I will stay away from this particular store. They behave like used car salesman. When it comes to return and or refund they will give you runaround and show their dishonesty. Quality and price is also subpar. Don't waste your time.

The product is good. But I am giving 1 star because while delivering they damaged the floor. I saw this only after they left. Now I need to work to fix this.

The sales guy demonstrated a sleeper sofa to us, but quoted us the price of a regulator sofa. They delivered a regulator sofa. We told the delivery team to take it back. They refused. We didn't sign for the delivery. We called customer service to fix it and they said we will have to pay for the difference. We called the store, they said we need to speak to customer service. This is nuts.

Wow, I purchased a reclining couch for my grandma and they delivered it. Turns out she was not able to get out of the recline position as it was a manual recliner. Called ashley within 24 hours to see what we could do about getting her an automatic recliner. After talking with CSR for over an hour the answer was nothing. No refund , no return, no help. Will never refer or buy another item from ashley furniture. Not sure what changed but wow. I am not the type to sue someone but pretty sure if I was, I would win. I even offered to pay a restocking fee and delivery / pick-up fee. Anything just wanted a little help. Nothing. Ohh add on. They transferred me to a supervisor and when it went to the supervisor. They supervisor didn't even say hello they just hung up... Haha kinda hilarious kinda not. The founder of the company I am sure would be ashamed.

My experience with Ashley Furniture has been an absolute disaster from start to finish. First issue: billing problems right out of the gate. We were incorrectly charged for two pillows that were explicitly gifted to us as part of our furniture purchase. When I called to resolve this, instead of getting help, a manager argued with me. Rather than acknowledging the mistake, he essentially told me my own receipt and eyes were wrong and claimed an unseen credit would “magically” appear later to reconcile the charge. He said the salesperson should have explained it (they did not), offered no apology, and provided no actual resolution. I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my card provider. Second issue: complete breakdown in order fulfillment and customer service. We purchased furniture, a mattress, and lamps. On delivery day, the lamps did not arrive—and no one informed us ahead of time. When I called, I was told they didn’t know where the lamps were. I asked that the lamp order be canceled and refunded so I could buy them elsewhere. I was assured this would be handled. A month went by. No refund. No update. No communication. Then, out of nowhere, the lamps showed up at my door. When I called again and explained that I had already requested cancellation, I was told that to get a refund I now need to personally drive the lamps back to the store. That store is four cities away. These are items that should have arrived with my original order a month and a half earlier, were explicitly requested to be canceled, and were still shipped anyway due to their internal failure. So now I’m expected to spend my own time and gas fixing their mistake. Bottom line: Billing errors, argumentative management, broken promises, zero accountability, and customer service that actively makes things worse instead of better. This has been one of the most frustrating retail experiences I’ve had. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

I was shopping for a new mattress and Anissa helped guide me through the decision from start to finish. She is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain my options so I felt confident in my choice. I’m looking forward to my Saturday delivery and can’t wait to experience the comfort of my new king Sealy Brenham pillow top. Highly recommend working with her.

Will always recommend you the most expensive ones as the best ones. Went to buy mattress and now based on the “doctors” recommendation who are roaming there , my wife’s pain has only increased . Will never recommend this store.

Horrible Customer Service and Repeated Cancellations My recent experience with Ashley Furniture has been extremely frustrating. I purchased a dining table and chairs after being assured they could be delivered within two weeks. On the scheduled delivery date, after taking time off and making myself available, I received a call saying the delivery was canceled because the items were suddenly unavailable. I lost an entire day for nothing. The delivery was rescheduled for December 24th, only for me to receive another call saying the items were again unavailable and that only a partial delivery might be possible. I reluctantly agreed. However, even the partial delivery was canceled on the day it was supposed to arrive. When I contacted customer service, there was zero accountability or concern. Their only response was repeatedly saying “the item is not available,” with no explanation as to why deliveries keep getting scheduled when the items clearly aren’t in stock. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told no one was available and that no one could talk to me. This is unacceptable customer service. Poor communication, wasted time, and complete lack of responsibility. I would not recommend Ashley Furniture based on this experience.

Best sell guy you ever see

Bought 6 Dining chairs with platinum delivery. The chairs were delivered with corner damages. Customer Service said keep chairs until replacement arrives. After multiple calls, multiple emails they sent chairs. "New" chairs had fabric stains and were even worse than what we had. Driver told us we should never get platinum Service because grimy hands are used to assemble this. So we paid full price and are stuck with poor quality furniture. Never buy from Ashley

I now see why the parking lot is empty at this location. Outdated computer systems with incorrect inventory status. They told me an item was avaible at the store, then I drive 45 mins to be told the items is not available. The employees are great, helpful, and do the best they can. Unfortunately, the management lacks real leadership, common courtesy, and professionalism. Especially, the little guy that walks around with a Lexus clip on his pants. I'm also still waiting for a refund for an item that was canceled almost 2 months ago. This location has poor business practices and I'm surprised they're still in business.

We had a good experience here when I came in to look for a recliner that fits taller people, unfortunately they didn't have that was tall enough for me but the salesman who was on the floor was very helpful with talking about options, material types and even recommending us to check lazy boy and other stores which is a nice quality. We then looked at sectionals and other things that we will get in the future before leaving and again he helped with those as well even though we mentioned we weren't purchasing that day. Just wanted to leave a thank you review because we appreciate that kindness.

We visited the store with the simple intention of purchasing a dinner table. Instead, we were met by one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful salespeople I have ever encountered. Michael’s attitude was appalling from the moment he approached us. When we politely asked about the price difference between the Ashley website and the showroom, he responded with open hostility and complete dismissiveness. His conduct was so out of line that we immediately escalated the issue to his manager to make it clear that this behavior is absolutely unacceptable. The interaction left us feeling that customers are treated differently based on their background, which is unacceptable for any business and especially shocking from a national furniture brand. We were even close to involving law enforcement due to how aggressively he behaved, and only my wife stopped me from doing so. We will never return to this Ashley Furniture location and will strongly warn others to avoid it as well. If there were a zero star option, I would select it without hesitation.

Got this table from ashley as a gift not 6 months ago, and it's literally splitting at the seams. In fact, they discontinued the line of tables, probably because they know it's a POS. I called with the UPC and Serial number, trying to file for a manufacturers warranty claim, and have been given the run around because im not sure of the exact order number or phone number associated with the gifted table. The quality of this original ashley furniture table is absolutely abhorrent, the lack of care and refusal to help reach resolution in this warranty process has truly proven that I will NEVER support this company again, I will be filing with the BBB and the attorney generals office complaint since this company sells scrappy product, and then doesnt honor the warranties associated with my table. They can find the table with the information I have, and are legally obligated to honor the warranty, but are refusing.

