When I enter into Ashley on9 /24/24 around 10am, I was greeted by Tracey she was a breath of fresh air. Her smile to her conversation and her patience was top tier ... Now let's talk about Anna she helped with the finance part was awesome, as well breath of fresh air. The atmosphere at this store speaks volume about it being family oriented. Dally swoop in help my partner with is finance, she was sweet and patient and was able to get best the financial assistance. Be careful with the sales people at this store-especially Keith and the manager! Both are very deceptive and will work to pretend you’re getting a deal until your items show and you realize some were deceptively taken off the deal. Terrible people and customers should be very careful!

Our sales person was Julio Ramirez. He was a really nice guy, and got my wife and I a great deal. Delivery time is about 7-10 days, if in stock. All of the staff were very professional and pleasant, but Julio answered every question we had about certain furniture sets and was very knowledgeable about the stores stock. They also have various payment plans and will try to work with you on those payment options.

But with the help of Hayden, Fernando and Anna I was able to furnish my father’s entire 2 bed room apartment at an amazing price! They were even able to offer delivery and assemble services in just under 2 days making the job 1000x’s easier for my disabled father. I could not have been happier. My mom said it is worth the extra cost..so she's happy. Im frustrated for her though. We found a desk for 800 something and a chair...their price for the chair as $400 with no wiggle room. So she bought the desk and a warranty for $99. Get home, same desk is $650 online, with option for a 5 year warranty. That chair is online for $200. Both can be delivered home free. 🤷. She spent $200 more than necessary on the desk.... and bought the chair online...but y'all stayed 23 minutes late for the sale and are family owned so its worth it to her. Then the truck arrives super early today with no notice. I'm asked to move my truck. Sure...I've done it for other moving companies..they worry about getting near the truck..nope..they backed that big ole semi into my drive way. Not one other furniture company has done that. The salesman was nice...but the business was not good in my opinion.

Started my day trying to get my furniture for my new home, i went to 5 different places and they weren't working for me since I would've had to wait 1week to a month for delivery and pay a delivery fee. But when I went to Ashley, and Keith received me and my family in, my first question to him was "when will I get my furniture" and he replied " I have everything in stock and u will pay no delivery fee and get it as soon as tm". This gentleman gave me a great service and got me a out of word deal for all my furniture, gave me time for me and mi family to decide and told me all the little tips to get better cuality and better price. Today we went in to look for a couch and came out with an entire living room set! Kyle helped us find the right Furnture for our family, even though we really weren't sure if we would qualify for the financing. We looked at multiple options but kept coming back to the same set we had our eye on. Once we got approved for financing Beatrice was able to help us get all the paper work together and set up when we will get our new furniture delivered. We are so happy with how this visit went and how kind everyone was to us and our crazy one year old being noisey and walking around the store when she didn't wanna be held. We will definitely be coming back!

Staff didn’t seem interested in helping. Was chewing her gum and looking at me like I didn’t speak English. Had to ask other workers the questions I ask. She wasn’t knowledgeable at all. We ordered a king size bed on July 2 and was promised to get it by July 13. We had to call because no update was given to us and we were now told it was arriving on July 22. Once again, no one called us so we had to call and again they changed the date to August 1. It's August 3 and still nothing. Customer service has not been helpful at all. They told us they were going to keep us updated and they have not. Do not buy from Ashley if you need the furniture, you will get it 3 months later. Will not be purchasing any here again. Not recommend.
I bought a leather couch and two reclining chairs that were supposed to be real high quality leather. But all of them started peeling after just a year . This was from the South Austin Tx store .I also bought a bedroom set and it had chips on the wood .Just not quality made furniture from this company. Be careful what you buy from them . Good luck 🍀.

This store has the rudest people that can’t even let you get in the door and interrupt you every second while you are speaking to each other. Then get rude when you say something to them about them butting in. My husband got upset and kind of lost his cool and called the lady a Karen. She got mouthy and was like wow just rude and as I was walking out kept mouthing to me about him. I told her to leave me alone and stop but she kept on which in turn made him mad again. So irritating that people can be that rude and pushy and expect people to just take it. You either way to sell merchandise or you don’t. We don’t have to have a babysitter looking around. Especially would never use her. Yes my husband was out of line but she kicked it all off with her mouth. I will never shop in the killeen stores.
We bought a dining table and chairs in May 2021. At the time we purchased them, we were told the table was in stock but the chairs would take 6 weeks. We were okay with waiting 6 weeks for the chairs. After 6 weeks of waiting, we called and were told our chairs were not coming for another 6 weeks. After another 6 weeks, we were told it would be another 6 weeks. 6 weeks later, we were told our chairs would not be available until April 2022, almost a year after they were originally purchased. We called again recently to check on the status of our chairs and were told they won’t be here until May 2022. At no point did the store reach out to tell us our chairs were delayed. We had to call every time. If we had known it would take this long, we wouldn’t have bought this dining room set. The only thing they’ve offered to do for us is to exchange the chairs we bought for chairs that don’t match the table we have. If you actually want to get the furniture you buy, don’t buy from this store or any Ashley Furniture store.
Well, what can we say, we found a ton of furniture for our new house, spent a small fortune, and the staff were great and gave us discounts and freebies without us asking. Will definitely go here first when looking for furniture in the future.
I Went to three Ashley stores, big lots, rooms,-to-go, and others.. This was the best i found for the price i was looking for. The salesman was no pressure, let me look around with no bother, and no hovering lol! When i found what i wanted he gave me a great price! Even though i was hesitant he said go relax take your time think about it..which was nice! Some pieces were out of stock and on back order, the salesman(Keith) called to other stores and found them for me. I was leaving in two days for block leave and he took the extra effort, made more phone calls to not only find the pieces but also too get me next day delivery!.Ask for " Keith" ! He will take care of you. Delivery went well, drivers courteous and professional. Lights and rug are from Walmart and bench from PX Exchange

