DO NOT BUY ANTHING FROM ASHELY. THEY DON'T RESPND AND LIE on ALL DELEVERY TIMES!! I would give 0 starts if I could. The lies and no responsive phone calls!! iF YOU DONT;T HAVE THE FURNITRE WHY YOU LIE!!! I've purchased my furniture in the mid of December they lied and said it will be available by the end of Feb. Did not receive all of my furniture till the end of March and till now my dinning table was per the manager should've been delivered on April 28th.. I will be at the store and will get my rights let see what other lies you will tell me!!!!

We purchased a sofa set beginning of February and was told it was ready and in stock(first lie). While waiting to pay the sales consultant stated the next delivery date was not until mid-march (second lie). So if it was in-stock why does my delivery keeps getting delayed. First text I received stated pick your delivery date. I chose February 26th. Called customer service to confirm and was told they don't have my furniture in stock and to call back at the beginning of March (third lie). Today I received a second text stating they scheduled my delivery for tomorrow. Why? I have not spoken anyone about a delivery date. Now Ive cancelled it because I am not available and they told me I have to wait another 48 hours to reschedule it. If Ashley furniture communicated like they are suppose to I wouldn't be writing this review. For the consumers that want to purchase furniture from Ashleys I would think about it. Reminder they are in sales and they will do and say anything just to get the sale.

I placed an order back on November, the delivery time was on January 5 , today I find out that my order was canceled on January 28th without any courtesy call or money reimbursed, don’t order anything here. I can’t believe they made me wait from November until today February 22nd, and I find out because I called to ask for the status of my order, so dissatisfied and disappointed of this furniture store never again !

The worst place to order furniture! Poor communication, and they'll switch your order status for 5 months without telling you! If u can plz go somewhere else!!

I️ was promised a 4-5 week delivery for my sofa and the ottoman was expected to come weeks after. Now I’m finding out only from calling customer service that my sofa will be coming in 8 weeks and that the ottoman will be coming in 6 weeks. Why would I️ want my ottoman to come in before my sofa? I’m very upset because the sales person failed to keep the delivery date he promised and it seemed like he only said that frame to close the sale.

I ordered my furniture in November and I am still waiting for my complete order to this day. I received the end tables and coffee table in December and then the Headboard and Footboard in February and now they are stating that the rails to my bed and the night stands are ready to be picked up. I called them twice about this because it should not be a pick up but a delivery and set up. This is so frustrating. I will not go into the frustration I had about the delivery of my sofa and love seat. I am not a happy customer right now.
