This was by far the best service I have ever received. When I arrived to the store everyone was super helpful. My apologies I forgot the lady that assisted me with the financial part of my visit but she was amazing. Customer service was top tier. I was in and out. There was another lady that was very patient with me when I became very indecisive with my choice of furniture. Shopping with the assistance of Walter at both local Ashley stores was a zero stress/pressure experience. He was receptive and helpful while sharing knowledge and experience.

Professional, timely, courteous... and oriented us to how to use the controls on the new power lift recliner. Moved it into the house without damaging anything.

The delivery was very fast and the delivery service with John Rossie and his partner was quite pleasant as they were very friendly and had a good attitude.

I'm wish that I could give this Ashley store and the salesman Walter ten stars. This is the greatest experience that I have ever had in 60 years. Walters customer service is out of this world he is the world's greatest sales person he does a perfect job. It was our first visit to this Ashley store and we will continue shopping there. I had a delivery from Ashley's delivered by John and Rossie. They were very professional - excellent customer service.

I just had my new dining set and island chairs by John and Rossie and I’m grateful for their professionalism and attention to detail. They also game be a $100 discount coupon that I will use for the recliner I want. As for the dining set, Ashley Homestore of Killeen gave us a great deal that was hard to pass. The whole set, including the buffet, is beautiful, sturdy, heavy and built to last. Finally, other furniture stores couldn’t tell us exactly when they could deliver the set, but Ashley Homestore did and actually delivered ahead of the stated date. We still have ways to go with the decor of the dining room, but at least we have a big table and chairs for the Thanksgiving meal.

I would like to give Wendy Martin a big thank you for her knowledge and help on picking out a living room set. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I plan to use this Ashley store in the future due to the great service from Wendy. The service from sales to delivery was OUTSTANDING. Again thank you!

Mr. Walter Blackwell was very nice, informative and helpful. He answer all of my questions. I’ll definitely be dealing with him for all purchases.

Extremely poor quality. My bed frane lasted less than 18 months and when I told them they should fix it they told me I had to bring it to their other location in Killeen. Not to mention the predatory lending, which fortunately I didn’t fall for. One of the managers will try to even use his dead child as a sob story to get you to sign the papers. Never again. I ordered a bed frame for $100 off of amazon that was better than the $2000+ piece of garbage they sold me.

I purchased three beautiful bedroom sets and mattresses. Ashley’s has the most gorgeous showroom in town. I will continue to shop at Ashley’s in Killeen. Thank you Walter!!

My husband and I had several great experiences with the Copperas Cove store. Amber, the sales associate, was very attentive, helpful and friendly with each visit to the store. We took a lot of Amber's time with the first couch shopping visit. Amber told us about fabrics, different styles, etc. We picked a couch set and went home to measure, only to find they weren't going to fit. This did not slow Amber with her help. We proceeded to get a sectional couch that fits due to Amber's help with piecing together sections. Last visit we got a table and chairs, floor model, and ALL the employees helped carry chairs and the table to our truck. I am only saddened by the fact that I currently don't need anymore furniture. I may just have to drop by to day high to the wonderful folks. Thank you all and thank you Amber! OH and we love the furniture too, we couldn't be happier. Great quality!

THANK YOU JOHN AND TONY! John and Tony were very pleasant, and not at all pushy. They allowed us to tour their store at our leisure, and if we had concerns they were right there to address them. The prices were very reasonable, exactly what they were priced as on their website! Another Ashley Furniture Outlet priced their pieces at almost $500 more than the online price. We can’t wait for our furniture to be delivered! Especially our “hi-tech” mattress and frame (lol). The head and feet incline, as well as a soothing vibration, and a dim light underneath to help guide us if we get out of our bed during the night, and many more functions. Also, for a minimal fee they will not only deliver our furniture, they assemble it as well! That was a big plus for my husband, because he wasn’t looking forward to assembling everything, especially our large entertainment center! Thank You Ashley Furniture in COPPERAS COVE, TX. I received my delivery today, but the driver told us if we gave him a tip then he would put us first in line for delivery. I told him I don't have a tip and he told me he is moving me to the bottom of the list for todays deliveries. Very disappointing and I will never shop here again!!!

