The store was kept well & stocked and the staff that greeted was very friendly. Reece did an exceptional job with my purchase. I will definitely come back to make another purchase in the future.

Charlie was great help. He didn't pressure us with what we were looking for but, he was there when we had questions and had the answers. Charlie even demonstrated in other furniture the quality of the furniture. He also explained how the process worked on picking up the furniture or having it delivered.

Our Ashley Furniture delivery window was 4:15–7:15 pm, but the crew didn’t arrive until 9:30 pm. We received several delay notices and were offered a reschedule, but we worried the delays would continue. The delivery team was polite but seemed unorganized, which was disappointing given the high delivery fee. Also, the sofa we received sits nothing like the one in the showroom—it’s much firmer and sits so high that my feet don’t touch the floor. Ashley is sending a representative on Dec. 2nd to assess the issue, and I’m hopeful they can help resolve it. Overall, the experience so far has been frustrating, but I appreciate that they are at least taking a step to address it.

Horrible customer service and even worse MANAGEMENT! I’ve been shopping with Ashley Furniture for over 15 years and the quality and customer service has completely gone downhill. I truly understand and have a newfound appreciation for the rise of online shopping. Save your energy, preserve your peace, and go with Wayfair!

Very poor experience trying to get a warranty return. The team are evasive and dishonest. Trying to delay to the point where I give up and don’t peruse the claim.

REPORRING TO BBB TODAY! Extremely disappointed. I bought an upholstered queen size bedframe and mattress. The headboard had large black marks frame all across the board. The picture attached only shows one end, towards the other end the mark got wider and darker, but i didn't take a picture until after delivery man attempted to scrub it off (he was trying to remove it before i walked back into the room and saw it). Bbut even after you can see where the stain was scrubbed. I've contacted Ashley 3 times now since it was delivered just over 2 weeks ago and have yet to have someone contact me. With exception to my initial interaction when I bought the furniture, this is below par service. Now i have to spend more time escalatjng this. Not what I expected from Ashley.

I spent all day at other stores searching for a particular bed frame for my new place and this Ashley was like the 5th one I ended up in. I wanted to write a really good review - sadly, my experience just doesn't warrant that. It has been almost 2 months since the Ashley delivery service damaged two new sofas during the delivery. I opened a claim for service the following day - and two months later I've only received a few of the necessary replacement parts. Today I was greeted by an email requesting photos of damage, as if I've just opened a case with them. I'm about ready to move the conversation to having them send the delivery service out to pickup the damaged furniture and refund the entire purchase. Absolutely shameful that the delivery guys dragged leather across concrete. No one at the store answers calls. I managed to find a number where someone answered, and was told to send text messages to another number - that's the only way to get anything done. But it doesn't actually get anything done - just get the run-around and wasted time.

Great experience with Amir at the Katy location. He explained everything very well and was patient the whole time. Recommend him to anyone.

Went to Ashley looking for nightstands, a dresser, and dining chairs. My husband and I dropped in today just to look around. 2 employees closer to the back kept nudging each other and pointing at us as if they were trying to figuer out who would assist us. One in a red shirt one in a gray shirt. Both men walked off. We crossed paths with the red shirt guy shortly after, he asked of we had been assistanted and I said no, but we were just browsing, he asked what we were looking for and I said nothing in particular, just killing time. The look of disgust on his face before walking off and then shaking his head over and over before looking back at us to give us another nasty look was shocking. Probably won't be back. Wow...

Excellent service. Very happy with the experience. Sales guy greeted us but wasn't too pushy. He waited patiently until we asked for help and then he delivered in a balanced way. Kudos to that guy. Update: Knocking off 1 star from the original 5 stars because I had to fight for them to honor the commitment to deliver on the day that was agreed upon. Long story short, we have a house warming party and needed the table we bought delivered by end of week. After two confirmations of delivery they cancelled it so I had to call complain and have them fix it. Total pain. Not a good experience. The experience at the store was great. The delivery experience was bad.

