SIMPLY THE BEST (ALL CAPS!!!). We had been to a few big name stores. Lov Sac, Lazy Boy. The Sac as we call it wasn’t that impressive for the price the Lazy Boy was what you should expect (Lazy). But man was Ashley’s Furniture amazing. We walked in the Wife said WOW!!! So many options for so many rooms. Good quality ok quality what ever your looking for it’s there! While we didn’t meet Ashley who was no where to be found we did meet Gavin. What an amazing guy. He was the perfect balance of attentive but relaxed. No pressure from this salesman but absolutely ready and able to make us a deal. With the amount of stuff we purchase for our new house we should have spent the entire bank account. But with Gavin’s help we spent much much less and Gavin helped me make my wife’s dreams come true! Will definitely be back and highly recommend anymore looking for furniture to look for Gavin at Ashley furniture. Id say that Ashley better watch out btw because that Gavin’s coming for her wouldn’t be surprised if in the next 6 months there calling it Gavin’s furniture he’s such a great guy.

This location is well-stocked and immaculate! The items on the showcase floor are really well-maintained too. No dust to be seen. Sales team is attentive but nit overbearing. The manager at this location, Vince, is kind and super helpful. I had an issue with an online order and he went above and beyond to help me. I'm super thankful and will rlgladly return to shop here

First-time buyer makes a last-time buyer Stopped in the Grapevine, Tx store on Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2024 because I needed to buy a new twin bed and mattress for my daughter's visit the following Friday. I decided to pick up the bed from the Ft. Worth warehouse the following day, which was 45 minutes each way. When I returned home that evening, I started building the bed and toward the end, realized the roll-slat (planks the mattress rests on) was missing. Called Warranty Service the next day and after three more calls (each time saying someone would call me back) they gave me the run-around that I needed to disassemble the bed and haul it back to Ft. Worth for an exchange. Nope. Obviously, the bed would be useless for Friday. The following week, and a visit back to the Grapevine store, someone called me to say, they understood my issue, I didn't need to exchange the entire bed, and someone would call me within 2 days about shipping the roll slats to me. No one called me. On the third day, I called back and someone named Ellie was very sympathetic and she worked most of the day to get me the logistics on receiving the roll slats. The following day, the slats arrived at my home. THEY WERE THE WRONG SIZE. I called the Warranty Department and they said "Oh, they shipped the size slats used for a Twin XL bed - sorry. I can ship you the correct slats in 7-10 business days". I said "I'm done". I ended up cutting the slats to size in my garage. Ridiculous, bungled customer service. My response to "Owner": Why would I call in for another dose of frustration? Your response is obviously geared to making readers think this customer was offered a viable resolution and surely ended up satisfied. This customer has settled in to his fate. Have a great day.
Marie has helped us get the furnitures we have been wanting. Also, she has made it possible to apply sales that were only offered online and matched it. She was also very knowledgable with the products she was selling. Highly recommend her, and will definitely come back to furnish the rest of the house.
I loved the quality of the furniture mixed with the price. I had looked at other furnitures stores and didn’t like them as much. If I did, they were extremely expensive. When I came in and made big purchases, Michael helped me and went out of his way to make sure I received every discount available. 10/10 service!
I have 1 month whit my sofa and is incomplete I tried to call but they hang my call today nov- 15 is my fist payment but still not send the peace of my love seat

Changing my review from a 5 to a 1 star. In store I was told my purchase could be delivered as early as next day (Saturday) then it was Tuesday, which was fine but when I received a text to schedule the delivery the soonest available was Wednesday. This isn’t even what caused the negative review, on Wednesday I received a call an hour into the delivery window that the table was damaged and would not be deliver. When we called they said there was no option for us to pick up the table and there were only two tables at the distribution center, both already sold, likely one was for us as replacement due to the original being damaged. From there soonest available delivery date was Saturday, on Saturday I received a text request to schedule my delivery which was weird because it was already scheduled to be deliver that day. When calling back up to the store they told us there were no tables available at the distribution center and the whole truck was canceled. We rescheduled the delivery for a 3rd time to Wednesday (today) and wouldn’t you know… the table and chairs are damaged right out of the box. Absolutely no one cares. They tell you to call another number, not the store. I understand this is a 3rd party that is providing the delivery service but as a consumer it doesn’t matter. This is a company Ashely’s trusts to handle their customers, you are 100% responsible and all texts for scheduling delivery are from Ashley’s furniture. Do not purchase ANYTHING from Ashley’s!
Good furniture and have bought several large ticket items but it is a pain trying to contact the store since they don’t have a phone number directly to the store (it goes to a call center). Some employees will give you their cell phone for contact when you are working with them, but the last one I dealt with wouldn’t respond back for days. They do offer warranties on their items but if you ever have to use it be prepared to go through a very tedious, time consuming, and frustrating process. I have had 2 sofas over the past 7 years from Ashley, and when I tried to use the warranty for a stain they came out and said it was not able to be removed so a full new sofa replacement would be given to me. After about 30 days I was eventually told the sofa is discontinued so they can’t replace it, and therefore I get a store credit for the amount. That take an additional 45-60 days for the credit to be processed. Then there is more waiting after it’s finally approved cause you have to go in the store to select what you want but have to wait a few more days for the store to verify the credit amount issued to you. I dealt with that same thing twice and it’s almost not worth all the trouble. After all my warranties and credits are used up I won’t be buying any more furniture from Ashley due to how hard it is to deal with their whole process. Also their online store and individual physical stores are completely different and you can only use your credit at the original store you made the purchase from.
We had a great experience with the entire team at this location. We were immediately greeted and attended to. Employees were never pushy on the sale and were extremely accommodating in helping us find what we were searching for. Even the general manager helped us with his recommendations and insight into a durable material. Price breakdown and closing was easy and straightforward. Very patient with us and quick process. Will definitely be coming back to fulfill our furniture needs.

We actually purchased a living room, dining room, and bedroom set 2.5 years ago when we bought a house. Initially we had so many issues getting our furniture delivered to us and at that time, I considered posting this review but then I changed my mind but we now have had more issues. In the beginning, they scheduled us for delivery but then we would get another call a week later saying they needed to set us up for delivery. I told them we were already scheduled for delivery. They actually did that to us twice because they had to make two deliveries because part of the order had to be shipped from the warehouse. We actually had 2 accounts. One in my husband's name and one in my name so each account had each other's information. They had put my phone number on his account and his phone number on my account which caused us great grief recently. We made this purchase because of the 5-year no interest offer. Well, a couple of months ago, they apparently made some changes to their account system and as I was logging on to my account, it said I needed to reset my password. By phone, it asked for my social security number and my zip code. The computer tells me that my phone number, my social and my zip does not match the info in their files so I couldn't reset my password to access my account. I never could speak to a representative. After figuring things out on my own, I discovered they tied my phone number to my husband's social and to our old address' zip code and they tied my husband's phone number to my social and our new address' zip code. Once I got logged in to my account and my husband got logged in to his, we noticed the minimum payment due had doubled. After several calls to customer service and being on hold for at least an hour each time, I finally got to talk with someone. After some crazy explanation of why our payments doubled, they told us next month, our payments would be back to normal. Well, it is "next month" and our minimum payment is still doubled our usual amount so whereas we should have until Jan 2027 to pay them off, one account (based on their doubled minimum payment due) will be paid off in April 2025 and the other (based on their doubled minimum payment due) will be paid off in June 2025, a far cry from Jan 2027. I know this is long but I see all the positive reviews on here but our experience was and is far from positive. We will NEVER buy from Ashley Furniture or any business who uses TD Card Financial Services to finance their customers. We had other issues but I think you get the idea.

Ordered a king bed and they delivered with the white glove service. They sent people out to assemble the bed who never put the center support pieces in, assuming the pieces are in the packaging on the truck. I had anchors that hold the headboard bolts in place missing and happened to find those in the parking lot. The package was opened so at some point they knew they had them and just didn’t know what to do with them I guess. Called multiple numbers and just get told they’ll call back if they find them, meanwhile I will be sleeping on an air mattress in my living room because my mattress is against the wall and the bed cannot support the weight of it. Not their problem though. It’s the delivery service who “will call back”. I don’t care that they forgot them OR didn’t know what they were doing. I’d pick them up at this point and be happy but I just get blown off and told to wait for a call back. Don’t expect them to have anything to do with you once it’s sold and dropped off.

Very bad experience every time. Selling same product for so much high price. Even made me buy insurance on furniture they said if you don’t claim it you can get money in check back. Never ever act on claim and neither gave me money back. Gave me rude attitude after i bought so much stuff from them. 2 bedroom furniture and 1 big dinning table. Very rude and mean place i will never ever go back there.

Awful. Salesman put completely wrong delivery address on the order and I have to go into the store to change it despite it being his error. Add on top of that I live 2500 miles away from the store and was visiting at the time of the purchase and that makes the entire afternoon and multiple phone calls a waste.

Do not buy from this store! Do not use their services they lie about everything and then send you to the Philippines to be stuck in a call center if there is a problem. If I could give them less starts I would. I ordered from them far in advanced and then they spammed me for a week to confirm delivery. The best part is they canceled the delivery after I had already taken off work. They then rescheduled it for weeks later. When I tried to cancel my order because I needed it that week hence why I ordered in advanced they just gave me the run around. Don't trust these people. All they say is oh im so sorry. Nooo its unacceptable. Update: These people give me a phone number to call for help and all it does is try to get me to update my order that i want cancelled. Never a live person. These people are just responding to save face. They dont care about their customers they just want your money.

Recently Went there to buy some living room furniture for our new apartment and found the perfect living room setup and the service provided by anthony he was knowledgeable, patient, and truly helped us to find a perfect peice for our new apartment. If you guys go there just asked for salesman anthony. He will never disappointed you. His customer service is next level.
Do not waste your money! I am about to commit to going to the local Ashley store to tell every customer I meet on the showroom floor- “Don’t waste your money” and show them the pictures we have. Cheap furniture that breaks- then when you call in, they play games for months and months. No resolution constant cancelation in repair- of all the furniture I have bought- I have never had to have them come back out and fix anything- Ashley furniture does not stand behind their word- the furniture is not constructed well. We were sold on what they call their top of the line- what a joke. No follow through- no commitment, no value- embarrassingly spent $6k on the worst furniture and the worst furniture company ever. Oh- and if you do make the mistake- and their “install crew” comes- lol- they cannot put Lego’s together…Go anywhere else!!!

I had a bad experience a few years ago at another Ashley’s and did not want to go to another one. After not being able to find what I wanted other places, I gave this one in Grapevine a shot. It was a great experience and Mazen found me EXACTLY what I had in mind. I told him what I wanted and he took me right to it! The whole experience was great and I will definitely go back to see him for more pieces!

BUYERS BEWARE In store experience was good. Gavin was nice and helpful. What sold us was Gavin talking about his focus on his customer service. Follow up experience has probably been the worst customer service experience we have ever had. After a couple months of ownership, my wife and I spent hundreds to have a bug expert confirm that Ashley’s Furniture did not treat their wood properly and our wood furniture was infested with wood boaring beetles that were now hatching and chewing their way out of our wood furniture. Neither our yard, house or other furniture had any signs of these beetles. After countless hours of being on hold, and weeks of being promised a call back, we were strong armed into taking a new set since Ashley’s Furniture was adamant they would never sell such a product. We were told they wouldn’t be picking up the infested furniture and we were responsible for discarding of it. Fast forward a couple weeks and the new set arrives. We are forced to spend an hour on the phone pleading to an agent that we were told to discard of the furniture since the delivery team said we were out of luck since we didn’t have a set to exchange for the new furniture. It’s not until we forward them THEIR OWN EMAIL showing that Ashley’s Furniture instructed us to discard of the furniture that they start to unload the items. ***Upon unpackaging we find the same wood boaring beetles in the SECOND set of Ashley’s Furniture*** The delivery guys were astonished. They made a few calls and quickly put the furniture back in their loading truck. Leaving us with NO FURNITURE. Even after the second infested set of furniture, I am battling with agents who take no responsibility. I’ve talked to over 5 “Customer care agents” and had the same conversation 5 times since they don’t track your conversations or messaging to share with one another. Up to now, I have no furniture and no refund and im currently trying to prove to the 5th agent that I was told to discard of the initial items by one of their fellow associates. Throughout all of this… Gavin is of course M.I.A. I guess once you’ve seen the commission $ hit your account, anything outside of selling you more furniture is outside of his “customer service” duties. If you’re going to buy furniture from this company I would recommend asking to speak to the owner or operator of the store and get in writing, that you will be taken care of if you run into these wood boaring beetles. This is my 2nd set, I’ve seen others post online about it and I’m convinced this is a warehouse wide problem. *I have pictures/screenshots to back up all claims made on this post.

We are very happy with our experience at the grapevine store today. Bought a bedroom set along with a mattress. We liked what we saw and the store has great variety of furniture to choose from. Daniel Ayo made it easy for us to navigate the store and his inputs were great . He not only realized what our requirements are but also provided us with technical and some good old practical inputs which greatly helped us in making our decision. Courtesy Daniel our overall shopping experience at the store was a great one and we feel exited with our new purchases.

Daniel was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had called the store to see if a particular item was available is a different color and within 2 minutes I had pictures of three substitutes that were perfect. I met him the next day and made my purchase.
My wife ordered a dining table and the delivery service was not great. One of the chairs had a big blue stain on it so they had to take it back and now have to wait for someoneto contact us. More importantly the delivery service DAMAGED our home. The person carrying the table inside thought he cleared the top and as he flipped it up hit the edge. This is upsetting because not too long we had the whole house painted and redone. My wife has been trying to get ahold of someone to see what can be done, instead she's being left on hold and hung up on. This might be our last purchase from Ashley.
Ashley did a fantastic job getting me in and out, even on a super busy day. The team performed everything they promised and even went over and beyond to help me with a nail in my front tire. I will always take my car to Toyota or Grapevine!

I bought $5,000 worth of furniture from Ashley. Paid for delivery plus 5 year warranty. The couch and bed frame are really nice and I actually love the furniture BUT upon delivery and installment there was some sort of small damage that honestly wasn’t worth the hassle and reporting within the 72 hour time frame the company gives. Spending that much money and not getting a product in perfect condition really sucks. I believe the products already come damage from the warehouse because I watched the delivery team put the furniture together and they were very cautious/careful. For this reason, moving forward I don’t think I would buy furniture from Ashley again.

It was Abrline I think was the city. Customer service was rude didn't follow through didn't respond to my call. I tried to make a purchase but my payment had trouble processing I was told that a new system was in place called E-SIGN and there had been some issues with the new system. I'm very disappointed in the supervisor of online purchases. I've purchased from Ashley Home Store in New Orleans LA. The purchase was great I loved my bedroom & living room purchase but not at that location. I wish things could've went better it's too late. I have been to numerous furniture stores in my lifetime. Ashley and Levitz always meet my needs. Most places don’t scotch guard your furniture anymore. They sell you the kit and you have to apply it yourself. I have lung issues and can’t do that. Yes you have to pay for it but, at least Ashley will do it. Big selling point for me. Thanks

I explained to him how o had been working 3 days with the warranty people to get my mattress replaced for a softer version and showed him the emails that I had sent with no progress. I bought a mattress and a mattress frame from Ashley. They said they were going to deliver it on March 18 even before that. They keep moving the date of delivery now we are possibly on April 2. Apparently they sell things they don't even know if they have in stock. Don't know when this bed is going to be delivered and no one can't give a straight answer. Ashley's used to have a good reputation. I guess that is gone. I will never buy from them again.

