We will not be buying from Ashley Kerrville again . Bought a bedroom suite and a loveseat. One nightstand had a defective leg and wobbled. Was told that a replacement had been reordered but that was a lie. Over four weeks later we were told that no replacement had been ordered. Yesterday we were told that a service person would contact us but have heard nothing yet. So much for customer service.

My sales person Khyle was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

This Ashley Store may present as a smaller property, but it has numerous choices and options at its fingertips. Khyle Blanco is an excellent Sales Associate who greeted us at the Entrance of the Ashley Home Store in Kerrville. We appreciate his knowledge in listening to what we wanted and guided us through the selection process in the showroom. He saved us time to make our selections easily for our home. Originally, we needed a bluish living room sofa and with Memorial Weekend sales, we were able to get a comfortable blue sofa, nice coffee table with matching end tables. Later, I gave it some thought to browse at the Bedroom furniture for a future purchase, but it made sense to look. Khyle accommodated us with 3 fabulous choices. What really made the difference was that Chad took the time to understand our needs and worked with us to find the right pieces. I purchased the Cadmori King Upholstered Panel Bed. The product description described the product as having fresh white fabric. It's an off-white cheap boucle fabric. Looks nothing like the product photos online. When I called customer service and asked to exchange the bed for another model, I was told that shipping the product back to Ashley's is my only recourse to receive a refund. Unacceptable! Do not buy from this company.

This store is amazing. We went looking for a reclining sofa. There are so many styles to choose from that we did take a while to make up our minds. Norman, our salesperson, was very professional and accommodating. Once we figured out what we wanted, he made the transaction seamless. Our delivery was very timely. For a small additional fee, they even took our old couch. I am very pleased with our purchase and will definitely return in the future. We are lucky to have this store in our small town.

Sometimes you run into a fabulous experience when you least expect it. My wife and I were couch/loveseat shopping and stopped in on a whim. We were greeted warmly by Kaylah and shown various items in the showroom. There was absolutely no pressure put upon us to buy. We found a set that we loved and said we would purchase immediately. Happily, we were given a 20% discount on top of everything. Friendly service, great price, very reasonable cost. We could not ask for better.

Just left the Ashley’s in Kerrville and it was a great experience. Louie helped us purchase furniture for a living room in a new home and was very helpful, friendly and professional. I went to the store with a plan of what I wanted to look at. However the pieces that I wanted, wasn't on the showroom floor. Louie was very helpful with showing me different pieces, helping me understand pricing, fabrics, and colors until I got exactly what I needed. He was very sociable and it wasn't just about a furniture sale, but we talked about family as well. If you need help when you visit this store, definitely ask for Louie. Edited on 3.6.25 I ordered 3 pieces of furniture on 2.8.25. On 2.27.25 , 2 pieces were delivered and my sister was told that the 3rd piece came damaged, so of course they didn't deliver it. Today is 3.6.25 and I have yet to recieve a call from the store stating why the other piece wasn't delivered, how much longer I should expect to wait to recieve it , or even any knowledge on the fact that I hadn't received it at all. I have called twice now and the store is trying to reach out to others on updates. I have honestly spent too much money to not be able to have answers regarding items I have purchased. My purchase here was great and went smoothly but due to the delivery and very poor communication there after, including the incorrect delivery time for what I did recieve... I had to come back and edit my review with a lower rating. This is unacceptable.

Went in looking at mattresses and found the best mattress. It’s a temperpedic it’s the best bed I’ve ever slept on. The sales person Letty was so professional and polite. Do not go here to buy anything. I made three trips to Kerrville from Fredericksburg all for one love seat that had to be brought in from Garland which took forever because apparently they have to ship from Garland to Del Rio then to Kerrville which makes zero logistical sense. I was needing this specific love seat because it was going in a travel trailer and had to meet certain criteria on measurements. I had everything worked out with Luis who told me he would honor the online price per tax and that would be it. I even told him specifically the day before we went that I was only paying the online price plus tax, no more no less. Went to pick it up Saturday morning and he flat out lied to me, trying to tell me that they have to charge a $200 delivery fee even though I am picking it up and doing all of the work. Probably lying to hide his over-promised sleazy sales tactics. I asked to speak to his manager who came out rather ratty looking in a bad mood and an untucked t-shirt and flat out told me there was nothing they could do and I had to pay it. Zero personality and zero rational explanation as to why they charge it, just looked mad because I interrupted snack time. Just pay it or leave. She did not feel like explaining anything to me and kicked me out of the store so she didn't have to face the music. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. It has a dirty used car lot vibe to it with everyone standing around doing nothing and then descending upon you like starving vultures when you walk in. If you like being lied to and ripped off with extra unnecessary fees, then this is the place for you.

I had a very bad experience with the Ashley Store in San Antonio on Pat Booker Rd trying to order a mechanism for my sleeper sofa. They told me that they would not order it for me because I didn't buy it from them. So I called John (the Manager) at the Kerrville store and he was more then happy to order the part. The part was ready for pickup within two weeks, and he didn't even charge me untill I picked it up. This store has exceptional customer service and it was well worth the trip to purchase it from John. I will always make my future purchases from this store, and I will strongly recommend anyone needing furniture to go see John in Kerrville, TX. Thank you so much, John!

