Super pleased with the Ashley experience. Finally upgraded the bed and joined the Tempurpedic lifestyle. Been sleeping peaceful with the zero gravity which is a wild concept until you experience it. Getting cradled like an eight-pound, six-ounce, newborn infant Jesus, who doesn't even know a word yet -- little infant, so cuddly but still omnipotent is the way to go. Treat yourself with some new furniture yall.

GREAT store customer service! WORST WORST WORST delivery service. I requested morning delivery because we can't in the afternoon. Three weeks in a row they kept kicking us out of the route because (based on what they said) orders are delivered geographically. After three weeks of rescheduling, frustrating robot calls, and texting with nobody knows who, we had to cancel the order because we just got tired of receiving the same answer over and over: "We can reschedule you for the next week." Besides that, they punished us by canceling our previous purchase protection credit. Thier reason: "You are canceling the order; then you don't need your credit." What kind of customer service is that one? Please! So, they don't work for the customer, however, we pay the broken dishes!
This is the best sales service I have had! James Sleight was amazing stayed with us late one night helping us figure out what we wanted went through every detail with us about the furniture and perks. We ended up because it was late finishing up a couple days later. Professional and helpful and Jordan Epperson helped finish up the purchase with James. We were impressed by their knowledge and attention to the details of what we wanted. Thank you James and Jordan for making our experience unforgettable.

Bought new dining table and chairs. Table not level. 3 broken chairs. Have been told it would be repaired and nothing but silence since then. Customer service is horrible. Every time we call they say that it’s been repaired. It has not. They said they would send parts. None received. If I wanted furniture that needs repair I would have bought at a garage sale

Would give them no stars but this was a low as I could go . Was in store to purchase barstools and wife found the ones she liked . Was sold purchased them and payed in full . Looked at bedroom suite and asked if all items were in stock . Was told that all items were in stock at warehouse in Dallas and would not be a problem delivering them no out of stock items . Payed in full for all items . Delivery was scheduled for Friday of following week . Received text that delivery was on schedule . Driver showed up dropped three bar stools off and said that’s all he had . Called store and was told all items were on back order till mid October. I then ask where hardware was at for barstools and was told would receive them in mail. I told them this wouldn’t work and need a refund on money . Was told then would be a week to receive . Save yourself the headache and pain from dealing with this place as lies are plentiful here. Run and don’t look back .

We had ordered a new dining room set June 21st with a promised delivery date of July 9th. After being texted our order wouldn't be in until July 25th we were texted on July 21st thst we would receive only the 4 chairs and the table would arrive in about 2 more weeks. We are extremely dissapointed with Ashley and after buying from them for years we won't be buying from them again.

When it comes to collecting your money they are friendly. When it comes to repairs they can't help you. I truly don't understand these furniture stores. I purchased this table in 2021 and this happened all of a sudden it can't be repaired or replaced for reasons I don't understand. But I have learned my lesson thanks for nothing.
The Ashley team in Longview was amazing. Derick was professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable in getting me the adjustable bed I was looking for. He and is staff also went the extra mile in getting the bed delivered within 3 days, before I had to leave town. Derick is #1 in customer service and I would highly recomend him.

Came in today (Longview TX) to purchase furniture for our whole house, new build. I was greeted by the friendliest salesman Ekko. He treated us like old friends and made my experience (being 7 months pregnant) so enjoyable. I could tell he made everyone else feel that way, because he was highly sought after. However, the manager (I don’t catch his name) was by far the most UNPLEASANT person. When an employee would ask a simple question, he’d speak to them like they were garbage. He actually did this to Ekko during our experience & I was ready to walk. But Ekko held his composure & took the verbal abuse so gracefully. Shame shame SHAME on ANYONE who feels like they have the authority to treat any human that way. I will be back & that is SOLELY due to what a kind friend I made in my salesman Ekko today.

I could t have been more pleased! I was not hassled by the sales agent, she let me look at my leisure, I left and came back twice more before deciding on a dining set! She was went thru patiently three different options In The Chair styles, even moving them across the floor to see if three would fit on each side of table with the leaf out! She helped get the leaf out. She sweet, going thru all the pricing options if we used all the same chairs or if we switched it up and went with caption chairs and table chairs. She to me was a true salesman of helping you and certainly not pressuring you in any way! I will use her again to sell me furniture!

My husband and I had the best experience at Ashley Furniture in Longview, Texas today. We were looking for a new mattress and bed frame. Our sales representative, Michael Alvarado was phenomenal. He guided us through the world of mattresses with finesse and comedy. We had a ton of questions and he really let us take our time. He was great with our hyperactive 7 year old! He even listened to a few jokes our son told! After we chose our mattress with the bells and whistles, he helped us while we debated what frame to purchase. He was so patient with us as we went back and forth for hours. Anytime we had a question, he was right there with a solid answer. He always made us feel comfortable, but never hovered. We are so happy with our experience, that we will definitely be back! Trust me when I say, ASK FOR MICHEAL!
The instore experience was great and so was Michael. However it has been going on two weeks and I still haven't received my bed. I paid full price for my bed.. over $2,000 and I haven't received anything. I removed my bed from my room under the impression that I was having it delivered by last Friday. I'm currently sleeping on my couch while I'm being given the run around and delays. This is by far the worst experience that I've ever been through with a furniture company. No one has tried to help resolve, compensate, or make anything right. They just took my money and carelessly left me without a bed for two weeks! Never again!

Dealing with Ashley has been a miserable experience for us. We have been waiting for partial deliveries for our sectional for months. Every time we schedule, some random anomaly happens and they force us to reschedule our delivery. At this point, we’re not sure if we’ll ever get the rest of our sectional or not. They’ve cost me vacation and sick days to try and work with their abysmal delivery service.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I felt I was in a used car dealership buying furniture I was lied to every step of the way. From the beginning they tried to push The warranty for the furniture I continued to decline. I don’t believe in purchasing separate warranty. I have had things like this in the past it’s never ever worked plus they quoted me $500 for the warranty for the furniture that I refused. I went ahead and continued to pick out my furniture (making it clear I didn’t want the warranty) they kept telling me that I would get 30% off the total of the furniture, that they’re having a special, then after I picked out everything they said it was gonna be a 500 delivery charge to go 25 miles from the Longview store to Tatum later I found out the furniture is coming from Fort Worth . When you read the fine print, it says it can take anywhere up to 16 weeks and longer to get your furniture. Tate the salesman said we would have it in a week. I said I don’t want to pay $500 for a delivery charge. We canceled most of our order. Because of the high delivery charge. Tate verbally told me he did then he got a phone call in front of my husband and he came back and said you don’t have a delivery charge we took care of it for you, so we said OK that’s fine. We paid the amount that he a sked in cash from a debit card. After we paid, we found out they charged us a $300 delivery fee and a $699.00 warranty fee that we continually said we did not want the product warranty fee. We ended up canceling the whole order because of all of that, and got our money back immediately credited to our debit card. It was the worst experience ever in attempting to buy furniture. We were there well over an hour, and it was lie upon lie that it was told to us until we started reading the fine print and things that were signed, and realizing when we said we didn’t want the warranty, they charged it anyways and it went from 500 to 700 then they charged us a delivery fee that Tate said was taken off once instead of 500 it was taken down to 300 but he said it wouldn’t be charged at all, and it was charged then with all the fine print it we canceled the order. We will never ever return to Ashley ‘s again worst experience ever . The warranty fee and delivery fees were 1000.00 alone not counting furniture expense. Beware of Ashley’s they will slip in added expenses that are half of your bill and you may not know it until after you’ve paid and signed. Make sure you read the fine print and go over your full bill. They will tell you they told you that in order to get the 30% off you had to purchase the warranty that never happened nobody ever told us we had to purchase the warranty in order to get 30% off, my husband and I never purchase a warranty and we told the sales person several times we do not want a warranty. We’re turning it down. Beware be of Ashley‘s furniture in Longview Texas

My Dad and I went into the store specifically to buy a dining room table. Derek Anthony was the one who helped us and he was fantastic! He was friendly and knowledgeable and he helped us find what needed, informed us of several other options and helped us order what we wanted (the color we wanted had to be ordered) and all in a very timely manner. The store looked fabulous and inviting too. I will definitely pick this store as my first choice next time.
Derek did a great job of helping us and not pressuring us to make a decision when we first came to look for a new sectional. We left and shopped around at other stores only to come back because what we liked most was at Ashley. Derek was right there to greet and finish the sale and also was very good with our 2 year old son.
I had a wonderful experience shopping at Ashley! They price-matched items I found at another location and their delivery price was better than competitor prices. UPDATE: They delivered the wrong items and wouldn’t do a return OR an exchange even when we offered to pay the difference for a more expensive product. We’re stuck with the wrong product. However, we went to the furniture store across the street from Ashley (in Longview) and they were much nicer, easy to work with, and we were able to get exactly what we needed/ wanted. I will never waste money in Ashley Furniture Stores ever again.

Absolutely horrible experience. I have a sofa and loveseat that I purchased from Ashley 6 month ago. I was just sitting on my couch and broke out of nowhere. I contacted Ashleigh about the warranty sent in pictures of the damage and this has been going on for over two months. I still have yet to have my couch fixed at first they told me they would send me a part and I could fix it? I’m a single woman? I am not a couch specialist and sure don’t know how to fix this couch I paid over $2,000 for then I get the part and it’s nowhere near what is broken it’s just a piece of fabric…… Then I contact them again and they tell me they will order the part and have someone come out on February 16th. Well, I received my part in the mail and no one shows up so I contact them again telling them I received the part and they tell me they are ordering more parts for me and someone will contact me to come fix it. This has been going on since right after Christmas and I have yet to get my couch fixed. This is insane. I saved and saved for these couches and i have been able to sit on one in almost 3 months. Everytime I talked to someone at Ashley they had the couch and sofa mixed up and didn’t know what was going on. They need to get it together and fix my couch or just get a new one before it’s been a year and I don’t know any more warranty and I’m stuck with a broken couch.

The in store employees were very nice and helpful. Made the purchase for a new couch and loveseat and scheduled delivery for Thursday. Thursday the delivery shows up with only the loveseat. Claimed not to know why, and when I refused to take partial delivery they said someone would be in touch. At about 5pm that night I got a message asking if I wanted to reschedule delivery for that day for both, I said yes, either that day or the following day would be fine. I didn’t receive a response for hours and hours, only to be told they would reschedule it for another week later, still with no explanation of what is going on. Now I’ve talked to machines that are doing their text messaging asking me to reschedule, and it transfers me to agents who aren’t in the same time zone (possibly country) and only want to talk via text, but they take 10-30 minutes to respond to each message. I’ve asked for a refund and cancellation on the machine, to the agent, and in store, and all are telling me they can’t cancel it because the order is “in process”. Please don’t waste your time at the Ashley store in Longview.

My wife purchased a recliner and was not in stock at there store. Beware of ordering the chair because you will be charged a percentage of the cost of chair to have it delivered to your place. The store gives you the option of picking up the chair in Fort worth distribution center or pay the fee to ship to home. There is no choice to pick up at there store for no fees. It's costing me 75 dollars to deliver to my home. We will not buy anything else from this business. UPDATE WITH RESPONSE FROM ASHLEY STORE: We do apologize for any inconvenience. A logistical nightmare. Drivers can’t read the delivery instructions?! No real time communication?! This company has it all….what I will say is at least the staff was nice. Ineffective but nice. I’m not saying that it was their fault that their logistical situation was horrible. In store their payment keypad didn’t work, their Internet didn’t work, their website didn’t work! It took me half a day just to pay for it, so I guess I should’ve known what a hassle it was going to be to actually have it delivered. No one can reach the driver. No one can update anybody. No one can reach her DM or a GM or whoever is in charge. At this point, it’s seriously a consideration to cancel the order entirely and just go get it myself somewhere else. I paid for the “gold standard” delivery….why?! Ridiculous!