We were greeted ascae walked in by a gridndly young man who knew exactly what I asked hom about. He quickly showed me about 3 different recliners and answeredvmy auedtions promptly and accuately. I was able to make my purchase and take away my recliner in about an hour.. And once home, my son in law and daughter assembled the recliner and I took a nap in it and experienced a zero gravity heated massage .

I bought an electronically powered couch and chair at this store. The couch was on sale but the chair was not. The couch was backed up to another couch so that the back was hidden. The chair on the floor did not match it but the salesman, Scott Jansen, said they did have it in stock. When the furniture was delivered, the first thing I noticed was the back of the couch. The couch is a light cream color and the back is the ugliest brown I have ever seen. The chair on the floor was blue with a similar colored back. I called immediately after the delivery to tell Scott I was extremely unhappy with the back of the couch. I had told him at purchase that due to the way the area this couch would go was arranged, the back would show. He asked if the delivery people had left and I told him they had just left. He then said it's too late. Once you have accepted delivery, you can't exchange the furniture. I feel the blue chair on the floor was intentional and deceptive because if the chair that matched the couch had been on display, the back would have been exposed and I don't think anyone would buy this couch with its ugly back. The manager was no help either and showed me the tiny print where this information was included in the contract. Scott did not point this out when I signed, which I believe a reputable salesman would have done. I have purchased here several times in the past but NEVER AGAIN. And I tell everyone who comes into my home the story of how Ashleigh treats its customers.

Savannah Coi was my agent and she was absolutely horrible. First she quoted me a price then after I put money down she came back and changed the price, she told me I had to buy the service contract or I couldn't buy the furniture. I have never heard such a thing in my life. Then after all that the manager tells me the furniture was discontinued. I had to call corporate then he says he didn't say that. One big mistake going there. Finally after corporate said the furniture was still available and months later. I went to pay it off. Savannah says it's still discontinued. I had to get firm with her and remind her what I was told. I finally got my furniture. Stay away from this Ashley in Grapevine and STAY Away FROM Savannah Coi
Ashley products/furniture return policy is individual to the store. So for everyone's future purchases at Ashley in Grapevine Mills Texas store you should make sure to verify return policy. I have been told I can't return an UNOPENED overpriced $(200.00) mattress protector. I attempted to return it within 7 days and was told not even store credit is an option! So what does that say? Repeat business isn't important to this store. Also the sales reps are at the front door waiting like vultures. Sales rep Ben is nice but didn't go to bat for me and just directed me to an offshore call center number. This is not a customer service friendly policy. Once they have your money they obviously don't care.

Below I highlight my issues: I purchased a bed from Ashley in July of 2023 and, unfortunately, my entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Here is a summary of the ongoing issues I have faced: Incomplete Tools for Assembly: Upon delivery, the Ashley team did not provide the full set of tools required to assemble the bed. False Promises and Poor Communication: Promises were made by the delivery team to return for assembly, but subsequent calls to Ashley revealed that there was no order placed for the necessary tools. Delayed Delivery of Tools: After weeks of waiting, the tools were eventually delivered, but the promised assembly scheduling did not materialize. Inability to Assemble - Unspecified Issues: Multiple attempts were made to schedule assembly, but the crew that finally arrived in November reported that they could not assemble the bed due to unspecified issues. Insurance Inspection Reveals Safety Concerns: In January, an insurance inspection revealed that the bed was damaged and posed safety risks. The insurance representatives recommended an immediate replacement. Failed Replacement Attempts: Despite rescheduled delivery dates, Ashley only sent the footboard and headboard for replacement, not the entire bed. Ongoing Delays and Frustration: Subsequent attempts to rectify the situation have been met with further delays and incomplete replacements, leaving me without a functional bed. This prolonged and distressing experience has severely impacted my daily life and well-being. The lack of accountability and the repeated failures in customer service have left me with no choice but to express my dissatisfaction and warn others about the poor service provided by Ashley Furniture. I urge potential customers to reconsider their decision to purchase from Ashley based on my unfortunate experience. The unreliability of their products and the indifference towards customer satisfaction have been deeply disappointing. In conclusion, I strongly advise against choosing Ashley Furniture for your home furnishing needs, as my ordeal highlights a complete disregard for customer well-being and satisfaction.

The delivery was fast, but it could be better. The delivery crew misassembled a part of the bed frame that I ordered, so I had to remove the mattress and fix it myself. I didn’t find any furniture that suited my needs, but I did find some inspirational holiday ornaments that were priced better than Michael’s based on quality. Some were tagged wrong but the staff worked so diligently to find the correct price and ensure they were accounted for and removed from stock. It was great to see how much care the senior staff have for a new employee and it was awesome to see a new employee dive right in to a new challenge. Larry Mosiniak was super cheerful and engaged to learn about the best was to help. He found me answers and helped me get all my items. Having a couch/recliner from Ashley. The quality of their products is extremely LOW grade. After having our couch only 3 weeks, both sides of our recliner broke.Tried to have it returned but local manager said they are only a distributor and having Nothing to do with clients after sale of product. Provides ZERO support.The warranty support is TERRIBLE. slow response . Warranty plays a shell game you call one to report it then they want pictures. You follow up and they need pictures again because the number you first where given they don't access to. Don't forget other companies sell Ashley furniture too so be careful

Very unhappy with the customer service that I received at this location. I got the wrong mattress delivered yesterday and the manager wont make it right. I will need purchase anything from any Ashley store ever again. They don't treat their customers right.

There’s a reason I have looked in Ashley stores at least 10 times and never bought anything they have to up their game. There are no prices on anything you have to get with a sales lady our salesman. It takes them 20 minutes to figure out the price on her computer as a look it up online. Most of the products I can find cheaper at other stores like a Sam’s Furniture are NFM. It actually sells Ashley furniture also I don’t know why they don’t just close down the stores and do what they do. Best wishes makes furniture. I was so frustrated with no pricing for example at NFM all I have to do is walk around real quick this tables 2000 this is three this is 4000 I don’t have to get a sales person with high pressure tactics to figure out what I want to buy. This is old-school it doesn’t work in 2023 pop your game, Ashley stores.

My boyfriend and I went into this store in search of chairs for our new apartment and before we could look at 2 sets of chairs a rude security officer demanded we get up and leave the store because we weren't going to buy anything. The whole purpose of us going there was to buy furniture, so it was extremely upsetting for us. The officer was very unprofessional and when I told her we were looking to buy something she said "Y'all ain't gonna buy nothing, get out." I didn't catch the officers name, but she was VERY disrespectful and ruined our chances of getting furniture from this store.

Ashley Furniture customer service care line is a complete joke and waste of time. I ordered my new bed from here, delivery drivers set it up half way and as I was putting the bed linens on, it felt totally unstable. Thank God we didn’t sleep in the bed as we would have definitely went through it. When we checked, the bed frame was just thrown together. CSR went from saying a tech coordinator would reach out to me in 48 hours and now it’s been 2 weeks. I’ve been calling everyday or every other day and everyone says they will escalate the issue. But they still expect me to pay for this. Absolutely unacceptable in my opinion. Don’t even waste your time, money or energy.
Be ware: Absolutely no Exchange or return policy. While they made sure to offer the extended warranty they did not specify that there was absolutely no return or exchange options (short of damage). When we received delivery of the stools, the color did not look good in the room. We contacted Ashley about exchanging for another model but were told they would not return or exchange. Looking at our receipt it does state this in small letters in page 2 after our signature on page 1. We can’t believe that there is no option for exchange even with a restocking fee which we would have been willing to pay.

Ashley Store sold me a defective $1300.00 recliner. Sent someone to fix it it but they did not. Now they are ignoring me. I am going to have to fight it with my credit card company and the Better business bureau. I am disabled and 67 years old. PLUS, my family and friends are going to post on all social media to tell every one, DO NOT TRUST OR BUY FROM THEM!!! If you pay in full like I did you are screwed. I will NEVER shop there again and will share my experience with everyone.

Ashley furniture is a complete disgrace. I cannot believe how low that have gotten with customer service. It's quite appalling. They still have not credited me back for the WRONG item that was sent to me. Fed ex picked this up and I still have yet to receive my refund. Every person I speak with at any store is unhelpful, rude and very u willing to resolve this issue: I will be getting legal involved at this point and filing claim on my credit card. Just wow....

This store is the LARGEST scam ever! Please beware. I was sold a mattress and box spring with a manufacture defect and they have taken my money and given me the run around. Every agent I speak with hangs up on me. I spent over $3,500 with AHF and regret every penny. Even after a Gabby called me confirming details and notations on my account, and even my REPLACEMENT I have yet to receive anything. If you're reading this, do yourself a favor and shop else where!
I’ve literally been waiting for my furniture for a month now. When they attempted to deliver yesterday my sofa chaise had a huge hole in the back. How do you even put damaged furniture on a truck for deliver. Initially my furniture was suppose to be delivered on 07/12 that didn’t happen and when they finally attempted to deliver my furniture was damaged yesterday. I will never ever purchase anything from here. Also, the customer service is an absolute joke. They offer no apologies for the inconvenience and take no ownership from the constant miscommunication..
If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't order from this store unless you like to be given the run around after you've already gave them your money. My bedroom set was suppose to be delivered but was cancelled with out my knowledge. When I finally got ahold of the store they claim the sales associate i purchased it from is on vacation for 2 weeks how convenient. I now have to wait another 2 weeks for my bed to be delivered because "there's nothing they can do about it". Whoever they use to deliver there items are booked weeks in advanced and once it's been canceled they can no longer keep it on its original delivery date. Customer service also wants to play the blame game and not take accountability for any of there mistakes. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ORDERING FROM THIS STORE!!

Found what I wanted online went to the store wad pointed to the right location of the bar chairs I wanted liked them purchased them (the helpers let me use their measuring tape as well)
First time at Ashley’s furniture. And I have to say it was a very warming and friendly environment. Tony came to us and made us feel welcomed. We looked around and let him know which two living room sets we liked he gave us prices he’s very patient and nice. Highly recommend Ashely’s if you’re looking for furniture! And ask for Tony!
Savannah was terrific. We had found something online and went to the store to see it in person. Savannah knew exactly which piece of furniture we were talking about. It wasn't exactly what I wanted so we wandered the store. Savannah gave us plenty of time and space to not feel pressured. She was a great person to work with. Ashley's online prices were better than in-store but Savannah matched them without issue. I would recommend searching any item online before making the sale just to get the better price.
Scott helped me out. He was awesome. It was my first time to buy furniture as a single guy. He helped me piece all my furniture choices together to be cohesive. I appreciated his help very much.
Edit as of 8/8 We were delivered a wrong part to our furniture on 7/29. After calling, emailing and texting we STILL do not have the correct parts and have two drawers sitting in the corner unable to be used. Don't bother calling because you will be placed on hold for over 30 minutes just to be hung up on. This is the worst experience buying furniture I have ever had. Tony was great and super helpful!

The customer service for Ashley furniture has been a terrible experience! We had furniture delivered to our house that arrived damaged. We sent it back immediately. I have been trying to get our refund for over a month. I call customer service several times and each time they say they will process the refund within two days and then nothing happens. Not even a call back from them. I try calling the store and no one answers. I will not be purchasing furniture from them in the future!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I went in on June 11th,2023, and purchased a mattress. Gavin, my salesman, assured me that everything would go well. Gavin is a LIER!!! I was told I would be notified when the mattress would be ready for pick up. I was never contacted. I called, and a recording let me know that my mattress was ready for pick up. Gavin told me the pick-up hours were Tuesday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm. When you call to schedule the pick up, the recording says it is from 9 am to 6 pm. When you speak with the customer service (if you want to call it that) person they tell you it's from 9 am to 4 pm. I questioned the difference in pick-up time, and their only response is that our system says 9 to 4, not 9 to 6? I asked if we could contact the distribution center to confirm the pick time. Was told "Sure, let me get the number." After waiting on hold for over 20 minutes, I hung up and called back the next day. Well, that was a repeat of the first day. Another 20+ waiting for the phone number. I called a third time, and this time, I was on hold for over 50 minutes, and no one EVER came back. ( Do not ask for the distribution center phone number unless you want to be on a permanent hold) I even asked to speak with a supervisor. I guess they do not have them because the customer service rep. that answer the phone did not want to get a supervisor. Instead, he was trying to help me. I tried to call the store in Grapevine where I made my purchase. No one answers, and NO ONE RETURNS YOUR CALLS! At this point, I do not know when I will be able to pick up my mattress. If I had a chance to do it over again, I would not make a purchase from Ashley Furniture. Once they have your money, good luck getting anything out of them. Update: I got the bed I paid for! That process went smooth! Just wish the rest of the company was the same. Overall, I will not be making any more purchases with this company due to the way Ashley Furniture treats its customers! So sad! With the internet taking away so many retail stores and you have companies like this making it worse. There are many more furniture companies out there that appreciate their customers!
DO NOT BUY furniture from Ashley. The furniture quality is poor. Customer service is the worst I have ever seen. I purchased a section that I received in Jan, by Feb the cushions were already collapsing and the fabric is frayed. I have been trying for over 4 months to get a replacement cushion for my chase lounge and get the run around from customer service and the store. They literally lie to you and say they are placing an replacement parts order, but don't. They even told me it was sent to the warehouse and I drove over an hour there and they don't have it. HORRIBLE!
WILL NOT COMMUNICATE ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY! We ordered furniture a couple of weeks ago and we had the delivery scheduled for tomorrow. I never got a call verifying the delivery time so I called the store. I left voicemails because they do not answer the phone. That's pointless because they don't call back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!! I finally got through to the general customer service and they say my furniture is still 2 weeks out. They never let me know that my delivery date was cancelled. I have company coming in to town this weekend which is why I scheduled it when I did. Save your time and your money and just go somewhere else. These people don't care.

Terrible customer service and overall experience at the Grapevine Ashley’s. The salesperson, Savannah Coy, had absolutely no idea how certain pieces of furniture were sold and how many parts it would come in and therefore, sold us a bed that was not in stock entirely. She told me on 5/27/23 that a bed (frame, headboard) were in stock and should be delivered in the standard 4-6 week timeframe. The footboard would be in stock on 7/3 and the bed would still be fully functional without the footboard. I had her confirm with her team if the bed was, in fact, going to be fully functional and she reconfirmed it was. Based on the false information provided to me I placed the order for my items. Ashley’s system on the date of purchase was down so we were in the store for over 3+ hours trying to place the order. The estimated delivery was 6/7/23. A couple of days before the delivery date I received a text that the Ashley system is down and my delivery will be delayed by 2-3 weeks. I was accepting of the delay and proceeded to wait. However, on 6/19/23 I received a call from the delivery team notifying me that the bed is not in stock at all and if I wanted to consolidate my delivery and have it delivered in July, which I refused. I was also told that the bed will be in stock on 6/22 and customer service would call to schedule another delivery. Yesterday, I called customer service to get a status update on the bed and I was told that the system is now showing that the all parts of the bed are out of stock until 7/29/23. This was clearly enraging as I was given conflicting information from all departments. I proceeded to call corporate in hopes of escalating my matter, but sadly, I was met with further nonchalant attitudes and unclear picture of the current status of my order. There was an escalation case that was created and I was told someone would be calling to me today with an update. I have received no phone call which promoted me to visit the Ashley store I purchased my items from. The service team there wasn’t able to tell me whether or not my bed was or would be in stock. I further found out that the headboard is a separate SKU than the slats, foot board and railings which was NOT communicated to us by Savannah on the date of purchase. I explained that had I known the information I know today I would have never placed the order and I feel duped by their sales and customer service teams. No real resolution came of my visit - still an unknown delivery date and a bunch of arbitrary dates thrown my way without any definitives. Poor experience. Will never purchase from Ashley again and will certainly share my experience with friends and family.

