All of our friends pulled out to after they saw what we got..And this folks were pretty wealthy too. No more Ashley. Thank you.

Thanks to Kenny, Anna, and Kayce we were able to get approved for the full amount for our sectional. We were in and out in less than an hour. Best service ever. They mentioned that they were short staffed but that didn’t stop the wonderful service they checked on us every chance they got.

We recently visited Ashley’s Furniture in Waco while searching for a specific sofa, but unfortunately, they did not have the model we were looking for in stock. My wife contacted the Killeen location, and to our delight, they had the exact sofa available. While the Waco store had provided us with a price and mentioned that the Killeen store likely wouldn’t be able to match it, we decided to make the drive anyway. Not only did we find the perfect sofa in Killeen, but to our pleasant surprise, we were quoted an even better price—without even asking. This purchase, less than a year ago, makes me never want to buy from Ashley's again. It's been nothing but a headache. I purchased a warranty for accidental damage, which I ended up having to call in about to ask for warranty coverage. At first, they refused to help me, so I went to the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint. They then rescinded the denial after I suggested they could send someone out to look at the table, which was brand new with no problem other than the scratch that happened from a microwave. Initially, they claimed it was more than one incident, so they didn't want to cover it; however, it was only one accident. Eventually, I received a call saying they would replace the table, and it would take two weeks because it had to be ordered, and they would take the old one. The replacement table was refurbished; it is definitely not new. They gave me a new top with my same legs, which is okay because there was nothing wrong with them. When they delivered it, I noticed right away that it was refurbished. It's two different colors; the tone is off. If this was what they were going to give me, I would have just kept the original table because it matched the color of my chairs, but this one seems to be lighter, and one side is darker than the other, and you can see the repairs on it. At this point, I wish I had never purchased from this place. They should never have offered insurance if they weren’t going to cover it properly. I read online all the bad reviews, which I should have looked at beforehand, so that's my fault. But never again; lesson learned.

We recently bought a new home and came in to see what the store had for furniture. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had. We paid in full for a couch, and when the delivery team arrived, they refused to complete the delivery because we asked them—in advance—to wear shoe covers in our no-shoes home and to be careful around the walls and our Durango door. They brought the couch into the house, then took it back out to the truck and left without delivering it—no explanation, no resolution. When we went to the store to request a refund, we remained calm and respectful. A witness was present to confirm that. We also have part of the delivery interaction on video, showing that no one made a scene. Now Ashley Furniture is apparently trying to flip the situation and file a complaint against us, even though they’re the ones who failed to deliver what we paid for. Under Texas law, theft is defined as unlawfully appropriating property with the intended deprive the owner of that property. This means taking something without the owners consent, or knowing that someone else stole it with the intention of keeping it permanently. This isn’t just bad service—it’s dishonest and retaliatory. We will never shop here again, and we strongly suggest others avoid them as well

Extremely disappointed in Ashley Furniture. I paid in full for a couch, but the delivery team refused to bring it inside because we asked them to wear shoe covers and avoid damaging our walls—both of which were communicated in advance. They brought the couch in, then took it back to the truck and left. When I called the store manager, they laughed at me and were completely unhelpful. Definition of theft. The item was fully paid for, brought in my residence and then taken without my permission, with the intention to deprive the owner (myself) use/possession. The store manager then advised they don’t wear shoes covers, which they advised they did previously and they don’t deliver even small couches to rooms, which they advised they did previously. The manager then advised if I wanted a refund I needed to give my full card number over the phone or drive back into Killeen .

If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid in full for a couch from Ashley Furniture, only to have the delivery team show up and refuse to complete the delivery because we asked them to follow two simple, reasonable house rules: wear shoe covers in our no-shoes home and be careful not to damage our walls or Durango door. These expectations were clearly communicated before the delivery date. Instead, they brought the couch into the house, then turned around, took it back to the truck, and left—without any explanation. The couch was paid for in full, yet they left with it. When I called the store manager to report the situation, I was met with laughter and complete disrespect. The manager was dismissive, unhelpful, and extremely difficult to deal with—as if I was the problem for wanting basic professionalism and respect for my home. For the record, in the state of Texas, taking full payment for a product and refusing to deliver it without cause can be considered theft. Ashley Furniture is now in possession of property that legally belongs to me. This is beyond poor customer service—it's unethical. I strongly advise anyone considering buying from Ashley Furniture to think twice. This experience was a nightmare.

Greatly appreciate Tracy helping me find the couch set that I like, in the color I want, and comfort I wanted. Anna helped us with running our credit to get our payments set up. Cannot wait to relax in our new set!

Was greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Tracy helped us figure out the prices for the set we wanted. Anna helped me get everything situated to run my credit. Everything went smoothly and I am excited to get my new couch set. The only downside is that I have to wait for 2 weeks before I get my couch set delivered to me.

Kayce came to help as soon as we walked in the door. He knew exactly how to help us and gave great advice. Anna was sweet and helpful with making sure we were good to go!

They got me good. I’m assuming all these people left reviews after they got home from the store, because down the line, this is the kind of product they sell you. Bought in mid 2022, by January this is what it looked like, and they told me that I had to bring it back to another location to get it fixed. I have 3 herniated disks. Moving a large bed isn’t happening. I just got off the phone for the nth time and I’m done. They won. They got me. I give up. $2500 down the drain. Don’t let this happen to you. Tracy was the one who sold me this garbage.
