It was refreshing to have great quality customer service from Pan & Andy(mgr) was awesome. Pan is so knowledgeable, patient and has empathy. He understood the assignment of being the "Best"salesperson and does it to perfection 🥰.....Make sure you see and ask for Pan on your next purchase in the Humble store. You will not be disappointed.

Bought a high end mattress which caused us pain and sleepless nights. Spent $3500+. Poor customer service. Multiple calls and hours of phone time later, the best that Ashley can do is $200 store credit.
I have been a loyal customer for years and I will never step foot in this store again. I was misinformed about a store credit never expiring by a manager and when I returned ready to used it got a different story. Lesson learned and so have my family and friends.

I am having problems with my sofa. Once it was delivered it had a hole on the side of my brand new sofa. I called 72 hrs ahead and told them the problem but I still have not received a call for technician to come out to fix my damaged furniture. Customer service and schedule dept need to be trained or at least help the customer with situations like this. I been waiting since Dec 3rd 2022.

I purchased a new 4 piece bed room suit February 2022 and waited months to receive it. When it was delivered 95% of the items were DAMAGED. I've been trying to have service since OCTOBER 2022 and here it is JANUARY 2023. I have saved all my attempts on trying to get service and all of the photos (I have sent numerous times), for a technician to come to my home 2 weeks ago and be shocked that it was most of my furniture items with damage. As they were only advised it was one piece. So he had to take MORE photos to get permission to even start repairing anything (Of which I had already sent those at least 6 times, different types of ways). So I still have not had anything done with my service order. Finally I received an email this morning from Ashley Home-store offering me a 30% discount to keep the furniture "as is" or have them repair the items. Just an FYI, I bought this furniture *BRAND NEW* with the intent on it arriving to my home with no damage, to only be denied the option to have the damaged goods replaced, because, "they have to follow policy and a technician has to come out first" - which he did, as I said, 2 weeks ago. And by the way, that's what I was okay with 3 MONTHS AGO. But I'm completely done and aggravated with this whole situation. This whole experience has been an inconvenience and the ball had been dropped several times! (And for the record I have NEVER actually had a phone call about any of this even though I have requested someone to call me) I feel like I deserve my damaged furniture to ALL be replaced since I am paying $5000+ for it AND to be allowed to have the 30% discount anyways, for all the trouble I have been through!! My whole home is Ashley furniture and I have NEVER had an issue with my home town furniture store and getting service / replacing damaged items. I will NEVER buy from Ashley Home-store again! If I could give -0- stars it would..... I'm done!!!!!! Photos attached of the damage: ***(The damage consists of my bed (one rail broke due to not being properly put together right with 2 screws of which they are cheap & THIN), the foot board/ storage compartment with chips and the hinge broken, the chest of drawers (having a rigged foot screwed in w/ broken support underneath) and my dresser with a nicks and dings and a broken drawer at the top.)***
