Patricia at Ashley’s did amazing, I walked in and she greeted me with a warm welcome and beautiful smile! 😊 We clicked so well!! Told her what I was looking for and we walked together looking at all the beautiful furniture. One stood out, its simple, elegant and just classy 😍No way I was leaving without purchasing😁 Outstanding customer service and I will definitely return back to her if I need to purchase more furniture.

Had a very nice sales person by the name of CC guide me through the store helped me tremendously to get approved. All the staff was nice and helpful. Nate And Damian were right there were very helpful also.

I came in with a picture off the website. I knew exactly what I wanted! Lee was very helpful and efficient. I think the whole transaction took less than an hour! I am looking forward to receiving my new furniture!

We were a little indecisive about a dining-room table set. It was a toss up between one at your store and one at another store. We had questions and Fabian was able to answer all of them quickly making us feel very comfortable with this large purchase. Now we.will have a beautiful dining table for our retirement home! Let’s just clarify for no reason at all can you return or exchange unless damaged upon delivery. So disappointed that I wasn’t able to exchange my dining room set because it was too big. They are not flexible at all definitely never again. Sales person and manager were very pleasant though explained I had to go through customer service number, however company itself the policy is ridiculous very ignorant

I visited Ashley Furniture Store in Humble on 1/25/2025. The sales person and the manager were both very nice and pleasant. I went there for 1 thing and they did not try to convince me to purchase anything else. They even price matched my item. Additionally, the delivery service was EXCELLENT with communicating their arrival day and time. They even arrived slightly early. I had a wonderful experience with this company and have already told my husband that we will go through Ashley for all of our furniture needs. We had an experience with a different company that was COMPLETELY different from Ashley's experience. I would rather pay the extra cost for a better experience. Thank you Ashley Furniture!

Our sales experience at the Humble store was outstanding. The sales staff is highly professional. Customer care is having a problem bringing a swap. The technician did come out and stated the damage to the safa we purchased could not be repaired due to numerous discepancies noted by him as an assembly process and a severe crumch to the wood structure underneath. Our sales experience at the Humble store was outstanding. The problem we are having is a problem with a replacement 2 reclining seat sofa due to the danage on the first one that was delivered. 2 subsequent replacements were also delivered with driver noted defect and both were rejected. I make a call to customer care every 2 to 3 days since it was delivered with 0 results. I've been told 3 times someone would call back with a solution, no calls back. care has all associated fotos. The problem we are having is a problem with a replacement 2 reclining seat sofa due to the danage on the first one that was delivered. 2 subsequent replacements were also delivered with driver noted defect and both were rejected. I make a call to customer care every 2 to 3 days since it was delivered in November with 0 results. Numerous delivery appointment changes etc.I've been told 3 times someone would call back with a solution, no calls back. We have purchased with Ashley furniture in the past and paid cash for a total of about $4k. Why would an American based company not be able to fix this problem, in America!

The staff were incredibly helpful to understand the spaces I am trying to furnish and to offer tailored design ideas.

Gabriel was patient and professional, showing us the variety of selections in the store, giving us the best price available and coordinating a quick delivery.

I will never have another piece of furniture delivered from Ashleys again . Each delivery my home was left in ruins. First it was the wall brace which holds up the ceiling. Ashley’s hired someone to “fix “ the issue . It’s anything but that . Definitely an eye sore every time I walk in . Next it was deep scratches in my floor which the delivery driver tried to cover up with a number 2 pencil . I’m beyond livid . The first dresser must have been dropped or something the second one doesn’t extend fully. I hate the whole experience. They always respond to these reviews talking bout reach out to us through this email and we’ll do this and that but never ever follow through on anything. If you care about your house or belongings don’t use Ashley’s as your furniture delivery destination. You will be let down every time

Ashley’s has been our go to furniture store for 3 years. They always have a great selection and their staff is friendly and easy to talk to. We had the pleasure to meet Jamal today as we bought a new couch. He was a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Ashley’s if you want great furniture and wonderful support.

Purchased bedroom full set furniture alone with "insurance " and they do not stick to the insurance policy or plan that was paid for.

It took over 6 weeks to get my bedroom furniture delivered ,which is ok since it’s for a guest room ,we had a moment of being upset for to the fact that the sales lady didn’t put we wanted a white glove delivery that included set up As well, she put pick up, I called the Ashley store and Andy the manager resolved it quickly and gave us free delivery for our inconvenience The furniture is beautiful and well made, we had a delivery that was great , they were fast efficient and friendly. All turned out well in the end. Happy with the bedroom furniture, we are getting many compliments as well.

WARNING: DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY FURNITURE WITH JOHN LIPE! I am writing to express my outrage and disappointment with my recent purchase experience at Ashley Furniture. The sofa sleeper purchase and delivery experience has been a complete disaster, and I demand immediate attention to this matter. Salesperson John Lipe was negligent and provided false information, leading to costly consequences. He claimed the sofa would fit in my car (it didn't), didn't offer the free delivery option available on the website, and the delivery service only brought the couch to my building, not my door. I had to bring it upstairs myself. To make matters worse, the couch was ripped when I opened it. When I contacted customer service, they claimed the couch was assembled because it was a clearance item. However, I paid almost full price for it! If it's a clearance item, I demand a price match. The warranty offered was also unacceptable - only $90 back and a request to never complain about it again. This is not a suitable solution. Other employees admitted that the company prioritizes making sales over customer satisfaction. Apparently, customers have had issues with the wood on furniture, and Ashley won't resolve the issue. DO NOT TRUST ASHLEY FURNITURE! Their employees are useless, and corporate doesn't care about customer complaints. Manager Miss Lee is the most useless person I've dealt with. I will share my horrible experience with friends, family, and online platforms to ensure no one else falls victim to Ashley Furniture's scams.

What a nightmare , if you try to cancel an order they make it practically impossible. You can’t reach any person with the numbers provided they’re useless there’s no option to change or cancel. I had to keep contacting the salesperson and searching for alternatives multiple times and they still have not responded. Next week will be contacting the consumer protection agency if we don’t get our refund . This number they replied with below is useless - not helpful at all . Buyers beware

Jamal was the BEST sales representative! Once we figured out what style of couch and dining set I was looking for, he was able to direct me to specific pieces on the floor and pictures online that fit my vision perfectly! Even then, he helped me consider other options too to make sure I chose the pieces I liked best. Jamal was very kind, friendly, and patient, and he helped me find great deals! I recommend checking out this location and specifically asking for Jamal--he made the experience great!

I had originally written this long winded review and decided no ones gonna read that BS anyways. Long story short. Lies after lies. Awful service and a $3500 couch that stopped working after 1 month. How this place has 4 stars baffles me.

Mrs Nunuu was amazing and helped us fine the perfect couch for our home. She very educated with their products and did not make us feel pressured in to buying anything. We are very happy with our purchase and the customer service Nunuu gave us!

Jordan, Jonathan, and the store manager (I don’t remember her name) were so patient and helpful. I genuinely recommend seeing one of them when you go to this store. Jonathan is very knowledgeable with the mattresses and Jordan knows everything about delivery and warehouse matters. 10/10 recommend.

Experience was thorough and professional got a great bang for my buck

Buyer beware. They sold me a 5 year warranty on my couch and told me that if I did not use the warranty I could use the amount I spent on the warranty towards buying something else from them after the warranty period expired. What they didn't tell us was that you only have 6 months from the expiration of the warranty to come to the store to attempt to use that refund. That is what they told me when I came in to use that refund after the 6 month period. I read over the warranty agreement and there is no language about a refund after 5 years. It is basically coverage by a 3rd party. Maybe they hid it in some tiny language somewhere else. These types of deceptive sales techniques (basically lies through omission) are why I will never buy anything from Ashley furniture again. I have bought other warranties through other companies in the same area and they are up front about their policies. They will even let you know when the warranty is about to expire. Who would remember exactly when you bought something 5 years ago.