We got our bed and mattress from Ashley and had no problem. We went in today after about a week of trying to call. We were looking for a couch that has a pop up bed. We found one in the back that was on clearance however it was missing a pillow and the threading on the pop out was coming undone. Come to find out they had jacked the price up on this to make it look like there was a discount . I understand doing this to sell things but when a whole cushion is missing and it's obviously got defects? Just didn't seem right. But, we continued through the store. The man that had been helping us asked if we had any luck looking around and we told him we had seen some sofas online we really like but they didn't have any in store for us to see. My boyfriend was telling him the different names of the couches and asking questions and the man kept looking behind him and even walked off a little at one point. It made my blood boil. I wanted to tell my boyfriend "let's just leave because he's not even listening to you". Then the man asked if he could check the availability of the sofa we were looking at online and of course his iPad wasn't working. And again, he walked away from us. Finally we just left. We went across the street to Haverty's and got a sectional that exceeded our expectations. And the service was phenomenal!

The folks working there are very nice and I like my pieces BUT…. They don’t have a functioning phone system and the follow up/procedure for making a warranty claim is no bueno at all. Had to drive 60 miles rt to go to Longview and pay the inspection fee just to get someone to look at my non functioning motion furniture. 😒

Approximately 30 days ago I purchased a Tempura-pedic mattress. I complained about it of the sale clerk that sold it to me was the one I spoke to. She said it was safe . l told it had this strong smell. She showed me a can of Lysol spray in purple can and said that was all they used... I said no that wasn't it. Anyway I saw I was not going to get anywhere l moved on to the payment issue of where to make payment . She said I wouldn't make payment in the store I do not trust them. Something is wrong with this mattress. I need help ad to how to handle this matter. If something happens to me l want it noted that the mattress had a chemical odor amd no one addressed it. Spent over 6k. Was told my furniture could be to me the same week, so I sold my current furniture. 2 weeks later I have no couch and no dining table. Paid over $500 for delivery and have to wait weeks. Customer service is hard to get ahold of also… Also, sales rep whom I won’t name, nice guy, overcharged me a few hundred dollars… luckily Michael caught it (He was great) Only giving 2 stars because they don’t hawk over you while you shop. Feel like it’s a corporate issue for the most part. Wont use Ashley again nor do I recommended to anyone.

Once you are in the store you get customer service. If you call to see when delivery will take place? The call gets disconnected every time I call. I will need to drive 25 miles to the store and talk to a person to get delivery confirmation or get my $1k deposit back. I'm not happy about lack of communication. It's been 4 days since they took my money and no furniture and no communication.
Very bad customer service, damaged inventory upon arrival, and the company won’t respond since December 20th when I reported the inventory. To this day I haven’t had a response, and I’m paying for unusable furniture. Worst experience ever.

I wish i could put 0 stars. I originally rated them 5 stars, but I regret doing that just as I regret ever even considering Ashley's for Furniture. There is no Customer Service, No honesty, and frankly nobody committed to doing their job or doing right by their customers. I would highly suggest anybody to take there business anywhere but Ashley. We bought a couch weeks ago, waited a week for delivery where their workers deemed in 90 seconds they could not fit the couch in the door (it would have fit). It has now been two weeks, nobody has tried to reach out to reschedule, we were told we are not allowed to pick up the couch, and we can not cancel the order due to "systems being down". I'm not sure how systems can be down for two weeks, but irregardless it would be nice if we could even speak to someone about any of this. I personally will not do any business here again.
Reasonable prices, great product line and if you need some help or a little guidance because you're not sure exactly what you want then ask for Michael! OUTSTANDING salesman with superb knowledge of what they carry or can order and he has impeccable taste. Easy in and out, fast delivery. Very satisfied.

Zero stars is the honest assessment. They rave about their customer service in ads and on the phone while holding for customer service but it is the worst I've experienced. I purchased a dining room set. Paid extra for "white glove" delivery service. The table arrived broken. I phoned customer service immediately and was told another truck would arrive the same day to deliver the replacement. Then I was later told it might be the day after. Neither delivery happened and the latest customer service rep said it was rescheduled for the following Saturday. Night before I receive another recorded message that the table I've already paid for is not in stock and will be another two weeks or maybe longer. I have chairs and no table. Ashley Sales staff are not honest when they tell you it's in stock in their warehouse. Save your sanity and shop - and buy from Blake Furniture. Everything else in my home came from Blake in Gilmer, but they also have several locations including Longview. Their sales staff don't work on commission and they really want you to be happy with their products and they KEEP PROMISES. Blake Furniture's delivery was so careful, quick and on the day promised for a much more reasonable price.

All of my questions were answered and he worked with me so I could get my furniture covered under their protection plan (which I HIGHLY recommend if you have pets or children). 2 of my 3 pieces of furniture I ordered from the online store we delivered broken. The dresser has all of the packing materials in the drawers when I unboxed it and it has obviously been returned due to damage. I was of course inconvenienced by the fact that the furniture was broken but that is only where my problem began because I was absolutely sure Ashley would make it right. A brand new bedroom suite.. 2 out of 3 pieces broken, and guess what?! They didn’t even offer to send me new pieces that weren’t broken.. no replacement, no return. For their convenience I could take the broken headboard and donate it a non profit organization and send them a receipt for a refund. They offered to send a tech to see if the dresser was restorable. Why?? Why would I want you to restore a dresser I bought brand new that I now am stuck with and you won’t even offer to send me a new one? I felt like I was sent a broken one on purpose and told the policy says I can’t return it. That would be nice information to give a customer at check out as well. Furniture stores are a dime a dozen. This is one I will never use again and would never recommend to anyone. I am now stuck with a bedroom suite that is unusable and I am out the money for it. Thanks Ashley for the crappiest furniture experience of my LIFE!! Y’all can write the furniture off.. I’m just out a lot of money. Cool!! Great way to do business 👏🏼👏🏼

While the experience in the store was good, the delivery and "white glove" installation of our new living room set was horrendous. The delivery truck broke limbs off our trees, they left behind a large amount of trash in our house from our furniture, instead of taking it with them. They did not complete the installation of our love seat. They did not have our complete order, even after it taking almost a month to gather it and deliver it. Upon contacting this store with our concerns, we were meet with complacency and little to no help. We are currently attempting to contact corporate for some sort of resolution, however we continue to get the run around. The exorbitant amount they charge for delivery along with the promise of a "white glove" installation is beyond false. We will never darken their doors again and will attempt to convince others as well, in an effort to save them from the same negative experience we had. Update... All Ashley's is willing to do is give a gift certificate to their store, which we would be foolish to receive, since they cannot keep to their own standards. My wife has contacted them on multiple occasions. She has been told many times that someone with the authority to handle this situation will call her back...not ONE PHONE CALL! The only reason we know about the measly gift card was because my wife insisted on staying on the phone until she was connected to the representative in charge. I personally would prefer they contact me, as my wife has lost ALL respect and expectations in Ashley's. I wish I had read the reviews prior to any purchase. I was under the impression Ashley's was a respectable organization...I have been proven wrong in a massive way!

Go see Daniel!! I knew I made the right choice coming to Ashley's for a sofa! My husband and I were here last week to purchase our first-ever new sofa and Daniel made the process so easy!! As soon as he greeted us he made us feel so comfortable and I felt zero pressure. I hate the pressure of a Salesman when you walk into a place. I love to be helped but I love to make choices of my own without pressure or being stared down and he let us do just that! He asked us a couple of basic questions just to better understand what we were looking for and so he could point us in the right direction to let us personally walk around. I was being very specific in what I was looking for because I have a cervical injury and I felt very confident and satisfied that he really took in what I had to say so he could better help me purchase the perfect sofa for me! After my husband and I gathered some ideas and choices we then went to him and he carried out the rest of the process for us and made it so incredibly smooth!! He was super knowledgeable, knew anything and everything and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He greatly helped us in so many ways and if it wasn't for him I don't know that I would have found this perfect sofa for me! He was genuinely so incredibly nice and down-to-earth on top of all that which I really loved! And my beautiful sofa was delivered within one week as promised and I love it!!! THANK YOU DANIEL!!!

He helped us with the recliner then the wife decided on a mattress and he helped also. We decided on both items. Glad we went to Ashley.

I purchased furniture from them over 2 years ago and I received it with chips and scratches. I purchased furniture from them again and this time another there was another chip. I told the delivery guy when he dropped it off and he said I’d have to call. I called right after they left and they said that they would send someone to repair. Nothing! I called a month later they said they would send someone to repair it. Again NOTHING. It’s been 3 months and I call and the guy said they can’t do anything about it because I never called within 72 hours after my delivery. I remember ver clearly I did call and they put me on hold forever, for them to turn around and now tell me there is no note.

Found two (2) rocker / recliners we wanted and were offered price matching. Tried to pay with virtual digital card (same as a debit card) however, the store wouldn’t accept that form of payment. Then sales persons stated the cashiers that handle those transactions were not in at the time and we’d have to wait until the following week to come back and use the virtual card. They also stated that mgmt did away with that pymt type. We did attempt to add the card to our digital wallet, but Apple wasn’t allowing that. So we decided that we’d open an account and use the digital card to pay the account off. Turns out, that isn’t an option either. We couldn’t pay a credit card amount balance with the debit card, etc. No one at the store would contact the cashiers to ask for directions on finalizing the payment. But instead chose to let us leave the store hoping we would come back and purchase the items. We didn’t. We visited the online store and made the purchase using the virtual digital card. Also, saving ourselves an additional $150 for the protection plan. The store was going to charge us $279 for the two recliners. In this instance. I’d say it was better for us to deal directly with the online store than the local sales person.
Daniel was a huge help for us. He knows how to talk to people and doesn’t just try to sell you on items. He answered any questions we had and went above and beyond to help us with our purchase. We will be going back to him in the future. Thank you Daniel.

I have never had more problems or received more poorly made merchandise in my life. They have also transferred the entire help department out of country so I either can’t be understood or I am hung up. I have been lied to in writing and verbally. I will never do business here again. All I want is my couch replaced or money returned . This place is awful.

Please don’t purchase any furniture from them. They do not honor their warranty. We bought a whole living room suite, paid for it in full, a bed room suite, it’s paid for and then we purchase a dinning set. We’ve paid a total of 1500.00 in the extended warranty’s and they don’t even honor the manufacture warranty. The paint started chipping off one of the table chairs and we purchased. We called them to get an appointment set up to have someone take a look to either repair it or if need be replace it. The guy I spoke with even gave me a reference number. So one month goes by and no call back to get this taken care of. I call back and the guy that answered was very rude and kept speaking over me. I told him I had a reference number from the last call I made, he said, there’s no mention of this call. I said, I have a reference number again to which he just kept saying there was no record of the call. Then he tried to say that someone came to our house and we weren’t home. I said, no no one ever called me back to set up an appointment. So I called the local Longview store where we made our purchase, told them the situation to which the guy said, we aren’t responsible for the repair and there’s not much we can do, but maybe make a call. So in all it’s been nearly 2 to 3 months with no response.

