I ordered a bed with storage at the foot. The adjustable base did not fit AFTER the sales person promised it would. I called customer service, she asked me to ask the delivery team to stay while she contacts a delivery manager. Needless to say the team left and placed the wood slants in my garage, bed half assembled. I informed the customer service rep. Finally the delivery manager calls me. I communicated my concerns and the delivery manager says that a distribution manager will call me that day or the next. Well, 5 days later no call! I call them, every rep is outsourced from another country. Huge language barrier. I travel to the Ashley store where I purchased the bed and the rep tries to do an emergency assembly. I thanked her, but explained at this point Please come get the bed and refund me. I have waited on the DC Manager to call me. I have communicated to the bot Jenny via text and by email, YET no response from a human. My patience is exhausted. This process deserves a "0" and the lack of white glove service also a "0!"

Fantastic First Experience! Beau was incredibly helpful throughout the whole experience. He walked me through all the details, answered every question, and made sure I understood my options without ever feeling pressured. He took the time to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed, and his professionalism and kindness really stood out. The pricing was very fair, the quality of the furniture was impressive, and the service I received made me feel confident in my purchase. For my first time shopping with Ashley, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend — thank you, Beau, for making everything so easy!

I had an awesome experience at the Ashley Furniture store in Frisco. Chris, the manager, was incredible. He worked a miracle on the pricing and went out of his way to make sure we got the best deal possible. If you go, ask for him — that’s your guy. He’s one of the main reasons we chose Ashley over Nebraska Furniture Mart. Anwar, the first gentleman who helped us, was also great. Super friendly, patient, and walked us through everything while we kept going back and forth between tables, couches, and beds. He really took his time with us. I also want to give props to the GM. I didn’t work with him directly, but Chris had to go to him for approval, and the GM made it happen. He seemed like a solid guy and clearly played a big part in helping us get the deal. This store has a ton of inventory and a team that genuinely tries to help. Honestly, it’s the only Ashley location I’d go to. Highly recommend checking them out.

Product yet to be delivered but i was cheated on pricing by agents over there.Be very careful to check other store prices before buying here. They show you that they are matching but its all fake and cheating

I went to the store and spent almost 2 hours looking for a couch. One of their agents showed us the couch, and we really liked it and were only worried about the size. I made sure with the agent that if she could send details, we could measure and let them know, but it seems like their agent, Lemlem Ryan, didn’t send me anything—no details—and I called the store 7 times, and they picked up the call and then hung up. Seems like this is very bad for business. I spend almost $10k every year, but it seems like I never recommend anyone to my family or friends. Worst service. literally wait 3 days for the couch and no response

I have never been one to do well with filling rooms in a way that is cohesive and inviting, but I can be very particular about what works for me and doesn't and that can be challenging for some salespeople. Working with Courtney at the Ashley Store was great. She was very nice, asked great questions to help me explain the things I like and don't, and helped me explore different ideas, knowing where I could see and touch examples throughout the store. She really seems to enjoy what she does, and that made the experience very enjoyable. I will definitely recommend others drop in to see if she can help them as well. Excited for my upcoming delivery!

I went into the store and ordered a couch with the “manager” upon delivery I noticed the incorrect couch was delivered. The delivery guys did not speak a single word to me and I was very confused about what was happening. I have since called the customer support hotline every single day and have gotten no where and can not get ahold of anyone at the store. At this point I just want this couch picked up, my money back and I’ll go find a couch elsewhere because Ashley clearly does not care about customer satisfaction or righting their wrongs.