We had the WORST experience with this store. Patricia, the women that checked out wrote our number down wrong. We had our order scheduled for Friday, well it was CANCELED! Waisted our day all day Friday because the ONLY way they “look up” or “track” your order is by your phone number which screwed us. Our order was canceled AGAIN after rescheduling for Saturday. We waited all day Saturday morning went down to meet the delivery guy and he LEFT! Because he called the WRONG number that Patricia put down for us. We were contacted the whole time by an AI generated email…. and when trying to fix our information, there was NO help!! We now have no couch and no one has been nice at this store. We went in person drove an Hour!! because you HAVE to go in person to “update” your information even though it was their fault to begin with. We got no apology from the manger, he was rude. This was the worst experience we have ever had. We have told all family and friends to never buy from here after the experience we had. They have our money, and we have NO COUCH! I recommended going somewhere else where they will help you and actually be kind and giving, because Ashley furniture is NOT!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! We bought a couch, for $2000. When it was delivered,it had a stain on one of the cushions. We immediately contacted Ashleys. They just sent a cover to replace it. It was the wrong cover. This happened 5 times. They literally sent every cover,but the right one. This went on for months. The manager was no help. Completely rude. We still have a stain on our new couch! Save yourself a lot of trouble. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE...BTW,The salesman will literally walk around you,and stalk you, while you shop. It was so creepy. Felt so awkward. Very bad experience all around

He explained all of the options we had and when we nailed it down to two couches, he gave great explanations of the differences. While we having received our couch yet, we are very happy with our purchase!

In February of 2022, I bought a living room set from this location. Miguel, the “home furniture specialist” convinced me to purchase a “protection plan” for $359. One of my specific concerns was will the plan cover the couches if the cushions start to sag. Miguel said yes. So I purchased the plan for the peace of mind of having the couches covered. After a couple of short years the cushions now sag to the point where your body sometimes hits the frame of the couches. Also, one of the seat cushions started to unravel at the seam. I filed a claim with the protection plan service and was advised that those issues would not be covered. I called Ashley’s customer service and advised them of the situation and asked if I could get a refund or even a store credit for the warranty since it was pretty much fools gold. I was advised to cancel the plan with Protect All and call them back with a reference number. I did as instructed and have been getting the runaround since. I have called them 4 to 5 times and each time I call they say someone will get back to me within a day or two. No one has ever called me back. I have to keep reaching out to them. The last rep told me that I would be getting a prorated refund since I cancelled the warranty early but they need to hear back from Protect All. How long am I supposed to wait? Also, Miguel advised that I would get a store credit in the full amount of the protection plan if I never used it. I can’t speak for everyone but I feel that my “home furniture specialist” was very misleading to make a little extra commission at my expense. $359 is a drop in the bucket for a multimillion dollar company but it’s not for me. Don’t make my mistake and do your research before spending your hard earned money. Not only do I feel that I’m out the cost of the protection plan, I feel that I am out the price of the couches as well because they are now going to be donated. I would not feel right selling them to someone.

My salesman was great and very informative, his name was JT. He made the process very easy and smooth, I just moved to this area so I was in need of a new bedroom setup. He got me exactly what I wanted. The delivery was very smooth and they were very nice, and especially quick. They set up my bed for me and even put my mattress on it. The reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because my dresser came with some of the holes drilled in the wrong spots. It was a pain to put it together because of that. Overall a good experience, just need the people drillin holes to pay better attention.

6/26/24 . Worst worst purchase ever , we bought a $2000 bed frame because my wife is due mid July with our first baby. We are getting the house ready for the baby and we bought the bed frame from them for our bedroom thinking everything would be smooth . WRONG! 1 .-Delivery fee around $300 ( which I didn’t pay and went to pick it up myself ) 2.- The warehouse where you pick up items is 40 min away from the actual store we purchased from 3.- it took the guys in the warehouse 2 hours to bring it out because they were too busy talking to themselves . I told them 2 times what was the update and they said they are working on that . If I was the owner of this company I would fire every single person there . Guy at the desk was dressed like he just came back from a fight . 4 .- guy that was driving my item dropped one of the items in front of me when he was driving towards the ramp because he was going too fast . They can check the cameras it’s on the cameras 5.- got home and started unboxing the items and one of main rails on the bed frame was cracked in half. 6..- called customer service right away and opened a claim with them and they said it would take 7-10 days to get the part that was broken reshipped to us…called exactly ten days later and now they are saying that the part that was ordered wouldn’t even be ready to be shipped until mid July with no ETA. (Which is when the baby comes) 7 .- company only cares about selling and once you have paid, they don’t care all all . They have a no return policy and now I can see why . They won’t even do a credit for us to just repurchase a whole new frame . 8.- I hate to write reviews but this time I feel if I can help someone like us avoid these problems in the future my job is done . 9.- we ask them to just let us return the broken item and just get another one and they said no . 10.- I don’t care about returning the item but I do need a bed frame for the new baby coming . I am not the person that buys something and returns it, but when an item Is broken then they should do the right thing . Saying all this I don’t think their furniture is bad we have many things in the house that Came from them but you cannot run a good company by selling only and once the purchase is made they forget you. They still have responsibility on the items they just sold . I just want a bed frame that’s all . Wife needs it, baby needs it, we need it and we paid for one and don’t have one . How sad !! If this company doesn’t fix things I don’t see a bright future for them .

I'VE BEEN TOLD MULTIPLE TIMES A CHECK WAS SENT OUT BUT NOTHING IN OUR BOX SINCE 2022, IT'S NOT 2024 AND STILL DEALING WITH THE SAME ISSUE. WE'VE TRIED TO CANCEL THIS SERVICE TWICE NOW AND EACH TIME THIS COMPANY PUSHES THE DATE BACK AND REDUCES THE AMOUNT FROM WHEN WE FIRST STARTED THE CANCELATION. THEY'RE TRULY TRYING TO STEAL ON OUR MONEY HOPING THE 5 YEARS WILL PAST AND WE WON'T GET ANYTHING BACK ON A SERVICE WE ONLY USED ONCE. ASHLEY FURNITURE AND GBS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. MY WIFE CALLED TO CANCEL THE SERVICE THEY TOLD US A CHECK WOULD BE MAILED NOTHING. I CALLED THEY TOLD ME A CHECK WOULD BE MAILED WITH FOR AN EVEN LOWER AMOUNT STILL NOTHING. We got help from Nick Thomas and he stated that our bar stools were going to get delivered on Sat May 11th, but he did not submit for that day and lied to us and now they will get delivered on May 18th. We will take our business somewhere else.

Miguel met us as we walked in the door and he was very helpful and attentive without being intrusive during our entire visit. He patiently answered all of my questions , provided optional purchase options, and was very professional up to walking out the door! Very positive experience.

My sales rep, Patricia, was rude and unfriendly. There were several times when I almost walked out but this was my only day off. When I declined the extra protection she really was nasty towards, no eye contact, no smile, no small talk. She was unpleasant. As for my purchase I'm happy with my new furniture and happy that they had the same sofa I saw online same price.

I could not have asked for a better experience. I was warmly greeted upon entering the store. Jonathan introduced himself and asked if there was anything he could help me with. When I told him that I was just browsing, he gave me the space to do just that. He was attentive, but not over bearing. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase. He was very courteous, informative, and patient. Also, I loved that there was a sense of genuine camaraderie amongst the workers.

