GREAT PRODUCT, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRICES!!! 10/10

Our sales person ( Shariff) was amazing. He was extremely helpful and answered all questions we had. If we were to visit this store again, we would deal exclusively with him. He made our furniture shopping a pleasant experience.

Trust. Something that the Willowbrook Ashley store has lost from me. We purchased a mattress from Toby at Ashley on 12/06/2025. I had a bad fall in August 2025 and it affected my knee. My back became painful by the way I had to walk. When I mentioned this to Toby, he stated that if my chiropractor would issue a letter/prescription for that mattress, it would save me the sales tax. Well, that sealed the deal. We were leaving on vacation later that week, so he was able to get it delivered that next Tuesday. We are very happy with the purchase. When we returned, the chiropractor had emailed the letter to me and I called Toby. He indicated that because the bed had already been delivered, there was nothing he could do. Mind you, during all of the discussions, he never once mentioned the letter had to be in the office PRIOR to delivery. I was very disappointed and he lost my trust at that point. We could have waited, but he wanted to make a very large sale. So I called the store and spoke with Samantha, his supervisor. She expressed her apology that she would have to talk to the store manager and get back with me. That was 12/31/2025 and I still have heard nothing from either of them. Trust, again lost. Now we are not large customers, but we have purchased several items over the years, but that will now cease. They have lost a customer and the trust I had for that company or at least, its employees. So beware of these type of sales tactics.

The furniture at Ashley is far superior in quality than R2GO. The Ashley Furniture Willowbrook location, while not as polished & inviting as the aforementioned furniture chain, it did have plenty to choose from. The store itself is dated & in need of cleaning. If you can look past that, you may just find what you’re looking for. Our salesperson, Raquel, was exceptional. She was attentive, but not pushy. She made herself available when needed & since the sales associates work on commission, I was more than happy to purchase from Ashley Furniture. The delivery was scheduled at the time of the sale for only 3 days later, which was perfect. So glad they were still there when we went looking for a new bedroom set.

I would not recommend this store due to product quality, customer service, sales tactics and ethical behavior. The salesperson pushed an extended warranty that did not apply to or cover our purchases. When it came time to use that warranty, we found that out. Ashley‘s would also not refund the cost of the useless extended warranty. The quality of the two sofas was really bad. The fabric pilled and frayed very quickly. The base of the seat collapsed and all this happened in under a year. We were told when we purchased the sofas that all the pillows and cushions had removable washable covers; the covers were just filled with stuffing. It was just poly stuffing, stuffed into the cushion covers. The zipper to one the cushions burst a month into ownership. We should’ve gone to Gallery furniture.

Make sure to stay away from this location! If you do happen to do business make sure it’s with Tommy. The experience I received with me and my mother was completely unacceptable, to make matters worse Jossy drop the ball just like the previous sales man that got in my mom’s face. There quotes are ridiculous and they will not take care of their customers.

Right when I walked in a guy came and greeted me and I said I was looking for a round dinner table that are small. He showed me but wasn’t exactly what I was looking so I asked if there’s another one that with lighter colors. He said no that’s the only one that they have and I said “Thank you I’ll look around some more”. He said “That’s the only one that we have” and I said “I know but I’ll look around”. He looks at me and said “what are you looking for?” And I’m stunned cause I want to look around for some more furniture pieces but his tone and the way he talked to me does not makes me want to engage with him anymore. And I walked out with a not very good experience but I overheard them talking about me when I was walking out.

Amanda was wonderful!! I returned to Ashley so she could wait on me. She is warm friendly and patient. It was a pleasure working with her and I will be back to see her

I gave 4 stars because the first person I spoke with, handed me off to another person. The salesperson the ended up helping me was DJ. He was very nice and patient. I didn’t know what I really wanted and he helped me choose very easily. Great service! Thank you

My sales person Raquel rocks!!! I typically don't prefer to work with a sales person when I shop, until I have walked the floor and have some ideas about my selection. On this shopping trip, Raquel made a connection when I entered the store. She took me through the process of selection and made it enjoyable and easy. She knows her products, is customer friendly and shows interest in making the sale. Ultimately I chose a beautiful sofa that Raquel pointed out to me. I appreciate that she is very helpful without being pushy. Go see Raquel at the Willowbrook store. I'm glad I did.

If your salesman is Toby beware. He totally screwed our order up. We spent almost 6000.00 with this store and he informed us that we would be receiving an email with our 300.00 tempurpedic credit. Not only did he not put this credit with our order, he also ingonred our outreach to speak to him about it so we had to make another trip to the store. It wasn't until then we also found out in order to receive the 90 day sleep trial we should have purchased a matress protector from Ashley Furniture. The manager had to put in a request for the 300.00 credit that Toby guaranteed ( which is not even guaranteed they will honor it). We also had to buy the matress protector before we left the store in order to receive the sleep guarantee, so we were out another 130.00 on top of the thousands already spent. Thank God we went back to the store because we would really have been screwed over seeing how the matress has surprisingly left us in a lot of pain and we are depending on the sleep trial to hopefully result in a successful outcome. Add insult to injury, Toby was there but totally disregarded us. Guess he made his $$$. Make sure you get the 300.00 credit and everything in writing and make sure you buy the matress protector there, otherwise you are just lining their sales which seems to be what they want.

