Be very aware of the return policy when purchasing from this company! This is more of a corporate issue than a local issue, but nonetheless its ridiculous. I had couches delivered 9 days ago and they look way too big for the space than I thought they would after measuring. I called to return them, and was told because its been over three days returns aren't applicable. Needless to say I will not be purchasing anything from this company ever again.

My sales person tried to take care of me but the rest including management set and would not even stay to talk to me. I drees comfortable because I can you just cost your company a sale wow must be nice to I judge a book by its cover what's that pay 0 I want be back

Very friendly, helpful & accommodating

I bought a couch from Ashley about 7 months ago. They are fixing to put the third set of cushions on the recliners counting the original set. I asked them about trading this in on something else and was told that they couldn't do that. So I ask them were they going to just keep putting cushions on it and they said yes. The cushions almost immediately flatten. It has to be the most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on and laying down on it is not even an option. I will keep it until my warranty is up and have it hauled off and buy one from somewhere else. Update: I called and was told since the third set of cushions were already sent to me then let them be put on and see what happens. I had the third set put on Friday 1/9. It took less than 3 hours for them to go flat. They are nothing more than a soft piece of foam. So once again I am sitting on a flattened cushion. I'm not really sure what made Ashley think the third set was going to be any different. 2nd update: After calling Ashley about this latest set of cushions they made the decision to let me get a new couch. I was called by the store to come pick something out. I went down and got something totally different. I knew it was more than the first one so I paid the difference and they are delivering it tomorrow and picking this one up. So I wanted to make things right and let everyone know Ashley's also made things right. Thank you Ashley. Well I can only say do not ever buy anything from Ashley. I still after all this time do not have my new couch and all I get are runarounds. Once again I have been put off and will not get my couch tomorrow as promised once again.

My mother in law bought a couch with recliners less than a year ago. She’s fixing to have the third set of cushions on this couch. No children or pets in this home. One senior female. They refuse to do anything but replace cushions. This is not acceptable. I won’t recommend anyone to buy something from any Ashley’s. They should be ashamed of treating customers this way.

We needed a new Bed for our river house and did not understand the huge amounts of firmnesses and what they do. We luckily were met by Michael when we entered. He is a Tempur-pedic expert. We Described what we were looking for and he walked us right to the series we bought. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Explained exactly why you feel what you feel when you lay on one. Not pushy. Highly recommend. Our usual experiences when we need assistance is we get someone who just finished training and knows nothing. Our whole experience took about 30 minutes and done. Really pleased.

We walked in the store and were greeted by the manager who told us the salesmen were busy and not available- just look around- and then he left us standing there. My mother is 93 and uses a walker. It was extremely tiring for her to try to follow me around the store while I looked for what we came to purchase. We finally found everything we were going to buy and I left her sitting on a mattress while I looked for a salesman. I saw someone with an iPad across the store. I caught his attention and I asked, “Are you working?” His reply was, “Yes, and there’s only 2 of us.” I had taken pictures of the tags on the furniture we wanted to purchase. He wrote up the ticket. The manager was required to complete our transaction. He seemed very flustered, like he wasn’t sure of the procedure. We finally got our receipt and left. It was an exhausting experience. If we didn’t need to get a matching dresser or chest of drawers still, we would not go back.

Great store, lots of options. The sales associate, Bryce Caraway, was super helpful, stayed out of our way while we were browsing, and came to assist the instant we were ready. He noted all of our selections and gave us a good price. I had a very good experience here. Highly recommend.

We went to this store hoping to buy a new couch for our game room. We were aware of the promotion for the 60 month financing, and that the total needed to be $1999 or more according to their flyer. However, on the signs posted by the items, it stated that the couch we were looking at qualified for the 60 month financing at $1899 dollars. We confirmed this with a sales person, who told us that the item qualified for the financing at the price of $1899 dollars. I applied for the financing based on this information, and was approved. The salesman, after I had already applied for and been approved for their financing, informed us that the item did not qualify for the 60 month financing, and advised we would need to spend an additional $100 dollars. We applied for and opened a line of credit due to a sales representative lying to us, and the manager refused to do anything to assist us, and just stated “It says XYZ on the flyer”. This business practice is immoral, and illegal under federal and state law. I would avoid purchasing any items from this store. We will be following up via corporate, and with an attorney.

