We reached out to customer service I think it’s like a 3rd party and they have the worst customer service they obviously don’t care. I visited the Ashley Furniture store in Grapevine with the intention of asking questions about a mattress and possibly making a purchase. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing. Multiple employees were standing around chatting, and no one acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. When I made eye contact, staff members looked away instead of offering assistance. I came in ready to buy, but the lack of basic customer service made me take my business elsewhere. A simple greeting or offer to help goes a long way, and this experience completely missed the mark.

No customers anywhere yet service was meh. Ordered a dining set ans were told 6 weeks for delivery and now its 2 months before we MIGHT get our table and being charged $180 for delivery!¡! Not happy!!!!

Todd Hall and manager Tyler made our experience a delight, saving us considerable money over other retailers we had shopped. We look forward to delivery of our couch and loveseat.

I had my couch delivered. The delivery people broke my front door lamp and they're denying that they broke it when bringing in the couch. They they also set of the fire alarm when bringing it in and the fire fighters came by . If you have something damaged by the delivery, don't sign off on the paper until it has been documented of what they damaged or else you'll have to cover the cost yourself, especially if you live in an apartment. Apart from this, the couch I got was nice. Just be careful with delivery.

Our salesman, Jock, was super helpful in finding what met our needs for our vacation home. He listened and showed many options based on our criteria. Jock and the store manager, Tyler, were very accommodating in getting the delivery logistics worked out for our schedule.

Marie and Michael were so helpful. I was redoing the boys bedroom, had a budget and bedroom ideas but the boys were selecting their new beds, mattresses and dresser. Marie made them feel special by acknowledging their feedback and helping them find what they wanted. Michael treated them as well with great respect when it came to choosing their own mattress. Both of boys walked away feeling very welcomed and proud of their choices for their new bedroom set. They provided such a wonderful experience for first time shoppers. My boys commented on how wonderful the entire experience was.

Its so frustrating working with Ashley. They have nonsense policies where you don't get discounts when you finance. They used to give you free delivery when you made large purchases with them. I bought $15,000 worth of product and thry refused to comp delivery. Add on top of it, they operate their business like we are still in Covid with half the showroom on backorder. I was scheduled delivery 6 weeks out due to availability issues and assured I would get all of my product on that date, and then of course, they arrived without my complete order and told me I had to wait 6 more weeks for availability! So now I am calling around to all of the furniture places in town trying to find what I need in time for hosting Christmas.

I just wanted to share positive feedback about my recent delivery. Mario and his team did an excellent job — they were professional, courteous, and very careful with the furniture and my home. The delivery was smooth and efficient, and I truly appreciate their great service. Thank you for such a positive experience.

I made an order around Nov. 20 of this year to include multiple items to include a lamp at the Grapevine, Texas store. They told me the lamp would be a direct ship. As of this date, I don't have it. I have talked to the store location and customer service and no resolution. Yesterday the store told me the lamp arrived. I checked my apartment office, and no arrival of package. Today the customer service team confirm the lamp did not arrive. I asked the store in person if I could take the lamp on showroom floor, and they told me that was not an option. I asked to receive a refund, not an option either. I made multiple calls to customer service number only to be given a ticket but no resolution. I have asked for a person of management on customer service to call me. No call. I spent about $3,500.00 at the grapevine store in November and spent close to $4,000.00 several years ago at the temple, texas store. I can't believe for being a repeat customer they can't figure out the lamp. On the day I got the products in grapevine, the sales people were talking how slow business has been. It appears they can't take care of completing orders. The store staff keeps directing me to customer service phone number, and multiple calls to customer service have not helped. Can someone with this company help their repeat customer to find resolution?

Was suppose to be delivered at 3:00PM and did not arrive until 8:30. Nothing wrong with peoooe speaking Spanish but both drivers did not speak English so there was language barrier. And they did not complete my order because they almost delivered the wrong color. Not happy with this experiment at all

I asked a salesperson to help me find specific pillows that I had a receipt for from another store. She told me I had to look around and sat backdown. I looked over store and then went to manager I was also looking for tv fireplace consoles. They lost a customer that day. I had previously purchased a 6 piece living room set. I will not be back!

