Its so frustrating working with Ashley. They have nonsense policies where you don't get discounts when you finance. They used to give you free delivery when you made large purchases with them. I bought $15,000 worth of product and thry refused to comp delivery. Add on top of it, they operate their business like we are still in Covid with half the showroom on backorder. I was scheduled delivery 6 weeks out due to availability issues and assured I would get all of my product on that date, and then of course, they arrived without my complete order and told me I had to wait 6 more weeks for availability! So now I am calling around to all of the furniture places in town trying to find what I need in time for hosting Christmas.

I just wanted to share positive feedback about my recent delivery. Mario and his team did an excellent job — they were professional, courteous, and very careful with the furniture and my home. The delivery was smooth and efficient, and I truly appreciate their great service. Thank you for such a positive experience.

I made an order around Nov. 20 of this year to include multiple items to include a lamp at the Grapevine, Texas store. They told me the lamp would be a direct ship. As of this date, I don't have it. I have talked to the store location and customer service and no resolution. Yesterday the store told me the lamp arrived. I checked my apartment office, and no arrival of package. Today the customer service team confirm the lamp did not arrive. I asked the store in person if I could take the lamp on showroom floor, and they told me that was not an option. I asked to receive a refund, not an option either. I made multiple calls to customer service number only to be given a ticket but no resolution. I have asked for a person of management on customer service to call me. No call. I spent about $3,500.00 at the grapevine store in November and spent close to $4,000.00 several years ago at the temple, texas store. I can't believe for being a repeat customer they can't figure out the lamp. On the day I got the products in grapevine, the sales people were talking how slow business has been. It appears they can't take care of completing orders. The store staff keeps directing me to customer service phone number, and multiple calls to customer service have not helped. Can someone with this company help their repeat customer to find resolution?

Was suppose to be delivered at 3:00PM and did not arrive until 8:30. Nothing wrong with peoooe speaking Spanish but both drivers did not speak English so there was language barrier. And they did not complete my order because they almost delivered the wrong color. Not happy with this experiment at all
