UPDATE: 2/27/2025 @4:09 PM At 12:57pm Sam from the Tomball Parkway store called. He talked very fast regarding the fact there is a leg missing from our bedframe. I tried to slow him down and walk through the situation as when we were at the store on Monday, 2/24/2025 we addressed the bed, it's the floor model and as is. We spoke about all the frame parts, they were all there we signed. He raised his voice to me and I replied to take it down a notch. He stated it's as is you can get a 4x and fix it. I said that's not acceptable, he said well we just noticed it's gone or we never recieved it originally. He said ill just call the driver and cancel your delivery. I asked to speak with manager or sales that we spoke with. He said DJ is with a customer but he will have him call me in 10 minutes and yall can figure it out. DJ called @ 1:15pm. He stated he just got into the store, he wasn't there prior with a customer. We talked about the situation and he stated we can get you a leg, it should have been there. He stated he was going to speak to Manager, Vanessa, tomorrow when she is in. 3:13 PM delivery arrived. Driver comes to door with 1 of the pillows we show him where to go. He stated he has a bed and a mattress we agreed and stated and you are taking the old mattress. He looked confused and walked to the room. He asked what is wrong with this mattress we stated it's not comfortable. He goes back to truck and cones back with headboard. My husband has to help him, he seemed to be struggling, he began to slide the foot of the headboard on the floor into room when I quickly said don't drag on floor it will scratch. We have polished concrete throughout. The second delivery guy came to door with a dolly and the 3 bed rails on it. I said just don't bring dolly in so it doesn't scratch my floors. He said it won't scratch, I said just don't bring it in. He got upset by me saying that. Grabbed one of the rails and walked inside. As they began to put frame together I said which leg is missing. He pointed it out, he said he talked to big boss and nothing will be done your keeping it. I took a few pictures and stepped away and called DJ back. The attitudes of the drivers were rude, I understand they have hard physical days but we were friendly as none of this was their fault. As they were getting ready to leave I asked where do we note the leg is missing, he stated you can't, I talked to the big boss, the district manager, and she stated you bought it this way. My husband then filled out the part of the screen, on his phone, that 1 leg is missing. I assume they will delete it based on their reactions. I then sent a message to sales rep stating this same thing. This is just unacceptable, the sales part of this transaction was great as you can read below. However, the execution is where they fail. So now it's a ping pong of a missing leg. Somehow went missing but only after we purchased, that's unacceptable. To have Sam, I guess assistant store manager, raise his voice and speak the way he did is not something that should be tolerated. Ashley Furniture needs to make good on their transactions, I understand our obligation but you can't change the terms after the purchase has been made. Nonesense this is where it is after such a positive interaction at store on Monday. Let's see what they do now... First time at this location and it was the best by far. Raquel, apologies on spelling, was friendly upon us arriving giving us the space to look around. Then the store manager, another apology I can't remember at this moment his name. He was amazing as well, they worked together. The I formation he provided on mattresses was what we needed to make pur selection. He took the tine to show us everything based on our needs and wants out of a mattress. Gosh, I cannot say enough good things about our experience here tonight. Thank you to these two what a great experience!

Alyssa was great! Showed us all the options possible and eventually we found the perfect dining room table. After that we were inclined to look at a couch as well. We will be back soon!

Come to this location to view more items on the floor. Once you make a decision about what you want head to the Spring location. Their financing people are not trying to scam people and their sales reps. Don’t try to pressure you by talking fast and making promises they can’t keep. Get everything in writing.

I was immediately greeted by a sales woman as I walked in. She was friendly and knowledgeable, but most importantly she listened to me. I told her I was interested in a smaller dining set. She showed the dining sets and the different options available. I found a dining set that I wanted, and made my purchase. She didn't drag me through the store trying to 'interest' me other items. I was in and out of the store in less than an hour. I can't remember the young woman's name, but I did appreciate her assistance and knowledge.

