or replace it … Stay out from this place. What a horrible experience. It should be 0 Star..

The people at the warehouse were rude and ignorant. Not to mention they ordered the wrong headboard for my bed in the first place. I will never buy anything from Ashley again or any other store affiliated with them. Oh and customer service is a total joke. It took 10 minutes every time I tried to speak with a person to get a human on the phone and the number for the warehouse is not a working number. Ashley Furniture ia a total trash company in my opinion.

My furniture buying experience with Ashley in Frisco has been nothing but wonderful. From the in store shopping to delivery, the sales team to delivery guys, they’re professional, helpful and worked hard to get me great deals! The furniture was delivered with care and kindness. I bought an expensive all wood bedroom set from Ashley and every item purchased has had an issue. First, my delivery was scheduled to deliver the bedroom set all together but delivery showed up without my bed. Then I had to call to find out why I didn’t get my bed only to have the automated system tell me that all items had been delivered. After much time on hold I was told that the bed was on hold for some reason unknown to the representative. I was promised a return call with further information but that never happened. I contacted the salesman who provided me his card the evening I made the purchase and stated that I could call him anytime but he did not return my calls and only texted me after I called several times claiming to be in a meeting and stated he would “call me back asap”. That also never happened. I had to call back several times to get my bed rescheduled for delivery. I never got an explanation as to why it was put on hold when I already paid for it. My dresser has a middle cabinet door that doesn’t close. My nightstand was previously damaged and repaired very sloppily so the repair was noticeable upon inspection. My footboard to my bed that I spent 2 days at home waiting for delivery since it did not come when expected also has damage where the footboard is cracked by either those who delivered it or prior to. I had to contact Ashley every time a piece was delivered. 3 out of 4 items delivered was either damaged or poorly assembled do not properly working. I was offered nothing for these numerous inconveniences. My nightstand was swapped but that cost me another day off waiting for another delivery. My bed was Putin as a warranty repair when it should not have been delivered damaged and should require a repair. I did not receive a discount for purchasing clearance or defective items. I expect the furniture to be delivered in new and working g condition. Is that too much to ask for when you’ve spent thousands on a bedroom set label “hold tag” supposedly the best Ashley has to offer! Apparently, it’s too much to ask Ashley Store for…. Don’t expect the best from Ashley in service or product because apparently they just “can’t deliver!”

Worst experience I have ever had at any business! Purchased $5000 worth of living room furniture, a tv stand, a sectional and a (matching) ottoman. We saw everything in store except for the ottoman which was not on the showroom. We told the salesman (Shad) that we wanted to order that without seeing it because he told us it was a MATCHING ottoman. Let’s just say it is not. My couch is grey and the ottoman is green. Not only that but it is cover in glue marks from where it had tape all over it. It is actual trash and it cost $370. After numerous calls and emails I’m told now I have to make a warranty claim to correct it. So I did that and was then told that it was sold As-is so they will not repair, replace or clean it. Nowhere on it does it say as-is or on any of my paperwork. If I can I just want to save anyone else from going through this nightmare I have experienced. Please, please go elsewhere!! I will never shop at an Ashley’s again and will shout it from the rooftops!! They are liars and thieves.

Mattress sales guy Beau and the regional manager lied through their teeth. Regional manager has huge ego issues and will make you feel like he’s doing you a favor by letting you spend your money there. Store manager refused to even talk to us to resolve the issue and just gave us 800 customer service number to call. Don’t waste your money on this store. They are masters of bait and switch. The mattress base we ordered was not what we received. Customer service will tell you to talk to the store manager and store manager will tell you to talk to customer service. They’ll keep giving you run arounds until you just give up. I wish I could just give zero stars because they don’t deserve even a single star.

Product was scheduled to be delivered and came hours late after business hours (after 8 pm). It also came missing whole sections of the couch. I called before delivery asking for a manager and was assured I would get called back. That never occurred. They also said the delivery was handled by other groups so couldn’t provide details on delivery timing. I won’t be buying furniture from Ashley. Our time is valuable and after spending 3k on a large sectional they should realize taking 8 hours waiting for a delivery to not occur (after paying extra) is unacceptable. Then throw in an incomplete order means a second day of waiting. It should have been 5 pieces and we got 3. Update: the number they give you is a virtual response person and they bounce you back and forth between the store and the remote workers. Neither take responsibility and claim the store is a very busy location so the managers may or may not call back. Numerous calls and they do not care that extensive time was spent waiting and more will now be needed for the remaining pieces. Customer service will leave you frustrated so would avoid Ashley. No concessions were made to make this right. They won’t even escalate to virtual supervisors.