Jeff was absolutely wonderful! He was very patient with us as my husband and I made selections. He was very knowledgeable about all of the furniture pieces that captured our attention. This is our first Ashley purchase, so I can't really speak to the furniture, yet. What I can say is that the store had a huge selection of pieces from which to choose. The quality seems to be excellent and durable, and the protection plan is irresistable--5 years with a store credit if you do not use it (let them explain it to you. LOL!) Financing, if you need it, is unlike any that I have seen (in a GOOD way)! We will DEFINITELY return for more pieces in the near future! I have my eye in several.

Found a mattress we wanted. Didn’t have the mattress in stock. The sales rep ordered it for us said it would be in the 19th that’s 18 days we were going to have to wait. They wouldn’t ship it to the store. Had to be shipped to my house with a $99 charge. Went ahead with the transaction. Came home found out ordering online was cheeper and no delivery fee. Canceled the order from the store and ordered it online. The mattress arrived on my door step 2 days later. Would not buy at the store. We saved like $130.00 ordering it online.

i would give them a five star. The customer sales rep at the location was amazing Derek Miller, however its become a nightmare to get the couch to delivered. The date to expect it has went from 7/16/25 to 7/17, 7/18 to now sometime next week. spoke with maria in escalation then to another one that didnt even understand what the sysyem was saying and is now waiting for a call back from warehouse. So who knows when Ill be told it will be here. I have never had such a experience.

My wife and I moved to the area and need furniture for our living room, dining room, and two bedrooms. When we went to this store, our plans were to just get some ideas and check out some other stores. We were greeted by Derrick and he quickly told us their specials and where certain items were located. He left us look around on our own. Once we found the stuff we liked, he went with us to make a list and get us a total. We were never pressured into anything. We were given the price list and went on our way. We didn't look anywhere else as we found everything we wanted and were greatly impressed with the salesman. We came back two weeks later and got with him again to finalize the purchase. He was extremely courteous and helpful. We highly recommend this store.

The customer service so far has been outstanding! I delayed ordering my couch and when I decided to order, it was effortless. I also delayed the delivery so I haven’t received my order yet but if it’s like the service, I’m sure it will be a good experience.

Had a better experience than I expected. I found some furniture I really liked but their prices were high! They have nice sales people and they aren’t pushy. Everything in their store is priced to finance. All tags have a per month price because most people finance their furniture. It was a productive stop to make.

This experience was amazing!! We bought a couch, chaise, and kitchen table with 6 chairs. Trayana was well experienced and questions she was unable to answer she was honest about and seeked assistance from her manager Josh. Sales person ignored me and they direct you to a site to handle any issues and just have you jump through never ending hoops presumably hoping you will just give up. Awful place to do business. He also took the time to educate us on mattresses and the healthy sleep that can be achieved by purchasing the correct mattress. I went in to buy furniture and was directed to "Pre-qualify" for their 0% credit card. I asked the associate Derek if it would be a soft inquiry or a hard inquiry. He assured me it was a soft inquiry only. Lie#1 I decided to pay cash instead of using their card. I bought a leather couch and dining room table and chairs totalling 5,800 dollars. My wife liked 2 pillows and we asked if they would throw those in as a bonus and Derek said yes. Lie#2 I called later that evening to verify those two pillows would be delivered with the couch and dining room table and chairs, again Derek said yes. Lie#3 Items were delivered but no pillows. Then I went back to the store to ask what happened...the manager says they don't throw pillows in as a bonus. Lie#4 I get a notification from my credit monitoring that a new Ashley credit card is open and a hard inquiry on my credit. I asked the manager if this is a mistake and they tell me it will "go away" in two days since I didn't use it. Lie#5 If I could give this place negative stars I would. The management is the worst I've ever seen and the sales associates lie to their customers repeatedly. They just lost a customer for life. I'll take my business elsewhere.