My son and I went to look at a specific sofa. The 1st woman who asked to help us, did not want to listen to what I asked about. She came in really hot. I was about to leave without even looking at sofas when she passed us off to Toby Trahan. Thank goodness! Toby listened to my concerns. He showed us several sofas. And even showed me a mattress. I ended up buying a beautiful sofa and a new mattress set. Delivery will be Friday. I couldn't be happier! Looking forward to being comfortable soon! Thank you Toby! Elaine M.

My husband and I were in the market for some new furniture for our new place. We had a really good experience here and Jeff was very helpful in letting us known about different promotions they were running as well as what they could do for us when it came to modifying certain pieces to our liking. Overall I would recommend this place if you’re in the market to get reasonably priced furniture. They were really easy to work with when it came to financing.

Delivery service & experience is a disappointment. - We have been long time Ashley customers and went in the store to purchase an oversized chair and ottoman. The store service was great. We selected a delivery date for the chair, and a later delivery date for the ottoman based on stock availability. Totally OK. 3 day prior to our initial chair delivery, we received numerous calls/text/email messages asking us to confirm delivery date of Mon 1/27/25. We confirmed Yes. We received acknowledgment. On Sunday, we received our 3 hour window Monday 4:15pm - 7:15pm. Acceptable. We made arrangements to have someone home for that 3 hour window. However, no one ever showed up. No one called to say there was a delay or issue. Customer service closed at 7pm so there was no way we could get questions answered. (Why does customer service close when you still have a delivery window open?) We called the following day and customer service told us our delivery was CANCELED for Monday with no reason at all. The chair delivery had been rescheduled for Saturday, 2/1 and would be delivered with the ottoman. - I am so very disappointed with the delivery service Ashley has or contracted out. I spent a lot of time and effort to move furniture around for delivery guys to bring in, only to put it back and do it again in 5 days.

Ashley Furniture offers exceptional service with a professional and friendly team. Their prices are very reasonable, and the entire shopping experience was seamless. Highly recommend!

Here is my experience with Ashley Furniture. I bought a mattress with its box spring, which cost me around $3000. For those who are thinking about shopping here, I suggest you think twice, actually, better make it three times. On December 28th, 2024, I made the purchase, and everything was supposed to arrive by January 6th, 2025, but they only sent me the mattress without the box spring. It was total incompetence, and I had to leave the mattress in the living room, where we eat. Afterward, Ashley scheduled the box spring delivery for January 21st, 2025, but after I made a complaint, they moved it to January 15th, 2025. On the delivery day, the incompetent people at Ashley sent me only one part of the box spring, as it comes in two parts. I spoke with the delivery people, and they told me that out of the 17 deliveries they had, more than 8 people complained because their furniture arrived in different colors or was not the item they ordered. They also told me that the shipping logistics are prepared at the store location where you buy the item, but even then, I wouldn’t risk buying from any Ashley Furniture. Now I have to wait until January 21st, 2025, to receive my box spring. It’s incredible how expensive furniture and beds are, and having to wait almost three weeks to receive it. THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING HERE.

Great experience from the moment we walked in to the moment we wrapped up our purchase. Desiree Davis was our sales representative and she was awesome! We were in the market for a new power recliner sofa and chair, and Desiree took her time in showing us all of their inventory. And after about two hours of trying out different sofas, we finally narrowed down to the one we wanted. Desiree was very professional and patient throughout the whole process. If anyone is in the market for new furniture, I highly recommend visiting the Ashely Willowbrook location and asking for Desiree Davis to assist with your next purchase, you won’t be disappointed.

This location has a pretty wide selection of furniture to browse. The employee we worked with was Raquel and she was extremely pleasant to work with during the shopping experience. She was present when needed and not overly overbearing while looking around. I feel that the pricing might be a little high but the quality of the product seems to stand out compared to other comparable brands. I have a feeling we will be shopping here frequently over the next year.