Great experience. I went to Conns a few days before which is 1.5 miles from my home. i made my way around the store I looked at every reclining sofa on the floor. I was there for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there after I intimidated contact. There were at least 6 salespeople on the floor several were helping other customers. Not one of them asked if I needed help or if I was finding what I was looking for or if I had any questions. I made my way around the perimeter toward the door i came in. I thought to myself if I got passed the furniture I would leave and never return if no one spoke. I had $3,000 cash in my pocket and ready to purchase. I walked into your location and was greeted immediately and wasn’t pressured i had two salesmen helping me as well as everyone who passed by asked if I was good or wanted something to drink. One of the best experiences I have had and I have bought all the furniture and appliances one buys through out life several times over. Thank for that my son actually enjoyed looking at everything and helping me decide which is rare for a seventeen year old on a Saturday Well worth the 30 mile drive
I wasn't too sure about this place when i walked in and started looking around. We were greeted by Marie when we walked in. I was thinking, we are not going to find anything here! Then we came accross a gray sofa and loveseat. We sat on it, tried the recliners, chatted for a bit and then Marie popped back, she provided us information and even told us it was on Clearance! My favorite word!! Long story short we kept looking but ended up buying the one on Clearance! Thank you Maria! Lol

Bad experiences, the seller Keep pushing me to buy , make me feel very uncomfortable! But the worse experience was the delivery service. I waited for 4 hours and didn’t deliver it, and no customer service called to inform me. I called the customer service, but the phone couldn’t get through. There was no after-sales service. I went to the store and was told that there was a problem with the system. It's being repaired, they can't fix anything, can't deliver, can't refund ,just wait, gave me a self-service voice phone number to contact customer service myself! Horrible customer service!!!!

I realize this is not specifically the stores fault but, the system issues with delivering our product has made this experience vey inconvenient. The company needs to get its act together and fix this issue as our items have arrived but we can’t get our delivery scheduled because of it and these system issues have been on going for a week now many other big box company’s don’t let system errors go on for that long. On top off all of that our other couch we already had delivered does not work and there is nothing Ashley can do apparently because their system is down.

The phone call to schedule a technician is extremely frustrating to say the least! You have to pay in store for a tech to even get scheduled and then wait for them to call you back to schedule an appt. Lots of unknowns to the whole process.
Visiting Ashley's today in grapevine Texas Savannah helped us out and making choices and decided to purchase a sectional and coffee table put it on hold until we move next month She did a great job and everything that was asked of her and as patient as all well but she was great

We had to replace several rooms of furniture and had a great experience at Ashley’s Furniture in Grapevine. We asked for replacement of damaged item in same delivery day, techncian came and approved for replacement waited for two months. Once checked after two months custemor service said , my case was closed due to they can't contact me in phone. They never tried any other contact options like voicemail or text message. One of my friend also had this same response from Ashley Grapevine store. No other customer will not get this type of bad experience.
I called Ashley Furniture in Grapevine talked to Scott. He was waiting soon as I walked in. Very nice person great customer service he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied he had me in and out in less than 1hr. This is the place for you if a sectional is what you’re after, or light colored upholstery. I was in the market for the opposite. However Savannah was able to hep me find just what I was looking for.

One of the worst customer service I have ever come during this online world. There were damages done to the sofa and walls/door during delivery and raised a request with in an hour of the delivery as delivery person denied to take back the sofa where as store folks told me not to accept the delivery if item is damaged. They lied saying someone called me with the service request but none called to the date after a month after delivery. Called 2nd time and raised another request and i was told someone will call me with in 2-3 business days and no update yet. Ashley furniture web customer service does not take responsibility of items purchased in store and they dont help. When calling the store customer service system automatically ends the call trying to connect to representative. It a infinite loop that customer gets into while trying to call and get things fixed. Wish I could rate -10 to the service after product is delivered when there is no customer issue.

These people are a bunch of lying scumbags. Starting with Gavin Masumoto. We bought a $3,000 couch and he explicitly told us in store that if we were not satisfied we could return the item. The couch was delivered today and it's absolutely filthy and one piece looks like it was a returned item. Now I am being told by customer service and the so called store manager that there's no refund possible at all. I have never in my life heard from any furniture store that something is not refundable. We had an issue with some RH furniture that was delivered and they returns with no issue. Now I get to file a claim with my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau so I can waste time out of my day dealing with these clowns at Ashley furniture.

The salesman David was great he was super helpful polite and stayed connected with us through our entire experience as far as the rest of the grapevine staff it was an absolutely terrible experience when it came to the pick up and finalization of my order The general manager was super unprofessional when I asked if I could call back and asked for his name he responded my salesman’s name and hung the phone up there after I was put on hold for an hour and forced to wait for a response while I was across town in Fort Worth waiting to pick up my order needless to say I will not be doing business at this Ashley’s anytime soon

Wanted to look around and see what kind of furniture was available. We were approached by a salesperson and asked if we needed anything, we said no, we were good. After looking around for a few minutes, we were approached again, and we again said we were good. The salesperson was very rude and that made up our minds to leave the store. Customers do not need to be harassed while shopping. Customers should feel comfortable looking around without being followed by employees. We were planning on spending at least 10k in the store, but after the annoying sales person, we decided to take our business somewhere else.
The service was great. Maria was super nice and helpful, the prices were just too high for our budget.
It took over a year for the bed to be delivered. Initially we were told 6 months, then that changed month by month. We received everything but the bed after 2 months but the bed wait continued to drag on and on. I was ready to cancel the bed order but my daughter insisted on waiting because she really loved the bedroom set. After we finally received the bed I have to say it is very beautiful. Not sure I’d ever wait a year for a bed again, though.
We came in thinking we knew what we wanted however; Mickey May talked to us and explained to us what couches would be best in regards to our space and desired design. He really took his time and went above and Beyond. I can’t remember when was the last time someone anyway gave us this much care and attention. Micky will always be our go to whenever we go furniture shopping! Thank you Micky for making our day.

He got me a great deal on a couch (brought it down from $1,200 down to $835) and was able to merge delivery fees together for two orders even though they are getting delivered on different days. I also went around time of close on a Sunday evening, and he did not rush us at all. Great service!

Horrible customer service and not upfront about their policies. We have reached out to them several times and with the exception of one CSR they have all been rude and disrespectful. We have been told that we are out of luck, sometimes their website is wrong/they aren’t responsible for their website and other crazy responses or just hung up on period. When I asked for a supervisor I was told they are all too busy and I could wait on phone for hours and still not get to talk to one. Never buy from them. They do not care about retaining satisfied customers.

Never buy furniture here. Ever. We bought a sectional and paid extra for the warranty. The recliner broke after less than a year and I spent literally dozens of hours on the phone over several months trying to arrange for a warranty repair. Was eventually told the part to repair my recliner is no longer available. They offered a replacement recliner but only if I pick it up at the original location. I’ve moved over 1,000 miles away since the original purchase, so this isn’t practical. (There is an Ashley location less than 10 miles from where I live, but Ashley refused to provide a replacement unless I travel over 1,000 miles to the original location.) Absolutely awful. I wouldn’t buy furniture from Ashley again even if I got 95% off. Never again. I would give 0 stars if possible.
I bought a recliner chair and couch back in April. The only thing worse than the quality of their products is their customer service. I put in a service request to fix my recliner and they’ve sent somebody out 3 times now in the past 4 months and the chair is more broken now than it started. So I contacted customer service to just bring me a new chair next time they come and they said I have to wait for the last service technician to submit his notes before they can do anything. So I ask them to call me when they have a resolution and they tell me they can’t make outbound calls???? Never heard of a one way phone but whatever….So more waiting. If you like waiting on people to come break your furniture more and more then this store is for you!

I drove an hour to pick up from their warehouse. I opened an incomplete bet set and cannot get a hold of anyone to get the missing pieces. Update to March 13, 2023. I am still waiting on the missing parts. Seller refuses to give me my money back. I am now going on 4 months waiting. Be sure and note that the return policy is only 72 hours. If you get a product with a missing piece, return immediately, don’t do them the favor on waiting for the part, it will come back to haunt you.

Terrible experience with Ashley. I’ve ordered a bedroom set in July. The estimated delivery dates are fake. It was 2 weeks from the date of the order and it keeps moving a couple weeks every time I call. It’s been 3 months now and there still is another 2 week wait.

Independently owned and has NO RETURN POLICY. My items were delivered when I was out of the country, after I was unable to get an exact delivery date, and because I didn’t initiate a return within 72 hours there was”nothing they could do.” I’ve never been to a store that you couldn’t return something that was a different color when it was shipped to you than the one you saw in store. The salesman said nothing of this, which makes him look like a thief and the customer service exhibited by the company with this policy is outrageous. Never again, will I purchase from this company.
This has been the most unprofessional furniture sale experience I've ever endured. I purchased on 11/13. And in spite of numerous calla and two visits back to the store location, neither the manager, distro center customer service rep nor the salesman have provided an accurate update to whether the pieces are ready for delivery. One person says yes and the other says no. What's more, is no one cares, as of it's the customer responsibility to track down furniture on the warehouse. I will never purchase another item from any Asley Home Store.

I have been buying from Ashley for almost 15 years and never experienced this before. I received a partial order and was told I would get the other half in two weeks. At the end of the two weeks I was given a new delivery date of 4 months later! Javier the manager said only choice was to cancel the remainder of my order but I stuck with the half of the order I received.
We were greeted at the door, but never pestered by a salesman. When we were ready to place an order, Gavin was very efficient and processed our order expeditiously .

Absolutely horrible experience with Ashley. The original sales person was off the day we ordered our furniture so we had to use a different one (big mistake). Gave us a delivery date which we stated to her that we wouldn’t be there on that day and she said well that’s the delivery window we have. You can call and change it. When that date got closer I called Ashley because I hadn’t heard anything from them yet. Looking at my paperwork everything was wrong. My phone number, address and email address we’re all wrong. The first time I called customer service I spent at least 30 min on the phone while the person “found” my order. She told me again delivery date was the 10th, then she came back and said oh no the truck was full that day so you have to wait another week for your order. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said “there wasn’t one available” even though she had just gotten her supervisor to help her find my order. She said she’d have one call me and of course I never heard from them. The next day I called again. It took me 5 calls to finally get someone to answer only to be told that I would have to wait ANOTHER 12 DAYS to get my order. When I asked to speak to a supervisor again I was basically told they’d tell me the same thing. Why is it MY fault that you guys couldn’t get my order on the truck and I have to wait another 2 weeks for my furniture? I waited to talk to the supervisor for 1.5 hours. I then requested to just pick up my furniture at the warehouse. This supervisor said it was there and I could get it the next day. The next day came and I called Ashley to find the address of the warehouse because they didn’t email it to me like they said . On this day (Friday) we had a Uhaul and we’re able to go pick it up. I called customer service again and they said oh your stuff ISNT here and I’d suggest you call back tomorrow. I explained to the guy that we had a uhaul for that day not the next. He basically said oh well. We turned in our uhaul at that point. Then I went back to the store to discuss with someone in person. Thankfully someone with some knowledge was able to see in the computer and see that in fact it was sitting in the warehouse. We had to rent a SECOND uhaul for the day to go pick this stuff up. My husband sat at the warehouse for 3 HOURS waiting for our furniture. Needless to say I will NEVER be buying Ashley furniture again
I have never experienced customer service like I received at Ashley furniture in Grapevine Tx. Everyone I have talked to there even there customer service hotline were so rude and couldn't have cared less about the lies my salesman told my wife and I. We asked specifically for a leather couch and loveseat. What he sold us which he said was leather WAS NOT. We spent over 4000.00 for a non leather set. When we found that out we called and even went back up to the store to talk to the manager and found out they are trained not to connect the customer with them. THEY ARE TERRIBLE

I purchased a Cedenza/Buffet and it took eight or nine months to get delivered. I was not told that this item was on backorder. It was finally delivered yesterday and we had to put it together. When taking everything out of the packaging, there were numerous scratches and most importantly a huge crack down the middle of one of the doors. We then proceeded to put the piece together and the labels on each piece did not match up to the labels in the instruction sheet. Last but not least, the entire back of the piece did not fit into the groove that it was supposed to go into, therefore we had to take small tiny nails and nail it to the back of the credenza. It is quite obvious that Ashley has no quality control. I am now curious to see how long it will take to get a replacement door. I will not be purchasing anything from Ashley again that has to be delivered

I received an extremely poor customer service from this store. The sweet-talking sales associate lied to us about the availability of the furniture we wanted to get. The supposedly available king bed-set is still not delivered even after ten days from the expected delivery date (we placed an order almost a month ago). The delivery team is either clueless about the delays or will provide you with a random date in the future. It is almost impossible to reach out to the store manager or the sales team for any questions/concerns. In short, zero accountability and poor customer service. I would suggest staying away from this store or taking your business to any online store.

Very unhappy experience so far and still don't have my complete couch set 2 months later. Dates constantly changing, pieces that are available end up on back order week later. I know they are using pieces in stock to fill other orders and its pushing my dates back continuously. Ever call into store and customer service has a different answer. Totally fed up and have 3 pieces so far out of the 5. Should have been told upfront that the units weren't available instead of, we should have everything in 2 weeks. Getting a sale shouldn't be more important than filling the order in timely manner.

Worst experience I've ever had purchasing furniture. I ordered under the assumption that all the pieces were in stock at the warehouse, only to find out that the footboard for the bed was missing and we would need to wait about 4 weeks for it to come in. Fast forward 4 weeks and I get a text saying we can schedule the delivery. I schedule the delivery for the next week. A few days later I get a text saying that the 2 nightstands I ordered are now suddenly not available and I need to approve the partial delivery. Call the customer service rep and they said actually the nightstands should be available by my delivery date so we can proceed as planned. Fast forward to my delivery date and the ENTIRE BED is missing from the delivery. I received no prior notice that the bed would not be included I had to find out from the delivery drivers. Now they said for some reason there was a delay in getting the original footboard that was missing and they had to re-order it and it will get here in about 3 more weeks. The soonest they can deliver it is now 4 weeks from now. I never would have purchased this bedroom set if I knew it would take 2 months to deliver everything. Beyond frustrated. More than that I don't trust anything these people say anymore. I have no faith that the new footboard will actually arrive in 3 weeks and that I will get my bed. According to the customer service rep I should have received "no guarantee" that the furniture would arrive in the original 4 week timeframe (which was already a surprise based on what the salesman had told me!). Apparently their true SLA is closer to 15 weeks or something like that. Don't trust these sales people and if even a single piece is missing from the warehouse don't be surprised if you end up waiting much longer than you were expecting. At this point I feel like I'll get a bed faster ordering online or anywhere else and I want my money back.

We have 6 chairs, 3 boxes. 2 of the boxes are unopened and only 1 of the chairs have been assembled and we're being told "Your Loss."
If I could give ZERO stars I would! I highly do not recommend shopping with Ashley Homestore. We worked with an incompetent sale person who sold us the wrong size chair. Upon installing and discovering a mistake was made we attempted to return the 6 chairs we purchased. We were told that not only could we not return them due to a terrible no return policy but we also could not exchange. The worst customer service experience. Send your money else where!! With this level of service I can’t imagine this business being open much longer.
The greeting was fast, but the salesperson wasn’t a very big help and left us in our own to try and find what we needed. But Lexi came to the rescue and delivered exceptional customer service all the way to the sale !!!

