Destiny was incredible! She was so knowledgeable about the various details and differences between mattresses. She was very patient as we tried out so many different ones. All the while be very conscientious about my comfort, as I was 2 weeks post surgery and on a knee scooter. While processing our order she set me up in a recliner so i could get my foot up. We have always had good experiences at Ashley, but this was a whole new level of exceptional customer service.

Took 5 iterations to make payment online. Delivery crew damaged the floor and walls. Salesman didn't tell us there was a 'no return' policy.

BEWARE - Absolutely no customer service and complete disregard for their customers! I purchased a bedroom set with a marble top from their clearance section. I willingly accepted the wear and tear visible in the store. My wife, my adult children, and I thoroughly inspected the marble in-store, and it was completely intact. However, when it was delivered, a closer inspection revealed the marble was cracked. Within just 15 minutes of delivery, I contacted the company, provided clear pictures of the damage, and explained the situation. Their response? They gave me the runaround and said, “It was sold as is, so we cannot do anything.” This is unacceptable! My response to them was simple: “Sure, it was sold as is, but you damaged it during delivery—so now what?” And yet, here I am, still without a resolution. I paid over $2,500 for this set. I could have bought a brand-new one elsewhere, but we chose this because we loved the color and trusted what we thought was the quality. This company’s unwillingness to take responsibility is beyond disappointing. Do not make the same mistake I did. If they can’t stand behind their products or their delivery service, they don’t deserve your business. BEWARE BEWARE I see that Ashley responded and asked me to call or text the 866 number and I did, that number does not accept text, so what is the deal. I will try to call tomorrow morning and see. By the way I did visit to store where I bought the set and both the manager and the salesperson confirmed that the set did not have the cracks when it left the store so obviously it was the delivery that caused them I am sure that the set was loaded without padding and the bumps.

AWESOME experience! The young man helping us (Erick) was absolutely wonderful. He really worked hard to get me exactly what worked with my price range and what I was looking for. There's was another gentleman whom was also helping and he was absolutely adorable! He made our visit fun, and gave us lots of knowledge at the same time. Always remember... GRAVITY!! 🤣 When in need of any furniture again I will be returning to this store! Thanks so very much!

I shopped around different stores and finally got in Ashley. They did a price match and able to get all items in same store. Negative: They charge for shipping. Which can be waived when compared with other stores. Salesperson needs to show more patience and respect towards customers and to answer their questions.