First off this is our second time shopping and most likely will not be shopping from here again . This time we bought a clearance couch which I inspected and everything was working just fine . Next day we come to pick it up, the wires on the back of the couch were semi snapped off. We tried returning for help but none was given to us . I understand all sales are final but not even any help at all as to what we could do to fix it . Very sad to say the least. Very disappointed

Went in late Saturday looking for a mattress, we had just left some other stores but they left a lot to be desired unlike here with Samer he made my process so easy, I expressed what kind of mattress we were looking for and ended up with something extremely better! I am so satisfied with what we got he even sold us on the adjustable base and all the warranty’s, the honesty and efficiency was top notch definitely recommend this location and make sure to ask for Samer.

They lied to me several times in the store about removing the old mattress and box spring then on the delivery day they refused to take it. Went to the store and was told they only do that for premium mattresses. Save yourself a headache and go to Mattress Mack! They are not true to their word here!

I went into the store knowing exactly what I wanted. The salesperson was nice but followed me at every move that I made while browsing. I was given a delivery date of 1/4/25 while at the store. The next day, I received an email and was given an option of 1/14, 15 or 16. I called the store to inquire. I was told it must have changed when the order went into the system. We'll see when I actually get my chair.

My salesperson Rachel at the Ashleys Willowbrook location was very personable and proficient in the sale of my furniture purchase. She took me from end to end of the store until I found what I wanted and that took a while and her attitude remained positive throughout the entire time because when I say she pretty much showed me every style of the furniture that I was looking for and I finally found it. Thank you so much Rachel and I would highly recommend you!!

The Willowbrook experience was excellent! However the pick up at Ashley outlet was not a good experience… line of people waiting ONE forklift running for pick up. I can see other forklifts and men standing on the other end chatting .. the attendant was nice but was not able to help retrieve items from racks. Those forklifts could be helping this guy.

The salespeople didn't mention I would be waiting 2 months for a love seat, so fine. I wait just to end up with a love seat that smells like second-hand smoke. The smell is so strong my head hurts.

My experience with Ashley Furniture was AMAZING until the day of delivery. There was an old delivery driver who was so rude and complained the whole time! He just started throwing my stuff anywhere and when I tried to help he just sighed and complained more. This delivery was the worst delivery I’ve ever experienced! This was my first time at Ashley's (located on Mills Road and Willowbrook). I was in there for over 3 hours because I was amazed by the prices and the quality of the furniture. I merely wanted to buy one item but ended up walking out with multiple (two lamps, a large rug, some home decor and even a living room set). If it wasn't for Mr. Ozwald Browne Jr, I wouldn't have bought anything. I would personally like to thank Ozzy for his excellent service, as he was very patient, he was very friendly, and he was very knowledgeable of the furniture and store policy. Mr. Ozwald has shown all the necessary prerequisites to not only serve his clients, but to go beyond what is required. It's only because of Mr. Ozwald's compassionate vigor that I will indeed be returning to Ashley's in the near future. Someone give him a promotion, please

I would not recommend subaas. She was unprofessional and unenthusiastic and kind of rude. She offered no information and even made me feel dumb for asking questions and only asked us if we were financing. She did not earn our business that day. Maybe we just didn’t look like people who have money to her. The two black gentleman are the only reason I would come back. They have the best energy and the right information. I might just order from a different store or try west elm. This was our first impression of this town. I drove an hour and I was happy with the selection and enjoyed some parts.

This is not our first purchase at Ashley Furniture, it was by far a great experience. Thank you Raquel for helping with our purchase. I highly recommend asking for her when you are looking to purchase furniture. This is at the Willowbrook location.

I want to thank Tobi (Mattress Specialist) and DJ (Sales Manager) for being so professional, considerate, courteous, and patient with me visiting on Labor Day. DJ was phenomenal help me with what I was looking for, the piece I am thinking about getting and how the material/make of Ashley's patent mattered. Tobi was outstanding with explaining and breaking down mattress and pillow comfort while also looking for a couch (and possible a new pillow to that wasn't even on the list but is now). Both individuals were extremely helpful and carried themselves with the highest standard in being to assist and cater to their individual customers based on their needs and have to be recognized. I truly appreciate their assistance along with the store staff, I could not be more appreciative and grateful for their help, information, and also teachable/educational moment when looking for a couch and even looking at mattresses. They did not have to go above and beyond even though they were a fantastic help just by being patient, listening without interrupting, understanding my needs, but did anyways, and I hope they are recognized as outstanding employees at Ashley's Store.

