The salesmen were very helpful and not pushy. The let us decide and answered all our questions.
They have some lovely pieces. We just got a bed and dresser delivered and I was so excited. It was the most expensive furniture I have treated myself to. A week after it was delivered, I discovered several dings in the side that clearly happened before it arrived here. Then I noticed that the frame of the bed isn’t squared off. They couldn’t be bothered to make the frame line up! It isn’t an easy fix since the holes are not aligned. I have tried to sort it out, but all you get is AI bots that are useless. I was sent to a webpage to file a claim when I did call the warranty number. It gets rejected with no clear reason and no number to call (they ask for a serial number that I simply don’t know how to locate). The customer service is great till they run your card. Just be aware and really check everything before they leave because once they are out the door, you probably won’t speak to a competent person again. Probably not worth the risk for expensive pieces.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. The sales staff lie about return policies and will dodge your calls. I plan on taking this as far as possible to let others know. They obviously train their staff to lie and deceive.
The Sales persons are lying little thieves. The lying lie about returns and just want the sale. Do NOT buy.
Scam location. Buy from them at your own risk. They botched delivery - delivered during wrong time and day - - it was pouring rain when they showed up and poured rain during entire delivery. They dropped off the wrong furniture set - furniture that we did not pay for and of cheaper value. We showed them evidence that the delivered furniture was wrong. The manager refused to make it right. They lied to us and told us that they would fix it - delayed the solution for more than one week, then changed their minds. So now I have to file a complaint with BBB and consumer protection agency of texas for their shady business practices. Also, The manager, Greg Dennison, mocked my wifes accent and discriminated against her in the store bringing her to tears. He's lucky I wasnt there. I do look forward to seeing him again Again, buy from them at your own risk. They steal from people and Greg Dennis9n the floor manager is a racist weasel
