Went in on a random Wednesday just browsing. Norma was very welcoming from the moment we walked in. We did not feel pressured to purchase anything as with other furniture stores and she was extremely kind and very knowledgeable. We purchased a few items and will be back to purchase more furniture

I don't recommend buying furniture from Ashley. I feel the quality is low for the price you pay. We bought a sectional from there and within 6 months it was pilling. And of course the over priced warranty doesn't cover that and then when you do go to file a claim the company says that the cushions aren't covered which is not what we were told and when we called Ashley to ask about it they said that was between us and the warranty company. Seriously? They sold the warranty, stand by what you sell. When we requested a refund of our warranty of course they said they couldn't do it because that again was between us and the warranty company. So all that to say just turn around and go somewhere else.

I got a Tempur-Pedic mattress at Ashley. But the mattress sleeps very hot, and Ashley Furniture’s return and exchange policy is terrible. I’m now stuck with a $4,000 mattress that’s been a nightmare for me.

My boyfriend and I came here for the first time to simply look around and get inspiration for our first apartment. We came in and were greeted by Isaiah, great guy! He was not overbearing whatsoever and understood we were just there to simply look and get inspired. Everything was all fine until we were approached by a man, unfortunately I do not have his name, but he was white, tall, large, and bald. We were vending some chips and he came up to us and somehow the conversation went into him explaining how his entire family has a history of dying from heart attacks at 55. OK, weirdly uncomfortable! After about 7 minutes of just straight talking to this guy, he finally lets us wander and it only takes about 8 minutes for him to approach us again, we kindly stated we are simply looking and want to figure it out on our own but he started asking all sorts of questions on stuff we want, like we get it, mans gotta make a sale… but please stop being pushy. We ate college students and we do not need a huge sofa or the nicest dining table for our place. The reason why I am writing this review is because of a comment he made. He asked what type or couch are we thinking, and I said a loveseat. He started asking more question asking if I am sure about the loveseat because the sofas are much bigger, I said we really don’t need something so big. A comment was then made about the loveseats name, something in between the lines of “It’s called a love seat because it’s two seats! Although it’s not so good for the love making part…. it’s far too small!” UHHH what?? This is not okay at all. I don’t care if you know we are in college, that’s not something you say to anyone. I was immediately uncomfortable to the point where after 10 more minutes of his bugging us, my boyfriend and I literally SNUCK out of the building. We pretended to be on the phone and LEFT. What a weird and extremely uncomfortable experience. Thank you to Isaiah.

Went in to look for a recliner. Mitch rose came over to help us at first really enjoyed his help. He helped me find a recliner. I really liked it when asked about the price he helped me get the cash price. It went to a different side when he came back with the price And said that it included a protection plan which we had already stated 2 to 3 times we did not want. He told me that it was only $44 and that in three years if I don’t use it, I’ll get a credit of $180 we said fine if it’s only $44 it’s whatever When we left and picked up the chair I noticed on the receipt that I paid our protection plan of $180 which I repeatedly said I didn’t want if it was that expensive called and got a refund for it immediately but very upset that he sat there and lied about it in front of his manager and other staff that is very upsetting that they all sat there and let him lie like that and didn’t say anything to us will never go back and absolutely worst experience ever.

The gentleman who delivered our furniture was absolutely amazing!!

Came in not sure what we wanted and left with both living room furniture and a new dining set! Isaiah and Jordan both assisted us and made sure we got exactly what we were wanting and at a great price. Both men were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Tito was very helpful and courteous. He took the time to show me different quality pieces of reclining loveseat in different price ranges. He made this dreaded time for me pleasant. Would recommend Ashley Homestore 100%.

Went to a competitor first (starts with a B and ends with ills) and realized they had nothing my wife and I were looking for. The wife decided to stop at Ashley’s and found exactly the furniture she wanted. We were greeted at the door by Edward. He immediately engaged in conversation and got us to the merchandise we were looking for. He went the extra mile to get us the best deal possible and was patient with us being that we just moved into town. We were so impressed with Edward that we came back to add more items to the list that we previously had. Ashley’s furniture treated us like family and we will be coming back for future purchases.

