From start to finish, I had a great experience with Ashley Furniture in Greenville, TX.

Costumer service was very good. Once I decided on the night stand it was ordered. And hopefully it will be here in a few days.

This location is awesome. Every one here is Friendly, our sale person,David, was knowledgeable, and very nice No pushy sales pitches, and had a lot of ideas.

They store is awesome, everyone there was really nice, and were really anxious to help. Our sales Person,David, was very knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. He listened to our needs and was very patient working with us.

Deal almost done and loading recliner from the sales floor that was said to have been just put out on Wednesday and today is Saturday. I noticed as the gentleman was putting it on the dolly that the back was not all the way down on the recliner and requested he make sure it would go down before I bought an open box chair from display. He worked hard and definitely struggled for a while with it. Which in turn validated my concern that it could possibly have a problem. Sales lady was present and I asked if they had another still in the box and told me no. He finally got it down and then removed the back again so we could load it. At this point a lady presented in what looked like pajama pants and said it’s a recliner - the metal is fine we just put it out this morning. I said no Wednesday. The gentlemen working on it confirmed that too. I guess she didn’t like that. I expressed that I just wanted to make sure it was ok before I left with it. She said I don’t mean to be defensive but it’s a 200 dollar chair - I mean and she mentioned her defensiveness a couple more times. I told her excuse me it is a 350$ chair with tax and it’s my money and I would like it to be correct before I leave with it. She was rude, condescending and extremely disrespectful walking off yelling you have a good day repeatedly. I did raise my volume and told her she was rude and disrespectful and she continued to walk away yelling across the entire store. I then decided that I did not want to do business with Ashley furniture and told them they could just keep it and cancel the order. Went up front to get papers confirming cancel and found that she is the manager of this store. Poor management lacking in people and customer skills. She then decided the chair needed to be pulled from the floor and marked as problem. Why didn’t she do this to begin with or calm my concerns instead of being degrading and disrespectful. I will never purchase from Ashley again. I will not be treated this way. There was no reason for her demeanor or actions. She presented with an attitude the moment she walked up to us on the floor and didn’t even try to address my concern about the recliner. Not a good way to do business.

I want to say that our salesperson, David, was great. He was the only positive part of this whole experience. I came in to the Greenville store, knowing exactly what I wanted. The only reason I chose to come into the store, rather than purchasing the living room set online, was I wanted the 60 month 0% interest financing. According to the website this was only available in store. When it came time to order the set and pay I was told that I needed to purchase the “optional protection plan” to be able to do the 60 month financing. If I didn’t want to buy the “optional, but now required” protection plan I would not be able to get the 60 month financing. This was explained to be by the store manager. When I said to her that there was nothing on the website that said I had to purchase the protection plan to get financing, I was told that it states “exclusions apply, and this is an exclusion.” Since I didn’t want to pay $406 for a product I didn’t want, I could only get 24 months of 0% financing. Which was exactly what I could have gotten online, without having to drive 40 minutes to get to the store in Greenville and it ended up costing $80 more than if I had purchased it online. The next day I went to another Ashley store when I told them what had happened, they immediately told me that the protection plan was completely optional and not required for financing. I purchased the exact same set from this store with the 60 month financing. When I called to cancel the order from Greenville, the store manager tried to tell me that she was not aware that I wanted the 60 month financing. If she had known she would have been able to help. When I reminded her, she explicitly told me “exclusions apply, and this is an exclusion.” Her response was “Too bad you went to a corporate store. I’ll cancel the order.” She hung up without saying anything else or waiting for a response. If this is what a Franchise store looks like, I will go to a Corporate store every time. The whole experience felt shady, underhanded and deceptive. Either there is some incredibly manipulative store policies at this location or badly trained managers, but I will not be coming back to this location.

Javier was great to work with. I don't think I've ever had anybody ever explain how a mattress works for your body. He took great care of us and explain things to help us pick out the correct mattress for our needs.

Even though it did take a while to get everything we ordered it was worth the wait. The wait time had nothing to do with the store itself. Maryassisted us from the beginning and answered any questions we had during the process. The delivery crew did amazing and are very respectful as well, they made sure everything was in order before leaving our home.

So is this customer service okay? First, Delivery took almost two months. My elderly parents expected to receive a real leather couch but their house reeked of plastic on delivery. They questioned the quality and were suspicious that it was plastic. Delivery people couldn’t confirm and so Full disclosure, my mom did test a small section behind the couch with a lighter to show it wasn’t leather and that’s their justification for not accepting a return. they had to go back to the store for clarification. For $2600, you would expect real leather not sneaky “leather where you sit” after they complained. This is deceptive! As retirees that money is not frivolously spent as they expected a quality purchase. So it’s okay to sell a cheap mostly PLASTIC product advertised as leather, but the customer cannot prove you wrong about it. Quite literally burning money purchasing at Ashley in Greenville TX since they paid in cash and the store will not offer an exchange nor a refund for customer satisfaction. Make sure your sales people are clear about what is leather because I know my old school parents didn’t think they were buying plastic.