Purchased a bedroom suite and mattress. Felt the mattress was more than I wanted to spend but paid to have furniture delivered so best to get mattress there too. Did get 20 percent off for Presidents Day sale. One piece I found to be damaged after delivery, have called but no answer or results to replace yet.

In a nutshell: Purchased bedroom set in August. Took 3 months to get a decent chest and as of January we still have a bed with unusable drawers. Will wind up paying full price for repaired furniture (that we did not damage-if it ever gets repaired). Details: Purchased a bedroom set mid August. THE CHEST: Delivered September 24 with a damaged chest and damaged drawers on the bed. Chest was replaced a month later with another damaged one (drawers did not work). A new one came in November and was finally a good one. Basically, lived for 3 months with clothes stacked on the floor because we couldn't open the drawer in the chest. THE BED: It is JANUARY and NOTHING has been done. After a few back and forth phone calls, someone came to repair the drawers on the bed but didn't have the parts needed (even though I had specifically described the issue on the phone). Ashley said they would schedule them to come back. When weeks went by and no one came I called the repair company and they said they didn't have anything scheduled for me. I went by Ashley and they checked their computer and sure enough, nothing was scheduled. The receptionist assured me that a repair was now scheduled. Weeks went by and again, nothing. I called to tell them to just replace the bed since I'm tired of waiting (luckily the issue is just that the drawers don't open without tugging pretty hard. If the bed was unusable we'd have had nowhere to sleep for the past 4 months.) They said they can't replace it unless the repair person says that it is unrepairable. in other words, if you get furniture delivered and it is damaged but repairable, you have to let them repair it, pay full price and now have furniture that has been repaired. I kept calling about getting the drawers repaired and they said they have to wait for the parts to be delivered to us before they can schedule a repair. In November they assured me that the parts would be delivered in December. It is now mid January and NOTHING. When I told them that I wanted the bed replaced they said that I had to have reported it within 72 hours of delivery. I told her that I HAD done so, calling within 12 hours but have been made to wait on their repairman, who has yet to show up, to come and assess everything. We have purchased a living room set and now this bedroom set from Ashley. NEVER AGAIN!
Sales was great, store was great. Delivery was a joke. Scheduled to deliver Friday, received a confirmation text, and then no one showed. Then the next Friday we were supposed to be first delivery, but instead were last. 6:30 pitch dark, in the country on December 23rd. Poor drivers still had a 3 hour drive back home. Plus furniture is damaged and they sent more furniture than we were told was coming, cluster………

We recently purchased a coffee table and accent cabinet from Ashley’s. The cabinet on display was not put together well but the salesman assured us that it was just the way the employee had put it together. Unfortunately, when we received ours it was just as bad. You could tell it was a total design flaw. Now we are having trouble getting it replaced. I have talked with another customer who ran into the same problem with Ashley’s as well. Also, make sure you look on Ashley’s website before you purchase in store. You may find your furniture is cheaper. We bought our cabinet for $679 and was suppose to get %25 off of that but since the salesman said the cabinet had the wrong price posted, he was not going to apply the discount. Fair enough but then I went on Ashley’s website and it had an original price of $511. I called Ashley’s and they said they do not honor the prices that are on the website. 🙈
We were happy with the table we purchased, the salesperson was nice and knowledgeable; however, the checkout process took almost an hour. We also would have preferred to be able to pick up our table instead of having to pay for delivery.

He talked me through the differnt sales/specials they had and financing options, making my experience very easy and me comfortable with my purchase--a new queen upholstered bed.
Don’t but the warranty, they worm their way out of any repairs…. Total scam and shouldn’t even be offered. Total waste of almost $700. Ashley furniture should be ashamed to did business with this company.

I explained to the salesman (Ryan McCann) that I had recently fallen and was dealing with a fractured rib. I told him I couldn't lift anything heavy. He told me the table I wanted was mostly put together. All I would have to do is screw the knobs on and slide the shelves in. He said I could do that and save the $40 assembly fee. He LIED to make the sale. The table was in a box about 6" high and in many pieces! The delivery men refused to put it together. They did open the box before they left. I had to call and hire a man to come put it together and set it in the right location. We do like the table but will no longer do business with Ashley Furniture.

Do not use Donnie as a salesman. He is a liar and just wants to take your money. I went in looking for a brand new table and chairs for my brand new house we are building. I even showed him pictures and talked about what I wanted. I said I liked a certain table and he said “it’s your lucky day this is on clearance” he never told me why, explained anything I was just excited and thought it was a good deal. I paid cash for the table and 6 chairs as well as paid cash for a king size bed and mattress. When the table was delivered (since it was clearance they don’t deliver on an ashley truck he told me they have a guy that is trustworthy and they use so they set up a delivery time) It had nicks, scratches and actual pieces on the bottom nicked completely off. Donnie told the delivery guy I knew about said damages which is a complete lie. I loved that table and chairs but would never buy a damaged product for a brand new house. He tried to tell me he did in fact show me which is another bold face lie. He kept saying sorry for the “miscommunication” there is no miscommunication you left out the part that it was damaged. Again I would have looked at another table and chairs. He knew I was paying cash and wanted the commission. Plain and simple. So not only am I extremely disappointed I do not get the table and chairs I paid for I now have to deal with Ashley to get a refund. He is your typical salesman. Saw a woman walk in and took advantage.

We bought a beautiful sectional, our sales person said it would be 30 days for delivery. That was a bit off putting but the contract was already signed. Meanwhile 30 days has passed and it will be another 45 days minimum. I got a portion of the sectional but not the other part. This is so unprofessional. I will tell everyone who wants to buy from ashley to go anywhere but there!
One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. I still don’t have all of my furniture that I ordered 10 months ago and many pieces I had to reorder 2-3 times because it was either given away or deliver damaged! And when a piece finally did come in they wanted me to pay another delivery fee when they were the ones who damaged the furniture the first delivery! Horrible customer service!

I purchased a very expensive couch and ottoman from Ashley furniture last year. I was told to get the extended warranty as well in case anything happened. I filed a claim on the ottoman because the entire middle caved in and they refused my claim and said it would not be covered. That is a defect in their own product not being able to last even a year without breaking. Do not buy the warranty, it is a scam and I have to think that the sales people at Ashley's know this. The only perk to this for them is to boost their sales.
I just purchased a beautiful sofa from Ashley's. Diane my sales person was great. My only issue was when I asked the girls at the desk a question and they couldn't answer anything they had to call Diane. Of course she came but apparently they told her she was the only one to answer my questions. This is fine but there are ways to do so without making the customer feel bad. Again,thank you Diane. I'll be back because of you!

Found a great deal would give 5 stars if delivery didn't cost so much. Delivery company sent a confirmation text that you have to agree to or delivery gets cancelled, since that first one it's changed four times. If they can't get it together I will cancel everything.
Terrible service, they arrived stating they were there for a repair seemed annoyed. I told them to come to the door since they had not even got to the door when they called. I had a delivery not a repair and they did not bring all the items scheduled. Didnt offer an explanation or anything. Will never ever shop there again

When I placed my order for furniture on June 17th with the salesperson, Michael, I was told my furniture would be delivered on June 25th. The day before the delivery I received an email asking me to call their 1-800 number with no context. I called the number and then was told my delivery would need to be rescheduled for July 5th. July 5th rolls around, the delivery guys show up with one out of the 5 furniture items I ordered. Now I’m being told that the items will be delivered on July 12th. I wish I had read the other reviews about this place before I purchased from this store. I’ll be filing a complaint with the better business bureau next. They shouldn’t claim to have items in stock and available for quick delivery when they don’t actually have it. That is fraud.

We bought furniture back in January. Some of it my wife ordered over the the phone because we were moving from out of state. The rest, we bought in person. Like many businesses, they are having some supply chain issues but that’s no fault of this particular store. Frank, the store manager, worked to get get find us what we needed for our new home and I’m thankful for that (cool dude). The delivery guys were awesome! They were professional and helpful. After the sale, I was missing a couple parts so I called customer service. They sent me everything I needed. We ended up making a few purchases from this store. I thought everyone there was fantastic!
I have yet to receive my furniture. I waited for an approx. month for my furniture, but was not surprised, I was told it would be a few weeks & I was fine with that. However I came home to find a message on my answering machine April 14 that my furniture was scheduled to be delivered April 15. I called the delivery representative & explain I work on Friday's , could we re schedule for April 22. She ( Becky) reported that she could not do that, she would cancel the delivery and I would have to call back in a few days to re schedule. She told me I could rent a van and come get my furniture in Tyler or hire movers. She said they would give away my furniture it I continued to cancel deliveries. I called back and spoke to a man who reported he scheduled my delivery for April 22. Got home April 21, record on machine says delivery is scheduled for April 29. My dgtr was going to be at my home for April 22 delivery due to her being off. I will now have to take off work to receive my furniture. Had I known all this I would have purchased my furniture somewhere else.

Wish there was 0 stars. Total frauds. Started 4 credit lines in our names and never informed us, entered all of our info incorrectly, then failed to order the furniture they charged us for. Protect yourself and DO NOT go to this store. If you have cash, you'll be better off shopping elsewhere.
My bed has been left like this since March 19th. Today is April 8th. No one can see an order for the right pieces to be delivered so the assembly of my daughter's bed can be completed. I have called the main office and went back onto the "Homestore." Absolutely no success so far.
We had a good experience with Ashley at the Longview Texas store, Brian is so nice and answered all of our questions. We were able to get a couch and loveseat that we like and it will be delivered within a week.
We purchased a sofa and childs bedroom set. Grwat prices during the April 1st sale and our sales rep, Micah, was amazing. He was patient and really worked with us, never showed frustration. We had our 2 young children who were having an off day. The ladies at the counter were so sweet and nice as well. Honestly great experience over all!! UPDATE: i spoke to soon on giving my original 5 star review. Furniture was "delivered" yesterday, first statement from the delivery driver to my husband was "Im worried about your delivery". Instead of making sure all pieces were on the truck or contacting us the delivery drivers show up without all our bed pieces. They had no information on when we would get the missing piece and customer service was a joke. The customer service lady laughed and stated "you can cancel your order". Went to our local furniture store and purchased a bed without hassles and ALL the pieces. Longview store manager and rep, Tia, are canceling bed order today.

After visiting several other furniture stores, I found what I was looking for at Ashley and it was in stock! The sales staff was very helpful. The entire process was completed quickly. My room won't be ready for a few weeks but they were happy to hold it and deliver later. In all, a very pleasant experience.

When we finally decided on the furniture piece we wanted, he gave us the best deals, was very patient, and personal in remembering our names from previous visit. [Original Post 2/7/22] I had such high hopes but the experience has turned into a nightmare which has yet to be resolved. We are about ready to return everything and demand a refund. Three pieces of a living set and one is Grey, one is chocolate brown and the other is a no show. No one follows up in a timely manner to resolve and each time the situation gets worse. Save your money and patience or you will be sitting on your floor to watch the big game.