The wife and I went into the Frisco location looking for a dining room set and buffet. We were approached at the door by Tahar Migal. He showed us several sets and we decided on one and purchased it. Tahar was very professional and his knowledge was over the top. We were very pleased and also bought some accessories that we didn't plan on buying. We was very pleased with Tahar. He is definitely an asset to Ashley's. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again from Tahar. Great job Tahar.

More salesman than a car lot

I wish I could give this place zero stars!!!!!! The absolute worst purchasing experience of my life!!!! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR TIME AND PURCHASE FURNITURE LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. Waited all day for a delivery, got told they wouldn’t be able to deliver, when they finally arrived at 10PM they showed up with broken, scratched up, and stained furniture. Customer service is a nightmare and I am STILL trying to get my money returned. RUNNNN AWAY

Terrible Experience – DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY! I had the absolute worst experience ordering a bed frame from Ashley Furniture. After FOUR failed delivery attempts over a span of 1.5 months, I was consistently sent damaged and defective items. Every single time, the bed frame arrived partially assembled, covered in dents, scratches, glue, and paste marks. The quality control is non-existent. Despite numerous hours spent on the phone with their customer service team, trying to resolve the issue and begging for a product in acceptable condition, they repeatedly failed to deliver. There was no sense of urgency, accountability, or care for customer satisfaction. In the end, I had no choice but to cancel the order and, incredibly, received no support or compensation for all the time and frustration they caused. Ashley Furniture might be one of the largest furniture manufacturers in the U.S., but they are #1 in being the absolute worst at delivering quality and service. Save yourself the stress and frustration – look elsewhere for your furniture needs.

My wife and I moved into a new place and began furnishing our new home, and came to Ashley for our new mattress. We had a salesman tell us we’d get next day delivery otherwise it’d be 3 days out. Ashley continued to tell us it was going to be delivered with scheduled times, and would just no show. I had to call the store multiple times to get any answers and they never had any. After 3-4 alleged scheduled deliveries over a 2+ week period, we finally requested a refund because we didn’t believe they intended to deliver it anymore, and no one had any answers. Bought the exact same mattress from Rooms to Go and had it delivered within 48 hours. I will never trust a word that comes from anyone at this company because they are either liars or incompetent. Nebraska was great, rooms to go was great, even the local consignment store was great to deal with. Take your money to one of those if you want your furniture on time and to work with honest companies! Still no refund from Ashley after 2 MORE weeks of alleged approval on the refund request, so may need to file a chargeback. Happy to chat with anyone at Ashley who might want to make this right.

Very nice treatment

I went to Ashley furniture location in Frisco and so glad I did, firstly - this is not the first time I have shopped for furniture at this store - I have a leather recliner set that is gorgeous and durable, and a beautiful round, dark wood dining set on a pedestal with solid wood detail on the chairs, they are all eye catching staples in my home and the quality is my favorite part- got this furniture years ago and it still looks new. So fast forward to last night , I got help from Chris Kramer , this guy was amazing and extremely helpful to me! Not only was he a sharp professional - he did not pressure me, was honest, knowledgeable and fun to talk to! He gave me incredible, sincerity and aided in my tough decision for the best dinette set option for my Air BNB. Not only that- he knows his products and gave many “dos and don'ts” that really helped me. You don’t always find someone with his type of customer service who listens to the customer and cares, and is solution oriented at the same time (not pushy). I will be a customer of Ashley Furniture for life because of him!!!

I do not recommend! Purchase from anywhere but here! I am not one to write a negative review but I feel like I am at the end of my rope and want future purchasers to be aware of false advertising and bad company practices. I ordered a bedroom set with mattress and box springs, almost $5K purchased and what the store calls “white glove delivery” and had it delivered on August 31st. We received the upholstered headboard and footboard without any hardware or feet to put it together, a mattress, no box springs and a nightstand that is over 5 inches bigger than what their own website describes as 26 inches in diameter which no matter how I turn it it will not fit in my bedroom adequately for the drawers to open. I ordered 2 nightstands but 1 was not in stock so I was refunded and I purchased another one from another company $137 cheaper than Ashley Furniture, never thinking that the dimensions could be wrong on the Ashley website, just ordered the same stock# that I was given. The delivery team was refusing to put the bed together and once they agreed and did. I looked at it while he was trying to unwrap the mattress and install it without the box springs and the bed was not sturdy at all so I texted the delivery manager. He said someone would come back and the only crew that came back was to pick up the footboard which I refused. After many texts and calls and even a visit in person, it is now 9/17 and I still have no resolution and no usable bed. I ordered the feet to fix the bed frame myself from Amazon, got the screws and washers from the hardware store and completed the assembly ourselves. Still no box springs which they claim was delivered but the delivery department has no picture of it in the delivery file, was never asked to sign for items that were delivered and the not so nice person from their escalation department said I should have measured the nightstands myself as the store in Frisco Texas is a franchised store and Ashley Furniture is not responsible for the store nor the website but yet it is Ashley Furniture’s website where I pulled the dimensions and measured my room to ensure a proper fit. Please if you are still reading this, don’t trust these people! Worst furniture buying experience I have had in my entire life!

