I have never regretted a decision more in my life , I paid over 2k for a bed frame that SUCKS . This bed squeaks so bad , every little move I make it’s so loud , its just getting worse and worse and I seriously can not even sleep anymore because everytime I move it’s cracking , squeaking , making so many loud noises, I have never hated a bed frame more in my life , I asked about trading it or returning it and they said no . I’m seriously so mad about this purchase and I will never buy anything from them again .

We purchased a kitchen table and 6 chairs and a love seat the end of June and it was delivered mid July. The day the items were delivered I called the store to report the chairs were wobbly and the headrest on one end did not work. After multiple emails, taking pictures and submitting serial numbers more than once they did come and replace some of the chairs of the table, but did not fix the headrest. The technician did look at it and say the motor did not work and would have to be replaced. I eventually was contacted and was told a motor would be ordered and shipped to my address and a technician would come and put it on. Months later was told the product was discontinued and I would be receiving store credit to pick out another product of equal value but had to have this done by Jan 30th. By this time the chairs were wobbling again so a technician was going to look at them when they picked up the the loveseat. I did go and pick out a new kitchen table and chairs for our new house and then purchased $1500.00 in additional items. This was scheduled to be delivered on Jan 30th. I was notified on Jan 29th that they were canceling my new order and I would have to go and place new order after they picked up the defective loveseat, since items being delivered were going to different address then the item being picked up. I had company coming and this was not in my plans. They wanted to pick up defective items Feb 4th but said no I work that day they can come on 30th as originally planned. I did not have technician look at chairs thst day due to all the frustration. I was then given in store credit that could de used at my discretion for the amount of the cost of the defective loveseat. They later called to ask about the kitchen chairs that were also defective and I informed them the only thing that could be done was to return them and receive store credit as these chairs will always have screws wiggling out and not being usable. I was then offered a $300.00 refund and forfeit any warranty and keep the dining room set. What a slap in the face as I believe the warranty cost more than that. I declined the offer. So, now they canceled my store credit and will refund my money to the charge card that has been paid in full, so eventually I will get my money back on the loveseat but for the dining set I will just have to call and report a claim every time the chairs become wobbly and eventually the screws will become worn out / stripped and the chairs will fall apart. I was informed they are covered 1 year by the store and after that I will have to go through the extended warranty protocol. This is in no way customer service and a total waste of my time along with the technician. But rest assured I will be calling everytime I have an issue.

Ricardo is the best! he patient waited over a span of three months while I picked out a new couch, answering any questions I had along the way. Highly recommen!

I took an older couple that are really good friends of mine to look at a new bed and a couple of recliners. Then older man that I took was recovering from a heart attack and his first ever health scare in his 80 years of life. We looked at lift chairs first, he found the one he wanted and it was the newest model on the floor. After talking with Aldo briefly before another salesman took over the sale which I didn't get his name, they settled on a price but the salesman never mentioned a delivery date after I asked. Than went to the bed section where the picked out a new split king adjustable. Everything went fine there and his wife picked out a new chair for her. The salesman said that they would be delivered on Feb 3rd. While his wife was paying for the two chairs and bed, $12,000.00 worth the salesman said the lift chair was 30 to 45 days out. I went by the store 6 days later to talk with them because they sold the lift chair 400.00 higher than it is advertised on their web page and to discuss the delivery issue because the web site says 3-5 moinths. Well my friend canceled the lift chair and the salesman never really appoligized for lying to the older couple and basicly scamming them. I guess we'll see if the rest show up next week when they said. I will not recommend anyone to buy there nor will I be buying there myself. UPDATE you didn't give a real answer just the same one you give everyone else. It's really sad that 80 year old people get that treatment in your store. If you want too give a real answer I would love to read it. Still not buying there.

My wife and I went there to look for furniture. We liked one item and started talking about payment options. They told us we could either apply for their credit card or finance with our own money. I said I did not want a credit card and that I wanted to finance with my own money. They had me fill out a form. I thought this was part of the financing process, even if you pay with your own money. Then they gave us information about how much I would pay monthly and said the furniture would be delivered in three months. We decided not to order because we needed the furniture very soon. Two days later, I received an email saying that a credit card account had been opened and was on the way to me. I called them right away and explained what happened. They asked if I wanted to report this as fraud and close the account. I said yes, reported it as fraud, and closed the credit card. So please be careful. Do not fill out forms or enter your SSN on their tablets. They may open a credit card account without clearly asking you.