$100 delivery fee but I could have fit the mattress in my van and brought home myself. The sales team needs to inform the customer how their item will come shipped. Our mattress came in a box rolled up that easily could have fit in my van. Not happy about delivery transparency. Feel like we were swindled

I ordered a bed with storage at the foot. The adjustable base did not fit AFTER the sales person promised it would. I called customer service, she asked me to ask the delivery team to stay while she contacts a delivery manager. Needless to say the team left and placed the wood slants in my garage, bed half assembled. I informed the customer service rep. Finally the delivery manager calls me. I communicated my concerns and the delivery manager says that a distribution manager will call me that day or the next. Well, 5 days later no call! I call them, every rep is outsourced from another country. Huge language barrier. I travel to the Ashley store where I purchased the bed and the rep tries to do an emergency assembly. I thanked her, but explained at this point Please come get the bed and refund me. I have waited on the DC Manager to call me. I have communicated to the bot Jenny via text and by email, YET no response from a human. My patience is exhausted. This process deserves a "0" and the lack of white glove service also a "0!"

I had an awesome experience at the Ashley Furniture store in Frisco. Chris, the manager, was incredible. He worked a miracle on the pricing and went out of his way to make sure we got the best deal possible. If you go, ask for him — that’s your guy. He’s one of the main reasons we chose Ashley over Nebraska Furniture Mart. Anwar, the first gentleman who helped us, was also great. Super friendly, patient, and walked us through everything while we kept going back and forth between tables, couches, and beds. He really took his time with us. I also want to give props to the GM. I didn’t work with him directly, but Chris had to go to him for approval, and the GM made it happen. He seemed like a solid guy and clearly played a big part in helping us get the deal. This store has a ton of inventory and a team that genuinely tries to help. Honestly, it’s the only Ashley location I’d go to. Highly recommend checking them out.

Product yet to be delivered but i was cheated on pricing by agents over there.Be very careful to check other store prices before buying here. They show you that they are matching but its all fake and cheating

I went to the store and spent almost 2 hours looking for a couch. One of their agents showed us the couch, and we really liked it and were only worried about the size. I made sure with the agent that if she could send details, we could measure and let them know, but it seems like their agent, Lemlem Ryan, didn’t send me anything—no details—and I called the store 7 times, and they picked up the call and then hung up. Seems like this is very bad for business. I spend almost $10k every year, but it seems like I never recommend anyone to my family or friends. Worst service. literally wait 3 days for the couch and no response

I have never been one to do well with filling rooms in a way that is cohesive and inviting, but I can be very particular about what works for me and doesn't and that can be challenging for some salespeople. Working with Courtney at the Ashley Store was great. She was very nice, asked great questions to help me explain the things I like and don't, and helped me explore different ideas, knowing where I could see and touch examples throughout the store. She really seems to enjoy what she does, and that made the experience very enjoyable. I will definitely recommend others drop in to see if she can help them as well. Excited for my upcoming delivery!

I went into the store and ordered a couch with the “manager” upon delivery I noticed the incorrect couch was delivered. The delivery guys did not speak a single word to me and I was very confused about what was happening. I have since called the customer support hotline every single day and have gotten no where and can not get ahold of anyone at the store. At this point I just want this couch picked up, my money back and I’ll go find a couch elsewhere because Ashley clearly does not care about customer satisfaction or righting their wrongs.

I enjoyed my visit to this Ashley Furniture store. The store was clean, well organized, and had a lot more options than I expected. The staff was helpful which I appreciated. The furniture felt solid and well made, and the displays made it easy to picture everything in my home. The entire process, from picking what I liked felt smooth and relaxing. Overall, a great shopping experience.

My experience at Ashley Furniture was excellent from start to finish. Beau was amazing — honest, attentive, and professional throughout the entire process. I was impressed by how knowledgeable he was, especially at such a young age. Toward the end of my purchase, Beau had to step away to assist another customer, but he made sure I was taken care of by introducing me to a manager. Before I left, he came back to check in and ensure everything was handled properly, which really stood out to me. There was also a young lady whose name I can’t quite recall (I believe it starts with an “S”), and she was extremely kind and helpful as well. Together, they made the process smooth and reassuring. I felt great about my purchase and the way they worked with me on the delivery date. In fact, I’m almost considering not buying some other items I want elsewhere because I’d rather return to this particular Ashley’s location for the level of service I received.

I suggest you do not do business with this store. Blatantly lied to our face about waiving the delivery fee. We called the store about this several times. Never. Heard. Back. Customer service just deflects over and over waiting for us to give up despite the commitment to waive the fee. We will also be reporting this to BBB.

I recently visited Ashley Furniture to get an idea of what kind of couches we might want for a new home that we haven’t even closed on yet. Initially, the staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. However, that quickly changed once they knew we had available credit on our ashley card. We explained several times that we were just browsing and trying to get a sense of styles and prices for the future. Despite that, we were repeatedly pressured to “buy now” and told how we could “lock in a deal before Black Friday ends.” Instead of being able to peacefully look around and take notes, we were constantly interrupted and pushed to start a purchase or put items in our cart. It turned what should have been an enjoyable and informative shopping trip into a frustrating and uncomfortable experience. I completely understand that sales staff have goals and promotions to meet, but customers should still be able to browse without being pressured into making a decision they’re not ready for. I hope this feedback can be passed along to management so that future customers can have a more relaxed and respectful shopping experience.

Walked in the store wasn't greeted at all I was actually looked over. No one even spike to me. Never asked if I needed help just let me aimlessly walk around. Crazy thing is I found what I was looking for. But I guess a black man looking for furniture is a rarity SMH I mean not one sales rep approached me

We purchased a bed at the Frisco location that was on clearance. Delivery was scheduled but never happened. We received no notification and it took over 30 minutes to get a live person on the phone. When we finally got to a person who could answer our questions, they said the drivers damaged the footboard beyond repair and we would need to contact the store. It took 24 hours to even get someone from the store to respond. Sales rep told us her manager would make an exception and give us a brand new set for the same price we paid for the clearance model. So, a new delivery date was scheduled. Delivery drivers arrive and put to the bee together. When they get to the slates, they let us know the wrong set were provided. They had cal-king slats vs. king slats. So you think okay the right ones can be delivered the next day. No, that is not what happened. They took the bed apart and loaded it back up and told us to call a 800# to work it out. We do so and are told having just new slats delivered was not an option and a whole new order for a bed would need to be placed. It would not be available for over a week. We opted to just cancel the order and were told it could not be done until the next day. So, I go to the store and the manager tells me I have to call a 800# to cancel. Crazy!!!! So I do so and the gentlemen on the phone says the department that handles cancellations is not available and I will receive a call in 24 hours. So here I sit in front of the store the purchase was made, with no resolution. I would highly recommend you choose another company to make your furniture purchases. To be treated so poorly for mistakes made by the company is unacceptable. Everyone is smiles and helpful UNTIL the sale is completed and then customer service is non existent.

i just want to update my review letting management konw that i got lied to by one of the sales person called Lucky he told me if i open an ashley credit card i will recieve a 200$ gift card in the mail i waited over 3 months and i called to check on the status Lucky answered the phone and was very rude about it gave me a customer phone number to call which was no help and he hang up on me . very unprofessional and i do not asppreciate being lied to just to open a credit card for him to get his bonus . future customers please be aware .