Tommy was absolutely wonderful. He was able to help us find exactly what we needed and within our budget too. He gave us just the right amount of attention and was professional. I will definitely be back to see Tommy the next time I need furniture!

We have really good experience with this location. The store Manager Samer provided excellent customer service. We were just looking around for a recliner set but begun of his exceptional customer service, we bought the sofa set on spot.

Our salesman Toby at Willowbrook Mall location in Houston was great. He really took time to find me what I was looking for work with the dimensions of my room and how much seating I was looking for. And when it arrived and it was a little bit too big, he made sure that I was able to return the piece that didn't fit with no problems. A little under one year, sofa and loveseat sag in middle as well as having unusual wear of the fabric. Called Ashley as well as contacted extended warranty company, took several phone calls over a couple of weeks to get someone to come out to look at the sofas. NOW they are arguing with each other (for weeks) to see who is responsible for fixing the poorly built furniture .

Do not take Snap financing

Tommy and Toby are excellent sales reps in the store. They are knowledgeable and aim to please! Love our new couch! It has built in heat and massage-who knew!? The delivery men were excellent as well, efficient and friendly. Highly recommend Ashley Furniture!

To whom it may concern stop selling lies when it comes to that protection warranty they tell you your gonna get your money back but that’s a whole lie. Came In Saturday and was told I had to buy something for $499.00 in order to spend the money that’s ole to me. Also pay attention to your order they will tack on a protection warranty and didn’t ask for it. This company does not hold up to the word the crooks that’s selling you think your dream furniture.

I had a terrible experience at Ashley’s. The guy I dealt with was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of being helpful or respectful, his attitude made the whole situation uncomfortable and frustrating. Customer service like this is unacceptable, and I definitely won’t be coming back or recommending this place to anyone. He also said stop wasting her time when we wanted to buy a new dining table

So, I would not purchase anything else from them. I use to like them but now they just can't follow through. Listen to this and BEWARE! I purchased a table and dining room chair. It had a stain on the table and asked them to return it. They returned it and now I'm still getting bills. I've disputed this twice only to say the dispute was closed and they are still billing me for delivery. What kind of company does this? My balance should be zero as I have no product. Of course, everyone is nice the phone but still getting bills. We'll see what happens next. I'll keep you posted.

I purchased a couch and had to call for delivery as I hadn’t been contacted. I found out it is out of stock and delivery is in January. Also told that because it was listed as “as soon as possible” they couldn’t see they needed to call. I was told a manager would call in an hour. It’s been over two hours and no call. The salesman was nice. Service thus far is poor.

They brought in a big, sealed box and said “there you go.” We had to pay the deliverers to assemble it for us. Not real happy with that, but they did a great job.

My order was supposed to be delivered the Wednesday before Thanksgiving (11-26) by a third party service but the warehouse turned away our mover even though they arrived well before closing. Multiple other drivers were being turned away as well (this was confirmed by our sales associate who sold us our order) so that tells me either the shipment hadn't really come in or the warehouse had the shipment and the staff there but refused service. I had to host Thanksgiving dinner on folding tables that I was fortunately able to borrow from a friend. I had called customer service same day and was offered no help and was not able to speak to a manager to help rectify the situation even though I had requested multiple times and was told to just set up the delivery for another day. How are you the customer service with no managers to escalate things too? How are you customer service but not able to make right the promises that your company failed to deliver? Either they are not truthful or it is being ran terribly. Either way. It was a frustrating experience to say the least

We had some problems with some price tags being switched around which caused some confusion but my sales guy did a very good job making the deal happen. Dean Davila is top notch and has good people skills and I look forward to doing business with him in the future.

Subass was very helpful in showing me the dual recliner I was looking for. I chose an upgraded recliner because of the fabric and she showed me many financing options. This was one of the easiest purchases I’ve made and I thank her for making it so pleasant and relaxed.

My couches were delivered over a month ago, delivered damaged. I have called, texted, emailed and even showed up to the store. Still to this day I have not received an answer. We even payed extra for the warranty and for what? $1500 to the trash and it shouldn’t even matter because this happened when they were delivered. I am over it. I can’t get an answer from anyone some tell me my claim doesn’t even show others tell me ill be sent to “VIP” care team. Seems like im being taken as a joke at this point.

If you buy something from here make sure you don’t plan on going through claims. Horrid company!!!