I had found a dining set online, I called to see if it was available in store. Isiah Freeman was the gentleman I spoke to. He was very friendly and helpful. Although we decided to have it delivered doorstep, he got everything set up for me online. Also called to make sure I was able to get the payment set up. He was very nice. Look forward to working with him again in the future if we need to add to our home.

As an Ashley myself, I can confidently say that this store has the best Ashleys both in name and in customer service! But let’s be real, the real star of Ashley’s Furniture is Noah. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable, but he somehow makes furniture shopping feel like an adventure rather than a chore. He’s patient, kind, and has the magical ability to know exactly what you need before you do (seriously, is he a mind reader?). If you’re lucky enough to be helped by Noah, prepare to have all your furniture dreams come true with a side of top-tier charm and customer service. 10/10, would buy a whole house worth of furniture just to have another excuse to talk to him!

I bought a display cabinet in November and I still can’t use it. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a purchase. I brought this cabinet just before Black Friday and they got me a solid deal. I did have to do quite a bit of haggling to get the deal but we got there. Anyways, I purchased the cabinet and the initial delivery got delayed by over two weeks. When the delivery drivers eventually showed up (late at 7:30 pm outside of their delivery window) they scratched up the cabinet and then proceeded to use a sharpie to cover up the markings on the cabinet. They also did not have the hardware package to install the shelving and told me they would order it, but it took about two months for that package to show up as they didn’t order it. The doors do not close properly and I spent hours contacting customer service for a resolution for this with them only tell me 3 times over the past 3 months that they have ordered the replacements of parts and they would arrive in 2-3 weeks. I have yet to receive anything except the hardware package and I originally bought the cabinet In NOVEMBER. Do not buy from here. I had to chargeback on my credit card as this is the worst place to buy anything from. The salesman I bought this from even said he couldn’t do anything. I never in a million years thought buying a cabinet would be so hard. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.

Product cancellation is a NIGHTMARE . I do not recommend adding the protection product . The claim process is difficult and cancelation is near impossible. It’s been four months since I’ve canceled the product and I’m constantly getting the run around about my check. Terrible business practices.

The store and employees were fine!! Everything went ok!! The only problem I have with them is, I still haven’t been able to pick up the items I bought!!! If you pick up yourself what U bought and in my case, I really didn’t want to pay the $225.00 they wanted to deliver from Lubbock to Slaton for 4 items that I can fit into my Small Frontier Truck!! It is like a medium size lift table a very small end table and couple of bar stools, That’s it!! I went into the store and paid for them on Jan. 1 25. They r still saying they don’t have at warehouses but say I can pick up at store, which, No, I can’t, I tried!! So this part of it bites!! Just got a txt from I’m going say warehouse starting IN ALL CAPS MIND YOU, that they will notify me when the stuff is Reserved!!! Wow ok, got me on that one!!! Maybe get it soon!!!

Norma assisted us the first time and was able to give a good price on the one we wanted, so we let her know that we'd be back once we have the cash. Two weeks later, we went back and we didn't think about how much delivery, tax, and protection would be - so we said we will once again return once we save more up. Norma was amazing and went to her manager (Dustin) and was able to get the price reduced! We are so appreciative and thankful of her for being understanding and so willing to help us. I ordered a bedroom suit to pick up in Lubbock. The order had 8 items. The main thing is that I am missing one of the headboard/footboard POSTS. I've reached out to Ashley guest services and they can't tell me when I will get my POST. I can't sleep on my bed that is not put together. My salesman has not done anything to straighten this out. The whole sales process was a disaster and i paid in full. Now, I've had it a month and still no POSTS. I am extremely displeased with this company. I would give them a ZERO for their service. The customer service for ASHLEY FURNITURE is a ZERO. Nobody cares that I spent a great deal of money and they can't seem to figure out where to get a bedpost for me. No recommendation from me to anyone. Don't waste your time with them. It is NONSENSE! Nobody has even contacted me to straighten this mess out!!! Somebody with ASHLEY FURNITURE should make this right!!!

