The staff, my sales person and the manager were all patient and accommodating. I like the fact that I was not hassled the whole time I was walking around making my selections. I was then able to let the sales person know that I was ready to move forward and they worked a heck of a deal for me. Greatly appreciated and they will receive additional business from me.

We had a wonderful and helpful sales person by the name of Jennifer R. I usually do not like working with any sales person, but she was very easy to talk to, and stayed back when we needed to discuss things on our own. She was kind and friendly and I would highly recommend her!!

I called and spoke with a lady at the number Ashley Furniture gave me. Nobody from the company will help us with this problem. The whole bed has collapsed and the frame broke. Now I've tried calling who they told me to call, no help at all. Never spend your hard working money at this company they don't care and don't honor their word..

Husband bought a king size sleigh bed that they guaranteed him it was sold wood. We moved the next day to Minnesota,the bed was slept in for two nights, on the second night one of the ( solid wood rails ) broke right in the middle, it was particle board. We've called Humble, corporate, customer service, filed a claim, everything we were told to do. No body can resolve our issues .don't buy anything from Ashley Furniture.

Michael greeted me when I walked in the store. He was very pleasant young man and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I had seen it online but he found me one that was very similar in the store. Thank you Michael for all your help.

RUN AWAY!!!! In a city with no shortage of furniture stores, do yourself a favor, and conduct business with one of them that deserves your business and will handle issues professionally and promptly. We went in the story, bought a bunkbed and some mattresses, charged my credit card. "We'll call you in a day or two to set up delivery." A week goes by. Nothing. I call them. "Some of the order is on backorder. No telling when they'll be back in stock. We'll call you in 48 hours to update you." A week goes by. Nothing. I call them to cancel my order. "Ok. I cancelled your order, let me transfer you to the refund team to talk about how you'll be refunded. *Several minutes* Ok, the refund team isn't available. I left them a voice mail, they'll call you back." You'll NEVER guess who hasn't called back!! Business begins with trust and this place has absolutely none. Good riddance.

Cle Price was the best. He was very patient, kind and helpful.

It did not take long for us to make decision on buying what we want, thanks to our salesman Mr Pan, I can't comment much yet since our order won't be delivered until next next week.

The sales people lie to you (shocking, I know). So for every lie, it's minus a star. Lied about the warranty. Lied about discount pricing. Lied about furniture removal. Lied about white glove delivery.

My family just moved to the area, and we have been Ashley customers in this past. This experience was absolutely outstanding. Lee Thornton took phenomenal care of us, was extremely gracious in hearing our thoughts and meeting our needs for several furniture needs. My husband and I were extremely happy with how Lee and this particular Ashley location treated us, and I will absolutely be returning and asking for her personally in the future.

They tried to change my delivery date from Saturday to Monday. I had to call customer service and cancel the order for them to finally decide to honor the Saturday delivery. Also when you call customer service or the number listed on google as the branch number they won’t Connect you to your sales person …

When to purchase mattresses and salesperson Martin was very knowledgeable and patient with us.

Mike, our salesperson, was kind, attentive but not pushy. The showroom was well-stocked with options and I feel like I got a good price on the furniture. It hasn’t been delivered yet so I cannot comment on the furniture quality itself.

I don’t know about the rest of the store but if you go to this store and the only person who can help you is Nunu just go to ikea she will throw you under the bus and leave you clueless for her commission. She will overcharge you on purpose and then stop answering your questions. Nunu had the answers but didn’t want to share them and left me looking dumb. Ashley please watch over your workers better and don’t let them scam people. Another PSA if your young Nunu will try to take advantage of your lack of knowledge of furniture policies and probably overcharge you

Mike Penright helped up find exactly what we wanted and was so helpful and friendly. We had been to 3 other furniture stores with super unhelpful staff so to say that Mike was a breath of fresh air is really an understatement. We have purchased from Ashley Furniture before and will definitely be our first stop for any future needs.

I purchased a bed and a dresser recently and the sales associate, Nunuu was pleasant up until a couple days ago. I texted her asking her on the status of my bed because she told me it was running late and I wanted an ETA, however when I texted her I got no response. I assumed she was busy so I called the company and they told me about 8 weeks. 2 months was insane so I text her again asking if theres any way to get a refund or to perhaps speed it up, and no response again. What is the point of giving me your number if you're not going to respond. I understand things happen but just let people if you're busy. I would not be writing this review, if it wasn't for the unprofessionalism I had to deal with. Nunuu if you are reading this please refund my order, and pick this dresser up so I can find another associate that will be able to communicate efficiently and get me my bed. ***edit, i received my bed today and was once again disappointed with nunu. Not only did she ghost me, but It turns out that she charged me for 2 beds when i only asked for 1. How does that even happen???. I hate to be this person but after this purchase is done, Ashleys and MOST ESPECIALLY NUNNU have officially lost me as a customer