The store was no help. Talked to someone over the delivery guys phone, now he won't call us back and all other phone numbers are maned by robots Absolutely zero customer service after the sale.

I would give less stars if I could! Biggest nightmare ever ordering from Ashley! We order a bed that was in stock only to wait a month and a half for them to finally get us scheduled for delivery. Then didn’t even deliver the bed because somehow we didn’t get on the truck schedule so we rescheduled for a week later for them to not even deliver the entire bed! Forgot to bring a side rail and all the bolts to even put the bed together! Only to be told we would have to purchase another side rail which isn’t the case. Needless to say we still haven’t received the rest of the bed that was “supposed” to be delivered to the store which it was not! So still almost two months and no one can seem to help or even have the slightest clue what is going on!

We went to the Black Friday sale. The salesman “assigned” to us must have just started the job. He wasn’t sure what was on sale and it took quite a while for him to find things. Spent much of the time looking things up on his IPad. Overall, it was a VERY slow process. While I may shop there again, I would be careful and more outspoken about the salespeople helping us.

Super pleased with the Ashley experience. Finally upgraded the bed and joined the Tempurpedic lifestyle. Been sleeping peaceful with the zero gravity which is a wild concept until you experience it. GREAT store customer service! WORST WORST WORST delivery service. I requested morning delivery because we can't in the afternoon. Three weeks in a row they kept kicking us out of the route because (based on what they said) orders are delivered geographically. After three weeks of rescheduling, frustrating robot calls, and texting with nobody knows who, we had to cancel the order because we just got tired of receiving the same answer over and over: "We can reschedule you for the next week." Besides that, they punished us by canceling our previous purchase protection credit. Thier reason: "You are canceling the order; then you don't need your credit." What kind of customer service is that one? Please! So, they don't work for the customer, however, we pay the broken dishes!

This is the best sales service I have had! James Sleight was amazing stayed with us late one night helping us figure out what we wanted went through every detail with us about the furniture and perks. We ended up because it was late finishing up a couple days later. Professional and helpful and Jordan Epperson helped finish up the purchase with James. We were impressed by their knowledge and attention to the details of what we wanted. Thank you James and Jordan for making our experience unforgettable.

Bought new dining table and chairs. Table not level. 3 broken chairs. Have been told it would be repaired and nothing but silence since then. Customer service is horrible. Every time we call they say that it’s been repaired. It has not. They said they would send parts. None received. If I wanted furniture that needs repair I would have bought at a garage sale

Would give them no stars but this was a low as I could go . Was in store to purchase barstools and wife found the ones she liked . Was sold purchased them and payed in full . Looked at bedroom suite and asked if all items were in stock . Was told that all items were in stock at warehouse in Dallas and would not be a problem delivering them no out of stock items . Payed in full for all items . Delivery was scheduled for Friday of following week . Received text that delivery was on schedule . Driver showed up dropped three bar stools off and said that’s all he had . Called store and was told all items were on back order till mid October. I then ask where hardware was at for barstools and was told would receive them in mail. I told them this wouldn’t work and need a refund on money . Was told then would be a week to receive . Save yourself the headache and pain from dealing with this place as lies are plentiful here. Run and don’t look back .

We had ordered a new dining room set June 21st with a promised delivery date of July 9th. After being texted our order wouldn't be in until July 25th we were texted on July 21st thst we would receive only the 4 chairs and the table would arrive in about 2 more weeks. We are extremely dissapointed with Ashley and after buying from them for years we won't be buying from them again.

When it comes to collecting your money they are friendly. When it comes to repairs they can't help you. I truly don't understand these furniture stores. I purchased this table in 2021 and this happened all of a sudden it can't be repaired or replaced for reasons I don't understand. But I have learned my lesson thanks for nothing.