My recent experience with the Ashley Furniture Store management team in Humble, Texas was great.They assisted me in the process of filing the warranty claim on my previous furniture purchase. Once I filed my claim with Ashley Furniture warranty division. The warranty claims solutions team promptly responded. They advised that my damaged furniture would be replaced with all new furniture of equal value. My initial experience with the Ashley home store was positive. I purchased what I believed was high-quality furniture. I paid approximately $3400 for my sectional from Ashley Furniture. I had a good representative who I liked. Since I have made the purchase, I have been nothing but utterly disappointed with the lack of commitment that Ashley furniture has to customer service. They do not deserve a star, but I am required to at least give them one star. My issue with my sofa started in September 2023. The sofa was purchased new in April 2023. The sofa Cushioning has had issues. I waited over a month for a technician to come out and fix The problem. Less than a couple weeks later the same issue surfaced on the same piece of the sofa sectional. I contacted Ashley again three different times and submitted a warranty claim. Thinking it was resolved. I called to find out when they were going to send a technician and they indicated that I had never called into submit another warranty claim. So I re-filed another claim and the customer service representative asked me to flip over the couch to get a label. There was no label, but I discovered that the dust cover was installed terribly which Dropped my confidence in the repair process. I have attached these photos to show the workmanship. According to all of the customer service representatives that I have spoken to there is a standard, and that is not factory Standards. due to my findings, I requested that Ashley just replaced the corner section. Even though the photo showed that the technician did not do the work correctly, they said their process was to try to repair it again. At this time I decided to go into the store and speak with the manager who indicated that Ashley does not allow them to do anything on a customer service level other than sell their product. He did ask me to send photos and that he would send the information to someone he knew to see if he could do something. Unfortunately, the manager did not follow up with me and there was no change in the process. I am still stuck in repair purgatory trying to get parts for my sofa. It is now December 20 and I’ve just had another outstanding call with Ashley. I was to receive my parts two weeks ago and now they are telling me the first week of January. I was hoping to relieve myself of this issue in 2023 but I guess we’ll be carrying it over in 2024. My biggest complaint with Ashley is on the customer service side. There is no urgency to deal with these issues. And there is a lot of generalized answers that mean nothing. I spent my hard earned money with the company that I thought I was buying a quality product. I did not get a quality product and I do not have a company that is backing up their product. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing any products from Ashley furniture. Yeah Brian Link Just an update to my issue Ashley has still unsuccessfully repaired the problems on my couch. I have had four technician trips to my home, and none of them resulted in any repairs. They keep sending parts and resending parts and they keep sending the wrong parts. It is a constant cycle of horrible customer service. I hope to someday update that I have had my work completed. Original estimate do time of delivery on the parts was December 20. I think they met 2024. Ha ha anyways Ashley is very unreliable on the customer service side if you have issues.

(2) of them said you will get a phone call back within 48 hours, actual salesman said I will have manager call you tomorrow (last friday). >>Terrible. Sales people are friendly. But after you pay and leave, who knows when you will get your furniture. It will deliver Thursday, nothing, it will deliver next Thursday, still nothing, it is estimated to deliver next Thursday. Not going to hold my breath.. Terrible customer service. Talked to 4 different people, they can't tell me anything. Somebody will call you back, nope never happens. This is the 3rd time in 7 years I swore I would never buy from them again for the same type issues every time. Sister same problems a couple years ago. Daughter n Law same issues last year. Ashley needs to find another vendor for deliveries, the current one is terrible.

On 11/24/2023 made a purchase on some bunk beds. 11/25 I picked it up from the warehouse, got home and started unboxing the items and noticed that the head rest was broken, parts of the beds head rest weren’t assembled correctly, half way assembled and not glued on and found more broken pieces. I called the warranty department and explained them the situation. The person I spoke sent me an email for me to upload pictures of the broken pieces and stated that it would replaced on Monday 11/26. Did not received an email nor a phone call so I called back. Person I spoke to stated that there was no claim put in or pictures uploaded. So I started the claim again. Long story short, they kept giving me the run around calling this number here, texting this number there until finally I spoke to the store manager I believe Andy is his name and he told me to email him pictures and a call back number, he went out of his way to help me by reaching out his boss to see if the claim could be expedited. On 11/30 I received a call to set up a delivery and pick up but that the earliest delivery would be on 12/8. Moved in to a new house and purchased furniture from Ashley so my girls could sleep on their new beds but now they have to sleep on the floor till we get the new beds 2 WEEKS after I originally purchased it. This would be my first and last time I’ll make business with Ashley Furniture . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO NOONE, unless you want bad service. If I could give this place 0 star ⭐️ I would. Never again!

One box was taped up and had missing pieces. Couldn’t complete the bed construction. Now I have to call customer service again. Previously the delivery was canceled by Ashley because the item wasn’t in the warehouse. Delivery guys delivered what they were given to deliver, can’t blame them.

Customer service leaves once you sign. I purchased at market price a mattress and was not aware that it did not come with a 30 day comfort guarantee. After 2 nights I was in horrible pain. Called in several times getting the run to include call back on day 30 sending pictures and then texted ALL SALES FINAL. Do not shop with this company. I can see if it was on sale or something but it was not and now I'm stuck sleeping on my sofa after an expensive purchase! Angry is an understatement. Update. Someone reached out and said I will get an email that was days ago, they ignore you hoping you go away. I beg you go to Living Spaces like I should have!

While he was showing us this particular table his Boss (didn't get his name) walked over , greeted us and started to help Chandler with the table. The over all experience was quick and easy, Chandler and his Boss were patient and very professional. We will definitely be back to shop.

I went there looking for a particular dining room table it advertised online. I was hoping I would be able to get it in the store or have somebody put it together for me if I bought it well that was a no go. Also, I don’t like when people follow me around or being pushy about buying something I want to be able to walk around look and see what they have and if I have any questions, then I’ll come and find you or introduce yourself, and then step back.

We bought a bedroom set until 3 weeks ago. They said that only the dresser is in stock. They said that they will deliver the dresser in a few days, but that they will deliver the other products in 6 weeks. We accepted this situation. When they brought the dresser for delivery, it was damaged in a few places and there was no box. The officer who brought the product filled the damaged places with a pastel pen. We said that we would not accept the product in this way and they took it back. A week later, while waiting for a new packaged product to arrive, they brought the same product again. When the places filled with pastel pencil were touched, he was painting her hand. This time, the officer told us to accept the product instead of sending it and then call the customer service. We did as he said. However, customer service was not interested in us. We went to the store we bought it from 3 times. They said they were interested and made a registration. The last time we went, the employee named Andy was more involved. He told us to wait until Thursday. I hope someone will take care to rectify this situation. I think they sent used product. I'll post again to update the status after next Thursday.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - Sales Team lied about options, deliveries and service. Furniture very LATE, multiple times tried to deliver damaged items over and over, quality delivered didn't match store and NO RESOLUTION.

The door was opened for me with a very pleasant greeting from NuNu. She told me to look around and she would check on me to see if I liked anything. Her greeting was so warming that I looked for her when I discovered the item I desired to purchase. She was able to give me a discounted price, so I added the protection plan. The delivery is in two days. The sale was quick and I was out in 40mins. I loved the experience. Great job NuNu @Ashley's Furniture.

Update- repairs have been rescheduled 3 times. Now scheduled for Nov. 2nd. Never experienced such poor customer service! The customer services ends when you walk out the door. I have been sitting here I the show room for over 30 minutes trying to get a resolution. Ordered 8 dining room chairs. 6 are uneven, 4 are stained. I also purchased a 5 year warranty and was told you get the money back if you do not use the warranty after 5 years. Have been trying to cancel th warranty for 7 days. Found out you only get a store credit that expires in 180 days. I have called customer service multiple time, am put on hold till the disconnects. I have been told so many different things. One thing I know is I will absolutely never do business here again! I will update this review if I get a resolution.

