I give Ashley Homestore 1 star because I cannot give them anything less. The staff are nice and friendly but that is about as far as they go. Once they sell you something and if problems arise they have a propensity to ignore you and unwillingness to solve any problems. With that said I bought a Makeup Vanity/Mirror set and matching Chest with premium Home Delivery on 6/21/24 with a promise for delivery on 6/26/24. The day before we get a call from Ashley delivery team saying they only have the Vanity set to deliver and asked if it was ok to deliver the Vanity and the Chest at a later date. I was not ok with that because the day we bought and paid for the two pieces the seller said if we don't buy it now they cannot guarantee they have anymore in stock since it was the last piece. I told them not to deliver until they have both pieces we will not accept partial delivery. With that said they gave me new delivery date of 6/28 so I accepted. On that day late afternoon they notified me that they could not deliver both pieces and asked for a later date. By this time Ashley lack of ability to deliver as promised ruined my plans so I first called the store and talked to Marwan who sold me the furniture and asked him if I could have a refund since they are not able to deliver as planned. I asked their Store manger for a refund who agreed but said unfortunately he could not because the pieces showed as delivered in the system and he would have to get that fixed first. Well that was 12 days ago and now they will not talk to me and say they will call me back later. I have been a long customer of Ashley's in a different City , spent thousands of dollars in furniture. The feeling I get from this store is they have a lack or sense of good customer service and unwillingness to do what is right by their customers. They lost me as a loyal customer and now It seems I have to take this a little further to get my money back since the store will not return my calls.

This is the first time I feel welcome and Invited to there, of any furniture store that I been. Amanda the sales person was amazing thru out. She make sure that my daughter and I from the get go know that we can ask anything. The store manager was supreme making sure we understood the sale financing options etc. they both make sure that everything was correct before finalizing, great relief there... Even other sales personnel was welcoming. 10 ⭐ for the whole experience.

I am very unimpressed with the management of the Frisco store. My sales associate was new and management was more concerned about selling me a warranty than making sure the right product was being ordered. I spent 4 hours in the store because management did not walk my sales associate through the right steps. It took a week to “fix” my address to the right place for delivery and when my product was delivered, it was the wrong product. When I wanted to cancel my order, they told me it would take 24-48 hours. It has been 5 days and I haven’t heard confirmation of anything. Feeling very untaken care of. This whole experience has been awful.

My husband and I went to look for a couch. We were greeted by a salesman who only shook my husbands hand. Which okay? Then he proceeded to do the salesman routine of showing us availability and getting to know what we were looking for. He was very helpful. After walking alone for a bit we noticed that everything was out of price range. I made the joke we had more of “ikea money” he automatically seemed less interested in us. He seemed bored with us and asked my husband a lot of the questions instead of me “I wanna hear what he has to say”

Bought a $900 couch and was given a voucher for a free Stanley water bottle as part of a promo. Long story short, they gave me a bad voucher and I haven’t been able to contact anyone at the local store to get my free Stanley cup /:

Bought new home recently and needed it completely furnished. On top of starting a new job and moving to a new state, buying furniture was the last thing i wanted to deal with. Marwan greeted me when the store was PACKED! Chris picked up where Marwan left off! Chris and Marwan made sure i had everything i needed. They even found me a few discounts that i didn't know i could get!! Marwan and Chris are both awesome and easy to speak to.

Sadly, we have had a very bad experience. This was our first time to buy from Ashley Furniture. We had one bedroom collection delivered and it smelled horribly of chemicals. They tried to replace it but the replacement had the same problem. We were finally able to have them let us do a selection. We visited the store to look for another set but were told we could not go in to select because the store was being rearranged. When we originally went the store was being renovated. We had to drive to another Ashley store to select and they were not pleased to have us there as they were not making a sale. We finally chose another set. It was delivered and when we went to use it, the drawers were terrible not like the set at store. Our saga has gone on about three months. Today a second technician came by to try and fix this set which required new drawer slides. He decided he did not have enough time to install all the drawer slides we had so he did something else to help them open and close easily but now some of them just stay open. Both technicians we had commented that Ashley Furniture is just bad furniture. I wish I had known before. We are now stuck with $2,500 dollars worth of worthless furniture. At this point all that would make me happy would be a refund but I know that will never happen. Beware that once you make a purchase you are stuck with it! Three months of dealing with this has not been good for my health so perhaps we will donate it and find a good furniture store like we had in Illinois here in North Dallas to purchase a new set.

Christian my sales rep was great. Not overbearing or pushy which was a win for me. Found what we were looking for and they had some decent deals going on.

Hadi is great! I’ve been searching for months for a leather sofa that could be customized to meet my needs and found it here. Hadi was very helpful and answered my questions with out any pressure. He followed up with me after a little while and showed me the sofa I have been looking for. He asked his manager to help answer my questions and she was also very helpful and super friendly. I can’t wait to get our sofa delivered. Thanks Hadi!

My experience was a disaster they got they order partially wrong I got a sofa bed and a love seat but when they delivered the sofa wasn't a sofa bed I call them and they was that was not what you order but I told the sale person two are you should it a sofa bed he insured me that it would be that when I got home I call back k and I don't get a receipt he said I'll email it come I didn't get receipt then and has of today 3 days late they belivered the furniture but it was not a sofa bed I called the store they told mrI order a sofa they refuse to charge it and told me I sign the belivered paperwork so it's mines now and it's nothing they can do I called and talked to three customers service they all told me three different stories they won't send me my paperwork on the Transaction. Thank god I got my bank statement I been trying from the time they belivered the furniture until now no one has gotta in touch with me they just screwed me over and nobody care PS this is the one in Frisco TX

Pathetic delivery experience. When we purchased we got delivery date confirmed as 6/28 for dinning table, bed, mattress and mattress base. Today we got delivered with missing bench and mattress base. Store associates gives one delivery date but it never gets met by delivery team. Now we are ending up sleeping on floor

Purchased a 5 piece sectional was hesitant if either the 4 or 5 piece, was told that I can return the piece if not needed just to be told at delivery all sales are final even if item is packaged new. Destinee was no help after all

We are so excited about the couch we got from Ashley’s. They had it in stock and we were able to pick it up next day which is great. Kori, our sales lady was very helpful and over the top sweet. She made sure to create a deal that worked for us and met our needs. Would definitely be coming back!

0 stars they messed my order up and charged me for stuff i didnt want saying they took it off the price of the couch when it didn’t show in price and I paid cash 2700 so not getting back my money for 7-10 business days and my couch wasnt going to be delivered for 6 weeks

I originally went into the store to look at the bed I seen online. Never thinking I would be walking out getting the bed and it being delivered to me that following week. I want to thank the manager and Christian who helped me tremendously. I’m happy and excited for my new bed.

The staff at the Frisco store are top notch. Chris Kramer was so helpful and explained every detail about the products I was interested in. He made the process of buying a house full of furniture very easy. The manager Nicho was also very helpful!

Delivery was delayed but when my product was delivered it was done so very well.

My husband and I have never been so bothered at a furniture store we were scared to look at something for to long , touch , set down or say we liked something to each other. The sales guy was always right there gave us no real space. (Also had a manager and sales lady came up to us ) we’re only there 10 minutes before we ran out of the store! This is not our first time feeling harassed we tried to go last year and the same thing happened we couldn’t remember why we didn’t go in or buy anything anymore today definitely reminded us. I would suggest any other store or online I definitely don’t blame the sales people for doing their job. I blame the Ashley store for turning them into harassers.

Great service and a pleasant buying experience.

My experience was disappointing. It took 4 attempts within 3 months to get my furniture delivered. I had ordered several items in the past including a couch and a bedroom suit from Ashley furniture in Frisco. I was a loyal customer and recommended many friends. The most recent purchase included 2 recliners. I had originally said I would pick up the items but I changed my mind after I learned the warehouse was 2 hours away from me. I paid $99 for delivery and thought I scheduled a delivery through text format. The day I thought I scheduled the delivery for came and no furniture was delivered. I called customer service but it was extremely difficult to get a real person on the line. After calling multiple times and going through push options, I finally was able to talk to someone. We scheduled the furniture delivery again. That day came and no furniture was delivered. I called the Frisco store but that phone line wanted to direct me back to customer service. After finally being able to get through to the Frisco store, I left a message for the manager. I received no call back. I learned later that they don’t even check their voicemails at the Frisco store. Somehow I was able to schedule a delivery again through the Ashley furniture website with a virtual assistant. The week of that delivery was promising, I received a text message confirming my delivery a few days in advance. The delivery day came and I got a phone call from customer service. She said the only thing that was scheduled for delivery was a “white glove delivery”. My furniture had apparently not been added to the delivery fulfillment. She said she had to send an inquiry to the store and that she couldn’t change anything in her system. 4 hours later, my sales person Shad calls me and lets me know he was unaware of everything that has been happening and puts me on with the assistant manager. The assistant manager was able to fix the error but the next available delivery date was 2 weeks later. The best he could do was discount the furniture to take off the $99 because he couldn’t directly refund the delivery fee in his system. I was still very unhappy with the inconvenience and piss-pour systems of Ashley furniture. He couldn’t expedite delivery or offer a larger discount. He even tried to explain statistics to me that because I had been a recurring customer that an error in the system was more likely to happen. The delivery team that finally delivered my furniture was great though. They took it upstairs and set both recliners up.

