We ordered patio furniture on Labour Say, Sep 1st. Every four weeks we would contact the store asking when our furniture would be delivered. They kept saying 'four weeks'. It is now late January, still don't have any furniture, and the store is telling us 'eight more weeks'. Six months for furniture to be delivered? Horrible customer service. They literally couldn't care less about their customers. Avoid this store. Ps. I bough a desk at Furniture Galley. They delivered it the same day. Never again, Ashley Ps. I noticed they replied with the same, generic, BS response they give every time I call. It's meaningless. I have called to discuss the situation further and I get the same response. And my response is the same. Save your money. Avoid this store. Shop elsewhere.

Martin was very helpful. My family has shopped here and picked up a great bedroom suite and mattress as well as a few other odds and ends.

We had the BEST experience! Olivia went above and beyond to help us meet our needs! We went in looking for a recliner…Done. My husband and I went for lunch, then went right back to the store and bought the matching sectional. Olivia was very friendly and accommodating without being that “pushy” salesperson that you can’t get away from. We will definitely do business there again.

I went knowing exactly what I was purchasing. After everything was said I done, I found out I was o recharged by ALOT! I will be calling for a return….be careful when shopping here and make sure you look at how much you are being charge because what they charge vs what is I. The website is NOT the same!

Was a great experience. I made 2 separate purchases, on 2 separate accounts but items will be delivered the same day, but have 2 different delivery charges. This doesn't make sense. Please explain.

It happy with delivery set up as requested after 6pm was told we could and they will not so we are canceling our order and will go elsewhere for better customer service!

The General Manager and Michael are awesome. Fast friendly service, very efficient. The sales transaction didn't feel pushy or salesman like. They allowed us to pick out what we needed and provided suggestions for us to secure the purchase while in the closing process. We were able to get all items. Everything will be delivered Saturday and we closed Monday, great timing excellent service.

The sale representative Pan Oviedo was very helpful showing us very options and answering any questions we had. We had or living room delivered and installed .

I would be pleased if what I was told was true and not being ignored or hung up on when trying to get answers for my furniture. Now I’m waiting weeks versus days, not even sure if it’s worth waiting for or should I go with another option

Ashley’s furniture delivery service did an excellent job with my delivery on Thursday morning. The app was super helpful with real time tracking. Daniel set up the recliners in less than five minutes. Thanks Ashley’s !!

We were very pleased with the service we received from Ashley and we love our furniture.Also was pleased with the scheduled delivery that went as planned. Okay so Lee the black woman is a manager. She was totally unhelpful rectifying the situation with Jamal the discount Dr. Jamal sold dreams and Lee sat there allowing him to come up with a solution to thousands of dollars of a mistake. 6k in the hole, a minor and easy swap out. A review of this store with those 2 individuals isn’t worthy of a rating with ANDY, the store manager. Without Andy, this entire store would close down and it’s ashame that such a headache needed to be brought to his attention. I can’t tell you who to go to but I can tell you if you have to deal with Jamal or Lee, just come back another time. Thank you Andy for saving the day! I am sorry I had to give a 2 star but the 2 star is from a -100 so I think it’s feasible. I’m glad you’ve turned the store around in a matter of 3 weeks

This store sucks! They tell you that you have a 90 day “sleep guarantee” but they really have a zero return policy. We spent $7000 on a mattress and we don’t like it. The only thing we can do is exchange it for one of equal or more value. I will never buy anything from them again.

Delivery was great. My fireplace is on back order till end of December. The salesperson told me everything was to be delivered. I am very dissatisfied and will not use Ashley furniture again. As I have already paid I will wait for the fireplace. Will give Ashley a bad review.

Do not let your salesperson convince you that you NEED a mattress protector. I didn’t want one but felt like I had to get it. We tried it on our cooling mattress but felt like it took away the cooling feeling. I tried returning it and to my surprise I learned all sales are final. So now I’m stuck with a $300 mattress protector I won’t be using. Super disappointing!