I am very dissatisfied with my experience at Ashley Furniture in Longview. I ordered something 6 months ago and paid cash. A little over half of my order has been delivered. I called in January and they told me I could expect a delivery around mid January. No deliver. No call. I understand COVID has caused delays but there has been zero communication from the company. When I called recently to express my frustration there was no apology for the delay. There has been zero offers to make it right, change my furniture option, etc. This is NOT good customer service and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

They missed a sale. Our sales person Garrit was great and going to put some furniture we wanted on layaway for us to pick up Saturday during our move to our new house. He handed us over to Johnny who was going to complete the transaction since he was going home. Told Johnny we would be back in a minute and stepped outside to discuss it. Came back in to tell him to go ahead but he was busy with another customer. So, another salesman told us no way, if we wanted the set we would have to pay in full now. He was very rude, and we decided to go elsewhere to purchase. We have 2 large living rooms with no furniture and he would have made quite a sale. Their loss, we found furniture elsewhere.

While the Labor Day sale was great and the salesman excellent. I ordered and paid for a beautiful dining room set two months ago. It had two benches and two x back chairs. I expected it to be a long wait, but also expected to receive the set. I checked the status and was told that two chairs were on back order and wouldn’t see them till December. I went to the store as I was told it wouldn’t be an issue getting the set before Thanksgiving since I ordered it so early. Inside the store the manager was helpful and understanding and was told that they were able to find one of the chairs but I would still be missing one. The kicker it would be May of next year. 😳 Mind you it’s probably since it was most likely in a container on one of those ships outside California. So that’s a big “good luck” to ever seeing that chair and nothing is in a warehouse somewhere so I asked if they could give me one of the chairs inside the store instead to complete my set and was told they don’t sell displays. Like who purchases a dining room set and expected to wait a year to have it be a complete set. I purchased my set in full. The manager said she would ask the higher ups and I left satisfied that hopefully it would occur. I waited a week and no response. I called the store to get they still have not been able to find another chair else where and they would again look to ask the higher up about giving me a chair from the store. I waited another week with no call back or update. Finally I call to only repeat myself and be told again by a sales rep they don’t give displays. I waited two weeks hoping that Ashley’s would do the right thing by a customer only for them to rather give me a refund (which I have to wait on it to clear 😑) and without a dining room set because they won’t give me ONE display chair. It’s sad and terrible to have such great staff but such awful follow through. I wouldn’t recommend anyone attempting to purchase anything from here now. Good luck if you ever see your order.

The employees were all very welcoming. The man who helped me and my fiancé was easy to talk to. Whenever we were ready choose our furniture he was more than willing to help. Then when we were purchasing we understood everything and if we had questions they were answered and explained so we didn’t leave confused. The lady who did our finance part was amazing too. I do not recommend Ashley Furniture to ANYONE. I ordered a bedroom furniture set and a new mattress and box spring back in July. They told me I had a guaranteed delivery date of August 13th. Every single time I call to check on the delivery status they push it back another week. It is now September and still no furniture. I am extremely fed up and irritated. I will never order from here again.

Garrett, my salesman, was great. Very polite, patient, and helpful with letting me look around and placing my order. The process of actually getting the items I wanted could have been a lot smoother. I didn’t feel like the managers were very helpful getting things straightened out and I did not feel like a valued customer with them. One item wasn’t in the system despite being on the wall in the store, and it took 4 people to figure out how to add it to my purchase. Overall I spent almost an hour between my first and second trips in to get everything finalized so I could pay. I almost walked away from the whole purchase because of it. Painful. I want to purchase more items, but I’m hesitant of having to go back through another process like that again.

Great experience with Diane at the Longview store. The only problem was the delivery process. They are contracted out. It was just a big mixup with the delivery date twice. Then when it finally got here the 3rd set date, my bed came torn and damaged.

I would not recommend buying anything from ANY Ashley's store as they apparently have a policy to take your money and then not deliver the product. I purchased a set of mattresses from Ashley (Longview) on March 10th and it took two months for them to finally deliver, "THE WRONG ITEMS" and it has now been four months and I still do not have the mattresses I purchased and they continue to blame the manufacturer (Sterns & Foster) which is not true. Terrible customer service at the store and corporate level. I have purchased numerous items from Ashley's in the past in other states but Texas stores and customer service is the absolute worst. Stay away from Ashley's.

Delivery was very crazy and stressful! They had us a Wednesday afternoon, then Friday, then Saturday June 19th delivery date... We purchased it a week ago. I was told a 3 hour window phone call before delivery to the house. LOL I received a phone call from the delivery driver 1 hour upon arrival!! I had to rush home!! The purchase appears to be fine; but the delivery was a nightmare. You'll have to be on call; if you have a Ashley delivery! Also, don't provide 2 phones numbers on the paper work; because they don't read instructions.

Purchased a couch, matching chair, and coffee table on 3/21. Scott was great, no complaints. We were told 4-6 weeks for delivery. The chair & table are finally coming today (supposedly). The couch? Estimated they will have it on July 22nd now! If we had known these would be so delayed we would not have purchased in the first place! Apparently this is an ongoing issue Ashley Furniture is more than aware of, but makes no effort to inform their customers. Once they have your money they don't care anymore. Oh and if you want to cancel after finding this out, they charge you a fee. For the furniture they don't have either!
These People are absolutely unbelievable. Every time we call we speak to an associate who bends over backwards to get us what we need! Two associates spent almost all day- and for sure past the store's closing time to find us every single item we needed, and made it all work within our budget. Do NOT buy furniture anywhere else...trust me!

Ashley Furniture in general as well as the Longview store is without a doubt the absolute worst store ever. Ordered furniture on 26 Feb 2021, told it would arrive in April, finally arrived on 28 May 21 and half the of the order was wrong. No apology, little effort to correct. Told they could reorder and it would be 8-10 weeks more. Buy furniture from anywhere else but here. If there were a way to give minus stars I would. Called customer service no help at all. Have asked for someone, who can actually make decisions to call me and never get a response. Probably won't get one from this either.

This place is my favorite because of how the sales team operates. All other furniture stores in Longview jump on your back as soon as you walk in with questions about what you’re looking for before they even give you a chance to look at anything. Ashley’s team let me enter the store and look around and a few minutes later I was greeted by Garrett and he explained the sale that was going on and let me go along. After finding the couch I wanted Garrett helped me with the process of getting it ordered and explained everything very clearly. Great place to shop!

Just purchased livingroom furniture from the store in Longview Texas. What a great buying experience. The young man who waited on us was friendly courteous and patient. The lady in finance went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and make sure I understood the contract completely. We laughed and talked through the whole thing. I will definitely buy from this store again. During these hard times, making a large purchase had me a little uneasy, but they didn't rush me or try to push me in any way. What a great staff! And of course, it's Ashley, so the furniture is great. Can't wait to get it.

My mom and I went shopping for a recliner or loveseat. As soon as we walked in the door, Mr. Coby Lee greeted us with a smile. He was very kind and friendly! He walked us through the entire showroom to assist us to find exactly what we were looking for but didn’t pressure us in any way. We found a beautiful loveseat and bought it on the spot! The experience at Ashley’s HomeStore in Longview was amazing, thanks to Mr. Coby! He was very personable and knowledgeable! Great experience shopping for a guest bedroom set. Scott showed us the bedroom set that exactly matched what we requested. And although we were fine with the price, he proceeded to find us discounts. We had only intended on buying a bedroom set for our guest room. But we liked the furniture so much that we decided to buy the same one for our bedroom as well. And Michael did a great job helping us to select a mattress, explaining the differences between the various manufacturers & models.
I went in and got a living room suit and was advised that the couch was in stock and they could deliver it the following week but I had to work. So we scheduled delivery for Saturday. I got the paperwork showing the schedule delivery for Saturday and when I called Friday to confirm it they told me it would be several weeks out that any day that they put all the paperwork was just an estimate. This means the sales person lied to me and told me that the piece was indeed In stock at the store and now someone was telling me something else. I feel like I was lied to and manipulated in order to get a sale and I personally will never do business with Ashley again. I don’t know about the quality of furniture because I have yet to receive anything that I’m being charged for. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We had a great experience at our local Ashley store! Mrs. Diane was very nice and not pushy at all! She helped us find the perfect couch! Similar couches at other stores were three times as costly. We definitely won’t waste time checking other stores next time we need a new piece of furniture.

I have purchased many items from Ashley Stores over the years but I have never been so blatantly lied to and disregarded as I have by Scott and the store Manager (I think it is Anthony but he wont return phone calls so I don't know for sure) at the Longview, Texas store. Purchased new Matresses and a desk from Scott in the Longview,Texas store, was given a definite delivery date for our new furniture and only found out the day before (because we called the warehouse) that it was not going to be delivered and they could not even tell us when it would be delivered. We had already moved out the old furniture, cleared a path where the new furniture was to go (as directed by Ashley) only to not have the items delivered. Was directed by Ashley's terrible website to the store we purchased from only to get the run around, excuses, and disregarded by Scott and the Store Manager who will not call back. While I believe that Ashley offers good. quality. product (at a high price), I have always had good service until the Longview Store. If you want Ashley product, order on-line or go to any other store but Longview.

Bought furniture on 11/27 and as of today 4/8 I still don't have all of my order. They keep changing the expected to warehouse date by about 10 days at a time. I think 5 months should be long enough. Maybe by this time next year?
I have been back numerous times over the past several years. No other furniture store has the selection, prices, or service that Ashley does!
Ashely overall has a good selection of furniture, however I dislike entering the store and whoever is up next for a customer is the one that finds you and offers up help. I walked by 4 sales person, neither one of them spoke and when I did ask for assistance I was told the person that was up next will help me when she finishes with another customer. Like what type of customer service is that. I get they want to rotate the customers but why have a customer wait for 25-30 mins when your have sales persons just standing around.
Michael, the sales associate introduced himself and said he was available if I needed him, but that hey like to give customers an opportunity to look around first. And that is just what he did. Never bothered me Neil I had questions! Then I purchased! The price was right too, after discounts and financing the way I like it. Best deal I found in town! And I left happy! Thank you so much!

Nice furniture with reasonable prices. I bought a sectional couch in November. Paid in full. I was told all but one of my pieces would make it in December. The last one would be delivered in January. On delivery day I’m missing two pieces instead of one. We are now in March and I still don’t have a complete couch, but they are checking on it. They’ll look out for it. No one has followed up with me. I have to do all the calling. Unacceptable, I will not be shopping here in the near future.

Sales staff very professional and helpful but look at every single number. I was under the assumption Home delivery was free as they Listed and pointed out a White Glove Premium home delivery as Free. After sale when given the final receipt I later noticed it was not free at all but actually $170. Pay attention to the details.

I will never ever buy anything from Ashley again. They have a sales for 50% on your 2nd item. I bought around $4,000 worth with discount. They tried to charge me $300+ more than what it's supposed to be. I pointed out to them and they got mad at me. So I left. I came back the next day and I asked for another salesman and got the right price. I was promised that I will received my furnitures before certain dates. Which I understand because of the COVID. I was told for sure I will have the dinning set before thanksgiving as the rest before Xmas, NOT. Thanksgiving diner on the floor. The dinning set came a week after but no legs. I had to wait for another week for the legs. So I was promised again that the rest of the furniture will arrive before Xmas, NOT. I have missed work twice to wait for delivery which never came. I purposely left the garage door open n parked my car outside to let them know someone was hone. They lied that they can by but no one was home. I have been sleeping on the floor for over 2 months. I called and complained but no one can doing anything about it. They blamed on the manufacture. I was scheduled for today from 4pm-7pm. I called them at 5:30 and they told me their truck broke down somewhere. I think have to return and cancel my orders.