I am formally documenting an unacceptable customer service experience involving management at this location. My parents were explicitly told they were purchasing a leather couch. Upon delivery, it became apparent the material was not leather, at which point the issue was raised in good faith at the time of delivery. EDIT: there was no resolve and clearly no accountability given the response from the owner. The manager’s response was dismissive, condescending, and unprofessional. He refused to provide corporate contact information, declined to offer a refund, and spoke to my sister who was there on behalf of my mother in a demeaning manner, implying my mother “did not know better” due to a lack of prior furniture purchases. Regardless of any dispute over product details, misrepresentation of materials and disrespectful treatment of customers, particularly older customers, is unacceptable. While the delivery issue was eventually corrected, the manager’s conduct reflects a serious failure in customer service and accountability. This experience warrants review by corporate leadership. We will not be returning and highly recommend others avoid this establishment.

This is not a review of the employees as they were great. All super friendly and helpful. The issue is we bought a couch a little over a year ago and it is falling apart. Fabric is ripping at the seams. The fabric on the seat of the couch is coming unattached from the couch. The foot rests are squeaking and they have a glitch when you go to put them up and down. So we spent about 3k on a couch and it’s a year later and we already need a new couch. The quality of the products they sell just isn’t very good.

I had a wonderful experience at the Greenville Ashley store. Went in just to look at different beds and ended up with best service from Javier Solano, very knowledgeable and friendly. My wife and I decided to purchase a new bed same day! Customer service still goes a long way with me!

Purchased electric sofa and love seat in December 2024 and in March the padding came out from under the legs and the seat. After a few weeks of working with customer service they sent a repairman out to replace the defective parts. Shortly aftrmer that we noticed that the same thing was happening again. Due to being in the hospital and being sick, I was not able to pursue getting back with Ashley until recently. For the last few weeks I have received no response response from Ashley except someone will be in touch with you shortly. I have not heard anything from the service department OR the upper management team that was going to see what's going on. STaY AWAY FROM ASHLEY!

Today was my second purchase at Ashley’s store in Greenville TX. I returned b/c of the good experience and quality of product during my first purchase. Today I was treated with the same respect and am looking forward to taking delivery on my purchases. They made the whole process easy.

The Fourth of July tent sale was what brought me in. I browsed what was there and was surprised that so much furniture had already been sold. I was helped right away by two staff, both of whom attended to all my questions. I eventually made my way into the store and found just what I was looking for. Mary came from the tent and made sure to help me with any questions I had. She was extremely helpful and I did not feel over pressured. When I finally made my purchase Mary helped me finalize everything and I couldn’t be happier about my purchase and my experience!

I went in with and met Cody with a list of furniture I needed due to a move in resident. He took my list led me through the store help me find the stuff I need and got me in and out. I am so pleased the process of moving has Tire me out and I was real proud of everything I got thank you so much.

Purchased furniture recently & was told I would not get charged promotional fees for 60 mth if I paid full price & not the sale price. Ashleys then charges me anyways & I could have taken the 30 mo pay off with no fees. Manager at Ashley tells me there is nothing he can do because it's delivered already as if I knew they were going to lie about it after delivery. Makes no sense & was a ignorant reply. False information was given from Vee about it. Why would I be ok with a fee for 60 mths if I don't need that long so that they can charge me anyways. Beware people they are giving false information. I will never buy from them again. And will tell EVERYONE I know that buys there. There was no confusion on my end. It was Ashley's sales team that was confused to m I ney grab. Leaving me a voicemail that you can't fix it because items were just delivered makes no sense either. It is a crummy sales tactic to money grab & no one appreciates a lie.

Excellent customer service and beautiful furniture options. We made the mistake of going to Rooms to Go before going to Ashley Furniture. Ashley furniture has also been our final choice because they have a much better selection.

When we went to Ashley‘s, we were greeted near the front door by Deana West. She asked my partner and I if she could help us with anything and I said we were looking for living room furniture. She made sure that we were fully informed about the products in the store. She answered all our questions promptly. I was very impressed with her customer service skills. Just to make a long story short, I will definitely go back to do my shopping at Ashley’s.