The salesman, Daniel, was very nice. Spent about 1500.00 and they charged a 199.00 delivery fee. Lazy Boy delivered two chairs to us free. So the discount we were given went to shipping.
I'm currently giving it a 3 due to many many delivery nightmares I've read about. The salesman was very nice. After spending 1500 was told delivery fee was 199.00. Lazy Boy next door delivered our furniture free. So the discount that we got all went to delivery. Once I receive my furniture on time as expected, I will add to my review.Update: Ashley reduced my delivery fee to 159.00 because I had a 20% off coupon. I felt was still high, but it beats no discount. The furniture was delivered timely and in great condition

We were met by Daniel Ayo, told him we were looking for a Sleeper sofa. He showed us the options and let us take our time to look. He was very knowledgeable about everything. There were a lot of good choices and when we picked out one, he went out of his way to make sure we got every possible discount. Ended up saving so much. Spent more time and hassle buying boots.
Had very bad experience, not sure if the working staff want to sell the furniture or not. We were there on this Friday to buy some furniture and no one was responding and finally we called a guy with white Apron and no response from him he came and left on our face without giving any info. Ashley need to restaff these people.
My dealings with Lexi were great. She seemed to pick up on my tastes immediately and had a tremendous amount of knowledge about the products. I got a nice discount and saved a lot of money off the sticker price and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that all items would be available in one week. I would recommend this Ashley store to everyone.

Ashley furniture sucks.. I bout my set a love seat and sofa and their furniture is not sturdy. When I called to get help they talk to you like you are a child. I will never do business with yall… all sales is final because if something is wrong with it you stuck like chuck…..

Lonzell was was amazing very knowledgeable. He wasn’t hovering around allowing us to view at our own pace and attentive so when we did need him he was available. He explained financing to where we could truly understand what we were buying into. The bed set we chose is a dream and I can’t wait to receive it.

We bought dining table over there and they send us defective dining for which they are taking so long to exhange. It's been already more than two months. And still they keep us hanging. Worst customer service ever.Never gonna buy anything from there.
Such bad customer service. The second you walk in the door someone is hounding you. Pushing mattresses on you (no I don't need a new mattress). Just wanted to look at couches in peace but kept getting bothered. Not to mention the prices for items are almost impossible to find in the tag, they shove the "monthly price" down your throat. They are desperate for people to finance this garbage and hoping they don't notice it's overprice garbage. But hey, at least it's only $30 a month 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄.
It took 5 months to receive 6 chairs when I would inquire on the delivery of the chairs customer service kept stating it has been extended. We were told initially they would be in within 30 days of us purchasing the set and that obviously was not true. We requested multiple times for a manager to call back and never received a phone call and was given a list of numbers by customer service to call to resolve the concern only for it to be a waste of my time. We got the chairs in today and 4 out the 6 chairs were all unbalanced and put together poorly this was such a bad experience of our purchase. And now just after 5 months our sofa and loveseat we purchased at Ashley’s is coming undone and the middle of the sofa is now starting to bowed.
My experience in the store was great. What my problem is I was told the delivery time would be in no more than two days. I paid cash for the merchandise. One day later I am told the delivery will be in two weeks.
We gad a 50 credit and wanted to find just a little something...I hate to let money sit on the table...lol..can you believe it we found 2 lamps that were on a wonderful sale and we were only out if pocket $9...hardly ever happy...Happy with our purchase.

we had very very bad experiences here..we negotiated a price for a sectional sofa which me and sales person agreed, he took my information and entered in their system then some other person came in and he gave a different price which was close to double than what was agreed up on and we were very unhappy and walked out.. he was neither sorry nor tried to even negotiate. when i looked up online for the same sofa price id little over than what we initially agreed on.. very very bad

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!. they sell poorly made furniture and there customer service is nothing.to talk about. I purchased a recliner couch and a recliner loveseat in early May, both units have defects, I called the store 2 day after receiving the furniture to notify them of the defects. To make this review short, they have come to my house 2 times sending inspectors and they both stated the furniture needs to be exchanged for new ones, and then 2 other appointments to delivery the exchanges (4 times now at my house), and it is now August 20th 2022, and we still have the original defected furniture. (if I wrote all the details of this fiasco it would be a novel). I will be asking for a complete refund and take there shitass furniture back!!!!! I WILL EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!

Let me add to the list if negative reviews... I purchased a bedroom set as well as a large TV stand in January. It's now August and I am still waiting for most of my delivery. I've only received the stand and the headboard... at this point it is ridiculous how long I've waited. They lead you to believe in store that the items will be delivered in 4-12 weeks, but they really push saying it will be closer to 4 weeks. I think this is all said in order to get you to make a purchase with the assumption everything will be alright. Clearly they know they are unable to fill the orders they are setting up, otherwise they would not have so many recent negative reviews. Really they should have nothing on display that they can not reasonably fill and I've said this to them. I was going to order dining room furniture from them a month later but I was so afraid I would end up waiting months for it as well. I've gone to Nebraska furniture and was able to order my dining room furniture and it got delivered within weeks. Went back to Nebraska and order my living room furniture and again got it within weeks. So what's the problem Ashley Furniture?!? And I'll add that they offer no discounts or free delivery for the trouble and extensive delays. All I get from them is an agent extending my delivery date every 3 weeks when I call! I feel like I know all the associates by name at the call center now, and I feel bad for them having to deal with all the customers calling them upset over their furniture deliveries.
We requested a refund for a scheduled delivery. We were told it would take 7-10 days for the refund to hit. That was a month ago, yet still I call daily and find no updates. I have disputed with my credit card, but I want this to serve as a warning to others. Careful purchasing unless you're absolutely sure. You may have to work very hard to get your money back.

I placed my first order with Ashley. The sales process was smooth and the guy was not pushy. The issue I am having is that we were supposed to get our order this weekend but the automated machine is stating it won’t be delivered for about her 3-5 weeks. Then I call customer service to speak to a live person and they are saying about two more weeks. My feedback to the company to have a more efficient process on keeping the customer updated on delivery status and having consistent information so we don’t have to keep calling to figure out what’s happening. Trying to sort out the status is frustrating especially when we are dropping so much money on this company. I only hope everything gets delivered smoothly when we finally do get the order and that I don’t end up having to cancel it.

Ashley Furniture has not resolved my issue with my sectional recliner.!!!! I have made several attempts to get my recliner frame replaced due to a structural flaw in the frame. I had a furniture repair service come and look at it and was told a structural frame failure from the factory and could not have broken from just sitting on it. I paid $3900.00 for the sectional and am still making payments I have been a loyal Ashley customer and have purchased several couches and recliners. If Ashley does not replace the frame I will never purchase anything from them and will advise all my family and friends. Photos have already been sent to Ashley Furniture.
If you buy any furniture from Ashley except to wait a long time before it’s delivered to you or even going to pick it up at the Warehouse. Waiting over two hours to pick up a bed set from the warehouse.

There was one item (wall clock) that had been marked as $2 out of many items that we brought today. While the sales manager was checking those out for us, removed the $2 tag from the item and charged us $14.99. The sales associate Demetrus who had helped us get the items to the checkout counter did clearly say there was $2 sticker on the clock. There is still residue from that sticker on the clock. However the manager just refused that he had seen any sticker of $2, while he clearly must have removed the sticker while checking the items out and we were about looking at other furniture. This is plain cheating. Very bad experience.
Very bad service. I wash I could give zero star. I purchased two items based on immediate delivery within one week and I'm still waiting since more than 20 days. I called them, the customer service employee was a rude on the phone and just told me easily you need to keep waiting!!! Now I'm in bad situation and staying in hotel on my own expanse till my furniture is delivered.
Went in to Ashley 20 minutes to closing, when I encountered David Nelson. Omg! Is all I can say. The level of professionalism, care and concern for my situation exceeded my expectations. I needed a listening ear in that moment and he not only listened but met my needs. The recommendations were explained and I totally trusted him based on his personality and desire to serve. David Nelson committed to things that appear to have been just to make the sale. We purchased furniture 5 weeks in advance of when we wanted it delivered. We agreed to a delivery date only to find out it was never possible because Ashley's does not deliver to our area on Tuesdays. At the time of purchase, David advised that all items were in stock and he was going to have them shipped to the Grapevine store so they would be available when we needed them. We would not have to worry about a backorder situation. David also assured us that he keeps an eye on his customers' orders to ensure things go smoothly. A few days ago we received a text that item(s) were on backorder and it could be 3-5 weeks before they are received. Apparently, David did not reserve the furniture for us. In addition, it appears as if he forgot to keep an eye on our order. I left 2 messages, sat on hold for 20 minutes, and still have not spoken with David. We paid up front for the furniture. We wonder if David would have honored his commitments had we not paid already. We strongly suggest you shop elsewhere. You will save yourself frustration and aggravation. After posting this review, we were contacted by the Ashley "owner" to get more details. Donna, an escalation specialist, was named as our contact in resolving the issue. My husband had an initial conversation with her on July 14 and another conversation with her late last week. We do not have our furniture and have been unsuccessful in reaching Donna via phone or email all this week. Our mattress, purchased from another company, is being delivered on time today and we have no bed to put it on nor do we know when it will be delivered. This is very, very poor customer service.

The ENTIRE experience was TERRIBLE! We waited about 7 months for the dinette. Then, an Ashley's employee sent us ONE hour away to the WRONG warehouse out in Mesquite, TX; we live in Flower Mound. And lastly, the warehouse people in Grand Prairie had us waiting 45 minutes for the dinette, even though we were the ONLY people there!!! The woman in the reception area made ZERO effort to speed things up and appeared to take joy in our want. NEVER has it been so painful to get a piece of furniture; and we've bought lots of furniture in our time. It would have been easier to build a dinette ourselves!
Worst customer service. This company does not stand behind their orders. We experienced a bait and switch with them, cheats. Please save yourself the pain of dealing with them.
I will never shop here again as long as I live. I bought a sofa from this place with a five-year warranty the pillows began to flatten and they will not take care of it, will not replace my 3 cushion pillows. Where as, by the way, they are no longer cushions, they're just flat beware of Ashley.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ASHLEY HOMESTORE…We are missing an ottoman and side table that we bought in January 2022 and still do not have it all after 5 months and many promises of delivery in April & May. Today I was told that basically they have a clause in their contract that they don’t commit to any date and if we cancel they will charge us a 10% fee. No one answers at store and I only get the run around with customer service. WORST FURNITURE experience ever!!!
My order was delivered incomplete. Customer Service is more like "customers annoy us" or "we don't care nor will we resolve the issue in the customer's best interest". Fernando, a supervisor in the call center, was absolutely the least intelligent, least skilled, and most apathetic supervisor I have dealt with in many months. My mind is boggled, in order to promote someone so inept Ashley's must have a severe hiring problem. I called the store and Danita was at least interested in helping. She did manage to move the delivery from the 8th to the 5th. Essentially I'm missing the bed rails. They have bed rails in the warehouse and in stores. Yet they cannot get them delivered on time. There was no effort to apologize, no sincere renumeration offers, and overall just a stalwart apathetic response to their mistake. Overall, I will not use Ashley's again. I encourage you to use the Dump Store or, well, anyone else... even Walmart.

We had a salesperson rush to help us, but he was also helping multiple other people. He also didn't believe me when I told him there was free shipping online so I had to pull it up to show him. He ended up with some of his other guests, so the store manager came to help us. He said to have delivery from the store, it would be about $120, and he said they "have a guy" who does deliveries for them in his own truck. Way too shady for me, so we ordered one set of mattresses online for the free shipping, and the clearance mattress set we want from the store, we will pick up ourselves in a Home Depot truck for $20.
The worst shopping experience I have ever had, avoid salesman Daniel Ayo at all cost. I placed an order three months ago and Daniel promised me that the items would be delivered at the end of April. There's no update from Ashley since then and I made a call to Daniel when the promised delivery date was approaching. He told me he'd update me on the order status once he figured out what happened with my order but he'd never called me back and when I called him and tried to follow up with him, he transferred all of my calls to voicemail. I called Ashley customer service and knew that the delivery date is actually pushed all the way to Sept and one piece is discontinued. Daniel basically ghosted his customers when there is an issue with the order and I had to cancel my order with the customer service after waiting for three whole months. For any decent customer service, I would expect them to at least inform me about the delay/discontinue of the order and provide me with a resolution. I got none of these from this Ashely store and have wasted tons of time and energy in figuring out what happened to my order by myself. Avoid this Ashley Store!

After being delivered damaged product and waiting a month and a half for a service technician to show up that never did I was told to wait to Ashley contact me to set up another service call that it’s through a third party and they have nothing to do with it. Ashley’s said that I brought damaged product and I can either wait for a technician to come out or just live with it. Those are the two options after spend 3k on a bedroom set. Would NEVER use Ashley’s and would not recommend. The worst customer service I have ever had buying furniture.
Horrible customer service. Have been a very good customer and will never return after today. Was told my furniture was in and drive over an hour to the store only to be told it was not at that location. Asked for the manager and he was rude and dismissive. Asked for a corporate phone number only to be told they didn’t know one! Drive another 20+ minutes to the pickup location only to be told to wait in my car for up to an hour to have them get my piece of furniture out. What an absolute waste of my day and gas. Do not waste your time with these people, they could care less after they have your money

A lady named Donna Howard called me and said she is the point of contact for me to esclate my issue. I explained everything on call and she said she is going to come up with solution. She left an voicemail saying that they ordered some parts for cocktail table once the parts arrived they will come and fix that. From then I have been trying to reach her on phone/email from 4 days but didnt receive any response. Since I paid amount for the brand new piece I am asking either to replace with the brand new item or just return the amount. I didnt paid to get any damaged item and then to get that damaged piece serviced. I raised complaint on the day its delivered infront the delivery guys itself. Its not something like I raised complaint after using for couple of days. Now, I am calling her 5-10 times a day to get in touch with the lady but no reponse and our issue is still not resolved. Please beaware while buying at Ashley. Their customer service is the worst and they send damaged items.

I was looking for a sectional for my new apartment. I had gone to big lots, havertys, and was debating on the 20 mile drive to Nebraska Furniture. I googled furniture stores near me and bam Ashley’s was right around the corner from where I was. I was greeted by an awesome employee named Paris. I told her what I was looking for and gave her my budget which was $3,000. She showed me the one she has in her own home and while I loved it, didn’t quiet feel like that “one.” I was starting to lose a little hope when she showed me the last one. It. Was. Perfect. And WAY below the budget I had set. She was so patient with me as I waited for my girlfriend to give the ok (she had to work). By the time I was done with the purchase, I honestly felt Paris was a friend. I had been harassed by pushy reps at other stores for a sale. But Paris was the exact opposite. If y’all are looking for anything that deals with furniture, go to Ashley’s and ask for Paris. I won’t be going anywhere else in the future.
We LOVE our new couch!! Could not be a better fit for our family room and just the comfy custom lounge bookends on each side. HUGE shout out to Anthony C who not only got us a great deal, but saw our transaction through from start to finish like we were family. In fact, when there was an issue with the delivery, despite a lot of "no's," he was like a ninja working on our behalf to assure that it got it to our house as promised, on the Saturday before Easter no less. We couldn't be happier with the service, and having Anthony care so honestly about us being happy, has made this a SUPERIOR customer experience. Not easy to find these days, and we are really grateful. If you want good a good deal...go to Anthony in Grapevine. He will take care of you!!