If I could give zero stars, I would. My fiancé and I had a terrible experience buying a living room set from Ashley Furniture for our new home. The sales associate told us the set was in stock and available for pickup within two days. We rented a trailer and drove to the main warehouse—only to find out the items weren't available at all. When I called, the rep claimed the furniture was "in the back" and couldn’t be located. He then offered free home delivery within five days, which I agreed to. I received confirmation for the delivery date. The day of delivery came—and nothing. I took time off work to be home, but no one showed up, no one called, and no one notified us. I had to chase them down by phone and text just to be told the items were still not in stock. Meanwhile, they had no issue charging me in full the very first day. We proceeded to cancel the order—and now they won’t even send me a cancellation confirmation. The sales guy said it’s “not his department.” I'm still waiting on written proof and a refund. Bottom line: Ashley lacks professionalism, follow-through, and customer care. I won’t be buying from Ashley again, and I would never recommend them. Let’s see if they refund my money as quickly as they took it.

Very good experience today! Pan assisted me and found everything I was looking for, the whole process was very easy and he was very informative.

Went it to look for Queen furniture sets and was greeted by Nunuu who told us she was a manager. Unfortunately, I didn't have the best experience. She told us that the set we were looking at was fully wood, and the info online said it was particle board, MDF and veneer. With all the sales, we also asked her if we could put it on hold and come back in on a couple days to pay for it fully and she said it's better to finance it because she feels we'll have credit issues which I didn't appreciate. We asked for a quote and she asked for our information so she could email it over and it's been over a day and I have not heard from her. All around, I don't appreciate being treated that way and most likely won't be going back.

Let’s just clarify for no reason at all can you return or exchange unless damaged upon delivery. So disappointed that I wasn’t able to exchange my dining room set because it was too big. They are not flexible at all definitely never again. I visited Ashley Furniture Store in Humble on 1/25/2025. The sales person and the manager were both very nice and pleasant. I went there for 1 thing and they did not try to convince me to purchase anything else. They even price matched my item. Additionally, the delivery service was EXCELLENT with communicating their arrival day and time. They even arrived slightly early. I had a wonderful experience with this company and have already told my husband that we will go through Ashley for all of our furniture needs. We had an experience with a different company that was COMPLETELY different from Ashley's experience. I would rather pay the extra cost for a better experience. Thank you Ashley Furniture!

The technician did come out and stated the damage to the safa we purchased could not be repaired due to numerous discepancies noted by him as an assembly process and a severe crumch to the wood structure underneath. Our sales experience at the Humble store was outstanding. The problem we are having is a problem with a replacement 2 reclining seat sofa due to the danage on the first one that was delivered. 2 subsequent replacements were also delivered with driver noted defect and both were rejected. I make a call to customer care every 2 to 3 days since it was delivered with 0 results. I've been told 3 times someone would call back with a solution, no calls back. care has all associated fotos. The problem we are having is a problem with a replacement 2 reclining seat sofa due to the danage on the first one that was delivered. 2 subsequent replacements were also delivered with driver noted defect and both were rejected. I make a call to customer care every 2 to 3 days since it was delivered in November with 0 results. Numerous delivery appointment changes etc.I've been told 3 times someone would call back with a solution, no calls back. We have purchased with Ashley furniture in the past and paid cash for a total of about $4k. Why would an American based company not be able to fix this problem, in America!

I will never have another piece of furniture delivered from Ashleys again . Each delivery my home was left in ruins. First it was the wall brace which holds up the ceiling. Ashley’s hired someone to “fix “ the issue . It’s anything but that . Definitely an eye sore every time I walk in . Next it was deep scratches in my floor which the delivery driver tried to cover up with a number 2 pencil . I’m beyond livid . The first dresser must have been dropped or something the second one doesn’t extend fully. I hate the whole experience. They always respond to these reviews talking bout reach out to us through this email and we’ll do this and that but never ever follow through on anything. If you care about your house or belongings don’t use Ashley’s as your furniture delivery destination. You will be let down every time

WARNING: DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY FURNITURE WITH JOHN LIPE! I am writing to express my outrage and disappointment with my recent purchase experience at Ashley Furniture. The sofa sleeper purchase and delivery experience has been a complete disaster, and I demand immediate attention to this matter. Salesperson John Lipe was negligent and provided false information, leading to costly consequences. He claimed the sofa would fit in my car (it didn't), didn't offer the free delivery option available on the website, and the delivery service only brought the couch to my building, not my door. I had to bring it upstairs myself. To make matters worse, the couch was ripped when I opened it. When I contacted customer service, they claimed the couch was assembled because it was a clearance item. However, I paid almost full price for it! If it's a clearance item, I demand a price match. The warranty offered was also unacceptable - only $90 back and a request to never complain about it again. This is not a suitable solution. Other employees admitted that the company prioritizes making sales over customer satisfaction. Apparently, customers have had issues with the wood on furniture, and Ashley won't resolve the issue. DO NOT TRUST ASHLEY FURNITURE! Their employees are useless, and corporate doesn't care about customer complaints. Manager Miss Lee is the most useless person I've dealt with. I will share my horrible experience with friends, family, and online platforms to ensure no one else falls victim to Ashley Furniture's scams.