If you want to wait around 5 months for your order to be delivered, have at least 6 useless phone conversations every week, receive contradictory texts every day canceling your order, have at least 1 migraine after every call, and receive rude workers who say things about your family in Spanish (thinking you don't understand the language), Ashley furniture is the place for you! Honestly… myself and my spouse went in there dead set on a bed set that we saw at another Ashley furniture store in hopes it was here . Till Rodney and Terry came. Myself and her were hesitant at first because we didn’t want to get “Got”, we went in there already knowing we were going to get a bed set for our new home. But after talking with Rodney and Terry, we felt comfortable with them and we played to their game, I knew there job was there to “sell us” something so they can get a little something out of it. But it wasn’t that. I like people that are blunt and straight to the point with me. And Rodney was that person he didn’t BS us on anything and told me straight up. He didn’t try to sell me on something that we would “like” but sold us on something that we ended up “falling in-love with”. And we are Happy with it because we know it’ll last us for many years to come. Don’t settle for less get Rodney and Terry and they will get you something that will last you a life time.

The furniture came damaged and I have been fighting with corporate or whoever they are since April. Not the stores fault I know but the company as a whole does not care.

I purchased a new dining table in the store and was delivered a damaged/used dining table. Firstly, it was delivered on a Saturday not in its original packaging but in a cardboard box labeled a king size bed. My husband signed for the delivery and when he put it together, noticed the table leg was severely damaged as well as minor scratches and discoloration on one of the table pieces. On Monday, I called the store about the situation and requested they send me a new dining table. I was told it was a discontinued item and they could not send me a new table, they offered a $120 discount or store credit for a different table. Furniture selection for your home is very personal and I did not want another dining table, I wanted the one I selected in the store. Neither options were acceptable to me and the store refused to take back the damaged dining table and refund me. I will be suing them for the following: Breach of contract: The furniture store failed to deliver the item I paid for, providing a damaged one instead, thus breaching the terms of the sale. Breach of implied warranty: Under consumer protection laws, there is an implied warranty that products sold will be fit for their ordinary purpose. A damaged item is not fit for use and violates this warranty. Unfair and deceptive trade practices: By refusing to provide a refund for a defective product, the company engaged in deceptive business practices. I am disappointed this company has such deceptive business practices given it is a large national chain. Do not buy from them.

I will never buy from Ashley Furniture again — worst experience ever. The bedroom set I received was a complete quality and service failure. The dresser and nightstand are unstable, the edges of several pieces are dangerously sharp, and the interior surfaces are unfinished — leaving splinters, scratches, and wood debris on my clothing. These defects only became clear after use, yet Ashley’s rigid return policy offers no protection in such cases. My repeated attempts to resolve the issue were met with constant handoffs between representatives, unreasonable demands for photographic proof of problems that require in-person inspection, and empty promises from the escalation team — who ultimately made things worse. Replacement parts arrived weeks ago, but no technician ever came to install them, and the company has since stopped responding. This is far from the quality, safety, and accountability expected from a national brand. I have been in this loop for three months and still no resolution! Very frustrated with the terrible experience.

Definitely recommend and will continue shopping @ Ashley’s. Alyssa @ I-10 location was WONDERFUL!! She introduced herself but gave us space, checked on us multiple times but again without being pushy. She was friendly and did not mind all the questions we asked even if asked more than once. Was not planning on buying anything but walked away with some furniture because of her help and knowledge.

He then proceeded to follow me and would not allow me to shop independently. I told them 4 times I did not need a sales person following me and he would not leave me alone. He said I had an attitude and he took on a very condescending tone, laughing at me each time I politely asked to have space to shop on my own. I provided feedback to manager who said his sales guy was “just doing his job.” The sales guy laughed at me as I walked out (walked out to take my business elsewhere that is more professional). Once you have purchased product from Ashley Furniture you are passed off to an A.I Chatbot. First 3 deliveries were all damaged products and one piece has still been sitting here at my home for the last 60 days with no resolution of picking it up. I’ve been to the store a few times over the last 60 days and at this point there is not a single person at this store can make anything happen. They blame it on the delivery, their chatbot that they have built to respond to customers is worthless. They label their selves the #1 furniture store in America, However all my furniture purchased from their competitors have had same day delivery and no damaged items at all. Maybe they should take some tips from Gallery Furniture on how to handle their Clients. If I could give this company a “0” Star I would do so in a “Heartbeat”

Went furniture shopping, negotiated a price of 1500. 1900 including delivery setup and taxes. I started signing documents on their iPad and when i asked to read what i was signing first, the salesman told me hed print the papers out after i signed them all! Come to find out he was trying to get me to sign for a price of 2600. Cancelled the sale, him and his manager started acting very rude and irritated with me once they realized i caught it. They quoted me a counter offer of 2400 and i refused. Read before you sign, always!!

