This was the 3rd time ive come to pick up an order. The first time they took a while to grab it and load it, but every time ive come since the wait has been shorter and shorter. Would happily purchase and pick from this Ashley's location

Ordered online on 11/27/24. Was told delivery was on 12/16 between 8am- 11:30. At 11:45 received notification delivery was rescheduled for 12/19 between 8am- 11:45. At 10:30 called to ask if my delivery still on schedule since no one has arrived. Was told delivery was rescheduled for 12/29. Sent an email to Ashley’s furniture how I was not satisfied with their service. Received an email back stating delivery has been rescheduled till 1/16/26. I replied what can I do to speak to manager or on having my order canceled. Received an email my order has been canceled. No communication or consideration on Ashley Furniture. Their service STINKS!!!!

Not a good experience at the Ashley home store in BROWNSVILLE … We are not satisfied with the product of sofas , they weren’t displayed in showroom because they only had a sectional similar to . Salesman told us that is was wall saver and we just found out it is not . The part that connects to other part of sofa doesn’t fit sturdy ! We are so unsatisfied ! Management , corporate and owner has not done anything to help us … we are not asking for money but an exchange ! Plus e were told a different an amount on protection plan and that’s because I kept asking !!! It’s a shame and we regret buying here

The people there were friendly and very helpful. I was in and out very quickly. They even loaded the part of sofa was picking up on my truck for me. Only problem is I haven't been able to find out when the 2nd piece is coming in for me to pick it up, so I only give them 4 stars.

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Beyond Disappointed! My wife and I decided to stop by this store on a whim because we desperately needed a new sofa. She had her heart set on a sectional priced around $900, but to our surprise, that model wasn’t even available here. Instead, she fell in love with a sectional from the Larce series. We spoke to the salesperson, who quoted us $1,600 for the floor model and $1,700 for a brand-new one. Easy decision, right? We just needed to go home, measure, and make sure it would fit. The very next day, my wife returned—only to be told that the original quote was a “one-time offer” and the new price was now $1,900! Frustrated but wanting to make her happy, we went through with the purchase anyway. They promised everything was in stock and that delivery would happen on the scheduled date. Delivery day came, and at first, things seemed perfect. The crew arrived on time, professional, and careful. They left everything wrapped, and I started assembling the sectional myself. Everything was fine—until the very last piece. Instead of receiving the Right Arm Loveseat, we got a Left Arm Loveseat. Everything was wrapped so well that I didn’t notice until the very end! I immediately called customer service, only to be met with skepticism, as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. They demanded pictures—fine, I sent them. They admitted the mistake, but then made me resend the photos again after I missed their call. Eventually, they told me the correct piece couldn’t be delivered until the next day. Annoying, but what could I do? The next day, the replacement arrived—and the box was torn open. I thought, “Whatever, as long as it’s the right piece.” But as I started assembling, I realized it was stained with some nasty blue and brown marks. I was furious. My wife, already exhausted from this ordeal, just said, “Forget it. They’re not going to fix it anyway.” So now here we are—with a sectional that cost nearly two grand, delivered in pieces, wrong the first time, and damaged the second time. This has been one of the most frustrating, disappointing experiences we’ve ever had. We will never shop here again.