Bought a TV console (love!) and dining room table and chair’s in late August. Knew it would take 3ish weeks to get the table and chairs. Scheduled through their “AI” and didn’t know it wasn’t coming until the day of when it didn’t come. Tried to talk to a person, hard to do, got an escalation ticket number. Called back a few days later and the “AI” said it was scheduled for delivery the following Tuesday. Awesome, I’ll get my table I paid for over a month ago…..nope, got a call from their bot asking me to schedule for mid October. I’m sorry, what? Not open on Sundays, cannot talk directly to the store I purchased from and almost 2 months to get a table? Never again. I’ll cancel my order as soon as they open Monday. They should owe me interest for holding my money with no product as long as they have. Humble/Houston TX

We had a wonderful and helpful sales person by the name of Jennifer R. I usually do not like working with any sales person, but she was very easy to talk to, and stayed back when we needed to discuss things on our own. She was kind and friendly and I would highly recommend her!!

I called and spoke with a lady at the number Ashley Furniture gave me. Nobody from the company will help us with this problem. The whole bed has collapsed and the frame broke. Now I've tried calling who they told me to call, no help at all. Never spend your hard working money at this company they don't care and don't honor their word..

Husband bought a king size sleigh bed that they guaranteed him it was sold wood. We moved the next day to Minnesota,the bed was slept in for two nights, on the second night one of the ( solid wood rails ) broke right in the middle, it was particle board. We've called Humble, corporate, customer service, filed a claim, everything we were told to do. No body can resolve our issues .don't buy anything from Ashley Furniture.

RUN AWAY!!!! In a city with no shortage of furniture stores, do yourself a favor, and conduct business with one of them that deserves your business and will handle issues professionally and promptly. We went in the story, bought a bunkbed and some mattresses, charged my credit card. "We'll call you in a day or two to set up delivery." A week goes by. Nothing. I call them. "Some of the order is on backorder. No telling when they'll be back in stock. We'll call you in 48 hours to update you." A week goes by. Nothing. I call them to cancel my order. "Ok. I cancelled your order, let me transfer you to the refund team to talk about how you'll be refunded. *Several minutes* Ok, the refund team isn't available. I left them a voice mail, they'll call you back." You'll NEVER guess who hasn't called back!! Business begins with trust and this place has absolutely none. Good riddance.

My family just moved to the area, and we have been Ashley customers in this past. This experience was absolutely outstanding. Lee Thornton took phenomenal care of us, was extremely gracious in hearing our thoughts and meeting our needs for several furniture needs. My husband and I were extremely happy with how Lee and this particular Ashley location treated us, and I will absolutely be returning and asking for her personally in the future.

They tried to change my delivery date from Saturday to Monday. I had to call customer service and cancel the order for them to finally decide to honor the Saturday delivery. Also when you call customer service or the number listed on google as the branch number they won’t Connect you to your sales person …

When to purchase mattresses and salesperson Martin was very knowledgeable and patient with us.

Mike, our salesperson, was kind, attentive but not pushy. The showroom was well-stocked with options and I feel like I got a good price on the furniture. It hasn’t been delivered yet so I cannot comment on the furniture quality itself.

I don’t know about the rest of the store but if you go to this store and the only person who can help you is Nunu just go to ikea she will throw you under the bus and leave you clueless for her commission. She will overcharge you on purpose and then stop answering your questions. Nunu had the answers but didn’t want to share them and left me looking dumb. Ashley please watch over your workers better and don’t let them scam people. Another PSA if your young Nunu will try to take advantage of your lack of knowledge of furniture policies and probably overcharge you

Mike Penright helped up find exactly what we wanted and was so helpful and friendly. We had been to 3 other furniture stores with super unhelpful staff so to say that Mike was a breath of fresh air is really an understatement. We have purchased from Ashley Furniture before and will definitely be our first stop for any future needs.