Put delivery date was changed several times, but they did deliver finally. There was a young man who helped me with the same bank so I could pay off my bill. I appreciated that. I tried to do that when I first bought the furniture, but the man work in the computer said it was denied. I went to my banker and they said there’s no reason that should’ve been denied. It was very demeaning and stressful for me. I think you have good furniture, but you really need to follow up on finalizing the deal and making sure you deliver when you say you’re going to.

We recently got couches from Ashleys after months of searching for what would be suitable for our home, when they delivered it went fast, but the color looked off, moments later we realized they delivered in the wrong color, we got in contact with customer service trying to get an exchange we kept getting moved to some other department to see if they could help from one person to another and everyone kept saying the same thing we gotta wait to see if they could do something to help. Not a fan, and disappointed, definitely not gonna get more furniture from Ashleys, its a waste of time. It shouldn't be difficult to see if we can get it exchanged instead of waiting to see if its a possibility. First and Last time getting furniture here

There's a wide range of selection here which is nice. I personally hate going into stores with sales people because they like to bombard you, which will happen everywhere. I will say the young man who first greeted me when I walked in did a great job at only checking in with me once after the initial greeting and then when I told him what I wanted he was very efficient at his job and didn't waste my time at all. Overall it was a good experience. I'm hopeful for the delivery experience going as well 🤞 Edit to update: Delivery has been ABSOLUTE hell. It was supposed to be yesterday, then got a text saying it was going to be today which absolutely wasn't going to work. Got rescheduled for Saturday and obviously with weather, it's now being rescheduled. So needless to say, delivery is a huge bust and the customer service center for deliver is difficult to contact, sends you to multiple places, just to still not give you a proper answer. This will be the last time I order from Ashley Furniture.

While the delivery team was pleasant, my table arrived with a broken and damaged leg. I was told at delivery that a replacement leg would be requested, photos were taken, and the process should be quick. When I called Ashley, I was informed this would need manager approval and that I must submit photos myself. It is unclear why this is necessary when the delivery team already documented the damage. I currently have a broken table and no resolution or timeline. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will no longer be a customer of Ashley.

You walk in the store into the Ashley store in Lubbock, Texas and they're like vultures. What will they not do to earn your business. I spent over 3k for a dining room table. When they delivered it they didn't have all the hardware to put it together. They stated they would do it another day. I offered to go out and buy what was missing so they could finish the job. They said no that they would send someone later. I contacted my sales person and he informed me to deal with another department. At the end I bought what they needed so they could install the table. I took the day off from work, but at the end their mistake or lack of checking the table to ensure every they needed to install it properly was there became my problem. I ended up buying what they needed to install it properly. I have not heard from them. I will never purchase from this store again, and I would advise anyone looking to purchase furniture to look around and stay away from them. Customer service is not something that you will find at the Ashley store in Lubbock, Texas. Stay away!

Great selection, friendly staff, quick and easy process

Well, first off I don’t like leaving negative comments but it was a nightmare. We are trying to furnish our new home. My daughter found a bed she likes at Ashley’s Lubbock so we decided to order all the bedroom sets for all 3 of our kids’ rooms. They were friendly and helpful alright(got to make the sales!.) Our delivery date was scheduled December 2nd. We made sure of the date and confirmed with a manager and the sales person because we were going to be out of town before that date and on December 6th we scheduled our move in date, invited several friends and family for a celebration, and have someone scheduled to cater dinner. I never got any call or text message to confirm. On December 2nd, I waited from 9am till past noon for the delivery that never showed up. I searched my junk email and found out that our delivery date was rescheduled on November 28th while we were out of town, but since we did not see the email and couldn’t confirm, they canceled. I called the manager and found out that they entered the last digit of my phone number incorrectly and that’s the reason why we never got a call. They then tried to reschedule for December 8th, but I refused because of the scheduled event and invitations. We needed those beds so we can sleep there after the celebration. The manager said he will get it fixed! That never happened. I had to call over and over to find out about the delivery. We had to cancel and reschedule everything last minute! I got over it, they gave us 20% discount, and we didn’t want to be searching for new beds during the holidays. We agreed for the delivery on the 8th. The 8th came and the sets showed up! Then a few minutes later the delivery guys that were assembling the beds told me that they are missing a dresser and the drawers that comes with one of the bed sets. He suggested to call the manager or the sales person because he confirmed with someone that it was not ordered. My wife messaged our sales person, Manuel. His response was, “What do you want me to do about it? I’m off today! I ordered everything!” That prompted me to write this! I was in service industry for a long time as a restaurant owner. And that is completely unacceptable.

