Very sad and dissappointed of my purchase at this store ,the sales man Oswald promise my recliner will be deliver it on friday yasterday ( 3 days after my purchase). I spent at the store 3 hours to process my purchase 1 hour tryng to sign all the paperwork and verify my id ,He requested me two different ID to confirm my id. And I was there with my newborn because i relly need a rocking chair asap. No one call me during the week to update about my order and I called SATURDAY to costumer service because MY order didnt deliver on friday and I was unable to contac the sales man at the store, so the representative tells me I have to go back to the store and verify my ID again, I feel very upset because its so hard for me get back with a newborn. So I decided cancel my order and find other options online and take my business to other place. And the second reason its because they have a special of 4 of july 60months payment plan but at the time of the purchase he said we.requerid a minimum order of 1000 because the manager didnt approve the financial special. But online the advertisement said no minimum purchase requeried so I figure it out they want me to spend more money and thats the reason I been there for 3 hours!!

We have had Very bad experience. We purchased recliner sofa and love seats from Ashley, Willowbrook, in Aug 2021 along with 5 year warranty from Ashley via their warranty company -GBS Enterprises. The recliner stopped working around Aug 2023. We filed a complaint. We were directed to GBS Enterprises. Here is the list of tricounty technician visits that have taken place while our recliner is not working : Tech visit 1: Few months later Technician came and said that a plug in the assembly is faulty. He ordered that part through GBS. Tech visit 2: Further few months later another technician came. He declared that earlier technician was wrong. Entire motor is faulty. He ordered new motor through GBS. Tech visit 3: Another Few months later third technician came. He declared that earlier technician has wrongly ordered wrong motor. He ordered another new motor through GBS. He refused to take the previous motor with him Tech Visit 4: Today, Jul 3, 2024, same technician came and said GBS had sent wrong motor again. He again created a work order and took our signature. He again refused to take 2 motors with him. It's been more than 1 year since our original complaint. We now have 2 motors sitting with us, that are of no use for us. Our recliner is in non - working condition even today. GBS is highly unresponsive and a highly bureaucratic company. I highly recommend to not take any motorised items from Ashley. Workmanship of the furniture is good but you cannot rely on the motorised parts. And Ashley warranty would rob you of your mental peace instead of adding to your peace. Beware, Stay away

Experience inside this store was great! We originally made this trip to look for a new couch and a mattress. Walking, in we were greeted immediately by Raquel and received help regarding size and budget. Raquel was a perfect fit for her job by walking us through several couches that might work. Specifically, we looked at material, firm/cushiony, price, features. After finding one I loved, we immediately stopped and moved on to finding a new mattress. Here, Ladelle helped us. Since he knew a great amount about sleep science, he was a perfect fit for the job. After choosing a mattress in the budget, we went over to checkout which was a breeze! I just wanted to thank Raquel Leineweber, Ladelle Evans and any other employees we met during our visit for being of such great help! We enjoyed the shopping experience as well as hearing your stories.

Went by the store to check out lamps. My sales rep was awesome. She showed me Lamps that may like and I did. Very nice. Purchase both lamps. Great Customer Service.

Originally delivered date had some questions based on system/ timing/ inventory. But salesman Ladelle Evens worked tirelessly to deliver on promise of following through the entire process past sale point, and follow up call to keep me informed. I would definitely deal with him again.