Don't buy anything from here. Their after-sales customer service is pathetic. I bought a queen bed from them in February 2025. I noticed they forgot to attach the wooden leg to the frame. Reaching customer service is also horrible. You can't talk. It's sms based. Submitted a ticket on June 16 with the picture of the issue. After a week they came back It was wear and tear.

Item arrived damaged. Called customer service and they promised a $50 refund to original purchase method to keep 'as is.' I never got the refund and now they say it was entered as store credit and nothing they can do about it. Sounds very fishy!! Also, can never call stores directly.. must go through central customer service where they give you the runaround and keep you on the phone until you hang up. I had the best experience at the Katy store had the pleasure of having Brian Fritz as my sales person . He explained every detail about the living room set that I purchased, he’s patient didn’t try to fast talk me into purchasing the set just to make a sale. I had a bad experience at the Tomball location , the sale person was the total opposite of Brian he made it seemed like he was trying to sell me what he wanted just to make a sale . My son brought me to this store because of the good reviews and I knew he would ask the right questions. This sales person went as far as to tell my son I was buying it not him . And at one point he told me my son should go half on the purchase with me. I told him my son and his wife does good by me and this was my purchase and I wanted to stay within my budget. I think his name was Toby and he said he’s from Beaumont Tx and had been working for the company since the age of 18 , he became belligerent. My son had a conversation with the store manager. We left that store and went to Katy and got excellent service, I want to thank Brian for his professionalism.

Bought a king sized blanket for $50 and got home and looked at the label and it was a throw but the sales person had me sign 3 pages of paperwork for. no return when he knew he sold me the wrong size. It was actually a throw 60 by 60 instead of a 90 by 108. They practice very deceptive trading at this store. I will never shop at Ashley again. The other blanket I bought could only be ordered and I regret that too because it just might be a twin size being sold for a king size. Very disappointed.

I was in the Katy location. Went in there to look for table lamps. Had an idea on what, i wanted. Their online site, offers a lot to look at. But very limited inside the store. I am a 50 something female who not only recently moved to Houston with no family and recently bought a mattress and a chest from the Katy location. My sales person Felicia did not explain their “doorstep delivery” or the fact that once an item is delivered it can’t be returned. I have a queen sized mattress that is in a box that I cannot pick up to put in my bedroom. They refused to take it out the box. If I received the proper communication I would have made an informed decision of not purchasing ANYTHING from this place! I asked about warranty in reference to the mattress and she couldn’t give me any information. I’ve purchased from Ashley in other states but never had this experience before. I was told that “doorstep delivery” is like AMAZON! Well I should have purchased from AMAZON at least you can return when you’re not satisfied. So my suggestion buy from Amazon before here since they referred to themselves like Amazon. The to open up chest and to have a nic that I didn’t cause is crazy! UPDATE…yesterday I was told that Paula with customer service would contact me by 6pm. As of today I haven’t heard from Paula. I filed a complaint about the damaged chest yesterday and will see if this is resolved accordingly.

Another item was supposed to be scheduled for delivery on Tuesday and the representative forgot to put it in the system. So I had to reschedule it for another day. Just got my bed delivered yesterday and while the delivery people were here I told them that the feet on this adjustable base needs to be lowered because the bed is too high and I know it can get lowered because my last adjustable base have the same type of feet on it. The delivery guys had no clue what I was talking about and admitted they have never put together an adjustable base with a lift on it. Now the lift on the bed has nothing to do with the feet on the adjustable base but again they were clueless. Now I’m getting the run around from so many people from Ashley furniture to try to get somebody out here that knows what they’re doing. They went to the extent of closing a my ticket stating as you see in the photo that it should have been addressed at delivery….which it was by me! But obviously their people don’t know what they are doing. I still have not had this addressed by them to get anybody out here to fix it. That’s how bad their service is. I still commend the sales people I dealt with but the delivery and the warehouse are horrible, which makes me not ever want to refer Ashley furniture to anybody. I always bought my furniture from them in the past, but they definitely lost my business with this one.