I really wanted to love our experience with Ashley’s Furniture, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend them based on how our order was handled. Our furniture was delayed by an entire month, which would have been more understandable if we had been proactively informed. Instead, we had to call four separate times trying to get updates, and even then, we couldn’t get clear answers. We ultimately had to go into the store in person just to find out what was happening with our order. The lack of communication and transparency throughout this process was extremely frustrating. Being left in the dark for over a month with no updates is unacceptable. We ended up canceling our order entirely. I understand delays can happen, but keeping customers informed should be a basic standard of service. Unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience here.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Sold me a couch and chair. Delivered the wrong cushion for the chair. Then said they would ship me a replacement cushion. Instead, they shipped me a box filled with stuffing. No cushion. They just can’t seem to get it right. I should have read their reviews beforehand. Will not be shopping there anymore.

The service was exceptional. The salesman had complete knowledge of the mattress, helped us find the perfect one on his first try. He asked questions that helped him understand our needs. We were very satisfied.

Our first purchase with Manuel was great—he made ordering our sofa and loveseat quick and professional. Unfortunately, everything went downhill when we returned a few weeks later to order an ottoman and two end tables. When we arrived at the distribution center for pickup, we were told our fully paid order hadn’t been “released.” Despite having a confirmed pickup, we had to call the store and sit on hold for an hour to get it fixed. That delay pushed us to the back of the queue, turning what should’ve been a 10-minute pickup into a 3-hour ordeal. We later discovered the ottoman had been ordered incorrectly at the store, and the end tables were charged $50 more each than the advertised price. No refund or correction has ever been issued. After nearly two weeks of being passed between the store and the “GRT Team,” there’s still no resolution. The store manager seemed unaware of the issue and never called back as promised. While the newer associate has tried to help, the overall lack of accountability and communication from management and corporate is unacceptable. We do not recommend ordering from this store and will not be returning—stick to online orders only.

I have bought furniture from Ashley’s furniture going on 16 years. Never had a bad experience until now at the Lubbock store. The salesman told me that my furniture would be delivered the week I bought it. The day before it was supposed to be delivered no one called to verify the delivery. Turns out it was supposed to be delivered the next week and on a day I worked. I have told the salesman what days were days off and he said it would be delivered on my day off, well he lied about when it was being delivered and it was scheduled for a day I worked. If he would have in the beginning said it will be delivered next week then no problem but to assure me it was being delivered on a certain day and I find out that was a lie is unforgivable. I don’t tolerate liars so this is the last time I ever buy anything from Ashley’s furniture

You get what you pay for. We needed an inexpensive transition bed for our toddler and thought we'd give Ashley a try. Bed was simple, cheap, and purchase was quick. Paid $100 for delivery and install. Delivery arrived as scheduled; however, delivery crew refused to install, didn't seem surprised that I had been told that install was included, and seemed irritated that I wanted them to stay while I called Ashley to sort out the install mixup. Could not get a hold of a real person so declined delivery and rude delivery guys left. A real person from Ashley did call back, confirmed that install is not allowed (and also didn't seem surprised that I had received this [false] promise), but also told me I'd have to call back at a later date for a refund. I cannot understand why 1) false statements about delivery seem to be commonplace with this company, and 2) in the age of chatboxes (which they use extensively), Ashley cannot immediately process my refund, which apparently requires a second call. I can build/install a bed myself no problem but in this instance wanted to save the time. I do not do business with people who are deceptive, and I certainly would never pay $100 for a crew to deliver (but not install) two boxes to my front door that could have fit into my hatchback. This is my first (and only) Ashley experience - lesson learned.

The customer service was great, but once they get you buy something, everything else is a hassle we just bought a new home and needed new beds for the kids rooms and our bedroom with warranty and everything, we did this a month before closing on our home, just to give them plenty of time for delivery. Well that didn’t happen we received the master bed, the headboard came in damaged it took 6 weeks to get the new part, then you have to set an appointment for them to come replace the part, and don’t bring enough help to move the bed, and expect you to help move it when it’s a sleep number bed. It took 2 months before they delivered, my kids beds and then to top it off, My son and his finance bought a brand new bedframe for there sleep number bed, because I recommended Ashley’s well it got delivered late as well plus it had a black mark all the way across the headboard, and all the delivery gentleman said to them was just get some dawn soap and a wet wash cloth it it’ll come right off, the bed they bought is made of fabric so you can imagine what that looked like plus they paid for the extra warranty, this was back in July and they have still not to this day received a new headboard. I will not recommend Ashley furniture to anyone.

