We received our furniture delivery from Ashley this morning, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Our delivery drivers, Canaan and Nate, were absolutely wonderful pleasant, professional, and courteous from start to finish. They arrived earlier than expected, which made my wife and me very happy, and they provided a courtesy call ahead of time, which we truly appreciated. They handled each piece with care, set everything up efficiently, and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the delivery. When they noticed a damaged item, they immediately documented it to ensure the store could assist us without any issues. Their sense of urgency, attention to detail, and efficiency made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We are very grateful for their excellent service and are extremely happy with our purchase. We look forward to continuing to do business with Ashley in the future.

Ashley HOMESTORE Copperas Cove, TX. This store has a good amount of inventory to choose from and also has a big screen available to search online inventory. The in-store inventory that I observed was modern and well made. The moment I walked in I was pleasantly greeted by all three staff members on duty 11/12/2025. The salesman was helping me and another couple. The salesman was attentive to both of us. Very pleasant gentleman and once I had made my decision he referred me to the finance desk, this young lady was so patient and courteous with my many questions. When we rapped up everything as I was leaving all three team members thanked me for coming in. When my couch was delivered Tye and John were very respectful of my property inside and out, the delivery went very well, they even gave me some helpful pointers about moving my couch in the future should I find the need. I didn’t ask they were just being very helpful and I was appreciative of it. Overall Ashley HOMESTORE made this a simple and easy process.

I walked into the store with the intention of buying a new mattress and I was greeted cordially by Jesus, very nice and helpful. I explained exactly what I was looking for and what I was looking to spend. He immediately went to work with the numbers and within a short time we had a deal. The mattress set was delivered the very next day by Brooks and Nate, very professional and they removed our old set and installed the base and mattress and showed how the remote operated. I am very pleased with Ashley Homestore and would highly recommend it.

Do not do business with them if Acima is the only lender willing to approve your loan. They talk about a 90 day early buy-out option. It hasn't even been 30 days and Acima customer service refused to take my payment and then I called back and they said $710 when my contract says $571. Also don't recommend tower loans or 1st Franklin financial.

When I walked in I was ready to buy however Wendy & Walt were incredibly side tracked and disregarded my needs. They didn’t answer any questions and only pointed me to one or two items in the store that I had no interest in. This store made me feel unwelcome as i’ve heard they do to multiple people. I love the temple one ! But both the “family owned” stores in Killeen are just full of unprofessional sales men who only care about money and not people.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this store. I paid cash for a 3-piece living room set, a mattress, and a kitchen table, and while the in-store experience was great, everything fell apart once my items arrived. On delivery day, I had already taken my old furniture to the dump to make room. When the couch and loveseat arrived, they were out of their boxes. The delivery team lied to me, claiming the items were unboxed at the warehouse for inspection. In reality, they delivered showroom floor pieces with stains, broken wires patched with black tape, and none of the functions working. They just left the defective items and walked away. To make matters worse, the mattress they delivered wasn’t the one I ordered. I went to the Killeen store as directed, but the sales team was unhelpful. Frustrated, I decided to return everything except the kitchen table. I then purchased the mattress I wanted from Denver Mattress for $400 less than Ashley’s price. Later, I visited another Ashley Furniture location for a quote on the living room set I wanted. They quoted me an absurd $7,600, which felt like retaliation for my return. I ended up calling the Austin Ashley Furniture store and purchased the exact same set for $4,700. The moral of the story: avoid Ashley Furniture stores in Copperas Cove, Killeen, and Heights. Look farther south for better service and honest pricing.

My husband and I had a really bad experience at a different furniture store so we left and called the Ashley store on ws young where we had looked previous on weekend at a dining set that was for sale. We were told it was still available and we were on our way. Walter Blackwell greeted us as we entered store and from then on he was so courteous and accomadating. He really cared and was very friendly and helpful. We made our purchase and was even able to have delivered next day. Sandra the owner was great also. I had a delivery from Ashley's delivered by John and Rossie. They were very professional - excellent customer service.

I just had my new dining set and island chairs by John and Rossie and I’m grateful for their professionalism and attention to detail. They also game be a $100 discount coupon that I will use for the recliner I want. As for the dining set, Ashley Homestore of Killeen gave us a great deal that was hard to pass. The whole set, including the buffet, is beautiful, sturdy, heavy and built to last. Finally, other furniture stores couldn’t tell us exactly when they could deliver the set, but Ashley Homestore did and actually delivered ahead of the stated date. We still have ways to go with the decor of the dining room, but at least we have a big table and chairs for the Thanksgiving meal.

I would like to give Wendy Martin a big thank you for her knowledge and help on picking out a living room set. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I plan to use this Ashley store in the future due to the great service from Wendy. The service from sales to delivery was OUTSTANDING. Again thank you!

Extremely poor quality. My bed frane lasted less than 18 months and when I told them they should fix it they told me I had to bring it to their other location in Killeen. Not to mention the predatory lending, which fortunately I didn’t fall for. One of the managers will try to even use his dead child as a sob story to get you to sign the papers. Never again. I ordered a bed frame for $100 off of amazon that was better than the $2000+ piece of garbage they sold me.

My husband and I had several great experiences with the Copperas Cove store. Amber, the sales associate, was very attentive, helpful and friendly with each visit to the store. We took a lot of Amber's time with the first couch shopping visit. Amber told us about fabrics, different styles, etc. We picked a couch set and went home to measure, only to find they weren't going to fit. This did not slow Amber with her help. We proceeded to get a sectional couch that fits due to Amber's help with piecing together sections. Last visit we got a table and chairs, floor model, and ALL the employees helped carry chairs and the table to our truck. I am only saddened by the fact that I currently don't need anymore furniture. I may just have to drop by to day high to the wonderful folks. Thank you all and thank you Amber! OH and we love the furniture too, we couldn't be happier. Great quality!

THANK YOU JOHN AND TONY! John and Tony were very pleasant, and not at all pushy. They allowed us to tour their store at our leisure, and if we had concerns they were right there to address them. The prices were very reasonable, exactly what they were priced as on their website! Another Ashley Furniture Outlet priced their pieces at almost $500 more than the online price. We can’t wait for our furniture to be delivered! Especially our “hi-tech” mattress and frame (lol). The head and feet incline, as well as a soothing vibration, and a dim light underneath to help guide us if we get out of our bed during the night, and many more functions. Also, for a minimal fee they will not only deliver our furniture, they assemble it as well! That was a big plus for my husband, because he wasn’t looking forward to assembling everything, especially our large entertainment center! Thank You Ashley Furniture in COPPERAS COVE, TX. Yesterday my husband and I went into the store for an adjustable bed base, Wendy helped us and it was good until my husband wrote out the delivery address. My husband doesn't have the best handing writing and she couldn't read what he wrote so he had me redo it and that's when she said "yeah it doesn't look she used her feet to write it". That was so rude and unnecessary. The lady that checked out out was amazing. But not Wendy.

The customer service was terrible..They got the wrong color for the dinner table and didn't even want to acknowledge the inconvenience they caused..They attempted to give me another table in its place asking me to pay the difference..I declined for obvious reasons.They told me I can wait another 3 weeks for the table to come back from the factory or get a refund...Never once apologized just had a take it or leave it attitude..The fact that it's on w.s young which is right by rancier (The hood) that's exactly how they treated me.. Pretty sure if I were in a different part of town the customer service would have been different!!

Never again. Save your money.