LIES LIES LIES !! DO NOT TRUST THEM!! I’d give zero stars if I could! BUYER BEWARE!! These ppl lie just to make a sale saying you can switch out if you don’t like after you get it home. Toby is a liar! He literally told us we could take pillows we were unsure of home to try and if we didn’t like them, we could return no problem but next day we wanted to return and it was a different story entirely! He also said we could upgrade our mattress purchase to a better one if we didn’t like and that was a lie too! They then said wait 30 days but we already know that’s a lie as well .. in 30 days they will say it can’t be returned I’m sure .. don’t trust these people .. bad and unethical people !! I will NEVER buy from them ever again! They sold us a n uncomfortable mattress and pillows!! Even after responding to my negative review, they are still lying and giving me the run around on making good as they say, "this is not the service we aim to provide". Words without actions are just words!!

The customer service at the store was good. Very attentive team. They requested for me to return the next day after my purchase to sign some documents, what I did (I live over 30 minutes away from the store). I was reassured the couch was going to be delivered on Monday, I moved my schedule around to be able to accommodate to their delivery times provided via text. After waiting for couple of hours on Monday I decided to call their customer service. The delivery was canceled and no one told me, they only provided other days/times for delivery after I called and waited several minutes to speak with an agent. This never has happened when I shop at West Elm or other furniture stores. Very disappointed, will not shop at Ashley again.

My experience was always spotty with Ashley Furniture until meeting Shayne. I have returned several times to purchase several items from a bed to dining room table. His assistance is always outstanding. Would highly recommend seeing him if you’re looking for new furniture.

My wife & myself were there to buy new master bedroom furniture & mattress. Shayne Griffin met me at the door on my 1st initial visit. He was genuinely helpful & attentive. Full of info for me to pass to my wife. On my 2nd visit with my wife he was as agreeable and helpful as earlier. Very respectful and knowledgeable. He even went and got some assistance when he didnt have all the info. We found what we wanted & it gets delivered in 3 days. When we return to get new furniture for our sons bedroom. Shayne Griffin is our go to. Everyone should look him up.

WORST buying experience I’ve ever had. The product arrived faulty and the installation crew (White Glove Service for an additional fee) did not do a proper installation of the bed-frame base (one of the screws doesn’t go in, so the whole base is unstable and cannot be used - see attached images). It has been 28 days that I contacted the support team and they still haven’t shipped the replacement part and I still can’t properly use the bedframe. If this isn’t a bad customer support, tell me what is. If you’re a new customer, pray that the item arrives in good condition, or you’re going to deal with the faulty item forever!

Went to buy a bed and a mattress. They were clearly charging way too much for the mattress and wouldn’t budge and inch! Bought a nice bed, but buy your mattress somewhere else! Our salesman Mohammed was very nice!

purchased a sofa from Ashley Furniture, which was delivered on October 10. The sofa was not used all day long, only in the evenings, and has been in use for barely two months. Despite this very normal and limited use, the sofa has already shown severe sagging, and the fabric has started to break down and deform, making it look like a 2-year-old, heavily used product rather than a new one. This is clearly a defective product, and at no point were we informed that we were being sold a defective or substandard item. When we contacted customer service, instead of taking responsibility, we were told that because the issue was not reported within 72 hours, they “cannot do anything,” and that only a service inspection is possible. We were also informed that return or replacement procedures do not apply. This response is unacceptable. A defect of this magnitude does not appear in 72 hours — it appears over use, and that is exactly what happened. Refusing responsibility and hiding behind technical policies is extremely unprofessional. This experience has been disappointing and frustrating. Selling defective furniture and then denying customer rights is not what anyone expects from a brand like Ashley Furniture. I strongly do not recommend purchasing from Ashley Furniture unless you are prepared to deal with poor quality products and unhelpful customer service.

It's obvious that Ashley has improved the quality of their furniture over the years, and Shayne is awesome to work with. He's very professional, not pushy, and is extremely knowledgeable about the details and specifications of Ashley furniture and the mattresses and bed frames they carry. You owe it to yourself to visit with Shayne at Ashley Willowbrook, if you are in the market for qood quality, reasonably priced furnishings.

Store could use a little maintenance but our sales man, Tommy, was fantastic! He answered all of our questions and gave us some good laughs. Hopefully delivery goes as well as our purchase

Fast and easy. We jnew what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend. Shelton worked with us. My wife got what she wanted and I saved during a Labor Day sale. The furniture is high quality so I think we found good value fir the purchase price.

They added a protection plan and wouldn’t refund it. Said I’d get it back as a store credit if I didn’t use it in 5 years. And told me the chair that I ordered was leather. There is a leather version. But that’s not what they have ordered for me.

I had two different sales people because I visited the store twice yesterday. They were both very friendly and helpful!

Jordyn was awesome! I didn’t feel like I was being pressured to buy. I went in just to look but she gave me the time and space to really test out and enjoy the couch; that I had to have it.

We went to the store just to browse and didn’t want a salesperson following us around. We declined their help and said we would ask if we had questions. They kept trying to follow us around, my husband had to tell them to back off. After a few minutes of us walking through the store, Jossy came up to us and asked if she could help, slightly frustrated we told her no, that we had already indicated that we would ask if we needed assistance. Jossy got huffy and said she was just trying to do her job, that we had no need to be rude. We asked that if trying to do her job meant chasing us out, and she said yes. This place needs a course in customer service. You have people walking in through the door clearly with intent and you use your sales force, hungry for a commission more than actual service, to drive your clients out? Oh, for shame!