Best furniture store, I highly recommend, sales Associates are professional and prices are super affordable, Natalia Acosta took care of me and guide me through all want I need to get my living room setup. Thank Natalia, thanks Ashley.

We purchased a "Sealy 13" Posturepedic Foam TT Soft King" mattress and foundation Ashley. They were very nice. The sales person said to immediately put a cover on the mattress before using it because we could return it within 20 days if we didn't like it. We did so. The mattress we received was not like the floor model we tested. It was as hard as can be. My wife gave up after 2 hours of laying on it. Note that we bought a "soft" mattress. I called the sales person and he referred me to customer service. They said mattresses are not returnable, and we should have purchased a 90 day return contract. That was never offered to us.

We shopped around at several stores. We came back to Ashley's for two reasons. Our two sales reps were amazing, knowledgeable, and patient. On top of that the price was right where we wants to be + more.

Worst! Ordered mattress and bedroom suite back before Memorial Day. Paid in full for everything and here it is June 14 and still no delivery has been scheduled. They did not give us any clue it would take so long. We asked for a specific delivery date and of course, they said, “no problem.” Here it is a month later, and the items haven’t even been received by the warehouse. Worst customer service ever!

I walked in with what I thought was a unique situation. I wanted to look at and purchase furniture in Texas and have it delivered to a home in Indiana. Greg didn't bat an eye a this request. He looked online, quite efficiently, to see about availability and delivery times and was very patient when I left to present my finding with my spouse. When I returned an hour or so later Greg picked up right where we'd left off and managed my transaction from purchase to delivery scheduling in record time. I look forward to getting my new pieces in Indiana in 10 days or so and am grateful that Ashley made it easy!

Had to drive 45 minutes away from from the sore that I purchased from to pickup. Then had to wait an hour to get it loaded. I would never recommend this store to anyone.

Their customer services is terrible after you purchase your product. We recently bought a table and chairs from the Frisco location and arranged for a day to pick up. We arrived on the specified day, and waited for 30 minutes just to be acknowledged. After going back and forth with the warehouse staff for an additional 30 minutes, we finally had to leave with no product. We called management and were told they'd call us back. However, we never received a returning call. We called customer services. They offered to deliver it to our house, but would not waive the delivery fee. We ended up completely cancelling our order. In summary, they'd rather lose $1600, than waive their delivery fee. I planned to buy our formal dining set, and a living room set from them, but I will now spend money with a company that values me as a customer.

The employees there were very nice and I've gotta say very good at convincing people to buy things lol I got a whole new bed set setup and it wasn't to expensive. The employees were very funny and cheerful we got everything done pretty quick which was good. Over all the store and employees are amazing and id definitely be going back.

Well. I like the location, it's right there among all the other furniture stores so you can compare and contrast your likes and preferences. As of June 2024, the store is under renovation, but still open, no worries. Usually, a sales agent will greet you upon entering, and you can let them know what you're trying to find. I have bought a lot of things from Ashley Furniture in the past, but lately I'm not as convinced about the quality. Fabrics on sofas seem either too thin or too itchy, and dining tables are made from some wooden or wood-resin-like material that snags and chips too easily. This time, I just looked and didn't buy. I think maybe after the renovation they might have better choices. At least I hope.

I will never step foot into another Ashley store, ever. From the beginning, I was bombarded as soon as I walked in the door, I hate that. They didn't have what I was looking for, so she looked online, and said "here's one, I can get you this for $1499" and I am looking at the price, it's $1199. I say "the price says it's $1199?..." She says "oh we can certainly price match". It's YOUR website, what are you price matching? Then she made mention in our small talk that they're commission only, that should have been my cue to leave. Instead, I purchased the couch without having seen it in person, my mistake. It arrived, it didn't look like the photo, but thought I'd get used to it, I don't like it at all. Online says you have 72 hours after delivery to return it. I called customer service, because I saw some where if you get the White Glove delivery, you have 30 days to return it. **The sales associate did mention that if there was anything wrong with it, don't sign for it. While there is nothing WRONG with it, except it's ugly, I signed. Ugh, now I'm stuck with it. Customer Service says "all 'in store' purchases are FINAL". Kicking myself for not refusing delivery once I saw that I didn't like it. All of this to say: Very disappointed in the whole experience and DO NOT SIGN if you even THINK you don't like it.

The most bad experience ever on my life if you looking to buy a new furniture, make sure you don’t stop by any Ashley furniture stores. It’s a huge scam even the insurance policy I’ll never had a bad experience same as this furniture purchase from Ashley furniture store me and my wife stopped by Ashley furniture store on March 13. We purchased living room dining room and king size bedroom and mattress so it’s a huge amount for financing specially in this days long story short I’m gonna leave some pictures on the end everybody can take a look at it and tell me if I’m right or wrong i give them a call on May 1 complaining about the living room sofa loveseat and one and a half seat if you sit on them, you dive inside you almost sitting on the ground something broken from inside they send a service gentleman to check the furniture on June 4. He told me you were right something broken he take. Photos and leave notes in his tablets and he said somebody will communicate with you very soon. Few hours later a lady called from the head corporate she said and she said oh I reviewed the photos and complaining about your living room furniture look like to me it’s nothing wrong with it so there is nothing we can do, are you serious guys been back-and-forth text messages emails with every time random people I have to tell the story all over again you telling me there is nothing you can do to me. I’m gonna leave some photos and I need people to look at it and see if this is fair or unfair, but trust me every single dollar you make after you sell this furniture to me it will be not clean money. I told the girl all I need just send someone pick up this furniture. I will stop by the store select model with a different model. Maybe it will be better than what I take the first time and I’m willing to pay a little extra. I’m trying to work with you guys. Is that how you’re treating your customers, very bad very bad customer service. I will never forgive you I will leave it for God. He will take care of it. please if you read my review, take a look at the picture for the furniture and tell me is this furniture look like only about three months old!!!! Update since I right this review till today nobody communicate with me the store owner have a time only to respond for the good reviews, but after he take my money and put me on loan for the next five years, he doesn’t even bother his self to respond to my review, I’m still waiting till when somebody communicate with me

Went in today to purchase a bedroom set found online. I was greeted right away by Kori, who was very polite and professional. She was able to help me locate the set I was looking for. Kori and the Floor Lead, Kevin, assisted me in finding the right mattress and box spring for my new set. Kevin was great, in that he was able to ge me what I wanted at a price that worked for me! Shopping at Ashley was a severe disappointment and a mistake. I recommend shopping elsewhere. I discovered a catastrophic design/manufacturer defect less than a month after the initial warranty expired. Too bad, so sad. I have no personal dispute with any employee I interacted with. Their salespeople were very polite when I complained, and in one instance went slightly above what they were contractually obligated to do about the situation. That's nice. Nice is better than mean. But how about good and how about professional? How about some pride in your product? You're a furniture company, so why was the quality of your furniture the last thing on your employees' minds? I cannot recommend any additional warranty they sell, especially since it didn't cover the problem I had, and I won't find out until at least 2028 whether or not they intend to honor the no-lose guarantee. It's possible that they will use the failed claim to weasel out it. And, of course, I would then have to buy another piece of furniture from Ashley. In case I haven't made my opinion clear, I don't really want to do that. I don't intend on updating this review when I find out, since I can't lower the rating I gave them if they let me down twice. The actual hero in the whole situation was Visa, who paid for the required replacement parts. It should be embarrassing to be out-shone by a credit card network in terms of how you treat your customers.

Nice experience. Salesperson (Destiny) listened to what we wanted and showed us several choices meeting our desires, then left use alone so we could decide on our own. Definitely will return for future furniture needs.

