I came in for an interview. Just today was disrespected when I was asking a few questions. I decided to cancel my interview. You do not disrespect people when they're asking questions. Giving people attitude will not help you build customer relations.Or have people wanting to work for a corporation like this?You need to check your employee
Leaving this here to hopefully save someone time and money. Entering the store, within 20 minutes we knew what set we wanted. We simply wanted to know the price. Somehow, it took them 2 hours to look up prices/availability of set/available delivery days and take us through the purchase process - so make sure you have enough time on your hands. We told the sales associate we would only purchase if we could get the furniture delivered on our move-in day, it wasn’t until immediately after we made the purchase that we were informed by the associate that the delivery would occur almost a week after the requested date. Luckily, after several phone calls in the following weeks, I was able to resolve the delivery date issue, however this was something that never should have happened to begin with. Don’t sell to customers if you cannot meet their needs or lie about your ability to fulfill their requests prior to purchase. When delivery day came, the set was not the color we requested. We were told we would receive the white set as shown in the in-person display. On Delivery day, the set they brought was gray. We accepted it, as we were in desperate need of furniture. A few days in, we were having to deal with the potent smell of chemicals coming from the paint which we didn’t expect as it was our first time buying new furniture from Ashley’s. I wouldn’t have made the comment here except it was strong enough for us to be concerned for the wellbeing of my friends baby. But the biggest issue of all, and what led me to this review site is the squeaking of the bed, to the point that it’s almost screaming any time someone rolls over. Ashley’s does not have a streamlined customer service, they have an automated chat service line disguised as a “live chat” without even a bare minimum AI attempt at placating a unsatisfied customer. The automated chat forum will offer you an offensive $50 in return for not having to send someone out to fix their product as if you didn’t just spend over 2 thousand on it. If you decline the offer, they ask you to identify the problem part (how am I supposed to know what is causing the squeaking if no one has come out to take a look?), and then the automated chat ask you to take a multitude of photos of the furniture, “the problem part” and the serial number. Once those are submitted, the automated chat will tell you a live agent will reach out in the next two days. It’s incredibly frustrating and a huge waste of time and money overall. I recommend literally anywhere else before you purchase from this company.
The address provided by Google is a Tesla dealership, not a furniture store. No idea if an outlet store even exists.
Rude customer service from manager. We pointed out that the furniture doors were not aligned and there were chips and his response was “that’s fine, we don’t need you to buy from us”. Instead of acknowledging that something was wrong or offering for it to be fixed. Or maybe even offer another piece to look at? Instead we were dismissed. We recently puchased a bedroom set from your willowbrook location but now I don’t think we will ever go back.
Leadership could definitely be more professional in terms of clear and effective communication as well as empathy and understanding.
Terrible experience. I just got two couches then noticed the next day (late delivery fyi) there was a bed bug crawling on it. Took a picture and called customer service, who told me to submit a claim. The claim agent said they don’t cover that and we need to extinguish it and my email back did not deliver. Can’t call the store directly and customer service is terrible. Do not buy furniture if you want bed bugs.
Exceptional service
Manager Lori sold us a sectional at the price of $1,100. After looking online the same sectional was listed on the Ashley website for $855. I called and tried explain the situation to her. She didn’t want to hear it. I feel completely scammed! Really disappointed because I do like the couch!

Grateful is the best way to describe my experience! I called with an inquiry before arriving at the location. I spoke to Naela. Literally from the moment we spoke until the moment I walked out of the door, this young lady provided exceptional customer service! To begin with, my gps guided me to an incorrect location; Naela guided me directly to the facility. Very patient and very pleasant was her attitude! I had a terrible experience with Bel furniture & Naela went above & beyond to ensure my experience with Ashley Furniture was a breeze. Again, she was patient. I appreciated this so much because I was so frustrated with the previous merchant. She was attentive, professional & very empathetic. She thoroughly explained the payment options, delivery availability, the delivery process and how & when to contact Ashley if I had any problems. I appreciate her professionalism because she really turned my frown upside down. I enjoyed being in the presence of the entire team at this location because they were all polite, personable demonstrated teamwork and they all really appeared to enjoy their job! Grateful! It was the first time I took my sister and mom with me to shop at that location. My sister is an apartment manager who has people to come in with just their clothing as everything else they lost and need a budget friendly place they can get started over for their famines. She was very impressed and will be sending all of her residents to that location. Carlos and the rest of the staff were so kind and friendly. Carlos helped us get my mom in and out of chairs that she could feel them and how well she could get in and out when she home alone. She will be 79 Monday and shopping for her a comfortable chair is what we did for her birthday. Thank Carlos and the staff there for us.

Hunter was helpful as well with working with another store to advise me to come there to find things that’s no longer sold in the store because it’s on clearance. Chris was great and helpful. However, I had the best experience at this store with Hunter. My daughter and I decided to leave without making a purchase until Hunter introduced himself, asked the right questions and provided insight on the quality of the bedroom set we were considering. It was such a refreshing experience, I wasn’t sold an item, I was informed before making a decision on how this purchase would positively benefit my new home. Hunter not only wanted us to have the best quality but understand how it was beneficial to make the purchase and how to pay it off in a responsible amount of time. That’s superb important and helpful. He was personable, respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt like I was making a purchase from a trustworthy nephew! This has got to be one of the bad Ashley furniture stores. Tried getting the full apartment furniture sets from Ashley. But when it came to finalizing the prices, the store manager "James" very abruptly and rudely stated that "Even though you have been Ashley customers for years and we would appreciate your business but we cannot provide any customer benefits and would let us walk away" while I understand that we all have a job to do, there is a proper way to say "No". Not the way the store manager James stated loudly and rudely. Well, for me and my family, we got a much and way better deal at Bel furniture with a superior and better quality sets and for much lower price and free delivery with free assembly. Now beat that Ashley furniture. Guarantee that I, moving forward won't be shopping at Ashley. And to the store manager James, keep your furniture and your loud/rude attitude to yourself.

Great & knowledgeable staff that helped to attend to us, they took the needed time to show us around and even fully assembled a reclining chair to show the full amount of tilt forward & backward recline that it was capable of.

The Ashley employees were all so helpful as I looked for a mattress for my wife and I after moving to Houston. They were good at listening to me and then showing me options according to my requests. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get furniture. They made the process 100x easier.

It is the worst experience with this furniture store. They sold me a warranty that covered stains on the furniture, scratches and if I put something hot in the dining room the marks were covered and that the warranty was for 5 years once you purchase it, forget that they validate the warranty. warranty they send you a technician to repair it and a year passes and in that year it never happens. The report and after a year they tell you that this is not covered by the warranty and if you want they will send you a technician but you have to pay for it out of your pocket. Their guarantees are a theft. I have bought 3 pieces of furniture and I have had problems in two and I have never have fixed. They sell you lies about their protection guarantees.

The staff were lazy and unhelpful. They were ignoring customers and engaged in their own private banter/foolishness. When one of the sales persons finally did offer assistance she blatantly told untruths. Every time I asked a question about prices, product, or services, her story changed. It was frustrating. I WILL NOT shop here again. Customer service is the backbone of any retail establishment and this location is definitely lacking. It’s sad how low this company’s values have tanked. Hopefully, I caught them on a bad day and my experience was a fluke. Either way, some additional training is much needed. Maybe closer oversight by a manager.
Unknowingly, I came to the store right before they closed, so I offered to come back the next day to make my purchase. I was told it was no problem to stay and that they'd be happy to take care of me! The sales associate, James did exactly that! The item I came in the store to see in person, I found online and James had to go to the back to retrieve the item and unwrap it for me to see it! I loved the item and made the purchase! James and the rest of the sales team was so accommodating and provided excellent customer service! Stop by and let them take care of you!
After a mix up with my purchase. I was feeling like I was about to be messed over...but then something happened. James happened! He did something that I haven't experienced in a long time! Hey, my experience with James was very pleasant. But I got the bed home and it looks like it has been used. Only have 7 screws, with no directions and several torn places in the side boards. Spoke with James and he advised that I come back tomorrow for screws. I will need other hardware to put the bed together.

We sat on every couch and love seat that they had trying to find the perfect one for me and my family. Not once did she make me feel rushed or came across impatient. While we had an amazing salesperson, the delivery team and customer service has been horrible. We bought a tv stand from the outlet that was on clearance. Straight off the showroom floor. No ordering needed. Supposed to be delivered today. We got updates throughout the day telling us where the truck was and giving an estimated time of arrival. Then, suddenly, a text saying that our item is back ordered and they will be contacting us to arrange delivery when it’s available. The item didn’t have to be ordered so it can’t be back ordered. Multiple texts and phone calls to the company…each giving a different answer. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

***big tip*** This location is NOT on the 45 Freeway but actually down the road a bit. If you use the current navigation you will be lost. I put in a request to update it. We got a great sectional sofa at a very reduced price. Needed a little bit of cleaning, but structural it is a great set. Heavy, solid, easy to clean. The sales representatives were great, they really worked with us to help. Delivery was fantastic. We came back today to get the final piece of the furniture, a section we didn't think would fit, but it did. The sales associate remembered us and details about us months later. It was like 4 or 5 months ago. Kind of amazing. Definitely recommend.

