Just wanted to give a big kudos to Kyle! Despite not proceeding with the purchase of certain items due to price difference between online and in store he was professional, efficient and most of all patient. Thank you Kyle for taking the time to present items that were right up my alley and you definitely deserve the recognition! If it wasn’t for your attentiveness and kindness I wouldn’t have step foot back in the store. 5 stars for Kyle but 4 stars for the Ashley Corporate as a whole.

Mr. Walter Blackwell was very nice, informative and helpful. He answer all of my questions. I’ll definitely be dealing with him for all purchases.

Extremely poor quality. My bed frane lasted less than 18 months and when I told them they should fix it they told me I had to bring it to their other location in Killeen. Not to mention the predatory lending, which fortunately I didn’t fall for. One of the managers will try to even use his dead child as a sob story to get you to sign the papers. Never again. I ordered a bed frame for $100 off of amazon that was better than the $2000+ piece of garbage they sold me.

I purchased three beautiful bedroom sets and mattresses. Ashley’s has the most gorgeous showroom in town. I will continue to shop at Ashley’s in Killeen. Thank you Walter!!

My husband and I had several great experiences with the Copperas Cove store. Amber, the sales associate, was very attentive, helpful and friendly with each visit to the store. We took a lot of Amber's time with the first couch shopping visit. Amber told us about fabrics, different styles, etc. We picked a couch set and went home to measure, only to find they weren't going to fit. This did not slow Amber with her help. We proceeded to get a sectional couch that fits due to Amber's help with piecing together sections. Last visit we got a table and chairs, floor model, and ALL the employees helped carry chairs and the table to our truck. I am only saddened by the fact that I currently don't need anymore furniture. I may just have to drop by to day high to the wonderful folks. Thank you all and thank you Amber! OH and we love the furniture too, we couldn't be happier. Great quality!

THANK YOU JOHN AND TONY! John and Tony were very pleasant, and not at all pushy. They allowed us to tour their store at our leisure, and if we had concerns they were right there to address them. The prices were very reasonable, exactly what they were priced as on their website! Another Ashley Furniture Outlet priced their pieces at almost $500 more than the online price. We can’t wait for our furniture to be delivered! Especially our “hi-tech” mattress and frame (lol). The head and feet incline, as well as a soothing vibration, and a dim light underneath to help guide us if we get out of our bed during the night, and many more functions. Also, for a minimal fee they will not only deliver our furniture, they assemble it as well! That was a big plus for my husband, because he wasn’t looking forward to assembling everything, especially our large entertainment center! Thank You Ashley Furniture in COPPERAS COVE, TX. Yesterday my husband and I went into the store for an adjustable bed base, Wendy helped us and it was good until my husband wrote out the delivery address. My husband doesn't have the best handing writing and she couldn't read what he wrote so he had me redo it and that's when she said "yeah it doesn't look she used her feet to write it". That was so rude and unnecessary. The lady that checked out out was amazing. But not Wendy.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Clean store, very organized. Thank you John rossie for the deliver absolutely very professional and highly recommended them to do it again!!!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED. Ordered and paid for a bed in early Jan. They said it would arrive in 6 weeks and we could pick it up on Feb. 15. It did not arrive. They told me it was a delay and I could pick it up on Feb. 22. It did not arrive and now they tell me it won't get here before April. If my partner did not like it so much, I would have canceled the order. I am really disappointed in the service. I was also told I would get a weekly update on its status since it may come in before April. I have not gotten one yet. So disappointed. This is the worst service I have received since moving back to Texas in January.

The customer service was terrible..They got the wrong color for the dinner table and didn't even want to acknowledge the inconvenience they caused..They attempted to give me another table in its place asking me to pay the difference..I declined for obvious reasons.They told me I can wait another 3 weeks for the table to come back from the factory or get a refund...Never once apologized just had a take it or leave it attitude..The fact that it's on w.s young which is right by rancier (The hood) that's exactly how they treated me.. Pretty sure if I were in a different part of town the customer service would have been different!!

I came by to check out the furniture at the retail store, especially the vertical drawer. I came across 3 different ones, and there was a lady who came to help us not tell us her name when I had a family member there to help me communicate tried to ask her for her name. Then we seemed to be doing fine talking about the first one i liked, and then she said it would match the discount from any store and then refuse to match the discount because it's not "Ashleys" price. So i decide to move to outlet and found 2 different drawers i like but she constantly come up with an excuse of why I couldnt biy it such as that i would not able to hauling box in my Jeep, which is big enough to haul box, especially when I will have to assemble it myself. Gave us excuse why we wouldn't able to buy one today and will have to ship it to my house, then finally she said we will not be able to receive anything from this store. Then everything just went south from there, she constantly gives us an attitude, basically halting us from purchase one since the moment we walked into this store, so we decided to give up and told her we're gonna keep shopping around. She got mad and walked back to the original store, we left without buying anything. Sadly, I did like some of their furniture, but now I will never recommend this place to anyone, nor will I ever buy anything from that store ever!

Had a fantastic experience never felt pressured to buy! In my experiences some places can hover and try and force a sale we didn’t receive that treatment here at all. We looked for a day and was very happy with the service Walter Blackwell provided. We took a few weeks to measure and make the decision and when we returned Walter was there to make the process smooth. I’d highly recommended this store if you’re shopping for something for your home. Couldn’t beat the price and the team was very professional I will be returning in the future.

Ashley’s have been very good to me and my family since the first time we came at 2019. It was our first PCS, first house, first move. We were so anxious scared, excited. Fast forward to now, second house, they still treated us with the same awesome service they provided years ago.

We just PCS to Fort Cavazos and we have gone to at least 8 different furniture store to price compare. We ended up at Ashley Outlet and were shocked at the prices compared to what we liked at IKEA. Rory and Daly who work in the store were so amazing and helpful. They provided the best customer service. We bought everything we needed in one stop. They even scheduled a quick home delivery WITH set up of the furniture! Today Rossie and John came early and put together the bed frame and dining table so quickly. They were kind, funny, and a pleasure to have.

This is place to go. The team at the Cove store was exceptional. ReGina didn't hound me or hang over my shoulder, she let me look around and then gauged when I was ready to be helped she approached me, listened to my likes and dislikes and she ended up helping me find a living room set that was perfect for my comfort, style and size needs. The team let me take my time and look elsewhere, when I came back later that day they worked with me to get the best price possible with added 3 year protection. They also offered me an amazing layaway deal but I paid in full as a thanks to them for their quality. Moral of the story: Stay out of any other furniture joint in a 30 mile radius. You should be visiting this store and this store alone. As long as I live here, I'll be coming to them!

Edit: My husband and I bought the Rawcliffe sectional before measuring our house (I know, bold rookie move).. we got home and realized that the sectional wouldn’t fit, which broke our hearts. I messaged Wendy that same evening and told her that we needed a smaller sectional. We met back up Sunday morning with Wendy and the manager. They worked with us through the whole store, moving furniture so we could visually see what it would look like. I can’t even begin to express how grateful I am that we walked into this family owned Ashley store. We chose too big of a sectional, and came back to buy a different one with ZERO hassle. Walter was patient, understanding, and very helpful in trying to get me what I was looking for. Initially I was looking to take home same day, but ended up just having to place an order. I told him my budget and we were able to stay in range and below! He was also helping another customer and being paiged left and right , and still found the time to help me!