Destiny was great. Very attentive and sweet. Showed us multiple items until we arrived to our ultimate choice. During the sales process we asked, if they could move old furniture upstairs and Destiny said that she would include in delivery notes. However, to our surprise when they delivered they said that they would not help us. Called back Destiny at Frisco store to let her know that they did not help us with old furniture to other room upstairs. She replied that she never said that, even though she said she would include in notes so they would do it. When I confronted her about her misstatement, she hung up the phone. I cannot believe that people will mislead you to make a sale and not own up to it. Not even an apology. Ashley has Good merchandise but the sales practices are a bit misleading. Over promising and under delivering on statements used to secure the sale

One of the pathetic delivery experience I am going through. One item got missed on delivery today I was promised by guest care that recovery team will be calling me. Till now no updates from recovery team. Guest care support persons have zero knowledge and they give some reasons or make me to wait in call for hours. I need whoever reading this review to contact me ASAP and provide a solution. 6/28 Update: Items scheduled for delivery missed. Cockroach came out when open the dinning table. Store associate blames delivery team and delivery team blames store associate. Useless store. Don’t buy anything from this store

The sales man have no correct information. And he constantly buggies back of us which made not to take decisions properly. Also they said 60 month finance and they gave only 30 month finance. They compiled to take warranty for sofa for 5 years which cost 550$. Total business Marfia. Also the mattress we bought they cost 1400$ but in online it is 1000$ . Totally I hate Ashley.

I been a loyal Ashley customer and was seeking an office desk as well as guest bedroom furniture. The Ashley, Frisco store was under construction so the entry to showroom was a bit confusing at first; however, the level of service as well as informative guidance to select a mattress was Top Notch. Thank you Shad and Kramer for all your time and service.

With nearly one year of experience with their products I strongly recommend to not to go to Ashley even with price matching. If you have a chance, even go to a local store to get good quality and service. One star is just for their price matching. Other than that everything is horrible. I had to make several rounds to complete my purchase. Even with charges their delivery and installation is very poor. I did big purchase with major items and paid for delivery, installation and extended warranty too. They installed them very poorly, one king bed is very very poor in quality. The slats not even strong to hold mattress and legs were not reaching floor at all. Almost all have some minor or major issue. Contacted the warranty service, they asked lot of things after providing all and back and forth communication in 3 months. They agreed to fix few things, but just in a week they escaped saying we can’t cover those. While selling they made lot of promises regarding warranty and extended warranty but now I am afraid of their service.

At Plano store, lady was very pushy, did not listen to us at all. Took her price for the couch to the Frisco store, they wanted over $400 more for the same couch, they finally matched the pice. They have some lovely pieces. We just got a bed and dresser delivered and I was so excited. It was the most expensive furniture I have treated myself to. A week after it was delivered, I discovered several dings in the side that clearly happened before it arrived here. Then I noticed that the frame of the bed isn’t squared off. They couldn’t be bothered to make the frame line up! It isn’t an easy fix since the holes are not aligned. I have tried to sort it out, but all you get is AI bots that are useless. I was sent to a webpage to file a claim when I did call the warranty number. It gets rejected with no clear reason and no number to call (they ask for a serial number that I simply don’t know how to locate). The customer service is great till they run your card. Just be aware and really check everything before they leave because once they are out the door, you probably won’t speak to a competent person again. Probably not worth the risk for expensive pieces.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. The sales staff lie about return policies and will dodge your calls. I plan on taking this as far as possible to let others know. They obviously train their staff to lie and deceive.

Scam location. Buy from them at your own risk. They botched delivery - delivered during wrong time and day - - it was pouring rain when they showed up and poured rain during entire delivery. They dropped off the wrong furniture set - furniture that we did not pay for and of cheaper value. We showed them evidence that the delivered furniture was wrong. The manager refused to make it right. They lied to us and told us that they would fix it - delayed the solution for more than one week, then changed their minds. So now I have to file a complaint with BBB and consumer protection agency of texas for their shady business practices. Also, The manager, Greg Dennison, mocked my wifes accent and discriminated against her in the store bringing her to tears. He's lucky I wasnt there. I do look forward to seeing him again Again, buy from them at your own risk. They steal from people and Greg Dennis9n the floor manager is a racist weasel

DON’T BUY WOODEN FURNITURE AT ASHLEY FURNITURE STORES. Powderpost beetles started to appear in the table leg, and we called pest control and they discovered that the beetles had already arrived inside the table. They generate eggs and take 3 to 6 moths to develop. We contact Ashley customer service and they basically said that’s our problem because the purchase was made 3 months prior. So, $1800 thrown in the trash. What a Shame and lack of quality of control for a big store like this.

I showed him what I was looking for and he let me know they didn’t have it on site but that it could be ordered. He was very helpful from start to finish and assured me if I needed anything before or after the set was delivered he’d be available. It was a quick and pleasant buying experience!

I'm so glad we visited this location! I called and spoke to Sausha, who encouraged my husband and I to come in. We were looking for a mattress. When walking in, we were greeted kindly and attentively. We worked with Beau, the sleep expert who worked with us every step of the way to find our best match based on our sleep habits, comfort, and budget. He was awesome and extremely knowledgeable. He knows his stuff! We ended our visit working with Paulo, who was just as knowledgeable, friendly, and kind! From start to finish, the customer service at this location is not only phenomenal but a breath of fresh air. I don't think our experience could have been any better. First class all the way! I encourage you to stop by this location if you are ever in need of any type of furnishing!

I called Ashley Furniture to ask for some information about a particular piece of Ashley Furniture . The young man, I spoke to was quite informative, pleasant, and professional. He answered all my questions over the phone and invited me to visit his store. Based on that conversation I went to the Ashley Furniture store at 121 and the Tollway. I was treated very well at all, my questions were answered.

We had the pleasure of having Paris Moore help us today. She was very helpful and very communicative. We went to see a lot of other furniture stores that day, but none of the people who helped us were as helpful as her. If you are thinking about going to Ashley’s furniture in Frisco TX I’d definitely recommend asking for Paris Moore!

Very unprofessional management and staff. They were throwing insults and mocking! Do not believe the sales guys , especially if they promise any store credits pushing you to into making purchase. They wouldn’t honor that later. I went in the store to help a friend make a tempurpedic purchase! (Which I had also made a year ago. And was given $$$ store credit notated to my account. I was doubtful back then , and requested for gift card /email which they denied and convinced me that account notation was good enough. Sales pitch! ). I thought, I’ll redeem my store credit first and then go ahead with my friend’s purchase. The store staff and manager gave us all random reasons to stop us from using the store credit along with lots of mockery. Little did they know that they showed their true colors to a customer that’s back to the store to make another purchase! Glad that we didn’t make the purchase first and took our business elsewhere.

I had a TERRIBLE experience after purchasing a bed from Ashley. The sales associate told me I had 30 days if I needed to make any changes on the furniture, and that was his selling point b/c I wasn't sure if the bed would fit right in my room in the first place. Turns out, that was a lie. Also, I called customer service, as sales associates told me they had no authority to help me in store, and I was told over the phone that it wouldn't be a problem to exchange my bed (with drawer) for the same bed (no drawer). He told me they'd call me tomorrow for scheduling. No one called me. I called back and was told my request to exchange was denied. I told them how I was sold on the 30 day window and how the scheduling call was all a lie. I was told a more senior manager would call me that day or the next, never heard from anyone. Ashley associates are all in it for the sale. I will never be buying from them and I will tell anyone else not to as well. They will tell you whatever they need to get the sale b/c you can't do anything "after the delivery drivers drive away from your house."

Scam company, the worst experience of my life. My tension has risen many times due to the anger I have with this company of thieves. I am not going to pay anything for an ugly, poorly made bed and for a piece of furniture that they have not sent me. They are so starving that even the protection of the mattress was stolen. We had our worst experience at this store. Ordered mattress, foundation and protector and struggled for almost 2 months to get something we paid for. The delivery was scheduled after a month and that too a wrong size mattress was delivered. Multiple attempts were made to explain that a wrong size mattress was delivered and that we ordered a king size. We received 10+ calls from delivery team that delivery is scheduled and upon checking the items it was always the wrong size mattress. There were n number of text exchages to explain that this is the wrong size and requested them to correct it on their side. Finally, the delivery was done and it wasn’t even complete. We were told that few items are to be picked from store. We reached the store to pickup the remaining items only to know that the items that we are here to pick are scheduled for delivery and we will have to get it changed and were asked to reach out to someone to get the delivery type changed. The expierence at store - All sales agents are busy with their clients and we had no one on the counter to listen to what we had to say. One of the agents told us that we dont have a senior here and someone can talk to you only after they are done with current engagements(which I understand) but atleast was expecting someone like a store manager to be there. After we showed our discontentent with experience at Ashley to someone at store(waiting for sometime for someone to attend us) a gentleman came, listened and resolved the issue. But m never coming back…

Absolutely ridiculous. We paid in full and were promised a delivery date. On that date we changed our whole schedule around to receive the furniture. We never received a call or email. We called them and they said because the sale was done incorrectly no delivery date was set. They didn't even have our correct number or email on file so no one cares here. Stay away.