I received great customer service at the store, however, I did buy the "good" warranty and was told if ANYTHING happens to any piece of the couch it will be replaced! My dog DIED on the one piece and the warranty people told me they would not cover it because of: "6.1.37. repeated incidents of human and Pet bodily fluid/waste stains"!!!!! Um he died ONCE! What a shame for Ashley furniture, I used to love their stores, but now I will NEVER go back there. Not only did I lose my best friend, but couldnt even replace 1 piece of couch that costs them $50 made from a Chinese kid!

Worst experience ever. I was scheduled for delivery one date got the existing furniture out of the way so they could bring the new ones in. Not one employee communicated that it would not be delivered that day I had to find out because they never showed up now we are a week with no living room furniture my kids have no where to sit other than the tile floor. If you decide to buy from here make sure you follow up bc they sure will not to make matters worse I was told they were trying to rectifying the situation bc 2 of the pieces they had in the warehouse and have yet to hear back from anyone. They definitely do what necessary to make the sale but once they get the money you get a whole completely different service or lack there of.

We came in looking to slowly buy a bedroom set and walked out with the entire set. The service we had was amazing, Hector went through the store and explained everything with us. He went above and beyond with husband and myself. Not only will we be back, but we will also be going through all future sales with Hector from here on out. Couldn't be more appreciative, thank you!!

He guided me to the right section and then even let me walk around without tailing me. Once I found the couch he helped get everything set up and was able to finalize the deal the next day. Great environment and even better associate.

It was a great experience. The staff was wonderful and suited our needs in a timely fashion. Norma, our salesperson did a great job in listening to our needs and showing what options were available in our price range. Jordan helped us pack our purchases and took additional time in helping us loading them into our vehicle accordingly. We received a call about additional deliveries which were moved up to better times for us. Lubbock people are just nice. The team went out of their way to accommodate. We considered 6 different couches on e-commerce and went to 4 stores to find the perfect one for our new home. Ricardo helped us find the best options. The entire sales team was amazing. Very welcoming, honest, and sincere. Reviews look fake, never heard a good experience at Ashley's. When I went they were doing loud construction right next to a couple with a baby and the mom had cover the baby's ears to prevent ear drum damage, I felt so bad. Who does that kind of work during open hours?

Absolutely awesome service

While trying to pay with card for couches, there was issues with the store computers. During the 30 min stall, there was no communication of what the issue was or an apology of any kind. The sales person tried several times to get assistance from other employees which it seemed like they were not interested in helping the employee. We finally decided to leave, they offered us to pay later online later but still no apology or discussion of what the issue was. We also asked for delivery but was never told a cost for in town delivery. We left the store, found the same couch for a cheaper price and made the purchase at 1,300 with delivery as apposed to the online cost an hour later of 1,700. I understand that problems arrise but would have appreciated communication during that time.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. We went in several weeks ago, and ordered a white/grayish couch, barstools, and a mattress. First off, they did not update the delivery location on one of our pieces. When we received our order today, the couch was not the right color, came in a dark gray color and the couch is not even the same texture as the original one we ordered. Would never make another purchase here.

Store personel were great,quick and concise with complete info. Outsource finance was a hot mess. Almost impossible to understand, complete language barrier.

First delivery they brought the wrong mirror for the dresser (sales associate mistake) Brought mattress but not box spring. Second delivery did not bring box spring!!! 12 hour waiting time they always come after 5. This time 7pm they finished. Still need dining table, queen box spring, 2 chairs !!

Waited over 8months for our rug, kept getting the run around or no answer at all on where it was. The manager said we would be called back and then we were ignored multiple times. Never got our rug and finally gave up. This is the absolute worst customer service company ever!

