My inaugural foray into Ashley Furniture's commercial ecosystem initially presented as promising...staff exhibited perfunctory cordiality and my consultant, Jenny, demonstrated commendable acumen in navigating budgetary constraints. This preliminary satisfaction, however, proved ephemeral. The subsequent logistics devolved into a Kafkaesque ordeal: a protracted two-week delivery timeframe necessitated the sacrifice of precious paid leave (three hours irretrievably surrendered to corporate inefficiency rather than personal rejuvenation). The delivery itself manifested discrepancies between promised and actual merchandise. Despite immediate communication of these inadequacies, 48 hours have elapsed without resolution, compensation, or even the dignity of a projected timeline. I find myself in the absurd position of resorting to floor-sleeping accommodations while awaiting the fundamental component of my purchase—a bed frame. My repeated attempts at forbearance notwithstanding, the establishment's failure to offer recompense or articulate a coherent remediation strategy compels this critical assessment. The permanent mark of their hard credit inquiry will remain an unwelcome reminder of this transaction for approximately 24 months. This experience, viewed through the lens of objective analysis, renders the probability of future patronage vanishingly small, despite their extension of credit privileges.
Had a great experience at the Ashley Store in Kerrville. The service was excellent—not pushy at all, which made the whole shopping process comfortable. Chad Imholte was our salesperson, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was there when we needed him, answered our questions, and gave us space to browse without hovering. What really made the difference was that Chad took the time to understand our needs and worked with us to find the right pieces. He wasn’t trying to upsell or push a “deal”—just genuinely helping us make the right choice. He was the reason we made the purchase. If you’re heading to Ashley in Kerrville, I highly recommend asking for Chad. The experience was smooth, respectful, and exactly how furniture shopping should feel.

I purchased the Cadmori King Upholstered Panel Bed. The product description described the product as having fresh white fabric. It's an off-white cheap boucle fabric. Looks nothing like the product photos online. When I called customer service and asked to exchange the bed for another model, I was told that shipping the product back to Ashley's is my only recourse to receive a refund. Unacceptable! Do not buy from this company.