I purchased a bed and a dresser recently and the sales associate, Nunuu was pleasant up until a couple days ago. I texted her asking her on the status of my bed because she told me it was running late and I wanted an ETA, however when I texted her I got no response. I assumed she was busy so I called the company and they told me about 8 weeks. 2 months was insane so I text her again asking if theres any way to get a refund or to perhaps speed it up, and no response again. What is the point of giving me your number if you're not going to respond. I understand things happen but just let people if you're busy. I would not be writing this review, if it wasn't for the unprofessionalism I had to deal with. Nunuu if you are reading this please refund my order, and pick this dresser up so I can find another associate that will be able to communicate efficiently and get me my bed. ***edit, i received my bed today and was once again disappointed with nunu. Not only did she ghost me, but It turns out that she charged me for 2 beds when i only asked for 1. How does that even happen???. I hate to be this person but after this purchase is done, Ashleys and MOST ESPECIALLY NUNNU have officially lost me as a customer

If I could give zero stars, I would. My fiancé and I had a terrible experience buying a living room set from Ashley Furniture for our new home. The sales associate told us the set was in stock and available for pickup within two days. We rented a trailer and drove to the main warehouse—only to find out the items weren't available at all. When I called, the rep claimed the furniture was "in the back" and couldn’t be located. He then offered free home delivery within five days, which I agreed to. I received confirmation for the delivery date. The day of delivery came—and nothing. I took time off work to be home, but no one showed up, no one called, and no one notified us. I had to chase them down by phone and text just to be told the items were still not in stock. Meanwhile, they had no issue charging me in full the very first day. We proceeded to cancel the order—and now they won’t even send me a cancellation confirmation. The sales guy said it’s “not his department.” I'm still waiting on written proof and a refund. Bottom line: Ashley lacks professionalism, follow-through, and customer care. I won’t be buying from Ashley again, and I would never recommend them. Let’s see if they refund my money as quickly as they took it.

Very good experience today! Pan assisted me and found everything I was looking for, the whole process was very easy and he was very informative.

Went it to look for Queen furniture sets and was greeted by Nunuu who told us she was a manager. Unfortunately, I didn't have the best experience. She told us that the set we were looking at was fully wood, and the info online said it was particle board, MDF and veneer. With all the sales, we also asked her if we could put it on hold and come back in on a couple days to pay for it fully and she said it's better to finance it because she feels we'll have credit issues which I didn't appreciate. We asked for a quote and she asked for our information so she could email it over and it's been over a day and I have not heard from her. All around, I don't appreciate being treated that way and most likely won't be going back.

I went there for 1 thing and they did not try to convince me to purchase anything else. They even price matched my item. Additionally, the delivery service was EXCELLENT with communicating their arrival day and time. They even arrived slightly early. I had a wonderful experience with this company and have already told my husband that we will go through Ashley for all of our furniture needs. I make a call to customer care every 2 to 3 days since it was delivered with 0 results. I've been told 3 times someone would call back with a solution, no calls back. care has all associated fotos. Next it was deep scratches in my floor which the delivery driver tried to cover up with a number 2 pencil . I’m beyond livid . The first dresser must have been dropped or something the second one doesn’t extend fully. I hate the whole experience. They always respond to these reviews talking bout reach out to us through this email and we’ll do this and that but never ever follow through on anything. If you care about your house or belongings don’t use Ashley’s as your furniture delivery destination. You will be let down every time