Ordered a rug, yes just a rug, in store December of 24, was told it would take a few weeks to come in, it is mid July and still not here, in fact customer service has no idea where it is. Have called every month and we keep getting the run around. Each time we called, they have said it will be here next month. We have called corporate at least once a month, so by now about 7 times. We have gone into the store 5 times in the last few weeks and have gotten nowhere. Even spoken with the manager the last 2 times and he has stated he would call us the next day and he continues to blow us off. The last time we went in, he said he had looked into it, turns out that was a lie and he just wanted to get rid of us. We have attempted to get something else as a replacement and shocker, he blew us off again. Literally pathetic customer service and management. Recently went with haverty’s for a sofa and received that within a month and the quality is miles above Ashley’s. Do yourself a favor, don’t even go to Ashley’s unless you are ready to get jerked around for 8 months. Pay a little extra money and go somewhere else where you will actually receive what you buy, receive customer service, and have a quality product that isn’t on or below IKEA quality. At least IKEA doesn’t give you the run around for 8 months.

I do NOT recommend you purchase anything from this store. I ordered couches at the end of April. I’ve gotten half of my order and the delivery for my other couch has been rescheduled 4 times. I’ve already been to the store twice and no one can tell me what’s going on.

I didn’t get the Oder I requested and I asked for the manager to give me a call back and he did not, all I want is for the correct piece to be sent and they can get the wrong ones back

Service was good but not sure I trust the “warranty”. We did it in our last purchase and they said oh it expired and you didn’t use it so now you can’t get your money back (which is what we are told). Also wanted to charge us $250 for delivery (which was silently slipped in to our invoice) AND told us if we picked it up ourselves and it was damaged there was nothing they will do. Just trying to sell the delivery/fee. Manager came over and we discussed with him and he said if damaged had to call corporate, but could get fixed. Just beware!

Went in on a random Wednesday just browsing. Norma was very welcoming from the moment we walked in. We did not feel pressured to purchase anything as with other furniture stores and she was extremely kind and very knowledgeable. We purchased a few items and will be back to purchase more furniture

I don't recommend buying furniture from Ashley. I feel the quality is low for the price you pay. We bought a sectional from there and within 6 months it was pilling. And of course the over priced warranty doesn't cover that and then when you do go to file a claim the company says that the cushions aren't covered which is not what we were told and when we called Ashley to ask about it they said that was between us and the warranty company. Seriously? They sold the warranty, stand by what you sell. When we requested a refund of our warranty of course they said they couldn't do it because that again was between us and the warranty company. So all that to say just turn around and go somewhere else.

I got a Tempur-Pedic mattress at Ashley. But the mattress sleeps very hot, and Ashley Furniture’s return and exchange policy is terrible. I’m now stuck with a $4,000 mattress that’s been a nightmare for me.

My boyfriend and I came here for the first time to simply look around and get inspiration for our first apartment. We came in and were greeted by Isaiah, great guy! He was not overbearing whatsoever and understood we were just there to simply look and get inspired. Everything was all fine until we were approached by a man, unfortunately I do not have his name, but he was white, tall, large, and bald. We were vending some chips and he came up to us and somehow the conversation went into him explaining how his entire family has a history of dying from heart attacks at 55. OK, weirdly uncomfortable! After about 7 minutes of just straight talking to this guy, he finally lets us wander and it only takes about 8 minutes for him to approach us again, we kindly stated we are simply looking and want to figure it out on our own but he started asking all sorts of questions on stuff we want, like we get it, mans gotta make a sale… but please stop being pushy. We ate college students and we do not need a huge sofa or the nicest dining table for our place. The reason why I am writing this review is because of a comment he made. He asked what type or couch are we thinking, and I said a loveseat. He started asking more question asking if I am sure about the loveseat because the sofas are much bigger, I said we really don’t need something so big. A comment was then made about the loveseats name, something in between the lines of “It’s called a love seat because it’s two seats! Although it’s not so good for the love making part…. it’s far too small!” UHHH what?? This is not okay at all. I don’t care if you know we are in college, that’s not something you say to anyone. I was immediately uncomfortable to the point where after 10 more minutes of his bugging us, my boyfriend and I literally SNUCK out of the building. We pretended to be on the phone and LEFT. What a weird and extremely uncomfortable experience. Thank you to Isaiah.

Went in to look for a recliner. Mitch rose came over to help us at first really enjoyed his help. He helped me find a recliner. I really liked it when asked about the price he helped me get the cash price. It went to a different side when he came back with the price And said that it included a protection plan which we had already stated 2 to 3 times we did not want. He told me that it was only $44 and that in three years if I don’t use it, I’ll get a credit of $180 we said fine if it’s only $44 it’s whatever When we left and picked up the chair I noticed on the receipt that I paid our protection plan of $180 which I repeatedly said I didn’t want if it was that expensive called and got a refund for it immediately but very upset that he sat there and lied about it in front of his manager and other staff that is very upsetting that they all sat there and let him lie like that and didn’t say anything to us will never go back and absolutely worst experience ever.