If you want to be stalked while you're looking, this is the store for you! I walked in and was immediately bombarded by a salesperson. I said I was just looking. He followed me the entire store. He tried to be stealthy about it but in an open floorplan, it's easy to see and the few corners I did turn, there he was. I couldn't even look like I wanted to because I felt so uncomfortable with being watched like that. I ended up speed walking and browsing- in the store for about 5-10 minutes. Then as I was leaving, I was told about a promotion regarding delivery. I was going to order online originally and thought might as well go to the store and look at all the options in person. That was a mistake I won't be making again with Ashley Furniture.

The sales team at Ashley‘s was super wonderful. They didn’t rush at you as soon as you walked in the door they let you have time to walk around Courtney, The sales rep that helped us ,She was fantastic. I recommend her to everybody.

I purchased a sofa from Ashley Furniture, quality is not good, I was getting sound while using recliner and also bought a 5-year protection plan from PROTECTALL. I’ve raised three service requests, and every single one was denied. The protection plan clearly says it covers stains and accidental damage, yet when my 4-year-old son accidentally marked the sofa with a pen, they claimed it was “misuse” and refused to honor the claim. I even explained to the support agent how unreasonable that sounds — how can a 4-year-old “misuse” a product? Still, they denied coverage. This protection plan is misleading and not worth the money. PROTECTALL does not stand by their promises, and the Ashley Furniture store staff never warned that the warranty company would find excuses not to pay. ⚠️ My advice: Do not waste your money on PROTECTALL protection plans and Ashley Furniture, and think twice before purchasing extended warranties from Ashley Furniture. They are not helpful once you actually need service. - I tried to reach Ashely customer service, but Ashley customer service is not helping, asked me to talk to GBS ( PROTECTALL ) company, so don’t buy any extended warranty it’s scam.

I had a great experience shopping at Ashley in Frisco. Caden assisted me and provided excellent service. He showed me a variety of options to meet my needs and was very kind and patient. Ashley has a really good selection and competitive prices. This was my third time buying furniture from Ashley and I will continue to shop there in the future.

Warning: Do not buy the warranty services.

After originally placing an order on 9/26/25 for them to promise a delivery on 10/4, we received a call canceling that delivery date due to supply chain concerns. The warehouse customer service team, then rescheduled it for 10/9/2025. Without notifying me, this warehouse customer service team cancelled that delivery. Then, I call to get it rescheduled for 10/15/2025. They assured me multiple times it would be delivered on 10/15/2025. Then, on 10/14/2025, I checked on it myself, and it was cancelled without a trace in their records of the scheduled 10/15/2025 delivery date. I called on 10/15/2025 to speak with someone to get it scheduled, and the soonest they could then reschedule it for the third time was 10/17/2025. With all of the cancelations, no calls to me to notify me, and lack of apparent accountability shown in these recent weeks, I am surprised that Ashley's furniture claims to be the #1. This is the worst example of business practices that I have ever seen. Taking everything together, you would expect this company that proudly flaunts their furniture in other businesses to at least deliver an equal to or better experience in delivering it to their customers directly. In working with their competitor NFM, we have had a night and day difference in customer service. I would highly recommend people try other stores before settling on Ashley's. On an aside, I do not direct this to the customer service and sales reps that have served me. They have all been the best. Their company system is what is letting them down. They are giving their word that their system will deliver these orders, and it is letting them down as well as their customers. I tried calling the store back where I originally placed this order shown in this review, and they couldn't do anything to make sure my order would be delivered on 10/17/2025 since they didn't manage the warehouse and those deliveries directly. This is managed by a separate policy and procedure.

Don was great !

The sales folks kinda kept their distance and let you browse. We went and found someone when we needed to talk about specific pieces. Checkout was easy. Look for bargains if your open to options. We actually got a floor model for a great price. You can sit on whatever you want. They have a lot of "smart furniture" also w usb ports, power recliners, sound systems etc. Lots of options. Edited. Be sure that you get the delivery set up when. You purchase. I was told the Delivery which would be Friday. I was sent a text to setup my delivery. Seemed weird to me. So I called and the agent said the delivery was never setup at time of purchase and earliest delivery was the following Wednesday. Had to move a few things around since we had other furniture to move out.

Worst furniture store to go to. I wanted to buy a bed for my daughter which she saw online but I visited store to be sure of what I am getting, bed wasn't available in the store however a useless sales person lied to me about so many things and got me in to otdereding a bed from him. When it was scheduled for delivery they went on changing the delivery time, when it finally arrived driver can't speak or understand english, we somehow managed to get them deliver the bed and when we open to fix it we reliase that the whole bed is not delivered. Now no one wants to help, there is no return or refund policy and ashley expects customers to just loose money for the mistake that they do. When I went back to store to discuss the same sales guy who I dealt with started behaving like he doesn't know me. I will never go back to this store ever again. The parking lot is always empty and I’ll tell you exactly why: employee harassment. Y’all are literally scaring your customers AWAY! Never in my life have I walked out of a store so quickly after being followed around to both sofas I chose to sit on. I couldn’t even talk to my partner next to me because the female sales associate kept interrupting me and sitting next to us. Then had the audacity to ask for our number just so she could look up a store product that WE NEVER ASKED FOR!! This is by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had. You guys need to change your store model for sales and honestly the harassment by employees is down right disgraceful.

