This place has been a nightmare. I ordered side tables from them in July 2021 and they told me they wouldn’t charge delivery. They delivered part of my order October 2021. November 2021 they scheduled a delivery for the remaining pieces. Never showed. I called and they said they weren’t sure what happened but the table that was missing wasn’t available until December. I scheduled a delivery December 2021. They never showed. Again, they said they weren’t sure what had happened but the table wasn’t available. December 2021 I got a charge to my credit card which I didn’t know what it was for. No one knew what it was for. I had to submit a fraud charge to my card. January 2022 they charged it again. I went to the store in February 2022 and spoke to a manager at the store Willie who said he would refund me the money as they had accidentally charged me the delivery fee on my order. He also told me my missing table would not be delivered because it has been canceled with NO ONE letting me know. This manager did absolutely nothing for me but lie. Willie never fixed the issue. He didn’t submit the ticket for refund like he said. He didn’t help me do a return of tables that now are in my home incomplete. He gave me his number to supposedly help. He has ignored my messages asking for help. He is a horrible person and carless manager. Almost a year and I still haven’t gotten this resolved. I give this store one star and that is only because ,Josie, another manager and Tkeyah have actually followed through and helped. They helped me start an exchange. I couldn’t return the tables they did deliver even though it’s their fault as a company that my order was not complete. I am hoping to finally get a resolution this month. If you want to buy from this store be very cautious.

Please read before you purchase anything. 3/27/2022 I purchased 3 pieces of furniture in-store totaling more than $3,500. Before I paid I inquired several times about the accuracy of their delivery dates to ensure it wouldn’t get push back 6months to a year. Karina, our sales rep, assured me that the items would be delivered on the delivery date. The delivery date was scheduled for 4/16/22. 4/14/2022 I received an email telling me to get rid of my old furniture. So, I did just that. I donated it. 4/16/2022 nothing arrived, and I received no notifications. 4/19/2022 I finally reached someone at the call center about my situation. They told me that delivery was rescheduled for September 2022. As I Karina provided us with her cell number, I also text her regarding the matter. I requested a full reimbursement for all items. 4/21/2022 After texting back and forth with Karina and receiving a phone call from a guy named Tim, some sort of manager, I was told that a reimbursement would be issued. Tim told me it would be 7-10 business days before I’d receive my money back. 4/28/2022 American Furniture Warehouse!!! My wife and I wen to American Furniture Warehouse and purchased the same items for less than half the cost at Ashley Furniture and they were delivered that same day! Half the cost and same day delivery for the same furniture. 5/6/2022 I received a call from the Ashley Furniture delivery department trying to schedule a delivery. I explained to them that the order was canceled, and a refund was in progress. After looking up my info she did not find a cancelation and there was no indication of a refund in place. 5/9/2022 Can’t reach anyone about getting my $3,500 refunded. Scam? credit card fraud? My next step may have to be speaking with an attorney. Note: Every Ashley Furniture phone number goes to the same call center. You will not be able to reach the store by phone. If you’re looking for furniture, I highly recommend American Furniture Warehouse.

(Translated by Google) Horrible experience, my family and I went to the furniture store and they treated us very kindly and we all loved a dining room and my husband paid for everything at the same time and they told us that they would not deliver them in 4 weeks and we said ok, well it arrived our dining room and when they were going to put it together they were missing some pieces to join the table that would come in a week at the latest that they had in the warehouse because a week later my husband called to ask and they told him that they had not made any order omg there our ordeal began, well he told them ok well place the order a month passed he spoke again and that they didn't have any order obviously he was super upset about the situation and asked for his money back and they told him no that in his policy was not to return the money and they still had the nerve to hang up on my husband the supposed managers who have no respect for the client and not one of them 3 of them take the offended after they can not even po To have an order, the truth is, we don't know what to do and our dining room is disassembled on the floor, it's been in that situation for 6 months, the truth is that it makes us very angry, impotence. They are incompetent, they are not professionals and much less respectful. I hope no one buys in this store because it will give them a headache and make them angry. (Original) Horrible Experiencia mi familia y yo fuimos a la mueblería y nos atendieron muy amables y a todos nos encantó un comedor y mi esposo lo pago todo en ese mismo momento y nos dijeron que no los entregarían en 4 semanas y nosotros pues dijimos ok, pues nos llegó nuestro comedor y ya cuando según lo iban armar que según les faltaban unas piezas para unir la mesa que vendrían más tardar en una semana que ellos tenían en la bodega pues a la semana mi esposo hablo para preguntar y le dijeron que ellos no habían echo ninguna orden omg hay empezó nuestro calvario, pues les dijo bueno pues haga la orden pasó un mes volvió a hablar y que no tenían ninguna orden obviamente estaba súper Molesto por la situación y pidió que se le devuelva el dinero y le dijeron que no que en su política no estaba devolver el dinero y todavía tuvieron el descaro de colgarle a mi esposo las supuestas manager que no tienen respeto al cliente y no una 3 de ellas se asen las ofendidas después de que no pueden siquiera poner una orden la verdad no sabemos que hacer y nuestro comedor hay está desarmado en el piso tiene 6 meses en esa situación la verdad da mucho coraje impotencia.Son unos incompetentes no son profesionales y mucho menos respetuosos. Ojalá que nadie compre en esta tienda por les va a dar un dolor de cabeza y hacer corajes.

I don't normally do this but I'm very upset. My order has been rescheduled multiple times, when I purchased my items they said in stock and to be delivered on April 22nd then they called on 22nd saying that items are not there and to reschedule delivery to the 26th of April, 26th they called saying items not complete and that the whole living room set should be ready to deliver on the 30th, then they called and said items are in but no people to load them and they will deliver Wed(tomorrow), I called today to check the status of my order and delivery times and the very rude customer service that answered my call said not in stock and to reschedule for Thursday may 5th. When will my items be delivered? How many more times will they reschedule my delivery? Help please.