I’ve been a repeat customer for 18 years. My last purchase was 2 sofas in 2019. Last November we heard the sofa crack and drop down when my son was sitting on it. I filed a claim with the protection plan but it was denied because they don’t cover the frame. So I decided to investigate to see what was going on internally since I have no other option and can’t use the sofa. Once I opened the bottom part, I see exactly what is wrong. They clearly damaged the support while building the sofa and just left it that way. So the sofa was 100% going to break it was just a matter of how long it would take for it to crack all the way down. I called the store and was told it would be $90 to have a technician look at it and $99/hour if they are able to fix it. Even though they sold me a sofa with a compromised frame, I’m responsible to pay for it, which it would end up costing more than what I originally paid. I’d highly recommend you take apart any furniture you buy from here and inspect it yourself (manufacturer warranty is 1 year) since they clearly don’t care about quality control, and the protection plan is a waste. ** I am still waiting to hear from a manager

Very bad customer services, especially the manager of the store, Greg lack of experience, not only sell us wrong furniture and also don't work to solve customer issue, shame on Ashley management, who appoint people who don't know how to handle customer issues.

Do NOT buy from this store. I purchased a kids bed/room furniture set from this store and they delivered an incomplete/wrong set. I have been trying to correct this issue since 12/1/23 and have had no luck because when you call their store no one helps or they just say they call back (they don't).

Update: I’ve read a few reviews and it seems like it’s the same pattern. Do not order from this store. They say one thing and do another. They do not communicate when things go wrong on their side. We were told a manager would contact us right back once he got off the phone. It’s 3 days later. We will be taking this further because it involves a forged signature. Just want to help others with not ordering furniture from here. I’ve had a horrible encounter when it comes to the delivery with Ashley Home-store. The delivery drivers forged a signature of mine and Ashley has still yet to call to resolve the issue of changing the furniture. We had a set of a huge sectional and dining table set. We were not going to sign off for the couch just the dining table set, the delivery drivers signed without our permission after we refused the order because they said they could not alter or take pieces we wanted to change. They kept repeating they did not want to ruin their Saturday. They did not want to take pieces back to the truck since they felt it would prolong their day. They rather us sign for furniture that we were not satisfied with and stick with it because it was “too much work”. We were speaking with the manager of the delivery drivers to outweigh the options we had since it was an holiday and the store was closed. Once we got on the phone with the manager the delivery drivers left without saying a word and the refused couch. When we told the manager he was very shocked that they would leave one without the photo of the furniture but two without our signature for the approved pieces. The supervisor called them to have them return, however, the manager did not give us a call back right away. It was about an hour later and we left the apartment momentarily because we had not heard anything back yet. We let the supervisor know it would be 45 minutes until our return. This is when all communication stopped with the manager along with the delivery drivers. We received a call from the driver but it hung up right away. We called right back and no one answered. Not shortly after I received the notification that the drivers forged a signature to be signed and that the delivery was completed, even though we made an agreement for the couch to be returned back.

We ordered a couch in store with Charles in early November. Was told delivery would be in 4 weeks. Once 4 weeks go by, then they decide to let us know they need 5 more weeks. Once 5 more weeks go by... guess what... they need another 4 weeks. How can you be so wrong in the first place?! Charles said to reach out to him if we have any issues and he never replied to our email or returned our calls. Save yourself the false hope of having new furniture when they say they'll deliver. Never shopping at Ashley again. Telling all our friends and family to stay far away as well.

Korey was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and listened to our needs. He was very patient, answered our questions, and took us all through the store to make sure we saw everything that might meet our needs. We found everything we were looking for. There was no pressure. He didn't try to upsell us more than we wanted. Altogether, a very pleasant experience!

I recently purchased a dining table from Ashley Furniture, and I must say, the delivery service was extremely disappointing.. When the table arrived, I discovered a noticeable chip on the table and one of the chair is ripped off , prompting me not to sign off on the delivery. The delivery guys noticed the damage and told us that they will make a report of damage and someone will come and replace the table and chair , and they also told they don't have to take it back and I don’t have to sign and the delivery will be marked as fail .. To my dismay, I later discovered that someone had forged my signature and accepted the delivery on my behalf. This unauthorized sign-off is not only a breach of trust but also raises concerns about the security of your delivery processes. After my complaint also no action was taken for the forged signature and delivery.. After multiple follow they agree for replacement but now after 4th attempt of delivery also the table still has dents and each time they bring a used one with scratch and dents .. I am still waiting on the new table replacement done after one month of purchase .. Overall, a frustrating experience that tarnished my impression of Ashley Furniture.

I would definitely not purchase any kind of warranty from Ashley’s. The protection they said covered spills and this and that I paid 358 dollars for, they replaced a single cushion to my sofa and called it done.. sorry for $358 I should be able to replace ALL my cushions so they all match

This was a great experience. We were looking at the Ashley Navi sleeper sofa, and the Ashley Frisco store was able to meet and even beat the price that other stores were selling it for. Our salesman Doug was great, very knowledgeable and spent a long time with us comparing sofas. Couldn’t have asked for better. Our delivery guys were great too, they got it up the stairs and set up perfectly with no damage to sofa or house. And we love the Navi sofa, it exceeded our expectations.

Edit: have to keep shortening my original review because of the ongoing Saga. I've received my coffee table after a 3 month delay on my shipping and it arrived cracked, the box got dropped during delivery. Now I'm talking to warranty claims and they have already lost my original claim and I guess the new agent on the phone didn't want to deal with it so she hung up on me. Literally if you can think of anything that can hamper the experience of purchasing furniture, it's happened with Ashley. Stay away. If I could offer 0 stars i would Original review: Buying a coffee table has been almost a 9 month ordeal going on 10. After having total argue my way out of the scam that is the Ashley warranty and their "no use no lose in store credit", my coffee table has now gotten delayed a second month after waiting 2 months for backorder. Ashley refuses to offer any more reimbursement for the continued delays in delivery of their furniture. Honestly if they delay it again I'm just going to aks for a refund and take my money elsewhere permanently. I ordered a back ordered custom couch from Nebraska and got it in 2 months. How Ashley has 4.3 stars is beyond me, I work in Healthcare and every patient I've spoken with that has bought from Ashley has always had the worst experience, one even said she considered sueing Ashley. Unless Ashley gets fake reviews or has Google delete negative reviews (I worked for a company befote that paid for that) My best advice. Stay away from Ashley, take your money to one of the numerous other nearby furniture stores

I was allowed to walk around and look on my own which was good. As I was ready I found a salesman. This young man was very attentive to my needs. He patiently let me drive my needs. Once he found out what I REALLY WANTED AND NEEDED, he worked with me to get the best deal I could get and still get the delivery. Thank you for all you did to make this possible.

Very poor service , just trash talk to impress you. I received a wrong product and struggling to return them. Don't buy from store .. better buy online. Update : After multiple visit , things got heated up today. Had to call 911 as the employee who ordered the wrong product manhandled me due to this arguement. Then finally the store manager dropped a note to customer service for return . It took a month to make it happen , now waiting on customer service again . p.s. the employee disappeared before the arrival of police . Update 2 : After multiple customer service call , our money was returned as store credit . Never wanted to enter that store so raised a credit card dispute to get refunded .