Please save yourself the trouble of buying furniture here! I bought a sectional in May and the pillows are different sizes! One is fluffy one is half filled! Contacted the store and they said someone would call...never happened. Received the bill and attempted to pay...THEY HAVE NO RECORD! I've called twice, no luck! Tried chatting and they don't understand plain english. I have been on hold at Synchrony for 35 minutes and thirty seconds and no one has come back on the line! WHERE IS AMERICAN FURNITURE WAREHOUSE when you need them. Never ever again will i buy ANYTHING. Also they are franchised so no one takes responsibility for their actions! Sectional pillows doesn't fit together. what did they do? Sent me filler for the pillows? ugh

This place has the worst customer service! I bought a bedroom suit that was delivered July 17th that I can't use! They delivered two of the same side bed rails, and all the drawers are jacked up and do not work properly. They did send a repair guy out and all he did was take pictures and say the furniture was messed up. No call back after. I have called 4 times and even gone to the store. I was just there yesterday and spoke to some guy named Cody who was not interested in listening nor did he offer me any suggestions. Evidently no one has authority to make any decisions but the owner, but guess what; you can't talk to her. Do not waste your time or money! I guess I can continue to sleep on my sofa.
Purchased a sofa on July 18 and was told it was available on July 25th. I called to ask what was going on late on the 25th to see if I could set up a delivery time, but was told it could be another week until it arrived. Had I known that from the beginning I would have gone to Rooms-To-Go or another furniture store to get a sofa. I called this past week to ask what was going on, because I spent MY money for a service and the associate gave me attitude for no reason at all and hung up on me. I wish that they would at least communicate to people who have spent their money on a service if the item they ordered is delayed, but that is too much to ask. I will be hard pressed to ever shop at Ashley Furniture again.
Yesterday I went to 5 different furniture stores trying to find chairs for a kitchen table. Not one single place would allow me to get them that day and said I would have to wait 2-3 weeks to get them. Rodney (the sales guy) helped me find some and then spoke to the other Rodney to see if I could leave with them. Not only did they allow me to take them they loaded them in my car. They were so professional, kind, understanding, and most of all helpful! This is my first time ever purchasing from this store, but will be the only one I ever do from here on out.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I bought a couch set a week ago. The sales lady said the couch set we wanted to purchase had a power feature and when it got delivered it didn't. So we called the store and the sale lady laughed about it and then we asked to talk to the manager and he said the owner wouldn't honor the miscommunication in pricing. I very upset about all this and I won't be going back.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. We will never buy any furniture from Ashley HomeStore again. We purchased a couch and loveseat set back in February. Paid good money for it. We have had NOTHING but issues with the quality and integrity of the furniture since we bought it. We have had their Service Department come out to our house at least 5 times now to inspect the damage and to pick up and drop off the couch. Good thing we have insurance on it all...poor quality to begin with and their repairs aren't any better. Just today, for example. They dropped off the couch as the last time they took it to perform repairs, they delivered it and broke the arm of the couch bringing it in the house. So they came, picked it up, and fixed that. When they brought it back today, they tore the fabric and damaged the door frame of our front door. So completely done with them. I wish I could just get our freaking money back and go elsewhere.
Friendly people, but do not buy the protection plan it is a waste of money!they will tell you it covers everything even down to pets but wont give the specifics so buy at your own risk. As for me I wont be coming here again.
Great Customer service.
I had ordered several pieces of furniture and paid for delivery. When it came time for delivery, the truck arrived with the furnture pre assembled but two had severe chips, stains, and scratches. Some exposing bare wood. They did make a effort to expedite a fix and the next day they attempted to deliver a second time. This second time, coming preassembled, one piece was in decent shape but the second remained damaged. The best answer I got for a fix was wait another week or take a show room with 100 dollars off. They did waive the delivery fee, which in the scheme of things was not that much compared to the cost of the furniture. I ended up canceling because it never should have gotten that far.

The best customer service!!! Every single worker in there was beyond friendly and attentive. Husband and I went in kind of late to look for couches and dining table. Got an amazing deal on all of that!!! I am beyond in love with my furniture. Not to forget the delivery men, they were just as amazing. Kind and very great at their job. 10/10 best furniture store ever!!!