Came in not sure what we wanted and left with both living room furniture and a new dining set! Isaiah and Jordan both assisted us and made sure we got exactly what we were wanting and at a great price. Both men were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I had found a dining set online, I called to see if it was available in store. Isiah Freeman was the gentleman I spoke to. He was very friendly and helpful. Although we decided to have it delivered doorstep, he got everything set up for me online. Also called to make sure I was able to get the payment set up. He was very nice. Look forward to working with him again in the future if we need to add to our home.

As an Ashley myself, I can confidently say that this store has the best Ashleys both in name and in customer service! But let’s be real, the real star of Ashley’s Furniture is Noah. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable, but he somehow makes furniture shopping feel like an adventure rather than a chore. He’s patient, kind, and has the magical ability to know exactly what you need before you do (seriously, is he a mind reader?). If you’re lucky enough to be helped by Noah, prepare to have all your furniture dreams come true with a side of top-tier charm and customer service. 10/10, would buy a whole house worth of furniture just to have another excuse to talk to him!

I bought a display cabinet in November and I still can’t use it. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a purchase. I brought this cabinet just before Black Friday and they got me a solid deal. I did have to do quite a bit of haggling to get the deal but we got there. Anyways, I purchased the cabinet and the initial delivery got delayed by over two weeks. When the delivery drivers eventually showed up (late at 7:30 pm outside of their delivery window) they scratched up the cabinet and then proceeded to use a sharpie to cover up the markings on the cabinet. They also did not have the hardware package to install the shelving and told me they would order it, but it took about two months for that package to show up as they didn’t order it. The doors do not close properly and I spent hours contacting customer service for a resolution for this with them only tell me 3 times over the past 3 months that they have ordered the replacements of parts and they would arrive in 2-3 weeks. I have yet to receive anything except the hardware package and I originally bought the cabinet In NOVEMBER. Do not buy from here. I had to chargeback on my credit card as this is the worst place to buy anything from. The salesman I bought this from even said he couldn’t do anything. I never in a million years thought buying a cabinet would be so hard. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.

Product cancellation is a NIGHTMARE . I do not recommend adding the protection product . The claim process is difficult and cancelation is near impossible. It’s been four months since I’ve canceled the product and I’m constantly getting the run around about my check. Terrible business practices.

The store and employees were fine!! Everything went ok!! The only problem I have with them is, I still haven’t been able to pick up the items I bought!!! If you pick up yourself what U bought and in my case, I really didn’t want to pay the $225.00 they wanted to deliver from Lubbock to Slaton for 4 items that I can fit into my Small Frontier Truck!! It is like a medium size lift table a very small end table and couple of bar stools, That’s it!! I went into the store and paid for them on Jan. 1 25. They r still saying they don’t have at warehouses but say I can pick up at store, which, No, I can’t, I tried!! So this part of it bites!! Just got a txt from I’m going say warehouse starting IN ALL CAPS MIND YOU, that they will notify me when the stuff is Reserved!!! Wow ok, got me on that one!!! Maybe get it soon!!!

My husband and I were looking (and ended up purchasing) a recliner couch. Norma assisted us the first time and was able to give a good price on the one we wanted, so we let her know that we'd be back once we have the cash. Two weeks later, we went back and we didn't think about how much delivery, tax, and protection would be - so we said we will once again return once we save more up. Norma was amazing and went to her manager (Dustin) and was able to get the price reduced! We are so appreciative and thankful of her for being understanding and so willing to help us. He helped me and my Grandpa and even when he found out my address was outside of delivery range (so we weren’t able to order it from his store) he still helped us get it online and looked into our account. He was very nice and took time for us even though we weren’t able to go through him for our furniture. I ordered a bedroom suit to pick up in Lubbock. The order had 8 items. The main thing is that I am missing one of the headboard/footboard POSTS. I've reached out to Ashley guest services and they can't tell me when I will get my POST. I can't sleep on my bed that is not put together. My salesman has not done anything to straighten this out. The whole sales process was a disaster and i paid in full. Now, I've had it a month and still no POSTS. I am extremely displeased with this company. I would give them a ZERO for their service. The customer service for ASHLEY FURNITURE is a ZERO. Nobody cares that I spent a great deal of money and they can't seem to figure out where to get a bedpost for me. No recommendation from me to anyone. Don't waste your time with them. It is NONSENSE! Nobody has even contacted me to straighten this mess out!!! Somebody with ASHLEY FURNITURE should make this right!!!