I purchased three bar stools in the store for $500. However, they delivered the wrong items valued at $250. When I attempted to contact the store, they directed me to customer care. Upon contacting customer care, they instructed me to go back to the store. It has been two weeks, and my claim has received no attention or resolution. Marwan was the sales representative who made us to pay for discontinued items and created invoice with wrong items

Do business with this company at your Own Risk! Beware of their NO RETURN POLICY which is buried as a one liner of the page 5 of the 6 page receipt they gave us. At no time during the sales process was this policy disclosed nor is it posted anywhere in their showroom. What company today doesn't offer returns or exchanges??? When our bedroom set was delivered it was defective, the headboard of the post bed we ordered was poorly constructed. When inspecting it further we came to the conclusion that the panel board design in the same collection would be a bit more sturdy than the post board So we contacted the Frisco Ashley location from where we purchased and asked since the headboard needed to be replace if we could swap out with the panel board instead. We even offered to pay any additional costs of shipping, etc. We were told NO. They would send someone out to repair. We asked if we could escalate to a manager. NOPE. All we received was deflection from the staff saying how this location and the parent company are two separate entities, and how the parent company makes all the decisions, blah... blah... blah. Eventually we were relegated to the Associate Sales Manager, Kendra Stevens, when we asked to speak to the store manager. Kendra promised to raise our concern and also our solution / proposition to the parent company and get back to us. She would not give me the parent company's name. After some digging, I found the company: Dufresne Spencer Group out of Memphis TN. Kendra never got back to us. Again, she deflected any responsibility and decision making to the parent company saying her hands were tied. And she wasn't the only one saying this. It was like Ashley's whole staff was trained more in deflection techniques rather than customer service. No one there was able to make a simple decision AFTER the SALE. So, we decided to call the parent Group DSG. No luck. System and phone issues prevented us from contacting anyone with decision making ability by phone. By text and email Ashly communicates letting us know they are sending a box of parts to repair the headboard. This is after a technician who came to our house determined the board couldn't be repaired. Well the box comes to my house and sits in my garage for several weeks until another technician is scheduled. This technician arrives and makes the determination also that the board can't be repaired. We are now several months into this. We once again propose an exchange to the panel board style and offered for Ashley to keep the difference in the less expensive panel board and we would pay any exchange / delivery fees. Again, the answer was NO. It was almost as though they got pleasure and delight out of pissing you off not satisfying your purchase experience. In the end, 5 MONTHS LATER, we finally got a replacement post board. Again, understand when you are doing business with this location... RETURN POLICY "Once the item(s) are in your possession, all sales are final." Believe me, we were delightfully reminded of this by there staff several times by email and text. In our experience, this company is not the least bit concerned about your overall purchasing experience or satisfaction, only in making the sale. There is zero flexibility... NO EXCEPTIONS! And if you think you're going to call the local location or DSG in Memphis try to reason with someone who legitimately cares about you and your satisfaction as a paying customer... think again. Remember, look at your sales paperwork carefully for this No Return Policy, because our sales rep didn't disclose it nor was is conspicuously displayed anywhere in the store. I will never shop at this location that is owned by DSG. Instead, shop for your Ashley furniture on-line where you have 72 hours to report if you are unhappy with the item in anyway and then work with them for replace, pick-up, or return.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Ashley Furniture Store, and I must say that the experience was exceptional, thanks to the fantastic assistance provided by Ethan. Ethan was helpful in explaining everything to us.

They treated us really nicely when they were making the sale/ their commission…… when it came down to helping us load the furniture to our truck they acted like their arms fell off and didn’t work. The warehouse guy flat out lied to my husband about when he could pick up our couches and when someone could help load. It took 2 days to get all of our furniture. No one cares or called to ask how they could help. They were sure to be happy to take our money though. I wouldn’t do business with this company based on this customer experience.

Dealt with illegal business dealings today. About 10 minutes after they setup my account I received a notice of a class action lawsuit for a pricing settlement. Sure enough they were continuing the same practices. Charging me two different prices for the same set of furniture. I was essentially forced to purchase the $700 warranty or pay $700 more for the same merchandise. Ended up cancelling my order and wasting three hours in that store to get jerked around by a very disrespectful and rude manager Don - avoid this store at all costs. You will waste your time and money. Also, if you have experienced the same treatment, I encourage you to report it to the Texas attorney general and BBB.

Do not do business here. The company forces their people to be dishonest pond scum. They will remind you 100 times that you have to sleep on a mattress for 30 days before they'll even consider taking it back but not mention once there's a 3 day return policy for everything else. Then, they'll just repeatedly ignore you or pass you off while hiding behind fine print like it's a shield.

My husband and I went in to look at a certain table and Chris was there to help us right away! He gave us all of the information we needed and answered any questions that we had! Highly recommend!

Danger! We have hired a lawyer for Frisco and Plano location. Ashley in other locations are great. They will not let you return any furniture even when it is the following day! We have a terrible story of what they did to us. I have purchased beautiful furniture from Ashley for years. The problem is the owner of the Frisco and Plano location. It started with a purchase of family room furniture. We bought a couch, love seat and over sized chair. They delivered the couch first. It was defective. One side was puffy as it should be. The other side was flat. I called the next day and they said we could not return it! I canceled the rest of the set so we would not be charged. I fought for at least two months with the manager. She finally agreed to give a credit. I did not need furniture, starting picking up decorations for the house. I had a $5000.00 credit. This is not what I thought was fair. As I was picking up things I liked but did not need, she came up to me and said it had to be furniture! We had already bought furniture. We knew we could not fight them so we decided to get a new bed. We loved our bed, but felt that was all we could do. We bought a Temporpedic soft mattress anld a $150.00 cover. The first night we slept in it we knew we made a big mistake. We like extremely soft beds and it was not for us. We paid $5000.00 dollars for the furniture, and the bed with base was $7000.00! Again, I called the next day and asked to return it. I wad told that we had to wait six months to get use to it. If we still were not happy, they would give us a refund. I called the day of six months. No return because it had been over there return time. I have always loved Ashley furniture. It is just the owner of the Plano and Frisco location. I spoke with the corporate office and learned a lot more. I will not inform you of what I heard in respect for them. The BBB has had many complaints and had nothing good to say about them. We have been through many tragedies at the same time and did not fight back. We have hired a lawyer and he will expose the two locations that are giving them a bad name. I have bought Ashley furniture for years! Always great furniture and customer service!

My husband and I came in just looking for options for a dining room table. The sales representative introduced herself which was nice, but every 4-5 minutes she would ask if we needed help. That is not the shopping experience I prefer.

Korry was our sales rep and he took his time to show us around, identifying options and asking us questions to help us with our decision making. We came in for a couch/loveseat and added a new Tempurpedic mattress. And they were offering great no interest financing that really helped us with getting more for our money. I went specifically to purchase mattresses for my teenage boys. Korey was super helpful. Very patient and knowledgeable. He didn’t try to upsell me and really took the time to educate us on the different mattress types and helped the boys understand their preferences. Previously I selected the mattresses for the kids. Now they are older I allowed them to select their mattresses based on their needs and preferences. Korey helped us pick the perfect tempurpedic based on their needs and preferences.

Ashley furniture in frisco was great! Specifically Paris! She was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions without being too salesy. She was a pleasure to work with and we never once felt like we were being pressured by any of the the sales reps while we were there — unlike our experience at a different furniture store. We ended up with an amazing deal and were able to get 2 beautiful pieces of furniture that we are so excited for!! Paris is literally the best and if it weren’t for her amazing help, we probably wouldn’t have gotten what we needed! Definitely recommend this store! I have to select at least one star. If you want to go to this store, just be careful. They will force you to buy their mattress even you don't have any plan to buy it. I went there to buy just sofa set. They pushed me to buy a $4500 dam mattress and any time I sleep on it I get a terrible back ack. My wife put the review before and they asked her to send an email with details, but nobody didn't answer. The only thing that I can say if you want to go there is: God Bless You and Your Pocket.

She then allowed us to browse on our own but checked on us to answer questions. Ashley had a wide variety of pieces to choose from compared to the other stores we had just visited. UPDATE! I rescheduled for the correct bed to be delivered(3RD TIME), and now it finally arrives with no hardware to put it together. I contact customer service through text AND phone, they say there is nothing they can do until 48 hours from today. I also spoke with a supervisor over the phone and he said he could only offer me $100 dollar gift card for Ashleys. No money back on my items, no money back for my inconvenience, nothing!! I even emailed the email address that they gave me in the last review, but got no response. I contacted my sales person (Travis Weithorn), but he never called me back or followed up on this on going issue. This is the worst company to order furniture from! I am looking to furnish my whole entire house but will not be going to ashleys EVER AGAIN!!!!

I have been a customer in Ashley for the last 10 years and I can see that the quality of the products have come down extremely badly. My first purchase was in 2013 and I had never used my warranty claim because the product was so good. In 2019 Nov I bought Furniture‘s worth close to $15,000 from Ashley and within a year I had to return the couch and now within two years I’ve had to apply for warranty for almost all the products that we bought. No I am chasing Ashley customer care and the warranty company as the list that was sent did it have my entire furniture that was under warranty. So I can’t get the repairs done either.Very very disappointed & frustrated. Do not expect to have the same quality that Ashley used to have. Please go else where

My salesman Korey Delaine was awesome! My mother and I came in 20 minutes before the store closing to buy a mattress I already picked out online. Korey greeted us within 5 minutes of us walking in and had a very pleasant demeanor. He assisted me with my purchase quickly and I was able to open an account for future purchases. Even after we left, Korey called to make sure we were safe as he saw our car parked in the car lot well after closing. Funny enough we were fine and just scrolling through social media. I would refer Ashley and Korey’s services to all!

