Great experience!!!! Got the sofa Met at the door with a smile and showed sofas that I was Interested in. Made a decision and Trina wrote it up and it will be delivered in a couple of weeks....
We throughly enjoyed shopping here. Cory was our guy. He had us do a pressure point machine and helped us oick out a mattress and bed. He even helped us figure out different ways to save on our order.
My sales person, Deana, did an excellent job helping me choose recliners that would fit into the space I had available in my house and was exceptionally patient with my measuring and asking questions! I was very pleased with the whole shopping experience!
Great place and people at this Greenville location. They weren't pushy, showed us what we wanted to look at, then gave us space to decide. The manager stepped in to get the pricing within our budget including delivery and warranty. Will go again for next furniture purchase.
In store shopping was fine unfortunately the wait time for our delivery was much longer the we were told at the time of purchase. Paid cash up front we a delivery date set for 2 weeks, after two weeks of no update date we called ourselves to be told that the store manager at the time of sale was no longer there and there was both they could help us with. Just our experience so each and everyone to there own but we definitely do not plan on shopping with Ashely furniture again!!!
Trina from the Ashley furniture store in Greenville is fantastic! She has great energy and works hard and diligently to make sure I received exactly what I needed. My vehicle was too small for What I purchased and she kindly volunteer to drive it to my home.Not often do you find such customer service like this. I’m new to the area and Ashley furniture in Greenville is my go to store to furnish my new home Because of the fantastic customer service they give me..( furniture is solid too)

I had a great experience at this store. Mary helped me and she was fantastic and very good with my kiddo that came in with me which I appreciated! She was not overbearing like most people are in furniture stores I have been to in the past!! After I left I texted her due to wanting to change the color on the chair I purchased and she responded almost immediately and had it changed for me with a sooner delivery date! Would definitely recommend this location and her!!

Everyone at the Greenville store are great. We came in to exchange some batteries and then shopped for a sofa. The salesman was the same person who had helped us previously. They are friendly and courteous people. We buy all our furniture from them.
I Have bought many items thru the years from the store in Greenville and has always been a pleasure and a good deal to boot...Thank You Deana for making it smooth and fast..Granddaughter can't wait for her new bed :)
We went to Ashley‘s on a warranty exchange on a mattress not knowing what to expect or how to even go about the exchange. Trina, our product specialist was very eager to help us. She was very informative with the product and because she didn’t know all the answers to our questions brought in the store manager to help us with our selection. What I thought I was gonna have to do to get the warranty taken care of, they took over and took care of all of the paperwork and communication with the Beautyrest warranty team. They made it painless for us. I’m so grateful we went to Ashley‘s and any future furniture purchases that we make will definitely be from Ashley‘s in Greenville, Texas

Communication from store to customer has been terrible. Was told 2 weeks for our stuff to be delievered and now be month and still won’t get everything. Only excuse they gave is our salesman no longer with them. Don’t matter still your job as a business to communicate with customers. Don’t recommend this location if anything. Lady answers the phone is also rude and not helpful.

10 out of 10 AMAZING!!! Marissa is a lifesaver. We had a last minute issue with an order from another company and Marissa went out of her way (on a rainy Friday evening) to help me locate the chair we needed, gave us an excellent price, wrapped the item, and got it all loaded in my car (beyond grateful for this offer as my foot was incapacitated at the time). To top off an excellent experience, the efficiency and kindness were unbeatable. Needless to say, the other company has lost our business. Next time, I’ll drive from Dallas to Ashley in Greenville to begin with.

We went in to price new mattress and found out we could put money down and finance with no interest at a low payment. We'll long story short our mattress will be delivered in the next few weeks. Best furniture purchase ever! I had a specific need and a very short time frame. I was greeted quickly by several friendly people, was shown the selection, paid for it, got it loaded in my vehicle, and was in and out of the store with a new mattress in less than 30 minutes, (even with the computer system being down). Trina and all the staff at Greenville tx Ashley store are amazing and I couldn't have had a better experience. I would definitely recommend this location and staff for any furniture purchase

My only negative is how every time you go into look the sales people follow you around so you can't even discuss with your spouse if you want to purchase or keep looking.