What a nightmare , if you try to cancel an order they make it practically impossible. You can’t reach any person with the numbers provided they’re useless there’s no option to change or cancel. I had to keep contacting the salesperson and searching for alternatives multiple times and they still have not responded. Next week will be contacting the consumer protection agency if we don’t get our refund . This number they replied with below is useless - not helpful at all . Buyers beware

Buyer beware. They sold me a 5 year warranty on my couch and told me that if I did not use the warranty I could use the amount I spent on the warranty towards buying something else from them after the warranty period expired. What they didn't tell us was that you only have 6 months from the expiration of the warranty to come to the store to attempt to use that refund. That is what they told me when I came in to use that refund after the 6 month period. I read over the warranty agreement and there is no language about a refund after 5 years. It is basically coverage by a 3rd party. Maybe they hid it in some tiny language somewhere else. These types of deceptive sales techniques (basically lies through omission) are why I will never buy anything from Ashley furniture again. I have bought other warranties through other companies in the same area and they are up front about their policies. They will even let you know when the warranty is about to expire. Who would remember exactly when you bought something 5 years ago.

We had the WORST experience with this store. Patricia, the women that checked out wrote our number down wrong. We had our order scheduled for Friday, well it was CANCELED! Waisted our day all day Friday because the ONLY way they “look up” or “track” your order is by your phone number which screwed us. Our order was canceled AGAIN after rescheduling for Saturday. We waited all day Saturday morning went down to meet the delivery guy and he LEFT! Because he called the WRONG number that Patricia put down for us. We were contacted the whole time by an AI generated email…. and when trying to fix our information, there was NO help!! We now have no couch and no one has been nice at this store. We went in person drove an Hour!! because you HAVE to go in person to “update” your information even though it was their fault to begin with. We got no apology from the manger, he was rude. This was the worst experience we have ever had. We have told all family and friends to never buy from here after the experience we had. They have our money, and we have NO COUCH! I recommended going somewhere else where they will help you and actually be kind and giving, because Ashley furniture is NOT!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! We bought a couch, for $2000. When it was delivered,it had a stain on one of the cushions. We immediately contacted Ashleys. They just sent a cover to replace it. It was the wrong cover. This happened 5 times. They literally sent every cover,but the right one. This went on for months. The manager was no help. Completely rude. We still have a stain on our new couch! Save yourself a lot of trouble. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE...BTW,The salesman will literally walk around you,and stalk you, while you shop. It was so creepy. Felt so awkward. Very bad experience all around

In February of 2022, I bought a living room set from this location. Miguel, the “home furniture specialist” convinced me to purchase a “protection plan” for $359. One of my specific concerns was will the plan cover the couches if the cushions start to sag. Miguel said yes. So I purchased the plan for the peace of mind of having the couches covered. After a couple of short years the cushions now sag to the point where your body sometimes hits the frame of the couches. Also, one of the seat cushions started to unravel at the seam. I filed a claim with the protection plan service and was advised that those issues would not be covered. I called Ashley’s customer service and advised them of the situation and asked if I could get a refund or even a store credit for the warranty since it was pretty much fools gold. I was advised to cancel the plan with Protect All and call them back with a reference number. I did as instructed and have been getting the runaround since. I have called them 4 to 5 times and each time I call they say someone will get back to me within a day or two. No one has ever called me back. I have to keep reaching out to them. The last rep told me that I would be getting a prorated refund since I cancelled the warranty early but they need to hear back from Protect All. How long am I supposed to wait? Also, Miguel advised that I would get a store credit in the full amount of the protection plan if I never used it. I can’t speak for everyone but I feel that my “home furniture specialist” was very misleading to make a little extra commission at my expense. $359 is a drop in the bucket for a multimillion dollar company but it’s not for me. Don’t make my mistake and do your research before spending your hard earned money. Not only do I feel that I’m out the cost of the protection plan, I feel that I am out the price of the couches as well because they are now going to be donated. I would not feel right selling them to someone.

My salesman was great and very informative, his name was JT. He made the process very easy and smooth, I just moved to this area so I was in need of a new bedroom setup. He got me exactly what I wanted. The delivery was very smooth and they were very nice, and especially quick. They set up my bed for me and even put my mattress on it. The reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because my dresser came with some of the holes drilled in the wrong spots. It was a pain to put it together because of that. Overall a good experience, just need the people drillin holes to pay better attention.