Worst experience we’ve ever had with a furniture store. They offer and you pay for what they call “what’s glove delivery” which indeed it is the opposite from that! Two people who are in dirty scuffed up clothes smelling like smoke who come to your home. Without even getting the furniture off the truck they say, “it doesn’t fit” no measurements, nothing! Spoke with the distribution center they are clueless and after several calls will hang up on you for no reason. Now we’re having to cancel the item with no receipt or proof it was canceled. It’s just, “take our word for it it’s been canceled “ nobody has addressed the issue not even the store manager Charles. The salesmen in the store Judge you and won’t help you if they think you aren’t buying. Overall the store is a disgrace I recommend ANY other furniture store in the area. There are several to choose from. Don’t say you haven’t been warned.

Todays experience was exceptional because I had the honor of working with Juan Martinez. He was very personable and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. I really want to share my inside joke but I really can’t on this platform. However, I wish all of the sales people were as nice as Juan. I’m glad he was in the area when I was I the store. Everything is so wrong about this store now. The furniture is made so cheaply and the furniture is pretty awful! The sales people are rude! The store is extremely crowded and hot!

Went in the store ordered a KING bed and KING mattress, took off work, because Ashley only delivers Tuesday-Saturday, and you must be home ALL day because they do not know what part of the day the delivery will come. So the delivery gets here and its a King mattress with a Queen bed. So now I just wasted a day of work and no bed because they got it wrong. On top of all that, the only way to fix this is to text a bunch of numbers or call customer service and tell them the problem and then wait until they fix everything in 2-3 days from now and reschedule you another delivery 4 days from that(hopefully you are home sitting around doing nothing)! This place is horrible! Oh and I got no compensation or anything for the inconvenience!

There were about 7 employees standing around, all saw me come in. Was not greeted. Nor helped. They walked past me and greeted others, then helped them with their shopping. Guess it’s sales game.

Easiest process of buying a couch I’ve had!!!

We found exactly what we were looking for at a great price point. Setting up delivery was easily done and customer service was top tier.

We came back to Ashley because it was where we bought our furniture 5 yrs ago. We began with one person but then he was pulled away so another sales person helped us. They were quick and efficient and very friendly.

Chris was phenomenal! So knowledgeable, kind and a good listener! I am definitely going to tell my friends and family where to go and who to talk to about buying a bedding ensemble!

***I strongly advise against choosing Ashley!*** 1)Their store managers lack proper customer communication skills, displaying rudeness and an indifferent attitude. 2)The delivery team's behavior is extremely rude, and their hygiene leaves much to be desired – they arrived with dirty, old shoes. Despite our request to wear shoe covers, they refused, displaying an offensive attitude. 3)A significant portion of the furniture was delivered in a damaged state, leading to its return. Although I reported the damage, Ashley has not responded even after a week. 4)It has been a month since I placed the order, and half of the furniture is yet to be delivered. I've had to contact customer care regarding the undelivered items. 5)Important: Ashley refuses to pick up any furniture that has been delivered to your home, regardless of the reason, even if it's damaged. 6)I would suggest considering NFM or Rooms to Go, most of the times its less expensive there. 7)Whenever I used to visit an Ashley store, I wondered why they didn't seem to have many customers despite their large stores. Now I understand the reason the hard way – after spending $3000. 8)It's been a valuable lesson. Please avoid visiting any Ashley store, as it's not worth your time.

I'm sick of waiting! On the day I received our power recliner, the right side would not close properly. I reported it the day of, and I've been getting the runaround from Ashley for over a month to get it repaired. It's always "just give us 48 more hours" or "Just give us a few days." In addition, the couch is hard as a rock. They claim the couch needs "time to break in." I'm sorry, we've sat on it for a month, and it's still hard as a rock and uncomfortable. NOT like the one we sat on in the store (no one told us to expect a much harder cushion than what was in the store). At this point, I just want them to take the couch back and let us choose something else! This is ridiculous!

They’ll bait and switch you on the return policy - saying one thing and make you sign the fine print of another. Don’t do business with these people. Zero stars. Not to mention the fact that they delivered the wrong items the first time around and then took four weeks to send the correct items. If you must purchase from them, do not do it in the showroom. If you purchase from them directly, they will not uphold Ashley’s 30 day return policy.

We had a horrific delivery experience today. The two team members arrived timely, but that was about it. The driver was stumbling and all over the place. At one point he even dropped the headboard in our hallway. They were careless and trying to do to much at once. They hit (damaged) walls, stairs, pictures and at one point my husband who had heart surgery had to assist as they were unable to carry items on their own due to carelessness. We requested to reject the bed, as instructed by out Sales rep, as it was clearly damaged from being dropped, and had additional damage too, and they refused to reject and take back. They became beligerent and telling us what should have been a 20 min job was now an hour and a half. Mind you, this had nothing to do with us. They demanded we get Ashley on the phone while continuing to talk and tell us how we should just keep the furniture. The thought crossed my mind that they may be under the influence. They stated they had done 9 stops together today, but they didnt know each others names, and refused to help each other in any effective/efficient manner. We made multiple attempts to contact Ashley Management (store) to no avail, as they were too busy. Moral of the story, once they have your money, they're done with you and aren't accountable for their deliveries. Thousands of dollars spent and we will NEVER return.

We had a fantastic experience. We got the couch we wanted, and for the price that worked for us! Paris Moore was our sales associate and she was wonderful and patient with us! I highly recommend Paris for taking care of your furniture buying experience. Thank you!

DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE. We purchased a Sofa. We noticed defects/damaged marks that indicates poor quality and or defects in the same day they delivered. We called within the 72 hours to return it and address the issue. They refused to return it even though their return policy online clearly says they would. Their service team will arrive in 3 weeks from now to inspect it and try to address the issue. This means we are stuck with a fully priced sofa that is damaged until they come!! This is a very poor customer service. I am on the phone for 30 min awaiting a supervisor and no answer yet!! This is the Last time we buy from Ashley. We do not recommend to anyone. We will also be taking further actions to address their misleading stated policy.

Easy and quick

While I purchased a lot of furniture from this Ashley store in Sep 2017, I was strongly encouraged by the sales to purchase their 5-Years protection for the furniture. They said if I didn’t use the protection, then I can convert the protection to in-store credit after 5 years. It’s July 2023 now. When I was trying to convert the protection to the credits 2 weeks ago, I was denied. They said the credits have to be converted within 180 days when the protection expires. It’s like a fraud to me. However, they didn’t tell me the HIDDEN limitations. I wouldn't buy the 5-years protection if I knew this limitation. OK. There is some follow-up story now. They do have a good customer service, which helps me to resolve the problem eventually.

We had a fantastic experience at this store. After frustrating experiences in other states - at Ashley and stores that carry Ashley products, we went in anticipating a confrontational salesperson. However, we were very pleasantly surprised to have the complete opposite experience at this location. Not only did our salesman find the item we wanted - even though it wasn't available in-store, but he got it delivered to us in 2 days - the website said 5-6 weeks! We got a great deal on an awesome piece for our living room. I can't recommend this store enough.

My order was canceled without my permission and then when I called the store, the sales guy said we don’t have any notes on your account… I asked to speak to a manager and apparently the manager was not in. I would not purchase anything from Ashley‘s as they don’t respect peoples time and now want me to come in to re-fill out paperwork. I forgot to mention, on memorial day the sales guy said we got a great deal, but then got home and saw cheaper prices online, Definitely feel played.

I don't recommend this branch specially the mattress department. The guys try to sell and don't care what will happen to your back and your budget. After one year punches a $ 4500 mattress still I get terrible backache right after I sleep on it. Any time I was there I saw couple customers that were arguing with them. I should have figured it out what was going on but unfortunately didn't. It is a long story. Just go and stay front of customer service and you will understand what am I saying.

I’m only giving 4 stars because this is a “preliminary review”. Paris was an awesome sales person! She didn’t follow us around & try to push us in a certain direction. We told her what we were looking for & she gave us many options to choose from without hovering over us. If she had not shown us that the couch serves as a perfect loveseat with the fold down option we probably would have chosen something else. I can’t rate the quality of anything other than Paris helping us & she gets 5 stars from me but I don’t want to mislead anyone with this review because we just ordered our furniture today so I can’t really give an honest review of the overall experience yet. I’m happy to update once the furniture arrives

Terribly unhelpful staff. Their phone lines have been down for MONTHS, and they have been giving us the run around to get our sectional fixed that came unassembled. Sales was all super accommodating of course and so we're the people shipping and delivering. The "customer service person" who were were told to talk to has been unable to fix our problem since June 1, 2023. I've had to drive up here four times since their phone lines are still down. UNACCEPTABLE!

The box is damaged and the inner boxes were opened. I purchased a set of barstools, and they only delivered 1 of the two pieces.