I paid in full for a dresser (≈$1,500), it was never delivered. Store Manager Nick Robles was unable to cancel my order or provide a delivery update. We purchased the dresser in store and paid additional $150 delivery fee... they said we'd have automated notifications, live tracking, and pro delivery. WRONG. Dresser was scheduled for 3-6 pm delivery, then moved to 2-5pm, and by 8pm after calling and waiting on hold / speaking to several people, I drove to the store. Nick left me with a sticky note of Ashley furniture Customer support to call in the morning... I have no dresser, I'm out $1,500, and I have to wait until business hours to call a 1-800 number. I'd recommend going to one of the other 4 or 5 large furniture stores in the same plaza. Order 087H814933

Worst experience ever!!!! Paid for white glove delivery service. Furniture never delivered as promised. After multiple calls was told the “truck broke down”. I called my sales representative (Derrick @ Frisco, TX location) who has yet to call back. I paid for this delivery and still no furniture or call. This is Vikas, and I posted a review yesterday regarding the damaged bed set with mirror. I noticed the owner’s response suggesting I email or reach out to Customer Care, but that has not helped. There is no clear escalation path for a quick pickup of the damaged items—after a long struggle, the pickup dates are being scheduled a week out, with the refund only after that. This is unacceptable. Our room cannot be used because of the unassembled bed set, and we are struggling with basic space for sleeping. Why should the customer be penalized for Ashley’s mistakes? Why can’t this be expedited? Is this really how you want to treat customers and expect them to return?

I ordered a bed and mirror that were delivered on 9/24 in damaged condition. The delivery team appeared inexperienced with assembly, which resulted in chipping and damage to both the bed and the dresser/mirror wood. They then left everything unattended and signed off the order as “complete.” Despite multiple calls to Customer Care, no action has been taken to arrange pickup of the damaged items or process my refund. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I am very dissatisfied with the lack of resolution and poor customer service. I request immediate action to collect the damaged items, free up the room, and issue a full refund without further delay.

Christian was the most knowledgeable salesman I’ve ever had. We bought a mattress and bed set and he explained everything perfectly along with helping us understand the technology of the different mattresses.

As a first-time buyer, you have no idea how disappointed and frustrated I am with the service and how the employees handle the still unresolved problem. I made a purchase on Sunday (09/20) and delivery was scheduled for today, Friday (09/26), and it was supposed to be delivered between 3pm and 6pm, and so far nothing. I was told that there was a mechanical problem with the truck transporting the products but that it was on the way. I went to the store in person to see what was happening and why I received a message that the driver was 45 minutes away, when more than 1 hour and 30 minutes had passed and still nothing. The store employee named Nick did not know and does not know anything that is happening in the store itself, leaving me without any delivery information. I am extremely upset, I lost a workday to be able to receive the package, literally wasted the whole day for nothing. Congratulations on your crappy service.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Chris Garza who was very friendly and professional, we came in with intentions of buying with cash and taking products with us only to discover everything including room decor and wall decor was delivery (only)as well which is absurd but ok, our delivery is still waiting to arrive however the issue came with after we purchased and wanted another picture that they could not locate a sku number for because what we uncovered ourselves (looking online) was that it was tagged wrong, we were told we would receive a call once the merchandiser returns after the holiday but no calls or call back after texting and calling our sales rep Chris. We purchase furniture for several homes and I was hesitant to purchase from Ashley due to reviews but my husband said let’s check it out now I will tell you we will not be back and it’s lost business. Btw we went to another Ashley and they were willing to sell us pictures and decor off the floor without saying oh the merchandiser will be upset if we do. We decided not to except for one item that I wanted so we purchased and left with the item but this reflects dishonesty and just a total disregard for after the sale customer service which is unacceptable. You never know who your customers will be therefore it’s important to be honest with everyone not just to get a one day sale but a recurring customer.

I should have done this awhile ago, but I'm glad I was reminded today. Last year, I moved to the area from Austin, TX. I had such a hard time transferring a pending transaction to the Frisco store to be delivered. I spoke to several people from Austin & Frisco, but Nick Robles was the ONLY person to listen to me & take care of the issue. Once he was involved, my things were delivered in no time. Since then, I've been there a few more times. Today, Jeff Ziti helped me. I was on the fence, but his wit, kindness, & patience allowed me to move forward with locking down the price. I called the Ashley Furniture Frisco location regarding a refund for my mother-in-law that has been pending for well over 30 days. During my call with Scott, he became frustrated when I asked why the refund was taking so long. Without telling me, he abruptly transferred my call — and while the line was still open, I overheard him use the N-word multiple times. I immediately called back, and while customer service was on the line, another associate (name starting with B) was hostile, rude, and unprofessional. Only after realizing customer service was listening did she try to walk back her behavior. This location demonstrates extremely poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and outright discriminatory conduct, starting at the management level. No customer should ever be treated this way, especially after spending their hard-earned money. Ashley Furniture corporate needs to step in, provide accountability, and train their staff on professionalism and basic respect. Customers deserve better.

The sofa quality is very good, but if you are in a hurry to get it don’t fall for the salesman promises of delivery… they will not even pick up your calls when there is a delay. Ok a couple of days of delay is understandable but 4 weeks? Plus the delivery window are all over the place if they say is 3:00 to 6:30 wait for it at 8-9 if you get lucky. The reply states that is a miscommunication? It is a straight up lie in your face… 1 star less.

Awful. Delivery service is abysmal and customer service is just as bad. I had to reschedule my bed set three times because straight up nobody coordinated delivery time with me the first two times. Then when it finally did show up (after I had to elevate the issue) it showed up missing pieces that are supposedly not available until next month. Now I’m sitting here with a bed frame that can’t support a mattress wondering if the person who brought it is going to show up today? Tomorrow? Eventually? Who knows? Because these people don’t communicate with you. I’m so close to demanding a refund because this has been almost two months of just trying to get three pieces of furniture to my house. Ridiculous. Also tell them you don’t want their $400 warranty, they’ll take it off the price and just give it to you anyways. Editing to further express my dissatisfaction with Ashley: 2 1/2 months after my purchase I finally have my bedroom set. It didn’t come without multiple calls to customer service and speaking to many, many different people. I was offered a $250 refund for the white glove delivery charge about a month ago and have yet to receive it. This is by far the worst buying and customer service experience I’ve ever had. Review for Ashley Furniture – A Story of Second Chances Today’s experience at Ashley Furniture was excellent. The sales associate, Beau, was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. He took the time to clearly explain the delivery process, which helped ease some of my concerns based on a prior experience. The manager was also involved and, although he couldn’t honor a past promise made by a former manager, he still made me a very good deal and worked hard to make the overall experience positive. To be transparent, I walked into the store today with a lot of hesitation. When we purchased our home in 2022, we furnished nearly the entire place with items from Ashley. While the in-store experience back then was great, the delivery process was a disaster. Almost all of the furniture arrived damaged, and the third-party delivery team lied to us, saying they were Ashley employees. They refused to take the damaged furniture back, and we later learned they were only paid once the delivery was accepted. That started a long and stressful ordeal. Ashley’s customer service after delivery was extremely difficult to deal with. I had to visit the store nearly 20 times before the situation was finally resolved – and only after the then-manager, Charles, stepped in and demanded the warehouse make things right. Thanks to him, the damaged furniture was eventually replaced, but the experience left a lasting negative impression. I swore I’d never shop at Ashley again. Today, I came back because my wife still loves Ashley’s furniture and asked me to give them a second chance. Charles no longer works there, and while the new manager couldn’t honor the lifetime “at-cost” pricing Charles had promised due to that past issue, he did everything he could to accommodate me and make the purchase worthwhile. Beau’s transparency about the delivery process — including steps to take if something arrives damaged — gave me confidence that things will be different this time. They also mentioned they now use a new delivery company. So here we are, giving Ashley a second chance. Everything has gone well so far, and we’ll wait to see how the delivery goes. If things are handled properly, this might be the start of a renewed relationship with the brand. But we’re clear: there won’t be a third chance. We’re hopeful — and watching closely.