6/26/24 . Worst worst purchase ever , we bought a $2000 bed frame because my wife is due mid July with our first baby. We are getting the house ready for the baby and we bought the bed frame from them for our bedroom thinking everything would be smooth . WRONG! 1 .-Delivery fee around $300 ( which I didn’t pay and went to pick it up myself ) 2.- The warehouse where you pick up items is 40 min away from the actual store we purchased from 3.- it took the guys in the warehouse 2 hours to bring it out because they were too busy talking to themselves . I told them 2 times what was the update and they said they are working on that . If I was the owner of this company I would fire every single person there . Guy at the desk was dressed like he just came back from a fight . 4 .- guy that was driving my item dropped one of the items in front of me when he was driving towards the ramp because he was going too fast . They can check the cameras it’s on the cameras 5.- got home and started unboxing the items and one of main rails on the bed frame was cracked in half. 6..- called customer service right away and opened a claim with them and they said it would take 7-10 days to get the part that was broken reshipped to us…called exactly ten days later and now they are saying that the part that was ordered wouldn’t even be ready to be shipped until mid July with no ETA. (Which is when the baby comes) 7 .- company only cares about selling and once you have paid, they don’t care all all . They have a no return policy and now I can see why . They won’t even do a credit for us to just repurchase a whole new frame . 8.- I hate to write reviews but this time I feel if I can help someone like us avoid these problems in the future my job is done . 9.- we ask them to just let us return the broken item and just get another one and they said no . 10.- I don’t care about returning the item but I do need a bed frame for the new baby coming . I am not the person that buys something and returns it, but when an item Is broken then they should do the right thing . Saying all this I don’t think their furniture is bad we have many things in the house that Came from them but you cannot run a good company by selling only and once the purchase is made they forget you. They still have responsibility on the items they just sold . I just want a bed frame that’s all . Wife needs it, baby needs it, we need it and we paid for one and don’t have one . How sad !! If this company doesn’t fix things I don’t see a bright future for them .

My recent experience with the Ashley Furniture Store management team in Humble, Texas was great.They assisted me in the process of filing the warranty claim on my previous furniture purchase. Once I filed my claim with Ashley Furniture warranty division. The warranty claims solutions team promptly responded. They advised that my damaged furniture would be replaced with all new furniture of equal value. My initial experience with the Ashley home store was positive. I purchased what I believed was high-quality furniture. I paid approximately $3400 for my sectional from Ashley Furniture. I had a good representative who I liked. Since I have made the purchase, I have been nothing but utterly disappointed with the lack of commitment that Ashley furniture has to customer service. They do not deserve a star, but I am required to at least give them one star. My issue with my sofa started in September 2023. The sofa was purchased new in April 2023. The sofa Cushioning has had issues. I waited over a month for a technician to come out and fix The problem. Less than a couple weeks later the same issue surfaced on the same piece of the sofa sectional. I contacted Ashley again three different times and submitted a warranty claim. Thinking it was resolved. I called to find out when they were going to send a technician and they indicated that I had never called into submit another warranty claim. So I re-filed another claim and the customer service representative asked me to flip over the couch to get a label. There was no label, but I discovered that the dust cover was installed terribly which Dropped my confidence in the repair process. I have attached these photos to show the workmanship. According to all of the customer service representatives that I have spoken to there is a standard, and that is not factory Standards. due to my findings, I requested that Ashley just replaced the corner section. Even though the photo showed that the technician did not do the work correctly, they said their process was to try to repair it again. At this time I decided to go into the store and speak with the manager who indicated that Ashley does not allow them to do anything on a customer service level other than sell their product. He did ask me to send photos and that he would send the information to someone he knew to see if he could do something. Unfortunately, the manager did not follow up with me and there was no change in the process. I am still stuck in repair purgatory trying to get parts for my sofa. It is now December 20 and I’ve just had another outstanding call with Ashley. I was to receive my parts two weeks ago and now they are telling me the first week of January. I was hoping to relieve myself of this issue in 2023 but I guess we’ll be carrying it over in 2024. My biggest complaint with Ashley is on the customer service side. There is no urgency to deal with these issues. And there is a lot of generalized answers that mean nothing. I spent my hard earned money with the company that I thought I was buying a quality product. I did not get a quality product and I do not have a company that is backing up their product. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing any products from Ashley furniture. Yeah Brian Link Just an update to my issue Ashley has still unsuccessfully repaired the problems on my couch. I have had four technician trips to my home, and none of them resulted in any repairs. They keep sending parts and resending parts and they keep sending the wrong parts. It is a constant cycle of horrible customer service. I hope to someday update that I have had my work completed. Original estimate do time of delivery on the parts was December 20. I think they met 2024. Ha ha anyways Ashley is very unreliable on the customer service side if you have issues.