My disabled uncle Robert Salinas bought a Bedroom set from this place spent over 2k the bed came incomplete when he disclosed this the establishment said they promised the part would be here in 1 week. 1 week later he calls the establishment and they give him the run around and tell him they never ordered the parts and he needs to find his bed number , order and pay for parts for a bed he already bought he has been sleeping on his living room floor for 2 weeks and the establishment only seemed to be concerned prior to buying the bed after he bought it they could care less

I purchased a pretty nice bed with big head board. In the store it seemed very sturdy. It was delivered on the July 8th. The head board sways at least 2 to 3 inches. It will eventually break and be worthless. I have been trying to contact the Humble store since Sunday. Nobody answers the phone! I finally text with a customer service rep and she tells me no exchanges or returns. I told the salesman I would be back to buy a living room suite and office furniture. Budget was around $6000. Sorry Ashley you have lost my business due to the lack of customer service and dishonesty.

Horrible experience from the start! A salesman came over and went right to my EX husband to shake his hand and welcome him and disregarded me! I was the one buying furniture! I did not get the headboard that i wanted and the box springs were never ordered! I waited 6 weeks for the box springs!! They even tried to charge me more but i was able to prove the original quote!! Beware! I will never buy anything from them again

And I made them pay my court fee. Advice to others. Sue them and dispute if they wrong you. This was my last shopping at Ashley furniture. Never again. UPDATE July 21, 2023--- The worst experience of my lifetime with ANY store continues with this terrible furniture company. The person below who wrote a response, i sent email and phone call...no response. I went to the store and the Store manager Evan acknowledged in writing that they gave the wrong fabric sofa. Despite that and over 20 phone calls to corporate office who either hangs up, or says their system is down and they can't do anything, or they'll flat out lie that they have the store manager's note I documented...so more than a month later, i don't have the sofa with the fabric i wanted. I've now filed a Court case against them and taking my dispute legally. YOU ARE BETTER OFF SHOPPING SOMEWHERE ELSE. Don't become a fool and fall for their deceptive sales tactics. But decided to give it a shot since I just wanted a simple fabric one piece sofa. As soon as I arrived, Patricia (salesperson) came to help and we told her 2 fabric types we DO NOT want, leather and velour. We found a sofa with nice fabric (coarse) upstairs. It was off-white. We asked her if there are other colors and she said yes there is a gray one and it will arrive by end of week. That's all. So we accepted that and bought it right away. Easy. Delivery came today and delivery guys asked to check for damage and we didn't touch the sofa just examined it for any dents/holes and didn't see a damage so accepted it. As soon as they left, we sat on the sofa and touched it, and it was VELOUR. Completely different fabric type we chose which we couldn't see just looking at it, only when we felt the fabric. Went to the store and called customer service, and they just said, sorry, we don't exchange. All we want is the right fabric and if they don't have grey color in the fabric we wanted, we will take the off white. But nope...they won't do anything. So due to their sales person not telling us the fabric is different and we got the wrong fabric item, we are stuck with it and store wants nothing to do with us. First time Ashley Furniture, last time Ashley Furniture. IF there is a DECENT person at this store, hope they do the right thing and exchange this gray sofa for the right fabric or off white if they don't have the gray in the fabric we ordered. Meanwhile, i will dispute thru credit card company since my card guarantees receiving the right item i ordered.

I would try another location this was my first furniture purchase a old sales unprofessionalist that works there name CLE PRICE just wants to max out your credit limit. I needed a monkey board for my platform bed and he insist that i need the big one knowing the type of bed i have but now i see he was run in a game an playing with my money because now he wants to get rude while telling a lie that i didnt ask for it well now ill play with his !

I've purchased Ashley furniture several times. It never disappoints. My experience with the Humble store is good. However they are having issues with thier internet service which has caused some delays. But all in all its was a good experience.

The moment we walked in the atmosphere was pleasant. We were greeted by Joseph and was also helped by Fabian who was also pleasant. We ended up with Joseph and although we were spending money when I tell you we had a good time we had a good time he was like family by the time we left. We will definitely be back just because of the experience. Thank you guys

Bought a couch and financed half of it . They said come here every two weeks and make the payments. Down payment of half of total amount done(1k) . When It was not deleivered on the agreed date , realized later on second visit at store reason it hasn’t been delivered, ……..it wouldn’t be delivered till it is fully paid. Totally different what was agreed at the stores at the day of first visit and like I said half paid . Also was a big Surprise charged close 300 bucks to deliver it. I feel bad for not having the promises delivered. My wife and teenager daughter witnessed all of it. I asked to refund me and let’s see if money comes back to my account.

*UPDATE* 6/10 The sofa of the sectional is damaged on the frame which prevents completing the sectional in full formation. I contacted the original salesman and he then gave me a number to call to handle the issue. I called that number and was told someone would contact me within 72hrs to send someone out to correct the issue. That was 2 weeks ago and still no call. I’ve called the store and no answer. The automated system saying the store is closed and call back during normal business hours then hang up. All my calls have been between 2-7pm well before the store closes. I go to the store in person and is greeted by the original salesman (Gary) of my order. Told him why I was there and needed help getting the issue resolved. I asked for the store manager (Nick Thomas) who also helped with the order and was told he no longer works there and they’re having issues with staff. Not sure how true that is but anyway. I then was pointed out to the current store manager (Andy) that day on 6/8/23. I sat and waited for him to finish talking with a person he was talking to. He walked over to where i was sitting & I explained to him what’s going on, what I’ve been through so far and that I just wanted it resolved as it’s been far too long already. I showed him pictures of the damaged frame and how the sofa is still wrapped in plastic showing it haven’t even been fully assembled or sat on yet. He commented on my patience with the issue. I suggested that I can take the sofa back to the warehouse myself in exchange for another one. He told that would have to be a special request for that to happen. In that moment I don’t see why he didn’t request it himself and solve the problem right then and there. He began to tell me they’re having issues with the phone and things are delayed and he has a list of similar issues he have to turn in to his manager (Shan) who would be giving me a call Friday evening about my issue. Well today is Saturday evening and I haven’t received a call. I’ve called the store multiple times again today and still no answer and same responses from Thursday. This is unacceptable. I just want this resolved just as fast and aggressively as making the sale. Please help get this resolved! Pleasant shopping experience. We didn’t anticipate purchasing anything from Ashley as we had the store and item we planned on buying from in mind. Just went in to see what Ashley had on display before making the initial purchase from the other furniture store since they were close n proximity. Turned out we found a sectional we liked and didn’t make it to the other store. The salesman was great with showing up different price options based on the setup of the sectional. Offered a nice discount to secure the deal & explained the policy of returning if there’s an issue with the selection as far as fitment in the area. That made us feel more comfortable with making the buy so we closed on the deal as it’s a win win situation. If it fits well great. We have a comfortable stylish piece. If not we get refunded to purchase something else. The extended warranty option was a plus as well.

I purchased a media center from AF. My sales person set up a delivery date. On Feb. 17, 2023, I received a text from AF stating that they were 30 minutes away, after waiting one hour; I decided to call the delivery dpt. They informed me that the driver did not have my merchandise on his truck, nor was it in the warehouse. Needlessly, I did not get my furniture and was sent a text stating that I needed to confirm another delivery date. It is too much of a hassle to spend my money at AF. Obviously, they don't want it, anyway because if they did, they would treat their customers, better. I went to the store and canceled my order. Totally awesome transaction from the time o walked in the door. My sales rep, Martin R. is really great at what he does. And thanks to Ashley and the entire staff. No pushy sales reps…I loved that , cause I already knew what I wanted and didn’t feel forced to purchase other items…he asked & recommended , but wasn’t pushy at all. Even though I knew in my head I’ll be back to purchase more on a later date.

Bought a high end mattress which caused us pain and sleepless nights. Spent $3500+. Poor customer service. Multiple calls and hours of phone time later, the best that Ashley can do is $200 store credit.