I had a very good experience at Ashley HomeStore! Nita met me at the door with a great attitude and was very helpful throughout the entire process! I look forward to receiving my furniture. Following my initial contact, this has been the absolute WORST furniture buying experience I have ever had! I had tried to call the Longview store numerous times to inquire about the status of my order and they would NEVER answer the phone. When I drove 40 miles to talk to someone I was told that they did not staff anyone at the counter to answer the phone. Now, after confirming by text and verbally on the phone my delivery date and time, no one showed up with my furniture. When I called the delivery customer service number, I was told that my delivery was not scheduled for today. I will NEVER use Ashley Home Furniture again! I will also NEVER recommend them to anyone either!
Ordered two chair and a halfs a couple of months ago. Wait patiently for them to arrive. They text last week for us to choose a delivery day. We do. That day comes around? Nobody shows after us waiting at home for them all day long. We call. They tell us oh, sorry, but new delivery day is Thursday. Fast forward to Thursday, its now afternoon, no calls or anything about delivery. So I call. And they hang up on me directly after we tell them our names and addresses. No call backs. So I call our physical store. They say, oh, sorry. But new delivery date is next Tuesday. But wait. It gets better. The ottomans are the only thing coming. Not the chairs.

I have been waiting on my furniture since July 11th. I have been continuously lied to by my customer rep. Tate. Among others at the store in Longview Texas. 3 months ago I begged for the display models and offered to pay full price for them. I was told it was that was impossible after Corporate told me they could. I went in there 3 weeks ago and the Love Seat was gone off the floor. When I ask Tate about it I was told it was damaged and had to be removed. Today I was told we had refused the floor model and they had sold it to a different customer. Needless to say after 6 months of being very patient I cancelled my order. Which didn’t seem like a big deal to them. I guess if losing 5k order is nothing big to you. You must be robbing your customers blind.

Ordered from them again the year of 2022 and it has been a nightmare of a service. Ordered a bed back in February. Haphazardly delivered in March with a wrong size slacks. Took another 2-3 months to have the right size sent to me. Then took another 3 months to have a contractor come out to complete the installation. Then he wasn't supposed to put the bedspring and inflatable mattress on the bed but was nice enough to do it. I deserve some incentive for the stress this has caused me. I can't give Ashley Furniture my business ever again. There are a plethora of other furniture stores, so we have many options.

Bought a recliner / rocker. It has been giving us trouble since the day we got it. No matter how many times we call, Text ,email do we get any kind of service it's been several months now and still nothing I cant even use it because it's so messed up Here I am again still have not gotten my replacement recliner. No one answers phones on any line . This is the worse business iv ever felt with. It sad when you have to talk to your lawyer so you can get a product you have bought We will see how it goes from here

Genuinely, I never write Reviews but Ashley Furniture is JUST THAT BAD, it warranted my very first one. I understand there are delays all across the country but what is infuriating is the communication by Ashley Furniture. Our first trip into Ashley Furniture, my husband and I bought a sectional and table. We were told by the Salesperson that it would be NO MORE than five weeks. A couple weeks later, we went in to buy a few bedroom sets and barstools. While we were in the store, we inquired about the sectional and table. The Salesperson told us they had everything in, except for one piece of the sectional, so they were waiting for it all to arrive to deliver it. Okay, makes sense. . .When we made our second purchase, the Delivery Date said 2021. When I asked the Salesperson if that were true, he laughed and said “No, it will be in WAY sooner than that.” Today, TWO MONTHS later, our Furniture was supposed to arrive. . .Hahahahah NOPE. When we went into the store today, after no delivery to get a definitive date, the lady said there’s no way to give us a date, because our furniture hasn’t even been manufactured yet. Honestly, at this point, I just have to laugh because it’s so ridiculous. Ashley Furniture, just be honest. I’m a pregnant mother of a two year old, have not had a couch to sit down on, a table to eat at, let alone a bed to sleep on for over two months and the lady today told us there’s no way we will be getting our furniture in before the new year. The only reason I’m writing this is to inform anyone looking for furniture do NOT go to Ashley’s. You will be lied to, time and time again. Go anywhere else, literally anywhere. Oh, did I also mention that when we asked for a Refund today, because it’s just that bad, they weren’t going to give us the full amount back??? PS: Notice all the Good Reviews are from only a couple weeks ago. . .that’s because they still think they will get their Furniture when promised. . . DO NOT GO TO ASHLEYS.

UPDATE 10/29/20: DON'T DO IT!! The staff have all been very nice, but I have MAJOR issues with Ashley - endless waiting on customer service to poorly fix issues. Our sleeper sofa broke from a surprisingly minor stress, and then it took literally MONTHS of waiting for them to process the issue and get it fully repaired! I called them well over 5 times during that period, and despite their apologies and promises to make amends, the departments are all too disconnected and poor communicators. Nothing would happen or progress unless I called them back again later and told them they didn't do what they said they did in the timeframe they promised. They sent us random boxes of spare parts at one point (none of which we needed), then they told us we would receive the new sleeper mechanism only to later be told the store would receive it and they would call us when it arrived. One person would tell us one thing, another would say another thing. Every time I would call customer service I would be put on a long hold (average 20-30 min), and about half of these calls I would randomly get hung up on while on hold! When the right parts finally arrived, the box was ripped and part of the mechanism was protruding. Then it took even more weeks for a repair person to come do the actual fix. When he did do it, he damaged our flooring around the couch and installed the backing too loose and punctured a cushion with a staple he poorly placed. You guys, this process was absolutely INSANE. These people are nice, but their company is too compartmentalized and disconnected to get any thing done right for us. I literally at one point (in the nightmare shared above) walked into the physical store to speak with the manager and practically begged him to just give us a replacement. He was prompt and concerned with our issue, but all he could do was submit an "emergency request" online to expedite the repairs, and then it was us back again waiting several more weeks and needing to follow-up further. The furniture is beautiful but FOR YOUR OWN SANITY buy with absolutely NO plans to get a warranty or coverage plan from them (like we did), or better yet just go elsewhere! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Our associate Debbie was very friendly, professional, and respected our space and time as we roamed the store and looked at everything. We were pleased with the prices, as we could tell the furniture is well built and high quality. Definitely will come again for our next major furniture purchase!
I highly recommend to NEVER EVER buy from Ashleys furniture. I ordered a house full of furniture back in August and it is now almost November and we still do not have ANY of our 4 beds. I understand there are more delays due to COVID, but every other furniture store has delivered faster than Ashleys, like Ivan Smith. Save yourself the time, headache, and frustration! You will be glad you did. 3 months later and my kids beds are still on the floor because they keep delaying our furniture. I am not one to complain or leave bad reviews but I want to save someone else the trouble. You can literally go to any other furniture store!

I’ve bought all my furniture for our entire new home from Ashley’s and still enjoy It to this day. I’m now buying furniture for my son’s home. We purchased a sofa with power recliners in 2017. We rarely use it because we prefer the loveseat. The power recliners quit working this year. We did purchase the protection plan (we think) and it's for 5 years, which will be 2021. We've called and called and called the local store. We've called and called and called the 1-800 number. My husband finally went in person to the Longview store (where we bought it) and was told (1) they are not able to confirm that we have a protection plan; and (2) there's nothing they can do there and we have to call the 1-800 number. When my husband asked what to do if no one ever answers the phone, he was told "well, you know there is Covid". No help whatsoever. No one offered to call. No one offered to look into their database to find out any information at all. PITIFUL service.

Scott actually sold my wife and I the Darcy collection and we love it but we wanted something new so we went with the Accrington sectional sofa with chaise lounge and the Accrington rocker recliner. We're so excited to be getting our new living room furniture. Thanks so much Scott and Nia. My wife and I will definitely be coming back again when we want something new. Sales people lie and swindle you, then give you something you don’t even want and lock you in to a 2 yr contract so even if you try to give it back they want to sue you for the rest of the couch payments
Paid over $400 for a chair promised to be in our hands at the end of September. We have been trying to get in touch with the Longview store for days to check on where this chair is. Tried calling the corporate office as well. We have left messages at the local store and the corporate office and have not gotten any response. They have my money and will not contact us.
I'm really sad to have to leave a 1 star review, but that is really how our experience with the Ashley Homestore in Longview was. We came in a couple of times looking for furniture (especially a couch and coffee table). Some people in the store were really nice and helpful. We fell in love with the Altonbury sofa in Walnut. They had one on display (after a few times coming in), but they could not sell the floormodel if we did not want the chair too. So someone (Diana) helped us order the sofa (and a coffee table) and set it up for delivery in Arlington / Dallas (where we we're going to move to). They said it was no problem to have it delivered there and that there was a distribution center there too. Finally (after more than 2 months) we got a text message saying we could schedule for delivery and that the earliest possible delivery day was tuesday. So we called to schedule for delivery and they said that they could already set it up before that tuesday, on a friday. We waited all friday at home, no text message, no phone call, no delivery of the furniture.. Stayed home all day for nothing. We called the next day and they told us that delivery was set up for wednesday?! Strange, but oh well. But then something really absurd happened... They knew all along that they had to deliver the furniture to Dallas area. They asked for the delivery address, they had the delivery address on the receipt, they even texted us the address it was gonna be delivered to. BUT then they call us to say they CAN NOT deliver to the Dallas area?! They eventually gave us a refund for everything because they suddenly somehow could not deliver it. But we are NOT happy at all! WAISTED more than 2 months waiting + all the months before that looking for the furniture we wanted. Thanks! We have moved to Dallas area about 2 months ago and still do not have a sofa or coffee table in our new place. We are really getting tired of using the chairs we got (comfy bungee chairs from Target, but a sofa is way more convenient). We kinda feel like we're picknicking in our own living room every day. I guess we have to go search for a sofa and coffee table AGAIN, but then not at Ashley homestore.
The staff was great including the salesperson Larry Sellers.He was really knowledgeably about getting us the best deal for our budget.He was patient with us while making sure me and my wife understood everything he was explaining to us.The lady in finance was great also..Thanks a lot guys for all your help!!

I am livid about my order from Ashley furniture. I ordered a couch on June 1, 2020 and paid in full, a couple grand. The couch was supposed to arrive in July, but it was delayed, and then it was delayed again, and then again. Today is September 25, 2020 and the couch was supposed to arrive today; I made arrangements to be off work to receive the couch. I called to ask what the status of delivery is and was told they still do not have the couch and they don't expect to receive it until October 9, 2020. That is almost 4.5 months since the day I bought the couch. And I can almost guarantee it won't be delivered in October either; they will just keep adding weeks and months. I do not trust their "delivery dates" or even the status of my order. I've been trying to call customer service and the longview location for 2 hours now, still on hold. I cannot believe how poorly they are treating their paying customers.

