Amazing customer service from finish to end. Came in yesterday to make some purchases and Tracy went above and beyond with the whole process. Came in today again and purchased a some more items and once again Tracy was terrific and Kacey also was amazing in helping finalizing everything.

By far my favorite location!!! Tracy was the best!! Loved how well she was able to dial down what we needed & get our purchases complete in a timely matter. Very nice people and I'm very satisfied with my purchase of a couch. However, I really wish before your finance they inform you of the HARD credit inquiry. I ended up not financing and just bought it out of pocket but before I made that decision, they had already talked to Wells Fargo (who weirdly declined me even though my credit score is over 800 🤔, maybe the racism rumors are true about them). Turns out it was a hard inquiry instead of a soft. Which means at least 5 points came off my credit score. Also, hard inquires stay on your credit for 12 months and you don't want to have too many of those on your credit, especially within a year. So that kind of screws me if I actually need to finance a major purchase like a car ect....I feel robbed because of that.

Roy, one of the staff members, was very helpful and showed me around. Much more affordable furniture but not as big or as "fancy" as a regular Ashley Furniture store. Worth the visit if you're on a budget or furnishing a smaller place.

Bought cash and carry. Then they called back and said dont worry all boxed up for you. Loaded in truck and took off and said take floor model. I told them i did not bring anything because they said its in a box. Well i drove 3 hours one way to buy it. Then told by staff the female owner never talks to customers. We are beneath her. Well this was worst experience. Regina sale person was loke oh well.owner iais disgrace
