4/1/23 We had good experience finding a new mattress and glad to have the 90 day guarantee! Marissa/our sales rep did a good job. I'll keep all updated on this 90 day exchange policy if I need to use it. Update: 5/02/23 After 30 days I decided the mattress was not working for me I was still waking up with pain so going in and having to spend another $2000 I took advantage of the 90 day exchange policy. I am getting a much better mattress then the first one. It is a Beauty Rest black hybrid. >it took almost 3-4 weeks for mattress exchange as it had to be ordered. Delivery 5/31/23 There's a definite lack of communicating and getting answers. There was some frustration involved and finally during that I was to get a phone call from the manager in Texarkana and he was going to help me finalize some things. His name is Devin and he is the manager of the store in Texarkana. He called, we talked but he was supposed to call back and hasn't as of yet 6/3/23 Seeing that I am just beginning the very 1st part of this 2nd mattress exchange, I will give you an update on that later!