Ashley Furniture tried to bait and switch us. They showed us pricing and switched it at financing to almost double. We specifically asked about pricing and financing before we shopped. We even got an approval before hand, because the pricing and terms looked so good. The sales lady Bianca told us one thing and then when we went to finance, the price more than doubled and the financing was not the same terms they told us before. These people are trash mammals and dishonest. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

Adame was so great! He welcomed me and my mom in and offered us some water, gave us a rundown on the store layout, and asked us if we had any questions. It’s my first time living alone and buying any furniture, so he was able to help me narrow down what I was looking for and find pieces that I love. He also gave me some advice when I asked his opinion on how I could style the furniture together, and he was able to help me get a discount for everything I purchased! Overall, I really enjoyed my first ever experience at Ashley Furniture and I look forward to coming back soon for my bedroom furniture.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. The furniture is cheaply made. Please don't purchase the extended warranty because everything they say is covered is not. I filled a claim because my ottoman tore a few months after purchase the stand were coming out, the warranty company didn't cover it and Ashley said they see where I called to get it replaced they sent the stuffing but I waited to late to call them back after explaining I almost lost my child in an accident who is now blind. They are insensitive and cheap. DO NOT BUY WARRANTY ITS A FRAUD AND DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

We had the most amazing customer service experience on Saturday at this location. Mr John Hasselbatch went above and beyond to show us around and explain how pricing and offers work. He was very patient when we tried to finance the sofa before deciding to pay in full to avoid the headache. John even did his best to schedule the delivery before our travel day and when asked a question he wasn’t sure about, he always double checked with his manager to make sure we got the right answer. We really did not intend to buy from Ashley that day but let’s just say that John’s care made us reconsider. They are lucky they have him (when we visited 2 months ago nobody cared to explain things so we just left). We are so excited to receive our new sofa!

I recently visited Ashley Furniture and was extremely unpleasant. This is the second time I’ve encountered poor service at this store.

Guy who answered the phone sounded uninterested and miserable. No greeting, no manners, and was overall rude. Ashley has become so lazy and low class, I don’t see myself giving them anymore business any time soon.

Rodney made it one of the best shopping experiences we have ever had. He is very pleasant and likeable.

They push you to purchase their protection plans and lie to you about what it all covers. And then years into it, you need to call and they blow you off and ignore you and wait till your protection plan expires and ghost you. So you’re wasting your money on their protection plans. 10/10 do not recommend!!!!

We were in the market for several furniture items but didn't specifically have one thing in mind when we walked in through the doors of this Ashley furniture store location. As soon as we walk in, we were approached by a Sales Associate, asking if he could assist. We respectfully said that we'd like to be left alone and would like to first walk around and then ask for help as needed. We did not realize that it's almost apparently a crime in this store, to look around and say no to the sales associate. This sales associate, who was clearly upset, kept hovering around us and making jokes (about us) with his colleagues, verbally taunting us for the next several minutes. He was passing comments almost generalizing my race. We had our teenage daughter with us, and we didn't want to create a scene by confronting him. We silently approached the manager, who made us wait until he was done with another customer, and then we explained the situation to him. He was so nonchalant about the whole situation and it appeared as if he was very much aware of this type of sales behavior. The manager was confused as to what he could do about the situation, seriously dude ?? I have never experienced this type of customer service and rude sales behavior in my life and I hope that no one experiences it. I don't want to include the names of the Sales person and the manager. IMO, they are merely reflecting the company culture and their tolerance for these types of behavior and the total disregard of 'customer experience'. What a shame ?

Purchasing furniture is like purchasing a vehicle. Not fun kinda stressful & aggressive sales associates are aggravating. I went because I had to and there was a sale. My sales associate wasn’t pleasant, was combative, and not well groomed. Would have preferred someone else. But it wasn’t a major investment so I didn’t push or ask for anyone else. OMG! Carve Phillips is the best salesman at Ashley Homestore. Over the weekend, I called for help with furnishing and designing my entire apartment. He helped me to refine my choices over the phone by sending photos of what I saw online. He came in to work early Monday morning to give me a tour based on my preferences. i would give this place zero stars if i would. me and my partner were in this store hoping to just look around for fun. when we first walked in and told the guy that we weren’t looking for anything in particular, he was confused but left us alone. maybe 2 minutes later i go to the restroom and while im in there, a worker goes up to my partner and asks what she’s doing, she tells him she’s waiting for me and that we’re just looking and he asks if we’re going to buy anything and she says “maybe, but we’re just looking” and he responds saying that he’s gonna need us to buy something atleast “10 dollars”. by the time i left the restroom, he was gone. we look around for maybe 2 more minutes and a nicer worker asks if we need any help and we say that we’re just looking and he politely says to let him know if we need any help. not even a minute later, the same guy who was talking to my partner earlier goes up to us and asks if we need any help. i said no thank you and that we were just looking, he asks again and i say that “we’re just looking for fun” and he responds saying that we “need to buy something atleast $10 dollars” and i respond saying no thank you and he keeps pushing. i say that if it’s a problem that we can leave and he said no and that we can buy a clock or lamp and i said no again. my partner pulled me away and we left. we were there for maybe 10 minutes and i didn’t feel comfortable being there.