Purchased a sectional for $3K and Jeff/manager promised delivery within 10 days. Been three weeks and nothing. Customer service just reads a script and makes up dates.

What a great experience at the Frisco store. Derrick Mason helped us and he was a jewel! Went above and beyond to help us find the right chair (because I had quite a few requests because of certain limitations), and he was knowledgeable about the inventory! Got my chair today & I love it and he was right about every detail. Delivery guys were awesome too. And the manager at the Frisco location is very kind also.

Horrible/ terrible/ awful customer received by store manager and the other salesperson was on the clock at this location. They were unhelpful and rude. Couldn't solve my issues in the store or over the phone. Choosing to go elsewhere for my home shopping.

First and Last time to shop with Ashley. We came in to buy a bedroom set and the experience in the store was phenomenal. The next day my husband drove close to two hours to retrieve our furniture at the distribution site in Fort Worth, only to be told in a very rude manner that he would not be permitted to pick up the furniture! After having rented a truck, waiting an hour, going back and forth, having taken time off of work - he left with no furniture due to “systems issues”. Something that should have been so simple, now impossible. This happened on Monday. It’s Friday and we still have no furniture. Basically, steer clear unless you want to donate hundreds of dollars to them while they play games with your furniture. Good luck. Who knows where this will end and how.

Do not buy the five years of protection or any years protection，sales just want to sales，they dont even know what is that includes，that just happen to me，call 2hours ，this phone number ，that phone number，but later says not includes cleaning the sofa，or can not give a cleaning kit，so what is $400 protection fee paid about，they dont even have my file in their register system ，I am glad I have-invoice, don’t buy protection ,is use less! Ashley Furniture in Frisco, Texas produced AMAZING results today in our furniture purchase!!!!!’

I bought a bed on the advice of the seller with interest-free monthly installments, but unfortunately, when I paid the installments, I realized that my installments were calculated with interest. The seller lied and said the installments were interest-free.

Loved the entire experience. Way easier NFM, better quality for less.

If I could do a zero I would. I have left many many positive feedback and reviews to other businesses. This one by far is the worst. Nick Robles and Joseph Mills horrible customer service. Avoiding to get on the phone with me to speak about how there associate did not know the return policies. The issue is I bought a dresser and mirror both came damaged. I was told verbatim by the sales associate that we can return within a 24-72 hour window if we wanted. Turns out you can not return at all. I said ok I’ll keep the dresser and send a claim but the mirror I don’t want. If I didn’t know that I couldn’t return then I would have not bought the items!! I am beyond irate and will be reaching out to corporate because I will not let this go also will be posting on all social media to get the word out. This is now not about the money it’s about the cowardly behaviour avoiding a customer to not speak about and issue that your sales associate made. I personally would never ever shop at Ashley’s again, do your research all the deals and all the gimmicks are just for show. Frisco Ashely I gave you a chance to fix this many times. I guarantee corporate is not going to condone this type of behavior.

Some are deceptive. They manipulate their own price match policy and when we show them their price match policies on their website, they would give other excuses to not match the price. If you don’t want to follow your own price match policy, why did you even create one? Hope someone sue them for their unethical practices. And their products are highly overpriced. You will get same or better quality at lower rates in other stores. Never going back. And no, I am not going to call you to discuss once you reply to this comment. You figure out on your own.

So we have recently been to Ashley at Frisco, They definitely do have a great quality stuff!! But add on is they also have great staff!!! We worked with Nick Semons who is so thoughtful and understanding.. He literally converted our shopping experience to an awesome one by suggesting great stuff and helping through the order… Will surely be back again…🙂🙂

While I have no issues with Ashley Furniture as a whole, I have issues with one specific salesman at the Frisco, Texas location. He literally lied to me to get the sale. Plus he stole the sale from the online sales person who had already started a cart for me. It is being handled internally so I will not mention his name here. However I would like to take a moment to mention the excellent customer service that I received from the online sales team. Kimberly and the regional sales manager, Christi are fantastic.

Found the living room furniture we wanted online, measured our living room using the measurements provided online and everything was going to line up perfectly. Went to the store to make sure that the couches were comfortable and liked them so decided to order from in the store. Couches get delivered and don’t fit in our space, we remeasure them only to find that the dimensions provided online are different than the actual dimensions. Both the couch and love seat were larger in width and depth. I called customer service and they informed me they would do absolutely nothing for this. “All sales are final” is all they kept saying. I understand that concept but when your website is that far off you really should take care of your customers. I will NEVER buy from Ashley again and I advise anyone else to consider another store. $3000 worth of living room furniture and my wife and I hate it. UPDATE: Called the number provided in the reply and got absolutely no where. Ashley is completely unwilling to help their customer. The one saving grace to this MODMAX stuff was supposed to be that it was washable and stain resistant. Got our first spot on the couch today, washed it and it’s still there so that was also a LIE if I could give Ashley negative stars I would.

Paris offered to help me immediately when I walked in the door. I later took her up on her offer. She was most helpful even though I did not make a purchase.

Not happy with a recent purchase I made. Bought a bed, side tables and mattress. The bed was supposed to be delivered on a separate day from the mattress. I paid almost $300 for them to set up my furniture but since the side tables were delivered separately from the bed the guys that delivered the bed said they could not set up the side tables. To make matters worse I got a call that they are unable to deliver my mattress on the day we selected. Very unhappy customer. Please do better!

I was trying to run money up for a deal by adding the comforters not because I don’t have money lmao even people with money like to keep their money you trying to embarrass me shows more about you than it does me babe.