They are worst then scammers.. they told us everything is in the distribution center. We ordered end of March 2022, and the sales man and the store manager wrapped in their lies and told us it gonna be on 2nd of April, it didn’t arrive. Then they said 6th of April, it didn’t arrive, then they said 12 of April it didn’t arrive.. every time we called to ask why they told us we our selfs declined the delivery.. what a shameful customer service, we pay thousands of $$ and then decline it… don’t bother your self with these big name companies, trust me you can find same things in small stores too. I hate what they are doing..

Per their warranty card they provide a limited lifetime warranty on frames used in upholstered and leather products. Whenever I called the store, I was told to call one of their warranty providers, none of which could help me. I spoke with a supervisor at the customer care center about a month ago who stated that my claim would be processed because the furniture was manufactured by Ashley and the frame broke, which was covered by the lifetime limited warranty. They were supposed to come out today to look at the couch but now I am being told my claim was closed. I have had two claims which were closed without any notification to me about the closure or the reason why.... I just spoke to two customer service supervisors at the customer care center who stated that I would need to pay the inspection fee first before a technician could be assigned, a fact that has not once been shared in my two previous conversations with customer care (where my service requests were scheduled) or on any of my many calls to the store. Their response was, "sorry, there is nothing we can do but you can go to the store, pay the fee and schedule your service (I had to wait three weeks to get scheduled the last time); Also, there was no one else I could speak to.... apparently, the supervisor is the highest position in the organizational chart. No manager works at the customer care center?? I would not have minded paying the service fee if I had been told about it when I first called, but I have been trying for about three months to get my warranty claim addressed. After being a loyal customer for over 20 years, I am done. They have lost a customer. Update: I contacted the number they provided and they did nothing but restate what I was told previously. So, still not happy. No effort at all to improve the situation. I would still have to wait almost another month to get a technician out just to look at my sofa.
The store manager and employees are incompetent scam artists. I entered the store seeking a new couch set and the first thing they wanted to show me were mattresses. After about 8 mins of this, I got upset and was about to leave as I already have abrand new tempurpedic matress. I explained that to the associate when they first handed me off to him. The associate then agreed to show me leather couches. He then took me to a clearance section to show me a couch that e said was normally about 7k that happened about $3,700, as it was used as a display. I told the associate that I liked the set, however, was interested in new furniture. I also asked whether they could come down on the price. Armed with that information, he and another associated went over to the store manager. They huddled for a while looking over at me occasionally, then came back and offered me an amazing deal which they said the manager approved. Rather than 7k, they would offer me the couch set at $4400. This price included tax, shipping, and a warranty. I accepted the offer and made the purchase immediately. They credit card charge was stuck in limbo for a few minutes, so I decided to walk over and check the price tag on the couch. I found it odd, that it was REMOVED. I then searched for the couch set on the Ashley website and to my great surprise, found that it was listed for $3,200! I confronted the manager and requested a refund, which the manager said would take a few minutes. About 3 minutes later, I walked back over to the register to check on the progress. The manager said he felt bad about what happened and that he could offer me the couch set at $3,000. I declined and left the store. About 8 minutes after leaving, one of the other sales associates called my cell to apologize again and tried to get me to come back to the store. I advised him that I would be reporting this attempted scam to the corporate office, which I did. The corporate office was appalled. If for some reason, you decided to shop at Ashley furniture, purchase only from the website. They are considered a separate entity, with separate pricing, and will almost always be much lower than offered in the stores. Good luck!

Customer service is a JOKE. Impossible to get through to the actual store. Waited OVER 4 months for delivery, even though I scheduled it SEVERAL times it would magically be a “computer error”. Paula at the grapevine location is also a joke. She seemed sympathetic and gave me contact info only to NEVER respond to my emails. Overall, TERRIBLE customer service. Definitely go to rooms to go across the street. Stay away from this location!!!!
If I could give a -100 stars I would. The worse experience I have ever encountered. We purchased a round dining room table and chairs in Oct.8th 2021. The first deliver date of 11/5 was canceled without any notification. On 11/6 went to the Grapevine Store store "manager" was at lunch and not available. 2nd delivery date scheduled for 11/12/21. There were damages to chairs, table was unstable, delivery person took pictures of damages and sent them to 'someone". We were advised to keep furniture because it was fixable. We were then advised that we would get a phone call that same day or the next, we never did. We then called GRT (Guest Response Team) which is in Mexico. Repair service came out 1 month later 12/20 touched up chairs and stated that the table was not fixable. Table was unstable by design, too top heavy and not properly supported by center pedestal. Went back to Grapevine Store manager was again "busy" surprise, surprise! Handed off to James Cluley I showed him the same table on his sales floor and he to agreed the table was not safe due to being top heavy. James had the person who does the set of of furniture take a look at the table and he also agreed there was no fix to it. Next step was to exchange the round table to a rectangle table. Exchange was "approved" We selected another table but it was on backorder would be available in Feb. In Feb we were told backorder now until March. March 25th table was delivered, it never left the truck because the driver pointed out a major defect with the table as well as a large scratch going across one corner. Called the Grapevine Store spoke with Rosie gave her an update on what was going on, she could not help us until the end of the day when the delivery drivers were done for the day. Asked to speak with the store manager and guess what HE WAS NOT AVAILABLE! We ended up showing up at the store. NO customer should ever have to return to a store 5 times to try to get things settled. Rosie tried to help as much as she could, Spoke with Brock the "store manager" he said he could not do anything until the delivery drivers had finished for the day. Had to wait until the next day, next day called GRT again in Mexico waited on hold x 1 hr after asking to speak with manager spoke with Sofia, let her know that we just wanted EVERYTHING picked up mind you we still have the round table at our house because they had said to keep it from the beginning and were to do an exchange when the rectangle table was delivered. Sofia advised us that they have a NO RETURN POLICY! She then arrange for another delivery on 03/30. Today 03/30 we took off work for the delivery, the delivery drivers show up start to unpack the table and guess what IT IS MISSING ONE OF THE LEGS TO THE TABLE!!!! Delivery drivers call "whoever" repack the table tell us to call GRT and leave. We call GRT well they can't help us because the delivery drivers have to finish their days delivery's first! They have our hands tied behind our backs! We are at a loss of what to do. They will not let us return the furniture. This has been going on since Oct 2021, they have our money but we don't have our furniture! Now we have to set up another date for table to be delivered. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ASHLEY!!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, MANAGERS THAT HIDE FROM CUSTOMERS, HAVING TO DEAL WITH GRT IN MEXICO. CORPORATE COMPLAINT PUT
Fraud company. Never 👎 ever buy anything from here. We bought a couch and spend a very good amount. After sometime the couch cloth came out and dislocated. we called for service, no help. its been 1 year now, nothing happened, we are done calling them, no support at all, poorest customer service, bad quality.

We placed an order in January, where our salesman guaranteed we would receive everything by the second week in February. March is almost over and we have only received 1/3 of the order. I expressed the importance of picking furniture we would receive in time for April company coming in. When I called the store, they said minimum of 15-17 more weeks until they expect the additional items to come in. I’ve called the front desk three times requesting to speak with our salesman, that assured us “if there are any issues call me personally” and have yet to get a call back. I cancelled the remaining 2 items in our order. We will never purchase from Ashley again. Over promised, under delivered.

Hello, I was out looking for a bedroom suite I was lead to Ashley’s. I had the most amazing customer service experience no following me around the store I had time to look and process the rep had eyes on me and knew when I was ready to be approached. Zero communications & horrible customer service - Ordered bar stools on 12/4/2021 - was given a 12-14 week delivery time. Called 3/17 - computers were not working and told to call back later - called again on 3/17 - was given a June 24 delivery date (29 weeks !!!) by someone I could barely understand and he was of zero help! Tried to reach our sales rep- she no longer works there - no wonder - No one was going to call or even notify us - Called the store again - spoke with a lady who offered for us to come in and select another product - we just want what we ordered and paid for 14 weeks ago. There are supply chain issues but 29 weeks’ worth?
Update: Ashley let us know that the timeframe of 7-9weeks at time of purchase has now doubled and as of today (2.5 weeks post purchase) our expected delivery time has doubled to 15 to 18 weeks. Also, they had some items in our order in stock, and today we found out those items are no longer available. Don’t trust what they say your delivery date will be. Just expect twice the wait. Our 5 star review previously was based on what we were promised. The one star is for what we received.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Got scammed into buying this bed set during COVID. Many things went wrong just days after my purchase. However- The worst part is the failing structure of the queen size bed I bought. The skeleton of the bed is held up by wooden slates. only every other skate is actually held up by a sturdy pole. Now less than a year or so later each slate without a pole under the bed is bending. And only months after the bed was installed the only screwed in slates at each end are off. The edges of my bed lose their entire sturdyness and you almost sink in when the end slates are moved in further to the center of the bed. It's just awful. This bed is the reason I don't sleep well at night. I am considering going to the Better Business bureau. Horrible furniture, zero comfort, and ZERO regard for the aftermath you face once you sign papers confirming your purchase. Buy here with great caution. My bed started falling apart within months.
Spend a good amount of time and money here. You really have to look for the great deals. The price is not the price, ask for the best price, than ask again. Daniel was my salesperson, great guy, super friendly and helpful.

I have recently moved from Pennsylvania to the Irving Texas area and Ashley’s Furniture was a placed recommended to me by my sister. I had such a horrible experience from beginning to end with this company and I will never recommend this company to anyone. This review is for the Grapevine Mills location specifically!!! I was having issues with my delivery dates, I was rescheduled by this company 4 times without my knowledge so I went in to the Grapevine location to speak with a manger and he was so dismissive as if any of this was my fault. I believe his name is Brock or Brody, something of that nature. He was extremely rude as if I wasn’t a paying customer and he offered no solution for how much of an inconvenience this entire process has been. I’ve been a manager for 10 plus years so I understand the stress he may be dealing with but in all of my years managing a company I have and will never conduct myself that way when it comes to dealing with customer service. I will never give this company anymore of my money based off of the experience I have had at the Grapevine Location.

My wife and I originally came in to browse until we saw a bed set that we both mutually loved. Justin was very helpful and personable. He made the process/potential purchase seem less until we had to meet with the young lady-mattress expert. She was very condescending and rude. She did not make us feel like she wanted our business like Justin did. She kept making it seem as if we were looking for a hookup and were not financially equipped to make a purchase. She did not listen as we tried to discuss how we wanted to move forward often times over talking us and making snarky comments like “Oh do you just want a cheaper mattress?”. She made us feel as if we were waisting her time. She was very defensive and offensive. If it was just Justin that we had to do business with today the sale definitely would have happened. So disappointed with how today turned out.
I think I have all of you beat. We purchased a bedroom set from Ashley’s in November, they delivered the bed about two weeks later and didn’t bring the right parts, they told us they would be back by the end of the day with the right parts and we never heard anything again, to this day January 2022 the bed is just sitting up against our wall in pieces. Mind you we paid a $250 delivery fee. Every night we get to go to sleep on a mattress on the floor and look at this beautiful bed sitting against the wall that we can’t use. We’ve tried countless times to get a hold of somebody. Warning: if you try to call about your order that department is always “closed”, the only time you can get anyone on the phone is by acting like you want to buy something. We’ve gone up to the store multiple times and were told they’ll give us a gift card and they’ll give us a percentage off, they’ll find out if they have the right parts and call us by the end of the day, and we never hear anything back or never receive any gift card or any compensation. My husband is at the point where he just wants to throw the bed on the back of the truck and drop it off in their parking lot. To be honest I will never buy anything from the store again and I don’t think any of you should either. Rooms To Go is a far better option, far more professional and better customer service. At this rate, Ashley’s end will be 2022. And don’t bother with your automated “I’m sorry”, we contacted the number you left on other reviews and they don’t help you either in fact they just responded with what we couldn’t do and didn’t respond after that. This store is a joke.

Purchased furniture in July 2020 …. and had a delivery date of August, well it’s January 2022 and still our furniture hasn’t arrived. DON’T waste your time if you want a bed, couch, chairs, night stand, dresser and end tables from this place. They don’t mind selling you a house full of furniture and could care less if you ever get it. We’ve had to purchase other furnishings in the meantime. They won’t answer the phone, they don’t return phone calls when you leave a voicemail, drove hours back in to talk to somebody physically in the store ….. and once again another useless manager giving excuses that delivery dates are only an estimate.
No pressure sales, didn’t follow us around. Easy to place order for shelving unit but delivery dates still way out!

Ashley furniture had been our go to furniture store till our experience at this location. Back in June we purchased a living room set which was to be delivered in early September. After several delays we received the loveseat and chair but not the couch. Early this month we went back to the store to request a return of the loveseat and chair because we could not wait any longer for the couch. The customer service agent (Danita) said this would be fine and she will initiate a return and call us the next day. We waited a couple of weeks and went back to store to ask about the return status. At this point the manager rudely informed us that they cannot return it and we should call customer service. No reason was given as to why the return is not possible even after promising the return was initiated. Both the pieces of furniture have not been used and packed in the same condition as they were delivered. We are now stuck with the loveseat and chair. Also the warranty money from our cancellations has not been refunded yet.

Came in back in September. A sales rep of the name of Jason helped us. We picked out our bedroom set, paid in full and was told would be delivered in about a month or 2. We just got our furniture delivered only to find out it was the wrong order. Brand was the same but a different style. Of course we called the store and was told to call customer service. Supposedly customer service put in a new sales order and to call the actual store to set up delivery. Called the store to have them tell me, there is no new order and would give us a call back. 2 days later, no phone call. Called both customer service and the actual store to set something up, but still the same ol runaround about " we can't find the order number", or " we are still looking up the ticket". Overall it's been a trainwreck just to get a simple order changed out.

They sold me a dining set almost $350 more than the internet price for a delivery after a week. I figured out that fact after 2-3 hours. I then went back to the store and told that the internet price is lower than the selling price. They seemed so frustrated and misbehaved to us. They told me they could decrease the price but the delivery would be after 4 months. Then, they have changed their mind and cancelled my order and refused to sell the set. They were so rude. You should be careful about the price they charge you.

Do yourself a favor, and take the extra 15 min drive to the Frisco location. They conduct very shady business here, placing commission and sales over customer service. All they care about is getting you in and out of the door. I was told by the store manager in Frisco that Destiny Robinson, the supposedly “experienced” salesperson, was supposed to give me 20% off my total purchase price for buying a protection plan (that I was told was mandatory when it wasn’t). That did not happen. Clearly they’re not transparent about their own store policy and sales contracts from the get go and their main goal is to pocket your money. Goodluck getting wrapped up in their scheme of lies and lack of cooperation as the recent reviews say. Nebraska Furniture Mart has better service and customer support, surprisingly. Ashley go find some better sales representatives.

We received decent customer service when we were there, and they informed us that we could receive our furniture by October 9th. However, today I texted them inquiring into the status of my order, and now they’re saying it won’t be delivered until December. Worst customer service.Richmond Purnell lied to us twice by telling us that we would get our dining table on time. I normally do not shop in this big furniture stores but this is one big regret. We went ahead and discarded our old dining table with the hope of getting one and believing this sales guy when all he had were lies. Today my first visit in Ashley store . I have wonderful experience really very very nice staff . Not a single person I was dealing with 3 to 4 staff members. But I don’t feel we meet first time . They give us great deal . Give us too much discount. Thank you so so much. It was a great day .