The cabinet we got is still great, but make sure you check the online prices before you go in-store. We were checking out different furniture stores and we were close by the Katy location so we popped in. Truthfully, I always thought Ashley was insanely expensive and everything would be outside of my budget. I might have thought that because I always considered it to be “high end”. Most of my furniture has been from Rooms To Go / Wayfair / Amazon. But to my surprise, the prices were ok! And the quality was great which was important for us because we want pieces that will last us for a long time. My sales rep Felicia H. was so nice and pressure free. She immediately greeted us at the door and she let us roam around the show room. We were surprised how many pieces immediately caught our eye and we settled on one. The financing was quick too. We signed up for the Ashley card so we could get 0% interest financing and it was easy. Felicia told us our monthly payment options and we went with what was right for us. I highly recommend going to Ashley Furniture!

My story is very long with the purchase I made at Ashley at Restaurant Row location, Katy, Texas. Please if you decide to buy from them I beg you to reconsider and turn around and buy from somewhere else. They have greedy salesman that overcharges for the comission . They say the furniture is in stock but it’s not really they are lying to make a sale. If I ever need to buy any furniture i will use the floor for eating, sleeping and watching tv then go to Ashley furniture store. Went to several furniture stores to buy a couch. At first we were very interested with living space couch. We went several time to check out the couch that we were about to get, but me and wife decided to shop at other furniture store before wanting to make that purchase. We went to living space, bell furniture, American furniture warehouse, and lastly Ashley furniture all in the same day! We walked into Ashley furniture, and so far Ashley furniture got the best customer service! Rodney our sales rep greeted us right as we walked in! From there on it was game time! Rodney showed us multiple different couches. From price ranges from low to high, medium firm to soft. Me and wife found 2 couches so far as we walked in due to Rodney expertise! Once he got done showing us the couches we were best interested in we decided to pull the trigger on one of them! He was able to make us a good deal on it, and we went for it! Finally on Friday 09/27 my couch was delivered! Super impress with the couch! Even though the couch is still needed to be broken into it’s still comfortable! Love my purchase so far and the price he gave us definitely beat Living space as Living space price is what you see is what you pay! As for Ashley furniture customer service, and as price goes…hands down one of the best furniture store to go to! Ashley furniture is 10/10 recommended! If ya need any furniture ask for Rodney! He will give you the best price and best customer service, and will show you your best preference!

Looking for a small living room carpet, they didn't have.

We went in looking for a simple sectional to replace ours. After going to several stores in the area we finally found exactly what we were looking for at this Ashley store and got it at a great price. Sales reps are friendly but let you look around and don't bombard you while you are looking. Our experience was great.

I honestly had the worst experience. Purchased a table on April 20th, or so, delivery date said July 9th. I get a call on July 9th and the table is now gonna arrive on August 2nd, the day comes and the same thing happens again this time is gonna arrive the 18th, finally comes and is BROKEN. I ask for a replacement and they say yes and that they will get in contact with me, a week goes by and i decide to call them and they tell me that the table is not gonna arrive until october... at that point i waited since april. I canceled and ask for my money back. Terrible experience, poor communication. On the good note the representative that took care of me at the end took care of me above and beyond.

Buying from Ashley has been a headache. People who buy online are treated even worst than people who buy in the store. If you buy online, and you have a problem, you have to deal with operators in the Fillipines, and they only take messages and write a report. They say you will be contacted in 3-5 days but that day never arrives. Ashley charged my credit card on August 28, I returned the item before arriving because they were sending 1 chair instead of 4, and I am still waiting for a refund. I will never buy from this store again!