WARNING: DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY FURNITURE WITH JOHN LIPE! I am writing to express my outrage and disappointment with my recent purchase experience at Ashley Furniture. The sofa sleeper purchase and delivery experience has been a complete disaster, and I demand immediate attention to this matter. Salesperson John Lipe was negligent and provided false information, leading to costly consequences. He claimed the sofa would fit in my car (it didn't), didn't offer the free delivery option available on the website, and the delivery service only brought the couch to my building, not my door. I had to bring it upstairs myself. To make matters worse, the couch was ripped when I opened it. When I contacted customer service, they claimed the couch was assembled because it was a clearance item. However, I paid almost full price for it! If it's a clearance item, I demand a price match. The warranty offered was also unacceptable - only $90 back and a request to never complain about it again. This is not a suitable solution. Other employees admitted that the company prioritizes making sales over customer satisfaction. Apparently, customers have had issues with the wood on furniture, and Ashley won't resolve the issue. DO NOT TRUST ASHLEY FURNITURE! Their employees are useless, and corporate doesn't care about customer complaints. Manager Miss Lee is the most useless person I've dealt with. I will share my horrible experience with friends, family, and online platforms to ensure no one else falls victim to Ashley Furniture's scams.

Buyer beware. They sold me a 5 year warranty on my couch and told me that if I did not use the warranty I could use the amount I spent on the warranty towards buying something else from them after the warranty period expired. What they didn't tell us was that you only have 6 months from the expiration of the warranty to come to the store to attempt to use that refund. That is what they told me when I came in to use that refund after the 6 month period. I read over the warranty agreement and there is no language about a refund after 5 years. It is basically coverage by a 3rd party. Maybe they hid it in some tiny language somewhere else. These types of deceptive sales techniques (basically lies through omission) are why I will never buy anything from Ashley furniture again. I have bought other warranties through other companies in the same area and they are up front about their policies. They will even let you know when the warranty is about to expire. Who would remember exactly when you bought something 5 years ago.

We went in person drove an Hour!! because you HAVE to go in person to “update” your information even though it was their fault to begin with. We got no apology from the manger, he was rude. This was the worst experience we have ever had. We have told all family and friends to never buy from here after the experience we had. They have our money, and we have NO COUCH! I recommended going somewhere else where they will help you and actually be kind and giving, because Ashley furniture is NOT!

We still have a stain on our new couch! Save yourself a lot of trouble. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE...BTW,The salesman will literally walk around you,and stalk you, while you shop. It was so creepy. Felt so awkward. Very bad experience all around

In February of 2022, I bought a living room set from this location. Miguel, the “home furniture specialist” convinced me to purchase a “protection plan” for $359. One of my specific concerns was will the plan cover the couches if the cushions start to sag. Miguel said yes. So I purchased the plan for the peace of mind of having the couches covered. After a couple of short years the cushions now sag to the point where your body sometimes hits the frame of the couches. Also, one of the seat cushions started to unravel at the seam. I filed a claim with the protection plan service and was advised that those issues would not be covered. I called Ashley’s customer service and advised them of the situation and asked if I could get a refund or even a store credit for the warranty since it was pretty much fools gold. I was advised to cancel the plan with Protect All and call them back with a reference number. I did as instructed and have been getting the runaround since. I have called them 4 to 5 times and each time I call they say someone will get back to me within a day or two. No one has ever called me back. I have to keep reaching out to them. The last rep told me that I would be getting a prorated refund since I cancelled the warranty early but they need to hear back from Protect All. How long am I supposed to wait? Also, Miguel advised that I would get a store credit in the full amount of the protection plan if I never used it. I can’t speak for everyone but I feel that my “home furniture specialist” was very misleading to make a little extra commission at my expense. $359 is a drop in the bucket for a multimillion dollar company but it’s not for me. Don’t make my mistake and do your research before spending your hard earned money. Not only do I feel that I’m out the cost of the protection plan, I feel that I am out the price of the couches as well because they are now going to be donated. I would not feel right selling them to someone.

My salesman was great and very informative, his name was JT. He made the process very easy and smooth, I just moved to this area so I was in need of a new bedroom setup. He got me exactly what I wanted. The delivery was very smooth and they were very nice, and especially quick. They set up my bed for me and even put my mattress on it. The reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because my dresser came with some of the holes drilled in the wrong spots. It was a pain to put it together because of that. Overall a good experience, just need the people drillin holes to pay better attention.