My experience at Ashley Furniture has been great! Richard, my salesman, and the store manager were very helpful. After searching for the perfect furniture, I finally found what I needed. You can’t go wrong with Ashley.

Richard Salazar was so helpful, he was very patient and willing to help every step of the way. Never pushy, just made sure we were happy. It was a wonderful experience! We needed a couple of sectionals, and Richard made it all work so well that we left with the sectionals and a couple of other things!

Delivery has been a nightmare. The store manager in Grapevine is very nice but once the sale is done, that’s it. You have to work with a text bot and call center folks. I had to pay delivery fees for two separate deliveries because they couldn’t coordinate a single delivery. Two weeks after my purchase, I still don’t have a bed to sleep in. They delivered a USED bed to my door. As I watched the furniture being pulled from the “new” box and plastic removed, black and brown stains covered the headboard. Now, the store manager is telling me to work with the text bot to fix these issues and the text bot is telling me to work with the store manager. I took a video of the used product but I can’t upload a video here. FYI, the response below offered me a different number but it routs to the same call center. Completely unhelpful.

Visited the store about a month ago. Great experience and wonderful service from Todd Hall and the store manager. They were attentive, patient & kind, and they helped us find the perfect recliner for our living room. Would recommend the store and service from both Todd and the manager. Thanks again.

Never shop at Ashleys in Grapevine…. they will scam you out of your money. My contract clearly stated no interest accrue for a certain time period and they still charged me interest despite what my contract clearly stated and then proceeded to close my account. Never again will I ever buy any item from this raggedy business. DO NOT finance because they will screw you over.

The service was excellent. Ayo, the member of staff who helped me, made sure the furniture I wanted to buy was right for its intended use. He was very patient and attended to me from the minute I walked in to when I left store. Would not hesitate to recommend Ashley Store to anyone looking to buy new furniture for their home.

Staff was pleasant and helped us with our order. We went in knowing what we wanted. Not in stock but did order items for us. Only negative was a $129.00 charge for a delivery that only leaves the items on the front door stoop. Extremely steep charge. Happy with furniture that should come soon but feeling a bit overcharged for delivery. Others only charge $30.00 Go figure.

After a long search with repeated visits at several retailers for a king bedroom set, we decided to go with a set from Ashley Furniture Grapevine. Our Sales Associate, Marie B, was very helpful but not pushy. She was very responsive via text and email with our questions, quote and order process to delivery. The delivery date was met and within the window of time. The Delivery Team led by Justin was careful with our new set and did not damage any of the furniture or staircase. While only the first night, we would consider ordering again and definitely would use Marie when the time comes.

Bought a $3,200 sofa from Ashley in Grapevine and deeply regret it , within a month it started shedding lint. The quality is terrible - cheap materials that feel nothing like what I expected for the price. Even worse, the fabric is causing skin irritation. When I contacted customer service, they were rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend shopping here unless you want to overpay for subpar furniture and deal with unprofessional service.

We came in with an insurance claim and had to buy a new couch. We were helped by Elizabeth, Anthony and the store manager, Tyler. They were fantastic to work with and very flexible. My wife had bought her dresser there years ago so we decided to go back to look for couches. After a long and extensive search, we landed on the LARCE couch, which was amazing. Ashley's sales associates were very enthusiastic during our furniture purchase process. However, we have been working with the distribution center to get it delivered for two weeks.. First delivery was incomplete. We were given a new date but no one has shown up. We called and now we're told it will be five more days. First time purchasing from Ashley's and it has been horrible - failed commitments and rude conversations from distribution center team members & managers.

We bought a sofa on 01/06/23 with a 5-year protection plan. The furniture specialist assured us that any leather issues would be covered, but my claim was denied because they now mentioned that this was an exclusion in the policy. Why do you need to lie to the customer to sell a protection plan?