That was so rude and unnecessary. The lady that checked out out was amazing. But not Wendy.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. Ordered and paid for a bed in early Jan. They said it would arrive in 6 weeks and we could pick it up on Feb. 15. It did not arrive. They told me it was a delay and I could pick it up on Feb. 22. It did not arrive and now they tell me it won't get here before April. If my partner did not like it so much, I would have canceled the order. I am really disappointed in the service. I was also told I would get a weekly update on its status since it may come in before April. I have not gotten one yet. So disappointed. This is the worst service I have received since moving back to Texas in January.

The customer service was terrible..They got the wrong color for the dinner table and didn't even want to acknowledge the inconvenience they caused..They attempted to give me another table in its place asking me to pay the difference..I declined for obvious reasons.They told me I can wait another 3 weeks for the table to come back from the factory or get a refund...Never once apologized just had a take it or leave it attitude..The fact that it's on w.s young which is right by rancier (The hood) that's exactly how they treated me.. Pretty sure if I were in a different part of town the customer service would have been different!!

I came by to check out the furniture at the retail store, especially the vertical drawer. I came across 3 different ones, and there was a lady who came to help us not tell us her name when I had a family member there to help me communicate tried to ask her for her name. Then we seemed to be doing fine talking about the first one i liked, and then she said it would match the discount from any store and then refuse to match the discount because it's not "Ashleys" price. So i decide to move to outlet and found 2 different drawers i like but she constantly come up with an excuse of why I couldnt biy it such as that i would not able to hauling box in my Jeep, which is big enough to haul box, especially when I will have to assemble it myself. Gave us excuse why we wouldn't able to buy one today and will have to ship it to my house, then finally she said we will not be able to receive anything from this store. Then everything just went south from there, she constantly gives us an attitude, basically halting us from purchase one since the moment we walked into this store, so we decided to give up and told her we're gonna keep shopping around. She got mad and walked back to the original store, we left without buying anything. Sadly, I did like some of their furniture, but now I will never recommend this place to anyone, nor will I ever buy anything from that store ever!

The new mattress was delivered and the old ones picked up free of charge by two very friendly and professional employees, Tye and Brooks.

Tony and Fernando were excellent! There is a wide variety of different types of furniture and the prices are reasonable! Tony was very patient and kind! I did not feel rushed or pushed into anything. He also gave great suggestions! Fernando was quick and efficient with the financial part of the sale! I am happy with my choices and the experience with Ashley's today! I received my furniture today and I am very pleased! Dana and VA were very careful with my new loveseat and recliner! They called ahead to inform me they would be arriving in about thirty minutes. We just PCS to Fort Cavazos and we have gone to at least 8 different furniture store to price compare. We ended up at Ashley Outlet and were shocked at the prices compared to what we liked at IKEA. They even scheduled a quick home delivery WITH set up of the furniture! Today Rossie and John came early and put together the bed frame and dining table so quickly. He was very kind to my mother who often is embarrassed by her disabilities. He helped her get on several mattresses and was very gentle. He did a great job explaining different features so mom could make a decision. She has come to Walter several times and will continue to do so! Thanks, Walt!

This is place to go. The team at the Cove store was exceptional. ReGina didn't hound me or hang over my shoulder, she let me look around and then gauged when I was ready to be helped she approached me, listened to my likes and dislikes and she ended up helping me find a living room set that was perfect for my comfort, style and size needs. The team let me take my time and look elsewhere, when I came back later that day they worked with me to get the best price possible with added 3 year protection. They also offered me an amazing layaway deal but I paid in full as a thanks to them for their quality. Moral of the story: Stay out of any other furniture joint in a 30 mile radius. You should be visiting this store and this store alone. As long as I live here, I'll be coming to them!