I do not recommend. I experienced what alot of ppl in my family did their. I was promised a delivery date for the weekend and two days later i got a text saying it got pushed back by a whole month. Now i have to wait 6 weeks for a refund. ( my families experiences were at other locations so maybe its just an ashleys thing)

I rarely leave negative reviews. But, buyer beware!!! We purchased our furniture early June 2024 for delivery around August 13, 2024. The sales rep, Manny calls my husband and I and informs us that they only had one piece of our order in and did not have the other two pieces. We wanted to receive the entire order together. So, the order gets pushed and Manny informs us that we will receive the order end of August. Now, I have to cancel my birthday dinner due to not having our furniture. End of August rolls in and Manny calls and informs us that our order will now arrive September 10th. We don’t make a fuss, and agree to receive the furniture on the 10th. We ask if there’s anything else that we need to do to “ensure that the furniture arrive as promised”. Manny states no, that all is well. We received a text/call later on indicating that the furniture will arrive on the 10th to be present. Mind you, this company did not give any issues when taking our money. A few days prior to the 10th. We called Manny and he dodged our calls. After receiving a text from me about contacting the BBB, he calls us back and informs us that unless we canceled the delivery, we should receive our furniture as agreed on September 10th and that he would reach out the folks that are delivering the furniture. On the 10th, when we did not hear from Manny, we called the store and he states that it’s our fault because we did not confirm for the delivery, “like how when you go to schedule a visit with the dentist and confirm an appointment”. What in the world? The dentist does not get paid until he renders service. He now changes the delivery to Wednesday September 18th. I’ve had to cancel numerous meetings, guests, and birthday parties that were scheduled to be held at my home because of this stores inadequacies. They only care about making money. Save yourself the headache, and buy your furniture elsewhere. Believe your family members, friends, and the warnings you read online. This is not a good company to do business with!

Let me just start off by saying the furniture is absolutely beautiful. However I must say that customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. If you go in and pick out furniture and they tell you that it is on backorder. Take off the stilettos and run to the next nearest furniture store. This has really been a nightmare for me. I purchase a bedroom set in September and was told that the two drawer nightstand was on back order, but would be delivered in 4 weeks, this was in September of 24. I canceled the order in December of 24 for the two drawer nightstand as I continue to receive text messages stating each month from September that the nightstand would be delivered the following month. After not receiving it by November the last week. I canceled the order for the nightstand. And that's where the nightmare starts. So hear me and hear me loud and clear you if you go into this furniture store that's loaded with beautiful furniture for your home, and they tell you that a piece of your furniture is on backorder PLEASE! PLEASE RUN! The customer care team I tell you is the worst I've ever experienced this far in my life. It is currently February of 2025 and I'm still dealing with this back order that I never received. I won't even begin to tell you about the dresser and the mirror the story is just too long. So good luck if you decide to go into Ashley Furniture store and they tell you something is on back order and you decide to go with it anyway take out the Excedrin and a glass of wine cuz you going to need it. Part 2 Okay people it has now been over 7 months and my issues with Ashley Furniture store has not been resolved. I've gone back and forth, for months now and I'm tired. So to keep my credit from being ruin I end up paying for furniture that I canceled that they still charge me for. I've dealt with their financial institute Synchrony Bank for months now. I've sent pictures and text messages. Sometimes you have to chalk it up to experience. I know now never to deal with Ashley's Home Store or Synchrony Bank. So if you still want to deal with these crooks who lie to get your business and leave you hanging out dry. ENJOY.✌🏽

I am going to the FCC BBB and The attorney general‘s office. I suggest nobody buys anything from this company. I am so distraught over this. It’s made me ill.

Well, my experience was a five star. I’ve heard that they have furniture which are pretty expensive and other stores have some of the discounted furniture from them, but it isn’t true. They have some pretty decent priced furniture as well, you just need to go and ask, they will be more than happy to help you with anything you need!