Our salesperson was very patient and helpful. When my delivery truck did not arrive on time, the young man waited to make sure everything was loaded even though he was off and it was after hours.
Sales Associate James was incredibly unprofessional. Extremely disrespectful and unruly. I’m saddened because we frequent this location quite often. James’ behavior, coupled with being gaslit by management are reason enough for us not to return. Will be taking our business elsewhere.
James is a horrible employee. Very rude and disrespectful.
I am utterly disgusted by an employee named James. He used profanity and inappropriate language after I simply asked for assistance. He told me that "wasn't his job", while getting extremely disrespectful. It seemed as if he was having some sort of episode. I don't know if he is on a substance or what, but I strongly suggest this management team evaluates James' mental health before allowing him to work again. Needless to say I will never return.
One star doesn't capture the disappointment. James, the sales rep, exhibited erratic behavior. After a seemingly pleasant transaction for a floor model desk chair, I requested help to my car. He exploded, cursing and refusing assistance. Even the manager dismissed my concern. Terrible service—I will NEVER return!
My wife and I had an extremely poor delivery experience with Ashley Furniture. We thought with how much we spent on furniture (over $5,000) and an additional $450 for their delivery service we would have had an exceptional experience but that was not the case. The delivery team scratched our floor trying to move in one of the items. They also marked up our walls that my wife had to scrub in order to not be as noticeable for guests coming for Thanksgiving. One of the dressers had a lose leg that if I did not mention or ask them to tighten they would have left for us to do down the road. It was as if they were trying to get away with a furniture item that wasn't completely put together. Also, a few items were the wrong items that my wife and I had to send back and are still waiting for the correct items to arrive. Lastly, when the delivery crew left they left our place a mess.
Do not buy here. I’ve spent so much money and all the furniture has damages. I’ve called customer service and no one has assisted. They just seem to throw the ball around.
EVERY encounter with this location has been horrific from what would be a simple pick up to even encountering the supposed to be store manager Hunter who is very rude, unethical and has very poor customer service skills. The pick up dock smells like marijuana is been smoked on, the staff from the inside and out at this location is horrible, they talk to you any kind of way, you can never ask a question and get a clear understanding.

After sales I called Ashely outlet to cancelling the delivery option and I have to call multiple times and one particular call I have to Wait 20 min without any response. It took 5 hrs to cancel the delivery in my orders.

I walked in and saw 2 upholstered recling chairs. The price was AMAZING!!! I was able to pick them up the next day. They came in a box and only needed the back popped on. I absolutely love these chairs!!!

Worst customer experience ever!!!! We bought our furniture on a Sunday afternoon and we were told we could drive to pick it up at the warehouse and they don’t close until 9:00pm. so we drove an hour to the warehouse only to arrive and find out they were closed. Then we were supposed to have it delivered to us on Wednesday it never showed up. Then it arrived the next day only thing….IT WAS NOT WHAT WE BOUGHT!!! The customer service line was very poor and offered no solution!!

He helped with answers to my questions. Stayed with me until Rebecca arrived. Introduced us and the rest is history. Very well pleased.

Beware! Purchased a sectional a year ago. Top corner of the frame was damaged. They came straight out to fix as I had purchased the additional warranty. Now the bottom of the same side is broken.I thought it was so easy the first time should be no problem. Somehow now it’s not covered. Two people in my household and the couch rarely gets used. My suspicion is it was probably defective. I complained, salesman said it’s up to the warranty co, they say frame isn’t covered. Stuck with a poorly made couch and paying for coverage that isn’t worth anything.
The employees were super helpful with our questions. Gave us in depth information and demonstrated products to the best of its abilities. Overall super pleased and great to be doing business with them.
Upon entrance in the business service was impeccable. I was greeted by every associate. They made sure I found what I needed with the quality I desired. Sale closed picked up and out the door! Will definitely be back!

Update!!! My initial experience was great but after I made my oriole al post below EVERYTHING went down hill from there! The lack of adequate communication is sickening! I’m relocating across country and no one can give me answers to my questions, you will get put on hold for so long that the call disconnect, you cannot speak to anyone from the local store. What started out great for me turned into a nightmare! I will not purchase from them again! Original Review - Cocoa was marvelous!!!!!! She made the frustration of relocating from Florida to Texas a little bit better for me!!! She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will always buy from that store as long as she’s there or if she trains everyone like her!
Fantastic group of people. All they want to do is help and make sure you are happy. James and Hunter were very open and honest with delivery dates and expectations. Can't thank this group enough for an awesome experience.

Will never purchase anything from Ashley's again. Their supply chain is a nightmare. They set delivery dates then call you back to state that only a portion of your items will be delivered. It's been going on for almost a month. ** Original post was before delivery, after delivery missing items and was not aware. Was told at point of sale that items would be delivered on Saturday. Well it’s Saturday and I only have 1/4 of my order with no date for delivery on the other items. Tried calling the store and didn’t get an answer. Funny thing is I could have went somewhere else and had my items by now! Will not buy from again!

Great selection of discounted furniture. Found a recliner sofa me and the wife lived at a good price; sales reps were attentive but not pushy. Overall great experience with them.
Trying to get a bed frame system was down. Manager never contacted me about the status of my funiture. I had to keep calling to check. Poor customer service. Will never come back to the Airtex location. I now have to go to another funiture store to get my bed frame. And I have to cancel my order when the the system is up. This problem has been going on for 3 weeks this is sad. They need to have a better system.

Asked us to fill out an application, but she forgot to mention it was for a credit card. It didn’t feel right, the amount of effort to push a sale doesn’t sit well. The no return policy as well was pretty sketchy.

Absolute worst experience purchasing furniture. The item I received was not the item I selected, and had broken parts temporarily rigged so I wouldn't notice immediately. Except I did, and had to argue all the way up through corporate to receive a refund. And avoid Coco at all costs. She is she's the first person you'll see and the last you'll ever want to see again. I would not recommend them to anyone who appreciates honesty and good products. If they have a product you want, buy it from a different retailer if nothing else.
We are very happy and pleased with our purchase from Ashley Outlet showroom. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. We will definitely visit the store again soon!

OK so went to Ashley's and it was the first place we went so just kinda looking but let me tell you these are my peeps now so with out further ado I want to give HUGH shout out to my brother from another mother James Allen And the beautiful lovely lady Tracey Hollis and the man with the plan Moses Garcia!!! Now all kidding aside it was a EPIC experience I had a budget and they got me where I wanted to be with more furniture that I wanted! And James was our sales man and Tracey was checking on us from time to time! Then to top it all off they stayed late to let me come pick up my furniture! Did someone customer service? Well I did! If you are in the market for furniture and you want to work with some good people check them out! I will be going back to buy all my furniture needs! Thanks guys!

WAREHOUSE STAFF: Ashley's Warehouse front desk coordinators (Angela and Destinii) were highly professional and courteous. As I observed many customers checking in to retrieve their items on a Saturday morning, these two staff members orchestrated a timely flow of order resulting in customers waiting 15 minutes or less. We just bought a dresser and the guy who put it on the cart just put it on there any kind of way it fell and cracked because they dropped it. The girl let the cart go and it started rolling down the hill toward me I won’t buy nothing else from here.

I don't get an opportunity to write 5-star reviews, but this for me was a must!!! The employees of this establishment are awesome. My husband and I relocated to TX from VA. We went into this store to look for furniture for our new home. Fortunately for us, there was a special and we had Ms. Tracy taking great care of us and making sure we got want we wanted. When we called to take care of the final payment we spoke with a young man who was kind and patient with us (don't remember his name). From the management team to the employees our experience here was great! Thank you all so much for making us feel welcome in our new hometown!!

Completely forgot her name but visited on 3/12 at 5pm & Spanish speaking lady was rude from start to finish. Clearly didn’t genuinely care just wanted to quickly make a sell. Also, prices are nowhere near comparable to other stores, given it is an “outlet”. Waste of time overall. Maybe if better customer service I would recommend, but from my own personal experience, I say stay away!

After having a terrible experience in the Ashley Furniture Store in Pasadena on yesterday March 7, 2023 I was amazed by the exceptional customer service given to me here by the Assistant Manager Cocoa Simpson. The online store hours showed they close at 8pm. Arriving there at 6:50 pm I was greeted with a smile, an explanation of the store layout and allowed to browse to my contentment. Once I was finished looking I was assisted in price lookups and availability of the items I was interested in. I was not informed that the store actually closed at 7 pm until after I was finished looking and assisted with my inquiries. Now that is top tier customer service! I can’t rave enough about Cocoa as she is truly a gem. I look forward to working with her to get the living room furniture I’m in pursuit of.
Was happy with the service but word to the wise make sure the price matches what it's marked in the store for I called the next day and left a msg and again before furniture was delivered with no response. Don't make the same mistake.
Update i had to cancel this order Today! 3/13. I’ve been waiting for the delivery. I've called and chatted with online customer support. The store MGR Hunter help cancel my order. at the end of the day this was a mistake don’t utilize this location very unprofessional.

Saturday, March 04, 2023 at 10am - 10:30am. I pulled up to pick up some furniture my gf and I ordered. The staff was amazing! Both, the person at the check in desk and the individual (I think his name was Don) who helped get my stuff and load into my car were AWESOME! Super friendly and efficient! Give these 2 people a raise / promotion / bonus/ or something! You need more people like them working for Ashley. 👍😎
The store manager Hunter went out of his way to make sure my entire family was taken care of. All while handing a dispute from a customer that purchased from another store, but wanted Hunter to throw in a box spring mattress for free,. Due to the fact another store didn't tell him that one was required. Hunter even had to call the sheriff's department on that customer to have him removed from the warehouse. Then Hunter came back in with dignity and grace, to finish our orders. Tracy the sales rep was very knowledgeable and provided us with exceptional service. She didn't follow us around the store like they did at Gallery Furniture, but she made sure when called upon our questions was answered. I will certainly return back to buy all of the remaining rooms furniture for my new home at the Ashley's Outlet. Their prices were amazing and the quality of furniture was unbeatable. Thanks Ashley, for hiring an incredible staff and providing us with quality solid wood furniture. Update: Came back to the same store 10 months later and was met by the same manager and friendly staff. Purchased another amazing set and I cannot speak enough about the quality of products and services I received from Ashley's.

