Process was an easy process. A slight hiccup but nothing that wasn't quickly corrected. My couch that was replaced was from Ashley's that I purchased 21 years ago and the couch is still useful!
I had the opportunity to visit Ashley Furniture today. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Charlie. Although he was seated, we made eye contact and he was up walking towards me. He was professional yet personable. I appreciate his in depth knowledge of the furniture. He was honest and patient, answered every question I had. There was no rush. I never felt pressured. It was a pleasurable shopping experience opposed to other local furniture stores. I've been in and out countless stores over the pass 7 days.