Came in today (Longview TX) to purchase furniture for our whole house, new build. I was greeted by the friendliest salesman Ekko. He treated us like old friends and made my experience (being 7 months pregnant) so enjoyable. I could tell he made everyone else feel that way, because he was highly sought after. However, the manager (I don’t catch his name) was by far the most UNPLEASANT person. When an employee would ask a simple question, he’d speak to them like they were garbage. He actually did this to Ekko during our experience & I was ready to walk. But Ekko held his composure & took the verbal abuse so gracefully. Shame shame SHAME on ANYONE who feels like they have the authority to treat any human that way. I will be back & that is SOLELY due to what a kind friend I made in my salesman Ekko today.

She was went thru patiently three different options In The Chair styles, even moving them across the floor to see if three would fit on each side of table with the leaf out! My husband and I had the best experience at Ashley Furniture in Longview, Texas today. We were looking for a new mattress and bed frame. Our sales representative, Michael Alvarado was phenomenal. He guided us through the world of mattresses with finesse and comedy. We had a ton of questions and he really let us take our time. He was great with our hyperactive 7 year old! He even listened to a few jokes our son told! After we chose our mattress with the bells and whistles, he helped us while we debated what frame to purchase. He was so patient with us as we went back and forth for hours. Anytime we had a question, he was right there with a solid answer. He always made us feel comfortable, but never hovered. We are so happy with our experience, that we will definitely be back! Trust me when I say, ASK FOR MICHEAL!

The instore experience was great and so was Michael. However it has been going on two weeks and I still haven't received my bed. I paid full price for my bed.. over $2,000 and I haven't received anything. I removed my bed from my room under the impression that I was having it delivered by last Friday. I'm currently sleeping on my couch while I'm being given the run around and delays. This is by far the worst experience that I've ever been through with a furniture company. No one has tried to help resolve, compensate, or make anything right. They just took my money and carelessly left me without a bed for two weeks! Never again!

Dealing with Ashley has been a miserable experience for us. We have been waiting for partial deliveries for our sectional for months. Every time we schedule, some random anomaly happens and they force us to reschedule our delivery. At this point, we’re not sure if we’ll ever get the rest of our sectional or not. They’ve cost me vacation and sick days to try and work with their abysmal delivery service.

Mr. ANTHONY was extremely knowledgeable, kind, courteous, best Southern manners, great personality, not pushy and a great sense of humor. Any mother and his bosses should be very proud having him represent their company. Ashley was the first place I went on quest for a bed and chair. Because he was so great I had no desire to look at other furniture stores and was so happy to purchase my furniture from him. Thank you very much Mr Anthony for being so helpful and making it a pleasure to spend so much money.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I felt I was in a used car dealership buying furniture I was lied to every step of the way. From the beginning they tried to push The warranty for the furniture I continued to decline. I don’t believe in purchasing separate warranty. I have had things like this in the past it’s never ever worked plus they quoted me $500 for the warranty for the furniture that I refused. I went ahead and continued to pick out my furniture (making it clear I didn’t want the warranty) they kept telling me that I would get 30% off the total of the furniture, that they’re having a special, then after I picked out everything they said it was gonna be a 500 delivery charge to go 25 miles from the Longview store to Tatum later I found out the furniture is coming from Fort Worth . When you read the fine print, it says it can take anywhere up to 16 weeks and longer to get your furniture. Tate the salesman said we would have it in a week. I said I don’t want to pay $500 for a delivery charge. We canceled most of our order. Because of the high delivery charge. Tate verbally told me he did then he got a phone call in front of my husband and he came back and said you don’t have a delivery charge we took care of it for you, so we said OK that’s fine. We paid the amount that he a sked in cash from a debit card. After we paid, we found out they charged us a $300 delivery fee and a $699.00 warranty fee that we continually said we did not want the product warranty fee. We ended up canceling the whole order because of all of that, and got our money back immediately credited to our debit card. It was the worst experience ever in attempting to buy furniture. We were there well over an hour, and it was lie upon lie that it was told to us until we started reading the fine print and things that were signed, and realizing when we said we didn’t want the warranty, they charged it anyways and it went from 500 to 700 then they charged us a delivery fee that Tate said was taken off once instead of 500 it was taken down to 300 but he said it wouldn’t be charged at all, and it was charged then with all the fine print it we canceled the order. We will never ever return to Ashley ‘s again worst experience ever . The warranty fee and delivery fees were 1000.00 alone not counting furniture expense. Beware of Ashley’s they will slip in added expenses that are half of your bill and you may not know it until after you’ve paid and signed. Make sure you read the fine print and go over your full bill. They will tell you they told you that in order to get the 30% off you had to purchase the warranty that never happened nobody ever told us we had to purchase the warranty in order to get 30% off, my husband and I never purchase a warranty and we told the sales person several times we do not want a warranty. We’re turning it down. Beware be of Ashley‘s furniture in Longview Texas

