I spoke to Luis, who I believe is the store manager and he went out of his way to make sure my issue was fixed. Luis was able to deliver a display couch to my house, while I waited for a new couch. In about two weeks Luis delivered the new couch without any damage. Even though there was a three month delay on the couch, I was very happy with the service Luis gave me. I have worked in sales before and can tell Luis is an excellent manager.

Sales team has no idea what they are doing. We placed an order for a cal king bed. On the first order they put the bed and mattress no frame. They didn't even offer us the frames available till I saw the order. We had to redo the order to add the floor frame. Then the order had only one box spring cal kings require two something the sales reps should know. The frame we ordered is specially made and it was not ordered correctly. As of today 3/26 still no bed and the frame had to be reordered again to the correct size adding another 10 to 15 days for it to just ship. The Laredo locations are locally owned its not corporate, they have no general manager no district manager no customer service line no complaint line nothing. Absolutely nothing is good about this place. The best person was April and she works with the finance portion and is not even employed by Ashley. She did a better job than anyone else. We went with Ashley's because they seemed to have a better service than other places. Sure a little more pricey by like 100$ but we decided it was good. Well it was not. Never again buying anything from Ashley's and the San Dario location. Maybe we will see how the outlet location is. If I could rate 0 stars u would have. All this has been going on since March 3rd. Almost a month with issues. Everyone be careful when buying here can't trust them to do things right.

11/08/20 Went to store to order a living room set and paid in full. Was hoping for Christmas delivery but I wouldn't get it till after the holidays. January came and went February came and got the run around. March rolls in and finally I get someone and they say" it's gonna be another month for the couch to arrive and a week more for the love seat ". Not even a sorry or an explanation why this happened. So I canceled my order and had to wait for my money. Isn't that funny...

Today, March 9, 2021 at approximately 1:30 p.m. I went to the Laredo, TX Ashley store to make a purchase (my first visit to the store). I walked in the door and saw several employees that didn’t appear to be busy but none of them approached me. I walked the entirety of the store three times, but no one even bothered to ask what I was looking for. I literally was there to spend money, but they didn’t seem interested in taking it. Beside me, there was only one other customer (a couple) in this very large store. Apparently Ashley HomeStore in Laredo does not need business very badly. After about 20 minutes in the store I left and am writing this review in the parking lot. Do not give this arrogant company your business, much less your time.