I had done my research on line and visited the store before making my decision on the furniture I wanted. When I was ready to purchase the process took no time at all. I was at the store for a total time of 30 minutes. Got everything I wanted and Daniel my salesman got me the best prices. I scheduled my delivery with no problems. Taking down the 5 Star review as my 2 couches have had the covers for the recliner switches fall off 2 of the recliners and one of the bottons to raise the recliner doesn't work. This have been going on since 7/23/2025... 2 weeks after the delivery. Many texts, phone calls, emails, visits to the Grapevine Store and to no avail ... nothing has been repaired or replaced! They have sent incorrect parts for the repairs but no one to repair them! It's 5 months since the purchase and nothing has been done! So frustrating, especially since we have been long-time customers!! I certainly hope Corporate reads this complaint as no one has done anything except promise me that "someone will be in contact" with me!! Good luck if anyone has the same experience with Ashley's!!

Working with Richard Salazar was a great experience. We never felt rushed to make a decision and he let us walk the entire store checking occasionally to see if we had any questions. Checking out was easy. Richard went over the entire process and we paid (again easy) and were on our way. Store is very neat and well laid out tribute to good management.

It’s a bit disappointing how the level of service changed after the purchase. Before buying, they had plenty of time to sit down, explain everything, and convince me to move forward. But once the purchase was made, getting any follow-up or support became difficult. It feels like the priority shifted as soon as the sale was closed.

I have to click on 1 star otherwise it would have been minus 500. Be very careful when purchasing sofa from this company because under their lights it looks different, and they don't tell you that so if you like a color double check the color in a dark area otherwise, they look different when they deliver. Moreover, they never communicated that once we sign upon delivery, that was the end! They will make you sign a bunch of papers, and they don't even highlight the part where it says 'if you sign the paper at the time of delivery, they are no longer returnable. Imagine the trap! I signed a trap yesterday! Manager was very rude upon going back to the store. No mercy whatsoever for a 8k purchase because they got the money and we didn't receive the same product what we saw at the store, and they don't care whether we satisfied or not. Either they need to clearly communicate these things at the time of purchase or change policy to add at least 3 days to permit clients if they are not satisfied to return the product. This is the only store i experienced this all-other stores they would give us certain time to return and if we go past that time, I totally agree!

I had a very smooth and great purchasing experience because of Mr Tyler.After I told him I am looking for sofa chaise ,he immediately showed me all the sofa chaise they have in the store ,it’s amazing that he remembers all the spots that these sofas at ,it really saved my time.Also Mr Tyler’s communication skill is impressive,no chitchat,very professional,made the deal quick and smooth . Does not keep their promises. Sales person made lots of promises but does not deliver

My experience of buying from Ashley was very unsatisfactory and frustrating. I bought a sectional sofa. A defective item was delivered to my home. In the last several weeks, I have been trying to get service from Ashley to get the defective item replaced or repaired, with no luck so far. It seems Ashley is only interested in pocketing the customer’s money but not interested in providing quality in their products or services. UPDATE: Even the gesture of providing a toll-free number in owner response seems like a token service just to show the public. I have used the same toll-free number and customer contact email several times already and there is no progress being made. In the first instance that I raised the issue I clearly mentioned that the problem is with the chaise and the cushion within. The solution that Ashely used was that they sent me a replacement seat cover. Topping that comical solution approach, Ashley closed my claim ticket without verifying. The next time, Ashley sent a technician to my home to check the issue. The tech visited my home and very promptly identified that the chaise was indeed defective, with not much cushion filing within. Although the tech was courteous and prompt in her update, there has been no follow up from Ashley in the last 2 weeks to get the defect fixed.

I'm not happy about my delivery. I ordered two additional nightstands. The store I purchased from told me that they will be assembled along with everything else and it was included with my delivery. The driver tells me that they are unable to assemble it as it comes unassembled and I have to put it together myself.

Mike met us as we walked in the door and as we told him what we were looking for he took us to several options to look at that might meet our approval. We made our selection and it was fast and super easy process. We had purchased a sofa online the night before and Mike was able to get that money credited to my account where it could be applied to my new purchase. The delivery date was even moved up weeks earlier than I could get it online. Everyone assisting us was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I will return in the future to this Grapevine location to make a purchase.

I’ve shopped at this store for years. My son and I went to the store to purchase a sofa for his new apartment. Heard the store manager introduce himself to a couple right behind us saying he was going around checking on everyone. We were sitting in the sofa directly behind the other couple checking it out. He came around and I thought he would greet us, but he didn’t. As we continue walking around, I see him talking to everyone else, none of whom looked like us. I will never ever spend another dime at an Ashley’s Furniture store and will advise my friends and family to do the same. Heading back to Haverty’s where we were treated with kindness and respect to purchase the sofa we saw there.