We highly recommend Ashley Home Store, Willowbrook because of the excellent customer service we received. Craig, the employee who helped us was incredibly hospitable, kind, and relational. His approach immediately helped us feel comfortable to take our time to truly consider what would be the right fit for our home. Store have a wide variety of home furniture. Everything arranged organized neatly with plenty of room to walk around. Most importantly sales folks not pushy or harassing. We worked with Shayne and ended up buying a sofa and loveseat. Shayne is highly recommended if you are browsing around to buy. When it was time to close the sale Shayne was ready.

Mohammad was wonderful. He listened to my wants and met everyone of them. Only comments is I’d say I wish on special order items the company could offer you a delivery window. I purchased a couch today and have no idea when I will receive it. When I could’ve purchased the couch at their competitor and got it in 4 days. Rooms to go OUTLET. Very disorganized in matter of sellers and managers not knowing what they sale or where is kept. We bought about 2500 in furniture, seller left a balance of $2 and the delivery people couldn't pick up because of that, I had to drive at 8:30 pm to pay $2. Then they corner find some of the stuff I bought. Insane

Went to this location to purchase power reclining sofa and love sheet. Tommy assisted us and he was great. However, the manager was not willing to deal! I believe her name was Jackie. She made an offer but was contingent on us paying for the warranty which we did not want! Stormed out went across the street to rooms to go and found a much better deal. Stay away from this location! Go anywhere else.

Big Ashley Furniture fans here, dropping serious cash over the years, but your tattooed “Product Specialist” in a trench-coat is hard pass. He swooped in on us, trashed my plan for a black leather sofa in my all black media room, and mocked, “How will you separate the colors?” like I was idiot. When I stood firm and said, “Yup, that’s what I want,” he just shrugged, said, “Fine, have a good day,” and waved us off like we were crashing his vibe. Ashley, lose this couch critic. Shoppers, steer clear of this guy unless you want sass with your sofa. I’m taking my furniture quest elsewhere!

Some folks were nice but the finance manager was so mean and rude pressuring us to buy the item right now. We said we’d come back in a little bit and he told us if we walked out that we’d never get the rate again. We didn’t even want the credit or financing it was pushed down my throat. We loved the furniture but the pressure turned us off so bad I would not recommend this specific location. He gave us an ultimatum like we were his wife or kids. She was wonderful in executing her profession with care and excellence in rendering her knowledge of the showroom furnishings and meeting our specific needs. We love our beautiful furniture selections and we really love the discount and savings we received. I recommend Ashley's Home Store and I highly recommend Raquel L., Home Furnishing Specialist.

DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY. Ashley Furniture’s salespeople (ours was Chandra) are in the business of scamming customers when they push so heavily for you to buy the warranty. They promised us in store that it’s as simple as a phone call to get anything fixed but they are liars. The warranty doesn’t cover a single thing- not stains, not wear and tear, not manufacturer defects, NOTHING. Our couch is barely 2 years old and has had multiple issues that no one at Ashley or the warranty company are willing to fix. We spent thousands of dollars here only to be told that nothing can be done. Zero accountability from Ashley Furniture for selling a bogus policy to customers and promising to fix things that they obviously don’t care for. We will never ever return and would NEVER recommend anyone spend their hard earned money here.

Samantha was very helpful without being intrusive. She showed me only the living room sets that matched my description, including the one I decided upon. I needed the sale price extended one day past the sale, and she told me the layaway option provided for that and set it up. Ashley's third party credit card processor was uncooperative, but Samantha found a more direct path and took care of everything. Now I am getting what I wanted, a sofa and loveseat of good quality at a good price that are comfortable and pretty and match my criteria.

I don’t even know where to begin. The first time we went to the branch, they told us we could pick up our items from the Distribution Center the next day. That is why we purchase from there. So we went the pick up our furnitures—but they said they had nothing for us, systen shows only 2 chairs. Then they told us to come back the following Wednesday. We went on Thursday, and they only had noje of them either. They said the full order would arrive the next Friday. We waited and returned on Friday, picked up everything, and brought it home. Then we find out there were missing parts. We went back to the branch and spoke with the manager. At that point, they told us they could't do anything, we would contact with warranty service for claim. I guess they are works is done after sales. Fine—we reached out to headquarters. They responded the next day, said they would investigate, and promised to send the missing parts within six days. Six days later, we received the package—and guess what? It was still missing parts. If you’ve got free time and feel like getting frustrated, go ahead and deal with this company. By the way, we still haven’t been able to assemble our tables. The parts are just sitting separately on the floor. Waiting Ashley Furniture to send us missing parts. What a great experience, right?