But after you pay and leave, who knows when you will get your furniture. It will deliver Thursday, nothing, it will deliver next Thursday, still nothing, it is estimated to deliver next Thursday. Not going to hold my breath.. Terrible customer service. Talked to 4 different people, they can't tell me anything. Somebody will call you back, nope never happens. This is the 3rd time in 7 years I swore I would never buy from them again for the same type issues every time. Sister same problems a couple years ago. Daughter n Law same issues last year. Ashley needs to find another vendor for deliveries, the current one is terrible.

On 11/24/2023 made a purchase on some bunk beds. 11/25 I picked it up from the warehouse, got home and started unboxing the items and noticed that the head rest was broken, parts of the beds head rest weren’t assembled correctly, half way assembled and not glued on and found more broken pieces. I called the warranty department and explained them the situation. The person I spoke sent me an email for me to upload pictures of the broken pieces and stated that it would replaced on Monday 11/26. Did not received an email nor a phone call so I called back. Person I spoke to stated that there was no claim put in or pictures uploaded. So I started the claim again. Long story short, they kept giving me the run around calling this number here, texting this number there until finally I spoke to the store manager I believe Andy is his name and he told me to email him pictures and a call back number, he went out of his way to help me by reaching out his boss to see if the claim could be expedited. On 11/30 I received a call to set up a delivery and pick up but that the earliest delivery would be on 12/8. Moved in to a new house and purchased furniture from Ashley so my girls could sleep on their new beds but now they have to sleep on the floor till we get the new beds 2 WEEKS after I originally purchased it. This would be my first and last time I’ll make business with Ashley Furniture . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO NOONE, unless you want bad service. If I could give this place 0 star ⭐️ I would. Never again!

One box was taped up and had missing pieces. Couldn’t complete the bed construction. Now I have to call customer service again. Previously the delivery was canceled by Ashley because the item wasn’t in the warehouse. Delivery guys delivered what they were given to deliver, can’t blame them.

Customer service leaves once you sign. I purchased at market price a mattress and was not aware that it did not come with a 30 day comfort guarantee. After 2 nights I was in horrible pain. Called in several times getting the run to include call back on day 30 sending pictures and then texted ALL SALES FINAL. Do not shop with this company. I can see if it was on sale or something but it was not and now I'm stuck sleeping on my sofa after an expensive purchase! Angry is an understatement. Update. Someone reached out and said I will get an email that was days ago, they ignore you hoping you go away. I beg you go to Living Spaces like I should have!

We had a great experience with our Salesman, Chandler. He immediately greeted is upon entering and welcomed us in. He listened to we we were looking for and walked us around to show us what he had. While he was showing us this particular table his Boss (didn't get his name) walked over , greeted us and started to help Chandler with the table. The over all experience was quick and easy, Chandler and his Boss were patient and very professional. We will definitely be back to shop.

I went there looking for a particular dining room table it advertised online. I was hoping I would be able to get it in the store or have somebody put it together for me if I bought it well that was a no go. Also, I don’t like when people follow me around or being pushy about buying something I want to be able to walk around look and see what they have and if I have any questions, then I’ll come and find you or introduce yourself, and then step back.

We bought a bedroom set until 3 weeks ago. They said that only the dresser is in stock. They said that they will deliver the dresser in a few days, but that they will deliver the other products in 6 weeks. We accepted this situation. When they brought the dresser for delivery, it was damaged in a few places and there was no box. The officer who brought the product filled the damaged places with a pastel pen. We said that we would not accept the product in this way and they took it back. A week later, while waiting for a new packaged product to arrive, they brought the same product again. When the places filled with pastel pencil were touched, he was painting her hand. This time, the officer told us to accept the product instead of sending it and then call the customer service. We did as he said. However, customer service was not interested in us. We went to the store we bought it from 3 times. They said they were interested and made a registration. The last time we went, the employee named Andy was more involved. He told us to wait until Thursday. I hope someone will take care to rectify this situation. I think they sent used product. I'll post again to update the status after next Thursday.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - Sales Team lied about options, deliveries and service. Furniture very LATE, multiple times tried to deliver damaged items over and over, quality delivered didn't match store and NO RESOLUTION.

The door was opened for me with a very pleasant greeting from NuNu. She told me to look around and she would check on me to see if I liked anything. Her greeting was so warming that I looked for her when I discovered the item I desired to purchase. She was able to give me a discounted price, so I added the protection plan. The delivery is in two days. The sale was quick and I was out in 40mins. I loved the experience. Great job NuNu @Ashley's Furniture.

Update- repairs have been rescheduled 3 times. Now scheduled for Nov. 2nd. Never experienced such poor customer service! The customer services ends when you walk out the door. I have been sitting here I the show room for over 30 minutes trying to get a resolution. Ordered 8 dining room chairs. 6 are uneven, 4 are stained. I also purchased a 5 year warranty and was told you get the money back if you do not use the warranty after 5 years. Have been trying to cancel th warranty for 7 days. Found out you only get a store credit that expires in 180 days. I have called customer service multiple time, am put on hold till the disconnects. I have been told so many different things. One thing I know is I will absolutely never do business here again! I will update this review if I get a resolution.