2. Google, you are a pain! Why can’t I leave a second review? That’s just silly. Anyway, Breyonia did a lot of pre-work for me and I did my homework too. This time she helped me get dining room furniture for my grandson and a sofa recliner to match the recliner I bought last visit. They’re so genuine and helpful at Ashley Furniture. I’m grateful they’re located so close to me. I feel like Bre and the others must love their work a d it shows with the customers. I feel like I’m visiting a close friend when I step into the store. I wanted to see if the recliner I looked up on the Ashley Furniture website had one on the floor for me to try before ordering it, given it had an 8- to 14-week delivery time. Turns out it was to be discontinued, but the exact one I wanted was in the store and it is perfect for me. Thank you, Breyonia, for letting me know that I was going to get the best deal of my life and a gorgeous smile to go with it. Deanna was absolutely amazing! Friendly, kind, listened to what I wanted, it was just like hanging out with my best friend. You have a great employee in Deanna, because of her I will do all my furniture shopping with Ashley Furniture.

One would think shopping for a bedroom suite would be easy but after shopping several stores for the perfect one and not being able to locate it, we went in Ashley’s in Greenville, Tx. We met Corey and he stayed back and allowed us to browse a while. We found a beautiful set and working with Corey and his Mgr. we closed the deal . Corey and his Mgr were very polite, not pushy and answered all of our questions and concerns. We will be shopping at Ashley and with Corey in the future.

Marissa assisted me with picking out living room furniture. Jake also assisted me . They were a pleasure to work with.

Everyone was so nice and explained things to me on a level of my understanding. They helped when I asked questions and were very descriptive to make sure there were no misunderstandings. So, as an overall rating I’ll give it a great review for their GREAT work! ✌🏼 EDIT; My first review was 5 stars but now it’s 1. I am making a second review, an updated version from my last one. I brought a second mattress after I returned the first one because it didn’t inflate right and was hard as a rock. The manager herself told me that if I wanted to I could return the second one if I wasn’t satisfied with my purchase, but I just got off the phone with her…and she said that I couldn’t return my SECOND one because it was due to me being “unsatisfied” instead of there being a problem with the actual product like the last one. Basically I was lied to so DON’T SHOP HERE! They will gleefully return something that’s defective, but as soon as you aren’t satisfied, they don’t care and won’t return to give you a full refund. I already brought another mattress so there isn’t a reason for me to keep this one. Edit 2; I spoke with the regional manager, and he was super sweet and helpful about this situation. They have agreed to compensate me by giving me a refund with a 20% restocking fee, but that’s fine with me. My review still still be staying a one star because I had to go to ANOTHER Ashley’s Furniture Store for this problem to be solved when I shouldn’t have had to in the first place.

In store shopping was fine unfortunately the wait time for our delivery was much longer the we were told at the time of purchase. Paid cash up front we a delivery date set for 2 weeks, after two weeks of no update date we called ourselves to be told that the store manager at the time of sale was no longer there and there was both they could help us with. Just our experience so each and everyone to there own but we definitely do not plan on shopping with Ashely furniture again!!!

We went to Ashley‘s on a warranty exchange on a mattress not knowing what to expect or how to even go about the exchange. Trina, our product specialist was very eager to help us. She was very informative with the product and because she didn’t know all the answers to our questions brought in the store manager to help us with our selection. What I thought I was gonna have to do to get the warranty taken care of, they took over and took care of all of the paperwork and communication with the Beautyrest warranty team. They made it painless for us. I’m so grateful we went to Ashley‘s and any future furniture purchases that we make will definitely be from Ashley‘s in Greenville, Texas

Communication from store to customer has been terrible. Was told 2 weeks for our stuff to be delievered and now be month and still won’t get everything. Only excuse they gave is our salesman no longer with them. Don’t matter still your job as a business to communicate with customers. Don’t recommend this location if anything. Lady answers the phone is also rude and not helpful.

We had a last minute issue with an order from another company and Marissa went out of her way (on a rainy Friday evening) to help me locate the chair we needed, gave us an excellent price, wrapped the item, and got it all loaded in my car (beyond grateful for this offer as my foot was incapacitated at the time). To top off an excellent experience, the efficiency and kindness were unbeatable. Needless to say, the other company has lost our business. Next time, I’ll drive from Dallas to Ashley in Greenville to begin with.

I was greeted quickly by several friendly people, was shown the selection, paid for it, got it loaded in my vehicle, and was in and out of the store with a new mattress in less than 30 minutes, (even with the computer system being down). Stopped by for a mattress and Mr Lyle was very informative and helpful. Coincidentally they had one we liked available on-site due to a previous order cancelation so we managed to drive away same-day with exactly what we were looking for! Mr Lyle even helped load the box onto my trailer, all around he's an awesome and knowledgeable guy and I would recommend stopping in to see him with any of your furniture shopping needs.