Stopped by for a mattress and Mr Lyle was very informative and helpful. Coincidentally they had one we liked available on-site due to a previous order cancelation so we managed to drive away same-day with exactly what we were looking for! Mr Lyle even helped load the box onto my trailer, all around he's an awesome and knowledgeable guy and I would recommend stopping in to see him with any of your furniture shopping needs.

Ordered furniture online. They accepted the order and deducted 1100+ from my checking. I wake up to an email saying order declined then am told it would be 7 to 10 busness days till i get my money back. What a scam. Also check out all the BBB complaints i sure wish i had

I had originally called the Paris store to place my order and they didn’t seem like they wanted to help me very much right from the beginning and they they told me they would have to call me back an hour later they called and told me the item I wanted was out of stock…I told them it showed available…the lady said well I don’t know it’s not available…. Called the Greenville location and Deana got to work immediately, five minutes later she called me back and said there are 9 left, they are in MS let me see if I can’t get it for you and SHE DID!!! that’s what you call customer service and that’s how you gain a repeat customer THANK YOU FOR TAKING CARE OF ME

Ordered a power loveseat recliner that Ashley had to order. When it came in they called and we went to pick it up. Got home unboxed and it was manual. Called to let them know and they were going to let us keep it to use until the correct one came in but we didn’t take them up on their offer. When it came in we were out of town and went to pickup it on Monday. They don’t do pickups on Monday which we didn’t know and wanted to know if we could come back the next day. The guy that works there was in the store on his day off with his wife. He offered to pull the order and load it for us. Thank you so much for taking your time off with your wife to pull and load for us. We greatly appreciate it.

This store is AMAZING! I ventured out with my friend in a search for a variety of pieces of furniture. We were instantly greeted with a smile and offered a nice beverage! We had the pleasure of working with Mary and Jon and told them what we wanted. They literally did laps around the store and everything they could to accommodate us and got us what we wanted and needed! Mary and Jon even provided us with a detailed information folder with our purchases. Showed us our protection plans, color options, and more! I live in mesquite! So in my opinion driving to Greenville for phenomenal customer service is well worth it!

I told her what I had seen online and she suggested I walk the store to be sure I saw everything and then helped me find exactly what I wanted. The whole process was seamless and relatively quick. Can’t recommend this place enough!!! Marissa was incredible, we’re so grateful for her patience and help. This location also had the best selection, in my opinion! We went to the Frisco one before coming here and we found way more options when searching for a couch. And everyone here was way friendlier and not pushy at all. Marissa was also super knowledgeable and knew a ton about all the couch options off the top of her head. Such a great experience and we will definitely be back any time we need anything else!

I have to say, the Ashley furniture store in Greenville, TX is amazing. The payment plans are super reasonable and the in store staff were great! My sales person Marissa was great. Non pressure and answered my questions without making me feel stupid. The gentlemen that delivered my couch, Kyle and Brent were fantastic! Professional, timely and did a great job setting everything up for me! An amazing experience all the way around!

This is got to be the most pushy and the least respectful retail store I have ever dealt with. I purchased from a relative literally years ago purely because it was a relative. She has not worked with this company for years now and they still repeatedly call me and when I don't answer they text me trying to get me to come in for sales and promotions. If I had known it was going to be this much of a hassle simply purchasing a mattress I wouldn't have gone there even with my relative working there. I empathize with the fact that y'all work on commission and are sales people but for the love of God please take a hint. I will never purchase from Ashley furniture ever again purely due to the inconvenience of having to repeatedly ask for them to stop trying to contact me YEARS LATER.

Was looking for a love seat to match a set we already had. Found exact one.After leaving we heard another retailer had same one at a lower cost .They matched price and issued refund. We are very pleased with sales person and process.
Whatever you do, do not go online to try, and order a product. It is the most discombobulated company I have ever worked with. All I am trying to do is buy my mom a couch. Last. Night. I was in a chat with LATRAVIA. She disconnected from me saying they were closed three different times because she did not want to answer my questions. What kind of customer service is that ASHLEY HOME FURNITUTE? I checked a better business bureau website. Ashley home furniture has a 1.12 rating with the Better Business Bureau, that is sad. Do not let them fool you. They have no customer service skills at all and they are liars. This morning. I chatted with three different people; JASON, KAY, and AMANDA. That was a joke. I was in a chat with them from 10:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. and I still do not have a couch for my 82-year-old Mother. JASON QUOTED me a delivery fee of $79.99 to deliver. And then the next agent gets on the line and tells me $219.00. How do you quote somebody a price and then take it back That is some crappy customer service. My wife and I visited Ashley to find a new mattress. Deana was very nice to work with. I spent almost 6k on a bed set. I was told by the sales associate that it had left the WH in New Mexico and that it should be there on that Friday and that once it was there on Friday they would get it delivered that day. That was a bold faced lie. Keep in mind that I talk frequently with the sales associate and was told this several times. Today is Friday. When I called them again (because they do not call me me as they say they would) I was told that it "should be" at the warehouse, but that there was no way that it would be delivered today and that they would have to find the next delivery date for my area that could require a significant wait. This is not a $10 toaster. It 6k worth of merchandise and I feel like this store has given me the runaround for 3, going on 4 weeks now. This is unexceptable.