Just go to Bob Mills. You’ll get a better deal and better service. I was VERY pressured into buying my bed. When I questioned why the prices were still the same when I was “getting a deal” Manuel got very angry and said “if you’re going to be questioning the price I’ll just charge you full price, don’t question it.” My delivery was cancelled THREE times, I only found out my order was cancelled after waiting all day. No one communicated with me that it was cancelled or why. I called many times to the store and kept getting avoided. I finally spoke to a manager who was able to get my bed scheduled and told he would wave the delivery fee. Guess what. Delivery fee was never waived. Overcharged, under serviced, pressured, and very dissatisfied. Will never be returning.

Bought a power reclining loveseat, that was in stock. They delivered (1 week later) a power reclining couch, by mistake, they took it back on the same truck. Rescheduled the delivery for the loveseat between 3:30 and 6:30 the following Wednesday. It is now Wednesday, 8:30 pm, no loveseat, and Ashley Furniture does not answer their phones, even though they say they are open until 9:00. Their customer service lines close at 7:00. The salesperson is not answering his text. Really awful customer service if you ask me.

Had a great experience with a friendly associate by the name of Edward. He was attentive to our wants and needs when it came to a couch set for our apartment. Edward was super friendly and patient as we walked around the store to test out different couches. He went above and beyond to look at our layout for our apartment to make sure we got the right fit. We have gone to a couple different stores and did not have the same experience as here. Thank you for helping us make our apartment into our home! Definitely recommend others to come here.

Ryan was so helpful to me and my partner when looking around the store. He went out of his way to make sure to explain the couches and sets and was very thorough in his advice on different pieces. They had a red dot deal that was very enticing on many of their pieces, and a good selection.

We visited Ashley Home Store in Lubbock on Memorial Day to purchase a couch. My husband and I were hoping that the staff wouldn’t be too busy to assist us. To our pleasant surprise, the employees were not only professional and helpful, they were also very patient and answered all of our questions. They spent plenty of time with us and made the experience a very positive one.

Adam and Joshua were excellent in customer service and furniture knowledge. They spent a lot of time with us, answering questions and helping direct us to our items. We never felt rushed or like a bother to them. We looked at several places and chose to buy from Ashley for our first furniture purchase together. Thank you Ashley!

We’re not fans of sales people and the whole sales process, but we had a super helpful salesman! He worked with us over the course of 3 days to figure out the best configuration for our room and to find a sofa that would please all 6 in our family! We just ordered, so we can’t speak to the delivery process but so far our experience has been great and we’re excited about the sofa we purchased.

I wanted give 0 or even negative stars! Normally I don’t like to review but this was absolutely obnoxious and disgusting! We were not told the items bought from the store were non returnable or non exchangeable. They make you sign a contract and write that it’s non returnable third page somewhere in the smallest print possible. When we tried to discuss the return with sales managers (Manuel) they were extremely rude at the store as well as over the phone. The agent over the phone starting yelling at me and tried to tell me there no reason for me to be standing on the store property!!!! There was another family sitting at the store trying to argue about the same thing and was facing similar rude behavior. When we asked two other friends who had bought furniture from the same store, they literally said they had the same horrendous experience. This is the worst customer service experience I have seen in my entire life. Please write here if you have had similar experiences with Ashley Home Store and we can see if we can take it further. We have also reported this to Better Business Bureau.

Johnny was a great help! We were able to find our couch and had no issues doing so. This was the first store in Lubbock that we went to, we fell in love with the customer service and the couch we picked. We decided to look around at other stores just to consider all our options and we didn’t find a better deal and certainly didn’t find better customer service anywhere!

My salesman, Jorge, was very knowledgeable. He had a very warm and respectful attitude. I felt like he had my best interest at heart. I totally will refer friends and relatives to go see him if they need furniture.

I would avoid buying here if you can. They have certainly changed since we last purchased. The automated customer service is a nightmare to deal with. Our issue was finally resolved by a human in the store which I am grateful for, but save your self tears and frustration!