This store is horrible! I purchased furniture in November 2019. I used in house financing. I was NEVER told that this was with Rent a Center. If I wanted to pay Rent a Center prices I would have went to Rent a Center! In January 2020 when I complained about this, the lady in the office spoke with her manager and I was told that I would only need to pay the balance of the furniture at that time without the Rent a Center charges. So when this Covid stuff started the office personnel changed. The payment total went back to the total with the Rent a Center charges due to the new lady knew nothing about this deal or how to post my payments correctly. Now the original lady has come back and both ladies are working there. The original lady realized my account was not being dealt with the appropriate way. The new lady has to contact the new district manager to see if they can still honour the amount that I was given by the old district manager. I have been waiting while getting texts and emails every day stating my payments are Past due! This whole experience with them has been horrible!!! I will never shop there again. I will let everyone I know how I was treated by them. The sales men were awful as well!!!
I wish there was an 0 star review, this store is one of the worse places we’ve been to. My husband and I bought a bead with a night stand and it took them 4 months to deliver the bed. When it was derived they brought us the wrong one, with no night stand, we called to reported minutes after it was delivered. They told us that the store was going to call us with in 12 hours, they never called. We called back 2 days Later and told us that the store would call us within 3 hours, they never did. So we called back again and they just kept telling us that the store should’ve called within 12 to 72 hours. I’m a so frustrated with them because I still don’t have the bed I order and still missing my night stand. I drove 2 hours for them to do this to us. I asked for the Corporate number, I’m hoping they will do something about it.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our experience at this store. We’ve bought Ashley Furniture before years ago and we were looking forward to buying again in our current location. For starters, our Sales Representative Tate was so great to work with. Never pressured us and let us look but was readily available to answer our questions and get us the maximum amount of discounts. We found the perfect Sectional for our living room. We can’t wait to get It into our home. We will definitely be back. Wow!! Where do I begin? First I had ordered with the Tyler homestore and everything was a disaster with them. I came to Longview and I was instantly greeted with Michael. He was exceptional!!! From the very start he was patient and knowledgeable. He helped handle my issue with the previous order at the Tyler location. He has gone above and beyond to make sure my furniture purchase ran smoothly. He kept me updated and followed up with me through text or call. You don’t answer the phones- on hold 13 minutes. New electric couch not working and I was told y’all don’t do anything after leaves the building. Was given 1-866-787-7930 number and on hold for 15 minutes “. Hung up. My husband had open heart surgery and was sleeping on the recliner end of couch. This is definitely bad business practices!
One star simply because THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE here at the Longview location. I have called a total of 6 times in the past 2 days. Ridiculous. I should not have to drive all the way to the store from a different town just to ask a question about an order.

I entered the store to find it cool in temperature, great color schemes throughout, and his smiling face reminding me that he is available for answers but will not bug and follow me! Appreciated that as I wanted to really look at options! I like the set up, blends of hard Wood accessories with modern and traditional. I went in looking for leather couches... came out with 2 other items (decor) and something to show my husband as far as furniture to go peeps at! Michael did give me his card, his time, his opinion and answers and was easy to understand all the differences amongst brands and styles there! I did text him within 24 hours with a few questions, which he responded to very promptly. Have decided yet in style or color, but I appreciated the no pressure , this is my time to relax and look around, yet close enough to answer a question! Great job ... will be back!!

Went to buy a new mattress set. Michael helped us, and he was incredibly knowledgeable about, well, basically everything to do with mattresses. He was very friendly, funny, and best of all I never felt pressured - something I was nervous about going in. He answered all my questions including all the ones about financing, warranty, etc. Literally covered every little detail. It was an incredibly fun experience, something I wasn't expecting when it comes to buying a mattress. I don't think I will be shopping for furniture anywhere else. Always get great customer service at Ashley’s furniture. Went in today with pics online of the bedroom set that I wanted for my daughter. They price matched the online sale prices which made items less than what they were in the store and delivery time shocked both Ashley’s staff and myself with only a 2 weeks waiting time even during a pandemic lol.. and thank goodness for no interest. Very happy with my purchase!!

He said we'd have to order it but he checked it and it was a manufacturer discontinued. We were in luck. They dropped the price a hundred dollars and we could take it home. Awful awful delivery service today. I called the store for 4 hours this morning trying to get in touch with someone about my chair being delivered because I was never contacted. I was on hold majority of the time or hung up on. My chair was delivered without a heads up,I had to ASK for mask to be worn by the drivers and they simply put the box in my front door. No unboxing for me to check the product out for damages etc. I experienced very very poor service and communication,no communication in fact.Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

Ashley store located at 1200 west loop 281 in Longview was absolutely phenomenal my first visit there. The store is very classy with such authentic taste the designer for the entire store has a good eye for each piece in the store (Emily) 5 stars for her just alone the store itself is 5stars! And the customer service associate Kathy Reynolds definitely outdid herself with helping us with our purchase, my daughter and I personally appreciate you helping thanks to her we purchased the perfect bed for our daughter Madison thank you so much to the Ashley family Treating us like we were at home.

I ordered a full house of furniture king size bedroom suit, dining room and living room suit !! Bedroom suit came on time the dining room suit came on time ( missing 2 chairs and table was damaged ) ordered on 6/5 received on 6/19!! They brought me a new table back on 7/3 still missing my two chairs ( I’m not happy) I ordered my living a week later almost $4000.00 worth of furniture and I paid for it on the spot (Order date 6/9) they send me a message it won’t be here till 8/19!! I’m sitting in my new house with no living room furniture ( not very happy) I understand what’s going in the world with the pandemic . I totally understand 3/4 weeks waiting time but over two months is way ridiculous!! I go back to store and manager waves my delivery fees not much compensation there !!! Says there’s nothing else he can do . I should just get all my money back and shop somewhere else . Some compensation from Ashley furniture would be great or I will never be back or won’t recommend you at all !!!!
Update: sat on hold for 25 minutes just to get transferred to another department because I had an online order, 20 more minutes of holding, the rep answers, takes my info, and hangs up. I CANT EMPHASIZE THIS ENOUGH, DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THIS MESS. UPDATE. IT IS NOW THE NEXT WEEK, THURSDAY TO BE EXACT... NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME. The delivery guy even said someone would call me to tell me when the other pieces would be ready... I HAVE CALLED REPEATEDLY. I HAVE LEFT VOICEMAILS. DO NOT ORDER FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE. This is only just a fraction of the story.- Ordered a couch 5/8. It was not in stock, but I was prepared to wait until it was ready, which I was given the date 6/19. That Monday or tuesday I hadn’t received any information about you guys having it ready, so I called. 1 hour later, after calling multiple of your customer service lines, as well as calling the store and having everyone I talked to gave me a different number to call because my order was made online, someone finally was able to see my order, which was going to be missing a few pieces. I ordered a five piece couch, if it was going to be multiple pieces, i told them I just wanted to wait until it all came together. Bumped out date until today, 7/10. No big deal. I received a text to accept my delivery... it showed there’s was to be only 4 pieces delivered... ok, it’s not the whole thing, but it’s a majority and we’ve been waiting for almost 2 months now- bring on the 4 pieces.... I received an email telling me to call a number to accept the partial delivery, which I already thought I had through the text... then this morning I get a call from one of the delivery guys that one of the pieces was damaged, did I still want the rest of the order. I thought it was the piece that I was already told about... The 2 delivery men brought in 2 pieces of couch. That’s it. They were getting ready to leave and I said, “woah, I was told there was going to be 4 items, NOT JUST 2..?” To which he pulled out his paper receipt that was only 3 things initially, which he scratched out one and left the 2 that they brought.... IF I HAD KNOWN IT WASN’T EVEN HALF OF THE COUCH, I WOULDN’T HAVE ACCEPTED THE DELIVERY. I am beyond pissed right now. I have already called and left a voicemail, to which I should receive a call back within 24-48 hours... I am very upset and at this point I’m very regretful with my first purchase from you guys.
today i was on hold for over 12 minutes with the Longview store with no idea if anyone would ever pick up the call. Twice,silly me calling for my sister in law. A simple rule in business, answer your phone, I suggest Lazy Boy, much better quality, service and they answer the phone by the 3rd ring.

I didn't want to waste my time driving there since I don't live in the same town. I tried to reach out online by email and chat and nothing. I finally made the call to customer service and still nothing. I liked the sectional so much that I decided I would just purchase online anyways. I needed to do a split payment and online wouldn't accept it, so I was back to square one. I was highly disappointed at this point. I eventually just went by the store, that goodness I did. The showroom was very clean. I knew exactly what i wanted and Michael made it a breeze. Especially with a 5&6 year old with you! He was fast, informative, I was approved for the cares program that I wasn't even aware of and he scheduled delivery 4 weeks from now. If you need service don't waste your time online, go in the store. **UPDATE it has been 2 months since i have purchase my couch. the original delivery date was June 9. i took off half a day from work. no call no show on the delivery. i called to ask where my couch was at and they rescheduled it, without my knowledge. i was never notified. So i go into the store and speak to the manager. I got rid of my couch to make room for the new one. basically the manager said that he would request through 'promise keepers' (turns out they dont keep promises)the manager did absolutely nothing. not a sorry or apology. he said earliest they would be able to deliver would be June 20 and it would only be PARTIAL order (who orders part of a sectional?). June 20 comes along, no call, no show, STILL no couch. again I call them because they never call me. I speak with Jeremy, sales manager who tells me my couch is on the truck from Houston and he would call me the next day to schedule delivery. surprise! no call from Jeremy. i call again June 29 and find out Jeremy has transferred stores. Now Frank is the manager. Frank tells me that somehow my couch isn't on the truck now or maybe the truck didn't come. That he would have to call the warehouse and they were closed Sundays and Mondays. Said he would call today 6/30 and get an answer. Here it is 4pm and no call from Frank. So again, i call him. he says he hasn't been able to get the warehouse to answer? I keep asking to talk to a store manager, not sales manager and no one will give me that number. Instead he gives me the GRT (guest relations team?) hotline - i waited on hold for 30 min and got hung up on. Basically i have paid $2800 and i still dont have anything to show for it, no answers and ZERO communication. this is completely unprofessional. Im cancelling my credit card and never purchasing from them ever again! I would never recommend.

Not a good place to buy. Order was cancelled without my knowledge. Went to store and representative gave some lame excuse that really didn't even make any sense. They lack in customer satisfaction. I understand about the covid situation but that's no excuse for my order to not be delivered on the day that I specified especially when I got a confirmation that it would be sent that day. All they wanted to do was sign me up for a credit card before I could even get 2 words out. Don't recommend shopping here. They like to play too many games...

the way they give you the estimates is not good, withing a week they give you another price even with an special discount have to pay more than the estimate. I mean 150 of difference it`s ok but 500... the only good thing was they make me an special discount at the end and just paid 130 more than the original amount I was told. That plus the delivery time (too long).

My wife and bought a new double recliner from Ashley in Longview,Texas. The sales consultant that we dealt with was Michael Alvarado. This was an extremely affable man. 2nd time buyer here and I can honestly say, Mr. Tate Wilson was the upmost honest and outstanding Salesman I have ever encountered. Went into the Longview location today to buy some living room furniture and needless to say Tate Wilson was there to help the whole way with his outstanding customer service and knowledge. We had a great experience IN STORE with Michael but the delivery was absolutely horrible. We received nothing we asked for on time. A bed with no rails on the second delivery two weeks later. We’ve been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for weeks. I’ve called multiple times with no estimated time of arrival and no one seems reluctant to help. I wish I could get a full refund since I can’t use the the furniture I’ve paid for but I’m sure no one will help there either:

I went in looking for new matress 30 minutes until close. Our matress was starting to make me up with muscle spasms. They greeted me and asked what I needed. I asked about how the credit works and filled out a form. Within 30 minutes they had me approved, found a king in stock for me so I could take it home instead of waiting, signed the agreements, and had me come around to get it loaded. It was a very pleasurable experience. Much props to the salesman, Nick. I'll be coming to see you again soon sir.