I went into the store to buy a king sized headboard on 6 May. I bought one that i really liked with all the bells and whistles (their white glove service with warranty). The sales lady was very nice and did a good job closing the sale. She said there was one in the warehouse and the system set up a Thursday delivery. The next day i got rid of my old bed and got ready for the new one. The next day (Wednesday) they call and say there was not one and that one would be ordered, but i should not expect it for2-3 weeks. Unacceptable. So i went back to the store and tried to cancel the order. Nope. Stores can't cancel. So they gave me a number to call and the ladies that i dealt with were very nice and tried very hard to be helpful. One of them, Rosa, found the headboard at another store and initiated a transfer with dlivery to be on Saturday 10 May. On Friday they called and said there was none in the warehouse and no delivery would be on Saturday. I talked to several people and kept getting different stories (it was in the warehouse, the transfer went through, to no delivery on Saturday). After several back and forths i cancelled the order and went to another store where i found an even better bed at a lower cost from Nebraska Furniture Mart with zero hitches or speed bumps. My take away was Ashley was doing the old bait and switch. Make the sale, but then fail on the delivery. Hint to Ashley: There are hundreds of furniture stores in the metroplex.. Service like this will get around and folks will go elsewhere. I wondered why the parking lot was empty when i went there..........now i think i know why. Ashley can and should do better.

Richard took awesome care of us. He greeted us then allowed us to shop without hovering over us, yet he was close when we had questions. He also moved furniture so we could see the end table we liked with the couches we liked. Very accommodating. Ashleys had a wonderful Memorial Day Sale, which allowed us to get our lamp and rug too. This is our third experience at Ashley's and we will be back!

Ashley’s is one of our “go to” store for bedroom furniture because it’s beautiful and lasts. We always ask for Daniel in the Grapevine store. He greets us with a smile then gives us personal attention. He hears what our needs are, walks us around to show us what the store has that may be of interest to us, and then allows us the space to take our time to look at things on our own. You never feel rushed whether making a purchase or just browsing. This trip we bought a mattress to be delivered a few days earlier than expected. Ashley Furniture is great to work with. We aren’t moving in for another 6 weeks. But we were able to take advantage of the Memorial Day deals now and they’ll hold our stuff for up to 6 months! I stopped by Ashley Furniture just by chance when I missed the correct off ramp while driving in the Grapevine area. I’ve had three spinal surgeries resulting with eight fused vertebrae & received a new right hip in the last 18 months & decided I needed a new mattress & base. CHRISTIAN @ Ashley was probably the best person I could have happened across that day. His knowledge on mattresses was spot on & he was pleasant to speak with. If you go there for a new mattress be sure to ask for Christian. You won’t be disappointed.

This is the best Ashley Furniture location I have ever been to, and I have been to several. Daniel was a great help and seemed to enjoy his job! No one at this location hassled or pressured us and we ended up being able to purchase what we wanted and more. Everything was quick, and we bought what we liked. Highly recommended for the price and quality.

We went in to purchase a couch. There was significant lack of attention to detail. The sales woman ran our credit card on someone else’s account. Then she had us re swipe for our purchase and did not show us the line by line item bill til after she swiped our card. And we had asked to decline the protection plan but she had added it anyways…. And then when we asked her to take it off, she couldn’t because she had already swiped our card. Overall NOT impressed with the sales people on the floor. We were supposed to get a refund and we still have not.