I had the worst possible experience at this store. I ordered a dinning table set and waited over a month for delivery. Finally i decided to check at the store and they have not even placed the order. They just had my order in the system without any actual details. I was shocked and they gave excuses like system was down, system was hacked, ransomware and they could not place the order again. They we’re struggling to use their own software. I finally told them to cancel the order and I walked out. Never again!

My couch is only a year old and its making a horrible squeaking noise. I would never buy another couch from them.

Customer Service is terrible. Received couch on 05/25/23- and it was defective. I called customer service and mentioned couch is defective they gave complaint number. Now its almost 1 month not getting any response I went into store on to request return I was specifically told about. Susan manager didn't respond properly return was denied. Susan was misbehaving as if she doesn't care really irritating . I've spoken to Customer Service and even Ashley Corporate Consumer Affairs. Very bad experience

I recently ordered a dresser and 2 night stand. My order just got delivered. I only received the 2 night stand. No one notified me about the dresser been canceled. I can’t get a hold of anyone to see when the dresser will be delivered. Poor customer service and communication

During our visit today, we weren't greeted by anyone. We walked around the store for approximately fifteen and none of the associates greeted us. Our sole purpose today was to purchase a couch we saw at your other location. This location is significantly closer so we decided to purchase from here. The lack of service was deplorable. It's improbable we will purchase the couch from Ashley Furniture now or any item for this matter.

The worst customer experience till date. The product ( sofa ) has been sold by a sales rep it was promised to be delivered within a week. They mentioned systems crashed and there is no ETA . Fine understood things happen. Later a store rep says systems are being backed up come back on Monday to see us and later when I go to the store they say the same things I heard on first day!! System are still down and we cannot even cancel the order. Later a gentleman named Charles comes up and tries to push us out of the store saying there is no ETA till systems are all crashed first there is lies that system are backed up. No apology nothing and no ETA on delivery so shameless no one takes ownership. While selling the product they try to be so hospitable and when it’s done they even neck us out of stores. Such a shameless customer experience!!!

Allegedly this store charge my brother 700 on a delivery fee and he never received his whole order after weeks of waiting. Than he canceled the bed and still never received his money back even though this was cleary a mess up on there end. Their system had been down and she handled it with grace and even engaged in friendly conversation. My experience felt easy despite technical difficulties. My couch was delivered in a timely and professional manner and I’m beyond pleased with my new couch.

Worst experience. Purchased 2 mattresses over 3k spent. I leave work early to pick up and they didnt have any mattress plastic wrap on my beds. The lady at the counter asked me if i had sheets to cover the bed. Why, would i ride around with sheets? I asked the salesman 2 days before if they come wrapped and he said yes. They lied there. Had to wait another 30 mins for them to try and wrap them in shrink wrap and driving away all the wrap comes off. I would never recommend anyone to buy from this store.

His approach of "let me show you a few things and then you go browse" was a relief. It gave me space to think clearer, come up with more questions, and form better opinions on my choices without feeling pressured. Grateful for an extremely smooth and easy purchase experience (under an hour) and was happy to be a sale for Chip. Even got a MDW discount.

We had a great experience buying a bedroom set and living room tables here. Our salesman put together a great deal and made sure every detail was covered.

I had to exchange an adjustable bed to just regular box springs both of which would have been too big for the bed that I bought. However on delivery when the bed was set up. It was two big 4 fr from the floor. I immediately started making calls. I received a call back for a return on the box springs. He left a message but the number he called would not allow call backs. Like the. I’m se was blocked. Therefore I have issues that I am trying to get resolved but I need to talk to someone please.

Doug did a marvellous job with showing us choices on bedding and worked very well trying to meet our delivery needs. Problem came up, did not get a call 48 hours prior to delivery date. Still waiting for delivery of my mattress, box spring as well as recliner.

Pathetic service. Sales person was okay as it expected to be. But delivery sucks. Ordered two costly beds. One came defective, they took the defective part back keeping unfinished bed lying in the room. Promised to send and fix replacement part same day. Replacement came 4 days later. And unfortunately that was also defective. Still chasing customer service for last three weeks to repair or replace the defective part and they are pushing the responsibility from one department to another. Currently not able to use the room nor the bed. Never experienced such poor customer service from any merchant....white glove service and protection plan is only for name sake. Ashley by name was expected to be way better. Will not recommend anyone to go to this store.

They delivered damaged product and the delivery person promised to replace within 2 weeks. It's been an year now and after multiple store visits, customer care calls, countless tickets nothing happened. Once they get your money, that's it. You are lucky if you get what you paid for. If not, you lost your money, period. Never buying anything from Ashley.

Stay away, especially if you plan on going in on your own. There were plenty of families and couples in the store just walking around and looking, but they tried to force a sale on me because they thought they could? Some used car salesman stuff going on at this Ashley store. Long story short, the floor salesperson originally helping me was sweet and helpful. But then she went to get the manager to help me look as well (which I didn't ask for) and NO THANKS. When I said, "Thank you, let me talk to my fiancé about it," he asked what the "hold up" was. When I said "Well, that's a good chunk of money so I'd like to talk it over," he proceeded to ask me when I'd be bringing him in to the store to look. I told them they were being really aggressive and I gtfo. Will definitely be ordering online or going to another store.

This specific location in Frisco truly needs some training in Sales! Hovering too close, continuously interjecting private conversations, borderline harassing behavior, and pushing on a purchase when clearly we haven't decided yet which items to go for because we got interrupted so often, are all behaviors on how to make a customer run to your biggest competitor. We had several interactions with multiple sales staff members over the past year. Every time we think to give them another chance and walk in that store, we regret it. As soon as you walk in, you basically get an assigned borderline "stalker" who will not give you space or time to figure out what you're interested in and what could possibly be a purchase. No, they will do anything to push a sale and make sure you have their business card. Somehow they're oblivious to how much they were annoying us. During our last visit we made it clear we want to see the new collection first. Instead of giving us that opportunity, as usual, we were too closely followed (I shouldn't be able to smell you), we were constantly interrupted in our private conversation where we tried to share our thoughts with each other, and we were pushed to buy anything that day. This was our last straw, we left the store and went straight to their biggest competitor where we had a much better experience and ended up buying 7 furniture items we did not plan to buy. Anyone who wants to have an anxiety, harassment free experience shopping for furniture should at all cost avoid this location!

My first experience at Ashley Furniture was great ! The people is what made it special. They also have deals and things on clearance/managers specials that you can’t get online. Susan the seller was awesome. Very attentive! I gave it 2 stars because after spending almost 1.5 hrs on completing the sale for a bedroom set for my daughter, we were told that they didn’t know when they were going to have the bed rails in stock. We were very disappointed since we spent so much time trying to find the perfect bed for my daughter. After Ashley, we went to another furniture store and in less than 20 minutes, we made a purchase and had the delivery schedule for the next day.

I can honestly say that in my 40 years of buying furniture for multiple houses, and visiting probably humdreds of furniture stores over that time, our sales rep, Jake from the Frisco, Texas store has made the buying experience one to remember. I mean the ease, patience, and really good advice he gave us completely changed my perception of going to furniture stores. I wouldn't mind going back time and time again because he made it a great experience.

Good collection, but only thing is they did not disclose the delivery charges until place the order. And delivery charges also too high. Disks not satisfied with the purchase.

Worst customer service. I’ve been to other Ashley furniture stores where the policies are different and more accommodating to the customer. The warranty that I purchased and was going to be given back because it wasn’t used had to be dealt with in person. I moved 3 hours away and wouldn’t accommodate doing it by the phone. I had to do the drive and once I went there the process was just to sign a paper that could had been emailed. Will not come back to this store. The person helping me didn’t know much and when he was asking his manager the manager was rude to the employee because of the questions being asked.

My first experience with Ashley Furniture (in 2011) was not a good one. However, after working with Brandon, what a Big and complete difference. He is warm, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, honest and up front. He asked all the right questions to find out what we needed and didn’t try to sell us anything that we did not want. Brandon, thank you for changing a bad experience.