They ordered the wrong table, won't give us a refund. Workers tried to blame us. They don't have a refund policy all they can do is give us store credit and they don't even have the table we want anymore. After this, I'm never purchasing from Ashely's store.

Absolutely horrible experience after we left the store. We were promised free delivery since we wanted a table with 4 chairs and it came with 6. He “would make it happen” the first thing I saw showed 0 for delivery and noticed later the next day it was charged, $169.99. We even said we would pick it up directly but “we could get it for free!” We picked the date for delivery, Friday 8/16 and I get a text today to confirm delivery for Wednesday 8/14, which we absolutely said would not work. I go back in forth with in this chat who is “looking into our case” and 3 hours later (at 9:27pm) a text they “removed our delivery from the scheduling system” so not only are we not getting our purchase the day we picked, we paid for a delivery that was supposed to be “free” I’m tempted to cancel the whole purchase and pay the $760 online and get $0 delivery to the door. Instead we’re paying $1,000 for the same thing. If we get it, since delivery cancelled. Absolutely ridiculous.

This is solely based on the delivery experience and post sale support. They are quick to take your money and do a good job at it in the store. However, good luck getting help after. I bought a matress on July 12th, I financed with them and they didn't give me the paperwork before I left. Once I got home, I received via email loan terms completely different from what was said in the store. I left to the store again to get it clarified, I was close to canceling the order. The store reps struggled to explain it but managed to give me the printout, and I saw what they promised me in writing, so that's good. Delivery was delayed since the financing didn't go through right away for whatever reason. Delivery comes July 31st, I'm excited to finally have a new matress. The team was good and quick, but they didn't bring the box frame. Apparently, somebody separated the frame to another appointment since the box frame got backordered, and I was not informed. Now I'm stuck with a matress and no box frame. Keep in mind that in order for them to honor the 90-day comfort guarantee, the matress has to be covered and clean. I was told to put it on the floor, so let's see how they act if that claim happens. I called multiple times to get stuff sorted out, maybe get the box swapped for a different brand or size, I don't care at this point. I called, and I always got the run around of "your sales person will call you back," which they don't, I always find myself doing the calling. Only once did a manager call me, they explained what happened and said "I will call you by the end of the day or first thing in the morning" Never got a call, called again and they were off the next day. Called again today, August 3rd, asking about the box frame. Apparently, somebody switched it to pick up without telling me. No, I didn't ask for that. I was told delivery on August 10th, and now I'm told to pick up August 13th. Of course, I got the "I'll have your salesperson call you in 10-15 minutes." it's been almost an hour now. I don't expect a call back. Im to the point of renting a truck to pick it up myself and be done with them. Service has been mediocre at best. What was supposed to be a purchase and install with a week or two at most is on its way to becoming a month long tedious and grueling game of "the phone game" I gotta take more time off of work to make this work. It's frustrating, I wouldn't be mad if the proper expectations were set in place and there was clear communication. I work in sales, so I understand a lot of these variables. Under promise and over deliver is what I practiced for years. Im experiencing the opposite. I just feel I'm getting told stuff to just get off the phone at this point. I'm managing my own order, I should have just bought it online. I'm getting a house next year, and I heavily considered this place to furnish it since my inlaw worked for the company, but after this, I'm either shopping online or just with a different retailer. This wasn't no crappy little 400-800 dollar matress. After taxes, the sale totaled right at 3200$ First purchase and ended with a bitter taste. Do better, team.