Terrible returns and replacements policy, they didn't accept my return request as my wood table is cracking. After months of them trying to fix they offered an exchange to be delivered 3 months later. So 7 months with no solution available for my need. No customer oriented company, they sent me to corporate and no solution either . Next time I go somewhere else.

The store staff will talk nicely until you place order and pay money. After that it’s all about delivering damaged furniture pieces, cancelling orders without informing the customer, getting on customer care calls with long wait hours and finally visiting the store multiple times and not getting any resolution! On top of it the staff starts behaving rudely! Worst furniture store!! Would have given Zero stars.

Update with the journey of in-door shopping experience.I purchased with been told above $2.5K will have 15% off with Ashley's credit card. So I filled out the application with personal info; after 10 mins, my credit was approved, but there was only a 5% off discount, so I decided to use my credit card without using their finance program with TD bank, and I told them I didn't need to apply for a credit card because 5% off is not worth expending or lower my credit score.10 days later, I got a credit card without my consent in the notice on email. The whole scheme of using 15% off to get your information and tell you is 5% off when the credit is approved. Now I got a credit card without my consent? And if I cancel, it will lower my credit score... WTF is that?After calling the store for customer service to address my concerns, the store manager called 15 minutes later to apologize and tell us when the credit card was approved; even we did not want a credit card, to keep the promise from the beginning 15% off when credit was approved, he is willing to reimburse the 15% off back to my Amex card account. Even the card will be mailed to my mailbox soon. It won't affect my credit as long as I don't use it in the next 6 months.Am I going back? They are willing to listen, solve the problems, and keeps the promise to customer's requests in the end. The answer is definitely a yes!
The salesperson was more interested in the Cowboy game than selling us furniture. Poor customer service. No knowledge of pricing or inventory. Unbelievable.
I’ve always shopped at Ashley’s but today has been the greatest experience my sales specialist Paris Moore was sooo knowledgeable and even helped me look at designs that would match my new home and ensured to explain all the plan options with discounts I’m soo happy with my selections today can’t wait for delivery!!!
I went to Nebraska(too expensive), Roomstogo(bad customers service and hard sales) Wayfair(online, can't feel the product), and finally made my purchase at Ashely. Few reasons are: I can actually feel the sofa and sit on it, and the salesman Jasin has an attentive pitch and genuine approach to customers. Plus, the quality of furnitures are great. However, the bad part about this transaction is after they run my credits but wouldn't be able the discount of 15 % when I reach the amount as they required before run my credits. On the other hand I'm passing for $8000 credit limit. So in the end, I still use my credit card without applying for their credit card when they could not fulfill the promised before I decide to made the purchase. Over all, it is a great experience, besides of they run my credits but decide not giving me discount as they have promised in the beginning.
As usual ASHELY FURNITURE SUCKS!! Between the wrong information and HORRIBLE delivery and LIES told to sell u furniture ……. I’m literally shocked this company has been around this long. If you can find another furniture place, you should.

They are not trustworthy! On May 26,2020 I bought a sofa that was to be delivered mid August. Getting close to the delivery date the manager canceled my order. Nobody called me, no apologies, nothing! I called the store several times leaving a message each time, for the manager to call me back. That never happened. I was able to talk to a representative that checked on my order. He is the one that told me there was a remark indicating that the order was canceled by the manager due to delay. Not professional at all!
This store has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased a new bedroom set with white glove experience. The delivery team damaged my wall and the headboard. The chest of drawers was too large so I returned it. It' been a month and I still have not been credited. I spoke to a manager that said I would have a check two weeks ago. I call the store and it goes to voicemail. Ashley corporate gave me a refence number and agreed I should have a credit. No response and I am tired of waiting on line to speak with anyone about this at the store location. Simply terrible customer service. I will not deal with them again. You are better off ordering online.

Beat buying experience of any furniture ever !! We looked around were not pressured and when ready the salesperson helped answer all our questions with no problems ! She was very knowledgeable about all the pieces we were interested in and helped us really quickly and smoothly!! It was very professional and very caring to us as individuals and clients !! I was disappointed in the quality of the furniture once I got it home. One of the bed side rails was broken when we had the furniture delivered. Ashley promptly sent up a new one. (I was told the furniture was "real wood" when we were looking at it) To my amazement when I removed the old broken part I found I had just paid for cheap particle board that looked like real wood. I guess as an uninformed consumer I share some of the blame. I would have happily paid more for higher quality "wood" furniture. We plan on moving in a couple years, from my college days I found particle board does not move well. I guess this was a learning lesson.If you are going to spend thousands of dollars get that "real wood furniture" in writing and don't end up like me.All sales staff I dealt at the store and the one the person on the phone when I called about the broken bit were friendly and professional. They took their time in providing service to me. It is not the people it is the product.

We absolutely LOVED our shopping experience at Ashley! The sales staff was incredibly helpful and not like the pushy sales folks we have encountered at other furniture stores. We have been shopping for several months in search of the perfect family sectional because we recently found out baby #4 is on the way. Of the many furniture stores we visited both in person and thoroughly researched online, we were definitely sold on a gorgeous sectional at Ashley’s and the sales staff made it an absolutely enjoyable experience for us! A huge bonus was the much quicker delivery times we were given at Ashley versus other stores. I cannot say enough great things about Ashely Furniture and the wonderful people who work there!
Daniel gave me exemplary service today from when I entered the store to when I made my first couch purchase (Soletren)! Definitely recommend this store, but especially Daniel. I would give him more than 5 stars if I can. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable in his role. I definitely loved how he wasn't pushy!

If I could put zero stars I would. Dealing with Ashley has been an absolute nightmare and seems to always be an issue. First off, 5-6 weeks ago our couch gets delivered after waiting 6-8 weeks. After getting it upstairs to the apartment and get it unwrapped my girlfriend notices that they delivered the wrong couch. No problem, go talk to the store they mention we can keep this one till they get the right one to us which will be another 4-6 weeks. Not ideal but nothing we can do. Now as of last Friday we received a text to schedule delivery for the correct couch, we chose this coming Saturday (8/14) we then receive a text today (2 days prior to delivery) that we need to select new dates for next week!!! I already rearranged my own schedule to be there for the original delivery. I call customer service and they see that apparently the new couch was damaged and had to be pushed back. Why would you send me options to schedule delivery before checking the quality of the piece?? I then ask to have the delivery fee waived due to all the issues and the Customer Service Rep tells me that they can only waive $25-$30.... like seriously?? That is a slap in the face and not client centric at all. Already told the rep this but Ashley will not see me nor my family step foot in another one of their stores if this is how they do business.

Purchased two shelves back at the end of June with a delivery date set for July 25th. When I called on the 25th after not receiving a follow up call, the associate told me the delivery date was now set for August 8th and could not give me an answer for the delay but stated it would be in at that time. I, again, went without a follow up call on the 8th and had to once again call for information regarding my shelves. The associate then told me that there had been another 3-5 week delay but would not divulge any reason for the delay. When I asked how to resolve the issue, I was told there was nothing they could do to help and that I should just keep contacting the store because it was not their issue. I have already been charged for these shelves that I still don’t possess. Worst customer service I’ve had in a very long time. If you want furniture, I suggest another store. Or at least one that cares enough to follow up with their customers.

NEVERY BUY AT ASHLEY again !!! Worst customer service. Horrible sales team who cheat and misrepresent the delivery terms. They were sarcastic when we called and discussed about concerns. Rude delivery team who refuse to wear masks inside the home while delivering the furniture. They refuse to remove the shoes while stepping on carpet floor at home. Sales team was nice until we booked order. After that they ignored us when we called and were rushing to attend the other customers. They were arguing with us and making sarcastic comments.
Customer service was excellent. No hassles while shopping. Richmond checked in on us a couple of times and introduced us to the store manager. We are engaged so we were just looking to see how are styles will mesh for our new home purchases. We did make a small purchase today, but will definitely be back.
Our agent was very welcoming and very nice. She got us the best deals available using both the store and online pricing. Granted we had to do two orders, but that's a policy thing. I'll take it when we were able to save so much. Is highly recommend this location due to the people who work here. Cambeck bedroom set Alas did not see the name of the sofa and love seat we got. However it comes in both leather and microfibre, we did the second.

Very disappointed in Ashleys , have been a loyal customer for years. I purchased items in April and am still waiting on them . I switched my original order due to the store associate explaining that the furniture I originally wanted were on back order for 6 weeks . She advised me to get other furniture that were in stock ,so i did ,since i did not want my kids waiting long on their beds. Here i am about 4 months later calling every two weeks to check on the status and multiple times being told a false date. Today the store rep told me that me and all of Texas are waiting on their furniture . To wait a little longer my furniture will get here soon. Please shop elsewhere if you would like decent customer service and your furniture received on time.

Our experience with Paris was excellent. She was very patient with us. We finally able to agree on some furniture for our living room and a new sofa for the game room. We will donate our furniture we currently have either to someone who needs it or to Second Glance.

I bought multiple items nine weeks ago,I didn’t receive any yet!!! They told me that two of them in stock and will receive them within two weeks.that never happened.. Still waiting!!! Will never buy anything from them anymore. These two stars just for Jonthan (I think that was his name) otherwise would give zero ..
We received our furniture quick. But trust me when I say there were so many unnecessary hoops that we had to jump. In fact, our night stand is not put together properly and had to schedule someone to come fix it.
Not very appreciative of your business, employees seems to be angry at each other. Not a pleasant experience, next time take my business somewhere else who appreciate their customers.
store Gave the wrong item, and does not even bother to rectify the issue. Need to constantly contact and they say they will call back, but nope. I'm out of patience, also don't get their warranty plan, they will make you wait a year to get your credit for damaged furniture.

I had an absolutely wonderful lady walk me around the whole store telling me everything she knew about the products and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with with. I can tell she cares. She was a bright star amongst a black cloud of low inventory caused by covid and all those northern states that shut down factories for a year.

Omar did an outstanding job helping me with a purchase. I called 2 Ashley Homestores in the Dallas area prior to calling Grapevine, those stores never answered phones or responded to my messages. Happy I called Grapevine because Omar was extremely helpful and friendly in organizing my order.
Edit: Changing from 5 stars to 1 star. We were told our couch would be delivered end of July, August at the latest. We even double checked multiple times throughout the purchase of the couch to confirm that August would be the latest delivery date, knowing there have been production issues for other customers. We were promised it would be here between the end of July or the end of August. Our sales rep assured us that it would not be delivered months and months after purchase, even jokingly saying “we won’t deliver in October.” Today I reached out to confirm that the couch was coming this month, and was told the estimated delivery date is mid-October. There was no communication about this change and I was told there was nothing they could do about it. Previous: Paris was very helpful and accommodating, making the buying process a smooth one. This was our third store searching for the perfect piece for our home, and Ashley HomeStore definitely gave us the best experience!

Got a great deal on a memorial sales this weekend. They do have good merchandise. The Grapevine store sales rep “Chip”, was the worst sales rep I have experienced in a “very” long time. Just wrote up the sale, got our payment and then just walked away. Didn’t thank us for the $400 sale in ANY way or even ask to help with another possible purchase we were talking about. Would not have known he worked there if it wasn’t for his name tag on his shirt. I had to stop him when he was walking away, I didn’t even realize the transaction was over. Very rude and unprofessional. Truly didn’t care about the customer experience.
My experience was super friendly and helpful. I came in to get a couch and ended up leaving with more because the deal were great, the people were friendly, and my family that came with me were pleased with the choices we made.

Two complete rooms for less than the cost of a single sectional at a competitor! Very highly recommended!

Daniel helped us out today. The store is large and he helped us navigate it based upon what we were looking for. He was not a pushy salesman but also was available for all our questions. Our living room is a weird, open floor plan. So I needed to to get some measurements before buying. I will be back once we have the measurements. The picture of the couch I am posting, is the one we are looking to get. I thought the pricing meant I needed to buy all those extras but apparently the top price is the total price and the bottom prices are for individual pieces. Thanks again Daniel.

Very professional and patient and the salesman made sure I was very satisfied. I changed my mind three different times because it was hard for me to choose. He never got upset with me but was very encouraging about making the correct discussion.
Overall, it was just ok experience. Not sure, why do they charge for delivery fee and however, discounts given by grapevine store was just ok, not what i was expecting. And It was bit surprising to know clearance sale items need to be picked by ourself and no delivery responsibility of store.

If you come to this Ashley store, ask for Daniel! He'll probably come to you first lol he was awesome! He really knows his materials and shows you what you're looking for and listens to your needs. He was very respectful and polite and seemed to be the only one running around the store assisting. We were looking for sectionals and he found the perfect one for us and got us a really good deal. He didn't try to sell us anything extra and didn't pressure us into buying that same day, but we sure did with the deal we got! 😆
Today I visited Ashley Homestore furniture for the first time , and and I enjoyed my experience. Retail Sales Associate, Parker Drake , was of good assistance. I was able to find the dining room table and bedroom set I was searching for. Will definitely be going back :)

Worst furniture shopping experience EVER! Sales/Customer Service at the Ashley Grapevine, Texas location is absolutely terrible. I do not recommend shopping there for furniture. They never answer the phone, don’t return emails either. We will not be making any purchases from them in the future.
I shopping at this store for over 15 years and enjoyed the products, price and hospitality of staff. Recent ownership change brings different attitude and higher prices and I shift to another retailer. Went back to the store because of my salesman.
Our sales guy was ok but manager was pushing the sale just a little to hard. "Buy today or you do not know what tomorrow's prices will be."

I just bought furniture with them my sales person Brandon which was great for him it’s 5 star but after I bought I went and look around for the TV stand and one salesperson was walking thru and I asked him excuse me sir how much is for this TV stand he said rudely you can see the price there for it or call Brandon for help, I was like really I just spent my money and they treat me like that wow. I report to the manager hopefully he took care of that. Even though I bought with someone else and you work for commission you not gonna treat your customer like that. Not professional at all. I would rather spent my money somewhere else where they respect people.

Service was excellent! I knew what I wanted from shopping online, but I needed to confirm the quality in person. I was in-and-out within 15 minutes!
Staff were very welcoming and professional. I prefer to browse and take my time analyzing potential buys and the staff allowed me the space to do so yet were available whenever I needed assistance. Parker was the official sales rep that I work with. He was clear, consise with his communications so the buying process went smoothly and quick, which was a plus being that my mother and I had been traveling all day and were tired and ready to get home and rest.

Lovely showroom and I was very happy with my experience. The associate who helped me had a lot on knowledge about the mattresses I was looking at. I was also in kind of a hurry and I was helped quickly and out the door in under 30 minutes. Delivery, payment were quick! I’ll be coming back here when I decide what furniture I need for my new place.

We bought a sectional and a dining set from Ashley in Nov 2017.We were convinced by the representative to buy their Furniture Protection Plan as he said any kind of damage in next 5 years will be replaced.When the dining table arrived it was damaged but it got replaced.The sectional now has a small rip.We do not have young children nor pets so we filed a claim and they said any kind of damage to the cushions is normal and they do not provide any service for it.DO NOT GET FOOLED BY THEIR WARRANTY PLANS.

If I could give them zero star I would've done that. They promised what they could not fulfill. Called customer service number they told me to call the store. I called the store and they told me to call the customer service number cause there is nothing they can do about my order not being delivered the day I was promised that it will get delivered. I'm going back and forth between the store and the customer service number and nobody seems to care. Here I am with no furniture at my house and guests coming over next week. I will never shop at this store ever again.
We had a pretty good experience. Not the greatest but not bad, I think it had to do a lot of being the end of the day and the last customers. We had in mind what we were going to get so that helped speed up the process, very honest and straightforward answers from Samuel. We also jumped on some good deals! I will be back though forsure.