We visited Ashley Furniture on the 31st of May evening to explore options for a new couch, following a stop at Rooms To Go. Upon arrival, we were assisted by Chandra, a sales person who was courteous, professional, and helpful throughout our interaction. However, the quoted price was a bit over our budget, so we decided to leave. At that point, Chandra brought in the store manager (unfortunately, we didn’t catch his name), and that’s where our experience took a very disappointing turn. He approached us with an abrupt tone and threw out a price in a way that came off as dismissive and rude. Initially, we thought he might be joking, so we continued the conversation in good faith. However, his tone only became more condescending. He questioned our understanding of furniture materials in an unnecessarily belittling way, which felt completely uncalled for. When we mentioned that we had traveled all the way from Westheimer to visit the store, his response was sarcastic and unprofessional — saying he drives two hours to work every day. It was clear he was more interested in pressuring us into a sale than in having a respectful, informative discussion. When the price was finally brought down to $2200, we asked if there was any room for negotiation. Instead of responding, he shook his hand and walked off without a word — closing the conversation in an extremely unprofessional manner. This was by far one of the most uncomfortable and disappointing experiences we’ve had in a furniture store. We’ve never encountered this level of rudeness before, and it was especially surprising coming from a well-known brand like Ashley. We hope the store takes this feedback seriously and addresses the importance of respectful customer interaction — especially from someone in a managerial position.

The salesperson who rang up my purchase was dishonest, claiming that the store required my name, address, email address, and phone number simply to purchase a single item (with no delivery required), in person, and with a credit card.

Deceptive pricing. We bought one floor model bar chair that was a little beat up but the price tag said 1/2 off $150 down to $75 so we thought it was acceptable. We got home and wanted to order additional chairs and found out that they are sold in sets of two for $180. So the beat up one we bought was only $5 off not $75 off. Edit: I’m not sure what you (Ashley) mean by confusion. The floor model had a price tag that said 1/2 off $149. We paid $75 for one floor model chair. The website price for 2 new Centiar Counter Height Bar Stool is $160. This is not at all confusing, however I do believe it is deceptive.

The young man who helped me was knowledgeable and friendly the only issue I had was I had my 24 yr old grandson with me and he continued to address answers directly to him as if I wasn’t there. I even said something to him that he should be talking to me not my grandson but he continued to do it. I will continue to be an Ashley’s customer. Your salesman needs a bit more training on people skills.

Look up prices and potential pieces online before going in. Sales associate tried to sell us and "as-is" floor model bed. With 2 dressers and quoted us $1300! Bought the same exactly set online all 3 brand new for $400 LESS. Marked up in store and "brought down to sale". As a return customer it feels really scammy.

This system is a joke. We made a purchase at the store and decided to cancel them all after suffering too much from their delivery process. It is such a painful process. They are not communicating with each other at all. Every single days we got phone calls and texts messages from them regarding our delivery, but with completely conflicting information. So, I called their customer service to request to go ahead and cancel them all. Today, May 6, I got a text from them reminding me to pay for the past due balance!? I canceled them all, so how can I get the balance!? So, I called again, and was informed the balance, which was initially for the entryway table now turn into the mattress protector, which was given to me at the store as a free gift. I told them if that was the case, I can return them that mattress protector since I don’t have the mattress, no reason for me to keep it, and they said all sale are final!!! What is going on!??? It was the gift, not the sale! I would never agreed to buy the mattress protector at $432.99. They should have let me know if they are going to charge me for what so-call free gift. They sent me an “interesting invoice” that I never get communicated for. I told them it was not on my invoice, and I have the invoice with me. $432.99 is the balance for the entry way table on my invoice, how come it turned into the mattress protector on their invoice??? Where is that invoice coming from??? I ended up being set up and forced to buy stuff that I didn’t want to!? They changed the invoice into something else in their favor without your agreement!!! This is ridiculous!!!

My experience with Ashley Furniture store was horrible. They mislead and deceived me on my purchase. They don't tell you about additional fees if you finance. My total amount was not what I signed in the contract. There are others fees. Once the finance company pay them. They are done with you and do not even try to resolve your issue because they have gotten pay through finance company and tell you to speak with finance company Acima which has know ideal that they are misleading customers for there own gain , which is horrible. I want ever deal with them again, GO to Rooms to go.

A little disappointed and the fact that I went to the Ashley store and bought two items and then asked if they could be shipped to me to my location which was in the same vicinity or the same zip code and they said it would be an additional $75 But then the following day I bought another item online from the same location or in the same zip code from the warehouse that I was supposed to go and pick him up and it arrived the following day which was Monday and it was for free what I mean by free delivery So now I have to go Tuesday and pick up the two items from the Ashley Warehouse when I could have just ordered them online and they probably would arrived the same day as the item that I purchased on

Had a terrible experience with a sofa purchase here. Cushions don't stay firm after only 1 week of use. Customer Service Rep pretty much laughed when I called to return or exchange. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere for furniture needs.

We had an excellent experience here purchasing a living room set for our new home. DJ was so helpful, patient and friendly and went out of his way to make sure we found just what we were looking for! Highly recommend!