We were lied to and tricked by ALICIA GIBSON a sales person for Ashley Furniture. We were told we could return what we purchased and exchange it for something else if we weren’t comfortable and happy with our bed. She lied and we believed her and didn’t feel like I had anything to worry about. It was late they ordered the wrong merchandise so I came back to quickly sign a new contract. I wish I would have waited instead of rushing and believing in someone who seemed to know the policy and the merchandise very well. Sleep is the most important thing and she did that just to max out my 3,300$ limit so she can get her commission. Please be aware and read what you are signing because there is NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE. THE MANAGER ACTED AS IF HE WAS UNAWARE that she didn’t know the absolute NO RETURN POLICY. I don’t mind spending 5000 dollars for the best sleep of my life so it’s not about that it’s about the flat out lie just for the 3,300$. We will never shop here again! This is what we got and it doesn’t look like it should. We have yet to get this resolved since we bought it in Mid. November.

I should have known better then to purchase again from this store. I was very specific with sales rep that I needed my items by a specific date and was assured the delivery date was available. I receive delivery schedule for a week later! This same situation occurred on my last purchase. I’m beyond disappointed.

I have bought couches from them twice now and had problems both times from them. We bought two leather couches with power recliners and had problems with them from 3 months after purchase and began the process of going through the warranty company they sold is montage and was never able to get anything done. Then we attempted going through Ashley corporate and the store front and was never able to get anything done so we ended up donating those couches. We decided to give them another chance hoping that the previous issues were just a one off. So we bought another couch from them this time we went simple with a couch with a chaise lounge. We thought should be no problem with this right? WRONG! It showed up with a hole in it and we have started trying to get it fixed or replaced and have already been run around in circles and this has only been since Friday December 2nd 2022! Never buy from Ashley furniture !

Went to browse for new furniture and ended up purchasing a living set. We received awesome customer service from sales associate Drex. He was knowledgeable about the items and all of the financing options that were available if we needed to take that route. Black Friday Door-busters were a bonus to us!! As we were able to apply it for home decor accessories. Pleased at the service we received.

The service at the store was great 10/10. However when I went to the warehouse to pickup my items, the wait was more than 1 hour long. Horrible!!!

I purchased in September. It's almost Thanksgiving I still have not received my furniture. I have been given 7 delivery dates. Nobody at the Humble store will answer the phone. We purchased 10k in new furniture and nobody could figure out why I could not get my furniture delivered. So after much frustration I cancelled my order with the Humble store today November 19th. I went to the Conroe store ordered the exact same furniture for 4500.00 less. The Conroe store actually went to other watehouses for my furniture order. So when Humble says it's beyond their control it's not! All my furniture will be delivered on the 26th. Humble store is horrible.

EDIT: It’s been a week since I reached out to the “owner” who responds on each of the negative reviews and I have yet to hear back. I’m sure they’re swamped considering how many complaints I’ve seen, but I have no faith that this is going to be resolved. After more than a decade of buying furniture almost exclusively from Ashley, I can confidently say that I will never purchase from them again. ORIGINAL: I purchased a mattress after testing it out in store. When I received the delivery the mattress came air sealed in a box, which was not mentioned when I was purchasing, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. I let the mattress decompress for 48 hours and then tested it and was surprised at how severe the differences were between what I tried at the store and what was delivered. I can’t lay on the mattress without sinking into it; if I sit on the edge of the bed the mattress sinks down to the bed frame. I went back to the store to see what options I had and the difference in attitude from the sales and customer service teams between when they’re trying to make a sale and when they actually have any concerns is astounding. I was told a third party technician would have to come out to inspect the mattress. Of course, this tech didn’t find any issues and said I was ineligible for any return or exchange. Again, the mattress might be the comfort level intended at manufacturing, but it does not match the product on display at the store. How is a consumer supposed to purchase a mattress if not by testing out a floor model at the showroom? I even went back multiple times and took photos/videos that show how much firmer the model on display is. Beyond that, the customer service team told me that managers wouldn’t offer me anything different and they wouldn’t provide managers’ information to let me speak to them. If you want customer service you either have to call the line that handles online purchases (and they won’t help) or you’ll get transferred to the store location’s line and begin the cycle all over. I even found three additional customer service emails on the Ashley website and none of them are actually in use.

We received great professional customer service from Pan at Ashley furniture in Humble, TX. He is very knowledgeable about the products and is courteous as well. Ashley furniture has a large selection of furniture and rugs to choose from. We bought our current living room set from Ashely’s 13 years ago and it still looks great. That’s why we went back to Ashley’s for a new one. I am hoping the quality and sturdiness is still the same once it is delivered. Thank you.

As soon as we walked through the door there was a lady that was Spanish looking at us come in. She just looked at us and called an African American salesman to help us instead of her helping us. I had a bad taste in my mouth and didn’t want to continue looking any further. They greeted the white people better when walking through the door. We are black ourselves and we felt the racism. We will never buy anything from Ashley’s if this is the type of experience they want their customers to go through.

Ashleys furniture is the worst place to purchase furniture. Worst customer service, half deliver your items then try tell you you unable to return your half deliver item because they have to be given a chance to rectify the 6 month wait by waiting another 3months after been told that 3 months earlier. You purchase furniture that they charge extra for stain removal guarantee cleaningservice. Now when you need to use the service of the stain removal guarantee you told no that was inly for the first 3 days. I know i had a detail talk with the sales man. He said the lifetime warrantyand any stain no questions asked they will come in clean and if they cannot clean it replace it with a new cousin. I absolutely HATE this place. Went to an Ashley Furniture in San Antonio which was great. They delivered quickly no problem to kingwood. I went to this location different story just run! I ordered furniture from my bedroom in July and I have been giving nothing but my mattress. Went into the store in August to check in. Was told 2nd week of September you should get your furniture. Guess what not here now with unbothered tone told the 30th until then you can get a frame so you’re matters won’t be on the floor. Thanks for nothing I won’t ever buy anything else from y’all!!

I was greeted promptly after entering the door. I told the sales lady Ms. Natilon the on sales recliner I was looking for and she immediately took me upstairs to the recliners. I love the fact I was not pressured into trying to purchase a more expensive chair. She answered all the questions I had. Ms. Natilon was such a joy to enter act with.

We have been assisted by Martin who was nice & professional, by the way he explained we agreed to get the mattress by the next day, unfortunately, Martin was not available next day, another Lady assisted us, & we have been chocked as she informed us we should buy stain protection of 140 $ otherwise we will loss the warranty, I have been moving around many mattress shops & they never mentioned such thing…we told the lady we came all the way from Katy to buy the mattress, she didn’t offer any solution she only said it is fine if you don’t wana buy from us ( like take it or leave it)…I contacted another agent & he emphasized that is nonsense & finally I returned back to Katy & have bought the mattress from that place. Please train your staff how to deal with customers

I have bought items from Ashley Furniture in Tennessee, and I've always had a great experience. Therefore, it never crossed my mind to look at reviews for a specific location. This particular store is amazingly unethical. During my store visit, I specifically told the salesman that I only wanted to see in-stock items. I was told that the items that I ordered were in stock, but I only got the mattress and mattress cover upon delivery. It's been almost a month, so I decided to cancel the remainder of my order because I don't want to keep waiting to have furniture for my master bedroom. The person that I spoke to asked me to hold. I patiently did so. When he got back on the line, he pretended that he didn't hear me. I know 100% that he did!! My mind was blown! It should be illegal to treat customers in this manner.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Do not buy from Ashley. They will tell you items are in stock and then they will keep pushing the delivery date back telling you the items are out stock. We are going on two months waiting for our furniture with no end in sight. Update: I also found out that their distribution center manipulated the order and gave away some of the pieces that were in. The saga continues. Get furniture anywhere else. Update #2: As requested I contacted the number and email below. They only lead back to the customer service number that was not helpful and demeaning before. As I previously stated, take your business elsewhere.

I was told I would have my furniture by March and we are already in AUGUST and I am yet to even get a courtesy call or any updates on my furniture. I have called customer service several times and keep getting run around answers. Every time I call, the date gets pushed further. So yes basically like some of the reviews say - they will even sell you items that are out of stock. Anything just to take your money. I regret coming to this place and I wish I would have read the reviews before making any purchases with them. So this is your warning to go and buy elsewhere.