Movers were great and friendly. Went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with placement of furniture. Sales insides the store were wonderful.

My Dad and I went into the store specifically to buy a dining room table. Derek Anthony was the one who helped us and he was fantastic! He was friendly and knowledgeable and he helped us find what needed, informed us of several other options and helped us order what we wanted (the color we wanted had to be ordered) and all in a very timely manner. The store looked fabulous and inviting too. I will definitely pick this store as my first choice next time.

Derek did a great job of helping us and not pressuring us to make a decision when we first came to look for a new sectional. We left and shopped around at other stores only to come back because what we liked most was at Ashley. Derek was right there to greet and finish the sale and also was very good with our 2 year old son.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Ashley! They price-matched items I found at another location and their delivery price was better than competitor prices. UPDATE: They delivered the wrong items and wouldn’t do a return OR an exchange even when we offered to pay the difference for a more expensive product. We’re stuck with the wrong product. However, we went to the furniture store across the street from Ashley (in Longview) and they were much nicer, easy to work with, and we were able to get exactly what we needed/ wanted. I will never waste money in Ashley Furniture Stores ever again.

Absolutely horrible experience. I have a sofa and loveseat that I purchased from Ashley 6 month ago. I was just sitting on my couch and broke out of nowhere. I contacted Ashleigh about the warranty sent in pictures of the damage and this has been going on for over two months. I still have yet to have my couch fixed at first they told me they would send me a part and I could fix it? I’m a single woman? I am not a couch specialist and sure don’t know how to fix this couch I paid over $2,000 for then I get the part and it’s nowhere near what is broken it’s just a piece of fabric…… Then I contact them again and they tell me they will order the part and have someone come out on February 16th. Well, I received my part in the mail and no one shows up so I contact them again telling them I received the part and they tell me they are ordering more parts for me and someone will contact me to come fix it. This has been going on since right after Christmas and I have yet to get my couch fixed. This is insane. I saved and saved for these couches and i have been able to sit on one in almost 3 months. Everytime I talked to someone at Ashley they had the couch and sofa mixed up and didn’t know what was going on. They need to get it together and fix my couch or just get a new one before it’s been a year and I don’t know any more warranty and I’m stuck with a broken couch.

Tator was very patient with us, listened to what we wanted out of our mattress, and was very thorough with his explanations. I would definitely recommend!

The in store employees were very nice and helpful. Made the purchase for a new couch and loveseat and scheduled delivery for Thursday. Thursday the delivery shows up with only the loveseat. Claimed not to know why, and when I refused to take partial delivery they said someone would be in touch. At about 5pm that night I got a message asking if I wanted to reschedule delivery for that day for both, I said yes, either that day or the following day would be fine. I didn’t receive a response for hours and hours, only to be told they would reschedule it for another week later, still with no explanation of what is going on. Now I’ve talked to machines that are doing their text messaging asking me to reschedule, and it transfers me to agents who aren’t in the same time zone (possibly country) and only want to talk via text, but they take 10-30 minutes to respond to each message. I’ve asked for a refund and cancellation on the machine, to the agent, and in store, and all are telling me they can’t cancel it because the order is “in process”. Please don’t waste your time at the Ashley store in Longview.