The store manager stopped to ask how I was doing while I was waiting for my husband. I told him we saw a couch we were interested in, he was very kind and let us do our thing and browse. We went back to the couch we were interested in, and then he approached and gave us all of the information we needed! He was thorough, personable, and was not pushy like some people can get in sales roles. He helped me fill out our paper work, gave us an estimate window for delivery, and it was very simple and easy! With that said, we did not go through any financing, we just paid for it outright! We’re excited and cannot wait for delivery!! Will update after delivery!

Loved my experience there. I went for something specific, no one tried to hassle me or upsale me. I did ask about a few other things as I saw walking thru the store. She answered them and continued working on the item I chose. Super fast, wasn’t there for maybe 30 minutes.

We've always bought our furniture from one of the big box stores but decided to try Ashley's in Greenville. We have been so pleased with the whole process. Jake was our sale person and is also the store manager. He definitely went out of his way to make the whole process great. We had a bit of a mix up (on our part, not the store) and he made it right. He remembered our preferences when we returned to the store for the 2nd time and really took the time to make sure we got what was best for us. When we need a new piece of furniture we will 100% return. Everyone in the store is very friendly and not pushy at all.
I just have to say that Deanna West & Joe were a tremendous help. I needed a recliner for my sister who had been in the hospital since March. Deanna showed many chairs and was very knowledgeable about them. She and Joe loaded my purchase in my car for me.

I would not recommend Ashley. I was forced to have a $379 protection plan that I didn't want. Because I am so far out this is the only store close enough to me. I was told I couldn't buy anything unless I brought the 4 year protection plan. Another company that is squeezing everything they can from average person.

The selection for the living room furniture I wanted was very good. I have always liked the quality of the furniture. However, I was extremely disappointed with the delivery options. $299 and I could get deliveries as often as I wanted for a year. $199 for a one time delivery 40 miles away. Or, $50 for me to pick up at the store myself. Free pick up if I went to Texarkana to get it. Probably will never buy from them again for that reason.

I even stopped at the Ashley store in Greenville Tx 4 or 5 times but didn't see one that suited me until November 2023. They had exactly what I wanted. I purchased the sectional along with new office furniture for my husband. We are very satisfied with our purchase. A couple of days ago I went back and bought a second matching bookshelf for my husband's office. The furniture is very well made and beautiful. The worst place to buy furniture, I purchased something online and returned it because I didn't like it. It's been a month since the package was delivered by UPS and still waiting for the refund, customer service is useless, have called them three times and didn't resolve the problem. Definetly will never buy again anything from this company. Go with them at your own risk

Had such a great experience! Jessie was really patient with us and gave us a lot of options to choose from. We happily took home a sectional we were not sure we could afford but Ashley's was very flexible and Jessie helped work it into our budget.
The only thing I don't like is that the salespeople hover in the background and follow you all over the store. I didn't feel like I could talk openly to my husband about the furniture. The lady that helped us was fabulous! She was courteous, helpful, and friendly and was able to ask for a better price on the mattress we bought. I do recommend the store. Just be aware of the hovering salespeople.

She even let us “check out” a chair to see if it would work well with our existing dining table. Our sales guy, James, and the store manager were awesome!!! Very attentive, knowledgeable about the products, helpful and willing to work with us to try to find the right items at the best possible deals they could. The payment process, however, is lacking. I think they need to work on getting people who are in the store checked out more quickly. We waited for some time while the one gal, apparently no one else could check us out, worked on phone or online orders. Ended up having to leave for an appointment and had to take care of payment over the phone.