My salesperson Luci was very patient and helpful but most of all the manager Mr.Hunter was simply the best. He's very personable and has a refreshing personality. I am so glad we decided to purchase mattresses, bunk beds and dressers for our grandkids rooms at Ashley Outlet. Tracy assisted us and was amazing. The sales staff was friendly but the pick-up staff was rude and not very helpful... They didn't want to help me load my purchase even though the sales staff said they would... when I called I spoke with the Assistant Manager CoCo and she put me on hold to speak with the pick-up staff and came back on the phone and said their policy is for customers to ask for help.... if that was the case it was no reason to put me on hold that could have been explained initially but it wasn't... very poor customer service....

Update your closing times online. Arrived at 7:15 PM ready to place an order and doors were locked! Online yelp listing and other listings list closing time as 8PM. This is after fighting traffic for 2 hours!! And no one answers the phone there. There were people (employees and customers wrapping up) inside and the employees saw me standing at the door but never acknowledged me or came to see what I wanted. All I wanted to do was place an order with Coco, which I don't think would have taken more than 15 minutes! I wasn't there to shop, I already knew what I wanted. How do you all make any money off sales commissions if you're not interested in selling?I'll take my money to Bel furniture which is down the street and open until 9PM!
Furniture Pick Up was HORRIBLE, We were asked to return at 3pm on Saturday December 10,2022, Once returning at 3:00PM We Were then told to return at 3:30PM , After returning at 3:30 PM I was told that they needed 5 more Minutes to Complete/ Finish Eating Lunch and that I had interrupted The Furniture Pullers Lunch..
STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!! I had a terrible experience dealing with these people. I know you probably see some good reviews but they're not accurate. I don't know who the others have dealt with but they couldn't have dealt with the same people as me. The workers were rude, short, and seemingly annoyed by me needing basic assistance. I felt like I had been bullied when I left this store. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different store.
HORRIBLE customer service! All they care about is money. Stay away. Update: I have noticed this db (seemingly the owner) person responding to complaints and yet these same people (ex: Hunter Lawson) are still working there. Nothing will change if the staff doesn't change. It appears like the reply is mostly to save face but I'll see. I will do my due diligence however and place a formal complaint to corporate. Not going to go into too much detail but this is unfortunately a criminal matter at this point.

I bought 2 items and was charged for 4! $775+ in erroneous, fraudulent charges. Watch out for Commission only Coco! She’s a thief. And Hunter Watson has her back. Mr. Egotistical due to his low self esteem. Sleazy place that’s desperate for your money. I wish I had never give them my social. They all work together doing their dirt too! They messed with the wrong Lady this time though! Hunter refused to give me my order number and told not to come back to his store. As if I ever world. So sad that people do business this way.

If i order the funture at the same time, why does it not come together, i did not get notification, it was sent to someone else that was not on my accout after a made the correction call and i went to the store to change.
We purchased two recliners. Got delivery date and in meantime arranged to have our current recliners hauled away. 150 dollars. Just now I get a bot message saying we were removed from scheduling. Calling the store they inform me that the chairs have been backorder. Not very customer focused

Please take heed to this review. Don't buy furniture here even on sale or clearance. They are great until something happens after purchasing and then you are on your own. They lie, give you the runaround and will not resolve your issue. Buy at a better company that truly cares for its customers. The customer service doesn't exist unless they want your money initially.

Terrible service at the warehouse/distribution center we went three times to pick the order every time we got there they would say it’s not ready to be picked after they called to say the order was ready for pick up it was like the right hand it’s not communicating with the left hand. Annoying n frustrating to say the least
My furniture was not delivered as promised and they gave me the run around. Said it would be another week before they would deliver it. A supervisor was supposed to call me and they never did. We are not happy at all.

If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would! Please do not buy anything not even a rug from these people. We have spent almost $4,000 for nothing but excuses and bad management. We order a king size bed, a mattress, and a dinning room table a chairs. We we told everything would be delivered within a week on a Friday. Well Friday comes and we haven't received anything, I called customer service to figure out what's going on and where is the furniture and they said the furniture was not delivered because there was a remaining balance on the account. I know that was not possible because we paid for everything up front. I then drove to the store in which they said the pricing was put in wrong on there part and if I wanted the furniture delivered that day I would have to pay an additional delivery fee which is absolutely ridiculous. I then told them to refund me my previous delivery fee and I would pay again but I wouldn't pay two fees for a mistake they made. The delivery guy shows up around 8pm that night! Once he arrives he states that they don't know where my mattress is in which we paid over $1500 for the mattress alone! I call the store and they have no idea where the mattress is. So I wait until Monday to call again and see where the mattress is, to my surprise they still have not found the mattress. They call me on Tuesday and said they found the mattress and it will be delivered that day. Well the delivery guy shows up with the mattress and guess what? ITS THE WRONG SIZE MATTRESS! So here we are currently waiting for the to find the right size mattress and deliver it. When I asked the manager could I at least be reimbursed for paying additional delivery fees he laughed and told me no and had since then refused to take any of my calls. And yet here we are STILL waiting on a $1500 mattress.
Cornillia Simpson was very helpful and friendly, she gave us good prices and looked up for what we want. We highly recommend her for a good buy.
Excellent floor sales rep - Michael Perez is very patient and answers my wife and I’s questions. We got a beautiful leather couch which I thought was great buy. The great experience stops at the sales floor. The pick-up around the back is totally horrible. I checked-in for pick up which you’re told to do. I backed-up my truck at the door @ 11:15am. I saw my couch shortly thereafter by the flatbed. No plastic wrap yet but I waited. I saw few workers walking around but didn’t see any loading happening. It’s 100 degrees outside and waited patiently in my car. Saw the couch still the same. It’s been an hour, I decided that I’ll come back and pick up tomorrow since my wife had an appointment at 1pm with her accountant. The nice lady at check-in rushed to let me know that they’re wrapping it now and will be loaded. We waited and waited, my wife and the beautiful lady at check-in helped my wife to plastic wrapped the furniture. Finally, one guy helped me to load it on my truck. It was 1:30 pm when I left the warehouse. More than 2 hours is unacceptable to pick up one furniture. It’s one thing if you see people continuously loading stuff - it’s another thing if they’re walking around looking busy not accomplishing anything. Needs major culture change in the pickup department. I’m sure few are good- but I had a more than horrible experience.
I absolutely don't believe this!!! After waiting 4 5 months for them to deliver half of my order first it was wet and now it's the wrong order!! I'm so done with this store I'm going to call the news because I'm done putting up with them! My patience is gone now!!

The service at Ashley Outlet was great! We got a great deal on an oversized sectional on clearance. My only complaint would be their 3rd party delivery service that they recommended for a lower price than their own delivery. Our furniture arrived at 11:15 PM with the last update coming at 7:15 PM saying it would be there in an hour and a half. Unless the prices are very different or you are very flexible on when your furniture arrives, I would suggest using Ashley’s delivery service.
First Time buying from Ashley Furniture and probably will be my last time!!! I called to see if my furniture was ready and they said it was but it was closed on sunday, but it would be ready for pick up monday! I drive up there and they told me warehouse was closed on mondays! I was ok fine, then they call me that my furniture was ready and i paid someone to pick it up and they told me it won’t be ready until tomorrow!!!!!! after they had call me to pick it up!!!! Im so so upset right now!!!!!
Warehouse staff is so rude and not helpful at all. Had me waiting for a month for my order and billed me and at the end they marked it as picked up when I did not. I went for help with the sales rep and they just gladly canceled my order without trying to help me solve the issue. Do not recommend!!

We are returning customers and as loyal customers we were not treated as we should have been. After quickly making a purchasing decision and buying our piece of furniture the warehouse people refused to allow us to take our chair. The purchasing process was as quick as it could have possibly been and the lady who sent me to the warehouse decided that it would be a good idea to say that that’s why she wanted us to make a decision quickly. My decision to purchase the piece took no longer than a minute by the way. Her solution was for us to come back tomorrow despite our chair being paid for and feet from our truck. This option was absolutely ridiculous and showed a staggering lack of customer service to not finish the exchange. Another salesman and woman had to come and take care of us to allow us to take our chair home without wasting another two hours of drive time and more gas money. I would give zero stars for how we were treated at the warehouse and by our saleswoman, however, I’ll give two stars because the salesman and another saleswoman we’re helpful I’ll give two stars.
Horrible!!!!! Received a call that my items were available for pick up. They said it was a total of 6 boxes. Drove and hour and a half to the warehouse just to get there and so they can tell me that no they had nothing available for pick up and that their computer makes mistakes a lot. The two ladies at the desk of the warehouse delivery have horrible customer service. They were more worried about their brisket and potatoes they were about to order for lunch that finding out where the heck the items where. Also once they found one box which took them about an hour to find they asked if my husband could help load it which is no issue but you have 6 other guys just standing there waiting to place their brisket order with the two girls at the front desk!!! Ridiculous never again. Let's hope I get my items that I paid cash for!!!

Gregory was the worst sales man I have ever dealt with. I spent around $6000 and purchased new items(did not get anything from floor) and he gave me as-is items that were damaged so I took them back and he was very un-professional and manager was also very rude. I was going there almost every week spending 3-4 hours every time and they did not care, many times they said manager is out and come other time. After 6 months of trying and no outcome I decided to report it to bbb and only then Ashley's upper management got involved and fixed my issue within few days. Thanks to bbb and never buying anything ever from this store. They lie all the time, they only nice to you when you making a purchase and once they have your money and you have issues then they don't even bother helping.
First time purchasing from Ashley and it will be my last. I ordered a bedroom set with a specific chest at the outlet. Once we purchased the bedroom set, we saw that there was another chest pictured on the receipt. We walked back in and asked the sales representative to ensure the correct chest was ordered. We were informed that it was a generic picture and that he ordered the correct piece. When the delivery guys dropped off we informed them that was not the correct piece. They told us to call the 800 number. Neither in store nor the 800 number are willing to do anything to FIX THE MISTAKE THEY MADE. This was not what we ordered and we’re told that the chest we ordered was discontinued. We have not even touched the new furniture. Asked to return and they don’t do returns. Asked for a discount and they offer $30. What horrible customer service. Literally on the phone with both for HOURS. They messed up and can’t even own up to it. My advice, don’t get anything here. Customer service is everything for a business and the entire Ashley corporation doesn’t have a single ounce of it in their bones.
I had a very good experience with the storage manager Hunter and sales representative Tracy. They have very good bargains and selection. Overall, you will not be disappointed!

