My experience today with Ashley was awesome. Ashley has always been excellent their patient their understanding and I just love shopping here this isn't my first time this is about the fourth time I bought furniture from them within the last 2 years there's no other place like Ashley the Personnel here is outstanding and they were very attending and helpful

I paid in full for a dresser (≈$1,500), it was never delivered. Store Manager Nick Robles was unable to cancel my order or provide a delivery update. We purchased the dresser in store and paid additional $150 delivery fee... they said we'd have automated notifications, live tracking, and pro delivery. WRONG. Dresser was scheduled for 3-6 pm delivery, then moved to 2-5pm, and by 8pm after calling and waiting on hold / speaking to several people, I drove to the store. Nick left me with a sticky note of Ashley furniture Customer support to call in the morning... I have no dresser, I'm out $1,500, and I have to wait until business hours to call a 1-800 number. I'd recommend going to one of the other 4 or 5 large furniture stores in the same plaza. Order 087H814933

Worst experience ever!!!! Paid for white glove delivery service. Furniture never delivered as promised. After multiple calls was told the “truck broke down”. I called my sales representative (Derrick @ Frisco, TX location) who has yet to call back. I paid for this delivery and still no furniture or call. I will never ever order from this company again!!!!

This is Vikas, and I posted a review yesterday regarding the damaged bed set with mirror. I noticed the owner’s response suggesting I email or reach out to Customer Care, but that has not helped. There is no clear escalation path for a quick pickup of the damaged items—after a long struggle, the pickup dates are being scheduled a week out, with the refund only after that. This is unacceptable. Our room cannot be used because of the unassembled bed set, and we are struggling with basic space for sleeping. Why should the customer be penalized for Ashley’s mistakes? Why can’t this be expedited? Is this really how you want to treat customers and expect them to return?

I ordered a bed and mirror that were delivered on 9/24 in damaged condition. The delivery team appeared inexperienced with assembly, which resulted in chipping and damage to both the bed and the dresser/mirror wood. They then left everything unattended and signed off the order as “complete.” Despite multiple calls to Customer Care, no action has been taken to arrange pickup of the damaged items or process my refund. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I am very dissatisfied with the lack of resolution and poor customer service. I request immediate action to collect the damaged items, free up the room, and issue a full refund without further delay.