My disabled uncle Robert Salinas bought a Bedroom set from this place spent over 2k the bed came incomplete when he disclosed this the establishment said they promised the part would be here in 1 week. 1 week later he calls the establishment and they give him the run around and tell him they never ordered the parts and he needs to find his bed number , order and pay for parts for a bed he already bought he has been sleeping on his living room floor for 2 weeks and the establishment only seemed to be concerned prior to buying the bed after he bought it they could care less

I purchased a pretty nice bed with big head board. In the store it seemed very sturdy. It was delivered on the July 8th. The head board sways at least 2 to 3 inches. It will eventually break and be worthless. I have been trying to contact the Humble store since Sunday. Nobody answers the phone! I finally text with a customer service rep and she tells me no exchanges or returns. I told the salesman I would be back to buy a living room suite and office furniture. Budget was around $6000. Sorry Ashley you have lost my business due to the lack of customer service and dishonesty.

I did not get the headboard that i wanted and the box springs were never ordered! I waited 6 weeks for the box springs!! They even tried to charge me more but i was able to prove the original quote!! UPDATE July 21, 2023--- The worst experience of my lifetime with ANY store continues with this terrible furniture company. The person below who wrote a response, i sent email and phone call...no response. I went to the store and the Store manager Evan acknowledged in writing that they gave the wrong fabric sofa. Despite that and over 20 phone calls to corporate office who either hangs up, or says their system is down and they can't do anything, or they'll flat out lie that they have the store manager's note I documented...so more than a month later, i don't have the sofa with the fabric i wanted. I've now filed a Court case against them and taking my dispute legally. YOU ARE BETTER OFF SHOPPING SOMEWHERE ELSE. Don't become a fool and fall for their deceptive sales tactics. But decided to give it a shot since I just wanted a simple fabric one piece sofa. As soon as I arrived, Patricia (salesperson) came to help and we told her 2 fabric types we DO NOT want, leather and velour. We found a sofa with nice fabric (coarse) upstairs. It was off-white. We asked her if there are other colors and she said yes there is a gray one and it will arrive by end of week. That's all. So we accepted that and bought it right away. Easy. Delivery came today and delivery guys asked to check for damage and we didn't touch the sofa just examined it for any dents/holes and didn't see a damage so accepted it. As soon as they left, we sat on the sofa and touched it, and it was VELOUR. Completely different fabric type we chose which we couldn't see just looking at it, only when we felt the fabric. Went to the store and called customer service, and they just said, sorry, we don't exchange. All we want is the right fabric and if they don't have grey color in the fabric we wanted, we will take the off white. But nope...they won't do anything. So due to their sales person not telling us the fabric is different and we got the wrong fabric item, we are stuck with it and store wants nothing to do with us. First time Ashley Furniture, last time Ashley Furniture. IF there is a DECENT person at this store, hope they do the right thing and exchange this gray sofa for the right fabric or off white if they don't have the gray in the fabric we ordered. Meanwhile, i will dispute thru credit card company since my card guarantees receiving the right item i ordered.

I would try another location this was my first furniture purchase a old sales unprofessionalist that works there name CLE PRICE just wants to max out your credit limit. I needed a monkey board for my platform bed and he insist that i need the big one knowing the type of bed i have but now i see he was run in a game an playing with my money because now he wants to get rude while telling a lie that i didnt ask for it well now ill play with his !

I've purchased Ashley furniture several times. It never disappoints. My experience with the Humble store is good. However they are having issues with thier internet service which has caused some delays. But all in all its was a good experience.

The moment we walked in the atmosphere was pleasant. We were greeted by Joseph and was also helped by Fabian who was also pleasant. We ended up with Joseph and although we were spending money when I tell you we had a good time we had a good time he was like family by the time we left. We will definitely be back just because of the experience. Thank you guys

Bought a couch and financed half of it . They said come here every two weeks and make the payments. Down payment of half of total amount done(1k) . When It was not deleivered on the agreed date , realized later on second visit at store reason it hasn’t been delivered, ……..it wouldn’t be delivered till it is fully paid. Totally different what was agreed at the stores at the day of first visit and like I said half paid . Also was a big Surprise charged close 300 bucks to deliver it. I feel bad for not having the promises delivered. My wife and teenager daughter witnessed all of it. I asked to refund me and let’s see if money comes back to my account.

