DON'T DO IT!! DON'T BUY HERE!! We bought furniture in Nov. I was told we'd get our furniture by the end of January. We are still waiting, and it's the end of July. The worst customer service ever!!! We have purchased many items from Ashley, but this will be the last. The absolute worst service! And you really aught to fire whoever Dominique is in your customer service department. I'm talking hot hot HOT TRASH customer service skills. If rude were a photo in the dictionary, it'd be a photo of Dominique laughing at her customer's frustration. And this is from one of your "customer service managers"?!? I will drag Ashley's Furniture name any chance I get, and Dominique's too.
Lied about delivery dates. non-responsive to requests for updates. We had a big order, enough to fill 3 rooms. I will be cancelling all orders tomorrow. My nephew warned us to never order anything from Ashley and he was right. We should not have ignored him. I will never set foot in an Ashley Furniture Store again. It is unfortunate, because I thought we had solved all of our furniture needs in one stop.
I think whoever add a positive feedback did not really have to experience their customer support and the staff attitude I purchased an insurance with the insurance and they refused to refund the money as they promised since I did not use it The store manager was not product all and he was the worst sales person I ever meet He refused to refund the insurance as per their paperwork and he said he will not just because he don’t want to update i already sent an email and now waiting on Ashley feedback and provided the name of the store manager also i filed a complaint with the BBB Update I got nom response to mail email however i got an email for my BBB case already responded to the email and send a reminder with o reply from Ashley this company customer support is the worst
Worst customer service ever. They took my order and it’s been 7 months and they have not delivered it yet . Every time I call it’s a waste of hours and they keep extending the deliver date .
They give you all the sweet talk when your buying! Then it’s too difficult to follow up on there delay! They told us we will get our dinning table by 4th and the chairs by 10th, then sent us our sofa without the dining table with no notice we had to call the showroom several times to understand why we didn’t get the table they didn’t give us an answer for a full day, the second day they told us the table is available we just preferred to send it with the chairs on the 10th! At the same time the customer service mentioned they don’t have the table in stock! And the dining table and chairs will arrive on the 18 th! We asked for refund! They wasted two full days of ours between calling the showroom and calling the customer service and then driving for the refund. When we asked for refund they told us it takes a week to two weeks! Which doesn’t make sense as we payed in cash! The worst experience ever with a furniture shop We wanted to buy our bed and rugs from them then changed our mind after all this.

DO NOT BUY ANTHING FROM ASHELY. THEY DON'T RESPND AND LIE on ALL DELEVERY TIMES!! I would give 0 starts if I could. The lies and no responsive phone calls!! iF YOU DONT;T HAVE THE FURNITRE WHY YOU LIE!!! I've purchased my furniture in the mid of December they lied and said it will be available by the end of Feb. Did not receive all of my furniture till the end of March and till now my dinning table was per the manager should've been delivered on April 28th.. I will be at the store and will get my rights let see what other lies you will tell me!!!!
I ordered my furniture in November and I am still waiting for my complete order to this day. I received the end tables and coffee table in December and then the Headboard and Footboard in February and now they are stating that the rails to my bed and the night stands are ready to be picked up. I called them twice about this because it should not be a pick up but a delivery and set up. This is so frustrating. I will not go into the frustration I had about the delivery of my sofa and love seat. I am not a happy customer right now.
I received my refund from my protection agreement. After paying off my account they are saying they can't find it. Will never shop their again!!!
