Extremely disappointed in Ashley Furniture. I paid in full for a couch, but the delivery team refused to bring it inside because we asked them to wear shoe covers and avoid damaging our walls—both of which were communicated in advance. They brought the couch in, then took it back to the truck and left. When I called the store manager, they laughed at me and were completely unhelpful. Definition of theft. The item was fully paid for, brought in my residence and then taken without my permission, with the intention to deprive the owner (myself) use/possession. The store manager then advised they don’t wear shoes covers, which they advised they did previously and they don’t deliver even small couches to rooms, which they advised they did previously. The manager then advised if I wanted a refund I needed to give my full card number over the phone or drive back into Killeen .
If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid in full for a couch from Ashley Furniture, only to have the delivery team show up and refuse to complete the delivery because we asked them to follow two simple, reasonable house rules: wear shoe covers in our no-shoes home and be careful not to damage our walls or Durango door. These expectations were clearly communicated before the delivery date. Instead, they brought the couch into the house, then turned around, took it back to the truck, and left—without any explanation. The couch was paid for in full, yet they left with it. When I called the store manager to report the situation, I was met with laughter and complete disrespect. The manager was dismissive, unhelpful, and extremely difficult to deal with—as if I was the problem for wanting basic professionalism and respect for my home. For the record, in the state of Texas, taking full payment for a product and refusing to deliver it without cause can be considered theft. Ashley Furniture is now in possession of property that legally belongs to me. This is beyond poor customer service—it's unethical. I strongly advise anyone considering buying from Ashley Furniture to think twice. This experience was a nightmare.

We love our local Ashley’s and surrounding locations. Tracy at the Copperas cove location is so very helpful and kind. Carlos, Tracy, and Kayce were absolutely awesome at the Highway Ashley Furniture store in Killeen, TX! They got us the dining room table and chair set we wanted WAY below the advertised price. We saved enough to get delivery and the extra chairs we wanted. We have shopped here before for our living room furniture and this is always the first place we stop and always ends up being the last because no one is doing it better at a better price.

They got me good. I’m assuming all these people left reviews after they got home from the store, because down the line, this is the kind of product they sell you. Bought in mid 2022, by January this is what it looked like, and they told me that I had to bring it back to another location to get it fixed. I have 3 herniated disks. Moving a large bed isn’t happening. I just got off the phone for the nth time and I’m done. They won. They got me. I give up. $2500 down the drain. Don’t let this happen to you. Tracy was the one who sold me this garbage.

Okay so I came into this location looking for a living room and bed room set. My sales person Keith was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to answer all my question and was very thorough. He made sure I got the best deals and he took his time breaking down price details and explaining everything to me. I was able to walk out with a whole entire bed room set plus mattress and box spring and a brand new sectional couch that I’ve dream off. With guaranteed delivery the same day. Our sales person was Julio Ramirez. He was a really nice guy, and got my wife and I a great deal. Delivery time is about 7-10 days, if in stock. All of the staff were very professional and pleasant, but Julio answered every question we had about certain furniture sets and was very knowledgeable about the stores stock. They also have various payment plans and will try to work with you on those payment options.

But with the help of Hayden, Fernando and Anna I was able to furnish my father’s entire 2 bed room apartment at an amazing price! I mean we got a bedroom set (bed frame, mattress, dresser, mirror, nightstand), center table, coffee table, and even a recliner. They were even able to offer delivery and assemble services in just under 2 days making the job 1000x’s easier for my disabled father. I could not have been happier. My mom said it is worth the extra cost..so she's happy. Im frustrated for her though. We found a desk for 800 something and a chair...their price for the chair as $400 with no wiggle room. So she bought the desk and a warranty for $99. Get home, same desk is $650 online, with option for a 5 year warranty. That chair is online for $200. Both can be delivered home free. 🤷. She spent $200 more than necessary on the desk.... and bought the chair online...but y'all stayed 23 minutes late for the sale and are family owned so its worth it to her. Then the truck arrives super early today with no notice. I'm asked to move my truck. Sure...I've done it for other moving companies..they worry about getting near the truck..nope..they backed that big ole semi into my drive way. Not one other furniture company has done that. The salesman was nice...but the business was not good in my opinion.

Started my day trying to get my furniture for my new home, i went to 5 different places and they weren't working for me since I would've had to wait 1week to a month for delivery and pay a delivery fee. But when I went to Ashley, and Keith received me and my family in, my first question to him was "when will I get my furniture" and he replied " I have everything in stock and u will pay no delivery fee and get it as soon as tm". This gentleman gave me a great service and got me a out of word deal for all my furniture, gave me time for me and mi family to decide and told me all the little tips to get better cuality and better price. Today we went in to look for a couch and came out with an entire living room set! Kyle helped us find the right Furnture for our family, even though we really weren't sure if we would qualify for the financing. We looked at multiple options but kept coming back to the same set we had our eye on. Once we got approved for financing Beatrice was able to help us get all the paper work together and set up when we will get our new furniture delivered. We are so happy with how this visit went and how kind everyone was to us and our crazy one year old being noisey and walking around the store when she didn't wanna be held. We will definitely be coming back!