Everything went very well, until we got to the payment part of the process. I repeatedly said that I wanted to pay with my credit card, but the sales lady set me up for a payment plan for TD. Which I didn’t know was a bank. I stated again that I wanted to use my credit card, and the sales lady completely ignored what I said and proceeded with the purchase plan setup. I was very tired at this point, and so I thought I would just pay the bill at the transaction website, again not understanding that this was a bank loan for a bank. I was not provided with any information about TDBank, as to how I was to pay the loan that I didn’t want or need. When I called Ashley furniture to to try to get this corrected, I was told that I would have to wait until after 10am when the store was open. Then, they would be able to take my credit card payment over the phone. I called back after 10, and was told it would take a few hours to get the loan cancelled. So, I called back in a few hours, and was told it would take days to be refunded. So, they just kept putting me off. Then, I said that I was told I could go ahead make the credit card payment over the phone. After being put on hold, they finally took my card payment. I came to Ashley because my mother has bought a lot of furniture and didn’t have any trouble. So, do not know why I was treated this way. This was not good customer service.

The staff and management don’t care if you like your furniture or not, as long as you spend your money they’re happy. They train their employees to be like helicopter salespeople, constantly watching you and if you want to walk the store alone and JUST LOOK they’re told to never leave your side. It’s so creepy. No sense of customer autonomy. The salespeople are basically babying you, and for those employees who don’t want to do that, they are reprimanded. Before they open the store, they have a team chant that goes “customers don’t know $/?!.” I don’t know why anyone would want to spend their hard earned money with people who say you don’t know $/?!.

My experience buying furniture with Brittany was second to none! Brittany walked the entire floor with me trying several different options to see what would look best. She has a keen eye for seeing how things look before they are even put together. She spent hours helping me until I had the perfect living room set up. She was very detailed, even down to the accents that would bring my living room out. I can tell that she truly enjoys helping people feel great about the space that they live in. Brittany helped me to see things that look good together that I couldn’t see before, by literally, running all over the floor, moving things around and putting different looks together. And she did it with a genuine smile! She made me feel like I was her prize customer! Went in looking for a new recliner/lift chair for my elderly mom. Kristen met us with a warm smile and took a lot of time talking with my mom and explaining the controls. With my mom being on hospice, Kristen said she'd be keeping in touch once a week to keep me informed of the delivery status. I personally have never been in an Ashley store before, but I plan on shopping there for my own future needs!

4/1/23 We had an ok experience finding a new mattress and glad to have the 90 day guarantee! Marissa/our sales rep did a good job. I'll keep all updated on this 90 day exchange policy if I need to use it. Update: 5/02/23 After 30 days I decided the mattress was not working for me I was still waking up with pain so going in and having to spend another $2000 I took advantage of the 90 day exchange policy. I am getting a much better mattress then the first one. It is a Beauty Rest black hybrid. >it took almost 3-4 weeks for mattress exchange as it had to be ordered. Delivery 5/31/23 There's a definite lack of communicating and getting answers. There was some frustration involved and finally during that I was to get a phone call from the manager in Texarkana and he was going to help me finalize some things. His name is Devin and he is the manager of the store in Texarkana. He called, we talked but he was supposed to call back and hasn't as of yet 6/3/23 Seeing that I am just beginning the very 1st part of this 2nd mattress exchange, I will give you an update on that later!

Bre was absolutely AMAZING. Could not have asked for a better experience. She went above and beyond, helped measure couches, and was so patient with me and my toddler while my spouse (at home) measured out the couches in our space. Update: our couch was delivered and the guys were super quick, efficient, and nice. We were stop number 10 for their day and they still came in super friendly. 10 out of 10. All was fine, the staff and sale were fine until I got online later in the evening to look up what I bought to send to a family member and realized I was up charged. I purchased for $1339 for just a mattress and platform (with delivery) but when I got online and added everything to my cart it came out to $1201 and online it included a mattress protector, mattress, and platform (INCLUDING FREE DELIVERY, that I was previously charged $100 for in store) So I total I was up charged near $200 by going in store.