I went into Ashley Furniture yesterday afternoon looking to purchase a bedroom suite and did just that! My experience was fantastic! Amir met my daughter and I while we were walking through and he was a breath of fresh air! He stood out from the typical salesman. Most are pushy and down your throat, but not Amir. Amir got down on my level and actually listened to what I wanted and was looking for and showed me what he thought would be best for me mattress wise according to my health and current issues I was having with my current mattress. Best experience and I HIGHLY recommend looking up Amir at the Katy, Texas location.

If I could put 0 stars I would my experience was horrible the manager was very rude telling me “I’m not dealing with you get out , get out of my face “ very childish behavior, I had every right to be mad .

Salesman Phil Johnson was great and completed the sale very quickly. As I was in a hurry, to get to the warehouse, before it closed.

STAY AWAY!!! This is a licensed store and not a corporate store!!! Sales people will say and promise anything just to make a sale. We bought eight different items from this store. After selecting the furniture we wanted, we asked when the furniture would be delivered and they guaranteed a single delivery within a week. It was too good to be true and we should have known better. As soon as the money left our bank account we got a text message with a completely different delivery date. We tried calling and they said they were behind on deliveries and that there was nothing they could do about it. We said ok things happen whatever. A week later I get another text message saying that the one delivery we had scheduled was now two deliveries. I called and they said that the item they had sworn was in stock was now on back order. We said that's not what we were told, we asked all these questions before making the purchase and were assured otherwise. Whatever, we get half our furniture delivered nearly two and a half weeks after the purchase and are told that the rest won't be here until another two weeks. When I called to see what was going on they said that they had the entertainment center we ordered in stock but the couch that we wanted was on backorder. I spoke to the manager about this and he said he was not going to schedule a delivery just for the entertainment center and that I was going to have to wait for the couch to be in stock. ONCE AGAIN, I said fine things happen, however, I just started a new job and cant be taking days off my first week. AGAIN, he promised that it would be delivered on a Saturday. The week the couch was supposed to be delivered I get another text message saying that the couch can't be delivered on Saturday and that I need to reschedule, so I reschedule for the following week. The following week the couch still cant be delivered on a Saturday, so I have to reschedule AGAIN. Until I finally get a Saturday delivery date nearly three weeks later. The same day the couch and entertainment center was supposed to be delivered, I get a call saying the entertainment center we had ordered was now on back order and won't be delivered until September. Mind you it's been almost two months since we paid in full for this furniture and it's "guaranteed" delivery. As if this was not enough, once the couch gets here, the chase it came with is ON THE WRONG SIDE! TLDR: Save your self the trouble and go with anyone else!!! These people don't care about their business or their customers.

I will NEVER do business with this company again, and would highly discourage you from purchasing from them as well! This includes the third party they use, Acima, as they were very misleading from the beginning; leading me to believe I was paying one price and added several hidden fees, harassed me when I wanted to unenroll in autopay, and upon making the initial payment I found out that there was another surcharge. This is unacceptable and highly immoral to take advantage of customers this way! Their agent Jillese is incredibly unprofessional and rude, and I received the same lack of consideration and understanding upon reaching out to Ashley and dealing with the sales representative Phil. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Misleading service!

Charlie was very knowledgeable, personable and committed to helping us find exactly what we wanted. He offered specific 2nd options that would be similar to our style in case the first didnt work out(first choice was backordered). He was very detailed and transparent about the delivery processes, communication and costs and made sure to triple check our order for optimal service. Above and beyond service from him and his team without feeling the pressure to buy.

My husband and I visited the store in the Katy looking for a new sofa today and were very shocked at the sales people all sitting at a table in the showroom, laughing and carrying on like it was a party. Only one guy got up and greeted us, we told him what we were looking for and he pointed to the area where the sofas were, couldn’t even be bothered to show us himself. After about ten minutes of looking the same guy came back over to us to see if we had found anything. We asked him if they could remove our old sofa upon delivery of a new one and was told, “We don’t do that”. The salesman offered no other options so we walked out of the store. These salesman at this location could care less about a sale and treat customers like dirt. STAY AWAY!!!! Spend your money elsewhere!!!!!!!! Will never recommend or go back.

We are extremely happy with Ashley store, in particular with Marcos Escobar. He is the best salesman we have ever seen at any furniture store. He was extremely patient and isn't pushy at all unlike other salesmen. He gave us ample time, answered all our questions and made us comfortable while helping us decide on the bedroom furniture and mattress. Because of such an excellent customer service by Marcos, I would only go to Ashley store in future for my furniture needs.