This is the most unprofessional store that I've ever had to deal with. I went to buy a bedroom set on a Wednesday July 13th and they said that on Friday July 15 a black Friday sale was coming up so if I bought it they would add the Friday's sale to my order and reimburse me for the difference. Here today Aug. 5 still waiting. They don't answer their phones the Sale person I did the purchase with is not returning my calls. These is the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. Avoid Ashley Furniture - their practices are super sketchy and borderline scammy. I ordered a living room set, and was scheduled for delivery on June 29th. On the morning of delivery, I got a phone call that some items were not available, at which point I requested that they not deliver items in pieces, and to hold off delivery until all items were available. Guess what? Their delivery guys still showed up with only the item they had available for delivery - and item was damaged. Over a month later, Ashley is unable to replace the damaged sofa or deliver the remaining item from the original order, and are refusing a return/refund, leaving me stuck with a damaged love seat. Go spend your money elsewhere!

I don't know why I continue to buy furniture from this company. You never get your furniture when the sales person tells you you will. I purchased a floor model coffee table set on Saturday and received a call Sunday to schedule delivery on my day off for Wednesday. Got a text message yesterday that my furniture was ready to be delivered. I was confused because as far as I knew I was all set. NOPE! Apparently the delivery wasn't scheduled right so now I have to try to rearrange my day around another screw up. Will never buy furniture from them again.

This is by far one of the worst and most unprofessional Ashley’s, that I have visited. Customer service is poor and some of the worker are incompetent! I love Ashley’s furniture, but I would never step foot in the one at this location again. I’d rather make the drive and get better service elsewhere.

Very professional and knowledgeable of Tempur-pedic mattresses and adjustable bed frames. Made a decent deal for us on price as well. Manager of this store is very knowledgeable and professional, with excellent customer service.

If I can give zero stars I would. We ordered our bedroom set in the beginning of January 2022, we were told our furniture Would arrive sometime in April 2022 once May came around we called and they told us it would arrive in June, again once we got to end of June we called and were told the first week of July is when we would get our furniture. Here we are July 10, 2022 and still nothing, so my husband and I decided to go and cancel our order. We got to the store and got in line only for no one to help us until another associate came up to the 2 ladies working in customer service and told them we had been standing there waiting. Not once did they acknowledge us in line. Anyway the lady let us know our delivery date was scheduled for August now which we had no idea it got changed from July. They canceled the order but could not give us anything stating it had been canceled. Please keep in mind from the date we purchased our furniture in Jan 2022 till now July 2022 we never received not one update on our furniture what so ever. We had to call every single time just so they can tell us our delivery date was changed. We will be taking our business elsewhere!

This store has the worst customer service EVER! One star is too much kindness. Sellers will sell you furniture that they don't even have in the wearhouse. 1st time we went in a seller asked us if the furniture was too expensive for us to buy because we didn't find anything we wanted. Then my parents bought furniture there and they kept pushing the delivery day back so many times. The seller would make faces and aggravated gestures every time he saw my parents come in to complain. (HIS NAME IS FABIAN BTW). Will NEVER buy here again. Over priced, poor customer service, and you won't get your furniture they day they tell you.

This place is very shady. We were supposed to get a 500 dollar gift card if we spent over a certain amount in which we spent over 5000 thousand. It was just supposed to be mailed to us and when it didn't happen called for months and could never get an answer it was always the run around. We also bought the protection plan for couch in case of spills. When we tried to use it they said they can only clean one spot at a time not an accumulation of spot or spills. We only have four spots. The sales who sold it to us said they would come out at any time for any reason. Never was it said they only clean one spot at a time. Not sure how that makes any sense.

Associate failed to explain that the 6months 0% financing they have is by opening a credit card and hitting you with multiple credit inquiries. If I knew that before hand, I could have applied for a credit card elsewhere with 2% cashback and 0% intro rate for 18months that I could use everywhere instead of just Ashley stores. Horrendous service, either people are just looking to get their commission on the sale no matter what or they are poorly trained.

They have done nothing but lie to me and change my delivery days several times I get a bed from them after a long time of waiting it's not the bed we had requested so they're going to have to bring me another one and now they've changed it again it's going to take you a week to get it then all sudden it's going to take you two weeks to get it so I won't get my bed until the end of this month if they don't change it again for the third time I am so sick of this place they are nothing but liars they have done nothing but lie from day one I wished I went someplace else I'll never use them again 😠🤬

Sales lady was irrelevant with her comments to pressure us into buying a living room set little did I know the bad customer service I was about to receive!!! I was sent to Houston which is an hour and a half away to pick up furniture when I get there only one piece out of three were available when I was told and promised that I would be able to pick them all up. I try to give them a second chance and let them deliver the other two to our house, they gave me a day and time which was 4 days after purchase. Here I am, it has been a week after purchase and the schedule time for delivery was.also irrelevant nobody has called me or messaged me about where my furniture is at. I stayed at home all day on my day off at home to wait for furniture to arrive! I have tried to reach out to the salesperson the store and the warehouse. No answer from nobody!! Take your business somewhere else. I regret coming here. My wife is very upset!!

Really good furniture quality, the customer service was rather average no real complaints but nothing that wowed us either. In store we were told 2 weeks expected delivery…but 8-9 weeks later still no furniture. We ended up canceling half our order because we found something better and that prompted them to waive the delivery fee. We were told then to expect our delivery on a Saturday morning we cleared our plans and then prepped our living area for delivery only to be told after I had called that our delivery was cancelled because they forgot our order at their New Braunfels Warehouse. All in all the customer service does their best but the fulfillment and delivery is some of the worst I have ever seen. I would not recommend buying from here until they figure out a better system to actually get the furniture you bought to you. It’s hard to compete because so many other companies are doing same day or next day not 8-9 weeks or even some projections at 16 weeks.

This place has been a nightmare. I ordered side tables from them in July 2021 and they told me they wouldn’t charge delivery. They delivered part of my order October 2021. November 2021 they scheduled a delivery for the remaining pieces. Never showed. I called and they said they weren’t sure what happened but the table that was missing wasn’t available until December. I scheduled a delivery December 2021. They never showed. Again, they said they weren’t sure what had happened but the table wasn’t available. December 2021 I got a charge to my credit card which I didn’t know what it was for. No one knew what it was for. I had to submit a fraud charge to my card. January 2022 they charged it again. I went to the store in February 2022 and spoke to a manager at the store Willie who said he would refund me the money as they had accidentally charged me the delivery fee on my order. He also told me my missing table would not be delivered because it has been canceled with NO ONE letting me know. This manager did absolutely nothing for me but lie. Willie never fixed the issue. He didn’t submit the ticket for refund like he said. He didn’t help me do a return of tables that now are in my home incomplete. He gave me his number to supposedly help. He has ignored my messages asking for help. He is a horrible person and carless manager. Almost a year and I still haven’t gotten this resolved. I give this store one star and that is only because ,Josie, another manager and Tkeyah have actually followed through and helped. They helped me start an exchange. I couldn’t return the tables they did deliver even though it’s their fault as a company that my order was not complete. I am hoping to finally get a resolution this month. If you want to buy from this store be very cautious.

I don't normally do this but I'm very upset. My order has been rescheduled multiple times, when I purchased my items they said in stock and to be delivered on April 22nd then they called on 22nd saying that items are not there and to reschedule delivery to the 26th of April, 26th they called saying items not complete and that the whole living room set should be ready to deliver on the 30th, then they called and said items are in but no people to load them and they will deliver Wed(tomorrow), I called today to check the status of my order and delivery times and the very rude customer service that answered my call said not in stock and to reschedule for Thursday may 5th. When will my items be delivered? How many more times will they reschedule my delivery? Help please.