Staff didn’t seem interested in helping. Was chewing her gum and looking at me like I didn’t speak English. Had to ask other workers the questions I ask. She wasn’t knowledgeable at all. Walked a mile ahead of me and not hearing a word I said while following her to the back of the store. Store is very crowded with furniture and very unwelcoming.

We ordered a king size bed on July 2 and was promised to get it by July 13. We had to call because no update was given to us and we were now told it was arriving on July 22. Once again, no one called us so we had to call and again they changed the date to August 1. It's August 3 and still nothing. Customer service has not been helpful at all. They told us they were going to keep us updated and they have not. Do not buy from Ashley if you need the furniture, you will get it 3 months later. Will not be purchasing any here again. Not recommend.
I bought a leather couch and two reclining chairs that were supposed to be real high quality leather. But all of them started peeling after just a year . This was from the South Austin Tx store .I also bought a bedroom set and it had chips on the wood .Just not quality made furniture from this company. Be careful what you buy from them . Good luck 🍀.

We bought a dining table and chairs in May 2021. At the time we purchased them, we were told the table was in stock but the chairs would take 6 weeks. We were okay with waiting 6 weeks for the chairs. After 6 weeks of waiting, we called and were told our chairs were not coming for another 6 weeks. After another 6 weeks, we were told it would be another 6 weeks. 6 weeks later, we were told our chairs would not be available until April 2022, almost a year after they were originally purchased. We called again recently to check on the status of our chairs and were told they won’t be here until May 2022. At no point did the store reach out to tell us our chairs were delayed. We had to call every time. If we had known it would take this long, we wouldn’t have bought this dining room set. The only thing they’ve offered to do for us is to exchange the chairs we bought for chairs that don’t match the table we have. If you actually want to get the furniture you buy, don’t buy from this store or any Ashley Furniture store.
Well, what can we say, we found a ton of furniture for our new house, spent a small fortune, and the staff were great and gave us discounts and freebies without us asking. Will definitely go here first when looking for furniture in the future.
I Went to three Ashley stores, big lots, rooms,-to-go, and others.. This was the best i found for the price i was looking for. The salesman was no pressure, let me look around with no bother, and no hovering lol! When i found what i wanted he gave me a great price! Even though i was hesitant he said go relax take your time think about it..which was nice! Some pieces were out of stock and on back order, the salesman(Keith) called to other stores and found them for me. I was leaving in two days for block leave and he took the extra effort, made more phone calls to not only find the pieces but also too get me next day delivery!.Ask for " Keith" ! He will take care of you. Delivery went well, drivers courteous and professional. Lights and rug are from Walmart and bench from PX Exchange

Please save yourself the trouble of buying furniture here! I bought a sectional in May and the pillows are different sizes! One is fluffy one is half filled! Contacted the store and they said someone would call...never happened. Received the bill and attempted to pay...THEY HAVE NO RECORD! I've called twice, no luck! Tried chatting and they don't understand plain english. I have been on hold at Synchrony for 35 minutes and thirty seconds and no one has come back on the line! WHERE IS AMERICAN FURNITURE WAREHOUSE when you need them. Never ever again will i buy ANYTHING. Also they are franchised so no one takes responsibility for their actions! Sectional pillows doesn't fit together. what did they do? Sent me filler for the pillows? ugh

This place has the worst customer service! I bought a bedroom suit that was delivered July 17th that I can't use! They delivered two of the same side bed rails, and all the drawers are jacked up and do not work properly. They did send a repair guy out and all he did was take pictures and say the furniture was messed up. No call back after. I have called 4 times and even gone to the store. I was just there yesterday and spoke to some guy named Cody who was not interested in listening nor did he offer me any suggestions. Evidently no one has authority to make any decisions but the owner, but guess what; you can't talk to her. Do not waste your time or money! I guess I can continue to sleep on my sofa.
Purchased a sofa on July 18 and was told it was available on July 25th. I called to ask what was going on late on the 25th to see if I could set up a delivery time, but was told it could be another week until it arrived. Had I known that from the beginning I would have gone to Rooms-To-Go or another furniture store to get a sofa. I called this past week to ask what was going on, because I spent MY money for a service and the associate gave me attitude for no reason at all and hung up on me. I wish that they would at least communicate to people who have spent their money on a service if the item they ordered is delayed, but that is too much to ask. I will be hard pressed to ever shop at Ashley Furniture again.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I bought a couch set a week ago. The sales lady said the couch set we wanted to purchase had a power feature and when it got delivered it didn't. So we called the store and the sale lady laughed about it and then we asked to talk to the manager and he said the owner wouldn't honor the miscommunication in pricing. I very upset about all this and I won't be going back.