*UPDATE* 6/10 The sofa of the sectional is damaged on the frame which prevents completing the sectional in full formation. I contacted the original salesman and he then gave me a number to call to handle the issue. I called that number and was told someone would contact me within 72hrs to send someone out to correct the issue. That was 2 weeks ago and still no call. I’ve called the store and no answer. The automated system saying the store is closed and call back during normal business hours then hang up. All my calls have been between 2-7pm well before the store closes. I go to the store in person and is greeted by the original salesman (Gary) of my order. Told him why I was there and needed help getting the issue resolved. I asked for the store manager (Nick Thomas) who also helped with the order and was told he no longer works there and they’re having issues with staff. Not sure how true that is but anyway. I then was pointed out to the current store manager (Andy) that day on 6/8/23. I sat and waited for him to finish talking with a person he was talking to. He walked over to where i was sitting & I explained to him what’s going on, what I’ve been through so far and that I just wanted it resolved as it’s been far too long already. I showed him pictures of the damaged frame and how the sofa is still wrapped in plastic showing it haven’t even been fully assembled or sat on yet. He commented on my patience with the issue. I suggested that I can take the sofa back to the warehouse myself in exchange for another one. He told that would have to be a special request for that to happen. In that moment I don’t see why he didn’t request it himself and solve the problem right then and there. He began to tell me they’re having issues with the phone and things are delayed and he has a list of similar issues he have to turn in to his manager (Shan) who would be giving me a call Friday evening about my issue. Well today is Saturday evening and I haven’t received a call. I’ve called the store multiple times again today and still no answer and same responses from Thursday. This is unacceptable. I just want this resolved just as fast and aggressively as making the sale. Please help get this resolved! Pleasant shopping experience. We didn’t anticipate purchasing anything from Ashley as we had the store and item we planned on buying from in mind. Just went in to see what Ashley had on display before making the initial purchase from the other furniture store since they were close n proximity. Turned out we found a sectional we liked and didn’t make it to the other store. The salesman was great with showing up different price options based on the setup of the sectional. Offered a nice discount to secure the deal & explained the policy of returning if there’s an issue with the selection as far as fitment in the area. That made us feel more comfortable with making the buy so we closed on the deal as it’s a win win situation. If it fits well great. We have a comfortable stylish piece. If not we get refunded to purchase something else. The extended warranty option was a plus as well.

I purchased a media center from AF. My sales person set up a delivery date. On Feb. 17, 2023, I received a text from AF stating that they were 30 minutes away, after waiting one hour; I decided to call the delivery dpt. They informed me that the driver did not have my merchandise on his truck, nor was it in the warehouse. Needlessly, I did not get my furniture and was sent a text stating that I needed to confirm another delivery date. It is too much of a hassle to spend my money at AF. Obviously, they don't want it, anyway because if they did, they would treat their customers, better. I went to the store and canceled my order. Totally awesome transaction from the time o walked in the door. My sales rep, Martin R. is really great at what he does. And thanks to Ashley and the entire staff. No pushy sales reps…I loved that , cause I already knew what I wanted and didn’t feel forced to purchase other items…he asked & recommended , but wasn’t pushy at all. Bought a high end mattress which caused us pain and sleepless nights. Spent $3500+. Poor customer service. Multiple calls and hours of phone time later, the best that Ashley can do is $200 store credit.

We were lied to and tricked by ALICIA GIBSON a sales person for Ashley Furniture. We were told we could return what we purchased and exchange it for something else if we weren’t comfortable and happy with our bed. She lied and we believed her and didn’t feel like I had anything to worry about. It was late they ordered the wrong merchandise so I came back to quickly sign a new contract. I wish I would have waited instead of rushing and believing in someone who seemed to know the policy and the merchandise very well. Sleep is the most important thing and she did that just to max out my 3,300$ limit so she can get her commission. Please be aware and read what you are signing because there is NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE. THE MANAGER ACTED AS IF HE WAS UNAWARE that she didn’t know the absolute NO RETURN POLICY. I don’t mind spending 5000 dollars for the best sleep of my life so it’s not about that it’s about the flat out lie just for the 3,300$. We will never shop here again! This is what we got and it doesn’t look like it should. We have yet to get this resolved since we bought it in Mid. November.

Fantastic customer service!

I should have known better then to purchase again from this store. I was very specific with sales rep that I needed my items by a specific date and was assured the delivery date was available. I receive delivery schedule for a week later! This same situation occurred on my last purchase. I’m beyond disappointed.

I have bought couches from them twice now and had problems both times from them. We bought two leather couches with power recliners and had problems with them from 3 months after purchase and began the process of going through the warranty company they sold is montage and was never able to get anything done. Then we attempted going through Ashley corporate and the store front and was never able to get anything done so we ended up donating those couches. We decided to give them another chance hoping that the previous issues were just a one off. So we bought another couch from them this time we went simple with a couch with a chaise lounge. We thought should be no problem with this right? WRONG! It showed up with a hole in it and we have started trying to get it fixed or replaced and have already been run around in circles and this has only been since Friday December 2nd 2022! Never buy from Ashley furniture !

