In February of 2022, I bought a living room set from this location. Miguel, the “home furniture specialist” convinced me to purchase a “protection plan” for $359. One of my specific concerns was will the plan cover the couches if the cushions start to sag. Miguel said yes. So I purchased the plan for the peace of mind of having the couches covered. After a couple of short years the cushions now sag to the point where your body sometimes hits the frame of the couches. Also, one of the seat cushions started to unravel at the seam. I filed a claim with the protection plan service and was advised that those issues would not be covered. I called Ashley’s customer service and advised them of the situation and asked if I could get a refund or even a store credit for the warranty since it was pretty much fools gold. I was advised to cancel the plan with Protect All and call them back with a reference number. I did as instructed and have been getting the runaround since. I have called them 4 to 5 times and each time I call they say someone will get back to me within a day or two. No one has ever called me back. I have to keep reaching out to them. The last rep told me that I would be getting a prorated refund since I cancelled the warranty early but they need to hear back from Protect All. How long am I supposed to wait? Also, Miguel advised that I would get a store credit in the full amount of the protection plan if I never used it. I can’t speak for everyone but I feel that my “home furniture specialist” was very misleading to make a little extra commission at my expense. $359 is a drop in the bucket for a multimillion dollar company but it’s not for me. Don’t make my mistake and do your research before spending your hard earned money. Not only do I feel that I’m out the cost of the protection plan, I feel that I am out the price of the couches as well because they are now going to be donated. I would not feel right selling them to someone.

My salesman was great and very informative, his name was JT. He made the process very easy and smooth, I just moved to this area so I was in need of a new bedroom setup. He got me exactly what I wanted. The delivery was very smooth and they were very nice, and especially quick. They set up my bed for me and even put my mattress on it. The reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because my dresser came with some of the holes drilled in the wrong spots. It was a pain to put it together because of that. Overall a good experience, just need the people drillin holes to pay better attention.

6/26/24 . Worst worst purchase ever , we bought a $2000 bed frame because my wife is due mid July with our first baby. We are getting the house ready for the baby and we bought the bed frame from them for our bedroom thinking everything would be smooth . WRONG! 1 .-Delivery fee around $300 ( which I didn’t pay and went to pick it up myself ) 2.- The warehouse where you pick up items is 40 min away from the actual store we purchased from 3.- it took the guys in the warehouse 2 hours to bring it out because they were too busy talking to themselves . I told them 2 times what was the update and they said they are working on that . If I was the owner of this company I would fire every single person there . Guy at the desk was dressed like he just came back from a fight . 4 .- guy that was driving my item dropped one of the items in front of me when he was driving towards the ramp because he was going too fast . They can check the cameras it’s on the cameras 5.- got home and started unboxing the items and one of main rails on the bed frame was cracked in half. 6..- called customer service right away and opened a claim with them and they said it would take 7-10 days to get the part that was broken reshipped to us…called exactly ten days later and now they are saying that the part that was ordered wouldn’t even be ready to be shipped until mid July with no ETA. (Which is when the baby comes) 7 .- company only cares about selling and once you have paid, they don’t care all all . They have a no return policy and now I can see why . They won’t even do a credit for us to just repurchase a whole new frame . 8.- I hate to write reviews but this time I feel if I can help someone like us avoid these problems in the future my job is done . 9.- we ask them to just let us return the broken item and just get another one and they said no . 10.- I don’t care about returning the item but I do need a bed frame for the new baby coming . I am not the person that buys something and returns it, but when an item Is broken then they should do the right thing . Saying all this I don’t think their furniture is bad we have many things in the house that Came from them but you cannot run a good company by selling only and once the purchase is made they forget you. They still have responsibility on the items they just sold . I just want a bed frame that’s all . Wife needs it, baby needs it, we need it and we paid for one and don’t have one . How sad !! If this company doesn’t fix things I don’t see a bright future for them .