Sales people seemed down when I walked in, when I visited the store a manager was talking back to a customer. Nice furniture in the store, but when I was trying to ask a question, the manager said to stop berating his employees. Safe to say I wont be back any time soon with the way the store is ran.

Never purchase the Protection Policy. If you don’t use it - you are to receive a store credit for the full amount of the protection plan. I did not use mine within the 5 year time frame. It’s been 3 weeks since I went to the store as was instructed by sales associate to pick out items that totaled the store credit amount - $250. After loading the items in my vehicle and paying the difference I am told to bring the items back into the store and that I can’t take the items until “corporate” applies the credit. 21 days later still waiting. Store manager won’t take or return calls. Seems like a lot of customers are very displeased with Ashley HomeStore according to the reviews I have seen. I cannot get any assistance to resolve this matter through customer service. Does anyone by chance have a phone number to the regional manager or corporate? Or a lawyer that handles Deceptive Trade Practice claims.
I will definitely not be purchasing anymore furniture from this company. I ordered my furniture in May 2020 and didn't receive it until Sept 2020 and I only received half of my order. They demanded for the full furniture to be paid within the three month of purchase. No updates were ever given and every time I tried to calling the store they never answered the phone. I went in to the store in January 2021 to see what was going on and they told me the rest of the furniture was discontinued!!! I asked them if I could get a refund and they processed a refund and told me to wait 5 to 7 business days and my check will come in the mail. It is now February 23, 2021 I haven't received any checks from them and I can not get a hold of them. I am deeply sadden of this company's lack of communication and customer service. It is a very frustrating situation I do not wish upon anybody. Please save your time and money and go to a better furniture store.
Paris at Ashley Home store was great. She quickly attended to us as we walked in and gave us time and space to browse the store. We never had to wait too long before she found us and asked if we had any questions. When there was a pricing error she made sure we did not suffer from the stores error. Next time I need another piece of furniture I will be sure to go back!

It was one of few furniture stores that was open on Thursday the 18th because of the snow. With our schedules it’s hard to coordinate good shopping times so we were delighted that they were open! Upon arriving we were greeted by Daniel Ayo. He asked what we were looking for and took us directly to the area of options. It was like working with a friend. He never made us feel pressured. He gave us the total of what the items we liked would be and when we told him we were going to look at another store he encouraged us to do so and told us to take our time considering our options!! WoW After visiting another furniture store my husband and I decided to go back to Ashley’s for the quality of the furniture , and in large part to their customer service practices. Horrible. 6 weeks late and when delivered found out salesman didn’t order all parts even though quite was what I paid fir complete twin bed setup. Store manager and salesman won’t return calls. Store doesn’t answer phone calls which routes to customer service who only takes messages. Need help.

Worst furniture buying experience I have ever had. Ordered a furniture set mid-October, was told would be 4-6 weeks. Then was told would be another 4-6 week. After waiting 12 week, we have now been told that it is still in production, with no explanation and would be another 2 weeks. The customer care phone number claims they are only inbound calls and the direct number to the store says the number is no longer available and have to call the customer care number. Both store and customer care direct you to the other.
Ordered a couch end of October. Here it is Feb and I still don’t have it. I was told it would be delivered Dec 22. Every time I call for an update I get the run around. So disappointed.
Ben & the entire team at Ashley’s 🍇 Grapevine are MARVELOUS! From the moment we walked in Ben was attentive. I am a single Dad & my 3 teenage daughters are my “style advisory board” We are on a budget. Ben saved us money by listening to what we wanted & finding ways to make it affordable for us! The entire team made us feel welcome & never rushed. I like the 5year bonus that covers any damage to our new couch! We get out $$ back on this if we never use it! How can we lose?!! We will be back & be sure you ask for Ben!

I have multiple accounts that have been frustrating to say the least but today was the first time I have felt inclined to review my experience with this store. I ordered some furniture in October of 2020 and was made aware that due to Covid items would not arrive until November. This was completely understandable but due to some delivery mixup's I did not receive any items when scheduled. During that entire fiasco I talked to customer service multiple times and after they failed to deliver the second time was told that my furniture was on back order. I decided to visit the store to cancel my order but after a very long wait the sales rep was able to obtain the items that were on "backorder". My items recently arrived in late January and even with my negative expirience with scheduling the delivery service personnel were incredible. Today I wanted to cancel the protection plan and called customer service as well as the company GBS that covers the items to try to make the changes. I was not able to be helped over the phone and was instructed to make this change in person. When I arrived I approached a sales representative at the customer service desk and was assured his manager would help. I waited for roughly 35-40 mins to speak to someone. Eventually I was notified the change would cost me more as they would remove the discounts they originally gave me. So I wasted an entire hour so someone could tell me I had to pay for the protection plan or my discounts would be removed. Nevertheless there is no reason a customer should wait this long just to speak to someone! Especially in the middle of the day when there is a limited number of customers. The manager on duty was a Mr. T. Ray and I would just like to say this is poor management and a serious communication issue within your establishment. I will never again purchase from this store and I am very dissatisfied with the service that I encountered today. This is disheartening as I have bought multiple pieces from Ashley and have never had any previous issues.

It took a long time and alot of phone calls but i finally got my couch. I had called customer service and got the run around but i emailed their support and got a delivery date and actually got my couch before the end of the month. Mind you i have been trying to get my couch since nov 11th 2020. Eitherway im glad that email worked.

The minute I was about to swipe my card and pay in full, I was informed that my set no longer had the given dresser mirror and I’d need to pick out a new one. While this was inconvenient- it was only the start. After waiting about 2.5 months for my bed set to be delivered. The assembly men realized my mirror was for another set and that they’d have no way to actually attach it to my dresser. My salesperson ASSURED me this would not happen- as this was my main concern. So I had to spend more money and create my own solution. I was refunded less that $100 for my “trouble”. I purchased a new queen size mattress (my previous bed was a full) only to notice 4 inch gaps showing on all the paneling from each side. I figured I bought a defunct mattress and waited to save up until I purchased another newer mattress at regulation queen size. To my very disheartened dismay, there was still massive gaps on each corner of my bed and all the paneling still showing about 3 inches on each side. This CONFIRMED to me that Ashley Furniture store is selling the worst craftsmanship I have EVER seen. These gaps are such a safety hazard. I have slipped my whole foot in while trying to change a light bulb. My poor pets have been caught trying to get in and out. If it were not for break free collars, they may have even been strangled. I am so appalled at how my experience has gotten worse as time has gone with this furniture store. Please shop anywhere BUT HERE. They will not take your concerns seriously and sell you a half hearted apology while you end up breaking your bank to make THEIR product work for you. Save yourself the immense hassle and DO NOT shop here.

Sad they no longer sale the end table or sofa table, set is discontinued, and I need 1 end and sofa table other than that, I love Ashley's furniture.
Do not order from Ashley... I have been waiting for my furniture since November. Was told we would receive order December 31st, then told it was back ordered till Feb 3rd, now when I call distribution center they indicated they couldn&'t find me order. I spoke to customer service and they are now saying I have to wait another 6 weeks.

This store had tons of options to choose from and there were even more options online. I liked a good amount of their furniture and I don’t think it was very overpriced for the quality of furniture that they supplied. Larry and Cordelia were also very friendly and helpful. They made the whole buying experience much easier! Jake Jones was a great salesman as well.
Ashley has quick friendly service that takes care of any and all furniture needs. If any problems come up, they swiftly resolve them to your satisfaction. I’ve not experienced the level of friendly and honest service that Ashley provides in 30 years. I bought a new home in North Arlington and am only trusting Ashley for my furniture choices. The delivery services are awesome!
Why can I not call the store to check for availability? I wanted to spend $3k on a dining room table and got a run around of phone numbers provided by multiple people and still have no idea how to talk to someone that can check inventory! I will take my money elsewhere. This has been ridiculous.

I have buying at this store for years and I will NEVER purchase another item from them again. The customer service is horrible. It took over an hour in order for me the be acknowledge after driving 40+ miles to there store because the lazy sales agents or managers will not answer the phone . They have a so called voicemail they are unable to check. Its been over 2 months issue is not resolved getting the complete run around. No one put any notes into my account and when I contact customer service I qas hung up on 2x with no follow.I would take my business across the street to Rooms 2 Go .

Unfortunately I have already done that and sent an email days ago and still no response, so not sure what else I can even do at this point except to cancel the order but that still does not help on my repair. Yep three weeks later and still no reply to email either.

I purchased a bed in November. It came without the hardware so we could not put the bed together. After calling numerous times, I drove to the Grapevine location where the bed was purchased. They told me I had to work with the distribution center but they did assist in contacting the distribution center. I finally received an email from Ashley stating that they would send me the hardware (see below). As of January 8, 2021, I am still waiting for the hardware and the bed is still sitting in my bedroom waiting to be put together.I would not recommend this store to my worst enemy. Made a purchase for nearly 8k in August. Unfortunately our Tempurpedic Mattress was too firm, we requested an exchange. When we visited the store, (October) we were helped by the same sales person, Christy. The only option that made sense was a softer mattress that was over $1200 more. There was a promotion going on that day where the customer receives $300 store credit with a purchase. She didn't know if this would qualify so she asked her Manager who then approved it. After being in the store for about 2 hours (the process was very time consuming), we explained that we had someplace to be and asked if the credit would be valid at a later date. Christy assured us it would be valid for 90 days so we could return another day. I asked her if there was some note in our account or how would we redeem it. She said she would write in on the receipt, which she did along with her signature. Fast forward to about a week ago (nearly 60 days from when we last visited), we found ourselves with a couple more hours to shop, headed in with the note in search for a desk. After picking a desk and chair that totaled about $760 we gave (different) sales person the note and after him talking to his manager for an extended time, he explained he would do what he could, but could NOT honor the full amount because this had to be redeemed that same day. I explained that she assured we would be able to (it was on the note in her writing and signed by her) and added that is honestly something she should have known if we had to redeem it that same day. He told us to have a seat and after waiting once again, salesperson explained they could not honor it and could only discount about $100 making our total about $650. Needless to say, after much more time wasted, we walked out. Having spent over 9k in this particular store in the past couple months, the fact that they could not honor something their own salesperson wrote is ridiculous. We will definitely take our business elsewhere!!!

Sales Associates were great. With no pressure from sales we were able to browse unhindered and only contacted one when we were ready to purchase.
Never setting foot in this store again. The simplest transaction takes at least two hours, even when you’re the only one in the store. Last but not least, the sales team can be quite misleading. After purchasing a $3k mattress + twice that in furniture, we were told we had $300 store credit for 90 days, since we had spent so much time there already, we decided to leave and come back another day. Apparently our sales person had no idea what they were talking about, coming back and trying to use the little credit we supposedly got was not possible. Not only did they refuse to honor the measly store credit, but we also still wasted two hours of our time here, again. Anywhere but Ashley’s from now on...

Super annoyed and upset with Ashley furniture. I have been getting the runaround about when my furniture will be delivered. I understand COVID issues but this is absolutely ridiculous. The customer service people all give me a different story. I get told my things will be delivered one day and that day passes and now I'm told things are on backorder that were previously in stock and ready to be delivered. I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed with this company. No one is helping me resolve this.

Don’t buy furniture here! We have had our leather furniture for only 2 yrs and can feel the wood in the arm cushion and there is an indention. We got the extended warranty but poor workmanship is not covered, only rips and stains.
Great service and very easy-to-navigate layout. Was looking for a recliner and was in and out in 20 minutes.

Brandon was a great salesperson at the Grapevine, TX location. His willingness to just sit with me as I contemplated whether I really wanted to buy the couch was a testament to his great customer service. Had no problem answering questions numerous times just so I’d be comfortable with my decision. Happy with my purchase and can’t wait for it to be delivered.

I ordered my couch and loveseat on June 28th. It is now December 5th and still don&'t have it. Do not waste your time or effort buying from this store. You will be left with heartache and frustration. You also can not cancel your order for a full refund! Worst furniture store I have ever purchased from!
Horrible customer service after purchase. I called two days after the day I was suppose to pick up a bed. Was told it would be three more weeks by the automated phone operator. When I pressed a button to speak to an agent I was disconnected. I called back and got through and an agent said “dates given at the store are just estimates. They change all the time”. After asking her “Do I just go to into the store if I want a refund, she said she couldn’t hear me because we had a bad connection so she had to hang up. Order #0865416372
Not a fan. I've purchased from them twice. In store experience was excellent the first time. This second time, it was very below average. Scheduled a virtual appointment online. No one called for 15 minutes. I called the store and was told no one was ever assigned to my appointment. Ended up working with someone. When I arrived at the store later that day to finish my paperwork (let the salesperson know exactly when I would be arriving ahead of time), I had to wait almost 30 minutes for him to finish up with someone else before I was able to finish my purchase. Both times the salesperson gave me an estimate of when my purchases would be ready to schedule for delivery that was 30-60 days off when it was actually ready. Very disappointed in this last purchase. The entire reason that I purchased was because the salesperson told me that the purchase would be ready to schedule for delivery within a week. Timing was the defining factor for this purchase. I would not have purchased if I knew it would be a month and not a week or slightly longer, as I was led to believe. Both times, I've had to keep calling customer service over and over again and each time the date it will be ready is different and there is never a reason provided. The call center agents always have an attitude. This experience is exhausting. I will definitely be switching back to Rooms To Go.
Kitchen table was delivered with some chips and scratches on it, hope they replace and also given me a credit for my inconvenience
I love this store. The people were so friendly. I went in to look at one couch but left after purchasing a nicer one. I recommended 2 of my family members because of the sale and they will be visiting soon... UPDATE: Let me mention that when I walked in and asked Christy about a Pre-Black Friday Deal and the HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL DISCOUNT to which was all a BAIT AND SWITCH... because I initially asked about a loveseat which advertised for $215 thinking that would be great for my son who is in college and has just moved to the campus apartments. I was told that it was not in the store. Ok soo I start looking around as she follows and then I ask if this was a bait and switch. I'm sure other customers would like to know not to waste their time. THEN she decides to look for it stating well let me look. They may have moved it. She finds it while I am eyeing another loveseat. I go to feel it out and we go to the counter. After bein told that because of the availability it would not be ready until 12/08. Not acceptable so I ask if can get the other loveseat quicker and am told 12/02. I decide on the one that is 3 times the amount of what I went in for. I get my purchase financed through a lease option. All of this occurring on 11/18. On 11/30 I call the delivery center to confirm my delivery for 12/02 and the recording tells me that it won't be available for 5-6 weeks. I was livid. I call the store and ask to speak with a manager or Christy. I was told tat Christy wasn't in. "So let me have a manager please". I was told that no manager was available. I responded "Well I'll just come up there which is what you really didn't want. Person on the other line ask me how soon could I get there I responded that I was on my way. 2 minutes later a manager by the name of Joseph calls me. JOSEPH in no way tried to de-escalate the situation nor make this customer happy. I caught him in inconsistent statements throughout the conversation and at one point was told "You need to listen" I explained to him that I was not a child nor his child. I would like to continue my experience with a supervisor over the manager or in customer care.
Had to find where my order was on my own. Am owed a refund for a month now and no one seems to know where it is. I am unable to get ahold of anyone. Horrible experience

I must say I was nervous after reading certain reviews online; but the delivery of my piece of furniture was on time, everything looks great, and their prices have been very competitive lately. Purchased items 9-2-2020, we are now sitting here on 11-23-2020 and the items purchased have not been delivered, they continually push back the dates. We were told the items would arrive in 2-4 weeks. Their customer service is non existent. Stay away at all costs, they sell items that are not available!!!! The salesman was great, but the company’s ability to follow through on items purchased is horrendous.