Terrible experience! I ordered a floor model and it came damaged. It was not damaged in the store. It also came 2 days later than scheduled. The delivery service told me to accept it and call customer service within 72 hours. I called immediately after they left and they refuse to take it back. They refused to escalate my call as well. The customer service representative was very rude. I'm stuck with this damaged table.
Whatever you do, do not buy from this company. They are not honest in their practices. I ordered a cabinet in January. I understood when I purchased the piece that it would not be delivered until April. Then it was pushed to May. Now I'm being told that my piece of furniture no longer exists. I don't understand how you can sell me a cabinet then never delivery it. The fact that your company does not allow you to receive local phone calls should be a huge sign not to trust Ashley furniture store. I tried calling, nothing. Then I tried using your text line. No one is responding. Now I have to drive an hour out of my way to go to the store in person. If you cannot honor your orders then you should not be in business. I could have been looking for a different cabinet all of this time one that would actually be delivered. Are you going to give me interest on the money you kept from me the past 5 months? Because you kept my money and did not deliver. As I look at the reviews from this store I can see this is a standing practice of your company. I will be telling everyone I know to never shop at Ashley. You will never get another dime of my money.

Tracy and the team were super helpful with helping me find a new living room set. They were my 4th furniture store that day and their approach was the best. Most furniture salespersons are extremely pushy and follow you around like sharks. The team at Ashley’s instantly greeted me and told me of the deals they had, then allowed me the opportunity to shop the selection on my terms. When I needed help they were quickly there to answer any questions and to help me find the best deal. Totally frictionless and hassle free. Would definitely shop with them again.
My wife and I, with our newborn baby drove all the way from Sugar Land to visit the Ashley Outlet, just to get an idea of what they have at the Outlet store. We are so glad that we did as we had a wonderful shopping experience. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the entire team, and Theresa Najera offered to assist us with what we were looking for. She took the time to find the model in store that we wanted to see and she gave us space to browse the store and make a decision with no pressure to make a purchase. We were so delighted by her customer service and professionalism that we ended up buying two sofa sets. She also brought the store manager Coco to talk to us about the return and cancelation policy, which is very much appreciated. Even though the store closes at 7 PM (website shows 8:00 PM), both Theresa and Coco didn't rush us, and stayed past 7 PM for us to decide and complete the purchase as they understood we were coming all the way from the other end of Houston. We look forward to having our furniture delivered. Since we bought two sofa sets, we chose the white glove delivery; the delivery is on the higher side as it's tiered and calculated based on the total amount, rather than a flat fee that some other store offer. So we are hoping the delivery and setup to be a good experience as well, will update once that's done. I previously had not had a great experience with Ashley Home Store on San Felipe in Houston, TX, but I had the most AMAZING experience with a young lady by the name Cocoa Simpson at Ashley Home Store Outlet!!! When I was shopping the clerk was great. I bought a electric recliner but when I went to the warehouse to pick it up, no one was helpful the clerk never looked up to see me she was on fb and I asked the guys how come the product isn’t shrink wrapped and they said we ran out of it so when I went inside to return it they immediately came and shrink wrapped it then the guy said if you want us to help you load it you need to cash app me or give me money. This is unacceptable

We really enjoyed our visit to the Ashley Clearance center. Coco, our sales lady was very kind, helpful, and accommodating. We got two sofas at a fabulous price and were able to take them home the same day!

I recently purchased a new home and went shopping with my daughter and her husband at the Ashley outlet. We mainly went to browse but I found the absolutely perfect sofa for the family room. Our sales person was Theresa and she was delightful to work with. It was easy to make the purchase and set up delivery. I look forward to delivery soon I will definitely shop there for other items for my home.
When we purchased the table the sales person was great. At first We planned on picking up but the product was too big for my suv so we left and called back to switch from pick up to door drop off delivery. I’m guessing he was a “Manager” that set this up for us, he said the soonest delivery date is Saturday (we called Wednesday). No one called or showed up Saturday so we called the delivery customer service around 5pm they said they don’t see anything for delivery only pick up as if no one made any changes. We are already very annoyed at this point especially since we dropped our plans to make sure we are home at the time for when they were supposed to deliver. We decided to go into the store instead of calling since that was not getting us anywhere. We went in on Monday to see what’s going on, they were able to let us know that there was a delivery scheduled for Tuesday (tomorrow). Tuesday comes along and still no phone call or delivery. We called Tuesday and the lady told us whoever told us for Tuesday made a mistake and she meant the 16th which was Wednesday. I tried to cancel our order because we are fed up at this point and she insisted that it was an honest mistake and it will for sure be delivered on Wednesday. Wednesday comes along and still no delivery so we went into the store and told them we need to cancel because of all the mix up and the manager or whoever he is is pretty much giving us an attitude and didn’t have any remorse or try to fix the issue for us. Very unprofessional establishment do not recommend!!!!

This place was unprofessional. Online they stated they are open til 8. I came to pick up my furniture around 6:30 and they mentioned they closed at 6. So I came the next morning. While there, there was no organization to their pick up line. People are parked everywhere, and trying to get loaded was headache. The workers were rude. I got to the furniture store at 10, and waited 40 minutes to get my 2 items on my truck. Do better!
I went to This Ashley Location and they were amazing Joyce And Hunter and all the staff will go above and beyond for there customers .I bought a mattress and Box Springs the Firm Silver Chill king size mattress it is a awesome bed.Hunter and Joyce were very knowledgeable and I didn't feel like I was being hustled or pushed like when I have gone to other Ashley stores.I had also bought a used Northshore Four post bedroom set and needed new headboard and footboard for it Hunter went out of his way to find me those parts and I went and picked them up because this store is attached to the North Houston Distribution Warehouse.It was the best furniture And Bed shopping experience I have ever had.I was so happy I sent them Pizza from Pizza Hut for lunch.

I went to to pick up an order after I been waiting for 2 months . I took it home and and one of the pieces was damage I went back to this location the same day to get exchanged but I was told I had to call customer service and customer service told me I have to Waite 24 hours so paperwork can get process then for me to call after 24 to get the exchange done ,the people in the warehouse told me their is nothing they can do to exchange the piece of furniture ,So if you buy furniture from Ashley furniture please made the employee check your furniture for any damages or you about to get get in a big problem.

Manager is rude and hung up on me. They sell you furniture and the delivery is horrible. Manager said we were called the day before but customer service had no recording of it earlier that morning. Different stories from sales vs customer service. Ended up cancelling my order and went to Gallery furniture.Customer service different from night and day and sleeping on new bedroom mattress/ furniture presently.
I purchased 2 items this sat and we went to pick them up Tuesday since they were closed Sunday and Monday. I received multiple calls telling me I needed to pick up well my husband waited over 1hr and was given zero help from the workers to load. He was only given one of my purchased items because they claimed no one could get the other sofa I purchased on clearance from the store floor area. Not to mention I was sold a $399 warranty but was not told it doesn't cover as is clearance products when I specifically asked this during my purchase on sat. Now Ashley is saying they won't refund me the protection plan which won't cover because 1 out of 2 of my items was picked up. This is completely deceitful, and I'm so upset. I was planning to purchase more furniture thinking it was a great deal but NO I will save myself the headache and go elsewhere!

I bought a queen bed and mattress for daughter and the overall sale experience was great! However, the customer pick up was absolutely horrific. It took right around an hour to receive my product even the warehouse employees were having a pow wow in the corner of the warehouse. There was no sense of urgency by anyone. Once the employee came with my order he simply just off loaded on the floor and drove off. I've had enough of waiting around and just started loading my own truck with my order. At no point was i offered help or even questioned. New leadership and better training is definitely needed in the warehouse.
Bought a bunk bed for my sons on 12/22/21, and waited a couple hours for them to find the product because, “ it was not where it was supposed to be”. Got the box home, and none of the hardware to put the bunk bed together was in the box. I went back up to the Outlet to pick up the hardware, and was told that I was lying about the hardware not being in the box. The manager continually interrupted me, and when I asked him if I could speak, he told me that he would not help me at all. So now I have an expensive bed on the floor, with no way of putting it together. My sons still have no where to sleep, and I have no way of fixing that besides going to lowes to buy the closest size screws, bolts, and nuts they have to half way rig it together. I also live in Bryan and have no way of getting the product back so I cannot return it. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Salesman lied and told us the bed was solid wood. Upon receiving it’s clearly MDF and plywood. Went to warehouse to pick up after calling 3 times to try and schedule. Got to warehouse at 10am after confirming the day before. Workers were sitting around and took 50-60 minutes to get all my 3 boxes for 1 bed, and I was first in line for the day. Corners on boards were bent and boxes smashed. Furniture is medium-low quality. Spend a few hundred bucks more and get something better.

I had the worst experience at this Ashley location I purchased many items there and one of them was a 3pc sectional. The items never got delivered on the date they gave me and the sectional got delivered 1 piece at a time. The third piece didn't get delivered and they didn't know when it could get delivered. I went to the store to cancel the sectional, the manager said he would give me the piece of the sectional they had in the store for now and when the piece I paid for comes in, they would swap it out for me. I didn't want to do it but at the same time I was having guests over so I needed my sectional to be complete. Well It's been 6 months... I have called many times and customer service been lying to me, hanging on me and being rude to me. I paid full price for the sectional and one of the pieces is used and has scratches on it. I will never shop there anymore because what they did to me was not fair.