BUYER BEWARE!!! This store does nothing but give you the run around. I purchased a 3,500 sectional also the 500.00 insurance plan through GBS I called at 8 months after owning the furniture there were white balls all over the couch flattened cushions and 2 rippes where zippers are they came apart at the seams. Easy fix.. Needless to say it's now going to be 5/1/22. And I put the claim in 10/2021.I wouldn't recommend this store the furniture and or the insurance they told me it was normal wear and tear but if I had someone that had a knife in thier pocket and ripped it they would cover that . You have no idea I feel like cutting my own furniture because this whole process is a joke!

I do love the merchandise and our sales agent, however the delivery takes forever. We got our couches partially as they didn’t have the left arm. 5 weeks in and I still haven’t received it. He had a great knowledge of what was on the sales floor and he pointed us to exactly what we were looking for, but just couldnt put it into words. I'm not one to bash a business because of bad product or services but this one I could not overlook and to sum it up I will NEVER set foot in Ashley Homestore again. My wife and I went to Ashley Homestore to buy a bedroom set...that was December 29th. We were told our furniture would not arrive until February and we were willing to live with it. Here we are March and two shipments later and no bed rails. I was told the bed rails would be delivered to the warehouse by February 22nd and ironically I got a message on the 24th saying the rails would be ready for delivery on March 2nd. Something didn't seem right so today I called Ashley to check on the delivery of our bed rails. I was told no message was sent (I have it on my phone but what do I know) I was then told our rails would not arrive until MAY!!!! The more I type the angrier I get. To top it off one of our pieces was damaged. During my call today I was informed the technician listed us as "unable to contact" they said they called but we did not answer. The day they "attempted" to call I was off work and only received two calls that day and guess what neither was from a technician or a number I did not recognize. Needless to say I will NEVER EVER shop at Ashley again. This might have been an isolated incident but I'm not willing to take the risk. It's clear once they have your money they just don't care. We've bought a lot of furniture over the years but we have NEVER been put through anything as frustrating as this. You know the really sad part is, is having to tell my wife when she get's home from work that she has to watch her head board and foot board leaning up against the wall for another three months.

If you can back out of your purchase still do it! Trust me, you will not regret it. Our entire experience has been a complete nightmare. We ordered a complete bedroom set and living room furniture with them. We were told the date it would arrive and moved forward with the purchase. We received the bedroom furniture, but no bed slats or support beam. We have sleeping on the ground next to our furniture for the last month.. Our salesman was not honest about how delayed the bed slats actually were. If we would have known we never would have ordered the furniture. The delivery date for other missing items keeps getting pushed back.. To top it all off dealing with their customer service has been a complete nightmare. No one knows what’s going on and it’s frustrating to not be able to speak to someone local about it. I wish so badly that we never set foot in this store!

Furniture was suppose to get delivered Tuesday . Delivery came early before the window and left . I had to wait for the next day to reschedule. It’s Friday 2/25/22 my window was between 1-4 it’s 4:43 and my delivery still haven’t arrived .

Ashley Home Store has the worst customer service and do not stand behind their warranty. I had purchased 4 bar stools for a weekend home. Not overly used, once a month. Noticed 2 screws were coming out and would not tightened. I called and reported it before warranty expired. They agreed to MAIL me 2 screws, rather than do a repair. Called 4 times, same promise, but they were never delivered. SKEROS Furniture on Northpark repaired the bar stool, without charge because they felt that I had been mistreated. SKEROS has excellent customer service and always gives back to Community - another reason they get all my business now.

Went to my local Ashley’s and was helped by a very informative and professional representative named Miguel. I was able to find the bedroom set I wanted and now I can’t wait to have it delivered!

Shopping at this location/company has been the worst experience. We ordered back in June 2021 and were told that our order would arrive within 6-8 weeks. We decided to wait because we thought it was worth it, and understood that many items were back ordered. But we were guaranteed a delivery time frame. We started reaching out within those 6 weeks of ordering just to get an update, and we were told we would have to wait another 8 weeks but the manager reassured us that he’d keep us posted with our order yet I never received a call, so I kept calling back to get information. We let time pass until we finally called again beginnings of October. The lady on the phone was very rude and refused to let me speak to a manager. It’s January 2022 and I have yet to receive the last 2 parts of my order. When I called I was told once again that they would call me back but never got a call back. I spoke to customer service and they stated they contacted the store to get a hold of me, and nothing yet.

This is the worst store in the world. They tell lies about your delivery date. I’ve been waiting since November for the rest of my order the date keep changing. Then they call and text you a million times and still don’t show up. I will never ever shop at Ashley again.

This store is very disorganized. I purchased furniture from this store. It has been 6 times they brought wrong part of the furniture that i purchased. I requested them to cancel the order but they refused. i visited the store to resolve the issue. and i was promised to get the right thing this time. But they again showed up with wrong part. It is a sort of harassment.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This store and their customer service is HORRIBLE! I purchased furniture in July 2021 with the promise that the remaining furniture will come with 6-8 weeks which had an approximate date of around October. They delivered half my order. October arrived and the date was moved to Dec 23 . I called again it was Jan 2022. I called again it was Feb 8-9 2022. I called again the new approximate date is in April 2022. April is extremely too long for items that were purchased in July. Customer service NEVER followed up . I was only made aware of the changes when I called. I finally went into the store and spoke with a manager by the name of Sam who told me he would call by the end of the day and no one has followed up. I’m angry because I have a chest in my home that I won’t be able to return and i won’t be able to find other pieces to match it because it’s a Ashley exclusive. I recently purchased a brand new home and I have no dressers because of Ashley. I spent over 6k. On top of them not having the furniture and not even knowing when they would have it I was told that if I cancel the order it was a 20% fee. I would recommend shopping else where. They will take your money and not give you any product. And there customer service is horrible!

My comments is about the policy of Ashley’s for the customer to assemble the furniture themselves or pay extra to have it assembled. Maybe it’s because I have not bought furniture lately but I think it’s a travesty to pay 1,000.00 for a dinette set and when it is delivered the customer has to assemble it also? I’ve always thought Ashley’s had beautiful furniture but for some people, 1,000.00 is a lot of money. Maybe it’s not for Ashley’s. I am so disappointed because I’ve been looking for over a year for a dining room set and found one at Ashley’s. It’s beautiful. I refuse to pay so much money and it being delivered unassembled. That is just not right. I wonder if all furniture stores make their customers assemble their purchased furniture? Ashleys should be ashamed.

Sales associates are very friendly. Sam and Andy were very efficient and professional. We already knew what we wanted. We where there for only 30 mins. It sucks that the furniture is on back order. Customer service was ok in the store. Processing my purchase was an all time low. My sofa was suppose to be ready for pick up on Dec 7th. I decided to call to setup my pick up and I was told my sofa wasn't available for pick up. No one contacted me to let me know my sofa was on back order. November 13, I had my furniture delivered to my house. The right arm sofa was damaged. The following week they bring another right arm sofa and the paperwork is wrong so they won’t exchange it after bringing the new one in my house. I have called customer service, gone to the store talk to Andy Keel, the store manager, and I have been hung up on several times in the process. November 20th comes and they still don’t have the paperwork right. Then I go to the store on November 21st and I get told by Andy Keel, humble store manager, to email him to make sure my paperwork is right this time around on Monday. Well, here we go again and guess what’s not right? You guessed it, paperwork. Again, it can’t be delivered. I go back to the store and I tell them I am not happy with Ashley furniture and I get told that someone from the ERT team is going to call me. Can you bet that’s four weeks and not a single person from Ashley home Store has called me. I set up delivery for December 4th and the 2nd came and I said I haven’t got a text about it. So, I called and guess what? The paperwork is still wrong and they also have no records of a delivery on December 4th. Today, December 11th, 2021, the right arm sofa is being exchanged with the correct paperwork and it’s broken and torn just like the very first one! I am sick and tired of getting the run around Ashley furniture! I want someone from the Houston corporate office to call me. To get ahold of me look up my name and read all the reports that had been left about my experience with Ashley Furniture. Today, I was offered a measly $71 dollar store credit. I want these couches out of my house and I want a full refund. I will never shop Ashley furniture again!

Quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Originally canceled an order via phone, for items no longer needed. The following week I receive an alert that my furniture will be delivered the next day?? Called and waited on hold for hours just to be hung up on by the representative after explaining my concerns. This has happened 4 different times where the service reps have continuously wasted our time by keeping us on hold for hours then disconnecting the call. Not to mention we had to wait 4 months for furniture, when we were told 6 weeks, just so they could get the sale.

Trying to make a payment on our account I am told by one person that the girl that takes to money is not there today to talk to the manager who's wearing a plaid shirt so I'm waiting patiently to talk to that person when another manager who's the store manager tells me we don't take money at this store you took money when I bought my furniture from me but they don't take payments there even though it's their name on the credit card and it's sponsored by them I will never do business with Ashley furniture again. RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE !!!!!!!!!! Thanks for the automated response . Lol I already spent the money waited the 10 weeks which was told ahead of time and just wanted to make a payment . Told yes by a sales person and to wait for this sales manager . While waiting another individual calls me from across the showroom to ask me what i waiting on . I told him i was waiting for the manager. He Was manager talking to his staff and i needed to make payment . This individual said we do not take payments at this store . I told him i was waiting on the manager and he then gets upset and say he is the manager like he is the only one in the world who counts i am guessing he is your Store manager by his Ego . Of course he was given some harsh words in exchange for his behavior . 2800 3700 5600 those were the prices on the 3 living room sofas. 1200 and 2800 were the 2 dining room sets we purchased from the same store . We also bought some bedroom furniture and a few mattress over the 10 years we have used your store . If you look at your one star rating most our new , That is a management Issue. No Longer my issue . Keep Sending Automatic response on your bad ratings and a fax number and email tells the story your just going to ignore the true problem . Social Media will destroy your business if you do quit acting rude and lying . Train and Pay Your Employee Well and You Will Prosper. The Warranty Is Trying Hard To Avoid The Repair I Need Just More Ashley Quality At It's Best

Ordered furniture in June. We were told the delivery will be in 4-6 weeks. It’s almost 6 months, I repeat almost 6 months and no updates on the delivery. It just seems like a bad bad joke. Can’t even think of any words to describe how disappointed we are to have done business with Ashley Furniture. They don’t even deserve 1 star

I knew exactly what I wanted, and salesman Alex Lopez got it done! Thank you Ashley Furniture for my beautiful living room set. I will be enjoying it for years to come

Worst experience ever. Sales representative messed everything up from payment to contact information to delivery date/times. Ashley as a company doesn't know what customer service is. All I get is that they can't help whenever they mess up. Representatives hang up on vustomers. They can't change delivery dates nor are they flexible in whay they can do for the customer. Not worth the thousands I spent at the store. I would have been better off with Amazon.

Originally gave 4 stars because the salesperson seemed sketchy by not mentioning $200 in delivery fees until the last second but everything was promised quickly so I shrugged it off. Purchased on black friday to take advantage of the 25% off sale. Big mistake. fast forward to delivery date and the delivery driver calls me asking if I am OK with delivery of half the couch I ordered, which is a BIG NO( if you have never worked manufacturing just know if you get items made on two separate dates they might use different dye lots and because no two dye lots are exactly the same you will more than likely get a mismatched couch that looks off) I called the customer service line multiple times throughout the process even called the day of delivery, was always told the couch was going to be delivered, no mention that it was only half, even though the day of it already showed in the system that it was only half. Since I found out I was not in fact getting the goods I have already paid for I have tried to call the store multiple times, no answer, the only people I can get on the phone are from the customer service line who can't do anything to actually service the customer. Now I am stuck either waiting for 2 months for the couch to be delivered or fight them for a refund and lose out on the 25% discount I could have gotten at any other furniture store. 0/10 would give less stars if I could, horrible customer service and extremely unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and find a company that will be honest with you and keep you informed, Hell if ashley has what you just need to have go to the Conroe store, they at least answered the phone and did what they could to inform me as to why the order was messed up.

Opened a line of credit without notifying me. Onli noticed when the account was closed after a year because I hadn’t used it and my credit score took a hit.

In Lieu of ZERO STARS: NEVER, NEVER, EVER "purchase" anything from this or any other furnishings store unless it is VERIFIED, "in stock". You are actually, not purchasing, but offering a free "LOAN" of your funds for nothing but PERPETUAL PROMISES to deliver. The store NEVER ANSWERS a phone. Their "customer service" is long hold times after a 5-minute menu of useless department options, all of which never answer either. Their personnel have ZERO Communication with their contracted Delivery Service, especially when scheduling inventory delivery, whether "all at once" or in installments. THEN, when all patience is lost with failed performance and phantom inventories, good luck getting a 100% REFUND!!! Our prior "positive" review is now rescinded.

Went to Ashley Furniture looking to purchase a sofa set and left with a sofa, table and a beautiful new mattress. I worked with Alex who was very nice, patient and knowledgeable of all products. Thanks again for your assistance and I'm looking forward to enjoying my new furniture. ***UPDATE*** Had to update my review based on continuous efforts of trying to get a matter corrected with the store. On my visit, I was charged twice for my purchase. I was told by my salesperson ( Alex) that there was a system error and the payment didn't go through. When in actuality it did. He also said the refund would be automatically returned to me and if it wasn't, to let him know. Well it's been over 2 weeks and I have yet to receive a refund. I've tried more than once to contact him and I don't get a reply. It's funny how he didn't develop a communication problem until AFTER the sale. Aside from trying multiple times to contact my salesperson, I've spoken with customer service more than once, each promising that someone will contact me in 48hrs. Guess what, I haven't heard anything from them either. This is very disappointing and frustrating. Not to mention, the behavior from those who represent the store have handled this matter in an unprofessional manner. It was their mistake, and somehow they're dragging their feet on correcting the problem. Stay tuned for an update on how this turned out. ***UPDATE to the UPDATE*** I was never able to resolve the refund issue over the phone. Unfortunately, it took me having to drive back to the store and offer an attitude before THEIR mistake was corrected. I made it a point to check in with Alex to tell him thanks for not returning my calls and communicating the way a responsible and professional adult would. I waited for the time frame that the sofa should've been delivered (January). I called the week of just to confirm that everything was ready to go and still being delivered. Guess what? The store moved the delivery date to February and never told me. Good thing i called. Because of the ongoing issues i decided to cancel the order and went some place else. Lesson learned.

Jo James was fast and excellent, he got me in and out within 30 minutes, as I let him know that I was on tight timing due to my work schedule. I felt like I was treated like first class customer and all my questions were answered. I love buying my furniture from this particular location. I never have problems and I’m never pressured to make a purchase that may not fit my budget. I highly recommend Jo James to help you! Fast service, excellent customer service skills and very knowledgeable and most of all honest!

10/10 Don’t recommend Bought from this location in 2019 pre pandemic.- I wasn’t originally going to write a review about the delay and disorganized distribution center but here it is... I can only imagine how bad delay times are now with the pandemic. Buyers, just know they were missing delivery dates (that they set) and had poor communication long before we were in a pandemic, that’s not covid related, that’s Ashley related. Covid just exacerbated it. Icing on the “Do not buy from Ashley” cake is the extremely disappointing experience with the “protection plan”. READ THE FINE PRINT. You will need to dot your T’s and cross your I’s. They will find every excuse to void your warranty claim even if it says the issue is “covered”. It’s really unfortunate to have spent so much money on a protection plan that is not buyer friendly and so difficultly actually utilize… it’s not like experiences I’ve had with other companies protection plans that make it easy to use and convenient for the buyer to get the most out of their plan. Should have saved my money. Tale as old as time.