Extremely rude and unbothered staff

I came to Ashley’s to shop for dining chairs. Phil was awesome, he made me comfortable with my shopping experience. He was professional and very knowledgeable with selection of dining chairs Ashley’s had to offer. He offered great details on product protection plans and delivery. He helped me find dining chairs for my table.

Our sales rep Phil did a great job showing us everything we needed. He gave us space and time to look and decide. He was honest and detailed in his product descriptions.

I drove a hour to the nearest showroom, which is in the Katy area. It was a bit frustrating that furniture isn’t housed at the showroom. You have to drive an additional hour down the Gulf Freeway to the warehouse for pickup; however, I was willing to do so. I purchased end tables on 7/2 and was told I could pick them up on 7/9. I am glad I called in advance because customer service informed me the order wouldn’t be ready until 7/19. On 7/19, an automated message said the order was ready, and I drove 1.5 hours to the warehouse. I was told there that the order was not ready, and there were none in stock. The warehouse employee suggested I call the original salesperson and request free delivery. I did so, she agreed and said that’s easy on her end. Today, 7/25, I’m receiving texts that my order is ready for pick up, that the salesperson didn’t change the original order, although I have copies, and now the order will be delivered 8/8/24, which is 37 days after purchase.

Veronica and Rodney were amazing! Very professional, patient and knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed the conversation with Rodney. He was very personable and detailed about the mattress inventory. I purchased a side chair w/ ottoman. Will be back soon for my mattress purchase.

Went in on a whim to browse their selection of sectional sofas and was immediately greeted by Rodney upon walking through the door. He was not pushy or insistent, but rather friendly and informative. After we told Rodney what we were looking for, he showed us several options, helped us narrow down our choices, and ultimately walked back and forth with us multiple times between our two choices. Rodney had such a patient personality and his knowledge of the inventory was extremely helpful when we were looking around. I can honestly say I haven't had that much fun shopping for furniture and Rodney was the reason. We got a great deal, timely delivery, and had fun in the process. Do yourself a favor and ask for Rodney... You won't regret it.

Brian was patient and extremely helpful in my purchase experience. He showed me several options and waited so long for me to try to make up my mind. I really appreciated his time and consideration the store was clean. He was very professional and the furniture seems to be great. I’m going to have it delivered soon and looking forward to it.

Went in looking to furnish my new home, and was planning to visit a few furniture stores to compare. I did not have to, I got everything I personally needed in one trip. Marcos Escobar greeted us at the door, and we were highly impressed with his knowledge. We took the reigns of what we wanted while he just helped with any questions we had. He wasn't super imposing like other sales reps we have had before trying to make a sale. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and very helpful. It was nice to meet an employee who was proud of the company he works for quality as well as flexibility. I would recommend both this store and Marcos. Additionally, the combination of sales helped a lot for furnishing my house, at a reasonable price.

Very bad experience. Do not go to this store. Sales team is very rude. We met a person named Amir, he was not at al nice with us. He laughed on us and made fun of us. Company should fire him or else will loose more customers like me. I WONT BUY MY FURNITURE FROM THIS STORE EVER.

The Ashley Store had a wide selection of dining room tables and chairs for my selection. Victoria, the sales person who sold a dining room set to me, was very professional, knowledgeable, and cordial throughout my time with her. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my selection. Whenever I have occasion to return to the store again, I will look forward to seeing her.

I order a dresser from this place and when we open the box we noticed it was broken they won’t exchange it or give me my money back

Had originally gave them 5 stars. I was trying to update my review and accidentally deleted it. I ordered 4 chairs and got 2. Jude was the actual sakes person who took the order. When I went in to correct it, they tried to insinuate I ordered only 2 for the price of the 4. They were a set of two for $140 and they charged me $ 240 for 2 then tried to get me to buy two for $80 each and when I said no to that, tried to sell me two for $50. I had to call customer service for assistance. This is the second time I have gone into this store and gotten bottom of the barrel customer service. Won’t give them a chance to do it again.