6/26/24 . Worst worst purchase ever , we bought a $2000 bed frame because my wife is due mid July with our first baby. We are getting the house ready for the baby and we bought the bed frame from them for our bedroom thinking everything would be smooth . WRONG! 1 .-Delivery fee around $300 ( which I didn’t pay and went to pick it up myself ) 2.- The warehouse where you pick up items is 40 min away from the actual store we purchased from 3.- it took the guys in the warehouse 2 hours to bring it out because they were too busy talking to themselves . I told them 2 times what was the update and they said they are working on that . If I was the owner of this company I would fire every single person there . Guy at the desk was dressed like he just came back from a fight . 4 .- guy that was driving my item dropped one of the items in front of me when he was driving towards the ramp because he was going too fast . They can check the cameras it’s on the cameras 5.- got home and started unboxing the items and one of main rails on the bed frame was cracked in half. 6..- called customer service right away and opened a claim with them and they said it would take 7-10 days to get the part that was broken reshipped to us…called exactly ten days later and now they are saying that the part that was ordered wouldn’t even be ready to be shipped until mid July with no ETA. (Which is when the baby comes) 7 .- company only cares about selling and once you have paid, they don’t care all all . They have a no return policy and now I can see why . They won’t even do a credit for us to just repurchase a whole new frame . 8.- I hate to write reviews but this time I feel if I can help someone like us avoid these problems in the future my job is done . 9.- we ask them to just let us return the broken item and just get another one and they said no . 10.- I don’t care about returning the item but I do need a bed frame for the new baby coming . I am not the person that buys something and returns it, but when an item Is broken then they should do the right thing . Saying all this I don’t think their furniture is bad we have many things in the house that Came from them but you cannot run a good company by selling only and once the purchase is made they forget you. They still have responsibility on the items they just sold . I just want a bed frame that’s all . Wife needs it, baby needs it, we need it and we paid for one and don’t have one . How sad !! If this company doesn’t fix things I don’t see a bright future for them .

We got help from Nick Thomas and he stated that our bar stools were going to get delivered on Sat May 11th, but he did not submit for that day and lied to us and now they will get delivered on May 18th. We will take our business somewhere else.

My recent experience with the Ashley Furniture Store management team in Humble, Texas was great.They assisted me in the process of filing the warranty claim on my previous furniture purchase. Once I filed my claim with Ashley Furniture warranty division. The warranty claims solutions team promptly responded. They advised that my damaged furniture would be replaced with all new furniture of equal value. My initial experience with the Ashley home store was positive. I purchased what I believed was high-quality furniture. I paid approximately $3400 for my sectional from Ashley Furniture. I had a good representative who I liked. Since I have made the purchase, I have been nothing but utterly disappointed with the lack of commitment that Ashley furniture has to customer service. They do not deserve a star, but I am required to at least give them one star. My issue with my sofa started in September 2023. The sofa was purchased new in April 2023. The sofa Cushioning has had issues. I waited over a month for a technician to come out and fix The problem. Less than a couple weeks later the same issue surfaced on the same piece of the sofa sectional. I contacted Ashley again three different times and submitted a warranty claim. Thinking it was resolved. I called to find out when they were going to send a technician and they indicated that I had never called into submit another warranty claim. So I re-filed another claim and the customer service representative asked me to flip over the couch to get a label. There was no label, but I discovered that the dust cover was installed terribly which Dropped my confidence in the repair process. I have attached these photos to show the workmanship. According to all of the customer service representatives that I have spoken to there is a standard, and that is not factory Standards. due to my findings, I requested that Ashley just replaced the corner section. Even though the photo showed that the technician did not do the work correctly, they said their process was to try to repair it again. At this time I decided to go into the store and speak with the manager who indicated that Ashley does not allow them to do anything on a customer service level other than sell their product. He did ask me to send photos and that he would send the information to someone he knew to see if he could do something. Unfortunately, the manager did not follow up with me and there was no change in the process. I am still stuck in repair purgatory trying to get parts for my sofa. It is now December 20 and I’ve just had another outstanding call with Ashley. I was to receive my parts two weeks ago and now they are telling me the first week of January. I was hoping to relieve myself of this issue in 2023 but I guess we’ll be carrying it over in 2024. My biggest complaint with Ashley is on the customer service side. There is no urgency to deal with these issues. And there is a lot of generalized answers that mean nothing. I spent my hard earned money with the company that I thought I was buying a quality product. I did not get a quality product and I do not have a company that is backing up their product. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing any products from Ashley furniture. Yeah Brian Link Just an update to my issue Ashley has still unsuccessfully repaired the problems on my couch. I have had four technician trips to my home, and none of them resulted in any repairs. They keep sending parts and resending parts and they keep sending the wrong parts. It is a constant cycle of horrible customer service. I hope to someday update that I have had my work completed. Original estimate do time of delivery on the parts was December 20. I think they met 2024. Ha ha anyways Ashley is very unreliable on the customer service side if you have issues.

