Let’s just clarify for no reason at all can you return or exchange unless damaged upon delivery. So disappointed that I wasn’t able to exchange my dining room set because it was too big. They are not flexible at all definitely never again. Sales person and manager were very pleasant though explained I had to go through customer service number, however company itself the policy is ridiculous very ignorant

I visited Ashley Furniture Store in Humble on 1/25/2025. The sales person and the manager were both very nice and pleasant. I went there for 1 thing and they did not try to convince me to purchase anything else. They even price matched my item. Additionally, the delivery service was EXCELLENT with communicating their arrival day and time. They even arrived slightly early. I had a wonderful experience with this company and have already told my husband that we will go through Ashley for all of our furniture needs. We had an experience with a different company that was COMPLETELY different from Ashley's experience. I would rather pay the extra cost for a better experience. Thank you Ashley Furniture!

Our sales experience at the Humble store was outstanding. The sales staff is highly professional. Customer care is having a problem bringing a swap. The technician did come out and stated the damage to the safa we purchased could not be repaired due to numerous discepancies noted by him as an assembly process and a severe crumch to the wood structure underneath. Our sales experience at the Humble store was outstanding. The problem we are having is a problem with a replacement 2 reclining seat sofa due to the danage on the first one that was delivered. 2 subsequent replacements were also delivered with driver noted defect and both were rejected. I make a call to customer care every 2 to 3 days since it was delivered with 0 results. I've been told 3 times someone would call back with a solution, no calls back. care has all associated fotos. The problem we are having is a problem with a replacement 2 reclining seat sofa due to the danage on the first one that was delivered. 2 subsequent replacements were also delivered with driver noted defect and both were rejected. I make a call to customer care every 2 to 3 days since it was delivered in November with 0 results. Numerous delivery appointment changes etc.I've been told 3 times someone would call back with a solution, no calls back. We have purchased with Ashley furniture in the past and paid cash for a total of about $4k. Why would an American based company not be able to fix this problem, in America!