The store is well organized, clean and practically setup. My rep, Maria, did a great job in getting what I wanted. She seemed to be very smart, quick, professional and has an amazing personality! My experience in Grapevine was fine. However, I thought the administrative staff and the dock loaders seemed a bit overwhelmed at the Wharehouse. Everything seemed a bit too difficult for them. Also, you might want to consider adding another warehouse in the North Dallas area. Denton or Frisco. DFW is a giant area.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Ashley HomeStore. I purchased a new couch and specifically discussed the delivery process with the salesperson, Vincent. He assured me it would be a doorstep delivery, which included assembly and a final walkthrough to ensure my satisfaction before I signed the delivery receipt. This was a key factor in my decision to purchase from Ashley. Unfortunately, the delivery was a complete disaster. The delivery team simply dropped the couch at my doorstep, still in its packaging, and left immediately. There was no assembly, no walkthrough, and certainly no opportunity for me to inspect the couch before signing anything. This was the exact opposite of what Vincent had promised. I immediately tried contacting Ashley customer service to rectify the situation. However, I have been met with complete unresponsiveness. I've called multiple times, left messages, and even tried their online chat, but have yet to receive any assistance. This lack of customer service is frankly appalling. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. I am now left to assemble a heavy couch myself, with no guarantee that it isn't damaged. The misleading sales tactics and the nonexistent customer service have completely soured my opinion of Ashley HomeStore. I will not be shopping there again and would strongly advise others to consider other furniture retailers. This was a terrible experience, and I regret my purchase.

Had a great experience at Ashley, Last Sunday. Tyler greeted me at the door and showed me several selections of what I wanted to look at. Great service great pricing and even a five year warranty on the product. It was a sofa. Free delivery to your door… That was nice. He also introduced me to the manager Tyler just in case I ever came back and had a question and he wasn’t there but More can you ask for?

Christian was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process, from choosing the perfect bed set and mattress to setting our delivery date. He patiently ensured that we made the right choices and that everything was just what we wanted. We’ve consistently had great experiences at this store, and Christian was a big part of that.

I gave 4 stars cause the experience was good in general, couldn’t give 5 cause they didn’t have the price updated in the store. Online prices were cheaper and they matched it but if I didn’t see it I would know what the prices were online. Over all it was good

The place was amazing and the manager that was there helping us gave us a great deal on some of the stuff that was discontinued there. the only bad things that i had is that the customer service line for the company to schedule you drop off when it comes to delivery is the absolute worst, they are so rude and disrespectful, they called and changed my delivery without even notifying me, DO NOT DEAL WITH DELIVERY, the worst.

If you buy from this store be ready to stress yourself cause the delivery people never show up. You have to keep calling costumer services to try to schedule delivery. This is my 3rd time in the schedule for a delivery.

The experience in the store was terrific. I have no complaints there. When they table and bed frame were delivered. I thought, hey this is awesome. The bdled frame and table were not put together properly. It took roufhly 5 months later to complete the delivery task for the bed frame. I didn't want to go through various phone calls, people forgetting to submit the request after writing it down, taking months to complete the table when this should have been done on day 1, so I will take the table in my own hands. The lady on the phone whn I told this too thought I was upset because when my bed frame was fixed, they did not fix the table. Not at all. I understand protocol and procedures. I just did not want to wait for a long time and make multiple calls. P.S. they thought my bed frame was broken and were ready to replace it, when really parts were missing to keep it together. Ugh. My bed btw was from mattress firm which no complaints whatsoever with Mattress Firm.

Not the best experience. Our sales rep tried to give us an added protection plan after we said we didn’t want it. Said the amount would be credited to our account. It never was, so we called again. Was rude over the phone when trying to credit our account back with the amount he charged us for but we did not agree to.

Daniel and team was very helpful with helping us design our living room and make the purchase.

Store was relatively empty but none of the reps bothered to walk up asking if I needed help. I ended up selecting what I wanted and requested a passing by rep to help me with the order. No wonder prices and experience is better and seamless online! There was $100 price difference between online and in store which was matched.

SIMPLY THE BEST (ALL CAPS!!!). We had been to a few big name stores. Lov Sac, Lazy Boy. The Sac as we call it wasn’t that impressive for the price the Lazy Boy was what you should expect (Lazy). But man was Ashley’s Furniture amazing. We walked in the Wife said WOW!!! So many options for so many rooms. Good quality ok quality what ever your looking for it’s there! While we didn’t meet Ashley who was no where to be found we did meet Gavin. What an amazing guy. He was the perfect balance of attentive but relaxed. No pressure from this salesman but absolutely ready and able to make us a deal. With the amount of stuff we purchase for our new house we should have spent the entire bank account. But with Gavin’s help we spent much much less and Gavin helped me make my wife’s dreams come true! Will definitely be back and highly recommend anymore looking for furniture to look for Gavin at Ashley furniture. Id say that Ashley better watch out btw because that Gavin’s coming for her wouldn’t be surprised if in the next 6 months there calling it Gavin’s furniture he’s such a great guy.