Replied back and said, don't worry about it, I will just give you bad reviews on every platform (google, facebook, instagram, etc.) I can find every time I think about it and have time to spare. >> Update 12/15/2023 Table and Chairs were finally delivered 15 days past the date they were suppose to be delivered. Terrible customer service and multiple failed delivery dates. >>Update 12/14/2023 I got a text and an email saying my delivery is scheduled for this Friday. Kind of odd since they told me several times previously they only deliver to my area on Thursdays. Wait and see!! >>Update 12/13/2023 Still Terrible. Still no response from anyone. >>Update 12/11/2023 Still Terrible. Still no return calls from (3) of the customer service people and actual salesman I talked to last week. (2) of them said you will get a phone call back within 48 hours, actual salesman said I will have manager call you tomorrow (last friday). >>Terrible. Sales people are friendly. But after you pay and leave, who knows when you will get your furniture. It will deliver Thursday, nothing, it will deliver next Thursday, still nothing, it is estimated to deliver next Thursday. Not going to hold my breath.. Terrible customer service. Talked to 4 different people, they can't tell me anything. Somebody will call you back, nope never happens. This is the 3rd time in 7 years I swore I would never buy from them again for the same type issues every time. Sister same problems a couple years ago. Daughter n Law same issues last year. Ashley needs to find another vendor for deliveries, the current one is terrible.

On 11/24/2023 made a purchase on some bunk beds. 11/25 I picked it up from the warehouse, got home and started unboxing the items and noticed that the head rest was broken, parts of the beds head rest weren’t assembled correctly, half way assembled and not glued on and found more broken pieces. I called the warranty department and explained them the situation. The person I spoke sent me an email for me to upload pictures of the broken pieces and stated that it would replaced on Monday 11/26. Did not received an email nor a phone call so I called back. Person I spoke to stated that there was no claim put in or pictures uploaded. So I started the claim again. Long story short, they kept giving me the run around calling this number here, texting this number there until finally I spoke to the store manager I believe Andy is his name and he told me to email him pictures and a call back number, he went out of his way to help me by reaching out his boss to see if the claim could be expedited. On 11/30 I received a call to set up a delivery and pick up but that the earliest delivery would be on 12/8. Moved in to a new house and purchased furniture from Ashley so my girls could sleep on their new beds but now they have to sleep on the floor till we get the new beds 2 WEEKS after I originally purchased it. This would be my first and last time I’ll make business with Ashley Furniture . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO NOONE, unless you want bad service. If I could give this place 0 star ⭐️ I would. Never again!

One box was taped up and had missing pieces. Couldn’t complete the bed construction. Now I have to call customer service again. Previously the delivery was canceled by Ashley because the item wasn’t in the warehouse. Delivery guys delivered what they were given to deliver, can’t blame them.