I don't like to put anybody on blast, but I feel so irate at Ashley Home Store for lying to me that I would receive my furniture within 4-6wks (max. 8wks) and this is now the 9th week. Last week I was told they had PART of my order fixed for delivery for Nov. 21st so I asked if I could switch it for PICKUP so I could get those items faster, well (guess what?) that "somehow" pushed my order further away until "sometime" in Jan., so I decided to cancel my order because I'm done playing games and asked for full refund. They said it would take 7-10 business days to receive the refund, so hopefully they keep their word this time, but I need a statement in writing at this point.
the prices are okay. BUT we ordered a bed and dining table and said they would deliver on the 14th. we have not got it and said we wont get it for 2-4 weeks. what in the world. we were having cousins over but can bc they were going to sleep over but cant. so sad. same thing happened when we ordered 2 dressers in april we got it in AUGUST.
I purchased a chair. It was supposed to be delivered. I didn&'t get the weekly text messages about delivery that I was supposed to get. Delivery date came in went without receiving a chair or updates. We called repeatedly, they moved the date over and over again until it was more than eight months out. We asked for a refund. We didn&'t get it. They told us they mailed it. We didn&'t receive it a month later. They won&'t respond to phone calls they won&'t call us back and I still don&'t have my money back they are very unfriendly and very unhelpful and the sales people don&'t follow through with what they&'re supposed to do. Going in and asking for your money back in person doesn&'t work either. I will never purchase from them again.
TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. This company is as unprofessional as it gets. The level of customer service provided is horrible. No transparency in order delivery. Order scheduled to be delivered one day. Gets postponed with ZERO notifications. Impossible to contact at the store or support line by phone. Make a visit to the store, everyone is clueless. Following this piece of furniture, i will never purchase another item from this place and will make sure anyone i know is aware of the unprofessionalism and lack of customer care that will be provided by this company.

I am not one to go out of my way to post poor reviews, but my experience with Ashley has been absolutely horrible. Upon purchasing many pieces of furniture, I was told that it would not be delivered for 4-6 weeks due to COVID. That was completely understandable. That was in August. It is now November, and we still have not received all of our items. We did receive one order about 8 weeks after purchase, and another some time after, but it was the wrong sofa. They will not be able to deliver the correct sofa until late December. And each time I call, the date is pushed back later and later. Each time I’ve called customer care, they have had poor attitudes, and don’t seem to want to do anything to make it right. I am extremely disappointed in Ashley’s customer care and service. I would not recommend doing business with them.

Very very disappointed with Ashley Home store right now . Poor communication skills all around . We been a long time customer here . We ordered multiple items from here on July 25,2020. It’s now November 5,2020 and I’m still without anything. They kept pushing the date back of delivery only to find out they discontinued (1) of the items.
Buyer beware! PLEASE SORT THE REVIEWS BY "NEWEST" AND READ THEM. THE BAD ONES ARE ACCURATE. Brace yourself for the RUNAROUND once they get your cash. I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THE CORRECT SOFA FOR FIVE MONTHS!!! Would you believe the salesperson ordered our sectional in two different colors in May? They didn't realize that until the morning of delivery, after I had given away my old sofa. Then they "corrected" the problem by reordering the new sofa in the wrong color. THEY SAY YHE SOFA IS IN STOCK, BUT KEEP GIVING ME RANDOM DELIVERY DATES AND NO ONE EVER CALLS OR SHOWS. The last promised delivery date was this past Sunday. The next one is November 4. This has been going on for months. I understand supply chain issues, but this RUN AROUND IS INSANE. The staff turnover will give you whiplash, and there's no way to contact the story directly. Try it. You have to drive out to the store and everyone is new and lost. It's a madhouse. I've had to wait in a line of people dealing with the same issues. UPDATE! They showed up today (on November 4) WITH A TORN UP SOFA. God bless the honest delivery driver. He didn’t even bother to get the sofa off the truck. I just can’t believe this. We’re now in MONTH SIX. I spent an eternity on hold with customer service only to be told there was nothing she could do to help because the sofa was still on the truck and she couldn’t access the file. Unbelievable. Just saw the note below. Will be contacting “db.”

EDITED REVIEW: I am very disappointed with how Ashley’s has handled my order this time around. I understand the delays and unexpected circumstances that COVID has brought, but that can only excuse so much. I ordered 3 different pieces in July and have been given a different expected delivery date every time I have called (they never called/emailed me to keep me updated). When I was finally able to get a hold of a “manager” at the warehouse she did thankfully waive the delivery fee for the inconvenience, but also promised to have 1-2 pieces delivered immediately since we had been waiting three months and they were only missing the smallest piece. I understand two deliveries are an inconvenience for them, but sitting on lawn chairs for 3 months while my sofa is sitting in their warehouse is an inconvenience for me and my family. She said she would bring it up in the war room and see if there was anything else they could compensate me, and after that I heard nothing. I called back and she told me she wasn’t the manager anymore, so she would have the manager call me but they never did. After a few days I asked if I could have the managers number and she said she couldn’t hand out her personal number but promised she’d have her call me...why is she using her personal number as her work number if she’s not going to do business on it? A few days passed and still no call from either, I called back and left voicemails and again nothing. I finally had to go up to the store and they told me that they couldn’t do separate deliveries, I have to wait until November, and there is nothing else they can do about it. The only reason I’ve waited all these months, besides the fact that they would get my hopes up every time I called, is because I already have credit with them. Otherwise I would have cancelled and bought somewhere else. I am too disappointed with this whole process and wish they would have been more honest throughout it.

They have owed me money for weeks and when Call customer service it does not go to the local Grapevine store it goes to another call center where they have no idea what I&'m talking about with regards to the refund I am old. They told me I have to physically go to the store to follow up. When I go to the store all the minions at the front always tell me there is no manager available no matter what day of the week or time of the day I go it is completely shady unprofessional business. I order 2 sofas which I received on October 2, 2020 one of the sofa came damage from the bottom black cloth, no legs and missing cushions. I reported it to my sale person more than 2 times, call Distribution center, went to the store, call customer service and is almost one month haven't fixed my issue
Edit: Editing my previous post and rating due to the horrible customer service after the fact that our order was placed. I was more than patient with the staff in the store and when calling customer service. There was an issue with our order. The cocktail table that arrived on Friday was not the one we had picked out at the store with the sales person. After doing some research I noticed the the items numbers were incorrect. She had somehow entered in the wrong item number. The first two numbers of the item was mixed around. We’re all human, I get it. Mistake. So I called the store to try to get it fixed only to have someone tell me they’ll get back to me. Later that day a manager called and I explained to him what happened, he then said he will “try” and get it fixed and call me back. Later on that evening the sales person who helped us called me back to say she wasn’t scheduled to work today but saw my name on a piece of paper and thought I was calling for her. She had no clue about the mix up and proceeded to tell me the sectional we ordered was back ordered until 12/30/20! After she said what she needed to say I explained to her I wasn’t calling about the sectional and when I told her the issue with the table she had no clue and said she will call me back Saturday cause she had things she needed to do tonight and wasn’t even scheduled to work. Never got a call from the manager or the sales rep. Called back all day Saturday, no one picked up. Called Sunday and Rebekah stated she was a manager. I AGAIN explained the mix up with the table and she said she’d have to get with the other manager who handles issues like this and to text her on her work phone the item number that I wanted and she will follow up with the other manager. Never heard back from her either. Poor communication and customer service. Now we have a cocktail table we didn’t want just sitting in our living room, I don’t have a vehicle that it will fit in or else I’d take it back to the store myself. ..... Went there to look for a living room set. We’ve been looking online and had a couple we liked but wanted to see in person . We were greeted by Deborah who was very friendly. We told her what we were looking for (sectionals) and she proceeded to ask more questions to figure out what our style was and showed us around the store. We didn’t plan on buying one quite yet but one of the ones she showed us (not any of the ones we actually liked on line) we instantly both new this was the one! Most sectionals are pretty similar but this one had a unique, urban style to it. We ended up purchasing it along with a coffee table. The overall experience was pleasant ( mind you, we had a 2 yr old son who was running around everywhere) Very friendly staff! Easy application process if you decide to finance. I would’ve given 5 stars but the down fall was the sectional was not going to arrive for 6-12 weeks. Which Deborah did tell us! Hopefully the delivery will be sooner than later! Store was very clean and everyone had masks on!
In the store they took care of my needs. They were able to pull up prior purchase of a mattress which we wanted another just like the last one. I purchased it and was done with no hassle.
PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! GO anywhere else, even to a competitor before you go to this location!!! Firstly they do NOT answer the phone when you call. Every other srore in the metroplex answers their phone EXCEPT to this location. I made a purchase of about $6000 worth of leather furniture, and the sales person named Willy completely messed up the entire order. I was in the store for more than 3 hours being very patient with him and he still managed to mess up my address, the color I wanted, my name, financing information, and even the account to which I made the down-payment to. After 3 hours I couldn't wait anymore, so I had the store manager intervene to fix it after I left. I went to the Frisco location the next day to make a different purchase, and that was how I found out that Willy messed up all of my information. The sales people at the Frisco location fixed what they could from their end, then told me that I needed to reach out to the Grapevine location for them to fix the rest. I called for an ENTIRE WEEK and no one answered. I had to drive 45 minutes back to the store to get it rectified. When at the store I worked with Rebekah the ASM, and took about 45 minutes to get everything sorted out. That was on the 12th of October 2020. I told her for the inconvenience and having to drive all the way back out to the store, I should receive free delivery. Rebekah said that she would speak to the store manager to see what he could do. I messaged her in the afternoon of the 12th, she did not respond. I messaged her again on the 19th, she responded an hour later asking me what was I messaging her about? I explained to her, then today the 24th of October is when she finally respond to me, to let me know that I will NOT be getting the free delivery. TWELVE DAYS it took Rebekah the ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER to let me know that they will NOT be giving me free delivery for the inconvenience that their staff put me through. I immediately told her to cancel my order, and she did not respond. I was on the phone for almost 2 hours calling other locations, customer service, and even chatted online with someone, trying to get onto the store. I was finally transferred by someone and Rebekah answered the phone at 2:30pm. I asked to speak to the store manager, she said that she is the only manager there. I told her I want to cancel my order due to the lack of customer service and terrible experience, and her response was just "okay". And that was it. No care, concern, or regard for me, my experiences with them, my waste of time, energy, and money. I hung up and that was it. She texted me 5 minutes later letting me know that my deposit will be refunded to my card, and then blocked me from being able to text her again. The store manager at the Grapevine location needs to look into this. Your staff are doing a TERRIBLE JOB!!! PLEASE, save your money and your sanity and go somewhere else....ANYWHERE ELSE!!

Never gonna buy from them again! We ordered a sectional and a table 2 months ago. We were supposed to get them on the 13th this month. They never called to let us know they'll be late with the delivery, it's almost impossible to get them on the phone and when you finally get someone to talk to they're so impolite! Costumer service is terrible! I would give 10 stars for the sale people from the store. They've been awesome! If only all their employees would be like that!
I fell in love w/an oversized wall clock that would look great in my kitchen. It didn’t fail me, the clock is perfect on the wall and it works too!! The Ashley HS rep greeted me and assisted me all the way to the door as he helped me carry the clock out. Thank you
Buyer beware. I bought two couches in JUNE for around 2300 dollars. One was delivered in August. Still waiting on the other and its October now. They've been pushing back delivery for months. Now it's not until January! It's not even made! I was given the option of picking another couch (different line) or getting a160$ refund! They wont give me the floor model. Thieves! Hope the store manager can resolve this (the only person that has tried to help)

Purchased a sectional on August 1. Salesperson was very nice. Said delivery would be in 3 weeks which was a surprise due the COVID issues but he advised made in California and the sectional would also go into quarantine. Heard nothing from Ashley but understood with the virus there could be delays. October 1 called customer care number was re or ding said to call the store. Did so and was told delivery would be the 15th and I would be contacted. Today is October 15. Have heard nothing from Ashley. Called the Ashley number and was transferred to customer care which told me the customer care number changed and so called that number. Was told to call the store in the recording. Contacted the store snd was told that the item I purchased was now in back order until possibly the 21. Previously I felt forced into setting an account online just to get info. Repeatedly the website advised the log in site could not be found. Tried setting up new passwords to circumvent but nothing worked. Tried to get tracking information but was told my zip code did not have that information. During this period, I have received incorrect information and no other information. This service is terrible and it seems that the only concern of Ashley is to get the sale.

The most frustrating and disappointing furniture buying experience I have EVER had. We were giving a couch back to family and needed to get a new one. We loved one of the couches at Ashley and the sales person told us it would be at our house in 3 weeks. 3 weeks later, I had to call in order to find out that the couch was delayed and that the ETA was uncertain but should be in the next couple of weeks. 1 week later, I call again, to be told they are uncertain of when it will be delivered and that it will be at least 1 month. No one EVER called me to give me an update. Two months and many phone calls later, I get a text saying I needed to choose a delivery time. I chose a time, then called to make sure it would in fact be delivered as I was hesitant to trust anything Ashley communicated. The employee who answered stated they were having trouble with their text messaging system and that our couch was still delayed and not coming. I called AGAIN to finally talk to someone who was honest with me and told me the couch likely would not be available until 2021. We had ordered this couch in May 2020, well into COVID and delayed production times. I was appreciative of the honesty from the last worker and felt like I was blatantly lied to in the store in order to make a sale. If the employees had been experiencing delayed production times, they need to inform customers of that so that they do not make plans around false information. Needless to say we cancelled our order and got a couch from Haverty's instead in 1 month (more time than it normally takes but they were honest from the start). Thanks to Ashley furniture, we were without a couch for 4 months. I would have appreciated honesty from the start. We will not be going to Ashley Furniture ever again.
Very disappointed in the lack of communication. We ordered back in August and were told our furniture would arrive in 3-5 weeks. I have had to regularly call Ashley Homestore in order to get updates on our furniture delivery that is now delayed until November 5th. Every time I call, the furniture is delayed by several more weeks, and I am left in frustration! I would not recommend Ashley if you are looking for timely furniture delivery. I am very disappointed and still do not have my furniture.

Sales rep Daniel was excellent! Not pushy at all, gave us plenty of time to check out the item and discuss details in private, but was still very attentive and answered every question we had!
Daniel Ayo was so helpful! It was such a nice experience working with him. Unlike many salespeople, he didn't hover over us, but he gave us plenty of time to look as a family while checking back with us regularly to answer any questions we had about items that interested us.
Sales agents were friendly but overall customer service was lacking. Long wait to check out.
Great sales people and knowledge
Bought my set 4 years and was lied to by the rep. I was told the insurance was full coverage. No questions asked if Something happened to any of my items it would be repaired or replace no questions asked. I could replace each item of my dining set 1 time in the span of 5 year plan. I call today for replacement and I am told damages I claimed are not covered. And there was no repair or replace option available to me. The insurance rep had a snazzy attitude about it. And the Ashley furniture customer service reps keep picking up and hanging up! The sales team tell me they get an manager but they can submit an email and request someone call me. I was lied to and they will not refund my money
Bought several pieces of furniture in April. Took forever for deliveries, at several different dates over the past 5 months. Still missing 2 pieces and can not get through to them...wait on hold forever, and then get disconnected. Worst shopping experience ever, and I mean EVER. Would never recommend them!