I do not recommend. I experienced what alot of ppl in my family did their. I was promised a delivery date for the weekend and two days later i got a text saying it got pushed back by a whole month. Now i have to wait 6 weeks for a refund. ( my families experiences were at other locations so maybe its just an ashleys thing)

I rarely leave negative reviews. But, buyer beware!!! We purchased our furniture early June 2024 for delivery around August 13, 2024. The sales rep, Manny calls my husband and I and informs us that they only had one piece of our order in and did not have the other two pieces. We wanted to receive the entire order together. So, the order gets pushed and Manny informs us that we will receive the order end of August. Now, I have to cancel my birthday dinner due to not having our furniture. End of August rolls in and Manny calls and informs us that our order will now arrive September 10th. We don’t make a fuss, and agree to receive the furniture on the 10th. We ask if there’s anything else that we need to do to “ensure that the furniture arrive as promised”. Manny states no, that all is well. We received a text/call later on indicating that the furniture will arrive on the 10th to be present. Mind you, this company did not give any issues when taking our money. A few days prior to the 10th. We called Manny and he dodged our calls. After receiving a text from me about contacting the BBB, he calls us back and informs us that unless we canceled the delivery, we should receive our furniture as agreed on September 10th and that he would reach out the folks that are delivering the furniture. On the 10th, when we did not hear from Manny, we called the store and he states that it’s our fault because we did not confirm for the delivery, “like how when you go to schedule a visit with the dentist and confirm an appointment”. What in the world? The dentist does not get paid until he renders service. He now changes the delivery to Wednesday September 18th. I’ve had to cancel numerous meetings, guests, and birthday parties that were scheduled to be held at my home because of this stores inadequacies. They only care about making money. Save yourself the headache, and buy your furniture elsewhere. Believe your family members, friends, and the warnings you read online. This is not a good company to do business with!

Let me just start off by saying the furniture is absolutely beautiful. However I must say that customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. If you go in and pick out furniture and they tell you that it is on backorder. Take off the stilettos and run to the next nearest furniture store. This has really been a nightmare for me. I purchase a bedroom set in September and was told that the two drawer nightstand was on back order, but would be delivered in 4 weeks, this was in September of 24. I canceled the order in December of 24 for the two drawer nightstand as I continue to receive text messages stating each month from September that the nightstand would be delivered the following month. After not receiving it by November the last week. I canceled the order for the nightstand. And that's where the nightmare starts. So hear me and hear me loud and clear you if you go into this furniture store that's loaded with beautiful furniture for your home, and they tell you that a piece of your furniture is on backorder PLEASE! PLEASE RUN! The customer care team I tell you is the worst I've ever experienced this far in my life. It is currently February of 2025 and I'm still dealing with this back order that I never received. I won't even begin to tell you about the dresser and the mirror the story is just too long. So good luck if you decide to go into Ashley Furniture store and they tell you something is on back order and you decide to go with it anyway take out the Excedrin and a glass of wine cuz you going to need it. Part 2 Okay people it has now been over 7 months and my issues with Ashley Furniture store has not been resolved. I've gone back and forth, for months now and I'm tired. So to keep my credit from being ruin I end up paying for furniture that I canceled that they still charge me for. I've dealt with their financial institute Synchrony Bank for months now. I've sent pictures and text messages. Sometimes you have to chalk it up to experience. I know now never to deal with Ashley's Home Store or Synchrony Bank. So if you still want to deal with these crooks who lie to get your business and leave you hanging out dry. ENJOY.✌🏽

It came in yesterday and it is not comfortable at all I called to exchange it for something else and was told that I am stuck with it. I just spent over $3000 and am tested like this. I am going to the FCC BBB and The attorney general‘s office. I suggest nobody buys anything from this company. I am so distraught over this. It’s made me ill.

Well, my experience was a five star. I’ve heard that they have furniture which are pretty expensive and other stores have some of the discounted furniture from them, but it isn’t true. They have some pretty decent priced furniture as well, you just need to go and ask, they will be more than happy to help you with anything you need!