Great experience with this team! I bought a home in Kerrville in August and was lacking 2 bedroom sets to furnish my home. I thought we were doing Christmas at my mom's house so I was in no hurry. The weekend before Christmas I found out I was hosting my family in my new home. I showed up at Ashley furniture on a Saturday afternoon in the middle of December hoping for a Christmas miracle. John moved mountains to furnish my guest bedroom 2 days before my guests arrived. It was a beautiful suite that I had had my eye on for weeks. It needs some tweaking , but that will come. He found a mattress and box springs within my budget and my mom said she slept better than she has in years. I am a client for life. I assure you that if you let them know what you need they will make it happen! Thanks, John and also thanks to your 2 delivery guys. They were right on time, professional, and willing to move stuff around until I was happy with it! Heartfelt applause. -Casey

Sales person was extremely helpful and attentive. Beware on-line sales are completely different from those of in-store prices. You will pay and amazing markup with in-store prices. When I called today to confirm delivery for next week, the clerk said it was only an estimated date and that I "shouldn't really count on that date."

Salesperson was good but they said the bed didn’t need a box spring and the delivery guy said we did. Communication on the delivery end is horrible was told 1 week for a mattress, we got rid of our old bed and the new one took 3 weeks later than original time period given and you won’t get a delivery time with people that deliver it until the day of everything else had to been done in the store ,also check your receipt they might ring you up wrong and they still make you pay for them ringing you up wrong. Again the people in store are very nice

The sales guy was nice, and informative, but then his information didn’t match up with what the lady at the desk said. Was told 1 week for mattress delivery, then called 3 days later and told they couldn’t give me a definitive date but mid February at the latest. Cancellation policy is -30% refund off original price WITHIN 24 hours, however they can’t give you a time frame until 3 days later? How convenient for them. Mattress protectors are less than 1/2 price online, don’t waste your money buying theirs.

My Husband and I were looking for a sectional sofa for our media room and were in a crunch to purchase as we are having family coming for the holidays. I called a few days prior and explained my situation to the sales rep Bubba. He said he had a discontinued sectional we could take home right away. Well we got there and it was much larger that we wanted. So he showed us 2 different pieces. The one we loved , he said was not available for immediate delivery. After some talk , the manager approved us for same day purchase and let us take the sectional home. No waiting, no hassle. It was a great experience with all the staff. Thank you Bubba , Lettie and John along with the other staff who helped so very much!! Definitely will go back in the future. We have shopped at Ashley's Corp. store and this was a better experience.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a furniture store. They take your money and don’t have a care in the world. They claim it’s a family owned store so they can do what they like. The management is pretty awful.

Luke Kelley is the salesman to go to! We have bought a couch set, TV stand, and our new bed and mattress. He has always been honest with us and was great at helping us the style we have wanted while working within our budget. He’s not pushy, he’s kind, and down to earth. It’s great when you don’t feel pressured as it makes the experience enjoyable. We are forever customers and Leti the manager is amazing as well. She has given us great deals on some miscellaneous items we have found on clearance. Our bed is definitely taking a lot longer to come than we have anticipated, but we know it’s out of their control. We’re just happy to have got a great deal on quality furniture.

The staff here are not as responsive as the other major furniture retailer in town. I spent several hours there (the salesman deserves a halo) and I felt like he was privileged to have my company. In Ashley's I felt like I was privileged to have theirs! I was looking at spending a couple thousand dollars, but the staff member didn't make any effort to encourage me to stay. The range was also smaller and of lower quality. I think they cater to a different market than the other store. Adjust your expectations accordingly.

Went to the de savala store in San antonio on oct 11. Purchased a sectional which took 3 hours to get the paperwork completed, store members there will not help each other. Was told my item would be ready by Nov 25th the latest,now after multiple times on hold for 20 minutes or more, barring getting hung up on, found out our items final pieces might be in on Dec 18th. That info I found out from the very nice and helpful lady at the DISTRIBUTION CENTER not the store. If you you want good service do not go to the store on Desavala in San Antonio, they come after you like mosquitoes in the summer when you walk through the door and after the sale they don't respond or give you any accurate info.

Absolutely love Ashley Home Store. They have such a broad selection and great prices. Their furniture and decor is made to withstand time. As a bonus, the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable.

They try to rush you to make a decision, store hours vary depending on location.