First-time buyer makes a last-time buyer Stopped in the Grapevine, Tx store on Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2024 because I needed to buy a new twin bed and mattress for my daughter's visit the following Friday. I decided to pick up the bed from the Ft. Worth warehouse the following day, which was 45 minutes each way. When I returned home that evening, I started building the bed and toward the end, realized the roll-slat (planks the mattress rests on) was missing. Called Warranty Service the next day and after three more calls (each time saying someone would call me back) they gave me the run-around that I needed to disassemble the bed and haul it back to Ft. Worth for an exchange. Nope. Obviously, the bed would be useless for Friday. The following week, and a visit back to the Grapevine store, someone called me to say, they understood my issue, I didn't need to exchange the entire bed, and someone would call me within 2 days about shipping the roll slats to me. No one called me. On the third day, I called back and someone named Ellie was very sympathetic and she worked most of the day to get me the logistics on receiving the roll slats. The following day, the slats arrived at my home. THEY WERE THE WRONG SIZE. I called the Warranty Department and they said "Oh, they shipped the size slats used for a Twin XL bed - sorry. I can ship you the correct slats in 7-10 business days". I said "I'm done". I ended up cutting the slats to size in my garage. Ridiculous, bungled customer service. My response to "Owner": Why would I call in for another dose of frustration? Your response is obviously geared to making readers think this customer was offered a viable resolution and surely ended up satisfied. This customer has settled in to his fate. Have a great day.

Marie has helped us get the furnitures we have been wanting. Also, she has made it possible to apply sales that were only offered online and matched it. She was also very knowledgable with the products she was selling. Highly recommend her, and will definitely come back to furnish the rest of the house.

I loved the quality of the furniture mixed with the price. I had looked at other furnitures stores and didn’t like them as much. If I did, they were extremely expensive. When I came in and made big purchases, Michael helped me and went out of his way to make sure I received every discount available. 10/10 service!

Changing my review from a 5 to a 1 star. In store I was told my purchase could be delivered as early as next day (Saturday) then it was Tuesday, which was fine but when I received a text to schedule the delivery the soonest available was Wednesday. This isn’t even what caused the negative review, on Wednesday I received a call an hour into the delivery window that the table was damaged and would not be deliver. When we called they said there was no option for us to pick up the table and there were only two tables at the distribution center, both already sold, likely one was for us as replacement due to the original being damaged. From there soonest available delivery date was Saturday, on Saturday I received a text request to schedule my delivery which was weird because it was already scheduled to be deliver that day. When calling back up to the store they told us there were no tables available at the distribution center and the whole truck was canceled. We rescheduled the delivery for a 3rd time to Wednesday (today) and wouldn’t you know… the table and chairs are damaged right out of the box. Absolutely no one cares. They tell you to call another number, not the store. I understand this is a 3rd party that is providing the delivery service but as a consumer it doesn’t matter. This is a company Ashely’s trusts to handle their customers, you are 100% responsible and all texts for scheduling delivery are from Ashley’s furniture. Do not purchase ANYTHING from Ashley’s!

Good furniture and have bought several large ticket items but it is a pain trying to contact the store since they don’t have a phone number directly to the store (it goes to a call center). Some employees will give you their cell phone for contact when you are working with them, but the last one I dealt with wouldn’t respond back for days. They do offer warranties on their items but if you ever have to use it be prepared to go through a very tedious, time consuming, and frustrating process. I have had 2 sofas over the past 7 years from Ashley, and when I tried to use the warranty for a stain they came out and said it was not able to be removed so a full new sofa replacement would be given to me. After about 30 days I was eventually told the sofa is discontinued so they can’t replace it, and therefore I get a store credit for the amount. That take an additional 45-60 days for the credit to be processed. Then there is more waiting after it’s finally approved cause you have to go in the store to select what you want but have to wait a few more days for the store to verify the credit amount issued to you. I dealt with that same thing twice and it’s almost not worth all the trouble. After all my warranties and credits are used up I won’t be buying any more furniture from Ashley due to how hard it is to deal with their whole process. Also their online store and individual physical stores are completely different and you can only use your credit at the original store you made the purchase from.