Was told at the Ashley’s furniture store in Humble that they had our furniture in stock at the wear house and went for it the next day and was told it was not in stock. Waited a week and got a text that our furniture was ready for pick up so we went to the wear house and got told again that our furniture was not in stock. Came to pick up our furniture twice and left with out any furniture TWICE.

Never do business with Ashley furniture, my mother that is 76 year old and blind purchased a bed room set from there back in July of 2021 and was promised for furniture to be delivered 2 weeks after purchased, well that never happened she didn't get her bed set until 5 weeks after she purchased it but never brought her dresser , now 2 months after she purchased she still haven't received the dresser and there say it won't be delivered for anther 4 weeks . This place is fraud and I suggest no body does business with this horrible place. Save your money and go somewhere else

If i could give this company zero stars, I would. They are horrible. My sectional took months to be delivered in separate pieces and when everything arrived they were if different shades. It's been 5 months and they haven't being able to deliver an 8x10 rug. If i don't call to get updates, i don't get any calls. I even got texts advising that the rug was being delivered that day. The day ended and i did not get any calls or the rug delivered.

Had no problems, great stuff, great staff, delivery was excellent but the online items I really wanted couldn't be found, so I had to go with whatever I could find on the floor since I needed it ASAP so I wasn't totally happy but they at least had few things I would have considered.
My experience with this location has been TERRIBLE! Everybody has dropped the ball the sales agent the support staff and the delivery team. One minute my furniture isn’t in stock the next minute when it’s set out for delivery they arrive at a time I said that I wouldn’t be home. Then when I call and complain the customer service lady hangs up in my face. I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service I mean how hard is it to deliver furniture on a specific date at a specific time????
I have been purchasing my furniture for years from Ashley Homestore. This was the first time visiting one of the Outlet stores. The showroom was very large with a good variety of items. Depending on the time of day you might have a wait to get to a salesperson. Once you do however, they are friendly and helpful. I would come back for another purchase.

What a selection of great quality and beautiful furniture! I can’t wait for my bedroom furniture to arrive!! I love the details and the wood grain. I’m going back for my dining table and chairs! Just moved back home to H-Town and it’s nice to be able to purchase such exceptional pieces at a great price for my new place. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only negative was that there prices were still a little high from my point of view. They had a decent sized showroom as well. I didn't buy anything so I can't speak about that experience.

This was some of the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. None of the employees in the store knew how to help me and most of them did not even try. I had ordered a set with a loveseat, couch, and ottoman. The loveseat was apparently in stock in their warehouse that day. I drove over there to pick it up and they said they would get it for me. I waited for over an hour before I went back in there and they said they could not find it. No one came to tell me or inform me of this issue for over an hour. I then called the store where I made the purchase and they told me it was in stock on their end. Their systems did not communicate at all. Finally it was found and while they rushed it to me one of the workers damaged the leg badly and the store refused to provide a replacement part. Then my couch was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks after the date I ordered it. I got the message it was still coming the night before and then blocked off that time on my schedule only to have no one show up or call me that it was not coming. They apparently had lost it in the warehouse so they cancelled my delivery. I had to move the delivery date back by one week then the same thing happened again. I insisted they deliver it later that day but they refused and I finally got it the following morning. Hands down the worst customer service I have gotten and they were completely unapologetic about it. Do not go to this store.

I have tried calling this store so many times and no one ever answers. When someone does answer they say they're an answering service for the last store! They have to put in a ticket for the store to actually take care of a problem.
I had horrible experiences with the Spring Ashley Homestore and the Humble location as well. Came to Ashley Outlet on Airtex and got the BEST service from Cocoa!! She is very friendly, super helpful and was able to get us our furniture the same day. Don’t waste your time going to another Ashley Homestore. Instead, head on over to the Outlet on Airtex and find Cocoa to help you.
DO NOT BUY THE PROTECTION PLAN! They will sell it to you despite both Ashley's website and the protection documents stating "As Is" purchases are NOT covered. The protection site even shows I have 0 items included in the plan. I'm disappointed it took less than 48 hours to go from ecstatic to angry. I just wanted the issue corrected, but they've shown a lack of integrity, and trust isn't possible. I did all I could to still purchase a chair, but they turn defensive instantly, as if this is a common occurrence. The gentlemen who came to pickup the chair for the return were very professional and polite. And came exactly when they said they would.
If I could post 0 stars I would. The customer service is terrible. I’ve called this store so many times and it hangs up on me. I bought a couch at the warehouse and they said I could take it home that day since I was buying the same couch I saw. I paid for delivery and they’ve rescheduled my delivery for that same couch 3 times. It’s been a month and I haven’t received the couch, it’s “back ordered” which is impossible because I paid for the literal couch I saw at the outlet. I’ve called corporate and they won’t give me a refund and I dont even have the couch when they probably are never going to get it as far as I know. Worst customer service, worst furniture buying experience. No one has been helpful. Will never buy from here again.

I purchased nearly $5,000 worth of furniture and payed for delivery. About three days prior to the delivery date, I received a text message asking me to select a delivery option—the earliest of which was about a week after the agreed upon delivery date. I called to try to clarify as I had already scheduled delivery—the earliest delivery option they offered was several weeks out, more than the text message indicated. Finally, I was able to get a hold of of the sales person at the store. He stated that was a mistake and and that I was still scheduled for delivery, and that he would be in contact to assure me that delivery was scheduled as planned (and paid). However, from then on, it was complete radio silence. On the delivery day, no furniture arrived. Trying to call the store was nearly impossible as I was routed to a general number and they transferred me to other stores in the country. Finally I had to go to the store, and their response was that there was nothing they can do. No manager was available, and no one that could help me-not even to get a refund so I could go try a different store to get furniture (at this point my old living room furniture had been hulled away and was sitting on the floor). I tried to call corporate customer service, but the customer service option was apparently incorrect—the person stated there is no customer service and the only option I had was to call the store. I was absolutely dumbfounded. How can a national business have such an impossible (likely by design) customer service structure. If the store manager is out, the are completely unable to help. At this point it appears as they will deliver if and when they feel like it.

Poor customer service at the pick up side of warehouse, I had to ask for my product after 50 minutes, there was no customer waiting, I was the only one. I bought a bed from the showroom No plastic Wraping for my purchase like Zack told me, I was at the warehouse for an hour and eight minutes.
Customer service could have been better, but other than that the products were fairly priced, always negotiable of course and we got a good deal. Just didn’t expect to spend two hours there waiting to pick things up.
Zach immediately greeted me, and was helpful throughout the entire shopping experience. He answered all my questions and showed a great amount of patience for me during every part of the process. Very happy with the great deals I received on all my furniture, will be back!

This was our first time shopping for furniture, and we were instantly greeted by an awesome salesman Richard! He assisted us with finding prices that worked for us, which wasn’t that difficult since they offered such great prices at the Outlet. He was very patient with our questions and time, and made the process with ease. Richard was communicative and transparent with the purchases, and we had an overall great experience! The individuals at the loading dock were extremely helpful as well, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was secure for the drive. We recommend this place 100%!

The selection was great and the prices very reasonable. Each associate was very nice. My salesperson Richard was awesome! The delivery process was awful. I have never seen so much confusion. I got a bed without thr mattress and box spring. I even realized I had paid for the delivery when they said it wasn't free delivery. Then I reordered the same mattress it was scheduled for delivery and they canceled it after the 3 hour window. Then cancelled again. I will never shop here again.

Our experience purchasing vs picking up our order were vastly different. We were greatly taken care of while picking out our living room set despite my mom’s indecisive moments. The living room set we wanted wasn’t available until JULY. Why have it on the sale floor if not available? We went with another color which would be available sooner. We were told if we did not like the color we can switch them out. Picked up our order today and the lady inside the store was very rude to my mother and they didn’t let her see the couches like they promised. She brought them home anyways. Have not checked the order yet. Service could be better.

I hated the whole processing of dealing with them. I bought our living room set there, spend more than $1,000 close to $2,000. First off, delivery times, (I totally understand there would be a wait) but the day before our "delivery date", we called the store to verify and they said that we weren't on the schedule to be delivered to. We asked when we would be rescheduled for, she said another month. We had gone into the store in Dec. and delivery date was in Mid January, then pushed to February. Now once we finally did get out set, One of the "brand new" couches had a tear! and we didn't have time to let the delivery drivers know since they literally just dumped the stuff and left! When we called the store, they said they needed pictures and we had to wait until they received them to see if they could send us a new couch!! (sigh) Finally a month later in March they switched out the couch with the tear with a new one. I never expected this to be a 3 month process but now we know. Thanks Ashley Homestore, but we'll be shopping elsewhere for our furniture.

Receptionist was very rude! The gentleman working were very disorganized, and cussing in front of me and I was very offended! I was second to get loaded up with my purchase! There were 6 other customers that came after me and they were loaded up and gone! I wanted in the hot sun for an hour and a half before I got my orger!order! Will never come back due to my unprofessional experience

The outlet office and sales staff was very helpful and polite but, after the purchase we let them know that we would be driving up to load our truck and that is when the service and attention completely shifted. They seemed to not have time for us and we had to go inside and literally help ourselves after waiting for their attention for more than 40 minutes even though we were the only customers at that time.
The medium to firm memory foam mattresses from their own line are extremely firm...so don't get them. Get the soft ones. Joyce F. is so helpful, calm, not pushy and she did her research and research to help me get such great deals. With Joyce's help at this Ashley's Furniture Outlet location. I purchased a big tall King upsholstered tufted bed for less than 700, new cooling gel tempurpedic king mattress for $599, Queen upholstered tufted bed for less $210, new tempurpedic mattress for $300, dinning room table with 8 chairs.
I just left this particular location 5 mins ago. I have never been an Ashley customer but Im ready to purchase a sofa and saw all the reviews. Decided to try the outlet to see what I could find. I walked in and was not greeted. I walked through the entire warehouse looking at various furniture items and not a single salesperson said anything. As I was walking out one employee greeted me but she was with a customer. I saw 2 families come in and they were promptly greeted at the door and a sales person walked over to assist them. As one of them approached the family I passed by and he said hi as he made his way over to them. I was never approached and never saw a sales person who was available. I wont be back.