I purchased a couch, loveseat, recliner and two end tables from Ashley Home Store in Kerrville, TX on 10/12/19. Shopping Experience: Very excellent! I was approached quickly by a young gentleman, Luke Kelley. He was awesome! I pretty much knew what I wanted. We sat down on the floor model that I was looking to purchase. I had so many questions about the product. Care, quality, delivery, etc. which he took the time to answer all my questions. I didn't really care for the end tables that came with the set. I told him what style I liked so he took me around the floor to look at different tables that he thought I might like. He actually moved the tables I liked over to the set so I could see if it would work with the furniture and I was able to find the right ones! I had expressed to him that I am one that likes to shop local but I was concerned because of reviews about issues with delivery and damaged furniture. Although knowing that sometimes things can happen, he was very understanding and explained that since they were a franchise store any issues could be handled directly by them and also told me that I could reach out to him directly for any issues. It was a very great experience! Delivery Experience: I was contacted by the warehouse in Del Rio,Tx to schedule delivery of my furniture. It was a little over a week since I had purchased the set so delivery was timely. I scheduled for today, 10/25 between 11am and 2pm. They showed up within the promised timeframe. They were very nice. Here is where the problem began. Before unloading one of the gentlemen reviewed the list of what was being delivered. The loveseat was not on the list. He made a call to inquire about the loveseat and come to find out it was not scheduled to be received in the warehouse until 11/2. If I had known that when the appointment was scheduled I would have told them to wait and deliver it all at once. Now I have to waste more of my time for a second delivery. Also, there was damage to the couch. While I inspected the furniture and took pictures the gentleman followed behind me taking pictures as well which he sent up right away and scheduled an appointment for a tech to come out to make the repairs. They are minor issues but none the less, I now have to go through another appointment. Where did the damage happen? Could have been when shipped to the warehouse or in transit. Who knows. Is the furniture not inspected for damage before leaving the warehouse? What I thought was interesting is that the furniture was not wrapped in heavy plastic like the throw pillows were which would help protect. As well, the delivery truck did not have a lift gate. The delivery crew had to unload the furniture like you would from the back of a pickup truck. The only difference is that their truck is MUCH higher. I would think this increases the chance of damage to furniture while being unloaded as well as a potential safety issues for the delivery guys trying to get it out of the truck. Again, the gentlemen were very nice and understanding. The problem appears to be at the local warehouse. Hopefully we can get the issues resolved. I hope that this can be shared with all the appropriate departments. Feedback is critical for improving the customer experience. UPDATE: Technician, Junior, showed up today, 10/26/19, during the promised scheduled time frame. Very nice and professional. He made repairs to couch. Looks very good. Legs were replaced a week later. 2nd UPDATE: Still no loveseat. Supposed to be in 11/2. Called and it changed to 11/5. No call received to schedule delivery. Called & they changed to 11/9. Naomi checked on why then told to deliver on 11/8. I had to call multiple times to follow up, this is now the 4th time I have had to waste my time for them to come out. And how frustrating to find out they had one available but wasn't going to bother to make sure I received it. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY. PERIOD!!!!

Customer service use to respond quickly to resolve an issue. I have a warranty on my second sofa and 4 months later still don't have the issue resolved. I am very disappointed in John he use to care about his customer's.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! This was the worst experience that I have ever had buying furniture. I ordered two living room sets worth of furniture and it took more than 2 months to receive. I was not notified when it came into the warehouse and had to continue to follow up with them before they delivered. The day I was set to have my furniture delivered I got a call saying they would be late to drop it off by more than a few hours, they said they would be at my home by 8 but I then got another call stating they had lost the furniture than I had already been waiting for for weeks! Even though we had to wait such a long time for the furniture I decided I would give it another try because I was offered a discount for the inconvenience of my furniture "not making it on the truck". I wanted a table to go along with my set, little did I know that it would take an excess of 2 more months to get this item as well. All the while I have been trying to get in touch with the owner calling once or more a week and have yet to hear anything. While I was waiting for my table I was told it would be delivered one day and come to find out that it too was "misplaced" and it had to be reordered. I waited weeks again and was told it would be delivered but the day of the delivery I was told that it was damaged! I had to have this same item ordered 3 times! Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I am so disappointed in the service I have received. I will NEVER set foot into another Ashley's again. I just cant imagine how they are still in business. I doubt that if they continue this way they will remain open much longer.

We have bought several pieces from Ashley's and we have been very pleased with them! The sales staff is attentive as needed, and not overly pushy. Everyone we talked to was knowledgeable and was able to give us the best information regarding the furniture we were looking at and pricing was very reasonable. Definitely will return!

Sales staff stares at you while you're browsing like your about to steal something. Bubba said "if you come into my store I'm going to be a host" when you keep bothering youre customers after they're said time after time if we needed him we would come to him.we were looking to buy a whole living room set Ashley's furniture will never have our business again

Overpriced for what it is. Can find the same quality or better for less elsewhere. And the salesman said he would send me info about items I was interested in, but he never did. He didn't seem to understand I didn't want my furniture to clash with my tile, which I had samples of as it's an unusual color. He just kept saying depending on the rug and pillows I used it wouldn't matter! I hate carpet and rugs! Will not have them in my house, so he was wasting my time!

Way too pricey out of my budget

Guys, you gotta ask for Bubba, because Bubba is the bomb. The people who work here were more than accomodating and gave us all the time we needed to look around. No one rushed us and no one tried to upsale us. Highly recommend coming here.