I had originally called the Paris store to place my order and they didn’t seem like they wanted to help me very much right from the beginning and they they told me they would have to call me back an hour later they called and told me the item I wanted was out of stock…I told them it showed available…the lady said well I don’t know it’s not available…. Ordered a power loveseat recliner that Ashley had to order. When it came in they called and we went to pick it up. Got home unboxed and it was manual. Called to let them know and they were going to let us keep it to use until the correct one came in but we didn’t take them up on their offer. When it came in we were out of town and went to pickup it on Monday. They don’t do pickups on Monday which we didn’t know and wanted to know if we could come back the next day. The guy that works there was in the store on his day off with his wife. He offered to pull the order and load it for us. Thank you so much for taking your time off with your wife to pull and load for us. We greatly appreciate it.

This store is AMAZING! I ventured out with my friend in a search for a variety of pieces of furniture. We were instantly greeted with a smile and offered a nice beverage! We had the pleasure of working with Mary and Jon and told them what we wanted. They literally did laps around the store and everything they could to accommodate us and got us what we wanted and needed! Mary and Jon even provided us with a detailed information folder with our purchases. Showed us our protection plans, color options, and more! I live in mesquite! So in my opinion driving to Greenville for phenomenal customer service is well worth it!

Can’t recommend this place enough!!! Marissa was incredible, we’re so grateful for her patience and help. This location also had the best selection, in my opinion! We went to the Frisco one before coming here and we found way more options when searching for a couch. And everyone here was way friendlier and not pushy at all. Marissa was also super knowledgeable and knew a ton about all the couch options off the top of her head. Such a great experience and we will definitely be back any time we need anything else!

I have to say, the Ashley furniture store in Greenville, TX is amazing. The payment plans are super reasonable and the in store staff were great! My sales person Marissa was great. Non pressure and answered my questions without making me feel stupid. The gentlemen that delivered my couch, Kyle and Brent were fantastic! Professional, timely and did a great job setting everything up for me! An amazing experience all the way around!

This is got to be the most pushy and the least respectful retail store I have ever dealt with. I purchased from a relative literally years ago purely because it was a relative. She has not worked with this company for years now and they still repeatedly call me and when I don't answer they text me trying to get me to come in for sales and promotions. If I had known it was going to be this much of a hassle simply purchasing a mattress I wouldn't have gone there even with my relative working there. I empathize with the fact that y'all work on commission and are sales people but for the love of God please take a hint. I will never purchase from Ashley furniture ever again purely due to the inconvenience of having to repeatedly ask for them to stop trying to contact me YEARS LATER.

Was looking for a love seat to match a set we already had. Found exact one.After leaving we heard another retailer had same one at a lower cost .They matched price and issued refund. We are very pleased with sales person and process.

Whatever you do, do not go online to try, and order a product. It is the most discombobulated company I have ever worked with. All I am trying to do is buy my mom a couch. Last. Night. I was in a chat with LATRAVIA. She disconnected from me saying they were closed three different times because she did not want to answer my questions. What kind of customer service is that ASHLEY HOME FURNITUTE? I checked a better business bureau website. Ashley home furniture has a 1.12 rating with the Better Business Bureau, that is sad. Do not let them fool you. They have no customer service skills at all and they are liars. This morning. I chatted with three different people; JASON, KAY, and AMANDA. That was a joke. I was in a chat with them from 10:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. and I still do not have a couch for my 82-year-old Mother. JASON QUOTED me a delivery fee of $79.99 to deliver. And then the next agent gets on the line and tells me $219.00. How do you quote somebody a price and then take it back That is some crappy customer service. My wife and I visited Ashley to find a new mattress. Deana was very nice to work with. She was extremely patient with us taking our time to consider all the options, and she stayed past closing time on multiple occasions to ensure we had the best experience and the least amount of pressure. Overall, our experience was excellent, and we would shop at Ashley again in the future.

I spent almost 6k on a bed set. I was told by the sales associate that it had left the WH in New Mexico and that it should be there on that Friday and that once it was there on Friday they would get it delivered that day. That was a bold faced lie. Keep in mind that I talk frequently with the sales associate and was told this several times. Today is Friday. When I called them again (because they do not call me me as they say they would) I was told that it "should be" at the warehouse, but that there was no way that it would be delivered today and that they would have to find the next delivery date for my area that could require a significant wait. This is not a $10 toaster. It 6k worth of merchandise and I feel like this store has given me the runaround for 3, going on 4 weeks now. This is unexceptable.

We went in on a Saturday afternoon. We were able to browse without anyone hovering over us, which we greatly appreciate!! The store manager stopped to ask how I was doing while I was waiting for my husband. I told him we saw a couch we were interested in, he was very kind and let us do our thing and browse. We went back to the couch we were interested in, and then he approached and gave us all of the information we needed! He was thorough, personable, and was not pushy like some people can get in sales roles. He helped me fill out our paper work, gave us an estimate window for delivery, and it was very simple and easy! With that said, we did not go through any financing, we just paid for it outright! We’re excited and cannot wait for delivery!! Will update after delivery!