Went to buy some mirrors today, All of the staff was so friendly! They helped me choose my mirrors and load them into my car. Great deals and LOTS of awesome inventory! Found what I was looking for. Process was easy.
We sat for 2hrs just to get a mattress in a box. People who checked in after we did were taken care of quicker. We even saw a guy go in 3xs while we were there waiting and he was there waiting when we first got there. He finally got his little dresser and left. After seeing the second couple leave with their living room set I went back in to check on my order. I bought a mattress but it came in a box so it was the smallest box right in front. He could have called me up when they first pulled it out. I was close enough to see them pulling the orders to the front doors to be loaded. Man I wish I would have known it was mine i would have gone up to load it... I sat there in the parking line looking at that box for an hour. If I ever buy from Ashley again it will be delivered. We got there at 11:50 and didn't leave till1:40ish. Not how I wanted to spend my day off.

Had a great experience at the outlet store 14810 N Fwy Service Rd, Houston, TX 77090. Coco came in on her day off and she delivered. Very knowledgeable and showed me both the new and clearance furniture. I was able to find my living room dining and master bedroom sets all located at this location. Mr Hunter Watson the store manager offered great discounts and I saved tremendously. I will be back next month for my office furniture.
Fast pick up
First time visiting Ashley HomeStore at San Felipe on Black Friday 2020. The item of interest was not available there but manager call the Outlet store and set up the perfect handoff. It was a drive but the customer service was on point. The entire team was pleasant and courteous,but my rep, Cocoa, was the most. She was patient yet candid about my choices. Delivery had some challenges (some of it was my fault). Nothing but praises for the third-party delivery team. Way to go Cocoa. Have a need, see Cocoa. She'll make it worth your while
Horrible service i did like 3 trips to pick up my items and they kept saying they were not ready, i called everytime before going because its like a 40 min drive for me.
They say store closes at 8 pm. Employees say we are close at 7:20 pm. Ashley management, please look into it. It is like, they are not in mood to talk, store is closed. I wonder how much management kbows about loss of business. I will try some day at 6 pm to see if they wish to close at 6 as they Please.
Picking up something at the warehouse is absolutely horrifying. You save good money on delivery. However, the process and customer service of pickup is horrible. They are either short staffed or really slow. When you come expect to wait for at least an hour. Customers have no idea what is going on when they pull up to the warehouse. The cashier is absolutely rude and does nothing to pleasently greet you or reassure you about the process.

I'm so pleased I had to share. I didn't want to drive far to the clearance center (Plus be around in public, trying to be safe with Covid-19) So I called and they quickly found the exact couch set I wanted that I saw online and let me know it was in stock. The sales member Anthony made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Plus I was able to place my order with him on the phone with delivery so it will arrive in a couple of days. I didn't have to leave my house! Painless, no hassles, no hard sales pitch, everything went easy and smoothly. Very happy and would recommend them for anyone who's furniture shopping.

I've had great experiences in the past with this place on discounted furniture. I believe because it's you pick it up right then and there. This current experience is terrible. Got promised things that weren't even true. Delivery date, warranty coverage, then they charged me twice for my couch. Save yourself time and go to gallery furniture like I'm going to. Canceled my order. That probably won't even be correct either. And don't even dream of calling this place, they never answer.

He just went that extra mile and I just wanted to say thank you to Ashley's furniture outlet for having Oscar on the team🤗
I was misinformed by the sale representative that the item I purchased was available for pick if I wanted it right away or that if delivery option was chosen that I would be contacted as to delivery date. The truth of the matter is the item will not be available until January 17, 2021. Lied just to make a sale

We have been a customer with Ashley since 2017. We love how the sales rep make the customers comfortable & help them throughout the process with utmost loyalty & patience. Being a customer who wants to know even the fine print (if any), Ashley’s sales rep have never disappointed us. This time our Sales rep was Oscar Martinez (as our old sales rep Henry has left ashley). And, we were buying furniture for our 1st owned home. We really appreciate how he helped us with the whole process & had patience, as we had a lot of options to go through (we were on a budget).
Lorie was very professional and knowledgeable, so impressed by her service that we had to come back, she explained the warranty services on our Living Room Set and answered all of our questions.We went to another Ashley location that was closer to home the next day to look for our Bedroom Set but we were disappointed with the service, we knew we had to drive the extra mile. Definitely our go to person!

When the TV stand I wanted was no longer available, LaShonda took the time to find me something comparable and within the price range I wanted! First, this is my second experience with the AshleyFurniture location on San Felipe and 610. I purchased a Northshore dining room table with two armchairs, four side chairs and a buffet in mid September. The dining room table and four side chairs were delivered the first week in October. One armchair was delivered the last week in October. The manager can’t explain the issue with the missing armchair. The buffet was scheduled for delivery in mid November. Now the delivery has been delayed until mid December. I have gone to the store and spoke with the manager . In my opinion, this guy is in the wrong business. Customer Service has always been non existent at Ashley Furniture. No one is held accountable, everyone passes the buck. This is my last purchase with Ashley Furniture. I am totally disappointed and frustrated again.
If you order something that has to be picked up from their distribution center, no matter how minor, prepare to wait. They have one person that actually helps load customers cars and they are, as is typical, slow. They should be paying me for the gas I am wasting sitting here. Will never shop at Ashley again.

I have called on October 8 and was told my order will be ready delivery on Thanksgiving week mind you this order was placed in July and was told they will give us 2-3 months on hold because we were still working on our home and thought it was a great idea. Boy!! was I wrong, I called again today November 4 and told me it was pushed again to first week of December. I have told them time and time again we are moving to our new home and still nothing . I will not move into my home with partial of what i ordered. Apparently an order worth $8,000 does not mean anything to you. When I asked to speak to a manager I was refused when I asked for Corporate headquarters information I was refused this information as well. I will say this will be the last time I ever purchase anything from Ashley Store at the Pasadena location or any other Ashley home stores. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen. No communication and their idea of a solution if to go into the store talk to a manager (like they can't put anyone to investigate what the hell is going on) or cancel the order. SERIOSULY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! .

Purchased and paid in full for a sectional 9/13/20. Estimated 4-6 weeks for delivery. Bought in store. It’s been 7 weeks and no call or text with update. Tried calling the store itself and can’t get through, just states there is an issue and to call later. Also called customer service to be lied to by first person I spoke with. Gave me a phone number to call the Houston distributor that was no good. When I called customer service back, I was told by a different person that there is no such number for Houston distributor. Also told that it could be December before our full order arrives. This is horrible customer service. We have been customers of Ashley for greater than 15 years, but never again. Waiting on supposed corporate manager to call me, but I’m not feeling like it will happen. Beware if you need furniture in the estimated timing, it won’t happen with this company. I’ll go with another company for our furniture needs in the future!

Prices are good but wanted to purchase a recliner and had to wait over 30 minutes to get an associate to help me. You would think they would be a little more inclined to close an easy sale.

Cause CoCoa was helping another customer. She finally came over and introduced herself. We looked at a few more chairs. When I first got inside the store I had to sit down to get my breath. The chair I sit in first turned out being what I bought. It was allready marked down. And she got the manager to come down even more. I really like the chair. And the price. Honestly, not that bad of a place. If you&'re looking for a deal, compared to other furniture stores, this would be the place to go. WAIT TIME was long! But to be expected due to COVID.We went in store July 4th and picked a sectional out the same day. The price was right and the guy helping us was nice and not pushy at all. My only issue, is that although he told us it would be a long time for the sectional to arrive, he never once updated us or even bothered to reach out with an ETA the entire 3 months that we waited for it. We had to physically go back into the store for an update as over the phone customer service was no help at all. A rep at the store told us the expected date of the sectional was Oct 1st. My husband headed out that same day 3pm-ish and thankfully they did have them and even helped him load it on the truck. It was packaged well and I couldn&'t be any happier to finally have a sofa at home. The customer service here is obviously subpar compared to the normal Ashley&'s furniture but you get what you pay for. All in all, I&'d definitely come back here for another piece of furniture if I needed to.

We stopped at the Ashley Outlet and met Coco, the wonderful sells associate that helped us!! She did not stalk us while we shopped. She was so friendly and very helpful when I had questions about the piece I was interested in. The only thing that could have made the visit better would have been free furniture!! They were our last stop... we purchased from Coco!

Went to the store the purchase experience was actually great but that was after we ended up with the right sales person. The first sales person was the worst. After we purchased our furniture we were given a time frame that we would have our furniture and were told someone would contact us in a few days letting us know the delivery date. Several weeks went by and nothing so after I called I was told it would be over a month before we could get delivery. When I asked to speak to a manager I was refused when I asked for Corporate headquarters information I was refused this information as well. I will say this will be the last time I ever purchase anything from Ashley Store in The Woodlands TX or any other Ashley home stores. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen. No communication and sell and then do the bait and switch scenario. Very dissatisfied!!!

The purchase was easy and smooth. We knew what we wanted. Furniture was suppose to be delivered Thur between 3-6. No call or no show... this is bad business. I was assured my furniture would be delivered in this time frame when I called at 1pm the day of because I had not received any notification. My husband has to have surgery today and will not have a bed to rest on because we got rid of the old bed Thur sept 3.. Now I have the stress of trying to chase down someone to answer the phone and have furniture delivered today Fri Sept 4.