Beware of their delivery service and staff. They are not professional and will damage your home. I had two couches delivered—not only was the delivery late and outside the quoted window, but my home was left bruised and battered. The supposedly “professional” delivery crew I was promised in-store turned out to be anything but. Apparently, they can’t navigate stairs without scraping walls, damaging ceilings, and snapping stair spindles. Worse, they only informed me after the damage was done—then made me sign a “we’ll fix it” disclosure before continuing the delivery. If you don’t sign, they refuse to complete the job you’ve already paid for. Communication from their customer support is evasive and unhelpful. Frankly, it feels like they just don’t care.

The team delivered or new bedroom sure with incredible care are we're very through in the assembly and clean up. Great job and thanks for the hard work!

Easy peasy

Everyone in the store was very nice and helpful. The furniture I selected felt like a great value. The deliveries (plural) and ensuing dealings with their “customer service department” has been an absolute nightmare. I have had to dedicate four separate days for someone to come to my house to deliver or repair furniture that should have been checked/inspected before it ever made it onto the delivery truck. It’s still not fixed but I am absolutely done dealing with them. I’ve accepted my losses, but please be advised: the in store experience is nothing like the overall experience. Avoid this place like that ex that sends “you up?” texts.

I was sure about buying from Ashleys, however the salesman, listened to what I wanted. Did not try to sell me something just to sell me something.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased furniture from Ashley and was told if I purchased the home warranty, I would be able to use the value of warranty as store credit if I did not use the warranty. At the time of purchase, I was not told of any expiration date I had to use the credit. Now Ashley furniture is refusing to honor their agreement and commitment. They say its due to being old and change in ownership. This is disappointing and does not lead one to believe they are valued as a customer. From previous purchases, I was able to use the credit without incident long after the warranty expired. And to top it off, the sales manager still tried to get me to purchase the items I was going to use the credit for, this is beyond disrespectful and a slap in the face. Additionally, customer service was not able to help either when I discussed with them. This is a bait and switch and reflects badly on Ashley furniture. As I continue to purchase furniture for a house I recently purchased, I will no longer consider Ashley as an option now or for future purchases. I also would discourage anyone else from shopping at Ashley furniture. #Ashleyfurniture, #AshleyfurnitureFriscoTx Update: I attempted to resolve this issue and contacted customer service prior posting my review. If I could give zero stars, I would! We bought this dining table in 2021 along with an extended warranty, thinking we were covered for the long haul. Big mistake. By year three, the color started fading noticeably, and by year four, it looked downright awful. When we tried to file a claim, we were hit with the classic bait-and-switch: the warranty doesn’t cover issues caused by poor material quality—only if the table literally breaks. Seriously? It’s frustrating that they market this warranty as peace of mind, when in reality, it’s worthless. Unless you want to be shopping for a new dining table every few years, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere. To make matters worse, customer service was beyond rude—defensive, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. No solutions, just attitude. We’re extremely disappointed and won’t be buying from this company again.

Complaint: Misleading Sales Practices and Denied Mattress Exchange at Ashley Furniture – Frisco, TX We purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress from Ashley Furniture (Frisco, TX location) for approximately $6,700. During the purchase, we were undecided between the firm and medium models. The sales representative MARWAL assured us that we could exchange the mattress within 90 days if we were not satisfied with firm one. Based on this assurance, we proceeded with the purchase. Unfortunately, the firm mattress caused significant back pain. We waited the required 30-day adjustment period and then contacted customer service to initiate the exchange as directed by the sales rep Marwan. To our surprise, our request was denied on the grounds that we did not purchase a $130 mattress protector from Ashley during the initial purchase. At no point during the sale were we told that buying the protector from Ashley was a condition for the exchange policy. In fact, we explicitly asked the sales representative about mattress protectors and exchange policy repeatedly, and we were told that if we had one at home, we wouldn’t need one. Had we been informed that this was a mandatory purchase to secure the exchange right, we would have gladly bought it—especially considering the large investment we were making. When the store supervisor asked Marwal Garadal—the sales associate who initially assisted us—why he sold us the mattress without informing us about the protector requirement, he falsely claimed that he should have had mention it. That is simply not true. If he had, we certainly wouldn’t have hesitated to pay $130 on top of a $7,000 purchase. Now, Ashley Furniture is refusing to assist us, and we are left with a $7,000 mattress that causes us physical discomfort. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch: we were promised a 90-day exchange with no mention of protector, and now that we need to use that option, we are being stonewalled over an undisclosed requirement. We request that Ashley Furniture honor the original promise made at the point of sale and allow us to exchange the mattress as agreed. PS: While we were calmly speaking with the supervisor, another associate named Bronte Funches approached us in an extremely disrespectful manner, interrupting our conversation to say, “I’m helping my customer here, can you talk somewhere else?”—even though we were calmly speaking to the supervisor and not disturbing anyone. Her tone and behavior were highly unprofessional. Ironically, the customer she was supposedly helping came up to us after we left the store to ask what had happened and apologized on behalf of the store for the way we were treated.

The store interaction was great, Sales lady was very helpful...the delivery was rocky though, it was s rainy day so we expected it to be a late delivery, no problem with that, upon arriving the guys staged the items outside the truck with a possibility of another down pour (luckily it didn't) they were single chairs so ideally I thought the would bring them from truck one a t a time and at least place them inside, nevertheless they got them inside and were unaware this was a white glove delivery , after we got that understood they begin unpacking them and 5 were ✂️ cut!! Fortunately customer service is getting us 5 new ones out this week. Please don't best the guys up, I use to be a delivery guy and I'm sure they had a 14 hr day with the down pours all morning, just make this a teachable moment!!

I have been trying to get someone out to repair a reclining sofa since mid march. I have spoken to 4 different people, even had it elevated to someone who would take care of lack of responses and have had no success in getting anyone to even contact me to set up a date to come out to repair my sofa. They don't give a crap about the customers that have already bought furniture. Their customer service is horrible. Promises promises promises!

We came here to look at furniture and possibly buy. The workers work off commissions and you can easily tell because they literally follow you throughout the store and don’t leave you alone. Jeffrey had a nasty attitude when he came up to me for the second time bothering me about promotions when I said I’m just looking. Then he proceeds to follow us around the entire store. We got so annoyed we just left and definitely won’t be coming back ever. We’ve bought a couch before with Ashley’s and don’t remember the workers being this forceful.

My salesman was named Derrick Mason and we are glad we got him. He took the time to find out about us and our needs not push anything on us.He not only found the way to get us all the discounts that after they did i ask for an extra 5% and we will swipe the card .... and he called my bluff and now thanks again for couch. Look for him you will be happy.