If everything was correct, I would give 5 stars. My delivery was taken 2 hours after the last time. They took $200 more than the warranty I requested. They said $300 discount, they only made it $200. Finally, my delivery sofa and loveset came in their original sealed packages. My coffee table and rocking chair came open. They were not brand new. Just the furniture and the design are nice. Please make sure everything is correct and place your order.

100% recommend avoiding this location My experience with this store was nothing less than a complete disaster. 1. The assistant manager has a complete lack of knowledge about the store credit card and provides false information about it. I spoke with the store managers, customer service and the bank, but they will not make any changes after you make your purchase. The store manager even refused to give me store credit to cover the mistakes made by her assistant manager that cost me several hundred dollars. 2. They ordered the wrong furniture. The one thing I requested on my tempur pedic was the massager. I confirmed with the assistant manager numerous times that the one he was ordering included it and he promise it did. Well, it didn’t and it took a lot of work to get it exchanged. 3. The assistant manager cannot communicate. He hung up on me on the phone which is completely unacceptable. He didn’t want to do the work to fix his mistakes. Customers: I recommend going elsewhere. Ashley Management: This store’s management team should be reevaluated. Additionally, I requested a district or regional manager’s information but the managers at the store claimed there was no such thing. According to them, they don’t report to anyone.

My daughter listed a couple of nightstands in her wedding registry, and they wound up being on the Ashley Furniture site. I figured, let's see if they're in stock, and save on some shipping. So, went by the store, and Shane told me they weren't at the store, but close by at the warehouse. Our transaction was easy. Quick purchase, got a text with a scheduling link, and I pick them up in 2 days. Plenty of time before her event. Shane was the epitome of professional and friendly! We talked about his coming from NOrth Carolina (I welcomed him to Texas), and mentioned checking our our BBQ (all the while, praising his former NC BBQ!). Super guy! My overall Ashley transaction went very well.

I was assured the furniture was in stock at the warehouse and scheduled a pickup for the following day. Upon arrival I was told the items were on a truck and wouldn’t arrive until the next day. The customer care service is now telling me that it will be another week. Everyone is blaming the salesperson but it shows in the system that the items are at the warehouse. Just a sign of a poorly managed company that does not value the customer.

Our in store experience was quick and our sales person was great, however when they delivered the furniture the ottoman was damaged. We called to report the next day, thinking they would just bring us a new ottoman but instead we were told 2-4 weeks for someone to come and repair it. Also it’s impossible to actually call and speak to someone in the store. When you call it goes to a call center and we spoke to someone in Tennessee. I did speak to my salesperson who said she would have her manager call me, but of course I never heard anything. We definitely will not purchase from them again.

Syed was our salesman today. He was very accommodating as we had lots of questions. He was helpful and friendly. Our shopping experience was thoroughly enjoyable. We would definitely do business there again.

Our sales associate Sam was wonderful, very respectful of our budget and taste, helping both me and my daughter who was looking for a bed frame. The "sleep specialist" that Sam asked to assist me in the adjustable base area, however , became condescending and downright rude when I indicated TemperPedic was not in my budget. He even ask me "why" i couldn't buy it because my old mattress is Sterns &Foster! He was visibly displeased with my bed choice, he told us there was no trial/return period for the set I was looking at (Sam later advised there is) he then told me a mattress protector was required for return eligibility and it would be $250 (Sam later advised a $120 option was available.) If he had been my only contact, I would have walked out and never returned. Sam however, was very helpful and demonstrated customer service. Unfortunately, days after finalizing the purchase , I was advised the bed was backordered...I waited 7weeks for delivery!