We had a great experience with the entire team at this location. We were immediately greeted and attended to. Employees were never pushy on the sale and were extremely accommodating in helping us find what we were searching for. Even the general manager helped us with his recommendations and insight into a durable material. Price breakdown and closing was easy and straightforward. Very patient with us and quick process. Will definitely be coming back to fulfill our furniture needs.

We actually purchased a living room, dining room, and bedroom set 2.5 years ago when we bought a house. Initially we had so many issues getting our furniture delivered to us and at that time, I considered posting this review but then I changed my mind but we now have had more issues. In the beginning, they scheduled us for delivery but then we would get another call a week later saying they needed to set us up for delivery. I told them we were already scheduled for delivery. They actually did that to us twice because they had to make two deliveries because part of the order had to be shipped from the warehouse. We actually had 2 accounts. One in my husband's name and one in my name so each account had each other's information. They had put my phone number on his account and his phone number on my account which caused us great grief recently. We made this purchase because of the 5-year no interest offer. Well, a couple of months ago, they apparently made some changes to their account system and as I was logging on to my account, it said I needed to reset my password. By phone, it asked for my social security number and my zip code. The computer tells me that my phone number, my social and my zip does not match the info in their files so I couldn't reset my password to access my account. I never could speak to a representative. After figuring things out on my own, I discovered they tied my phone number to my husband's social and to our old address' zip code and they tied my husband's phone number to my social and our new address' zip code. Once I got logged in to my account and my husband got logged in to his, we noticed the minimum payment due had doubled. After several calls to customer service and being on hold for at least an hour each time, I finally got to talk with someone. After some crazy explanation of why our payments doubled, they told us next month, our payments would be back to normal. Well, it is "next month" and our minimum payment is still doubled our usual amount so whereas we should have until Jan 2027 to pay them off, one account (based on their doubled minimum payment due) will be paid off in April 2025 and the other (based on their doubled minimum payment due) will be paid off in June 2025, a far cry from Jan 2027. I know this is long but I see all the positive reviews on here but our experience was and is far from positive. We will NEVER buy from Ashley Furniture or any business who uses TD Card Financial Services to finance their customers. We had other issues but I think you get the idea.

Mary was great she help me throughout my buy answer all my questions and make sure my experience there was pleasant.

Ordered a king bed and they delivered with the white glove service. They sent people out to assemble the bed who never put the center support pieces in, assuming the pieces are in the packaging on the truck. I had anchors that hold the headboard bolts in place missing and happened to find those in the parking lot. The package was opened so at some point they knew they had them and just didn’t know what to do with them I guess. Called multiple numbers and just get told they’ll call back if they find them, meanwhile I will be sleeping on an air mattress in my living room because my mattress is against the wall and the bed cannot support the weight of it. Not their problem though. It’s the delivery service who “will call back”. I don’t care that they forgot them OR didn’t know what they were doing. I’d pick them up at this point and be happy but I just get blown off and told to wait for a call back. Don’t expect them to have anything to do with you once it’s sold and dropped off.

Do not buy from this store! Do not use their services they lie about everything and then send you to the Philippines to be stuck in a call center if there is a problem. If I could give them less starts I would. I ordered from them far in advanced and then they spammed me for a week to confirm delivery. The best part is they canceled the delivery after I had already taken off work. They then rescheduled it for weeks later. When I tried to cancel my order because I needed it that week hence why I ordered in advanced they just gave me the run around. Don't trust these people. All they say is oh im so sorry. Nooo its unacceptable. Update: These people give me a phone number to call for help and all it does is try to get me to update my order that i want cancelled. Never a live person. These people are just responding to save face. They dont care about their customers they just want your money.

Recently Went there to buy some living room furniture for our new apartment and found the perfect living room setup and the service provided by anthony he was knowledgeable, patient, and truly helped us to find a perfect peice for our new apartment. If you guys go there just asked for salesman anthony. He will never disappointed you. His customer service is next level.