I have never had worse customer service in my life. I bought my couch in early June for $1200+ and was supposed to get it delivered on Weds August 19th. After waiting alllll that time they called me to let me know they were at my apartment delivering my couch but THEY ONLY HAD ONE PIECE OF THE TWO PIECE COUCH. when we asked them where the second piece was they said &"oh we aren&'t sure. It will be here later.&" 4 days later and we still haven&'t received our couch. I have tried to contact Ashley at least 20 different times and waited on hold for over 10 hours total. It&'s just so ridiculous bc you will go in store and they will tell you there&'s nothing they can do. I can&'t even get in contact with the store anymore I have to physically go in. This customer service makes me sick. I am so frustrated with how I have no way of contacting anyone to find out where the second piece of my $1300 couch is! I want refund on the couch I purchased and I want my second piece of my couch delivered now. The least Ashley could do is give me store credit for their HORRIBLE customer service.

THE FOLLOW THROUGH IS HORRIBLE! My Ashley HomeStore experience started off well. I went to the store in search of a bed mattress but ended up buying a lot more. Edwin was our sales associate and was very knowledgeable in the bed mattress they had available. We chose our mattress and also went ahead and bought a new bedroom set. Overall we spent over $10,000 which was much more than I intended but a happy wife makes a happy husband. My one star comes because for all the money I spent the least they could do is take away my old mattress but they didn't. Second is because no one ever answers their customer service line. I called in the morning when they opened, at noon on my lunch break, and in the evening after work. Waited over 30 minutes each time. Eventually I looked at their reviews and saw who was answering all the complaints and emailed that person. All I wanted to do was push back the time of day my bed set was suppose to come in so I can be sure to have it cleared for them. When I got a reply from the person I emailed they said a person would be in touched but no body ever contacted me and I was sent a random text pushing back my delivery date another 8 weeks on top of the 6 weeks I've already waited. THIS IS REALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I made the purchase end of June and won't get it until September 21. I also haven't received my rebate they said I would get.

Nice staff and good selection. Only negative is that items that have to be ordered can have a very long lead time. Also if picking up an order, plan extra time. They only had 2 bays open and a line of cars waiting. It took about 45 min before we could pull up to pick up our order.

The first time I walked into the store I was immediately welcomed by Oscar and Mario. They were very nice have very professional assistance. I was not sure on the kind of sectionals I wanted but after having a brief conversation with Mario, we figured out what sectional lay out was best. When i came back to purchase the sectionals I was looking into, Oscar assisted me and he was WONDERFUL. He made the process very smooth and easy. We had a great experience buying a sectional here. Due to our own misjudgments on size, we had to make changes to our original order twice and Lorie was so patient and helpful. The initial purchase was okay but delivery was horrid. They cancelled and delayed my delivery at least 7 times without informing me why. When the delivery finally happened one piece of the table set I purchased was missing which they said would be delivered later and they would be in touch with me. I have not heard a peep from them since (over a week now!) and I whenever I call their number, no one answers. Any kind of communication would be nice. I will definitely not shop here again unless they can get better communication happening and stand up to their promises.

I ordered furniture on 3/20/2020 and delivery was supposed to be set for 4/4/2020 because they weren't able to deliver during the week I was off. Now I get a message on 4/2/2020 saying they won't deliver. Furniture stores are essential businesses. Why wait until the LAST MINUTE to tell the customer who dropped nearly 2 Grand on furniture that their stuff wont be delivered? I hope corporate reads this cause this is unacceptable. You can take my money when I order, and keep their retail locations open during the virus, but then cancel last minute on deliveries? Absolutely unacceptable.

This Ashely Warehouse is ridiculous! We&'ve been waiting for more than an hour for them to open. We came to return a damage item. They have a paper staying they&'re in a meeting from 2-3pm. We&'ve been out here for about an hour and no one has bothered to update us on weather they are opened or closed! Please get new staff!

Horrible store !!! I brought a piece of furniture from this place and the sale man told me to just pick up within the next 30 days. So when I go back the following week to pick up I was told they sold my piece of furniture that I paid for already to someone else. And the manager name Elliott was just awful at customer service dont know how he became a manager in the first place. Well he literally just try to put the blame on me for not picking up the product sooner. So besides sir I'm sorry let's see how we can fix this he play the victim. I will not be shopping here again !

We found the exact power reclining leather living room set we were looking for. The salesman was nice without being pushy, and gave us several options. He also gave us an extra discount. Only thing is we have to wait over a week to receive our furniture delivery.
Poorest service I have ever received from a furniture store. They sold me furniture and when I arrived to pick it up I was unable to due to the pure laziness of the people in the warehouse. They basically didn't want to do anything more that day so I was told they were closed even as I watched them load others furniture simply because I arrived right at closing time. BE WARNED they are eager to make a sale but after that customer service is nonexistent. I will be cancelling my order and would pay more somewhere else just to receive the service I as a paying customer deserve.

Inside service was good but warehouse forget about it on a Saturday. 1.5 hr wait. When asked one of the warehouse guys about my furniture he asked the lady at check in and my order had not yet been looked at or picked.

If I could give this store a 0 rating I would . This has be the most unorganized retailer that I’ve ever worked with . Let me start with , the delivery . It took them three attempts to deliver my merchandise. After the the (3rd ) attempt I was still missing a chair for my table set . Well because the inconvenience that it caused me they promised they would disregard the delivery charge . Well (80 days ) have passed and after 6 attempts of calling the store for the delivery charge to be removed they tell customer service / credit company that no charge will be removed from The account . I spoke with Mario ( Manager) and he assured that I would not be charged for delivery on numerous occasions but yet I’m still being charged . I’ve called everyone whom I can speak to about this issue and nothing has been rectified. I will NEVER ORDER FROM ASHLEYS OR THIS STORE AGAIN. I’ll rather go to a (3rd) party and private business then to order from them again . This is my first ever google review . That should speak volumes .
1 hour wait to pick up a couch that was supposed to be delivered but they never showed up.
I've been to the warehouse with my husband. That is a nightmare. First, spent about an hour to get our furniture, then nobody helped putting the things in the truck, and my stuff wasn't complete so I had to go again. When I opened the box and took a look at nightstand, there was a hole in the wood. When my husband went back because they told us everything was in stock, he got there, and there was nothing complete. They brought the stuff home several days later and when opened the boxes, for example, the bed had two left legs so I'm still waiting for the right one. Before buying they gave us a timeframe where we could get the stuff and it's been almost a month and still not complete. Really disappointing.

Dont ever do a pick up at warehouse for pickup. It has been approximately 2 1/2 hours and still don't have it. Several people were upset. One gentleman said it took them a month to deliver.

The store was well organized, easy to shop and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the merchandise. The only reason why I can’t give five stars is because I fell in love with a clearance chair and it was the only one there. Clearance items are as is and all out on the floor! Other than that, great time and money well spent!

My family had just moved to Houston and trying to locate good furniture. When time to pick up the furniture that I had just spent $1500 on, I waited 3 HOURS before I deciding to drive away from this horrible service. The desk clerks were very rude with nasty attitudes. There was no organization whatsoever. There's no notification of the process or anything. I'm not used to horrible service like this coming from Charlotte, NC, but I really hope this isn't a representation of the city of Houston. I would advise LAY Z BOY or some other competitor that would gladly provide adequate customer service and satisfaction.

What ever you buy at any Ashley Furniture store you have to come here and pick it up. Don&'t expect any employee to help you load anything that you bought. They just drop it off at the ramp and you pick it up yourself and load it so come prepared. Wish they would tell you this when they are pushing you to buy at the store to make sales. I was by myself and between me and another customer waiting we managed to pick up a very heavy sofa set and load it up. Just didn&'t feel right and regret the purchase. I have no idea if the $150 delivery charge includes them bringing it in your house or just dropping it off in your front yard. Curious.
This center does not uphold nor perform at the level of customer care that is promised in the Ashley HomeStore values. Upper management should take a closer look at their own leadership to understand how their employees are allowed to think the below is normal. The Customer pickup center opens at 10am. Due to an employee “being late”, we did not get loaded until 11:15am. We were the third in line and repeatedly watched employees on cell phones, talking to each other, etc instead of readily helping customers get their merchandise so they can leave and the next get loaded up. By the time we left there was about 10 customers still waiting while more show up. This location is not efficient and appears to not care if people wait for hours. There is no sense of urgency or proactive communication if delays are expected. Pay the $129 delivery and save yourself the hassle of dealing with this center. If you choose to pick up from here, bring help as they do not readily offer assistance nor tell you upfront when you purchase that you will be expected to load your entire purchase without assistance. Telling a customer “sorry, we have a sign to tell people” after they’ve already arrived doesn’t cut it.
Without a doubt the single worst experience ever in dealing with furniture pick up. The warehouse is completely understaffed, no organization whatsoever, serious lack of any form of management. There's a line of cars out to the street waiting to take delivery of their furniture. One guy has been here for almost 2 hours waiting on a mattress pad. A mattress pad! Completely ridiculous. Will never shop Ashley Furniture again, the sales experience in the actual store was maybe a a star above this rating also.

My husband and I went into the Conroe location two months ago to pick out our bedroom set. We were so excited to have our delivery set up for December 14th. Sunny helped us out in the store . Well.... December 14th came .. move in date and when the delivery showed up our whole bedroom set was literally shattered and completely ruined. We cannot get one piece of furniture. So we send everything back, spoke to the general manager at the Conroe location… Who was extremely rude and offered no compensation or anything. We then called corporate and they have completely put us in circles! We have a new delivery date set and now they are saying it will be at 8 o’clock at night on Christmas Eve where my family was supposed to go to Christmas service. So we again called corporate and the people at corporate were so rude again offering no compensation or anything and they pretty much told us that we are SOL and they don’t care. So I 1,000,000% do not recommend purchasing your furniture through Ashley furniture. They are absolutely so rude and your furniture will show up destroyed!!! So completely disappointed in the Conroe location and with corporate! Chanella from corporate is the absolute worst! Conroe location - management is horrible! DON’T waste your time or MONEY!