UPDATE: 2/27/2025 @4:09 PM At 12:57pm Sam from the Tomball Parkway store called. He talked very fast regarding the fact there is a leg missing from our bedframe. I tried to slow him down and walk through the situation as when we were at the store on Monday, 2/24/2025 we addressed the bed, it's the floor model and as is. We spoke about all the frame parts, they were all there we signed. He raised his voice to me and I replied to take it down a notch. He stated it's as is you can get a 4x and fix it. I said that's not acceptable, he said well we just noticed it's gone or we never recieved it originally. He said ill just call the driver and cancel your delivery. I asked to speak with manager or sales that we spoke with. He said DJ is with a customer but he will have him call me in 10 minutes and yall can figure it out. DJ called @ 1:15pm. He stated he just got into the store, he wasn't there prior with a customer. We talked about the situation and he stated we can get you a leg, it should have been there. He stated he was going to speak to Manager, Vanessa, tomorrow when she is in. 3:13 PM delivery arrived. Driver comes to door with 1 of the pillows we show him where to go. He stated he has a bed and a mattress we agreed and stated and you are taking the old mattress. He looked confused and walked to the room. He asked what is wrong with this mattress we stated it's not comfortable. He goes back to truck and cones back with headboard. My husband has to help him, he seemed to be struggling, he began to slide the foot of the headboard on the floor into room when I quickly said don't drag on floor it will scratch. We have polished concrete throughout. The second delivery guy came to door with a dolly and the 3 bed rails on it. I said just don't bring dolly in so it doesn't scratch my floors. He said it won't scratch, I said just don't bring it in. He got upset by me saying that. Grabbed one of the rails and walked inside. As they began to put frame together I said which leg is missing. He pointed it out, he said he talked to big boss and nothing will be done your keeping it. I took a few pictures and stepped away and called DJ back. The attitudes of the drivers were rude, I understand they have hard physical days but we were friendly as none of this was their fault. As they were getting ready to leave I asked where do we note the leg is missing, he stated you can't, I talked to the big boss, the district manager, and she stated you bought it this way. My husband then filled out the part of the screen, on his phone, that 1 leg is missing. I assume they will delete it based on their reactions. I then sent a message to sales rep stating this same thing. This is just unacceptable, the sales part of this transaction was great as you can read below. However, the execution is where they fail. So now it's a ping pong of a missing leg. Somehow went missing but only after we purchased, that's unacceptable. To have Sam, I guess assistant store manager, raise his voice and speak the way he did is not something that should be tolerated. Ashley Furniture needs to make good on their transactions, I understand our obligation but you can't change the terms after the purchase has been made. Nonesense this is where it is after such a positive interaction at store on Monday. Let's see what they do now... First time at this location and it was the best by far. Raquel, apologies on spelling, was friendly upon us arriving giving us the space to look around. Then the store manager, another apology I can't remember at this moment his name. He was amazing as well, they worked together. The I formation he provided on mattresses was what we needed to make pur selection. He took the tine to show us everything based on our needs and wants out of a mattress. Gosh, I cannot say enough good things about our experience here tonight. Thank you to these two what a great experience!

Their financing people are not trying to scam people and their sales reps. Don’t try to pressure you by talking fast and making promises they can’t keep. Get everything in writing.

I was immediately greeted by a sales woman as I walked in. She was friendly and knowledgeable, but most importantly she listened to me. I told her I was interested in a smaller dining set. She showed the dining sets and the different options available. I found a dining set that I wanted, and made my purchase. She didn't drag me through the store trying to 'interest' me other items. I was in and out of the store in less than an hour. I can't remember the young woman's name, but I did appreciate her assistance and knowledge.

I bought a sofa and mattress set from the Willowbrook location. BUYER BEWARE! They used a 3rd party delivery company. They knocked a shelf off the wall when delivering my mattress set. A precious handblown heart ornament was shattered in a million pieces. It is impossible to replace as it was made as my mother and I watched. They never told me the shelf was knocked off the wall. They stood in a way where I couldn't see it until they left. There was never a resolution to this. It would have cost less to rent a truck and have my son bring everything inside. This was my 1st and last purchase from Ashley.

Delivery service & experience is a disappointment. - We have been long time Ashley customers and went in the store to purchase an oversized chair and ottoman. The store service was great. We selected a delivery date for the chair, and a later delivery date for the ottoman based on stock availability. Totally OK. 3 day prior to our initial chair delivery, we received numerous calls/text/email messages asking us to confirm delivery date of Mon 1/27/25. We confirmed Yes. We received acknowledgment. On Sunday, we received our 3 hour window Monday 4:15pm - 7:15pm. Acceptable. We made arrangements to have someone home for that 3 hour window. However, no one ever showed up. No one called to say there was a delay or issue. Customer service closed at 7pm so there was no way we could get questions answered. (Why does customer service close when you still have a delivery window open?) We called the following day and customer service told us our delivery was CANCELED for Monday with no reason at all. The chair delivery had been rescheduled for Saturday, 2/1 and would be delivered with the ottoman. - I am so very disappointed with the delivery service Ashley has or contracted out. I spent a lot of time and effort to move furniture around for delivery guys to bring in, only to put it back and do it again in 5 days.

Here is my experience with Ashley Furniture. I bought a mattress with its box spring, which cost me around $3000. For those who are thinking about shopping here, I suggest you think twice, actually, better make it three times. On December 28th, 2024, I made the purchase, and everything was supposed to arrive by January 6th, 2025, but they only sent me the mattress without the box spring. It was total incompetence, and I had to leave the mattress in the living room, where we eat. Afterward, Ashley scheduled the box spring delivery for January 21st, 2025, but after I made a complaint, they moved it to January 15th, 2025. On the delivery day, the incompetent people at Ashley sent me only one part of the box spring, as it comes in two parts. I spoke with the delivery people, and they told me that out of the 17 deliveries they had, more than 8 people complained because their furniture arrived in different colors or was not the item they ordered. They also told me that the shipping logistics are prepared at the store location where you buy the item, but even then, I wouldn’t risk buying from any Ashley Furniture. Now I have to wait until January 21st, 2025, to receive my box spring. It’s incredible how expensive furniture and beds are, and having to wait almost three weeks to receive it. THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING HERE.