We have had Very bad experience. We purchased recliner sofa and love seats from Ashley, Willowbrook, in Aug 2021 along with 5 year warranty from Ashley via their warranty company -GBS Enterprises. The recliner stopped working around Aug 2023. We filed a complaint. We were directed to GBS Enterprises. Here is the list of tricounty technician visits that have taken place while our recliner is not working : Tech visit 1: Few months later Technician came and said that a plug in the assembly is faulty. He ordered that part through GBS. Tech visit 2: Further few months later another technician came. He declared that earlier technician was wrong. Entire motor is faulty. He ordered new motor through GBS. Tech visit 3: Another Few months later third technician came. He declared that earlier technician has wrongly ordered wrong motor. He ordered another new motor through GBS. He refused to take the previous motor with him Tech Visit 4: Today, Jul 3, 2024, same technician came and said GBS had sent wrong motor again. He again created a work order and took our signature. He again refused to take 2 motors with him. It's been more than 1 year since our original complaint. We now have 2 motors sitting with us, that are of no use for us. Our recliner is in non - working condition even today. GBS is highly unresponsive and a highly bureaucratic company. I highly recommend to not take any motorised items from Ashley. Workmanship of the furniture is good but you cannot rely on the motorised parts. And Ashley warranty would rob you of your mental peace instead of adding to your peace. Beware, Stay away

Experience inside this store was great! We originally made this trip to look for a new couch and a mattress. Walking, in we were greeted immediately by Raquel and received help regarding size and budget. Raquel was a perfect fit for her job by walking us through several couches that might work. Specifically, we looked at material, firm/cushiony, price, features. After finding one I loved, we immediately stopped and moved on to finding a new mattress. Here, Ladelle helped us. Since he knew a great amount about sleep science, he was a perfect fit for the job. After choosing a mattress in the budget, we went over to checkout which was a breeze! I was given a 3 hour time window a week before delivery. The morning of, I was sent an ETA as well as a link where I could track the progress of the delivery (like Doordash). Initially we were disappointed because we were hoping to see specific furniture on display which was unavailable at the Willowbrook store. Nevertheless, we needed other pieces but we had not gone with the intent of purchasing these at this time. We do not often make a large purchase without having first ample information and a decision closed to being made. Whenever that does happen it is because a salesperson intuits what information we need to make a decision and provides it to us. This is a rare experience. They will explain alot on how your bed affects sleep and health. Once you understand the benefits then you are willing to buy premium product to help you sleep much better.

Do not buy here. They don’t keep their promises on delivering. They tell you they are on their way and go to a wrong address. Say they are at your address. Then say “oops we missed you” lazy sorry for nothing Ashley employees. Buy somewhere else. It will be better and professional.

Couch was delayed , staff were not helpful. Delivery staff were not helpful either due to it being a doorstep delivery….we live on the 3rd floor. Our associate told us different and they refused to assist . Couch is beautiful but will not use this location again.

Spent 4,000 2 of worlds worst bed's 2 month after the purchase started to sag. Tempurpedic. They did nothing while I am still suffering . Did not realize the spring and mattress attached together which is VERY heavy .Making a bed is for weight lifters.

Very poor delivery service we had to reschedule multiple times due to the fact they say they can not deliver after 5. What's the point of scheduling a delivery if the company can not meet the time frame you requested. The company makes you feel like they don't want or need your business so I recommend shopping somewhere else

From buying to picking up, the process was excellent. I will say I would have liked better communication from the pick up facility. Looking on the Internet it says the facility closes at 8pm. So when I went at 6:30 to get my item, they told me the warehouse was closed. During communication with the warehouse, not once did they ever say what their store hours were. But definitely will buy again from Ashley’s!

Very quick but did not check to make sure all pieces were ok. Love seat has a piece of fabric hanging. Should have been fixed before they left. However the guys we polite and fast.

I had a wonderful experience at this location with Mr. Tommy. He was not pushy and allowed us to view their beautiful furniture pieces privately, unlike other furniture places we had been to. He answered any questions we had, and even helped us select a sectional that we are absolutely in love with. We initially came in a few months back to prepare for an upcoming move but had to wait on our purchase due to the move being pushed back. Mr. Tommy was patient and even called to check in with us & was very friendly & professional during that wait time. When we returned and were ready to make our purchase, Mr. Tommy got us everything we wanted from the visit a few months prior and gave us an amazing deal. Overall, it was a wonderful experience & I’ll definitely be returning to Ashley to make more purchases.