One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I purchased a sofa, and the delivery took over a month and a half. During that entire time, I received no updates from the store — I had to personally go there multiple times, make phone calls, and send messages just to get any information. On top of the unreasonable delay, the customer service was disrespectful and dismissive, especially the salesperson who sold me the sofa — he would mock me every time I showed up at the store asking about the delivery. I even missed work days trying to resolve something that should have been simple. After constantly insisting, the sofa finally arrived, but it was not worth the stress and lack of professionalism. I do not recommend this store to anyone. The experience was disappointing and full of disregard.

Absolutely Terrible Customer Service – Will Never Shop Here Again I am extremely disappointed with Ashley Furniture. We were sold a furniture warranty with the clear condition that if the warranty wasn’t used, we would receive a $200 refund. Guess what? We didn’t use the warranty. But now that it’s time to honor that promise, Ashley Furniture conveniently claims they were “bought out” and are refusing to honor the agreement. Not only is this completely unethical, but they’ve also made no attempt to resolve the issue or work with us. Just a flat-out refusal. It’s unacceptable for a company to push add-ons and guarantees at the time of sale, only to wash their hands of any responsibility when it comes time to deliver. This kind of behavior is exactly why customers lose trust. We will never be purchasing from them again, and I will make sure friends and family steer clear as well. Absolutely disgraceful experience. Buyer beware.

Terrible Customer Service – Extremely Disappointed with Ashley Furniture I had a horrible experience with Ashley Furniture and will never be shopping here again. I paid **$200 for a service** that they are now **refusing to honor** unless I spend **another $500** — which was *never* part of the original agreement. It feels like a complete scam. When I tried to speak to someone about it, the **manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional.** Instead of helping resolve the issue, they spoke down to me, showed no empathy, and basically told me to take it or leave it. I’ve never encountered such dismissive and arrogant behavior from a customer service representative, let alone a manager. I expected better from a national brand like Ashley, but clearly they don’t care once they have your money. Save yourself the headache — shop elsewhere.

Update: our couch was delivered today with several stains all over the cushions which was so frustrating. I know it wasn’t the delivery people’s fault as the couch came wrapped in full plastic. I called the salesman, Nick and was just told to refuse the delivery and Nick offered no apology about the fact that our furniture arrived damaged. After dealing with all of these headaches and unprofessionalism, I canceled our whole order because it’s simply not worth the headache. Please avoid this store and the unprofessional salesman and managers here. It’s not worth the time!!! Nick was a great salesman and made the process of finding out couch easy! Overall our experience with the salesman was good. However, on our way out of the store after purchasing our couch, there was a group of salesman all huddled together that seemed to be laughing at us and said “bye kids have a good day!” My fiancé and I are in our mid to late 20s (not that it matters), but I felt this comment along with the laughing from the other group of salesman was unnecessary and unprofessional. It left a bad taste in our mouth when we were leaving, and I almost decided to cancel our purchase if that’s how we were going to be treated on our way out of the store. I didn’t cancel because our salesman wasn’t involved in this and it wouldn’t be fair to him, but I’m not sure I would return in the future.

Nightmare of an experience post purchase. Do not buy in store. I ordered over $6700 worth of furniture from Ashley furniture in Frisco via sales person names Beau. While experience in store was good, the post purchase experience was horrific. Our 1st order of furniture arrived incomplete. We were told to accept the order and rest of it will be send the next day. Nothing came for couple days and then 2nd shipping came through which was not even the items we ordered. After numerous attempts(10 or more)to reach the salesperson (Beau) and store, we got no response. The online regular call line goes to distribution center. They blame sales person. The delivery guys blame sales and distribution manager. Everyone plays blame game with you while you the Customer suffers. I would highly suggest ordering from a retailer that has an online portal for self help and troubleshooting. Complete waste of your precious time.

Worst experience I had. They delivered broken oversized accent chair. I paid $360 for delivery. The guys were not able to put on the sofa as well and left. I called the store right away. They don’t replace if the delivery guy leave. They put a lot of time trying to put together the sofa and unwrapped the accent chair in hurry in got me signed quickly . The technician came after a month to fix both accent chair and put together sofa but couldn’t . Pasting picture of broken furniture when cloth was removed . Now the technician is requesting to add more time as it is 5-6 hours job. He left without fixing anything. God knows how much more time will it take for the technician to come back. We have broken furniture in our living room now for more than a month. Worst customer service. Not coming back

Beau is great! We first tried Nebrasksa Furniture Mart and it was a bust. Me and my husband then went to Ashley Furniture Mart because I had remembered they had nice couches I had liked when I was shopping for baby furniture a year ago. Immediately when we got there Beau offered his assistance. He helped us narrow it down to 2 choices we really like. And we ended up bying the one me and my husband agreed on. Definitely preferred the service and selection at Ashley's! Beaus got a great personality and extremely knowledgeable on furniture and helpful. I would recommend him helping in your search!

Update- After I lashed out here last week, a rep reached out to me and when I tell you he ensured I got my delivery. He was spot on. I appreciate the fact that my work was prioritized. Got an upgraded bed. However I wish I didn’t have to wait this long and go through all the back and forth to get my delivery. Regardless, Thanks Ashley, I got my bed and mattress delivered today I wish there was something lower than a one star. Placed an order and after 2 months no delivery was made. The delivery date always got rescheduled without prior notice. I had to be the one calling to track the status of my order. I am so annoyed and frustrated. If you need your time wasted please go ahead and buy from this store.

Aseel was my salesperson and Beau assisted in the transaction! These two are amazing at what they do! Most of us miss the old days when you could walk into a furniture store and actually work out a deal, this is still alive today and was shown during my encounter with Aseel and Beau! Aseel told us, "Don't worry about the price right now, just pick what you want"! This statement made me and my wife feel like he truly cared about what we as the customer wanted, which soon proved to be genuine. We were able to purchase a beautiful king size sleigh bed with the fancy adjustable base for our new home! The entire staff actually assisted in the end of the transaction past closing time of 9PM! Everyone was so nice, polite, and made me, my wife, and three kids feel comfortable while the transaction was being processed. I 100% recommend you all to give Ashley Furniture, more specifically, Aseel and Beau your business for your home decor needs! You won't be disappointed. Thank you Aseel and Beau!

My wife and I enjoyed our first time shopping @ Ashley’s in Frisco. Our sales specialist Chris Garza was great. He gave us our space but checked with us often to see if there were any questions we had about any furniture pieces.