FIRST LOOKED UP A RISE ASSIST RECLINER AND FOUND APPROXIMATELY WHAT I WANTED. WENT TO ASHLEYS IN LUBBOCK AND A YOUNG MAN ASKED IF HE COULD HELP ME, I TOLD HIM WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR, HE TOOK ME BACK TO THE RECLINERS AND SHOWED ME WHAT THEY HAD ON THE FLOOR HE DEMONSTRATED EACH CHAIR AND I PICKED ONE HE OFFERED ME A MILITARY DISCOUNT AND I CALL MY BANK. HE ASKED IF I WOULD WANT A EXTENDED COVERAGE FOR 5 YEARS AND DELIVERY AND SET-UP I AGREED AFTER WE TALKED A WHILE. THIS YOUNG MAN WAS HEPFUL AND NOT PUSHY. I WILL BE BACK IF I NEED ANY MORE FURNITURE.

Excellent aervice

Great sales rep. Johnny. All sale completed in 1 day. I told him a date in which i needed Items and he reviewed through items that would best on time. However, after readying reviews and talking to people who recently ordered, I am worried about shipping / delivery delays. I logged into my account and my order does not come up either. Was it placed? After seeing the reviews  i am worried that my items will not be in in 2 weeks as promised. I am moving with a child who will need their bed. Please advise. Thanks! Art

I'm only giving them one star but if I could I wouldn't give a star at all. This was the worst customer service I ever had experienced. We had bought a couch and loveseat and paid cash for them in full. When it was time to deliver we only received the couch. We asked where the loveseat was and they told us it wasn't on the delivery form so they couldn't do anything about it. So rescheduled to have it delivered for the next Saturday. Well they tried to confirm the appointment which the number attached was my father's and he doesn't text so I excused that. I had asked them to change the number on the account so we could confirm the appointment. Guess what I call the day before and I have to reschedule again. So this time I called the salesman again and he finally sends me a screenshot that he changed the number. I finally received my loveseat. But we didn't get an apology. No empathy no nothing for having to take time out of our days to make sure someone over the age of 18 was here. So yes I would say my experience was very poor. Oh and I forgot to mention it took three weeks from the time of purchase to get them delivered when it was supposed to be delivered in three days!

Bought just what I needed sales man made it easy

Furniture not bad they just have bad delivery drivers who obviously don't get paid much since they had to steel personal belongings from my home and ashley didn't do anything about it they just kept tossing the ball the the next representative just be careful when you buy from this guys

Ryan Senger greeted us at the door, and got us exactly what we were looking for. He wasn’t pushy and listened to our wants when it came to a mattress, he was also knowledge on the different models and options. In and out of the store in less than an hour within delivery already setup. Great experience.

These guys have gone the extra mile to help us out. I live in East Texas and have a daughter moving to Lubbock. Dustin,Ryan, and Ginger worked with me for at least three days over the phone on putting an order together in their store. They did everything in their power to help use out and keep it within our budget. Great group of people!! All I can say is Dallas Metroplex area stores have alot to learm from you all in West Texas! Great Customer Service!

It was not good at all….sales associate (Hispanic, not Mexican) was not attentive to us, almost walked out.

Ryan was a joy to work with! Attentive, but didn't hover. Asked all of our questions and had the patience of Job! Looking forward to getting our sofa. Blessings.

Ryan was a very professional and informative employee. He was patient and took his time and most importantly he listened to what we wanted and what we didn’t want.

I went in with the idea every furniture store was the same with pushy sales people and thankfully this was not this case. The entire time I was there was easy from browsing to purchasing.

Couldn’t purchase an item and I told the associate I would have to wait. Instead of being understanding he was very unprofessional and even threw a little fit. Did not proceed to engage with me after I said I’d have to put my purchase on hold. First time ever being here and definitely do not recommend nor will I ever come again. They only care about a sale due to making a commission and it shows. Lacking in customer care, professionalism and communication.