Kinda hit and miss Hard sale and less interested if any sign I was not going to buy

Alicia was our sales lady who was very knowledgeable about all the beds in the store. She helped us with our selection and offered tips that we hadn't thought of. We were going to purchase 1 bed, but also decided to purchase another mattress for 1 of our other beds. We will look for Alicia if we have any other furniture needs. Thank you, Alicia. Went to browse for new furniture and ended up purchasing a living set. We received awesome customer service from sales associate Drex. He was knowledgeable about the items and all of the financing options that were available if we needed to take that route. Black Friday Door-busters were a bonus to us!! As we were able to apply it for home decor accessories. Pleased at the service we received.

The service at the store was great 10/10. However when I went to the warehouse to pickup my items, the wait was more than 1 hour long. Horrible!!!

Bad service in store but delivery service is horrible. To bad the furniture is nice but the quality of service is bad.

I purchased in September. It's almost Thanksgiving I still have not received my furniture. I have been given 7 delivery dates. Nobody at the Humble store will answer the phone. We purchased 10k in new furniture and nobody could figure out why I could not get my furniture delivered. So after much frustration I cancelled my order with the Humble store today November 19th. I went to the Conroe store ordered the exact same furniture for 4500.00 less. The Conroe store actually went to other watehouses for my furniture order. So when Humble says it's beyond their control it's not! All my furniture will be delivered on the 26th. Humble store is horrible.

EDIT: It’s been a week since I reached out to the “owner” who responds on each of the negative reviews and I have yet to hear back. I’m sure they’re swamped considering how many complaints I’ve seen, but I have no faith that this is going to be resolved. After more than a decade of buying furniture almost exclusively from Ashley, I can confidently say that I will never purchase from them again. ORIGINAL: I purchased a mattress after testing it out in store. When I received the delivery the mattress came air sealed in a box, which was not mentioned when I was purchasing, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. I let the mattress decompress for 48 hours and then tested it and was surprised at how severe the differences were between what I tried at the store and what was delivered. I can’t lay on the mattress without sinking into it; if I sit on the edge of the bed the mattress sinks down to the bed frame. I went back to the store to see what options I had and the difference in attitude from the sales and customer service teams between when they’re trying to make a sale and when they actually have any concerns is astounding. I was told a third party technician would have to come out to inspect the mattress. Of course, this tech didn’t find any issues and said I was ineligible for any return or exchange. Again, the mattress might be the comfort level intended at manufacturing, but it does not match the product on display at the store. How is a consumer supposed to purchase a mattress if not by testing out a floor model at the showroom? I even went back multiple times and took photos/videos that show how much firmer the model on display is. Beyond that, the customer service team told me that managers wouldn’t offer me anything different and they wouldn’t provide managers’ information to let me speak to them. If you want customer service you either have to call the line that handles online purchases (and they won’t help) or you’ll get transferred to the store location’s line and begin the cycle all over. I even found three additional customer service emails on the Ashley website and none of them are actually in use.

We received great professional customer service from Pan at Ashley furniture in Humble, TX. He is very knowledgeable about the products and is courteous as well. Ashley furniture has a large selection of furniture and rugs to choose from. We bought our current living room set from Ashely’s 13 years ago and it still looks great. That’s why we went back to Ashley’s for a new one. I am hoping the quality and sturdiness is still the same once it is delivered. Thank you.

Great furniture shop. The sales people weren’t pushy at all unlike other places. I got a good deal on some sofas and the protection plan is a bargain.

As soon as we walked through the door there was a lady that was Spanish looking at us come in. She just looked at us and called an African American salesman to help us instead of her helping us. I had a bad taste in my mouth and didn’t want to continue looking any further. They greeted the white people better when walking through the door. We are black ourselves and we felt the racism. We will never buy anything from Ashley’s if this is the type of experience they want their customers to go through.

Ashleys furniture is the worst place to purchase furniture. Worst customer service, half deliver your items then try tell you you unable to return your half deliver item because they have to be given a chance to rectify the 6 month wait by waiting another 3months after been told that 3 months earlier. You purchase furniture that they charge extra for stain removal guarantee cleaningservice. Now when you need to use the service of the stain removal guarantee you told no that was inly for the first 3 days. I know i had a detail talk with the sales man. He said the lifetime warrantyand any stain no questions asked they will come in clean and if they cannot clean it replace it with a new cousin. I absolutely HATE this place. And that takes alot for me to hate a place if i could give a negative rating i would

Easy and Outstanding Standing Service

Went to an Ashley Furniture in San Antonio which was great. They delivered quickly no problem to kingwood. I went to this location different story just run! I ordered furniture from my bedroom in July and I have been giving nothing but my mattress. Went into the store in August to check in. Was told 2nd week of September you should get your furniture. Guess what not here now with unbothered tone told the 30th until then you can get a frame so you’re matters won’t be on the floor. Thanks for nothing I won’t ever buy anything else from y’all!!