I had a great experience shopping at Ashley today. I really enjoyed my time here. Phillip was great help. He really took his time with me, and he showed he cared to help me find what ‘I’ wanted, needed. I highly recommend you ask him when you are shopping at Ashley.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!! Pretty close to the worse furniture experience I have encountered. Purchased a $2000 dollar Bedroom Dresser and Drawer set on May 27th, delivered on June 5th. Didn't think that we had to check the drawers of the units before the delivery personnel left, but definitely should have. Out of the 11 drawers available on the set, only 2 operate correctly. The rest either do not close properly or once closed you have to use force to open them. Reported this to their customer support and they said they would reach back out with more info. After not hearing from them for almost 3 days, called back, and the associate mentioned that the claim was not complete so I spent another 30 minutes on the phone with her to complete the claim. Their solution to having dead on arrival furniture was to have the drawer sliders sent out, then once we received the shipment then they would schedule a technician to come out to repair. To me this sounded so backwards, but agreed, we had no other choice they refused to swap the units out. So two weeks later we finally received the sliders, and we had to call back to schedule a technician to come out. Low and behold they said the next available would be another 10 days out, SMH. So we purchased on May 27th, delivered on June 5th and still do not have a usable product and technician will not be out until the 28th of June. So almost a month later and still waiting to be taken care of. Definately the last time I will purchase anything from there . BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Great store, great choice of furniture. Thanks to Phil that stayed even after closing and worked with us for all issues. His advice and experience convinced us to furnish all our home there. Ask for him if you go to this location.

I recently received my new sofa, the Carianna, on Friday the 14th, and while it is undeniably beautiful to look at, I’m disappointed by several issues. First, the leather material is problematic. My skin sticks to it every time I make contact, making it very uncomfortable to sit on. To mitigate this, I’ve had to cover the leather with blankets, which diminishes the aesthetic appeal. Interestingly, I didn’t experience this issue when I sat on the same model in the store multiple times. This discrepancy is quite puzzling and frustrating. My cat is also upset, as am I, because he cannot fit on the couch with me to snuggle. I didn’t have this issue with my previous couch. Overall, while the sofa is visually appealing, these practical issues overshadow its beauty. Sad part is, after spending all that money, I am stuck with my purchase. Should have went to Gallery where you can return the furniture if it don’t work once in your home. Also, I just realized that Ashley comments on every positive review, but I haven’t found a response to a single negative review.

I will give a 2nd star because while I ultimately stopped hearing from my sales person very abruptly, they were overall polite. Beyond that: I went in looking for a sectional on a Monday. Found one and was told it could be delivered by the end of the week. Thursday or Friday. My information was taken. I have an account already with Synchrony. However, there was a delay due to some miscommunication between Ashley and their own financing bank. This lead to a two day delay, which pushed my 3/4 day delivery to closer to 10 days, which was unacceptable. I feel misled by the original time window I was given, and had to personally cancel my order after my sales person stopped responding to my texts (a means of communication they began). I've purchased from Ashley once before and had no issue. After this experience, I am unsure I will try purchasing from them again.

First I answered 5 stars because the attention at the moment of searching for the furniture was amazing, sadly they took 2 complete weeks to find out where the furniture was and now they are telling me I need to wait 9 weeks to receive the cabinet I bought. Terrible service, it feels like a scam

Carve was a great help. At first we were looking for a dresser to match a bed frame we have but after he looked up a few we realized we were at the wrong store. I had a salesman who was really really good I didn’t have no problem with and his name is Amir but my experience with another salesman was very rude to my girlfriend. Things got really bad and the salesman and I almost got into a very heated altercation that almost lead to the situation to get physical. Instead of the manager that was on duty stopping the salesman from arising to the point to where it had gotten, she let the situation go on. I spent over 10k in the store today and I’m surely thinking of returning everything because of the bad service I received. Yeah I highly wouldn’t recommend here.

Alex Castillo was wonderful. He listened to our needs and found the best item possible for us. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a person who cares.

Do not buy from here. If you are unsatisfied, oh well. Bar stools were delivered and they were too short and I told the delivery driver I didn’t want them and he made me keep them and said I must call corporate because he can’t return them. We went back and forth and he wouldn’t take them back. I then spoke with the manager and he says he can only take one of them because he doesn’t have a warehouse and can’t return them and he has already helped me before. I’m being forced to keep chairs that i spent a great deal of money on and tried to refuse them so they weren’t in my possession. The manager even mentioned to me once I complained, that policy says once in your possession all sales are final but the drivers wouldn’t take them back and forced them in my possession. This is so wrong. I’m still waiting on a rug I ordered 3 weeks ago that hasn’t delivered that I no longer want because I won’t spend another dime with this company. Will be cancelling that order.