The store experience was fine but the problem came in with delivery. We scheduled a delivery date when we purchased the item. Then close to date for delivery I get a text and automated message that we don’t have a delivery date scheduled. Tried to contact someone and received text what i needed. I responded and never received text back. I responded again and still no reply. I went ahead and rescheduled so now we wait another week for delivery. I am very disappointed on when calling phone number all you get is automated messages and not option to talk to someone. I will go back to look at furniture at store but then will buy elsewhere.

So I would personally recommend that you do not go to this. Ashley's furniture on Veterans Day as me being a veteran. I went to purchase furniture at this store. And when they made the delivery 2 weeks after I made the purchase. They did not inform me that a piece of my furniture was damaged. At the warehouse, so they got to my apartment and completely told me they did not have it i said that is not my problem nothing was communicated. They told me that they would get it to me at a later date. And of course I can't leave work too receive another shipment so I canceled the tv stand delivery and told them to take it off my account because communication is key and they do not have it.

Go see Kirt! He is fun and helpful! I purchased couch, chair and ottoman from him! When and if I need more furniture, mattress or whatever else that Ashley sales, I will go see Kirt!

Everyone I worked with was professional and gave me options. I didn’t expect to buy from the first place I looked, but the product, quality, price and service sold me.

We’ve been an Ashley’s customer for a while, but this was our first time visiting this location in Texas. We picked out the furniture we wanted and it was delivered, the only issue was the middle piece did not have brackets on it, so anytime you sit there it would bend and hit you in the head. We spoke to the proper department to get this serviced- sent photos as requested and It took two months to finally send someone out who said he couldn’t fix it so they wanted to send us a replacement. They came with the delivery of the placement however, it had the same issue so we refused it. We went to the store and spoke with the store manager as well as our sales rep that told us we can do an exchange(getting different furniture), which we did select and let them both know about. It has been 30 days and we have not heard from the store manager who was supposed to process the exchange, we’ve called and left voicemails for him to return and it never happened!! We have given up on Ashley’s. They have lost our business and will get no more of our hard earned money!

The store was great but the guys who bought my entertainment center was disappointing. They didn’t install my shelves correctly and they already fell down.

This is the 2nd time I bought a furniture from this store and unfortunately there is always an issue with my order. This time they changed the delivery date without a notice in advance. I recommend you triple check with sales-person before you leave the store. I was expecting at least a credit towards the delivery fee, but so far, I just got silence as response.

My experience was good. I went for an entertainment center, the selection was small but the sales person Chandra was knowledgeable, helpful, gave me a reasonable price, but what I liked most of all she asked me for the sale. She asked “what can I do to earn your business today?”. Most sales people let the customer walk right out the door. She gave me a respectable discount that I was comfortable with so I bought it. Sales people take note…. Ask for the sale !

I found the mattress I wanted at Ashley and then went to one other store to see if they could provide the same mattress. They made me a very good offer but it would take 3 weeks to deliver. I went back to Ashley to see if the would match the offer and they did! The big plus was a delivery in 3 days.

It was a good experience. Found the couch I wanted. Wasn't pressured into anything. Didn't try to upsell me on anything. Just listened to what I wanted and needed and found a great piece.