Great experience from the moment we walked in to the moment we wrapped up our purchase. Desiree Davis was our sales representative and she was awesome! We were in the market for a new power recliner sofa and chair, and Desiree took her time in showing us all of their inventory. And after about two hours of trying out different sofas, we finally narrowed down to the one we wanted. Desiree was very professional and patient throughout the whole process. This location has a pretty wide selection of furniture to browse. The employee we worked with was Raquel and she was extremely pleasant to work with during the shopping experience. She was present when needed and not overly overbearing while looking around. I feel that the pricing might be a little high but the quality of the product seems to stand out compared to other comparable brands. I have a feeling we will be shopping here frequently over the next year.

First off this is our second time shopping and most likely will not be shopping from here again . This time we bought a clearance couch which I inspected and everything was working just fine . Next day we come to pick it up, the wires on the back of the couch were semi snapped off. We tried returning for help but none was given to us . I understand all sales are final but not even any help at all as to what we could do to fix it . Very sad to say the least. Very disappointed

Went in late Saturday looking for a mattress, we had just left some other stores but they left a lot to be desired unlike here with Samer he made my process so easy, I expressed what kind of mattress we were looking for and ended up with something extremely better! I am so satisfied with what we got he even sold us on the adjustable base and all the warranty’s, the honesty and efficiency was top notch definitely recommend this location and make sure to ask for Samer.

They lied to me several times in the store about removing the old mattress and box spring then on the delivery day they refused to take it. Went to the store and was told they only do that for premium mattresses. Save yourself a headache and go to Mattress Mack! They are not true to their word here!

I went into the store knowing exactly what I wanted. The salesperson was nice but followed me at every move that I made while browsing. I was given a delivery date of 1/4/25 while at the store. The next day, I received an email and was given an option of 1/14, 15 or 16. I called the store to inquire. I was told it must have changed when the order went into the system. We'll see when I actually get my chair.

My salesperson Rachel at the Ashleys Willowbrook location was very personable and proficient in the sale of my furniture purchase. She took me from end to end of the store until I found what I wanted and that took a while and her attitude remained positive throughout the entire time because when I say she pretty much showed me every style of the furniture that I was looking for and I finally found it. After having severe frustration and disgust towards Ashley’s from a prior large purchase 5 years ago I decided to step foot inside of one again. Shelton F. Was a champion, not too pushy, and very reasonable with the negotiation process. Items should be delivered next week. Hoping things go smoothly!

The Willowbrook experience was excellent! However the pick up at Ashley outlet was not a good experience… line of people waiting ONE forklift running for pick up. I can see other forklifts and men standing on the other end chatting .. the attendant was nice but was not able to help retrieve items from racks. Those forklifts could be helping this guy.

Went into the Willowbook Store and was greeted by Veronica. She asked if there was anything of interest she could guide us to. We were interested in bar stools and she showed us the various selections. Sales rep Alisha came over and talked us through decision and completed the sale. Very pleasant experience with everyone. Great selection of furniture in store.

DJ was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He allowed us to walk the store at our own pace without suffocating us to make a purchase. He advised us of the current promotions and explained the financing process to us in detail. We honestly felt like he was there to assist us and not just another sale for him. Great job!

The manager was aggressive, judgmental, and flat out rude. His attitude and training style was evident upon being approached by his associates. This guy does not have clue on sales, it truly makes me question the integrity of this organization! Furniture is an integral part of my home and I need time to think. These people are vultures. It was more about what we can do for them and not what they can do for us.

After going by several different stores looking for the perfect pieces to set up our game room we landed at Ashley! It was an excellent purchase experience with Toby and also Syed. I love the fact that we got top-notch service and the opinion and input from two different sales people. They went over everything with me on performance of the fabric quality of the cushions all of the things that make a difference when you have multiple children and all boys in the household!! We are super excited and cannot wait for our delivery! I highly recommend Toby and Syed! I have attached a photo of what we ordered and we cannot wait for this to come!

Sales wasn’t pushy

The salespeople didn't mention I would be waiting 2 months for a love seat, so fine. I wait just to end up with a love seat that smells like second-hand smoke. The smell is so strong my head hurts.

Very easy to work with. Provided all options when asked. No pressure. Very efficient. Went Furniture shopping with my wife, instead of taking all day 😳🤪 took less than an hour! Much appreciated 🤭

My experience with Ashley Furniture was AMAZING until the day of delivery. There was an old delivery driver who was so rude and complained the whole time! He just started throwing my stuff anywhere and when I tried to help he just sighed and complained more. This delivery was the worst delivery I’ve ever experienced! Please Ashley Furniture find a new delivery company!!!!!

Jeff was such an amazing salesman! I appreciate that he gave me recommendations and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. The financing offers are MUCH better than they used to be. I'm really excited to get my new couch! Edit: it has now been 6 months since I got my couch and Jeff told me that I would receive a credit for 1/2 of my delivery fee to help offset the cost of the ottoman on the website vs at the store. That has not happened. I still LOVE my couch but this is disappointing since I have text him many times.

Shelton was amazing. He greeted us right away when we walked in asked us what we were looking for and directed us in the right direction. He didn’t hover, he let us look and try the furniture at our leisure. He was extremely helpful and was even able to price match our leather couch and love-seat for the best deal!