Update: Here we are, on our 3rd replacement sofa. This company has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I have been hung up on several times and put on hold for hours. I didn't raise my voice or have an attitude, although they deserve it. They re-delivered our original damaged sofa- as a replacement. I'm beyond fed up. I expected better from this company. NEVER AGAIN. Old: Nice selection and great prices. 1 star off because the lady that checked us out was coughing into her hand. She was then handling our money and receipt. Pretty gross and not good. Especially with the virus stuff happening right now.
Had to do a review so everyone would know how Ashley Homestore treats their customers. $600 later & my issue still isn't resolved. Delivery dates changing with notifying me! Delivery guys delivered the wrong Woodanville dining set because of a system glitch on Ashley's in. Then to have them try to say I ordered a 5 piece set instead of a 7 piece set when I have a family of 6. Then, finally they realize that there is same sku numbers in system. So you would think now that they figured this out, how hard would it be to just bring me my 2 chairs? Well obviously they had to do an exhange. After talking to over 20 people, managers & all which I have names of, I finally had a delivery date for April 21, 2020. That day has come & gone. Nobody called or reached out to say that my order has been rescheduled. So when I noticed that my delivery timeframe had expired, I called again, 1st time, someone hung up in my face, 2nd time, lady states that my order has been rescheduled and I should've received a call. Nope no call and she went on to say it has been pushed out another week! So at this point, im furious because customer service is everything to me & word of mouth is everything. Needless to say, Ashley homestore have so many workers that are just there for a paycheck and do not care how they treat the people that's helping them get paid. Its been almost a month since I ordered a Woodanville 7 piece dining set and at this point they say I will receive the other 2 chairs next tuesday 4-28-2020. I will believe it when I see it because you cant trust them to keep their word!
I can not say enough good things about our experience with this Ashleys location Michael helped us ALL day he was absolutely amazing he really took the time to listen & help us decide on furniture ( he has great style to) even after buying our furniture I had a few questions & he was always very prompt in returning my call! Purchased bed for cash in Longview had to pick up in Tyler, only for the be boxes to look like they had been kicked down here. So got my broken peace’s replaced on the spot, however I come home and no way to put my bed together due to the fact that The bed came with no screws whatsoever. Now have to wait seven to ten business days if that.
My fiancé and I went in to look for a new mattress, and we weren’t disappointed! Nick was our salesman, but the fact that they have a “sleep expert” really sold us. Any question we had was answered. I will definitely be back for future purchases, and have raved about it to my friends and family!

I placed a furniture order in mid Thanksgiving. The night I placed my order, I set up my delivery dates. The initial delivery was set for December 24th. The sales guy and I even had a discussion about it being Christmas Eve. I was like great! The time rolled around, I had my old furniture removed the 23rd and then NO DELIVERY. It was set again. Then finally the third set up it was delivered. I over looked and thought well things happen. But the situation with my rug has been even worse. They have scheduled and rescheduled my delivery at least 6 times. It is to the point I just say whatever when they call, because I know EXACTLY what will happen. As it did again today. It is March 3rd and I still have not received my rug. They texted and emailed TODAY around noon that I would have a delivery tomorrow, March 4th. Then within 2 hours, I was told AGAIN my order was delayed. Does it really take over 3 months to get a RUG? To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I feel Ashley should make this right. As each time the staff calling me to set up appointments can not answer a single question. The customer service has been nothing but excuses and no answers to anything I ask. Sincerely a frustrated customer,

I had a horrible delivery experience with a different Ashleys store located in Tyler TX and Frank Allen went above and beyond to make sure every issue was corrected and addressed and was amazing to work with. Tate Wilson is also amazing. I will only go to Ashleys Furniture in Longview TX from now on. The entire staff there is phenomenal and they really care about their customers long after the sale.

The delivery this time was good, although the driver ran over the culverts in my driveway.
Nice Furniture. A lot of confusion though. I was told on the phone by customer service that all my furniture would be delivered on the 16th so made plans to move into my apartment at that time. Went there to make arrangements and change address for delivery. I proceeded to change i few pieces up and when I did not only did all delivery dates change to a few weeks later but the financing got all messed up and had to pay $1000 out of pocket. I understand things happen but if they would have been clear upfront this could have been avoided. Now I’m stuck with an empty apartment, no furniture and $1000 out of pocket all due to misunderstanding and lack of transparency.

Mr. Tate at Ashleys furniture in Longview, Tx was verry helpful. Showed us everything we wanted to see and talk to us about all our opinions without making us feel uncomfortable or pressured into buying anything.
We went in Nov. 26 to buy a king size bed for Christmas. Our salesperson told us we wouldn’t get delivery until Jan. 6. That sounded like an unreasonable time to wait, but we liked our selection and agreed. Furthermore, the salesman told us that he would stay on top of it, try to get it to happen sooner and would call us in a couple of weeks to update us. When we didn’t hear from him we tried to call the store, but the phone call went to a call center. In order to talk to someone in person, we had to return to the store. The person we spoke to said they would look into things and call us back either Dec. 23 or 26. We got no call. Meanwhile, we got back with the call center, who said they could arrange delivery of everything Jan. 31. By this time, we weren’t taking anybody’s word for anything, so we went back into the store. We ran into our original salesperson, told him politely that we were disappointed with the service he had not provided, and he basically said that he was busy - no apology, no nothing - and told us that the lady behind the desk could help us. He really blew us off. When she looked into it, she saw that the delivery date on the bed was Jan. 31, but the mattress would be a week later. We had made it clear to everyone we talked to that we didn’t want two deliveries, that it all needed to be delivered at the same time. She went to talk to the manager, then relayed another promise of a phone call by mid-month to update us. We could see that the manager wasn’t busy, but he made no effort to come over and talk to us himself, and since no one else had returned a call, we decided we had had enough, cancelled the order, and went next door to buy a king-size bed for Christmas.

I went in knowing exactly what I was looking for. But then I got side tracked and was checking out different options. Terry was super nice and did not make me feel rushed to choose anything in particular. I ended up purchasing the exact set I went in looking for. The process was easy and quick. I’m glad I gave Ashley another chance. My husband even had me purchase the coffee table and end table to match my tv stand because we were impressed by the service this time.
We went into Ashley furniture with the intention of just “looking” for a new sofa. As soon as we walked into the door we where greeted by Tate, we the. decided 5 minutes later that we didn’t want to look at any other furniture store. Tate’s sweet demeanor and knowledge about products led us to an entire living room we fell in love with from the sofas and tables, to even the rug on the floor. He even stayed an hour after his shift to make sure we where happy. Being a manager for years in customer service it is very important to me how a person is treated when looking or purchasing an item. We can’t wait for our new Living room set to arrive.

So glad we chose to go into the store rather than ordering online! Gary at the Longview Showroom was familiar with the furniture we wanted and knew immediately that there was no floor sample. He allowed us to look around to see if there was something we preferred. Finalizing the purchase was easy and he explained everything. When all was said and done, we saved about $65.00 over the online price. Easy, painless, and quick!

Sales staff person Michael Alvardo was most excellent! I knew what I wanted when I got there and was in and out in no time. I was not very impressed with the delivery service though. 1st of all my sectional had to be delivered in 2 separate shipments. Yesterday was the day of my 1st delivery. I confirmed before my delivery was supposed to be made. All but my chaise piece was to be delivered. But upon arrival my left armed recliner was forgotten. One of my consoles had 2 nicks in it when delivered and all items were dusty and left that way from sitting in the warehouse. I was guaranteed white glove delivery which I did not feel like i received. My consoles have USB hook ups in them the cords were left tied up in them requiring me to have to take the pieces apart again to get them out to realize all my pieces had not been attached together properly. Not satisfied with delivery at all!!! Having to wait for recliner to be delivered Monday because of their mistake. My son was here for the delivery because I had to be out of town otherwise some of these issues would have been resolved at the time. Overall I love the parts I have received and the sales experience. Hate the delivery service. Waiting to find out what will be done to repair the part that was damaged in delivery because I am NOT responsible for their mistake. They were on time, and polite on the phone. That is about all I have to say about the delivery that was good. Otherwise this nice Christmas gift I was recieving has turned into a headache as of this point. Hoping Ashley makes it right as this was an expensive purchase and I don't agree with paying a delivery fee and not getting what was promised. Julie Jordan

I bought a very expensive king bedroom set With two nightstands however I had to put them in storage because the deal fell through for a house I was buying however I ended up buying a house and when I open them up the nightstands are two different nightstand I contacted the store for help however they said there wasn’t nothing they could do I won’t be buying from Ashley furniture again

The selection of home furnishings is excellent, the prices are very reasonable, the financing options are reasonable and the staff were very accommodating.
Buying a sectional from Ashley’s furniture has turned out to be a TERRIBLE experience. I have never experienced such awful customer service even by the managers. I have had to make every call and never received a call back even when promised. I was promised a full refund for the item because 1. It didn’t look right in our house which wasn’t their fault 2. Their furniture pieces are so cheaply made (you can see all the staples from manufacturing.) Long story short they refunded some but not all and NEVER came back and refunded the rest like they said they would. I wait on hold forever, just for them to tell me they are working on it but nothing ever comes of it. Then I call again for an update on the refund and the manager whom has been helping me tells me that I need to go through customer call center because he isn’t helping me anymore. Stay away from this store and take your money to ANY other furniture store! Seriously zero stars for customer service and follow through.

Today we went searching for a sectional for our house. We have a oddly shaped living room and this was not the easiest thing to work around but our sales rep Kathy Reynolds was very patient in helping us find the perfect fit. She worked with is on two separate visits and quoted us on multiple sets before we decided. I know that we were probably difficult to work with but there’s no way you could have told by her friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile. We have used Ashley Furniture in the past, but people like Kathy are the primary reason we will continue to buy furniture here in the future. Thanks Kathy!!!

One yr age we made this mistake. After spending $3200 with them, we now have tears in our sofa where the vinyl has seperate from the material. We first reported it to them 2 wks ago. They have done nothing but give us the run a round. After calling them 4 times over the course of these passed 2 wks and emailing them pictures, they have now come up with multiple invalid reasons why they are not responsible: 1. Your Warranty has expired as of 11-16-19, Not accurate, we filed this complaint a week before that deadline. 2. Those are not manufacturer defects. But the vinyl has separated from the material and it is within the warrant purchase time limit. 3. You voided your warranty when you picked it up from the warehouse. We were never made aware that picking it up ourselves would void our warranty. I've never heard that a buyer could not pick up a product from a store without voiding the warranty. Thankfully, we did purchase an extended warranty. However, there assistance is still to be determined.

I am on day number 40 of no furniture delivery. I was never informed when I purchased this particular sofa that it would take this long for it to arrive. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Received email yesterday confirming delivery on all items for this Friday however I received call this morning that same 2 pieces are still pending until "next week". This pains me to say because I love Ashley's furniture selections but they have might have just lost my repeat business over this.

The sales person, Redell G Reeal, was great!! He was extremely patient, very helpful, and allowed me time to look on my own some without hovering over me, but also answered all my questions as I needed. The sectional I got was perfect, and I got ten percent off. I would HIGHLY reccomend them, especially with the pricing (it was very reasonable). However, I did only give them four stars because it is going to take four weeks to have my stuff delivered, and they have only floor models in the store, so you can't volunteer to pick it up in order to get it sooner. If my furniture comes in sooner, I will come back and add the fifth star.