**SECOND UPDATE** Still have not received a word from Ashley furniture and it’s been weeks now. **UPDATE** Funny how my review hasn't been responded too quite yet. They called me on Thursday 09/21 asking for me to send images....AGAIN. Sent them & got a response a few hours later stating "We apologize for any confusion. Our team is currently reviewing your case and will provide a response within 24-48 hours. Thank you for your patience". Waited until today (09/25) 2pm to contact them. Gave them the ticket number and they said I NEVER SENT THE IMAGES....Gave them proof that I did indeed send the images & yet they couldn't do anything. Called them & then was told that because I didn't originally contact them 72 hours after receiving the item there's nothing they could do. LOL...I did though & I told the woman that. She then told me there's nothing they can do until I brought up the ticket number...AGAIN stating that I provided them with a hell lot of proof for them to, at this point, give me a refund. The lady then stated I needed to now wait 72 hours for someone to contact me. I WILL NEVER BE ORDERING FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE AGAIN. Will continue to update my review as well until this can get resolved. NIGHTMARE! ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! We placed an order on August 20th, received it on August 29th. The boxes on the outside were in perfect condition, however, when we got to a particular box of my sons bed almost EVERY piece of wood was chipped or had a piece of wood missing. I contacted them the very next day (unable to reach on the phone) so I chatted with them. They let me know that they were going to open a ticket. I gave it a few days before I called back & they let me know there was NO ticket that was ever opened. They then assisted me with opening a new ticket only for me to receive a text message on September 11th stating "we reviewed your service request and the issue reported is not covered under our manufacture warranty" clearly upset, I gave them a call only for them not to be able to find my order # or anything in regard to my account. After being passed to a couple of people they finally figured it out and said that it was rejected due to "scratches" not being covered. Livid I let the woman know (calmly as I know it wasn't her) that I provided images of the missing wood & chips missing. She then reopened the ticket & said I should hear something in 48 hrs. Once I heard nothing...AGAIN, I reached out again on September 15th letting them know I haven't heard anything. Went through the same song and dance where they couldn't find my account, had to pass me to someone else and they were finally able to find it. She then let me know the ticket is still open and pending, She said that someone should reach out by Monday. Here we are September 20th, AN ENTIRE MONTH SINCE I'VE PLACED MY ORDER. I called again, asking for an update only for them to not be able to pull my account up AGAIN! The rep then tried opening up another ticket, frustrated, I let him know that I didn't need another ticket open I needed the existing OPEN ticket resolved & just a replacement sent to my house. I don't understand how or why this has to be this difficult when I have provided said "evidence" of the damaged product and why I continuously am getting the runaround. Hopefully this review will grab the appropriate attention for someone to reach out to me and provide me with the replacement.

Syed and his colleague (sleep specialist) were beyond helpful it’s unbelievable. Can’t remember the sleep specialist name and that’s shameful for me, but I will forever remember his knowledge on sleeping. Syed went to bat for us on a 3 year expired store credit and got us damn near the whole amount back in one way or another. I can’t wait to watch football on my new couch set, and sleeping Sunday’s off on my temperpudic bed to rejuvenate for Monday’s.

Amir was excellent very kind and friendly took me right to what I ask for a recliner for my bedroom that would support my back and he made a excellent choice because I had only intended to spend no more than $700 and he was very convincing and I spent 3 times the amount but he such a cool guy I was okay with it.

Tommy who helped us was friendly and helpful. My wife and I went into the store to cross it off our list with no plans of buying a dining set today from Ashley, but Tommy was able to talk us through what we were looking for and show us a great piece at a good offer. We wanted to check out our other options at nearby stores and explained this to Tommy who was super understanding- giving us a clear quote on the item we were interested in before we left. He even price matched the Labor Day sale prices on the companies’ website for us. We were back within the hour to complete our purchase. Very positive buying experience.

Terrible experience with Ashley! I will never buy from here again. Sales associate in the store was super nice and welcomed you to text/call him on her personal number if there was any issues, of course that wasn’t the case after he closed the deal. Upon delivery I got damaged items and had to reject them. I waited a whole month to finally get all my furniture in good condition, and even then the quality is terrible. I was also scheduled for a delivery at one point and they never even showed up, so I have to call customer service and complain. And good luck finding support from customer service, they’ll give you the run around!

I have purchased 2 different room set and each time I have had issues with extremely late delivery ( months and months) or when I finally get what I paid for, it comes to me damaged and there is No assistance on getting me what I paid for. I will No longer be doing business with Ashley Furniture. Very Very dissatisfied customer. After they get your money you No longer matter to them.
