We had good experience at Ashley furniture in Frisco, TX. Beau is a thorough professional, he gave good advice on the Tempurpedic products and also the demo was fun 🙂 we are happy with it and also the bed frame purchase.

Went in with a sofa and loveseat set already in mind. When I walked in I was greeted by Dustyn. I showed him what I was looking for and he let me know they didn’t have it on site but that it could be ordered. He was very helpful from start to finish and assured me if I needed anything before or after the set was delivered he’d be available. It was a quick and pleasant buying experience!
First time shopping at Ashley’s in a very long time. Brandon, our sales agent, was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. He was not pushy at all, which I appreciated. Definitely would give him 5 ⭐️ s
I'm so glad we visited this location! I called and spoke to Sausha, who encouraged my husband and I to come in. We were looking for a mattress. When walking in, we were greeted kindly and attentively. We worked with Beau, the sleep expert who worked with us every step of the way to find our best match based on our sleep habits, comfort, and budget. He was awesome and extremely knowledgeable. He knows his stuff! We ended our visit working with Paulo, who was just as knowledgeable, friendly, and kind! From start to finish, the customer service at this location is not only phenomenal but a breath of fresh air. I don't think our experience could have been any better. First class all the way! I encourage you to stop by this location if you are ever in need of any type of furnishing!
I called Ashley Furniture to ask for some information about a particular piece of Ashley Furniture . The young man, I spoke to was quite informative, pleasant, and professional. He answered all my questions over the phone and invited me to visit his store. Based on that conversation I went to the Ashley Furniture store at 121 and the Tollway. I was treated very well at all, my questions were answered.
We had the pleasure of having Paris Moore help us today. She was very helpful and very communicative. We went to see a lot of other furniture stores that day, but none of the people who helped us were as helpful as her. If you are thinking about going to Ashley’s furniture in Frisco TX I’d definitely recommend asking for Paris Moore!