If you are expecting your furniture in a timely manner....FORGET IT. Don’t get rid of your old furniture before the new FINALLY arrives or you will be sitting on the floor. There customers service DEPT is useless. We spent over 3000.00 in July and here it is October and we just have bits and pieces. Now they are telling us it won’t be here till the end of November. Our sales person (TATE) was nice however we don’t have all our furniture.

Was told my furniture would be delivered on 8-9-19 paperwork stated that and everything.I called yesterday on 8-8-19 to ensure the delivery since I NEVER heard from anyone spoke to Gary Weaver told him I had tried to log on he said the site has been down a couple of days but he can look it up so he tells me I'm scheduled for delivery on 8-9-19 between 430p-730p well guess what NO FURNITURE still havnt received a call until I called to check only to be told I'm not scheduled for a delivery until the 16 of August remind u I did paperwork on july 25 here it is I have taken my son's bed down thinking the new bed is coming and its not.This is very unprofessional type of business to conduct so much for my son's Birthday gift.I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ASHLEY FURNITURE again🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Tate Wilson is a fantastic salesman and was very patient with my husband and I as we decided which furniture to purchase. He was available to answer any questions or provide a tape measure but didn't crowd us. He alone is reason enough that we'll be back to Ashley. Thank you for the excellent service Tate! Update almost 2 months later - The sales service was excellent however please be aware the service drops severely once you receive your product. The customer service is incompetent and sent us the incorrect parts twice for repairs we needed within the first month. The stitching came up and the arm rest was caving in. We spent over $2500 on this furniture and already had issues 1 month in. The stitch replacement didn't match the rest of the furniture and customer service refused to help us further. I will never do business with Ashley again. I have always been a avid supporter of your products but they are lacking so much quality now and no one cares after the face.

I visited Ashley HomeStore on two occasions recently. Terry was very helpful and patient as she showed me options for bedroom sets. I was very indecisive but she stuck with me and gave me some very affordable quotes. Unfortunately, I was unable to purchase at the time. I tried to order online but there were problems with my account, not received a card, no one could find my account number. So again, I went in the store. This time, Frank helped me and waded through the muck of credit until we got answers. I would highly recommend the Longview stores.

Michael and Jeremy were very helpful in helping my wife and I select the right bed and mattress for us. There were some hiccups on the delivery end, and reaching someone by phone to clear up the matter proved to be extremely difficult. This culminated in me visiting the store in person to resolve the issue. At this point we had decided we'd likely not be patronizing Ashley Furniture again any time soon. However, when we decided to go with a split-king setup after our trial period ended, we received exceptional service that proved the store deserving of the great reviews they have, and I fully intend to do business with them again in the future. I first went on line to see what Ashley had to offer as far as varieties and prices, so decided would go to the store. The moment I walked in to the Longview store I was immediately met by a friendly gentleman with the question of what can I do to help you? I stated I wanted to look around for a bed and The gentleman said OK, and gave me the chance to look at everything without following me everywhere, There was so much to choose from in the store, but I found what I wanted. Mr Weaver put everything together efficiently and in a timely manner so that the overall process of finalizing the sale was not stressful. I will go back, best store ever.
Such an easy experience! My wife and I shopped online first and had an idea. I literally went in at like 3 pm one afternoon, sat down with Garrett, my super-awesome salesman and he went through the whole list with me, ordered every piece, quick and easy and helped with all of my finance options! I walked out in less than an hour with furniture on it's way to my home! We will definitely buy with Ashley again!

Manager Jeremy cares enough to go the extra mile to make sure customers at his store (1200 West Loop 281) are satisfied. My daughter and I came into the store for a second time just because this Manager took good care of us the first time!...he really worked with my budget...never mentioned his position, so I assumed all the time that he was just another Salesman!...and this second time, we tried avoiding other Salespeople, thinking that we already had "our" salesperson, but didn't see him around....so, when we're about to leave, we noticed Jeremy was there, made little conversation & kindly he encouraged us to show him what we were interested in....by this time, a Saleslady is right behind & he's telling me that she'll take care of me... (but I didn't want anyone else taking care of us!)...so I had to ask: "why are you leaving us with her??"....he humbly responded: "I'm the Manager...but she'll take good care of you"... Id give it a 5☆ but they cant get our furniture in until October. Huge downer! Back for an update... Michael fixed ot where we can have our new furniture mid july and we got a new rug to complement the couches! Stopped in Fri 6/21/19 looking for a lift recliner. The one on the floor fit my desires, so I bought it. Michael, the sales person, was professional and nice to deal with. I've worked with two salesmen at this store and both were very kind, knowledge, and understanding. The first, I was looking for a dining room table back in February. I came back today for couch, and ended up with a heck of a deal on a living room set! They listen and are patient. Also, the one who sold me the table remembered me, including conversations. So that shows me they care about their customers.

Didn’t even get bombarded by sales when we hit the door they made there way over at leisure and allowed us to look and “make ourselves at home”. And when we were ready to buy micheal was super helpful and was everything you’d want from a salesperson. He probably coulda sold us a house full of furniture if we woulda let him he’s that good. Tate Wilson helped me with my decision and was absolutely awesome. After leaving the store I looked up one of my items on line and found it had a special price. I turned around and went back to the store. Tate and the desk staff were great. They credited me back the difference with no problem. I will have no problem referring people to the Longview location. They are all attentive and very helpful.

HORRIBLE customer service.. spent over 1,000 dollars & had our furniture delivered to our home, the delivery drivers left us with damaged walls and will obviously deny it to save their job. If you EVER have furniture delivered make sure you video tape them damaging your walls because that’s the only way they’ll fix them! Terrible. Will NEVER be purchasing from them again. Spreading the news to everyone I know that Ashley Furniture does not care about their customers after 2 months of being told they would accommodate us.

First, bought a sofa and loveseat to be delivered over a month later, purchased the end of Jan and to be delivered the end of March, while waiting for that to be delivered purchased a dining table set. The dining table set was delivered a week before the couch was to be delivered. The chairs wobbled bad like one leg was to short. I called the salesperson who told me to "call me with any issues and I will fix them because I am the person who usually does that" when we purchased the items but guess what? now he gives me a number to call. I called it, I was put on hold for 20 minutes just to be told someone will call me in 48 hrs to schedule a time to come out to fix the chairs.....it's been over 48 hrs and still awaiting that call to get my chairs fixed. Today the couch and loveseat were to be delivered but guess what the loveseat came but no couch. Called the salesman who said call the number again, of course. Called the Assistant Mgr of the store who said he would call back but it has been 4 hrs ago and no call back yet...hmm. I called the number which by the way is supposedly for the Guest Response Team. The lady on the phone told me the couch wasn't in....what it has been over a month I said and you called me to schedule the delivery so how can it not be in. She said she couldn't help me but they would call me when it came in. I have purchased from Ashley in the past, actually in Indiana, great experience is why I went there again but this time in Texas I can honestly say I will never purchase an Ashley product again and hopefully I will get my couch and get my dining chairs fixed before request my money back. Great experience. We truly loved our salesman Michael Alvarado. He was friendly, comical and he expedited things at a fast pace as not to hold us up to long. Went to Ashley's last night for my son to get a couch. They had to order it which is fine. But then told me we would have to pick it up in Tyler. We shopped in Longview for a reason. If I wanted to drive to Tyler I would have went shopping in Tyler at better furniture stores. I had the option of delivery but of course they were going to charge. My son lives 5 minutes from the Longview store and we have to drive an hour to Tyler get the sofa then drive an hour back. There should be a sign out front that lets everyone know that this is showroom only and that furniture will not be picked up from this store. Or offer free delivery. I will not ever shop Ashley's again and will let all my friends know not to go. Make the Drive to Tyler and shop better stores.
Buying furniture in Longview and then being told you have to drive to Tyler to pick it up or pay to have it delivered. You are better off shopping somewhere else in Longview or just drive to Tyler and shop the better furniture stores they have. If i wanted to drive to Tyler I would have shopped in Tyler. They should have a sign outside thats says Showroom Only!!! will not shop Ashley's again
MY son needed a couch for his apartment, found one at Ashley's IN LONGVIEW. We were not told until after he found one he really wanted that we would have to pick it up in Tyler. We could have opted for delivery but that was $100 and my son was on a budget. We have 3 trucks in our family why would we want it delivered. So Our only choice was to have it ordered and go pick it up in Tyler. If I wanted to go to Tyler I would have drove to Tyler and shopped there and probably at a different store. There is no sign outside that's says that the Longview store is only a showroom floor and that there is no furniture available to you there. you can only pick it out there. Then you option is to have it delivered which they charge you or drive to Tyler and pick it up. Now in 2 weeks I have to take around 3 hours of my day and go pick up furniture that the store in Longview is only 5 minutes away from my sons apartment. I was very upset when I left and I will never shop Ashley's again. If all your furniture goes to Tyler then delivery should be free.

I visited the store with an open mind to get some knowledge of new mattress technology and advancements. The Sales Professional, Gary Weaver, took a few minutes to ask us some qualifying questions, then proceeded to let us try out four different mattresses. While we were trying the mattresses out, he was explaining the technology behind the mattress in a way that we could understand. After a short period of testing different mattresses, we found the one we loved and made the purchase. Gary was an important piece of the mattress purchase process and when we purchase some furniture in the near future, we will definitely lean on his expertise to get what is best for us.

Been on the search for the perfect sectional sofa to accommodate our family of 5. We went to Ashley and browsed for a while with the help of a salesman who had information for every piece we happened to glance at. We actually left the store to think about our purchase and ended up going back due to not being able to stop thinking about the couch we found as well as the helpful service we received. On return, we were helped by the same salesman who made purchasing the couch pain free. The service was wonderful and not overbearing like most places you go. The couch itself is super comfortable and with their amazing protection plan I'm not afraid of the stains that are inevitable, because they will come fix it. Wonderful shopping experience.
I was in the market for a contemporary headboard for my guest room. I didnt want anything &"dramatic&" just clean lines and simple tufting. I was met by the salesman Tate who was able to show me the perfect low profile modern headboard. I was happy to hear as he ordered it for me, that it was only a two week turn around for the set up and delivery in home. I am patiently waiting for the arrival of the new upholstery piece and will leave a follow up when it is delivered to my home. Thank yous to Tate for his professionialism, good sense of humor and making this a painless transaction!

It was pretty busy in the store while I was there. The manager told me they were short staffed but there seemed to be plenty of stays walking around. I was there for about 10 minutes before I was spoken to. They were having a good sale and I did end up purchasing furniture. I did not feel pressured into buying. Felt like he explained all my options thoroughly before purchasing my couch.

Nice clean store, friendly sales people, good selection of chairs at various prices 200 - 2000. After looking at several stores and several hundred chairs, opted for a $500 model, (on sale) it was the most comfortable, as well as best price. Was $60 cheaper than laz y boy for a 55 mile delivery. Wife enjoyed the smell of store. Update 2023, back for a couch, friendly staff and good service, would recommend again.

Large selection of furniture with a sales staff that was helpful and not pushy. We bought new living room furniture and for $99 had it delivered, which was very convenient. They also have good warranty options which I normally don't bother with but theirs was reasonable for the price. Should check them out if you're shopping for new furniture.