I was looking for a recliner. I told my salesperson, Chris Kramer, what I was looking for. He showed me what they had and I found what I wanted. Chris was very knowledgeable about each recliner and where they were on the floor. I was not rushed and felt no pressure to make up my mind. Would definitely recommend this store.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Ashley Furniture, one that has left me feeling misled and frustrated. As a long-time customer, I expected a certain level of professionalism and transparency, but my recent interaction with them has completely shattered that expectation. My ordeal began when I purchased a mattress from Ashley Furniture. During the sale, the salesperson assured me that there was a flexible return policy in place, allowing me to return the mattress if it did not meet my expectations. Taking their word for it, I proceeded with the purchase, confident that I could return the product if needed. To my dismay, after a few nights of discomfort and sleeplessness, I decided to return the mattress. That’s when the true nature of Ashley Furniture’s return policy was revealed. Contrary to what was assured at the time of purchase, I was informed that mattresses are non-returnable but can be exchanged. They do not have any mattresses that meet my needs to constitute an exchange. When I came back to the store to discuss the discrepancy, I was met with indifference and a lack of accountability. The salesperson who made the promise was suddenly unavailable, and the manager I spoke with showed no willingness to rectify the situation. They repeatedly referenced the fine print and to call the 800 provided, dismissing my concerns despite the clear misrepresentation during the sale. Calling Ashley Furniture’s 800# did not get any better. Their representative kept referring back to their policy and not accepting responsibility for what their store representative verbally said. To make matters worse their phone representative supervisor Alicia raised her voice and hung up on me. Throughout this experience, the customer service at Ashley Furniture has been woefully lacking. Not only was I MISLED and lied about an essential aspect of my purchase, but the response I received when trying to resolve the issue was dismissive and unhelpful. It was evident that they prioritize sales over customer satisfaction, and their unwillingness to address the problem has left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I am writing this review to strongly caution potential buyers about the misleading practices and poor customer service at Ashley Furniture. It is crucial to double-check the terms and policies, especially when dealing with high-value purchases. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone looking for a reliable and customer-oriented furniture retailer. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for Ashley Furniture to reconsider their approach to customer relations and ensure that their sales promises align with their actual policies. 2/25/2025 UPDATE. Ashley Furniture responded to my review and asked for me to contact them in order to find resolution. It was very disappointing to hear Ashley Furniture state the same statement from our last conversation. To make matters worse, I spoke to a escalation manager and was told I will be getting a call back to find resolution to this matter. It has been 4 days and no call back. Business' are not defined by how much they sell. A company who truly cares for their customers show their character when their is something wrong. Selling is the easy part. Taking care of your valued customers is the what defines a company. Ashley Furniture is not a good company. i STRONGLY SUGGEST TO PURCHASE FURNITURE ELSE WHERE.

Doug was amazing and helped every step of the way showing us everything and really narrowing down our choices for us. He got us Chris who was absolutely amazing at his job he asked our needs and everything about us and narrowed it down to three beds. We ended up loving the first one we tried it was perfect and him as well as Doug helped us every step of the way. We can’t wait to revive our mattress!

We recently visited the Ashley store in Frisco, TX . We were greeted by a very kind sales person who intently listened to what exactly we were looking for and what things we did not like. Doug was very courteous and helpful, directing us to various different sofa sectional groups that we might be interested in. He was very patient and didn’t appear that he was in a rush to get us to make a decision. He watched our expressions and comments and after trying a few out, he said, I think I have an idea that you might like. After explaining that we could select the pieces that would fit our your particular space, He showed us the exact perfect grouping. He also offered very good suggestions that would work well. When we left the store I felt really good about the purchase! I am so thankful that Doug was so gracious in helping us think through all aspects of our purchase. It was a very positive experience from start to finish.

Absolute trash. I bought a bed frame for $1200. The parts are damaged, instruction set is missing and screws are missing.when you call customer support no one is helping us. Never buy from this store. Edit: I tried calling the customer number a couple of times. Each time they are not helping us. I am put on hold for over 20 mins like 3 times and the call drops. I have spent over 4 hours on customer support with no help at all.

DOUG SHUMWAY He was the sales rep who assisted us. He gives us a final quote on a sectional and then offers us a free APR for 3 years. He said its the discounted price and that it was final. After doing a hard check on my account ( without my acknowledgement)his manager says se can't offer the price and increased it by $500. This was a shock. He didn't even take any approval from me to perform a hard check. Upon saying this is fraud, the sales rep agreed and apologized in person but the manager wouldn't accept it. He kept arguing that the price can't go down and sharing our SSN is same as a consent to do a hard check which is insane. The manager ANTONIO GONZALEZ was extremely rude and wouldn't accept their mistake. We walked out with nothing but a hard check on our SSN. Total disappointment and waste of time!

We went in with a plan and they executed it for us flawlessly. We were shopping on a budget and they did so much to help us stay within our means and I appreciate all the help from Angie and their store manager. Thank you guys for helping us make our new house feel like home!

Went to multiple furniture stores in the area, and ultimately ended up buying a couch from Ashley. Bronte F. was super helpful and kind - she helped me answer all my questions and made the process very easy! She was a big reason I ultimately chose my couch from Ashley at this location. Staff overall seemed really kind and helpful, would definitely return to buy furniture from here!

The delivery men were horrible. They damaged our front door frame, which we notified Ashley customer service about immediately and still waiting for the compensation that was promised. The delivery men also left trash underneath the sofa from the packaging. They also told us the sofa we ordered came with only 3 pillows. And only when I stated that it should have been 6, they miraculously came back with 3 more pillows. Then, during delivery, we noticed there was a stain on one piece of the couch, a rip in fabric on another piece of the couch, and one section had different legs than the rest of the couch. Despite notifying the delivery men about this, we were forced to sign the receipt for delivery regardless. The sales associate told us, after the fact, that we should not have signed for it and then prompted us to call the customer service team. I have been back and forth with the customer service team to schedule a technician to come and fix the issues with our couch. Marlen was the initial customer service agent I spoke with who ordered the parts. Troyee was the second agent I spoke with after receiving the parts who “scheduled” a technician to come out on 1/28/25. On 1/28/25, no one came. We were not notified. Then I spoke with Dominique, the third customer service agent at this point, who stated that Troyee never put in the service ticket for 1/28/25 at all so that was why no one showed up. Dominique then scheduled a technician to come on 2/4/25. We received texts and emails that the technician would arrive between 1:45-4:45PM CST. Then at 6:10PM CST, we received a text stating the technician would be late. It is now 9:27PM CSTand no technician has showed up. I called the Guest care team at 9PM CST. And I sent a text, which stated the guest care team hours are 8AM-10PM CST, yet when I called and texted at 9PM CST, they are closed.