Great Customer service.
I had ordered several pieces of furniture and paid for delivery. When it came time for delivery, the truck arrived with the furnture pre assembled but two had severe chips, stains, and scratches. Some exposing bare wood. They did make a effort to expedite a fix and the next day they attempted to deliver a second time. This second time, coming preassembled, one piece was in decent shape but the second remained damaged. The best answer I got for a fix was wait another week or take a show room with 100 dollars off. They did waive the delivery fee, which in the scheme of things was not that much compared to the cost of the furniture. I ended up canceling because it never should have gotten that far.

Quality of furniture is mediocre at best, and it is absolutely overpriced for what you're getting. Nothing special about their Ashley stores or the Ashley Outlet in Killeen. You would think their Outlet store would have lower prices, but, it doesn't. Not impressed with them at all. You can do better elsewhere. Save your time and money.

Got an amazing deal on all of that!!! I am beyond in love with my furniture. Not to forget the delivery men, they were just as amazing. Ordered a couch and not only do I not get a phone call that it will be late , I call them and find out it won't be here for 5 days after it was supposed to come. Why even sign a contract or shake a hand these days when they can't deliver ok time , not just a matter of one or two days but 5 days is ridiculous all the while I have no couch to sit on and an empty living room. Maybe going to there competitors would be a better choice next time , perhaps they will take punctuality more serious when it comes to customer satisfaction , or at least a courtesy call for starters.

I didn't purchase furniture from here, but my neighbor did, and the employees who moved the furniture into the apartment left all there trash in front of my apartment. Styrofoam, cardboard, and plastic are scattered all in front of my lawn, and there's even a dumpster around one hundred feet away! And to make matters worse, when I called the warehouse manager he hung up on me after I told him my complaint! When I'm in the market for furniture I'll dumpster dive before I go to this place!

So much more than a furniture store. Have made purchases with them before , the furniture is good but the customer service is fantastic.

Sales staff was pretty pushy and the prices are steep. Delivery charge after you spend thousands seems rediculous. I would rather order online with free shipping.
Saleswoman was very nice and so friendly. She went above and beyond helping us to select a mattress for our bed. ReGina Walker really knows how to helpful and treat a customer. She was great and had a wonderful attitude. My husband and I really liked her. Just a great sales person. I really love shopping at this store and will continue to buy more furniture here for my home. Love this furniture store!!!!

I recently bought a new house and needed furniture for three rooms, I knew I had to spend some money just didn't want to feel pressured into anything... Tatjana Gibbs was my sales rep, she walked with me around that whole store multiple times. She ran numbers for me on almost half the furniture in the store, but never did she try to pressure me, she was honest, nice attitude. I will definitely come back to the Ashley's in Temple as long as she's there!!!

We had a wonderful experience in this store. My husband is disabled, and walking those large stores is an effort for him. We really dreaded the whole extensive shopping-for-a-bed adventure.We were met by April. She treated us like family, listened, and obviously understood our requirements immediately, because she led us straight to the bed that we ended up purchasing. How often do you come across a salesperson who can immediately show you what you want out of a selection of 30 similar items or more? It cannot get more perfect! Thank you April. We had a great time!

Lewis was extremely helpful and kind to us during our purchase last month. We also appreciated the assistance from the manager Keith as well. They never pressured us, and understood the commitment and undertaking it is to furnish an entire home. They always steered us to the right choices for us and what we were looking for, not furniture with the highest price-tag. Keith was knowledgeable about structural integrity and design of the pieces, and really put our mind at ease when making purchases we intend to keep for years to come. They got me, recently purchased a livingroom suit for $2800....a week later at a different store we saw the same set plus a table and 2 end tables for $2100...we re-engaged the original store about the price difference we were told the $700 difference was taxes and there was nothing they could do...SERIOUSLY!!!.....I feel Ashley's Furniture are some shisty folks

The lady (AMB) at Kids store knows very little about the things she is selling: the prices of different combinations, the requirements of mattress foundations or not, etc. Above all, she is not considerable to customer's need.
i have to say kevin, who is an associate at this location was extremely helpful and truthful to us. he helped us find what we were looking for. as well as getting the closest we wanted for the budget we wanted to spend. i would give 5 stars but i am only giving four stars for the fact that both kevin and the gentleman who checked us out said we were getting our bedroom set the next day. on the day of delivery they called us to confirm the delivery date of two days late which was not mentioned. only trouble i find is they called us to confirm a date to deliver late in the day (which was not mentioned or even agreed upon) for three days later. i see that as trying to get out of delivering upon a date mentioned so that they can take care of later. other than that i would recommend buying furniture here just make sure they understand the date of deliver to uphold
Just left Ashleys with 4800 in furniture. Jesus and georgetta are absolutely phenomenal. They were extremely friendly and they did everything they could for us (which was alot) if you're in or close to Killeen I definitely recommend coming to this store

Had a great experience, I found all the furniture that I needed, and the staff have been very helpful when it came to choosing the products that are suited to my demands. The delivery of the purchased furniture was accomplished with an excellent professional staff, and done in a very short period of time after the purchase. I will definitely come back to the store if any future furniture are needed to be purchased for my house.
