The product is good. But I am giving 1 star because while delivering they damaged the floor. I saw this only after they left. Now I need to work to fix this.

The sales guy demonstrated a sleeper sofa to us, but quoted us the price of a regulator sofa. They delivered a regulator sofa. We told the delivery team to take it back. They refused. We didn't sign for the delivery. We called customer service to fix it and they said we will have to pay for the difference. We called the store, they said we need to speak to customer service. This is nuts.

Wow, I purchased a reclining couch for my grandma and they delivered it. Turns out she was not able to get out of the recline position as it was a manual recliner. Called ashley within 24 hours to see what we could do about getting her an automatic recliner. After talking with CSR for over an hour the answer was nothing. No refund , no return, no help. Will never refer or buy another item from ashley furniture. Not sure what changed but wow. I am not the type to sue someone but pretty sure if I was, I would win. I even offered to pay a restocking fee and delivery / pick-up fee. Anything just wanted a little help. Nothing. Ohh add on. They transferred me to a supervisor and when it went to the supervisor. They supervisor didn't even say hello they just hung up... Haha kinda hilarious kinda not. The founder of the company I am sure would be ashamed.

My experience with Ashley Furniture has been an absolute disaster from start to finish. First issue: billing problems right out of the gate. We were incorrectly charged for two pillows that were explicitly gifted to us as part of our furniture purchase. When I called to resolve this, instead of getting help, a manager argued with me. Rather than acknowledging the mistake, he essentially told me my own receipt and eyes were wrong and claimed an unseen credit would “magically” appear later to reconcile the charge. He said the salesperson should have explained it (they did not), offered no apology, and provided no actual resolution. I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my card provider. Second issue: complete breakdown in order fulfillment and customer service. We purchased furniture, a mattress, and lamps. On delivery day, the lamps did not arrive—and no one informed us ahead of time. When I called, I was told they didn’t know where the lamps were. I asked that the lamp order be canceled and refunded so I could buy them elsewhere. I was assured this would be handled. A month went by. No refund. No update. No communication. Then, out of nowhere, the lamps showed up at my door. When I called again and explained that I had already requested cancellation, I was told that to get a refund I now need to personally drive the lamps back to the store. That store is four cities away. These are items that should have arrived with my original order a month and a half earlier, were explicitly requested to be canceled, and were still shipped anyway due to their internal failure. So now I’m expected to spend my own time and gas fixing their mistake. Bottom line: Billing errors, argumentative management, broken promises, zero accountability, and customer service that actively makes things worse instead of better. This has been one of the most frustrating retail experiences I’ve had. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

I was shopping for a new mattress and Anissa helped guide me through the decision from start to finish. She is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain my options so I felt confident in my choice. I’m looking forward to my Saturday delivery and can’t wait to experience the comfort of my new king Sealy Brenham pillow top. Highly recommend working with her.

Will always recommend you the most expensive ones as the best ones. Went to buy mattress and now based on the “doctors” recommendation who are roaming there , my wife’s pain has only increased . Will never recommend this store.