I have not slept on my mattress for an entire month and it already has a 1 1/2 inch sag on one side. The mattress I purchased was a Serta Beautyrest Black. All sales final, no returns. Please take this advice as I'm now stuck having to call this 1k purchase a loss and have to purchase another mattress elsewhere that offers warranty. I'm so disappointed that this has already happened to my mattress in such short of time.

Just like any other outlet furniture store, it is a barebones facility with furniture at a reduced price. I liked it, and in fact, ended up making a purchase. It did not blow me away so I can't say it deserves five stars. If I was rating it on the workers though, this would be a five star facility since I was treated well.
This was my first stop on my furniture voyage. After my experience here, with staff not even acknowledging my presence, I headed to Lay-z-boy. I left there as well and ended up heading to Ashley's in the woodlands, where I bought my items. Saying Hello to a customer is far more important than talking to your friends and ignoring sales.

I wish I could give this location a million stars literally, walked in very friendly environment Lorie was the most sweetest professional sales representative ever! The experience was to die for. This place has terrible reviews for a reason. Service is awful in the warehouse. Maybe 1 person works in the warehouse to run orders and the others stand around staring at each other or sleeping. When they claim your order is ready they really mean please wait 10 hours until we feel like moving to get your things. Save your time, money, and patience.

I found the bed frame I was looking for immediately after arriving. It was priced right and I was ready to purchase it immediately. (The whole transaction/sale would’ve taken at most 20 minutes as I was ready to purchase and take away the frame right then and there) I found an associate who was willing to help.. she informed me that she couldn’t find the frame in their inventory system.. we waited 30 minutes to hear from a manager of some sort to figure out HOW to sell me something that was on the floor. No response from management so another associate told her there was no way to sell the bed frame to me..I was asked to come back however I don’t live near this distribution center.. how is it possible to have product on the floor that you aren’t able to sell?!?! What a waste of my time.

Furniture is very nice. When I started un boxing the trouble began. Broken stuff, missing parts. 3 exchange orders, 3 trips to the warehouse, 1 month sleeping on the floor. Finally my bedroom set is looking nice.

I've been a customer for years. Stopped by for a box spring and found the matching dresser to my bedframe I purchased in January 2016. Wow what a find! I didn't realize it til I got home and boy was I happy. Sometimes you just have to stop by and look around for deals.
The sales person was fine & friendly. The products are overpriced for the trouble you have to go through- My problem is with the delivery. We ordered delivery and our table never came- I waited around all day for it. IT cost me $70 and they don’t even deliver your products at a decent time ( my window was 8-11am) as if i don’t have work. So i rescheduled my delivery to come on a Saturday when I’m off work... well Apparently the delivery company cancelled my order with out letting me know- I was livid!! I then cancelled my delivery and asked for a refund Because this is absolutely ridiculous. They gave me a refund and instructed me that my table would be available the following Tuesday. I called on Tuesday the lady on the phone gave me attitude when I asked a simple question “ where is the table i brought and when can i pick it up” long story short she had no idea and told me to call back later .... fast fwd to Thursday I called to get my table and pick it up from the store since it wasn’t available Tuesday. The agent tells me she can’t let me pick up the table because they’re blocking it on her system. She then calls a manager to ‘unblock it’ this “manager doesn’t have the clearance to release my table.... I go up to the store and thanks to WILLIE I was able to pick up my table. The warehouse really needs to be more organized.

Now almost two months later not all pieces are ready for pick up and I was told I could pick up what was there and come back. I live an hour away and after driving to the office 3 times I have left empty handed. When I asked for my refund I was given customer service phone number and then after calling I was transferred back to the store that I had just left!!! Talk about going in ciclea. They are real quick to debit the charges right away but my refund could be 2-3 business day. I have spent a lot of money here and referred family but we will not be back after this! ***edit from original post- nobody has tried to reach out or contact me!!! The store is still saying they returned my money and they are working on it yet I am the one calling them daily to check the status!!! 3 weeks have gone by and they are “working” on my return that was supposedly lost in their system!! We have the number 1 furniture sales store in the nation, This is a shopping center and a distribution center. Don’t be shy come in and shop. We have clearance items that are new products and they are not used. And we have brand new products that’s on the floor as well just come in and ask for Jaylon Hunt or any of the other sales associates we will be happy to assist you.

This is THE WORST customer experience I’ve seen from an Ashley location. Bought a table and chairs at the Conroe location, came here to pick it up. No signs telling where you go when you get here. So we go inside, they say to pull around back.. so we get back in the truck, pull around back.. lady at the desk hanging around playing on her phone, seemingly very disturbed by me coming in. No hello, no mention of how long the wait will be, nada.. “pull in when one of these move..” hear some guy on the radio saying he’s the only one here, everyone is gone for the day. We got here at 4:30 on a Monday. Nowhere near closing time.

They have some good deals, but if you purchase anything from the store you can't pick it up from there which is inconvenient if you live close by. You have to pay for delivery $130 or pick it up yourself way off 45N and Richey Rd. That is just stupid! You buy from there but you can't get it from there. Also they will tell you there's plenty in stock!

This was our first time at the store. My husband and I will be returning again to give them our business. We had an Awesome and Professional sales associate named Brandy assist us. Brandy was approachable, helpful, and very patient with us. We needed some time to come to an agreement on which sofa we liked. The Manager Will was also helpful and easy to talk with. The center is very clean, very open, and has a huge selection of furniture to choose from. Good prices. This is a true outlet center; not a scratch and dent store. Went to Ashley furniture on 3/13 and asked about a clearance item and then gave me a price and 20% off on top of it. I wasn&'t ready to buy at the moment because we were moving into a new home and I didn&'t have a way to get it home. I called back yesterday and someone told me the price was 399 and not the 20% off on top of it. I informed them I was told it was 20% when I was in the store and they said they would honor it. Went back today and told them I had a conversation with someone who would honor it with 20% off and the store manager says &"I don&'t care what they said I&'m the manger&" nice job Willie, you rather lose a $300 plus sale over $85 savings for a customer. You also have the nerve to say &"it&'s new&" and a good price at $399 but I&'m saving 50% however it&'s $479 on the website. Ordered a nightstand in Conroe and came to the warehouse to pick it up. When we took it out of the box it had broken hardware and two other damaged spots. I brought it back to the warehouse to exchange where they told me they couldn’t do anything to help me but I could call customer care. I just built and bought my first home and came for better rates. This Ashley has better rates/discounts here than any other regular Ashley stores. Hunter is THEE BEST sales associate there. He should be the Manager. This is coming from a ex Hospitality Manager and now Spa Owner. He knows service. I made the mistake of going in one time without Hunter present and it was a mess of issues with other associates and even the Manager. I couldn't believe the Manager made my situation worse. I got so fed up after hours of BS that I left and came back when Hunter was in. All my problems were completely solved and back to my normal pleasant experience. Thank you Hunter and also Brandy who is very sweet and kept a smile on my face when Hunter wasn't there. I will be back for the rest of my furniture very soon and we all can tell who I will be working with. LOL

Worse customer service ever. I have spent nearly $2,000 at this location. Today I stopped by looking to buy a king size bed frame and box spring. Had the worse experience ever at a furniture store. First sales person walked away from us since we were taking our time trying to make up our minds on what to buy. Then I asked about the up to 60% off clearance sale they had for mlk day. And they said there was no such thing that there was only 30% off clearance. When clearly there is a sign on the front door stating so. After I got really upset and demanded corporate's phone number, manager jumped in and finally I was informed about the 60% off clearance they had. While I was speaking with the manager, salesperson was laughing about the situation. That upset me even more and decided to leave. I will never go back.
Worst customer service ever! Jan 20, 2019 at around 5:50pm went to pick my my mothers pick up. Off the bat I knew the ladies and the man working weren't going to be helpful. Surprise, surprise they weren't they told us they couldn't help with putting our beds in our truck. I was with my sister who recently had surgery and I had no choice but to get her to help put the beds in the truck. We saw the ladies who said they couldn't help us help the men right next to us. Since we weren't handsome men of course they didn't help us at all. They saw us struggling and yet they didn't help at all. They went out of their way for the men who were also late picking up their orders. I didn't know it was a policy to help men and not women. They gave the men a dolly and not us. The man who worked didn't didn't even push out our order in closer to our truck. He left as soon as his shift was done. The ladies are obviously not there to work but to speak to men to get a date. Y'all need to really do something about the customer service!! Poor my sister because tonight she's going to probably be in pain from picking up the beds which she shouldn't have had to do because the ladies who work at Ashley warehouse who are paid to flirt with customers were too busy!! The forklift guy too who Ashley's paying to just drop the orders far from the customers truck because he's too lazy to help a customer out. Bravo Ashley Warehouse furniture for your horrible employees! I want to speak to a manager!! Y'all need to do something about these employees!! I would give a -100 if I could no stars at all but it isn't a choice.

My new bed was delivered today. The service was not professional. They brought my new bed into my room and left them wrapped and didn't remove my old mattress. I paid $2500 dollars which included removal and set up and bed frame which I didn't get. I wouldn't recommend t this company to anyone. I called customer service and been on hold for 30 min.
The customer service is good. Sales people were not pushy and we're really helpful... The selection on the other hand felt a bit.. well.. expensive for being scratch and dent products. Most of the stuff there is floor model or customer return product. The price on some of the items were the same as we saw in retail store for new stuff... All in all it is worth checking out and there are a few really good deals but there are a few not so good ones too.
Didn't like picking up the furniture here. The lady that was checking in customers for pick-up spent about 10min talking to another warehouse worker about some personal stuff, not work related. I was standing at the window the whole time waiting and it got kind of annoying and awkward.
Great service from Bryanna! I didn't feel pressured to buy something.