Ashley Furniture is poorly managed. Customer service is non existent. They delivered furniture that is mismatched in color. One dresser the drawers won't fully close. I've had to go to the store 3 times and each time they try, but they say it's up to customer service to fix it. It has been horrible, the only delivered part of the bedroom set ... now 2 months later they are bringing the night stands. Still have heard nothing from customer service regarding the defective dresser! Update, it has been over 4 weeks and still no communication from Ashley! I'm considering what my alternatives are. I think I'll start by filing a complaint with Texas Attorney General. See if that gets Ashley motivated to fix their defective furniture

pressure selling, managers can’t leave you alone

Chris immediately grasped the style of my home, based on just a verbal description.He didn’t waste my time showing me pieces that weren’t going to work, but instead led me directly to the pieces that would coordinate well. No pushiness, which I greatly appreciated.I will happily shop here again, and will make a point of specifically asking to work with Chris again!

The sales team is PHENOMENAL. Walked in dreading the typical “vulture” sales associates but we were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. Our sales associate was Beau Davis. He answered all of my questions, moved the furniture around so I could see different configurations of the couch and took his time to explain how everything worked. I would 100% recommend shopping at this store.

Beau was so helpful!!!!!! He made sure to honor the budget we wanted and provided us with an excellent experience! I am an indecisive person but Beau was extremely patient. I will be shopping at Ashley’s furniture moving forward! Thank you ☺️

My initial experience in store was great. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The experience turned sour when I paid for the "white glove" delivery service which is when they assemble the furniture. After the assembly everything looked great until we went to sleep on the bed. It was super noisy. In the morning I looked under the bed to discover the bed frame was assembled upside down and the support feet were not even touching the ground. Also only 2 of 3 feet were there. As the supports were installed wrong, the wood support in the box frame also broke. The next morning I went to the store and they said they would handle everything. They would refund my delivery fee since I rebuilt the bed, get me another foot and give me a new box spring. Ten days later and over 10 calls, nothing is resolved. They came to my house Saturday, killed another weekend day waiting, and he did not have the foot or box spring. they still need to order the foot and they are not committing to the box spring. I called the store and they would get in touch with the Regional Manager and call me back that day. Well, it is 4 days later and still no answer from the regional manager. I guess he/she does not care.

The same loveseat was cheaper at NFM, but I called Destiny to ask if Ashley's would would price match. I was very thankful she said yes! I I went to several places yesterday, and Destiny was the nicest, most personable Salesperson I spoke with. I told her the list of things I wanted, she took me straight to several models that fit my needs. Some of the other places were not even able to meet my list of wants.

I want to start by saying I had what I thought was a good experience, I picked out my pieces, discussed which pieces would fit, agreed to pay for the pieces and was told once I knew if any pieces would not work to let my salesperson know and he would refund them. This is where it went south. I came home, did my measurements again, called right away and told them which piece would need to be taken off. Was assured again that this was not an issue. I waited the standard 7-10 days for my refund, called again and supposedly a manager was going to call me back. That never happened. Call their "support" number and was told that I was receiving a $1500 credit for the store. Umm no I want my money. Anyway after clawing my past everyone I finally got the refund only took me three weeks. I will definitely not be purchasing through Ashley again.

WARNING DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! My significant other and I came in on a Saturday and spent a while looking for a couch. After fending off sales people a couple of times, we made a decision on one and asked a few questions about delivery and pet protection when he then decides to pull in the manager Megan Wright for help pitching which felt sharky and very pressured, so we decided against both since they were weird about it then he called her over AGAIN to try and pressure us even more. We still said no, and they still showed another quote with both items on there. What a terrible business practice. As a sales manager, I would be ashamed if my team acted like that. After taking them off, we finally get to the register and run our card on the terminal it says approved, thanks for your payment. Then the sales person goes to have us sign something on a tablet, and the tablet dies... they converged and conversate in the back room, then came back and said the charge never went through.After checking our account, the charge 100% went through. Even after showing her, she claims the charge never went through and refuses to do anything to try and help other than suggest we swipe our card again. Wow. Here we are 3 days later, and the charge is still there, yet I have no couch. Megan Wright was incredibly unprofessional and offered nothing not even an apology after I swiped away $2300 in her store. Please. Go ANYWHERE else