Do not waste your money! I am about to commit to going to the local Ashley store to tell every customer I meet on the showroom floor- “Don’t waste your money” and show them the pictures we have. Cheap furniture that breaks- then when you call in, they play games for months and months. No resolution constant cancelation in repair- of all the furniture I have bought- I have never had to have them come back out and fix anything- Ashley furniture does not stand behind their word- the furniture is not constructed well. We were sold on what they call their top of the line- what a joke. No follow through- no commitment, no value- embarrassingly spent $6k on the worst furniture and the worst furniture company ever. Oh- and if you do make the mistake- and their “install crew” comes- lol- they cannot put Lego’s together…Go anywhere else!!!

BUYERS BEWARE In store experience was good. Gavin was nice and helpful. What sold us was Gavin talking about his focus on his customer service. Follow up experience has probably been the worst customer service experience we have ever had. After a couple months of ownership, my wife and I spent hundreds to have a bug expert confirm that Ashley’s Furniture did not treat their wood properly and our wood furniture was infested with wood boaring beetles that were now hatching and chewing their way out of our wood furniture. Neither our yard, house or other furniture had any signs of these beetles. After countless hours of being on hold, and weeks of being promised a call back, we were strong armed into taking a new set since Ashley’s Furniture was adamant they would never sell such a product. We were told they wouldn’t be picking up the infested furniture and we were responsible for discarding of it. Fast forward a couple weeks and the new set arrives. We are forced to spend an hour on the phone pleading to an agent that we were told to discard of the furniture since the delivery team said we were out of luck since we didn’t have a set to exchange for the new furniture. It’s not until we forward them THEIR OWN EMAIL showing that Ashley’s Furniture instructed us to discard of the furniture that they start to unload the items. ***Upon unpackaging we find the same wood boaring beetles in the SECOND set of Ashley’s Furniture*** The delivery guys were astonished. They made a few calls and quickly put the furniture back in their loading truck. Leaving us with NO FURNITURE. Even after the second infested set of furniture, I am battling with agents who take no responsibility. I’ve talked to over 5 “Customer care agents” and had the same conversation 5 times since they don’t track your conversations or messaging to share with one another. Up to now, I have no furniture and no refund and im currently trying to prove to the 5th agent that I was told to discard of the initial items by one of their fellow associates. Throughout all of this… Gavin is of course M.I.A. I guess once you’ve seen the commission $ hit your account, anything outside of selling you more furniture is outside of his “customer service” duties. If you’re going to buy furniture from this company I would recommend asking to speak to the owner or operator of the store and get in writing, that you will be taken care of if you run into these wood boaring beetles. This is my 2nd set, I’ve seen others post online about it and I’m convinced this is a warehouse wide problem. *I have pictures/screenshots to back up all claims made on this post.

We are very happy with our experience at the grapevine store today. Bought a bedroom set along with a mattress. We liked what we saw and the store has great variety of furniture to choose from. Daniel Ayo made it easy for us to navigate the store and his inputs were great . He not only realized what our requirements are but also provided us with technical and some good old practical inputs which greatly helped us in making our decision. Daniel was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had called the store to see if a particular item was available is a different color and within 2 minutes I had pictures of three substitutes that were perfect. I met him the next day and made my purchase.

My wife ordered a dining table and the delivery service was not great. One of the chairs had a big blue stain on it so they had to take it back and now have to wait for someoneto contact us. More importantly the delivery service DAMAGED our home. The person carrying the table inside thought he cleared the top and as he flipped it up hit the edge. This is upsetting because not too long we had the whole house painted and redone. My wife has been trying to get ahold of someone to see what can be done, instead she's being left on hold and hung up on. This might be our last purchase from Ashley.

I bought $5,000 worth of furniture from Ashley. Paid for delivery plus 5 year warranty. The couch and bed frame are really nice and I actually love the furniture BUT upon delivery and installment there was some sort of small damage that honestly wasn’t worth the hassle and reporting within the 72 hour time frame the company gives. Spending that much money and not getting a product in perfect condition really sucks. I believe the products already come damage from the warehouse because I watched the delivery team put the furniture together and they were very cautious/careful. For this reason, moving forward I don’t think I would buy furniture from Ashley again.