Our experience with Ashley furniture was very disappointing. We went there specifically because we were ready to spend a little more money to get some better furniture that would last us a very long time. Salesman: very good, no complaints. There were two major issues that really convinced us that we will never shop there again. 1. They specifically told us that the furniture was made here in the USA. NOT! When the pieces actually arrived, huge sticker on the back that says: Made in TAIWAN. The furniture is decent quality. It was just that they told us one simple thing that was a clear lie. 2. Biggest disappointment was that they kept telling us "your furniture is in the warehouse now and will be delivered on XX day/month" - Fine. We accept that even though it's not for another month. That day arrives and there are either pieces missing, or the whole order won't be ready for another month. The point here is that they confirmed it was sitting in the warehouse and would be delivered on a day, but that day came and it wasn't delivered. That happened TWICE. The top part of the contract does specifically state that delivery may be delayed for up to 4 months. However, when they say it's ready and will arrive to our house in 3 weeks, then it should arrive in 3 weeks. It feels to me like they don't actually have much or any warehouse, and when people commit to furniture, then at that point they contract it out to a Vietnam company who builds and then ships it. I expect they do this ploy because they know that people won't wait for 3 months to get furniture when there is so much competition in the big cities. It's a bait and switch and once you sign for the deal, it's easier to wait than to complain and fight for your money back. At the end of the day we received our furniture, and despite one piece arriving damaged, it was professionally repaired and the repair person did a very good job with it. All said, it was the business practices of the store that were very disappointing and frustrating and so we won't be dealing with them any more. Further, if we hear of others who are considering that, we will surely tell them of our negative experience!

Agree with all the negative reviews on customer services. I have never left a one star review before, so this is my first. It has been an absolute pain and I wish I bought from other furniture stores. My headboard mounting hole misaligns with one of the legs. I called customer service at least 10 times to confirm the technician is going to come do the inspection visit (even though I mentioned multiple times this is something that cannot simply be fixed. I need a replacement headboard). The rescheduled the appointment the day before, and somehow reschedule the new appointment 1.5 month later. Now I have to sleep on the floor for the next 1.5 months and can't return the item until the technician can inspect it?? I am still in the process of figuring out how to get the technician to come earlier and making sure they don't cancel on me again. It is beyond frustrating. I wish no one has to go through the same process.

Buying experience was great. The scheduling and actually having the items I bought delivered was frustrating. I was told by shipping that my items would be delivered the next day so I made arrangements to be home but no delivery. Then when I called, they said it be available in a few days except I would be out of town. DO NOT SELL PRODUCTS THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE.

Do NOT waste your time or money here like I did. Customer service is absolutely atrocious and the store clearly does not communicate with the distribution center. After several failed attempts to get my furniture delivered, I had to go back to the Frisco store and speak with the manager, Ryan. He was very impatient, rude, and disrespectful. Kept interrupting me while I was trying to speak. I finally just demanded a refund, which made his attitude even worse. He clicked away on his computer, handed me a piece of paper, then walked away. No apology for the inconvenience or miscommunication on THEIR part. Just complete and total unprofessional behavior all around. They care about the money in your pocket and nothing else.

Came in to see some dinning room tables, the sales person was very aggressive even though we did not ask for help. Before making a decision we wanted to verify the measurements of our kitchen. At that point the sales person attitude changed and we were told and I quote “then what are you doing here? Maybe you should come back later and not waste my time”. This is not acceptable and you can be sure you have lost my business.

Paris, the sales associate was great! The item we were looking for was not on the sales floor. But she found another item in the same brand with the same coloring that we could take a look at. She also suggested that we look at the item on her computer which was in hd. We ended up ordering two. Very good customer service!

Had great options of styles & colors to choose from. Destiny was patient with us and was so kind to look at all the options we were throwing her way.

Alan was our salesman and he handled all our needs perfectly and efficiently. We are extremely pleased in his professionalism and knowledge of product.

My experience with Ashley Furniture has been horrible. For the past year! I recently just ordered a bed that got delivered today and certain parts are missing and the delivering company and Ashley furniture are telling me I will have to wait another 2 weeks for the missing part to come in..In my opinion very unprofessional! Why would drop a bed off with parts missing now I have to rearrange my schedule to get this completed and figure out where i am going too sleep, not only that when making this purchase I communicated with the salesman letting him know that I did not want to add protection fees on my bed but he still added it too my order make my furniture be more that what it cost.. This will be my last time doing business with this company. I’m so over it! And if my bed is it not completed in a timely manner I will call them to come pick it up and cancel the entire order.

First Red flag was I came to the store on Thursday 3-9-23 and the store was closed when I arrived at 6PM. With a “Sorry for the inconvenience sign on the door” by the way I driven 35 miles each way. Everyone deserves 2nd chances right? Came the next day with an already pre approval through Acima Credit . The MOD stated the salesman couldn’t complete the transaction because the person that deals with the credit part of the house quit days prior. In conclusion 2 waisted trips. By the way asked for an explanation on the closure Thursday the salesman stated it was a company wide closure…hmm? Little did he know I went to the Plano store the same night they were fully operational. Integrity Integrity Integrity!

How convenient driven 30 miles to this location to find a sign on the door stating “Sorry for the inconvenience we closed early today” Really it’s 5:45 PM. Google and the Ashley Store website showing them open until 9. Brilliant!!

The worst furniture experience I had in my life. Bought bed from them in November and received it late December( almost three weeks after agreed date) when we received the bed, it was defected!! I called them. They sent someone to look at it after 3 weeks! Then the answer was We will replace it. They sent three different people on three different occasions and each one had a different excuse for not replacing the bed. Today is March 1st and still this issue not resolved. I wouldn’t recommend them at all.

The salesman was very nice and we got delivery since we had our small child with us. When we bought a brand new table and chairs and they come damage, I expect to have a replacement. Not with Ashley, they fight with you although they have the pictures 2 hours after delivery and only want to repair the table. No manager is helpful, and they don’t have a return policy. I guess customer service doesn’t matter after the sale. I would never recommend this company. Now we wait a MONTH after our delivery to even have someone come out to check the table.

They broke the promised delivery date multiple times for me. So if you are planning to buy from them, you will not get your furniture on scheduled date and for me they bluntly keep pushing the date. I am still waiting for my couch Already scheduled 2 times. Extremely bad experience. 2/15/2023.

Wish I could give 0 stars, buyer beware! Once the furniture is in your possession you own it no returns!!! They delivered a defective couch with a misaligned backrest, a tear in the upholstery and an adjustable headrest that quit working within a couple of hours of delivery. Just want this hunk of junk gone but I'm stuck with it. Never again Ashley!

Quality furniture, Great Selection & A generous amount of patience!

I bought a coach that was so nice looking and comfy in the store. When they brought it to my house (after waiting for 4 months) it was lumpy and crooked. They attempted to bring me a different seat cushion a few weeks later which seamed a bit better. After less than a month use the cushion became worse than the first one and there is literally like a hole in the place where I sit. I attempted to call the store but they told me to call corporate. When I called corporate they told me to call the store. Long story short, no solution was provided after being on hold for hours and days and I was stuck with the worst possible couch that is now going in the trash because it’s unbalanced and unbearable to sit on. $1400 down the drain. DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEYS. Once they make the sale they will dodge you and ignore your calls and complaints. At one point when I called, someone told me their name and he lied bc no person by that name even works in the store. So when I spoke to the manager he told me that he can’t help me. I spent a week trying to get a hold of someone. I guess they have caller ID bc they just stopped answering my calls.

Ashley’s Furniture is the worst company!!

I purchased over $20,000 worth of furniture for my new home and it’s falling apart. I have called customer service over six times in the last month and no one is able to assist me! I am beyond frustrated. I will never shop at this store again.

Please read the other bad reviews as this one is similar. I waited 4 weeks for a sectional, only to be told day of delivery, that one of the couches was damaged and can’t be delivered. Why can’t they deliver the couch that’s in good condition? Ridiculous. I called the store only for them to tell me, I’ll have to wait another 4 weeks until the sectional comes back in stock, no offer for compensation, discounts or anything. There are other stores to consider, Ashley furniture is not it, unless you’re desperate and have the time to wait months. I cancelled the order and while trying to cancel, customer care is asking me to wait for item and will give me $59 as a compensation. I paid $1500 for this sectional, the hell kind of compensation is that.

I believe giving positive feedback is not only good for the company but also their employees . I want to let ashley furniture know that Brandon was 5 class help ! He helped me and my wife pick the right furniture by giving us options on styles and prices plus discounts. A+ service from Brandon . Keep it up buddy , you will reach great heights !

Went to the Ashley Home Store in Frisco today. We first spoke with Ben. He let us take our time to walk around the store. He was then not hard to find when we had questions about products that we like and to show us other products that were online, but not in the store. Ben was great to work with and made another great experience. PS: Our whole house is practically furnished by AHS. It's people like Ben that make us go back when we're interested in something new.

Staff was very friendly. We did have a lot of trouble placing order, one thing after another with sales person. She kept apologizing but was way too drawn out a process to place our order. Would have almost preferred doing it online.

Delivered on time. Delivery men were super fast and efficient. Had to take a double recliner sofa up stairs that had multiple turns and did so without any damage to our house. Set up the sofa and verified the electronics worked before leaving.