After lots of hours looking on line, we finally found a sofa/loveseat we really liked. Didn’t want to order it without first sitting on it of course. So we called Ashley’s in Greenville, talked with Sara, and she told us they had the set on the floor! When we arrived today, Sara warmly welcomed us and showed us the set. Perfect! We didn’t like the coffee table in the set though. So while we looked around in the store, Sara tried to look online what other options would be available for us. We found a beautiful ottoman at the other end of the store. Sara just picked it up and carried it to the sofa set we wanted, so we could see how it all looked together. Perfect! Paperwork went very smooth, we got a really great deal and only will have to wait a few weeks for delivery. Couldn’t be any happier. Thank you for helping us, Sara! You’ve made our day!

I’m kinda upset that this was put in this website but was not me. I haven’t had a horrible experience but am not happy with ordering a new living room suite i”on Sept 9th 2022 which they told us 3-4 weeks and still to current date of 11.4.2022 we have yet to receive just weekly updates stating 3-6 more weeks. This is not making anyone happy. Now you can post my dissatisfaction. I’m afraid Ashleys will no stay in business very long if they are doing others this way.

I find it hard to believe that all of their 5 star reviews are legit. BEWARE BUYING FROM THEM, wait times are excessive and you have to sign a disclaimer at time of purchase saying that you are aware of 4 month wait time and can not cancel or get a refund. I regret going there!

It has been a nightmare getting my entertainment center, going on 5 months now. They order me wrong first and then ordered me wrong one again. Saturday 25, 2022 they ordered me another one and it will take 6 to 8 weeks for it to come to the warehouse, very apologized! Nightmare! 😢

Manager and assoc great. Although i went in week ago to explain to return my money for the frame that I paid for that was returnened. The girl their with read hair was very rude got made and stormed off would not isten to word I was saying and said she had nothing more to say because she was right. In the end spoke to manager that was their and he said no I was right we were charged and would refund.
Sales person was helpful but had to many clients to be tentative to our needs, she was running back and forth between clients and could not focus on all the questions I had, so I just skipped to the important ones and left some of the smaller details such as when will they deliver I got a general date no time no conformation. Need more sales people on the floor.
While on vacation we stopped in to take a look around. We were very pleasa ntly surprised with the customer service we received. September Peel was extremely social and knowledgeable of the stores merchandise. We were there for over an hour with her. Not what we expected. Coming back next month to pick up a new addition for our home back in Kansas. Can't say enough how pleased we were with her profession demeanor and look forward to seeing her soon.
Visited this store while on vacation in Texas. September is not just the best month of the year but apparently also the name of one of the best employees at an Ashley's furniture I've ever seen. Friendly, intuitive, insightful, and understanding. Wish every store had someone like her in KC.

Octob… no that’s not right… Novem… no, no that’s not it. 🤔… 🫰 OH! September Peel!! She was extremely accommodating, even after I asked to destroy the bathroom (and promptly did). She smiled the whole time even though I must’ve smelled like an absolute rubbish bin. 10/10 would recommend both the facilities at this location and the staff.

Was promised delivery within four months. They're trying REALLY HARD but have no idea when they will be trying to deliver. Stay away. They have no idea how to resolve issues Had to threaten to cancel the order due to non-performance to even get a manager on the phone. STAY AWAY, they lie.

Ordered furniture Mid-February and still have not received it. Everytime the projected delivery date comes around, it gets pushed back another month. I have been told Mid-April, May, Mid May, June and Late June. Here we are, late June and I can't get a proper update, or even anyone to answer my calls. No end in site, only excuses as to why I haven't received my furniture. Will not do business with them again.

Purchased a bed frame and mattress. Took over an hour to place the order. Held up in store way too long as I was paying cash. Got bed, I was told I needed a mattress only and no box springs but I needed one after all so had to go purchase somewhere else. The bed came in 2 weeks later with no instructions and no bolts to put the headboard together. All this after spending almost $2000.
Jennifer was VERY helpful. She sent me emails with photos of the chair that I wanted. When I got to the store, she had the paper work ready. This kind of service is rare these days. This is my new furniture store from now on. Thanks!

I would give this place more stars if I could. When I purchased my items I had no idea the staff would be as courteous and friendly as they were. I bought new living room furniture from Ashley Furniture in Greenville Tx this morning and had the pleasure of working with Zarrian who was so helpful and knowledgeable. I really wasn’t planning to buy anything today but he allowed me to browse through the store and “test” the furniture until I found the perfect sofa. There was no pressure at all. He and the sales manager worked the deal and papers were signed and I have new furniture coming!