Customer service leaves once you sign. I purchased at market price a mattress and was not aware that it did not come with a 30 day comfort guarantee. After 2 nights I was in horrible pain. Called in several times getting the run to include call back on day 30 sending pictures and then texted ALL SALES FINAL. Do not shop with this company. I can see if it was on sale or something but it was not and now I'm stuck sleeping on my sofa after an expensive purchase! Angry is an understatement. Update. Someone reached out and said I will get an email that was days ago, they ignore you hoping you go away. I beg you go to Living Spaces like I should have!

We had a great experience with our Salesman, Chandler. He immediately greeted is upon entering and welcomed us in. He listened to we we were looking for and walked us around to show us what he had. While he was showing us this particular table his Boss (didn't get his name) walked over , greeted us and started to help Chandler with the table. The over all experience was quick and easy, Chandler and his Boss were patient and very professional. We will definitely be back to shop.

I went there looking for a particular dining room table it advertised online. I was hoping I would be able to get it in the store or have somebody put it together for me if I bought it well that was a no go. Also, I don’t like when people follow me around or being pushy about buying something I want to be able to walk around look and see what they have and if I have any questions, then I’ll come and find you or introduce yourself, and then step back.

We bought a bedroom set until 3 weeks ago. They said that only the dresser is in stock. They said that they will deliver the dresser in a few days, but that they will deliver the other products in 6 weeks. We accepted this situation. When they brought the dresser for delivery, it was damaged in a few places and there was no box. The officer who brought the product filled the damaged places with a pastel pen. We said that we would not accept the product in this way and they took it back. A week later, while waiting for a new packaged product to arrive, they brought the same product again. When the places filled with pastel pencil were touched, he was painting her hand. This time, the officer told us to accept the product instead of sending it and then call the customer service. We did as he said. However, customer service was not interested in us. We went to the store we bought it from 3 times. They said they were interested and made a registration. The last time we went, the employee named Andy was more involved. He told us to wait until Thursday. I hope someone will take care to rectify this situation. I think they sent used product. I'll post again to update the status after next Thursday.

Miguel was great. He greeted me and asked if I needed help. He also allowed me space to find what I wanted. He checked in and informed me there were more options upstairs, which I was unaware of. I ended up choosing a set from upstairs. Entire process less than 20 mins.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - Sales Team lied about options, deliveries and service. Furniture very LATE, multiple times tried to deliver damaged items over and over, quality delivered didn't match store and NO RESOLUTION.

The door was opened for me with a very pleasant greeting from NuNu. She told me to look around and she would check on me to see if I liked anything. Her greeting was so warming that I looked for her when I discovered the item I desired to purchase. She was able to give me a discounted price, so I added the protection plan. The delivery is in two days. The sale was quick and I was out in 40mins. I loved the experience. Great job NuNu @Ashley's Furniture.

Update- repairs have been rescheduled 3 times. Now scheduled for Nov. 2nd. Never experienced such poor customer service! The customer services ends when you walk out the door. I have been sitting here I the show room for over 30 minutes trying to get a resolution. Ordered 8 dining room chairs. 6 are uneven, 4 are stained. I also purchased a 5 year warranty and was told you get the money back if you do not use the warranty after 5 years. Have been trying to cancel th warranty for 7 days. Found out you only get a store credit that expires in 180 days. I have called customer service multiple time, am put on hold till the disconnects. I have been told so many different things. One thing I know is I will absolutely never do business here again! I will update this review if I get a resolution.

My disabled uncle Robert Salinas bought a Bedroom set from this place spent over 2k the bed came incomplete when he disclosed this the establishment said they promised the part would be here in 1 week. 1 week later he calls the establishment and they give him the run around and tell him they never ordered the parts and he needs to find his bed number , order and pay for parts for a bed he already bought he has been sleeping on his living room floor for 2 weeks and the establishment only seemed to be concerned prior to buying the bed after he bought it they could care less
